Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 188： How To Continue To Hold Accountability During The Lame Duck; China⧸Russia Owns World's Energy

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:18.020 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:25.780 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in georgia

00:00:31.560 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:36.640 is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:40.400 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:47.500 stephen k bannon tax dollars of people who are listening are paying to put children in the hands

00:00:55.000 of criminals said i need to make you aware and they said tara we don't get sued by traffickers

00:01:00.680 a government whistleblower has stepped forward to project veritas to detail her harrowing experience

00:01:06.260 the department of health and human services in 2021 this whistleblower volunteered to assist hhs with

00:01:13.280 the placement of unaccompanied minors and was deployed to the migrant emergency intake site in

00:01:18.420 pomona california there she witnessed the agency failing these children as she puts it doing the

00:01:24.500 work of the cartels on your tax dollars these vulnerable children we care for them we clothe them

00:01:31.860 we feed them with your dollars and my dollars we fly that product directly to the trafficker god forbid 1.00

00:01:40.660 it's sex trafficking project veritas embarked on a nine-month investigation across the country to

00:01:46.620 corroborate our whistleblower's claims so he attempted to traffic children and he's still at

00:01:52.140 address in texas yes we have 44 unaccompanied children at that address we have 25 unaccompanied

00:02:01.440 children at that address project veritas put boots on the ground visiting scores of addresses

00:02:06.940 the whistleblower shared from case files she worked on what we found was shocking

00:02:11.620 the sponsor can hold up that order of deportation to that child and say

00:02:41.320 if you do not do what i say i'm going to call ice on you myself

00:02:46.200 i don't believe that this is something that hhs wants people to know if you're a case manager and

00:03:00.380 you know this information if you really care about the children being safe you need to come forward

00:03:07.300 okay welcome uh it is uh tuesday 29 november in the year of our lord 2022 um i asked mike davis to come

00:03:18.920 on because there's so much going on at the supreme court and some landmark cases coming up i want to

00:03:23.040 hear some perspective on that and also there's so much going on in big tech with elon moskies on

00:03:28.740 he's threatening to put out all these information on on the suppression of voices

00:03:33.400 and uh but two things have come up and mike davis is a man no he's a brilliant legally um he's also got

00:03:44.060 a tremendous common sense and he's uh got a big heart as a human being mike the reason i want to start

00:03:50.200 the show or we just had it on the last with with o'keefe you've talked um about our duty and obligation

00:04:00.640 in taking the house in the obligation to get to the evasion of the southern border and you've actually

00:04:07.780 included merrick garland and and and uh mayorkas of of not not just not following the law but i mean

00:04:15.300 absolutely breaking the law and now we have this whistleblower federal government whistleblower now

00:04:20.160 it is hhs as part of it but you're sitting there and you see the federal government you see

00:04:25.860 people's tax dollars uh you see you know the united states uh government in partnership with

00:04:33.080 the cartels and the excuses used and it's obvious they're trafficking these children these these um

00:04:39.740 migrant children into the united states for sex trafficking and when you sit there

00:04:44.480 and they say oh we went to this low 44 at this low unaccompanied minors at this location 25 at

00:04:51.160 this location in the united states of america in texas in california in arizona last last segment

00:04:58.900 we had uh floyd brown from western journal said hey phoenix is the number one uh sex trafficking center

00:05:06.580 in the country because the border on on the southern border was so was so open i mean your good friend

00:05:12.860 harmie dylan the reason she's working fraud the reason they're coming to

00:05:17.700 the first

00:05:20.420 when i take my hand off the bible i'm declaring an invasion on the southern border and uh an invasion

00:05:29.780 of southern border and i'm going to in in in in in what's a invasion of southern border and he's

00:05:36.620 going to have to biden's going to have to respond to that mike davis your thoughts this is a very

00:05:43.920 predictable outcome for president after president biden uh on day one uh opened up our border to

00:05:51.960 this complete lawlessness where we have floods of illegal economic migrants coming across our border 0.99

00:05:58.960 and it it paves the way for drug traffickers for human trafficker trafficking it is horrendous what

00:06:06.100 is going on and there is no excuse for this president trump got the the border under control

00:06:11.320 and biden has intentionally changed that because he's trying to import illegal economic migrants future

00:06:17.820 democrat voters and cheap labor for these big these woke big corporations and it's unacceptable and it's

00:06:23.980 the most vulnerable people among us who pay the biggest price for these open borders it's the

00:06:29.320 women who are being trafficked it's the children who are being trafficked it's disgusting and there

00:06:33.920 needs to be aggressive oversight by house republicans they need to drag in the hhs secretary they need

00:06:40.760 to drag in the dhs secretary they need to drag in the attorney general and they need to make it so

00:06:45.680 painful for these cabinet officials but that they have to that they have to start changing their policies in

00:06:52.240 order to stop this on the senate side right uh working with grassley and judiciary you were a clerk with

00:07:05.860 uh with gorsuch you know how the system operates it is inconceivable you had a federal whistleblower

00:07:12.780 there and she traveled around if she knows it there are people in the chain of command and know exactly

