Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 183： The Political Stunts Of Garland; Millions Continue To Cross The Border

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:21.740 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:28.740 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:34.640 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:39.400 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:43.680 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:50.720 your host stephen k bannon it's friday 18 november year of our lord 2022 we had a whole show

00:00:58.720 for tonight to talk about the border to go to cpaq mexico all of it been a little upended because

00:01:04.880 of developments this afternoon i want to bring in jason miller former chief communication strategist

00:01:10.320 for president trump in the and senior strategist in 2020 senior comms in 2016 now the ceo of getter

00:01:18.060 doing a hell of a job over that that thing's on fire jason walk me through uh what happened today

00:01:24.200 and and you know if merrick garland's met this for two years and doesn't have anything in these

00:01:28.340 grand juries or whatever they're doing well is this a pure political stunt well i think it's

00:01:35.560 probably the most uh predicted or most telegraphed i should say political stunt that uh we've seen in

00:01:42.420 quite some time i mean they didn't even wait three full days from after president trump announced his

00:01:47.960 candidacy on tuesday to then moving ahead with a special prosecutor i think the effort to go to a special

00:01:53.240 prosecutor i think looks very political um in the fact that merrick garland and the biden administration

00:02:00.260 are trying to pretend like that their hands are off of it there's nothing that they can do this is

00:02:04.880 just a force that's taking off on its own but what they apparently have forgotten steve or maybe never

00:02:10.300 learned or never bothered to pay attention impeachment one impeachment two russia russia russia

00:02:16.600 go through the january 6 committee drama every single one of these things have reeked of being

00:02:22.920 political i think many people in america look at it and say okay here they go again attacking president

00:02:28.420 trump

00:02:28.760 isn't it interesting by the way president trump is going to address the nation from mar-a-lago at eight

00:02:35.680 there is it 8 30 jason my correct there 8 30 p.m uh yes 8 30 uh mar-a-lago exactly

00:02:42.300 eastern time i want to announce now uh the event grace chong and mo bannon will set up we'll do a

00:02:50.580 getter live stream i gotta tell you jason as a site i'd love those live streams we were campaigning out

00:02:56.640 whether it's in texas or in arizona new mexico anywhere uh it was just amazing the the size of

00:03:03.060 audiences we got were just incredible so tonight at 8 30 we're going to be doing a live stream uh with

00:03:08.700 the president's uh address or a discussion of this because it's very important uh jason you just went

00:03:15.380 through the whole litany i mean you know biden 40 42 percent of the american people not republicans

00:03:21.780 think that's 70 i think independence or 50 think the guy's illegitimate thinks he didn't he didn't win

00:03:28.060 the 2020 uh election and they're running special prosecutors said hey those people have only seen

00:03:34.200 a scintilla the evidence and they know he's illegitimate how can they avoid the politicization

00:03:40.280 and particularly it happened right after he announced for president you know they came back for the lame

00:03:45.840 duck and is it david chinchini the guy from uh the guy on the j6 committee from rhode island i think the

00:03:51.600 only guy that didn't get turfed out totally right but he's going to lose a senior you know he's going to lose

00:03:55.380 his uh subcommittee chairmanship um he's he's put up a law they've actually put legislation forward

00:04:03.680 he's looking for co-sponsors he put it out in in in uh politico playbook yeah he's looking for

00:04:10.220 co-sponsors to pass a law that trump can't run for office anymore i mean they the fear they have of

00:04:18.500 this guy is incredible did they handle did they hand trump the republican nomination by doing this

00:04:25.380 sir most likely and steve by the way i think i saw a couple of chinchilla coats at mar-a-lago

00:04:30.560 president trump's announcement on cuesday uh but david sicily from from what island was the democrat

00:04:36.200 came out sicily literally is trying to bar president trump from running again just as we saw

00:04:43.020 in august when they launched the mar-a-lago raid they the media and the democrats have a unique way

00:04:50.760 of galvanizing the republican party behind president trump in a way that he couldn't do even if he said

00:04:56.500 today i'm going to galvanize and bring together republican party the democrats pile up like that

00:05:02.760 they do in a way that's uh even brings people who they have never voted for president trump to look at

00:05:08.040 and say this is political this is over the top this shouldn't we be talking about the

00:05:12.800 border all the crises that are in fact were from the brink of war with russia they're doing it all

00:05:20.040 so here's the reason why we're in a comment about the legitimacy of biden but here's the one thing

00:05:26.440 steve they're definitely terrified that biden's doing the spotlight now he can't even tell the

00:05:31.500 difference as we've talked about between colombia and cambodia

00:05:34.000 yeah what what would you recommend to the guys the house mtg we're trying to track her down she's 0.99

00:05:41.260 getting off a plane she's going to come on no gates has had some things to say what what would

00:05:45.680 be your recommendation to the folks in the house about either moving forward with an impeachment

00:05:49.900 garland or cutting off the appropriations of this how aggressive do you think the house should

00:05:54.960 be on this kind of like hey we've had enough of this you've taken you know two impeachment shots

00:05:59.580 you got the j6 investigation you had the grand juries you you took all your shots we're just

