Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 195： Where We Stand With Redistricting; Saudi Doesn't Respect The Biden Regime

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:17.280 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:24.240 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:30.160 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:34.920 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:39.200 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground

00:00:45.580 here's your host stephen k bannon

00:00:47.980 okay welcome uh it is thursday 8 december year of our lord 2022 uh we are jammed we got a lot to go

00:00:56.700 through in this hemisphere i got todd bensman massive fight here in washington dc on um amnesty

00:01:04.760 believe it or not with all the reporting todd benson's done all the frontline coverage we've

00:01:08.500 given it with millions of illegal aliens they've broken the asylum system they've totally 1.00

00:01:14.120 gamed the asylum system with millions here they're talking about up here tonight giving uh 0.99

00:01:21.780 basically amnesty to two million illegal aliens or just be a magnet the sucker right again you heard 0.72

00:01:26.920 ben burke on the last i say hey the number even on this deal is four four and a half million 0.81

00:01:30.920 frank gaffney's going to join us uh we're going to talk about this major uh webinar they had today

00:01:36.840 about china nuclear power while china nuclear weapons while china's in the persian gulf

00:01:41.880 with the saudis having the saudis kowtow to him but i'm also frank is one of the

00:01:47.340 topics that has been warning forever about this hemisphere brazil's on the edge but frank has been

00:01:53.660 worried been arguing about countries like peru and chile and others and in peru it looks like uh the

00:02:00.760 left is falling so i get to all that but i gotta start with mike davis mike you did a great assessment

00:02:05.860 this independent state legislatures and i just for the audience because if you pick up the new york

00:02:11.440 times and you pick up the the the washington post in the first paragraph brother it says it's kind

00:02:17.560 of a fringe theory uh that a bunch of kooks like uh mike davis and steve bannon have kind of made

00:02:23.880 into a thing and some republican legislatures in north carolina have kind of taken this now up

00:02:28.800 explain what this is is it a fringe theory or is it embedded in the constitution then i want to talk

00:02:34.520 about what happened yesterday it's the elections clause in the united states constitution that says

00:02:41.760 that state legislatures decide the time place and manner for federal elections unless they're that

00:02:50.040 that decision is overridden by congress so it it means that state legislatures make that substantive

00:02:56.120 decision on redistricting the rules for federal elections and that can't be overturned by state

00:03:03.860 supreme courts oftentimes democrat elected state supreme courts or commissions appointed by politicians

00:03:11.200 in the states that you can't strip the power away from the legislatures unless congress does it itself

00:03:17.220 and so that's what this case comes down to and why did the founders hang on hang on why did the

00:03:23.600 framers and the founders put that into the constitution what was their thinking why did

00:03:27.880 they think that was important sir because they wanted to have power as close to the people as possible

00:03:33.700 and your state legislative seats are as close as you're going to get under our constitutional republic

00:03:40.100 that is i mean those are your state representatives they wanted to make sure that states had a say they

00:03:46.000 wanted a limited federal government the federal government was only supposed to have specific

00:03:50.680 enumerated and separated powers because the founders very much feared a powerful federal government so

00:03:57.940 it's uh so another check on that is to make sure that the election rules and redistricting redistricting

00:04:04.340 is handled by state legislatures and when it comes down to in north carolina the republican state

00:04:10.720 legislature did the redistricting and it was favorable to republicans so the democrat appointees on the north

00:04:18.260 carolina supreme court purported to override them and said that you're it wasn't even racial

00:04:23.480 gerrymandering that they said that the state legislature did they said it was political

00:04:28.000 gerrymandering and that's democrats speak for we didn't like the way the republican legislature

00:04:33.300 redrew the the house races we're going to lose house seats and so therefore we're going to come up with

00:04:37.940 this bogus theory called political gerrymandering to have it struck down by their state supreme courts that's

00:04:44.140 what this case is about right now with the supreme court of the supreme court's going to decide whether

00:04:49.360 uh that the north carolina supreme court had the power to do what it did

00:04:53.260 and when you look at this court i mean you look at the questions and you look at the gorsuch

00:04:59.780 alito and thomas have a certain uh view of the world you would say a certain angle of attack as

00:05:05.560 as we would say in in the military uh but i was and look as you know and that's why i reach out to

00:05:11.560 you because that's my line of country but kavanaugh particularly kavanaugh and and amy comey barrett but

00:05:17.260 particularly robert yesterday just in his questioning back and forth walk me through this

00:05:22.680 well there's the there i think there's a three three three camp there's the three liberals who will

00:05:28.880 just go with the liberal result every time the democrat result every time and they're they're