00:07:18.880 what's going on here how can we possibly mike be in a situation to have these children sent to to to

00:07:26.720 to have these trafficked these older men with the particulars growing they i think part of a the story

00:07:31.360 they had was that the cartels charging like ten thousand dollars to get up get across then they pimp

00:07:36.400 them out to pay the money you know so they get the money paid back the how can this happen and the chain of command

00:07:43.360 how can people not already know what's going on how can people not know when you have 44 unaccompanied

00:07:48.860 minors that are coming in and being processed in at these centers and then going to the essentially

00:07:56.380 what's a brothel right on taxpayer expense and and the excuse is we don't go after them because the 1.00

00:08:02.440 traffickers don't sue the government that's kind of flipping response how can the chain of command

00:08:07.520 and i'm not saying the hhs secretary knows it but people in the chain of command obviously know

00:08:13.480 what's going on here am i is that too big a reach no i mean there are political appointees throughout

00:08:20.040 hhs from the secretary to the deputy secretary to the assistant secretary for children and families

00:08:26.780 to the director of office of refugee resettlement these are all biden political appointees and they

00:08:32.900 they have to know what's going on or they're so reckless with their with their policies that they

00:08:38.340 just don't care they're just they're so concerned about importing millions of illegal economic migrants

00:08:43.980 for future democrat votes for cheap labor they don't give a damn what happens to the women they don't give 1.00

00:08:49.060 a damn what happens to the children in the process it's just collateral damage to them and this this has 0.73

00:08:54.640 to stop we have to stop the flood of illegal economic migrants at our border we could be for legal 0.99

00:09:01.160 immigration safe immigration there are valid there are certainly valid refugee claims right but

00:09:07.160 these are not valid refugee claims these are illegal economic migrants and it needs to stop they're 0.99

00:09:12.840 taking advantage of this it's going to get worse with title 42 winning it's going to get worse for

00:09:17.580 it's this is going to this is going to get exponentially worse when title 42 wins

00:09:22.640 um this is what you talked about your your recommendation now to house leadership

00:09:31.140 is you've got to get on this one right away but my york is at at dhs garland at at attorney

00:09:37.660 general but you got to roll the hhs something you're saying these investigations have they got

00:09:42.600 to be called in front of for testimony immediately and the investigations have to start immediately about

00:09:47.080 exactly what's going on at the southern border including everything that's been worked out

00:09:51.740 between the attorney general dhs hhs and the white house sir yeah and absolutely that the house

00:09:59.440 republicans don't take over till january but send the preservation letters now preserve your documents

00:10:04.600 and start going down several layers every senate confirmed official who's who's in that chain of

00:10:10.240 command at hhs that we just discussed and also this is why it's so important that republicans

00:10:15.440 conservatives right thinking democrats and independents show up and support hirschel walker

00:10:21.020 in his election because if there is a 50 50 senate versus a 51 49 senate 50 50 senate means republicans

00:10:29.540 have a power sharing agreement with the democrats that means they get more staff they get more

00:10:34.880 resources they have more power over subpoenas and investigations if hirschel walker loses that all

00:10:41.220 goes away um i want to play thank i want to play uh let me play the thing i need to get your uh thoughts

00:10:50.540 on uh on arizona let's go ahead and play the cold open for arizona um i vote i under duress um i found

00:10:59.480 out today that i have no choice but to vote i or i'll be arrested in charge of the felony um i don't think

00:11:05.560 that that is what our founders had in mind when they use the democratic process to elect our leaders

00:11:10.940 our self former self-government i find that very disheartening with your vote of four eyes and zero

00:11:19.060 nays you've approved item one b anything else for the good of the order we're adjourned

00:11:26.960 okay uh we don't have the clements piece up yeah can we play i want to play also i want to play

00:11:35.260 david clements let's go and play david clements i want mike davis's opinion of both let's go and

00:11:39.180 play it centers that were impacted by the printer issues did not impact one part of the valley more

00:11:45.240 than the other this is outrageous this is a national crisis and you're giving people two minutes to

00:11:53.260 address a national crisis and the way that you guys can just sit there it's disgusting watching

00:12:00.020 you pledge allegiance to my flag was disgusting the way that you sold us out you said you don't

00:12:06.480 have the statutory authority to do anything you're going to take a yes no vote what does that tell us

00:12:13.700 yes or no if it's just yes then why are you here why are you here then you have discretion and when

00:12:22.100 you certify something you're saying that it's trustworthy there's nothing trustworthy about this

00:12:27.400 this is theater it's optics i was a long time prosecutor i went after drug traffickers this is

00:12:34.280 vote trafficking at its finest i've seen the criminal element you are vote traffickers you are a vote

00:12:41.120 trafficker criminal what are you going to do about it you've sold us out you've sold us out you've sold 0.75

00:12:51.520 us out so we're not here to be civil you're worried about language we're worried about our voices being 0.96

00:13:02.000 stolen and never getting a fair election again that's what we're worried about so a curse upon you a curse 0.98