00:06:05.000 not going to tolerate this anymore so my personal thought uh without having chatted with president

00:06:11.040 trump or other folks on his team about this is be as aggressive as possible for the simple fact that

00:06:16.660 they're never going to pull back their democrats and the media are never going to stop attacking

00:06:22.140 president trump they're going to go full board now on the issue of impeachment i certainly believe

00:06:26.880 joe biden has probably done several different things whether it be uh ukraine whether it be

00:06:31.400 the southern border whether it be the uh hunter and the rest of the biden crime family business

00:06:36.440 dealing that are all probably peaceful offenses biden is we have to be careful we have to be careful

00:06:42.380 we don't overreach and allow him to essentially do the reverse of what they're doing to trump

00:06:47.780 we don't want to galvanize a very weak democratic face for joe biden to then rally behind them and say

00:06:53.740 uh-oh here come the republicans here come the conservatives there is a political calculus that

00:06:58.040 goes into it so i'm going to kind of reserve my judgment yes he deserves it i'm undecided about

00:07:02.620 whether or not this is the right time uh what about what about pressing back on merrick garland

00:07:09.160 oh absolutely and i think that the way that we've seen uh the doj the way we've seen the fbi

00:07:16.140 i always weaponize uh their third world countries are laughing at us and saying how do you criticize

00:07:22.140 us how do you criticize uh how do you criticize venezuela when you guys are just as bad if not

00:07:28.080 worse within many regards i think absolutely we have the power of the purse we have the house

00:07:33.020 we can go and do everything we can to stop the political attacks from the doj and our weaponized

00:07:38.980 law enforcement system 100 and by the way steve that press conference yesterday the jamie comber house

00:07:44.720 oversight committee and jim jordan the incoming judiciary committee chairman with gold very

00:07:50.200 well put together detailed and the democrats are running scared about the freight train that comber

00:07:56.680 and jordan are bringing for the biden family i just want to make sure just reiterate that to the to

00:08:03.380 the audience that that that they were not the mainstream media and the white house were not prepared

00:08:08.920 for that they they came away they shocked how detailed comber is and how they'd already had

00:08:13.780 so much investigative work themselves correct absolutely and uh jamie comber's a little bit

00:08:20.680 in some tv ads forum uh very detailed very thorough and there was nothing that they could counter it was

00:08:30.620 so well laid out and it tied steve right back into the ccp that was the thing without having had any

00:08:37.140 conversation with jamie comber i was particularly impressed by all roads keen on it ccp

00:08:43.340 communist communist party so i really liked what i saw from jim comber i think we're gonna have good

00:08:48.320 things coming of course i'm a huge jim jordan fan and he'll bring the heat on the judiciary

00:08:52.180 last thing the president's going to have comments tonight 8 30 and uh getter gives us the flexibility

00:08:59.960 so everybody will be on getter at 8 30 or maybe beforehand and we'll have a pre and post uh

00:09:05.520 uh talk commentary will be up there uh jason and matthew tierman came on the last uh hour and i gave

00:09:12.080 a speech today at cpac mexico city and a big part of it was about getter and about brazil uh you you

00:09:18.900 have millions of people in the streets now this is not about the bolsonars anymore uh and they love

00:09:23.440 bolsonar don't get me wrong this is this there's a very deep revolt going on in brazil right now for

00:09:28.580 the people and about their constitution and about following the constitution it's actually incredible

00:09:33.320 to see and just getter has just been incredible about that talk to us about what you're seeing down

00:09:38.480 in brazil and i understand you have to be careful because they're trying to shut down uh every social

00:09:42.760 media platform down there right what i can tell you steve is that the passion for free speech rights

00:09:49.700 that we're seeing from brazil is truly remarkable right now and it's not only to say uh it's not only

00:09:57.140 brazilian press is paying attention even the uh brazil's version of the new york times uh based

00:10:02.440 to apollo they've even done massive stories on this but you have even western press whether it's

00:10:08.300 the new york times or the financial times or the washington post are now paying attention to the

00:10:13.640 erosion of the speech rights in brazil we're at an inflection point i think in many places all around

00:10:20.060 the world is there going to be a stand for free speech or is it going to be a slouch towards

00:10:24.780 authoritarianism and this is the debate that's having and we will always gather stand for free

00:10:30.380 speech stand for our innate ability um to communicate um and never back down from the fight

00:10:37.540 look you've been very classy about this a ceo of a competitor although a much smaller competitor

00:10:44.840 than twitter although kara swisher i think in the new times did did repost a comment you made today

00:10:51.980 and trolled elon musk what's your what's your what is going on over twitter i keep saying you know he

00:10:58.600 bought a crime scene and now the perps are all leaving the building but but what's your assessment

00:11:03.500 it's it's still dominating the new cycle this afternoon whether twitter is going to make it or

00:11:07.560 not what exactly is going on what's your what are your thoughts steve we've talked about this before

00:11:13.740 startup leadership whether it's starting up a small business starting up a social media platform

00:11:19.040 uh national social media platform or starting say even a campaign is completely different from the

00:11:25.500 jack welch or mitt romney bain capital turnaround and what musk's strength has always been that he's