00:05:32.900 only principled as winning uh there are the three constitutionalists thomas alito gorsuch who

00:05:39.320 understand that their modest but critical role as a justice is to see what the law says the plain

00:05:44.640 text of the law and what did that law mean to the public when when it was enacted so you look at the

00:05:50.380 plain text of state legislature uh under the constitution what did that mean and what did that

00:05:55.680 mean to the american people textualism originalism i think with roberts and and to a lesser

00:06:02.560 extent kavanaugh and barrett i think that they're a little bit skittish and they're a little bit more

00:06:07.740 concerned about the political implications of the rulings and frankly that's not a judge's job their

00:06:14.700 job that's why they have lifetime tenure that's why they have pay protection their job is to figure out

00:06:20.440 what the law is apply the law and let the politics work itself out that's not their job as a judge to

00:06:26.080 figure out the politics that's the politician's job but i think that they're uh with with the three

00:06:32.220 constitutionalists i don't think they really care what the consequences are that's not their job but

00:06:37.340 i think the that roberts and again to a lesser extent kavanaugh and to an even lesser extent

00:06:41.720 barrett there's a little bit more of an incrementalism to what they do

00:06:45.200 at first you thought this was kind of so cut and dry and so to the constitution that this might

00:06:53.100 be a six to three is your opinion change after you heard the oral arguments yesterday and particularly

00:06:57.860 the questions from the justices no i still think it's going to be six to three in this case it's

00:07:04.160 just what kind of a bright line rule will be going forward does state legislature mean state legislature

00:07:09.960 which is what i presume thomas alito or gorsuch will hold or does it mean some 15 factor test where

00:07:16.720 we can naval gaze and put our finger in the air and figure out the political wins before we decide

00:07:21.500 and so we'll see how it turns out i do think north carolina is going to win here

00:07:25.540 this had been done prior to the 2020 election a lot of the fiasco we saw running around and guys

00:07:33.580 running state courts and and having you know the stuff changed by mailing ballots by judges and

00:07:38.860 signer for verification none of that would have happened correct that's exactly that's the bigger

00:07:45.580 problem this is not only it's is it redistricting where these mark alias lawsuits with these democrat

00:07:51.460 appointed state supreme court justices undo what the state legislatures did and they get their democrat

00:07:57.340 maps based upon a bogus theory called political gerrymandering it's also the fact that democrats and

00:08:03.660 weak republicans you allowed covid to be used to unilaterally change the election laws in 2020 so oh

00:08:13.140 it's covid so we need to mail ballots to everyone on our voter list even people who have moved like

00:08:18.760 moved like college students even people who have died i got a ballot in dc from someone who died eight

00:08:23.760 years prior uh prior owner of the house and then they want to get rid of signature verification and they

00:08:29.560 want to get get rid of election observers because of you know covid that's nonsense this this the federal

00:08:35.480 election rules the laws for federal elections need to be decided by state legislatures or congress and

00:08:42.560 that's it and not some you know not some state judge or even a federal judge who thinks that

00:08:48.700 they're going to substitute the will for the state of the state legislature

00:08:51.920 and so here we are now because of the fiasco in 2020 and president trump wanting to stand up and say

00:08:59.860 hey look we're not a constitutional republic if it's not really a fair election that everybody buys into

00:09:07.260 right and and now you got over 50 percent of the american people that know this thing was rigged the

00:09:11.460 rasmussen poll says like 59 percent you've had these revelations on tiktok or excuse me on twitter

00:09:18.760 every day by elon moss that gets back to your your point about the power of these tech oligarchs to

00:09:24.520 suppress this this thing gets nastier and and uh and and more outrageous every day we see it of

00:09:31.260 federal law enforcement involvement of intelligence sources involvement of big tech involvement and now

00:09:37.980 you know elon musk fires the former general counsel of the fbi the general counsel of the fbi one of

00:09:43.800 the most powerful apparatchiks in the entire system because the whole system is run by lawyers and when

00:09:49.020 you're a general counsel one of these big departments you're the man and when you're the general counsel

00:09:53.320 of the fbi nothing the fbi does doesn't go by james baker the council he's over twitter he's fired

00:09:59.260 and then today elon musk basically says uh you know not only is the press i think some stuff was

00:10:04.440 destroyed right so it's getting deeper and deeper over there yet president trump is surrounded every

00:10:09.680 day you know we come online our team gets down here and every day bang bang bang there's 10 stories

00:10:14.380 about they got this they got that they got this grand jury they got a new prosecutor uh what is your