00:13:08.960 upon all of you you smug smug people what you gotta you gotta another chicken for him that needs to burn 0.98

00:13:15.520 it needs to burn down mr hickman all right am i bothering you am i bothering you because this 1.00

00:13:25.440 election bothered me and you're doing nothing about it i don't care about that stupid buzzard 0.99

00:13:34.160 this is sickening you have the power as the chairperson to enlarge the time limits and actually 0.99

00:13:40.320 hear your constituents instead of putting a muzzle on them thank you your time is up thank you very

00:13:48.400 much all right next speaker is john liandry and these sheriffs you got to know who you stand with 0.85

00:13:57.120 this is disgusting

00:14:01.760 okay that's david clements uh a former prosecutor who went full mike davis on the board of supervisors the

00:14:08.800 first clip was actually a supervisor mojave county mike davis sitting there going you know they told

00:14:14.640 me if i didn't vote if i didn't vote to certify uh i would be arrested and charged with a class six

00:14:21.680 felony what is going on is this a national crisis of what's happening in arizona right now sir

00:14:28.480 the problem is is that the democrats have turned election day into election season and they do the

00:14:34.960 all mail ballots i saw this in colorado when i lived here for 10 years where it went from a deep

00:14:40.080 red state to a deep blue state and what they do is they mail ballots everyone on the registered voter

00:14:45.200 list they mail ballots it doesn't matter whether they've moved or died college students and mail

00:14:49.760 ballots go out to everyone and democrats uh know that they can go find their voters even if they even

00:14:55.600 if these candidates don't have the popular support they can find enough votes to push them over the

00:15:01.120 finish line and if you get rid of signature verification if you get rid of election

00:15:05.520 observers there is nothing that stops someone from taking someone else's ballot filling it out and

00:15:11.040 mailing it mailing it in and that's exactly what democrats did with covet they use covet as an excuse 0.52

00:15:16.480 to get rid of signature verification to get rid of election observers and voila uh they're they're

00:15:22.400 winning these elections and so you get rid of election observers you get rid of the evidence

00:15:27.760 gatherers and then the democrats say you have no evidence well you threw them out of the room so

00:15:31.680 how could you have evidence when you threw out the election observers and then you said then you

00:15:35.600 blame the republicans for not having evidence of of these of irregularities and misconduct look what

00:15:40.720 happened with maricopa county they know that republicans trump supporters show up on election day

00:15:46.640 and they know that when they showed up on election day all of a sudden magically we had these

00:15:50.800 printer malfunctions that caused these huge lines and voting to to go down for several hours

00:15:56.480 and when the republicans went to the court and this napolitano appointed democrat judge shut them

00:16:03.440 down they asked for three more hours keep the polls open for three more hours to make up for these

00:16:08.560 voter machines that went down and these people waiting in line checking in being sent to another

00:16:14.400 voting location and told they couldn't vote because they checked in at the first voting location

00:16:18.720 they were disenfranchised and and captain mark kelly senator mark kelly

00:16:24.320 he opposed the republicans modest request to keep the polls open for three hours so those voters can

00:16:29.920 vote so i don't want to hear this nonsense about democrats caring about democracy when they filed a

00:16:36.400 court when they when they filed a court filing to shut down voting voting options for people in arizona 0.99

00:16:42.880 on election day and this is where republicans need to stop being so stupid stop telling people to only 0.97

00:16:48.400 show up and vote on election day we need to win these elections so we can change the election rules but 0.99

00:16:53.280 you have to win these elections and if you tell your people to only vote on election day in person

00:16:57.920 and then you get stuck in a six-hour line and then your 90 year old support supporters can't vote

00:17:03.600 you know what you need to get smarter than that start using early voting start playing by these rules to

00:17:08.480 win elections then we can change the rules

00:17:12.880 a lot's going on in washington dc right now we got this lame duck i'm gonna ask you about that in a

00:17:17.040 second and they're going to try they're talking about all kind of federal things about the

00:17:20.720 elections but also the supreme court at the same time is sitting uh there's a monumental case that's

00:17:27.600 coming up i want you to explain that about these independent state legislatures what does this mean

00:17:32.720 what does this mean about presidential elections and also just elections in general sir yeah so on

00:17:38.640 december 7th the court the supreme court's going to hear the case moore versus harper and under our

00:17:44.240 constitution it's article one section four clause one it's called the elections clause and the time

00:17:51.840 place and manner of federal elections is decided by state legislatures unless that is overridden by

00:17:58.480 congress so that means redistricting that means election rules as it relates to federal elections u.s house

00:18:04.720 u.s senate presidency those are decided by state legislatures democrats what they've done is they've had their

00:18:11.680 democrat state supreme courts and their democrat commissions changed the election laws for federal

00:18:17.680 elections and free for redistricting and they can't do that and i think finally the court the supreme

00:18:22.960 court there are finally five votes i think it's going to be six to three on the supreme court where they're

00:18:28.400 finally going to use the the u.s constitution's elections clause and say look democrat state supreme court