00:11:32.080 an innovator one of the greatest innovators uh of our lifetime probably the greatest innovator

00:11:36.620 his strength is innovation his strength is not going in a company that is losing money and trying to

00:11:41.960 make them profitable and so i think he walked into a hornet's nest on this one and i don't think

00:11:48.400 he realizes how many more um hornet stings he has come in his direction uh this thing is completely 0.85

00:11:54.300 imploding in fact we put out a statement together a few hours ago saying hey folks join getter because

00:11:59.920 you can import your entire tweet history when with your getter account whether it be your music files

00:12:05.200 your memes all so import it in because hey we might see we might wake up in a week twitter might not

00:12:13.360 be there they've gone from 7 500 employees granted most of them all deserve to get fired so totally

00:12:17.860 on that they may only be a couple thousand one or two thousand employees now they're not sure

00:12:23.540 well no and the problem i i put up he he's in saigon in 68 it's not just the down to 2000

00:12:29.840 any one of those guys could take a system and just trip it off the line this is why they they blocked

00:12:34.640 employees from coming back into the building today because they asked them to work the long tough hours

00:12:39.120 that guys at getter work seven days a week and have worked since you guys have launched no i i told

00:12:44.260 people i said hey if you want to ensure that you've got your twitter history you ought to come over to

00:12:49.400 getter just boot it up you don't even have to you keep using getter just come back you'll come back

00:12:54.500 when twitter implodes but no i think it's i think it's one of the benefits of twitter and i would tell

00:12:58.600 everybody why would you give twitter a shot right now when when twitter when twitter is up in the air

00:13:03.520 whether it's going to be around tomorrow or not exactly and steve you know one of the things i always give

00:13:07.720 people a bad time on whether it be in uh it's a company or whether it's there we have many many

00:13:12.880 good ideas sometimes people whether it's a getter people in our political friends have ideas that

00:13:17.920 are not necessarily all that great the thing i always present to them is define victory for me

00:13:22.420 how do you plan how do you define victory on what you're seeking to embark on and i think somebody

00:13:28.580 sat down and said define victory how do you think you're actually going to be successful

00:13:34.360 and what you're talking here because boy there he could have just as big of a voice on twitter

00:13:40.560 without owning the thing and that was going to lose the whole it's when i don't think they thought

00:13:44.460 through what is victory and uh if you told me a year ago you know getter looking at twitter probably

00:13:50.300 said um you know i appreciate the sentiment but i'm not sure how accurate you are um twitter could go

00:13:55.420 under any day now uh getter what's your getter account and by the way the war room may uh may get you

00:14:02.840 over for a few comments tonight at 8 30 after the president's talk to the nation about this outrage

00:14:07.500 uh what's your getter account at jason miller in dc follow us on getter uh it's a exciting and of

00:14:14.600 course hopefully you're watching on the the live stream on getter right now uh yes our biggest

00:14:20.740 audience thank you sir appreciate it jason thank you steve do i have mtg yet because okay fine let's

00:14:26.520 see if we track it down but i want to go to todd bensman todd um we had the you know i

00:14:32.740 gave a talk at the cpac mexico city today uh that went over i think to me surprisingly well

00:14:41.080 and i talked about the issues on the southern border and working together particularly with

00:14:44.940 conservatives down there but the really thing i talked about was about elections and free speech

00:14:49.080 and this uh revolution you're seeing coming now from the left where they're stealing elections and

00:14:54.900 taking over powerful countries like brazil and what that's going to do to the to the migration and to

00:15:00.280 the to people coming coming north in the morning show we had the mayor of uvalde texas who they

00:15:08.620 flew in for a meeting the other day and the reason we wanted him on the show they said he flew into a

00:15:13.640 meeting and said hey because of title 42 coming being taken away that's starting on december 21st four

00:15:20.300 days before christmas and this is a town that has no extra resources it's one of these typical tiny

00:15:26.280 little towns you know i think a 10 12 15 000 people in texas and west texas that is not sitting there

00:15:33.020 with a lot of extra resources right and they told him hey starting on the 21st every day you're going

00:15:39.160 to get a minimum of 180 what they call migrants they're we got to drop them off here because we 1.00

00:15:45.060 got to drop these guys off all these different places and you're one you know the crossroads between

00:15:49.680 uh you know down near eagle pass and so and the guy told me says well hold it you got to give me

00:15:55.180 some resources i don't have anything to do they said hey we don't have anything but we're going

00:15:58.840 to drop the people off and and he said he talked to some cuban they go look you know don't whine

00:16:03.860 because this has happened to communities all over south texas what what ben's been what is going on

00:16:10.500 here how can how can this radical federal judge uh just take this away and there's no planning for

00:16:16.920 it there's no resources for it and they're just going to dump them and i said to the mayor i said what

00:16:21.540 are you guys doing he says hey what we're trying to do is organize buses so we can get these guys on

00:16:25.880 buses and get them out of here as fast as possible not that we're not caring feeling people and it's

00:16:31.980 the christmas season but he says we we just can't we can't take that level of people every day says in

00:16:38.040 a week we'll have like 10 of the town's population we don't have any extra resources to do he says we