00:10:20.280 assessment of all that they are just maniacally focused on donald j trump to try to chop block any type

00:10:27.440 of run in 2024 is that what it just boils down to and we now know because in front of the supreme court

00:10:33.100 arguing a case that they shouldn't even have to argue right it's absurd this thing's even up there

00:10:38.680 even question because it's hardwired into the constitution but trump's trying to stand up for

00:10:43.820 what is right for the country not just for himself for his presidency but what's right for the country

00:10:48.680 and they're coming after him from every different angle mike davis

00:10:52.500 yeah because president trump was the ultimate disruptor he was not part of the dc swamp at all

00:11:00.540 he was a successful businessman uh from outside of dc and he came in there and shook up that place

00:11:06.680 and he a lot of those sacred cows were very upset and look democrats care about power and they will

00:11:14.740 treat republicans kindly as long as those republicans go along with the democrats control of washington

00:11:21.980 whether it's big tech big media government the fbi the intel community the second any republican starts 0.99

00:11:28.840 to disrupt that they destroy them right so they we have these useful idiot republicans who will go 1.00

00:11:35.240 along with this and you know keep their mouth shut so they don't get destroyed and democrats are just 1.00

00:11:40.020 fine with them but but but people like trump those are an existential threat to the democrats and

00:11:45.240 their and their power and so they will they'll do whatever it takes to destroy them and look at

00:11:49.460 donald trump and look at elon musk and donald trump they're billionaires right and they are

00:11:54.100 they they are going to go under constant lawfare from the left a constant attack we've seen it with

00:12:00.880 trump for five years now they're going to try to destroy him he's teflon don fortunately so they're 0.78

00:12:06.040 not going to be able to do it and it looks like with elon you know he's he's willing to fight back but

00:12:10.340 there are very few people like donald trump and elon musk who have the ability have the money have the

00:12:16.180 resources and have the platform to fight back against this and the intestinal fortitudes it's

00:12:22.600 easier to quit and go just do your thing this is why these two they're trying to take them down

00:12:26.600 by the way so people tell how people get to particularly you know at first people said well

00:12:32.820 this guy's not really republican because the libertarians don't what's he trying to do with

00:12:37.000 big tech these guys all made their money now more than ever you got to see about mike davis's crusade

00:12:42.500 against these oligarchs and in big tech because if we don't get this thing sorted mike nothing else

00:12:47.500 is going to matter you got to get control of this it's absolutely necessity how do people

00:12:51.600 find out what you're working on about the big tech oligarchs i i've never been accused of being

00:12:57.460 a libertarian more of a caveman uh conservative but sure it's a article project article three project

00:13:05.020 dot org article number three project dot org at article three project on getter twitter truth at

00:13:12.000 article number three project my personal is mrd dmia uh mrd dmia and there's a war room posse

00:13:19.620 link at article three project dot org that talks about all six text these tech bills these bipartisan

00:13:26.460 antitrust bills to finally uh bring much needed reforms to big tech and the war room posse can go look

00:13:33.540 at those online mike uh great fight uh keep it up and thank you so much for all your assessment on

00:13:40.660 these supreme court cases really appreciate it thank you steve mike was a a clerk for gorsuch who

00:13:48.360 he and alito are the two are the two brains of the operation along with uh thomas i call this the thomas

00:13:54.840 court uh because uh justice thomas done such a great job if you talk about wheeling and dealing and weak

00:14:00.580 republicans let me bring in todd bensman todd todd here's what you got to help me out on

00:14:04.720 you've done more with uh you know oscar ramirez you know oscar blue you've been down over burquham

00:14:12.760 down by yourself you because you came out of the intelligence sector over dps in texas you've been

00:14:19.700 around you know what to look for your reporting's been amazing your first book on jihad is amazing the

00:14:24.580 next book out i've had a chance to read it it's a blockbuster you've spent more time you've dedicated

00:14:30.260 your life to being down there you also understand from law enforcement what the border patrol is

00:14:35.640 going through what ice is going through what the what the what the officials in mexico have to go

00:14:40.260 through with the cartels and half the politicians being bought and no offense let's talk about

00:14:44.240 uh politicians and judges and in in certain law enforcements down on the border regions being

00:14:49.960 bought and now up west fentanyl's gone all over they're buying everything right to see up here

00:14:56.180 in washington dc and to see people sitting there talking about cutting an amnesty deal

00:15:03.180 with and with everything going on the border and you're walking us through numbers every day and

00:15:07.620 our heads are blowing up and these are records and it's millions and you know five million and ice is