00:18:35.200 look democrat commissions you don't get to change the election laws you don't get to do redistricting

00:18:39.680 redistricting the constitution gives that power to state legislatures or congress and we're going to

00:18:45.280 follow the constitution the democrats call it the independent state legislature theory like it's not

00:18:50.240 a like it's some theory that republicans made up it's in the constitution it's the elections clause again

00:18:55.680 article one section four clause one

00:18:58.320 how how are their heads going to blow up uh with a six to three uh decision uh will it be

00:19:07.840 anywhere near what dobbs was and uh and what impact would this have as you see it well it's going to

00:19:14.080 have a huge impact where you're going to you're going to see house seats getting changed where

00:19:18.800 they're redistricted in a way where it actually reflects uh the state legislatures in in those

00:19:23.680 states whether it's north carolina pennsylvania ohio republicans are going to pick up more house

00:19:28.640 seats democrat democrats are going to go crazy eric holder mark elias the whole you know democrat election

00:19:35.120 lawyer crew they're going to go crazy they're going to be screaming about democracy and racism and all

00:19:40.720 this other nonsense who cares we're going to be accused of being anti-democracy and racist no

00:19:46.000 matter what republicans do we need to earn power use power and stop being wimps about it 0.54

00:19:53.680 um anything in the lame duck i'm hearing now that they're the the they're going to try to change the

00:19:59.280 electoral count act they've got a couple three things they can't get that massive bill through that they

00:20:04.000 tried to that would federalize elections but is any warnings for this audience of what to look for

00:20:09.920 on the changes of election particularly electoral count act or anything else on elections in this lame

00:20:14.880 duck i don't think there's 60 votes to change anything in the lame duck so i don't think that's

00:20:19.200 going to happen you still have mansion and cinema who are not willing to blow up a legislative filibuster 0.52

00:20:24.240 i will say what needs to happen in the lame duck is what we're seeing with elon musk

00:20:28.640 that he's he's bringing free speech to twitter so the democrats are using advertiser boycotts to try

00:20:34.560 to crush twitter elon has enough money to sustain it on his own so what they're going to do is do the

00:20:39.040 parlor play where the democrats go to apple and google and kick twitter out of the app store duopoly

00:20:44.880 and then go to amazon and kick twitter off the internet that's what they did to parlor to crush 0.99

00:20:48.160 parlor that cannot happen that's why there is a rare close closing bipartisan window of opportunity

00:20:54.800 to bring to update and enforce our century-old antitrust laws and there are bills working their

00:21:00.080 way through the house and the senate right now that will do that there's an app store bill

00:21:03.600 there's a non-discrimination bill there's several bills on our website the iap.org war room we have a

00:21:10.080 website for the war room posse and i think our the war room posse needs to call 202-224-3121 202-224-3121

00:21:20.080 and tell both their u.s senators and their home state uh u.s their their their u.s uh representative

00:21:27.760 to support these bipartisan reforms the non-discrimination bill and the app store bill

00:21:32.640 so we can prevent google and apple and amazon from crushing twitter i just want to take another minute

00:21:41.360 because this is one of the things i wanted to have you on here what musk has shown over the and look i'm

00:21:45.920 not an elon musk fan people know that we're gonna have uh rachel on talking about what's happening

00:21:50.800 in beijing here in a moment uh and you know i think a lot of his finances from the ccp that being

00:21:55.920 said it's been pretty extraordinary not just what he's done but how the left has tried to basically

00:22:02.240 take twitter and shut it down because he's providing a platform that many people can get to

00:22:06.960 is that everything you've told us about big tech and the oligarchs and big tech is showing how

00:22:12.480 google and apple want to take him off the app store all that it's kind of playing out like you

00:22:16.400 said it's going to play out and that's why we need to get control of these tech oligarchs right now 0.99

00:22:20.800 yeah i mean apple it google's 25 times bigger than twitter and apple's 50 times bigger than twitter

00:22:27.920 they can crush twitter instantly if they want to and the problem is is that these google and apple takes

00:22:34.800 their marching orders from the the ccp they they have to do china's censorship their you know content 1.00

00:22:40.880 moderation which is censorship and then they take their marching orders from the biding white biden

00:22:45.520 white house to do the censorship we need to end this elon musk is being bold and courageous he's

00:22:50.320 actually putting his money where his mouth is a lot of it 44 billion dollars to bring free speech back

00:22:55.920 to twitter and the left can't have free speech they can't win if there's a debate of ideas so they need to

00:23:01.840 use misinformation and disinformation to crush free speech in america and it's just this is a this is

00:23:09.360 an important moment for congress to finally stop but it's time for house republicans it's time for

00:23:15.120 house republicans that who talk a big game about taking on big tech now is the time for them to step

00:23:20.320 up and support this non-discrimination bill and this app store bill because if they don't google and

00:23:26.240 and apple and amazon are going to crush twitter uh mike how do people get to you to find out more

00:23:33.680 about this i know you got a special part in your site just for the war room posse but i want to

00:23:36.960 make sure everybody gets access because now we're into it right the lame ducks here people gotta get