00:16:42.780 have a homeless problem we have a drug problem we have a fentanyl problem we have a crime problem

00:16:47.000 and then he tops it off by the school where those uh young children were butchered by the uh by that

00:16:53.140 savage he said hey in in in the last 12 months the 12 months leading up to that a massacre they had 50

00:17:01.300 lockdowns on that school all from illegal aliens blowing through the town trying to escape customs and 0.99

00:17:09.180 border or texas authorities where they knew that the school was a safe zone to drop off near and they had

00:17:14.940 50 lockdowns hard lockdowns it's it's it's out of control how can these small texas town exist this

00:17:23.140 is not america how can they continue to exist after title 42 comes off sir well like we say uh we've said

00:17:31.720 this before the intelligence community is predicting between 12 000 and 18 000 a day we're at about seven

00:17:39.460 7 500 a day right now which is an overwhelming crushing wall of humanity as it is uh but when

00:17:49.680 we have 18 000 a day or 12 000 a day 540 000 a month uh it's it's just going to be pandemonium and

00:17:58.600 that's one of the reasons why the biden administration said thank you judge but just hold on a minute let us

00:18:05.300 get the infrastructure in place to be able to move everybody through smoothly and orderly uh that is

00:18:13.040 this administration's goal this is their ideology that we don't want to pause slow down the flow we

00:18:25.580 don't want to deter the flow we want as much flow as we can possibly get that is that's that's what

00:18:33.140 they're and we've never seen anything like this and what that what's going to happen uh on the day

00:18:38.260 they're already crowding in they're they're they're pulsate pulsing forward uh just on the news that 42 is

00:18:44.740 about to end uh but listen 42 has already been slowly but surely squeezed down to about 35 percent

00:18:55.440 of all immigrants crossing the border illegally uh they've been they've moved when trump was in office

00:19:03.620 it was 87 89 percent pushbacks uh biden moved it down to 60 percent down to 50 40 and now 35 percent

00:19:13.480 so already most everybody who's crossing you know 65 70 percent are being ushered into the country

00:19:21.140 not including the god of ways not including the god of ways that's a whole other million

00:19:25.300 two million uh we are looking at an incredible tsunami coming let let me hang on for a second because i want

00:19:36.000 to i want to make sure people understand the scale of these numbers and and just roughly at 10 000 a day

00:19:44.020 a day think about that 10 000 people a day that's a conservative army excuse me excuse me excuse me

00:19:52.220 you said 12 000 18 000 a day i'm sorry at 12 to 18 000 a day an army division is roughly 10 000 men

00:20:00.180 so at the upper end you're almost at two army divisions a day coming in illegally into with

00:20:06.520 these phony asylum these are phony asylum planes 100 phony okay phony and they know it they're breaking 0.78

00:20:12.500 the law the 540 the 540 000 a month i want people to understand this i may be off slightly but i don't

00:20:22.100 think i'm too far off the number of troops that landed on d-day the most sacred outside of

00:20:28.800 gettysburg day probably in american military history as far as being on offense was 175 000 people

00:20:35.320 so it's it's almost 3x almost three times d-day the entire pattens third army that swept across

00:20:45.940 broke out of the hedgerow swept across france and really went all the way it could have gone to the

00:20:51.460 heart of berlin but went all the way to the rhine and was stopped that historic third army and went to

00:20:57.900 baston everything like that that was 325 000 you're having more than the army that the american army

00:21:07.180 that won in in europe in world war ii the scale of these numbers is is virtually every month by the way

00:21:15.560 it's it's almost two times the third army and three times d-day these numbers of this todd these numbers

00:21:23.500 are at such a scale as to boggle the the mind and and and the mainstream media won't cover and

00:21:30.960 mayorkas can sit there we got we i saw a video today he desisting goes the border's secure and it's

00:21:36.860 my number one priority is is he a psychopath when he says that does he expect us to actually be but

00:21:42.260 why does he say that his mantra just to trigger war room the trigger banon or is it is it is he a

00:21:48.900 sociopath it's good you got to help me out here brother i can't mayorkas i have a tough time

00:21:52.820 taking mayorkas right he's like this weird like gnome no i know i've thought about that a lot and

00:22:00.500 that the best i can come up with i mean i can't get inside their brains but the best i can come up

00:22:05.500 with on that is that their definition of secure is different than everybody else's definition

00:22:12.740 that their definition of secure means that there's no del rio migrant camp popping up they're moving them 0.99

00:22:19.760 through smoothly everybody's moving in smoothly smoothly coming coming coming and no buildup that

00:22:26.620 you can see uh no drone news drone uh footage of you know masses and masses of people stuck on the

00:22:34.060 riverbank so if that's not happening in their definition that is secure that's that's secure

00:22:41.840 in my definition and the definition of almost everybody i know any normal person uh it's that

00:22:49.560 nobody's coming it's got they've got it stopped there's nobody coming i i i want you to take a

00:22:58.720 second because you're you're the one thing about yours the dog's fine we know you're you're we got a lot

00:23:04.220 dogs on the show a lot a lot of dogs benson you're you're a good man and you're a fair man right and