00:15:12.360 not there to see and they want to know why people don't turn out for republicans to see republicans tom

00:15:18.600 tell us at the behest of mitch mcconnell and all these establishment republicans sitting there working

00:15:26.400 non-stop 24 hours a day to come to a deal on amnesty for two million and ben burkham said steve the

00:15:32.740 number is really four four and a half right now for amnesty what would that do to a border that's

00:15:39.020 already exploding in an invasion todd bensman i mean the timing couldn't be worse i mean they're gonna

00:15:46.040 lift title 42 in a couple of weeks and at the very same time they're talking about these

00:15:53.180 incredible narcotics these these psychedelic drugs that are irresistible of amnesty uh the the things

00:16:02.880 that draw in millions of people at the same time that the border the very last remnant of a barrier

00:16:09.640 down there goes away uh i all i can say is you know look out this is going to be a category five

00:16:18.280 hurricane it was going to be a category five hurricane before they started talking in congress

00:16:24.600 about all of these amnesties and the farm worker bills and all of the the the temporary protected

00:16:31.460 status that they just gave to the haitians and uh you know they just keep bestowing these incredible

00:16:37.300 drugs that are just not resistible to the world that uh you know i was just uh reading mexican media

00:16:45.640 uh a story out of monterey mexico and it just had a shelter that was overflowing with with immigrants

00:16:53.680 that were waiting but they were all watching television day in and day out waiting waiting waiting

00:17:00.840 watching television and watching what congress is doing the whole world is listening to them

00:17:07.300 latin american media is covering this stuff non-stop wall-to-wall coverage there is no bigger story in

00:17:15.480 latin america than what's happening in the congress right now uh that is because migrants are smart

00:17:23.000 they're smart rational people and they're just looking at american policy uh for cues uh to when to

00:17:30.820 come when to pull up stakes that's that's what's going to happen we're looking at 540 000 a month

00:17:37.480 probably uh at least uh you know uh 18 000 a day when this come when this comes out and we have had

00:17:48.340 about 240 000 come through the dairy and gap in the last year uh when usually no more than 10 000 a year

00:17:56.380 come through uh so it's it's on man it's on and the democratic party i want you to talk about go

00:18:03.600 by the way the the the the uh we're not demonizing the people come through they're making a rational

00:18:09.820 decision they're the one rational actor in probably this entire drama i'll talk about the sophistication

00:18:15.220 when you go down they got cell phones they're texting they're on whatsapp they're consuming

00:18:20.140 they're not low information uh folks they're high information folks i just want to repeat it

00:18:27.400 mexically this is the most watch story everybody there's on the trigger because they're going to

00:18:32.880 come to el norte and you put out a two million to four million amnesty why would you not come north

00:18:39.480 you'd be a fool not to come north am i wrong todd benzelman it would be an absolute gold rush it is

00:18:45.740 it'd be like the klondike it would be like the california gold rush it would be uh you know 0.99

00:18:51.360 the land grab where everybody's like you know running and getting to to the gate as soon as they

00:18:57.400 possibly can it's what it's it's what's going to happen because it's not just the people that are

00:19:03.400 in route or still in their home villages they all have relatives that are already in the united

00:19:08.300 states a great many of them who are very sharp uh and they've been here for a while and they watch

00:19:14.440 our news too and they can they call them up and they say hey this is a great time to come you have

00:19:19.900 to come now while it lasts i can't tell you how many times i've interviewed immigrants hundreds of

00:19:26.800 immigrants over the last couple of years maybe thousands i don't keep track but i always ask them

00:19:32.860 you know why are you coming now and it's because you know my relative told me i watched it on the news

00:19:38.760 we all sat around the tv set uh and you know they said now was the time to come so we came now

00:19:44.720 uh and and i again i never met a migrant who did not have a modern cell phone uh fully connected to

00:19:51.920 the internet with their own chat rooms by nationalities i've been invited into the chat rooms

00:19:56.860 and i've seen them uh you know you can go in there and watch them i'm still in a couple

00:20:00.620 so uh yeah they they're sophisticated and they are all watching the world is watching

00:20:07.180 i want to go uh title 42 the numbers because you said hey they they probably said 12 to 18

00:20:16.180 some border patrol guys we talked to people that were talking to them over the week and they said hey

00:20:20.420 minimum 15 to 20 000 per day per day when title 42 lifted on december 21st

00:20:27.780 biden administration biden regime when they're going back into court now saying

00:20:32.760 that the they don't want to lift it they're not ready is that is this a misdirection play are they

00:20:38.400 basically saying the onslaught that'll hit it'll be too public it'll blow their entire scheme up