00:23:41.280 all over this so where they go it's article three project dot org article number three project dot

00:23:46.480 org and we have the link to the war room posse site for the big tech bills there is at article three

00:23:51.440 project on getter twitter truth at article number three project and my personal is mrd dmia mrd dmia

00:23:59.520 and thank you steve for all you do mike thanks for coming on today and making sense of all this or

00:24:05.520 trying to make sense of all this okay can we go ahead and play the i want to play the i want to play

00:24:10.880 the clip from ron de santos and get ray drop let's go ahead there's reports that apple is not allowing the

00:24:18.400 protesters to use this airdrop function where they're trying to communicate that obviously

00:24:24.080 is providing aid and comfort to the ccp and so you see that report and that's very concerning

00:24:30.720 and then when you also hear reports that apple is threatening to remove twitter from the app store

00:24:39.200 because elon musk is actually opening it up for free speech and is restoring a lot of accounts

00:24:46.800 that were uh unfairly and illegitimately suspended for putting out accurate information about covid

00:24:54.400 that's like one of the main things that's being reinstated so many things these experts were wrong

00:25:00.000 at and you had people on twitter that were calling that out and twitter the old regime and twitter their

00:25:05.840 response was to try to just suffocate the dissent and and and elon musk knows that's not a winning

00:25:12.480 formula and so he's uh providing free speech and so if apple responds to that uh by nuking them from

00:25:20.880 from the app store you know i think that that would be a huge huge mistake and it would be a really raw

00:25:27.040 exercise of monopolistic power that i think would merit a response uh from from the united states congress

00:25:33.680 and so uh don't be a vassal of the ccp on one hand and then use your corporate power in the united states 0.72

00:25:41.680 on the other to suffocate americans and try to suppress their right to express themselves and so

00:25:47.920 i'm glad i'm glad things are changing at twitter and i know there's a lot of work to do with big tech

00:25:54.720 generally but um uh but this is big progress and we're really happy that that is now happening

00:26:02.800 okay that's what you heard mike davis talk about but i gotta tell you uh that is governor ron

00:26:07.360 de santos and what he called uh he called apple he referred to apple as a vassal of the chinese 0.98

00:26:14.400 communist party a vassal of the chinese communist party we're gonna take a break here in a second

00:26:19.200 and we're gonna bring rachel back on the other side of this the talk about this about the apple

00:26:25.040 um doing away with the airdrop the way that the protesters were able to communicate with each other

00:26:30.720 but remember this started in two places one the protest started because of welding in welding in

00:26:37.520 uh innocent laobajing innocent chinese people into their apartment the apartment burned they couldn't 0.87

00:26:42.560 get out also where it started was the apple factory the apple factory is essentially was run like a slave

00:26:49.040 labor camp and they had these covet restrictions it's just an absolute mess in the people's republic of 0.98

00:26:55.520 china china the ccp is running it like a gulag we'll have rachel join us uh after a short commercial break 0.99

00:27:09.280 will the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened biden more wasteful

00:28:28.080 okay welcome back we have rachel now rachel as you know has been on the show many times uh from

00:28:33.120 mainland china rachel can you tell the audience what how bad is this and what's going on with the

00:28:39.040 protesters uh lao baijing trying to stand up for freedom uh and uh liberty in in in china and and what's

00:28:47.440 happened we know the police came in there's been pepper spray barricades just get us up to date on

00:28:51.840 what's going on ma'am so basically uh you know if you recall the 2019 uh what we see on on the street

00:28:59.440 of hong kong is basically i think is getting there the steaming is gathered we see thousands and uh

00:29:05.200 thousands tens of thousands people are working on the streets and from all those cities including uh you

00:29:11.120 know not only the the ulu muci the xinjiang region but also beijing shanghai you name it the big

00:29:16.080 city guangzhou and people are uh from uh uh you know from all works of life they they gather together

00:29:22.160 because they're they're facing the reality of the the draconian uh a zero covet a policy and and the

00:29:29.200 lockdown um um the measurements of the lockdown that implemented because the the ccp wants to achieve the zero

00:29:35.520 covet policy so people are fed up with it i think the the the last of thursday which is november 24th

00:29:42.240 the deadly uh fire broken out of xinjiang is definitely a spark so the spark has already

00:29:48.000 turned into a blazing fire in terms of the uh in terms of protests you see them on the screen

00:29:53.440 so people just shouting out you know uh their fury which many of them has been locked uh locked in their

00:30:00.240 apartment uh for a past 100 uh more than 100 days particularly in xinjiang but in shanghai the same

00:30:06.640 thing in beijing in guangzhou all the big cities people have been uh forced to stay in their little

00:30:13.680 apartments for so long so i think their angry is simmering and accumulated so when when when there is

00:30:20.640 a venue to let the fury and to let the anger out then the people take it on the street so um you know

00:30:26.880 from what the footage i've seen uh leaked from uh within the uh within uh the mainland china from

00:30:33.360 the mainland china and i see people shouting uh you know ask the the the xi jinping to step down and