00:23:10.500 people don't realize todd spent years in intelligence work for the texas department of public safety on

00:23:15.880 this topic he's one of the reasons we love him on the show his books are the best he works at cis which

00:23:21.560 is the best uh his his numbers are always on and people you know even people don't agree with our

00:23:27.840 politics always ask for benson's number i want to make sure i hear from todd benson when uh we say

00:23:34.100 that these asylum because we're not cruel people i keep saying that these people are upon and they're

00:23:39.040 doing the rational thing when you're invited up make a run for it you and i would do it we bring

00:23:43.200 the kids to make a run for it the worst that of all the mail says to give him a phone to give him cash

00:23:48.420 they give you'd be you'd be irrational not to do it particularly with brazil's falling into

00:23:54.640 with lula and you got argentina with nine thousand percent um inflation and you got colombia and you got

00:24:02.260 bolivia got all these nations that are falling to either left-wing populist or the marxist they're

00:24:07.100 all going to be venezuela one day let's get the kids and let's run up there biden's inviting us

00:24:11.500 but i just want to ask from our perspective these are not even close of oldy guy he's some mayor in

00:24:17.740 south texas west he says it goes you know the asylum thing's totally made up these are not asylum

00:24:23.520 seekers this is we all know that this they're just looking for a better they're looking for better

00:24:27.880 jobs he's just they're looking for good jobs and a better place to live that's not a reason that we

00:24:33.700 can grant asylum in in biding these guys knowingly this is why they got to get impeached

00:24:39.980 they're knowingly breaking the law as it exists today to make sure that we actually have an asylum 0.87

00:24:45.260 system correct todd bensman that's correct and i'll tell you this i'm going to give you a little

00:24:50.320 preview of a story that i will be running at cis.org on monday with video and print uh for my trip down

00:25:00.880 to the border is the new face of the mass migration crisis it is evolving to something that i think the

00:25:09.900 general public has no idea about the biden administration has now uh cut deals with the

00:25:17.400 mexican government to hand deliver pre-approved immigrants at the ports of entry from the pacific

00:25:26.260 ocean all the way down to the gulf of mexico and into the interior of texas of mexico where

00:25:34.360 the mexicans will process them in for the american cbp on a data portal uh shared cbp one it's called

00:25:45.240 uh and uh they're granting them something called humanitarian parole while they're in mexico and

00:25:53.600 then the mexicans hand deliver them to the americans at the bridge so that nobody can see it and it looks 0.93

00:26:00.060 to be happening at ports of entry throughout the border so they're legalizing border crossing you can't

00:26:09.400 call this illegal uh uh entry bensman i got i gotta hold you i gotta hold you i gotta hold you 0.97

00:26:17.580 through the break just for a couple minutes i know you're busy gotta get back to your family

00:26:45.640 thought through they're they're they're setting up a processing business right you guys are in the

00:26:51.140 border patrol business you're running around catching one and two guys stuff like that

00:26:54.260 they're in the processing business and they're processing as many as they can before we take over in

00:31:17.180 okay welcome back i want to go uh congressman mtg marjorie taylor green has called in she's on

00:31:24.340 the road she's pressed for time congressman they announced a special prosecutor today special

00:31:28.620 counsel jack smith who's known as a political hack went after governor mcdonald uh years ago

00:31:34.120 and uh had it reversed by the supreme when he was thinking about running for president had it

00:31:38.400 reversed by the supreme court nine to nothing your thoughts ma'am well i i just want to tell jack smith

00:31:45.400 he's not going to get much of a paycheck because i'm going to do everything we can

00:31:49.260 to make sure that there is zero american taxpayer dollars appropriated for merrick garland's special

00:31:56.220 counsel which is nothing but the democrat party's campaign arm to campaign against president trump

00:32:03.160 when he is running for president in 2024 and they're trying to use the american tax people's

00:32:08.600 money hard-earned money to do it and let me tell you something steve i'm already far down the line

00:32:13.020 because i've been working on this today here's what's going to happen we're going to work on the

00:32:17.080 appropriations committee and we're going to to do it either two ways we're going to use

00:32:22.080 we are going just okay we're going to use this one method we're either going to use the holman rule

00:32:30.100 which we're going to be putting in our house rules which will allow us to reduce or cut the funding

00:32:35.740 the salary or funding of any any federal program especially in the special counsel's case or what

00:32:42.640 we can do is we can we can completely take it out of appropriation and put in the appropriations bill

00:32:48.900 saying that no funding can go towards the special counsel um and that's what we're going to be doing

00:32:56.200 here and it's going to be real simple steve the democrats want to continue to use and abuse the fbi the

00:33:02.760 department of justice but you know homeland security all of these big federal agencies

00:33:07.380 and they're abusing it on the american taxpayers dime well we're done with it we are absolutely

00:33:12.680 fed up we fought with russian collusion with the muller investigation we're not going to do this again

00:33:17.880 so that's it we're going to stop them and we're going to do it through the power of the purse

00:33:22.480 congressman green uh you know you're one of the fire breathers and the leaders in the house you

00:33:29.320 got matt gates you got jim drink at others do you think the rest of your colleagues will uh will