00:20:45.360 because it's just going to be a wave of humanity and they understand that it's going to prove that we're right

00:20:49.320 there are a couple of things happening title 20 21 or 42 is set to go away on the 21st

00:20:57.780 uh by court order an agreement with the biden administration for the 21st we will be ready

00:21:03.940 on that day so they cut a deal with the aclu for that okay but now they're but there's another

00:21:10.260 court case it gets complicated in louisiana uh that's been going back and forth ping-ponging back and

00:21:17.180 forth and now the administration has informed the court in louisiana that they're going to

00:21:24.140 file an appeal in that particular case and they would like it uh to be adjudicated before

00:21:31.660 the december 21 uh lift so it could happen there's i i talked to experts about this and they're saying

00:21:41.200 it's a very very slim chance that the court would accept their appeal and stay the december 21 date

00:21:48.960 however in congress one of the uh pieces of negotiate that they're negotiating over is

00:21:58.560 uh a clause that would maintain title 42 uh so we'll have to see what happens with that there are a

00:22:05.740 couple of um there are a couple of possibilities that it might not go away on december 21 but i'm

00:22:12.200 being told that you know 95 percent in the congress is this is this on is this on the omnis bill or the

00:22:19.200 continued resolution they're going to attach this to one of the spending bills so it has to take

00:22:22.920 effect where where would you see this where would you see this actually attached to uh this i i can't

00:22:29.580 remember the exact but this is attached to the main immigration bill that they're all hammering out

00:22:34.900 right now that passed uh and and it's going to go to the senate but but it's still very much in flux

00:22:43.040 there are pieces of it they're trying to get republicans to sign on to this hopefully we'll never

00:22:48.200 yeah hopefully we'll never let's talk about that josh hawley of josh hawley missouri says over his dead

00:22:54.960 body and even got cornyn sitting there going now's not the time to have an immigration bill and he's pretty

00:23:00.260 heavy inside of mcconnell's inner circle though mcconnell's inner circle is running this what are

00:23:05.420 you hearing right now about the probability that the because they can't do that they can't they can't

00:23:10.020 maneuver this to do it in reconciliation they got to break a filibuster they need they need 10 at least

00:23:16.040 10 uh uh republican senators what are you hearing up on the hill all i hear is that they are uh whipping

00:23:22.600 them up uh they are lining up votes there are republicans in the senate that are on with this

00:23:28.940 uh they're they're they're it's still in flux because the republicans are asking for certain

00:23:35.100 things but ultimately uh you know if this passes uh you know my concern is really about about the

00:23:42.660 amnesties because when when i talk about like the things the things that the rest of the world are

00:23:48.920 watching are the things that i'm interested in and the rest of the world is watching the amnesty stuff

00:23:55.120 the daca uh legalizing a couple of million uh full-grown adults now whose issue really should

00:24:03.800 be with their parents we're doing this to them not with the congress if this if this if this if this

00:24:09.620 if this passes you're going to lose 20 of the republican base we'll never vote again

00:24:13.580 we'll sit there and go i'm done i'm finished it's over yeah amnesty mcconnell sells out

00:24:20.000 amnesties are poison uh amnesties are poison there remember though in the last uh 72 months

00:24:28.560 we've had more children enter this country than at any time in history there are by my estimate

00:24:36.320 somewhere between 700 000 and 2 million at least i'm being conservative you know me i'm always on the

00:24:44.200 conservative side but they're going to be next in line i want daca i want amnesty and all the kids 1.00

00:24:52.480 in the world are going to be coming their parents are going to be sending them uh or calling for them

00:24:56.960 to go get their amnesty in the next year or two because they these guys got amnesty and that's how

00:25:02.120 it works that is how it works todd uh tell me how to get the book how do i get to your writings how

00:26:25.200 border uh todd has reported as i'm sure you've talked with him about uh on my show we discussed

00:26:30.780 the other day um a an islamic themed um facility two blocks from the tijuana border in which uh he

00:26:41.940 interviewed all kinds of people who seem to have an uncanny similar demographic they were all military

00:30:29.860 war room battleground with stephen k bannon

00:30:44.340 this marks she's first visit to the kingdom in six years and just his third overseas trip

00:30:51.600 since the covet 19 pandemic began almost three years ago the superpower is looking to expand its

00:30:57.280 global alliances beyond partnerships with the west namely the united states and is turning its

00:31:02.100 attention to the gulf energy giant the visit comes at a time of particularly strained u.s saudi relations

00:31:08.820 due to washington's criticism of saudi energy policy regional security and human rights violations