00:30:39.120 even say taking down this the communist party all of them uh for all so and i see the bite is you can 0.68

00:30:46.000 see you know uh the the police actually already the ccp has already sending uh uh 20 000 armed police

00:30:54.000 forces into big cities like beijing and shanghai they have already deployed everything so i think

00:30:59.200 a crack dom is coming and it's going to be bloody this time as as uh you know as as as much as we

00:31:04.640 can remember that 1989 was we remember the tank men and i think we are going to see the same uh

00:31:10.800 thing happening this time around but i'm just praying for you know the brave people because this

00:31:15.440 is out this is the last battle the ccp has taken over the entire china and also they coming to america 1.00

00:31:23.040 they have been infiltrated the american you know legal and economic system yeah let me let me let

00:31:30.320 me let me jump in here miles grow warned us and he talked about tiananmen and and he warned us a

00:31:35.920 couple you know just a couple months ago during the 20th party congress had all the media bound down

00:31:40.560 she's the emperor and he brought up the point that wan shishan and she are very concerned about the

00:31:44.800 legitimacy of the ccp they understand they're on very uneven soil when it comes to lao baijing and the

00:31:51.280 chinese people i think what shocked uh not people watch the war room obviously or watch my weekly

00:31:57.200 interview uh with the new federal state tv but they're kind of shocked that they were told that

00:32:02.080 that she is all powerful that he's everything and here you're seeing on the streets i mean we play miles

00:32:07.680 a song uh during the morning show take down the ccp i mean they're chanting take down the ccp and and and 0.97

00:32:14.080 and she's got to step down and and they were told that she's an emperor for life so what's it we only

00:32:19.920 got a couple of minutes but explain that dichotomy that she's supposed to be all powerful remember he

00:32:24.560 had uh who who went out dragged off the main stage humiliated in front of world media and he was supposed

00:32:33.040 to be the all-powerful emperor for life yet two months later because of what's happening in the apple

00:32:39.360 factory what happened with the welding the people into the apartment the dying and people hearing

00:32:43.840 their cries and also people just not understanding why this covid zero covid policy but it seems like

00:32:50.080 she could be weaker than ever i mean it seems like this thing could go on and build like tiananmen square

00:32:54.640 rachel yeah i think this is as you said economy i think he will be the weakest he this is the

00:33:01.280 weakest moment of she because the moment that he gave the police uh he armed the police force you don't

00:33:08.160 know uh what uh where are they going to aim it because to be a dictator you need to uh you need

00:33:14.320 you need to kill all your enemy and to maintain the power is going to be even bloodier because you're

00:33:19.760 going to you're going to you're going to use more violence uh more ways to protect and maintain your 0.96

00:33:24.400 power so i think all all the the the the political infight is a gather steam as well so that's why he is

00:33:32.000 in his most dangerous moment because that's why he's a fear he's afraid if he gave the army the real

00:33:39.760 bullet which they want them to turn aim at the the the armless protester uh but those uh uh so they

00:33:47.520 might take aim at xi and forcing him to back down because because the covet zero covet policy they have

00:33:53.920 already destroyed the economy of the china and in fact in the economy of the whole world so a lot of

00:33:59.440 people want xi gone within the political party so i think she is the she is very very dangerous any 0.99

00:34:06.320 moment uh you know his enemy because his enemy is in hiding and and so that's why he's concerned

00:34:12.560 but he's already secretly deployed all those yeah all those um uh cracking down on those protesters so uh

00:34:19.360 so uh so a lot of us the laobizing has been yeah yeah the laobizing has been so power so brave and so

00:34:26.880 it's showing the world where bravery is like the young people in hong kong real quickly what's your

00:34:31.040 social media now i want everybody you have miles grow they're they're uh he's going on broadcast

00:34:36.720 on getter non-stop the information is incredible rachel what's your social media how do people follow you

00:34:42.640 um i'm on getter and i um my social media handle is at s7 uh grill g-r-i-l but i also i want to

00:34:52.240 people follow the new federal state of china if they can so it's nfsc speaks uh also on getter

00:35:00.320 thank you and i do a wednesday interview with new federal state it's absolutely incredible and

00:35:04.720 they're up on getter non-stop so rachel thank you very much look forward to having you back on

00:35:09.040 with updates of really the most important story in the world right now what's happening in china

00:35:13.040 thank you ma'am okay yeah thank you okay i want to give you know a lot of the stuff we've been

00:35:19.680 covering here the last week or so is quite is quite difficult and you say hey where can i see

00:35:24.640 the upside in this although the great protesters allowed by jing on the streets and in in china

00:35:30.800 showing the world how you fight for liberty same thing in brazil same thing in arizona but i think

00:35:35.440 we've got some good news on uh potential good news as far as setting this country right economically

00:35:42.720 about uh about energy dave walsh want to bring in dave uh europe is actually making and they're

00:35:49.040 a model for us of what to avoid and it talked about about the dutch farmers because your theory

00:35:55.280 the case here that if you're going to be a modern industrial power you've got all these opportunities