00:33:34.780 hunker down for the simple reason that hey president trump announces and a couple of days later you know

00:33:39.540 48 hours later they announce a special prosecutor after they've had two years to do this with merrick

00:33:45.620 garland do you believe the rest of the republican conference uh will agree with you and say you're

00:33:50.580 absolutely correct we either use the holman rule or we just use writers on appropriations but we're not

00:33:55.760 going to give these guys a dime well you know you know one of the things that um i'm going to continue

00:34:02.400 to be committed to doing steve is telling the american people the truth even if it's not the

00:34:07.600 truth that they want to hear from me at times and i i don't believe that all of them are fully committed

00:34:15.000 right now at this time but that's something we got to work on just like right right now we're not we're

00:34:19.740 not committed um we're not all together on who we're voting for for speaker but i'm going to tell you

00:34:24.720 i'm going to fill you in on that in just a second too but but we've got to get committed to doing

00:34:30.220 these things so i'm going to continue pressuring my republican colleagues and fighting for this

00:34:35.140 but i think a large majority are already on board with it and i've already i've already i mean i've

00:34:39.720 been on a plane for two hours flying down here um to to mar-a-lago tonight and to meet with president

00:34:46.160 trump and others tomorrow um i've already talked to multiple members of congress on this and they are

00:34:52.600 supporting what i'm saying so i don't think this one is going to be too hard to get past the line

00:34:57.400 we just have to get everyone together and then on the speaker vote the situation there i've been

00:35:03.260 talking with a bunch of members of congress also all week on this and i just heard today that um

00:35:08.680 that there was mention of steve salise for a potential name uh being brought up to be voted on

00:35:16.940 on january 3rd for speaker but here's here's what happened there's so many people uh supporting

00:35:23.640 kevin mccarthy there's there's we nearly have everyone saying that they will not vote for steve

00:35:29.560 salise so that effort is already defeated um and it hasn't even started so we're you know i'm just

00:35:35.460 telling you we're getting united we just have to continue pulling people together and steve you know

00:35:40.520 i'm going to be committed to it because i want republicans to be successful and kevin mccarthy's

00:35:45.720 already committed to these investigations that we want to want to be able to do and he's not going

00:35:51.360 to he's not going to he's going to support it and i think he's going to support us on the fulman rule

00:35:55.980 and i think he's going to support us on what we want to do with the purse strings the american people

00:36:01.300 tax dollars he does it he's sick and tired of everything being used political uh just like the american

00:36:07.100 people are and that's what merrill merrick garland is trying to do with the special council so we're

00:36:12.720 still fighting it out in our conference but we'll pull this one together uh congressman green thank

00:36:19.200 you very much good luck tonight with the president and then tomorrow in the meetings uh we'll put all

00:36:23.200 your social media up so people will follow you thank you ma'am fantastic thanks steve

00:36:27.760 just heard it right there throwing down hard the appropriations this is going to make or break

00:36:35.660 this uh mccarthy trying to pull this speakership together you know if he can convince people you

00:36:40.100 be tough i know a lot of the audience are absolutely shocked that mtg would be there but i do think we

00:36:45.700 have seen a different uh angle of attack i would say on mccarthy and quite frankly that's because of

00:36:52.000 this audience and other people that support uh these hardline uh mega republicans who want action

00:36:58.380 uh todd bensman i want to go and continue on the mccarthy situation because right now you also

00:37:05.600 have to have a set of stones to face it we have the ability to stop this nonsense and to stop this

00:37:11.020 southern this invasion on the southern border you can on the appropriations bill you can just say we're

00:37:16.120 not doing this anymore we're not going to fund this stuff and quite frankly this story and this story

00:37:20.960 that you're going to break on monday because i've worked this um i've been in this line of work on

00:37:25.960 the border for now 12 years that's a blockbuster story if even half of that is true because it shows

00:37:33.340 you the insidious nature of this regime and what they're doing in the games they're playing to

00:37:38.840 actually exacerbate the invasion it shows you how well through thought through they can't do anything

00:37:44.560 in the country to help anybody but they can sure think through 10 different moves of how to make it

00:37:50.720 even an increased invasion on the southern border and into the united states and then deep into the

00:37:56.420 interior what do you think has to do and do you think mccarthy as speaker has the stones

00:38:02.760 to do what needs to be done because i gotta tell you there's some i see fighting through and how

00:38:08.320 they're going to fight through and they'll blink if you cut them off on their ability to let the

00:38:14.960 invasion of the southern border continue right because because schumer told you what it was about

00:38:20.500 it's not steve bannon it's not gateway pun it's not breitbart it's not war room it's schumer he's saying

00:38:25.900 hey you're not having enough babies so you know we need to we need to get more foreigners in that was 1.00

00:38:31.580 schumer at the microphone do you think sir as you know them and you work with them every day and

00:38:38.920 you brief them every day do they have the stones that you need to essentially because this will

00:38:45.020 biden would shut the government down if they said no we're not playing your games anymore we're not

00:38:50.020 funding this madness on the southern border todd benson uh you know i'm not a huge optimist uh on this

00:38:57.180 my feeling was that if the republican uh damage had been broader and deeper uh because listen the