00:31:15.180 giving a chance for beijing to step in okay uh frank gaffney is our guest frank i want you to connect

00:31:23.080 some dots here because you've been doing this for a long time you've got she it what's supposed to be

00:31:28.460 our biggest ally in the gulf one we still have bases all over protecting uh the oil fields there

00:31:34.240 the house of saw yet biden shows up in an uber gets a fist bump she gets the full package right 0.99

00:31:40.600 dancing uh you know dancers red carpet the troops out everything she the same time biden's kowtowing

00:31:48.360 they're telling us they're putting 40 billion dollars into the burning dumpster fire of ukraine 0.88

00:31:53.380 but they're swapping a female nba a female from the wnba to the biggest arms merchant in the world 1.00

00:31:59.680 they can put him back in business immediately for what he needs his small arms brazil's right on the

00:32:05.600 because he sends jake sullivan biden sends jake sullivan down to basically hug a transnational

00:32:12.160 communist criminal in business with the ccp brazil they got saudi arabia and brazil sitting right there 0.53

00:32:19.860 okay he's sending that down at the same time peru which by the way the guy stole the election with

00:32:27.360 wait for it machines he finally gets impeached and in jail because he tries he tries to take down the

00:32:34.640 government so you finally have some leftists getting the comeuppance and you just did a great

00:32:40.220 webinar today say hey look these guys are actually so far ahead of where we think they are on nuclear

00:32:45.740 weapons tie it all together geopolitically for us frank gaffney let me start with the third the

00:32:53.980 symposium webinar that we did today uh featured some of the best um u.s nuclear weapons experts

00:33:01.940 uh i believe uh i believe by far and what we came away with steve was this the chinese communist party

00:33:10.140 as in so many different areas but particularly in their military modernization program are on the march

00:33:16.720 they are now moving very clearly in the direction of a nuclear war fighting doctrine strategy

00:33:26.880 and capability and we went through various different pieces of this uh but it runs the gamut from

00:33:34.880 now having this was just reported to the congress this week more we believe it's still somewhat speculative

00:33:43.520 because they haven't released this in an unclassified form but the logic of it tells you

00:33:47.320 they have more intercontinental range ballistic missile warheads now than we do

00:33:53.940 and that's before another 350 silos are filled with that's good that's good missiles that has

00:34:01.260 10 warheads on is that true is well is that true is that is that going to be released class of

00:34:06.220 they just reported to the congress that one of three things that's a wake-up call yeah they have more

00:34:14.540 warheads they have more uh missiles or they have more launchers we don't think they have more missiles we

00:34:18.880 don't think they have more launchers but they certainly could have more warheads but the point is

00:34:23.340 we keep telling ourselves the the administration just released on the 29th of november a report

00:34:28.980 saying hey they've only got about 400 warheads now and by 2035 they managed to have 1500 now why all

00:34:37.380 this matters is steve our our experts said that's rubbish not least because i know you know phil carber

00:34:44.400 phil carber led a team at georgetown university back in 2011 that found that there were 3 000 miles

00:34:52.480 of hardened underground tunnels in which the chinese had been putting ballistic missiles among 0.97

00:34:59.820 god knows what else they almost certainly have more missiles than we know and certainly more

00:35:05.020 warheads and they're building more still in these 350 silos that will have 10 warheads apiece

00:35:10.460 they have leadership defenses we talked about the fact that they've got underground bunkers all over

00:35:16.600 beijing and elsewhere they moved 30 000 people in the way of civil defense from the heart of a city in

00:35:24.080 china a while back uh to the countryside through underground tunnels in other words they're taking 0.97

00:35:29.920 this whole business of nuclear war fighting deadly seriously and we haven't a clue at last point

00:35:37.200 steve the chinese are no longer now threatening us alone we have to contend with the fact that they're 1.00

00:35:43.760 partnered up with the russians both countries have just modernized immensely their nuclear capabilities

00:35:51.300 and they're simulating nuclear attacks joint nuclear attacks against the united states now if there's any

00:35:59.080 good news out of this at all and there's not much it is that i don't believe that the chinese at least 1.00

00:36:06.320 want to use all of these nuclear weapons against the united states that's the good news 1.00

00:36:12.460 the bad news is that's because they don't want to destroy it they want to colonize it

00:36:17.920 so they're likely to use instead what they have already used against us which is biological weapons

00:36:23.840 because as you know it'll kill all the people but it'll save all the buildings what they used to say

00:36:28.480 about the neutron bomb so this is one of the things that we need to be focused on and i think to answer