00:35:59.920 for renewables and that's nice and maybe one day it works out but for baseload when you talk about

00:36:05.600 running a major industrial power you need baseload and we have two options on that essentially

00:36:10.640 let's leave coal aside for a second but i'm saying if you're going to meet people where

00:36:14.000 you talk about uh decarbonization or taking carbon out you got natural gas of which were the saudi arabia

00:36:19.920 times five and you have uh nuclear power uh and talk but talk to me about what the europeans have done

00:36:26.480 here recently to even be even i think break uh their society and their culture even more

00:36:32.640 a major major by far and away the world's most productive farming country globally by many

00:36:41.680 multiples even ahead of the u.s in the arable acreage production per acre they have now decided to

00:36:48.720 take over by eminent domain 3 000 dutch farms the government that's 27 percent of the farming land in

00:36:56.960 in holland will now be taken over by eminent domain to end farming so that the holland can

00:37:02.640 attempt to comply with the nitrogen emission standards of the eeu by 2030 trying to reduce

00:37:09.760 nitrogen emissions by 50 percent which will mean the sacrifice of 27 percent of holland's farmland

00:37:17.040 the most productive farmland in the world this is ludicrous because nitrogen in the in the airborne

00:37:24.560 nitrogen get this for the audience take a decimal point write seven zeros three three 330 parts per

00:37:34.880 billion nitrogen in the upper atmosphere and they get tied up in their shorts with the argument on

00:37:39.840 this because it's said to be 265 times more heat trapping than co2 we've had temperature rise of about

00:37:48.240 1.1 degree fahrenheit since 1860 and it is said now that this nitrogen is causing 265 times more

00:37:57.200 damage than co2 wait a minute something's not tracking here if that's the case with the efforts on co2

00:38:03.520 all right indeed a total waste of time which they are and now nitrogen is the new boogeyman nitrogen

00:38:09.360 fertilizers have propelled agriculture globally by a factor of about four times in the last 60 years

00:38:15.920 the use of nitrogen-based fertilizers very meaningful to mankind and and holland if you look at if you

00:38:22.560 look at if you look at the rest of the industrial policy and i want to get to scott melby from the

00:38:28.560 uranium energy corp here i'm going to lay it out for us but you said hey if you want to have base

00:38:34.400 load and still meet these people of halfway or two-thirds of the way or whatever about net carbon you

00:38:40.560 got to you got two major power sources you have natural gas and you have a nuclear power is that

00:38:47.840 is that your theory of the case could we actually do this with natural gas and nuclear power i understand

00:38:52.320 we got coal but you put just put coal off to the side for a second because that's going to be outside

00:38:56.400 the range of what the environmentalists want is that a way for actually us to power a major

00:39:01.360 industrial a country sir gas yes nuclear is challenged because we you know the the ability of the country in

00:39:10.000 western europe to build nuclear at this stage we we've got to deconstruct the regulatory environment

00:39:15.440 and get it get it accustomed to wanting to build nuclear power plants the regulatory environment has

00:39:21.520 become so severe we're trying to build 2 000 megawatts of nuclear in plant vogel in georgia

00:39:27.920 meag oval thorpe and southern company a partnership six years behind schedule 12 billion dollars over budget

00:39:35.520 france worse uh started the flamenville reactor building in 2007 still not finished about 10 years

00:39:42.800 behind schedule and about 8 billion over budget so we've got two two major reactors in the west

00:39:48.800 because of the lack of labor the lack of skills so we've got to get the uh the regulators on board with

00:39:55.200 modularized small reactors that can be built mainly in factories 150 megawatts or less brought to a site

00:40:02.080 hopefully brought to an existing nuclear reservation that know how to operate these securely and there

00:40:07.520 and there is a game there absolutely and and i think uh the greens will get behind that natural gas

00:40:12.960 obviously we've got tons of it it's it's another way to go it's 60 less co2 for those who worry about

00:40:19.520 co2 yeah megawatt hour produced so scott i want to bring scott in with with uh dave lynn at the regulatory

00:40:27.680 issues we've got two issues and i want you to address them the regulatory and and and where

00:40:31.600 they've really tried to crush uh the nuclear power industry although it is something that it i think it

00:40:37.200 is could be the lead uh to see us out of here the other is that uh we've allowed the russians and our

00:40:43.840 enemies and correct me if i'm wrong to control our uranium when it doesn't need to be like that so

00:40:49.520 walk the audience through what's the reality and and how nuclear power and uranium can be a driver

00:40:55.200 to get us out of this mess yeah well i agree with dave um we do need to streamline the regulatory in

00:41:01.600 this in this country and um one way to to really bolster our nuclear generation in the united states

00:41:08.560 is through small modular reactors and advanced reactors uh like are going into uh washington state

00:41:15.200 wyoming idaho tennessee up in ontario canada the uk building 16 smrs through rolls royce um you know

00:41:24.480 countries are able to build nuclear plants we've added 65 large reactors around the world in the

00:41:29.040 last nine years there's 56 more under construction so it's not that nuclear isn't growing it's growing