00:39:06.740 immigration the the mass migration crisis at the border was one of the top three area issues of

00:39:14.900 concern to all americans uh and it didn't really uh resonate in a in a damaging way as much of a

00:39:23.500 damaging way as it was expected to and i thought that if it had really hurt the democrats to the bone

00:39:32.680 marrow that they might have been malleable on this issue but i think that they're looking at this i saw

00:39:39.020 biden come out right after the results and say and he was asked is anything going to change

00:39:44.480 in your policies as a result of this and he said nothing and i believe him i'm going to believe him

00:39:51.240 uh the demic i think the republicans will try there are some uh so there are you know the freedom

00:39:57.800 caucus there there are good republicans who are good on this issue who i think are going to push

00:40:03.860 and agitate as well they should for but do you think mccarthy they they have you he has eight now he has

00:40:12.600 eight or ten hard no votes the only way you convince these guys i am going to be tough i'm going to go

00:40:17.660 the republicans can't hide from this issue now there's been too much reporting people know too

00:40:22.400 much my point is there'll be a revolt from this audience and from all the other conservative

00:40:27.080 audiences because of everything we have even the spending is tied back to this if you don't stop

00:40:33.420 this on the southern border we don't have a country it's that simple and so they're going to literally

00:40:38.740 have the band net to their back the proverbial band net to the back don't back up you got to keep

00:40:43.500 going do you see that on the republican side because when your story comes out next week it's

00:40:49.320 going to be one of a hundred just layered up that it's impossible for them and run away and not look at

00:40:56.080 this as reality that has to be addressed right well what what needs to happen is at least some effort

00:41:05.120 to play with the purse strings on this but we saw just a few years ago when trump was facing a kind

00:41:12.700 of a similar situation he was trying to get things done at the border uh and you know that we had a

00:41:20.200 standoff and they closed the government and ultimately it didn't it didn't work as well as it was what it

00:41:27.600 was what it was intended how it was intended i'm not sure how well the purse strings work on this

00:41:35.600 particular issue because the levers all lead pretty much to the white house and then from there to dhs

00:41:45.000 mayorkas uh so i mean if they want to keep this going and it seems like they do uh i think they're

00:41:53.200 going to find ways to just keep it going and one of the ways is as i just mentioned to you know pre-approve

00:42:00.820 thousands upon thousands of immigrants for for humanitarian parole while they're still in mexico

00:42:07.680 and then just uh walk them over the bridge i was there i i got into the interior of the mexican side of the

00:42:15.780 operation they gave me full unfettered access and i watched them do it on a date on a data portal share a cbp1

00:42:24.360 data portal shared with the mexicans and they're just putting all these names in there and and

00:42:29.920 they're bringing them over and you can't see that in a in a fox news drone overhead uh this is all

00:42:37.420 hidden behind federal walls and it seems like it's increasing and increasing and increasing

00:42:43.640 under something called legal pathways the mayorkas uh people are saying legal we are creating legal pathways

00:42:53.540 at the southern border that's a whole different thing uh that's a whole that's a game-changing

00:43:00.540 kind of uh a change to the immigration process now there is litigation in florida uh the state of florida

00:43:11.160 about humanitarian parole the the questionable legal authority that they're using for this

00:43:16.980 in my opinion i'm not a lawyer but uh it's a the law is very simple and even for somebody like me

00:43:24.240 and it really does seem like they are breaking the law they're misusing

00:43:28.880 humanitarian parole on a massive scale

00:43:32.580 so uh people need to pay attention to that florida lawsuit at this point 0.98

00:43:37.440 uh you're not going to see the migration numbers go up as much

00:43:41.900 and they may even go down the the apprehension numbers because they're moving them to the ports

00:43:47.920 of entry over the bridges you can't see it and they don't log as an illegal alien apprehension

00:43:55.120 none of them log that way let me uh last thing uh is the abbott abbott dropped this on the day of

00:44:03.560 president trump's um launch of his campaign and abbott people know abbott's ambitious also it was

00:44:11.360 literally ripped from a carry lakes which he was going to do or will do uh on her inauguration as

00:44:17.920 governor the very first day is send a warning shot to biden give him 30 days uh and then declare it

00:44:23.280 declare an evasion give biden 30 days to deal with it is abbott's performative or is this real

00:44:29.420 here's what i can tell you uh based on uh my uh relationship with somebody who is in very high up

00:44:38.460 in texas state government that they have certain plans that do not include rounding up illegal aliens

00:44:48.740 and kicking them back to mexico that is not on the table uh they they do plan to do some things that are

00:44:57.840 new but i couldn't get i couldn't get a good beat on what that is but something is coming something's

00:45:03.900 happening uh but it's not going to be what everybody was hoping for what carrie lake was promising to do 1.00

00:45:10.860 uh but for the most part why is abbott why why is abbott not have the balls to to to uh call for an

00:45:19.400 invasion that's an invasion of texas and take all those emergency measures that he's authorized to do

00:45:24.860 why won't he do it i have it i have an answer to that uh one reason that this is from them

00:45:30.540 is that uh you know under title 42 border patrol routinely kicks illegals back 35 percent only now