00:36:33.100 your other questions what's going on in saudi arabia what's going on in brazil what's going on in peru

00:36:39.700 reflects in part the fact that a lot of countries allies of the united states countries that have

00:36:46.300 been at least friendly to us more or less are now fingers in the wind some are making a separate peace

00:36:55.500 with the chinese the rising power like uh muhammad bin salman the great uh hope of uh a more modest 1.00

00:37:02.780 moderate and uh reformist saudi arabia not so long ago he's throwing in with the chinese i think he may

00:37:09.320 want to hedge his bets and still have a relationship with us but not so much and the chinese i think 1.00

00:37:14.000 will insist less and less in brazil steve and you've been doing a great job with matt turman and the team

00:37:19.700 to describe what's going on there um there's still hope that the military which has the responsibility to

00:37:28.060 prevent election fraud will step in and say uh no you're not going to steal this election lula who is

00:37:35.700 a chinese communist agent full stop now over in peru my wife is from peru as you know um we have

00:37:44.080 been watching this very closely a communist won the election i believe you're absolutely right by fraud

00:37:50.520 and he has now been thrown out because he was about to be impeached and rather than face that he decided

00:37:57.880 he would dissolve the congress that resulted in both the congress and the military and the judiciary

00:38:02.820 everybody basically saying this guy's got to go that's the good news the bad news is i'm not sure

00:38:08.860 it's the end of the left in peru it should be but instead his vice president who is also a marxist 0.99

00:38:15.960 who is also corrupt and who just doesn't seem to be quite as stupid as this fellow pedro cadil 0.98

00:38:22.580 is is now in charge her name is uh dina boularte and she is going to try to stave off the calls for 0.99

00:38:33.020 early elections which might turn things around yeah you you if we lose if we lose brazil because

00:38:39.060 final thought if we lose brazil if we lose peru every major nation in the western hemisphere

00:38:48.860 including ours and canada will be run by marxists this must not happen 1.00

00:38:55.860 this must not happen by the way the new york times was louding her so you know it's a problem 0.59

00:39:02.100 he got blown out she's the one they really wanted she's the one they really wanted frank

00:39:06.840 that was the play by the way people should know brazil's right on the edge 0.96

00:39:13.600 i think you're gonna see the military step in here but we'll have to say but constitutionally

00:39:18.660 they got the constitution right to do it frank how do people get to you get to the show

00:39:21.960 how they get to all your content and pick up the seminar from today the webinar okay present

00:39:26.920 danger china.org is where you can get the webinar and about 45 others that you really need to see

00:39:33.840 you can subscribe to them there secure freedom.org is the site of our center for security policy i'm

00:39:46.960 commentaries and of course you can watch us on real america's voice every morning

00:39:51.800 frank thank you very much frank gaffney amazing thank you so much god bless you

00:39:57.940 uh we've but boris has stepped out of a meeting to call us boris uh what kind of day is it when

00:40:04.080 she's there getting the full royal treatment as the emperor she biden had to catch an uber go over 0.98

00:40:10.660 and get fist bumped uh by mbs is the world turned upside down uber they didn't send they didn't send

00:40:18.420 biden an uber or a lift they put him in like a riggedy ring cab maybe it was one of those things

00:40:23.260 with a bike in front of it that's all that's all joe biden had joe biden has done more to crush

00:40:30.060 american excellence than anybody who's ever occupied the overall office biden is illegitimate 0.99

00:40:38.300 biden is pathetic and biden is a useless he's a disaster to the united states of america and it's 0.98

00:40:46.080 a full display there where the with this conglomeration now right of saudi arabia iran russia and china 0.99

00:40:55.400 boris i i ask you to step out because you know russia today we traded the biggest arms deal in

00:41:04.160 the world we sent 40 billion dollars we approved the defense authorization 40 billion dollars to

00:41:08.800 the dumpster fire that's ukraine but at the same time we gave him the biggest arms deal in the world 0.79

00:41:13.860 that's the guy putin needs more than ever to get small arms for a wmba player is that a good trade

00:41:19.760 sir would president trump do that deal president trump would never do that deal and president trump put

00:41:24.940 out a powerhouse posted a on that you're criticizing not not just the fact that it is a terrible

00:41:32.620 terrible exchange for the united states of america to accept to exchange a basketball player who hates

00:41:38.300 our country for literally the man known as the merchant of death there's a movie pretty good

00:41:44.140 actually called lord of war it's about victor butch okay literally the guy we traded today who as

00:41:49.640 president trump aptly said is responsible for tens of thousands of deaths and and gross and grotesque