00:41:34.960 at about three to four percent per year it's just we got to get better at it in the united states and i

00:41:39.520 think the small modular reactors as dave said built-in factories shipped on site lower upfront capital

00:41:46.560 lower uh faster payback and scalable operations for both uh on-grid and off-grid applications

00:41:54.160 is the way to go so um we are seeing the the door open i mean we have democrats and republicans on

00:41:59.600 capitol hill actually agreeing on something these days and if you're on the far left you you want

00:42:05.840 nuclear for its baseload carbon-free uh aspects if you are on the conservative right you just want

00:42:12.400 affordable reliable power we can give uh both of those we can provide both of those things so it's not

00:42:18.240 surprising we're seeing bills uh being advanced uh by joe manchin barrasso uh democrats and republicans

00:42:25.520 that would would advance uh uh nuclear now there are some on the left that want all the great things

00:42:31.840 that the green economy brings like electric vehicles and carbon-free energy but they don't want to mine 1.00

00:42:37.200 the minerals that uh that are required whether it's nickel cobalt lithium or uranium so we do have some

00:42:43.760 work to do to convince them that if we don't mine them here we're going to mine them in places like

00:42:48.080 the congo or in kazakhstan or rely on russia and that's the state of our affairs here nuclear power

00:42:54.480 provides 20 of our electricity it's 50 of our carbon-free uh energy in the united states yet we get 60

00:43:01.520 of our uranium from uzbekistan kazakhstan and russia you know what could go wrong uh well we're seeing it

00:43:08.400 with the invasion of ukraine uh we've banned imports of oil and gas from from russia but we're still

00:43:14.320 taking imports of russian nuclear fuel why because we've grown reliant on them and uh we need to make

00:43:21.440 a concerted effort uh steve last time we talked was during the trump administration and folks like

00:43:27.200 peter navarro larry kudlow dan brulette rick perry were all saying that this was a real risk the united

00:43:33.040 states to rely on countries that don't share our interests and our values in things as critical

00:43:38.240 as energy and now we're seeing that come home to roost so we're playing catch up we're having to

00:43:43.040 see uh capital both public and private directed to our uh enrichment complex in the united states and

00:43:50.160 revitalizing the uranium conversion refining and enrichment and natural uranium to be able to

00:43:56.160 replace uh supplies from russia that could be cut off by putin tomorrow or as they should be banned uh from

00:44:03.520 rn within the next okay but but but hang on but hang but hang on this is what you got to explain

00:44:08.400 this is what i want to have you on and we're going to work through this over the next couple weeks

00:44:11.440 because i'm i'm trying to get some logic the industrial logic that the politicians understand

00:44:17.600 if you say right now we're 20 of the power 50 of the net carbon if you look the future and i understand

00:44:22.480 young progressives have been brainwashed since they were in grade school right it's like the china 1.00

00:44:27.200 syndrome every day if you want to get there nuclear power has got to be a big part of the equation how

00:44:32.960 at the same time have we left ourselves and all i hear of the biden regime is we're at war with russia

00:44:38.720 we're at economic war with russia we're trying to cut d we're trying to crush the ruble we're trying

00:44:43.040 to crush the central bank oh by the way we've allowed them to control the china controls the rare earth 0.97

00:44:50.000 russia controls our uranium supply yeah how could that possibly happen and how can these democrats sit there

00:44:55.200 go yeah how how tell me in what world this makes sense sir well in the globalization world it makes

00:45:02.160 sense because we thought well why not rely on pharmaceuticals uh respirators critical minerals

00:45:09.600 strategic energy commodities and we grew complacent and you know we've grown complacent and we're now

00:45:17.200 relying on russia well um you know what happens when and if china invades taiwan and and this situation

00:45:24.960 gets even more complicated the chinese are playing the long game while they're not a big supplier of 1.00

00:45:30.160 uranium to our country they're gobbling up global resources in countries all around the world countries

00:45:36.960 in africa like namibia where they practically run the entire country and by control the roads ports rails 0.62

00:45:44.000 their investments the debt that they're providing that country they're controlling the uranium and

00:45:48.960 other commodities in these african nations and in the united states you know we're more concerned of

00:45:54.000 who wins american idol than we are you know concerned about where are we going to get the the lithium the

00:45:59.680 nickel the cobalt for electric vehicles the uranium for fuel um we're begging venezuela for natural gas

00:46:06.720 this is insane we should be energy independent like we were two years ago um and you know frankly you

00:46:12.640 know we should be in all the above uh strategy uh coal plays an important part out out west where i am in

00:46:18.400 colorado uh let's not be too hasty about the phase out of those coal plants they provide stable reliable

00:46:25.520 cost of affordable energy but we do need to transition to a heavily reliant grid on natural gas and nuclear

00:46:33.840 until natural gas into nuclear uh dave hang on scott dave uh real quickly i got about a minute or so

00:46:40.080 is this i know now you're working with her other people are we going to put forward in the house

00:46:46.960 a full spectrum energy dominance plan that shows people natural gas uh nuclear power start to get