00:45:41.180 but they're still doing it and by the way those ones that they're kicking back under 42 are coming

00:45:46.600 in on the bridges now the they gave them an escape hatch to come in legally okay but that's monday

00:45:53.920 uh what the texas uh leadership is concerned about there is that if texas were to start doing the

00:46:03.000 same thing they would just turn right around and come back in just like they do when border patrol

00:46:07.620 does they would have to do something else like fly them to their home countries or something like

00:46:12.820 that and when texas does push them back like title 42 a texas style title 42 they don't have the

00:46:22.520 ability to check fingerprints with on the federal side and biometrics on the federal side because

00:46:28.900 the federals will not cooperate uh with something like this on the texas side there's there's a grand

00:46:36.060 canyon size chasm in cooperation on that issue and they're worried that they'll push back terrorists

00:46:42.680 and criminals uh that they don't know who then when they come back uh they won't be able to catch them

00:46:48.360 the next time wow so they they that's the sounds sounds sounds sounds like their explanation looking

00:46:55.680 for an answer you know a dodge looking for explanation todd how do people get to you

00:47:14.480 out in february all about this border crisis documenting how it started who started it why

00:47:21.660 it started and what it looked like on the ground is called overrun it's uh back over here on over my

00:47:27.860 shoulder which one the red book there uh how joe biden unleashed the greatest border crisis in u.s

00:47:35.160 history be out in february but it's available for pre-order now wish that had been out before the

00:47:42.240 election but good it's gonna be great in february as we get into these investigations and these

00:47:46.000 hearings todd bensman thank you very much appreciate you coming on brother sure everybody ought to get

00:47:51.040 that book uh by the way mtg just texted me said i recorded she talked to uh kevin mccarthy and wanted

00:47:56.620 to report that kevin mccarthy said 100 there will be no funding for a special counsel zero funding from

00:48:04.660 him for a special counsel just saying that the guy's running and he's trying to you know he's trying to

00:48:10.600 meet people's demands i understand people got a lot of problem with it they got 10 no votes we'll

00:48:15.520 report on more of that tomorrow because that's going to be a big deal 8 30 tonight also on getter

00:48:19.680 for the life i want to go to john mills colonel mills wrote a brilliant piece you know he got

00:48:24.340 everything with the chinese communist party the laptop from hell you got biden over there rubbing up 0.89

00:48:28.340 against she trying to trying to take down tensions tensions are still high as we don't respond to the hot

00:48:35.240 economic war they've got us so the hot information war john mills has come up with some quick

00:48:40.380 solutions john walk us through this piece in epic times of what we need to do asap to be sure we're

00:48:46.220 ready militarily for the ccp well yeah the piece was nothing will change until nothing changes in epic

00:48:54.100 times and uh it's about really the uh the american naval buildup and say hey what the heck do i an army

00:49:00.160 officer know about the american naval buildup well for 12 years we've been trying to keep a

00:49:05.600 spreadsheet straight on uh on building the u.s navy from 285 to 355 400 500 i mean they're running out

00:49:14.840 of spreadsheets at the pentagon and we've got to get this straight now my proposal i know the navy's

00:49:20.620 gonna really uh not like this but there was a general named leslie groves who ran he was an army

00:49:26.360 general an army engineer he built the pentagon and then he uh then he ran the manhattan project to

00:49:31.740 build our first nuclear weapons uh i think the navy needs to focus uh on forward deployments and off

00:49:38.640 tempo here and we really need to get our ship building our shipyards just we have to recapitalize

00:49:45.540 them a lot of people don't realize you know the the uh youngest uh dry dock in uh in uh pearl harbor

00:49:52.440 is uh what is about 80 years old and uh the oldest one is over 110 years old i mean we we have got to

00:49:59.220 get recapitalize our existing shipyards and expand them and i think it's time to place an army

00:50:06.080 engineering general in charge to march this to completion because the arm the navy has been

00:50:12.220 has been fooling with this for 12 years it's becoming a a joke in the halls of the pentagon they

00:50:19.140 can't keep the ship ship plan ship building plan straight and so why don't we let the navy focus 0.73

00:50:25.680 on forward operations and have an army engineer general come in and expand all the shipyards

00:50:32.640 the reason i had to do this i showed it to my daughter who's an army officer i'm a naval officer

00:50:38.720 only the army could come but it's actually quite a brilliant idea i'm not saying i agree with it all

00:50:43.040 my navy colleagues but leslie groves was a special guy john how do people get your new book that's out

00:50:48.560 because it's about your journey i think it's a wake-up call to a lot of people in this audience

00:51:15.620 the obama years but in about 2016 i realized there was colleagues spying on president candidate trump

00:51:23.180 uh and then president trump and then i got a call a few days at the uh on the top secret phone a few

00:51:29.300 days after president trump won the election says john you've got to be on this interagency committee

00:51:35.260 we're going to finalize the russia story and we're going to delay or block the inauguration

00:51:41.220 uh of president trump in the first term the the coup was on the coup was real so uh this is the story

00:51:48.940 and uh go through it how how it took four years where where where where where did they go real