00:41:56.620 injuries all across the world all across the world this trade was in just another long example a long

00:42:04.260 example of how the biden crime family the biden regime continues to sell america down the river and

00:42:10.320 then for them to leave a marine paul whelan in russia to not include him in this exchange is about as

00:42:17.760 un-american as a guest why they thought that we wouldn't get the press coverage that they wanted

00:42:23.220 for britney grinder who knows why but the fact they left this american there and they did a one-for-one 1.00

00:42:28.960 trade how many americas are going to get killed by the merchant of death in exchange of getting

00:42:34.980 britney grinder back because she chose to smoke whatever she did or didn't do neither here nor there 1.00

00:42:39.620 you know with the weed hey hey hey for the for the for the biden's the the murder by the way the 51st

00:42:47.180 state zelinski how many poor ukrainians that are going to die because of this because the weapon is

00:42:52.660 going to go right there they cry big crocodile tears for zelinski and now that now they're rearming

00:42:58.140 small arms small arms to kill more ukrainians boris epstein and it's interesting when they say

00:43:04.700 where boots work they say oh you know venezuela africa you better believe that now that they've

00:43:10.380 let the merchant of death go he's going right to work on ukraine and then how many and hey we always

00:43:15.960 talk about this before you know that american court of court advisors are boots on the ground so how

00:43:20.360 many americans are going to die how many ukrainians are going to die how much american resources is going

00:43:25.260 to go away this was one of the worst this was an absolute and total national security and foreign policy

00:43:32.720 disaster disaster that's to paint anything other other than that is a joke it was in as you look

00:43:41.080 back at history you know america said we don't let you negotiate with terrorists this was the direct

00:43:45.740 yeah a hundred percent you know what i appreciate you i happen to see i happen to see admiral kirby on

00:43:52.960 fox today or getting crushed by mark mccallum kirby ought to resign or kirby ought to hand in his

00:43:58.980 commission kirby needs to be just publicly disgraced for how glib and smug he was about what happened

00:44:06.140 today and how many americans are going to die as a result yeah no it's terrible boris thanks for

00:44:12.000 stepping out i know you're in very important meetings in south florida how do people get to

00:44:15.780 you on social media and get your morning newsletter i don't be with you steve i'm new with the posse

00:44:20.740 information boris cp.com is the website hot on boris cp.com hot on get it at boris cp on twitter

00:44:25.820 boris cp hot on treat social divorce hottest on the gram boris underscore website stay strong god

00:44:30.920 bless all offense and i'll talk to you tomorrow thanks boris jay ellis jay we had such an overwhelming

00:44:37.600 response this morning and people contacted me all day said hey it's the greatest idea for a christmas

00:44:42.860 gift ever walk us through the game but particularly how you've updated it updates constantly so people

00:44:48.880 can use this as a heuristic device to really learn about what these investigations are going to be

00:44:53.580 about sir all right well i want to do one quick frank gaffey is one of my dear friends want to

00:44:59.060 give a shout out to frank um steve look let's just do this promo code war room all right promo code war

00:45:08.720 room by the game election fund.com now let me get to the good stuff it is not only is it as you call it a

00:45:16.820 heuristic device it's a really really fun game and it's i think the very first interactive board game

00:45:24.140 i mean you know we we did it we have the russia we have covid we have summer of love we have campaign

00:45:32.260 follies and then we have the inside game but we have qr codes on several of the cards in the game

00:45:39.520 you put your phone over it and we can pull up a packet of seven videos and information packets

00:45:47.740 about all the current events going on and we continually update it so there's it never goes

00:45:56.360 out of style it never you know nothing ever fades you always have something to talk about while you're

00:46:04.280 playing the game you always have that and that that's what it makes it so fun and special and

00:46:11.680 it's a great it is literally the greatest christmas present of the year and like i said earlier under

00:46:18.280 50 bucks it's not expensive everybody will love it the family can get together invite your friends over

00:46:25.600 but it is always updated on all the current political events with the qr codes of the game you have

00:46:32.380 your phone everybody can have a discussion everybody have fun and everybody enjoys it

00:46:37.660 well you're going to have some debates and you may have a fighter tube which is making great but here's

00:46:43.340 the thing not only you get to find out everything about 2020 the elections but as all as elon makes

00:46:49.060 all this more available you're going to have a background and actually understand it and then you've

00:46:54.160 got the qr code on the car the new cards boom you'll be able to pull it right down and there's this

00:46:59.880 why i call it heuristic the ability to actually learn something while you're having fun and to be

00:47:05.720 conversant in the news as things come come across is going to be amazing because the game itself
