00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.660 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.900 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.180 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.120 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.540 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.280 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.200 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.460 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.880 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.780 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.660 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.420 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.780 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:51.500 Monday, 26th, October, Year of the Lord, 2026.
00:00:55.200 We're going to go in a bit to Pennsylvania, talk about Pennsylvania and these national phone banks.
00:01:01.820 Everybody can get involved in.
00:01:03.720 Also, there's the phone bank in Virginia, one that started even as we speak.
00:01:08.740 Deloitte Stallman and Moe are there.
00:01:11.020 I'll give you contact information for that.
00:01:13.140 Also, we're going to go to Texas and talk about what the numbers are showing us right now.
00:01:18.760 But, Natalie Winters, I think your job in all this may end up being the most important because there's a very dark specter that I think hovers over the United States right now. 0.72
00:01:28.520 And if people didn't get a wake-up call from what happened in – I mean, I got a special beef with Serbia because of USAID.
00:01:36.500 I got a special beef on that. 0.56
00:01:37.860 And look, you can always have surprises and there's surprises going to happen all the time, but you don't go from Pali Marks to Calci at 70 percent and then 24 hours later have a landslide opposite that unless there's something behind the scenes working.
00:01:54.060 I'm not saying they stole the election.
00:01:55.320 I think in Serbia they already conceded.
00:01:57.120 But the money and effort behind it, we've got to drill down on because it is unacceptable.
00:02:02.940 We have not cut off all the money from USAID.
00:02:04.940 I think to the degree we have cut it off in Latin America and Central America, you're seeing huge improvements there.
00:02:11.160 But this what happened in in in Brazil on Sunday was outrageous. 0.56
00:02:17.180 And it also shows you they don't give a damn. They do not care. 0.95
00:02:21.420 They are not prepared to give these countries back over.
00:02:23.820 I happen to believe you're seeing that here in the United States of America.
00:02:26.740 And I think the person that's chronicled that the best is our own Natalie G. Winters.
00:02:32.660 Natalie, the floor is yours, ma'am.
00:02:34.940 Well, thank you for those kind words. And I guess the promotion or knowing that I'll have to work overtime, which I'm happy to do. But look, Steve, the USAID cuts, yes, they happened and they're great and they're wonderful. But there also is some legal stuff going on there where the money that was appropriated isn't necessarily not being spent, but that is above my pay grade to understand.
00:03:00.400 So I would just caveat it there. But I think more to the point, and frankly, what I am in the show is more equipped to talk about, is how we know that personnel is policy, right? And just because the USAID granting necessarily stopped, that doesn't, or at least new grants, that doesn't mean that the personnel who create that policy, right, personnel as policy, are just sitting on the sidelines.
00:03:23.820 I would posit that they're actually more amped up. And frankly, they can swap out their funding
00:03:29.800 instead of your tax dollars. They'll just use these left-wing foundations, the Carnegie's of
00:03:34.820 the world, the Hewlett Foundations, the New Venture Funds, the Arabella Advisors, all of
00:03:39.680 these things. And we've seen since USAID was dismantled, more or less, that a lot of the
00:03:44.900 people who used to work there were holding these secret workshops, these secret phone calls,
00:03:49.340 secret. I mean, that's too euphemistic, like battle plan training sessions, war room,
00:03:54.200 tabletop exercises. I can guarantee you that they're involved. But I think what's most
00:03:59.800 concerning since we are America first is what they are doing here. But I think these other
00:04:04.540 countries are illustrative examples of their tactics, right? How they try, they're kind of
00:04:10.780 like, I guess they would say laboratories for democracy as the founders used to say in a very
00:04:15.260 different context, but to try to understand what tactics work best. And obviously censorship is a
00:04:21.680 very, very, very key node in all of the tactics that they love to deploy. But we're going to get
00:04:27.320 into this story. It's actually breaking in full on my Substack tomorrow. So that's nataliegwinters.substack.com.
00:04:33.680 But we're going to get into all the details so people can understand this. But I would just
00:04:37.360 preface all of this, Steve, with the sheer spend and like legal personnel resources that are being
00:04:44.900 deployed by the Democrats is at a volume and magnitude that has never been deployed before.
00:04:52.700 To that point, the numbers are just coming out now that just recently, Mark Elias has gotten
00:04:57.580 nearly $13 million just from the DCCC, the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee,
00:05:03.620 alone for lawfare. I mean, the election hasn't even happened. Like I was saying,
00:05:09.080 the DNC for the first time has sort of like an in-house lawfare council that they view as
00:05:13.100 integral to their 2028 strategy. The ACLU has its largest legal team ever. We're already seeing
00:05:19.640 thousands of pro bono lawyers getting ready to, you know, challenge election results that we
00:05:25.280 haven't even seen yet. But I think what's so interesting about this, Steve, is you're seeing
00:05:30.400 the actual kind of goalposts for what is an election transcend election day. Like we have
00:05:38.480 ceded too much ground and allowing that to be normalized. Case in point, all of these left-wing
00:05:43.260 nonprofits who have their 2026 midterm plans, these lawyers, it is basically presupposing
00:05:49.400 that there's going to be a need for continued litigation after the election. And we all know
00:05:57.320 that Democrats outwork us, not the grassroots, but our Republican establishment leaders who,
00:06:02.440 frankly, are on their sides in that very, very, very shady time period, right? That is like the
00:06:07.160 underbelly of the election. And to that point, this new story. Hang on, hang on. I just want
00:06:13.820 to make sure the audience gets this. When you say this kind of underbelly, walk me through
00:06:17.500 specifically what timing you're talking about. Well, I mean, I think you see it with the red 0.95
00:06:25.280 shift in the blue mirage. It's basically right when the polls start to close, when people are
00:06:30.460 in the counting rooms and you start to see the numbers come in. That's when I think you start
00:06:34.920 to see, I want to say shenanigans, but I think that's too euphemistic. But that is when, you
00:06:39.640 know, the legal teams are already mobilized, are already in there, you know, trying to reject
00:06:44.440 ballots, or I guess in their case, approve basically any ballot ever. Obviously, the law
00:06:49.520 fair precedes the election in terms of gerrymandering, determining who's eligible to
00:06:54.020 vote, the citizenship requirements, which frankly, Republicans have lost on nearly every single
00:06:58.960 election challenge, maybe some victories on gerrymandering. But when it comes to the actual
00:07:03.420 credibility of who can vote. We certainly got outworked by Democrats on that. But it's multifold,
00:07:10.840 right? Part of it is the lawfare stuff. And we focus on that since I think we bore the brunt of
00:07:14.940 that in 2020. But Indivisible, all of these activist groups, even focusing primarily on
00:07:21.720 getting out youth into the street, have their kind of action plans for what they call
00:07:27.640 non-cooperation. Economic non-cooperation is one of the big ones. They want people to not go to
00:07:35.460 work, to not buy anything, to not contribute to the economy, to basically just like opt out of
00:07:42.420 society until the election is determined or resolved. Hang on. I want to go back and hit
00:07:51.840 rewind on this, they're promulgating what to their followers? Because with Antifa and all
00:07:58.980 these other street elements they have, and working family partying at DSA, I mean, the one thing they 0.96
00:08:04.380 have is a street element. What are they promulgating to their adherence of what they should do, what
00:08:11.220 their actions should be? Sure. So I guess I'm too in the weeds on this, so all of this is just
00:08:17.720 normalized. Being in the weeds is great. I want to make sure people understand that in the weeds
00:08:23.540 here, we got real diamonds and people have to understand what's going on. So just hit rewind
00:08:28.280 on that for a second so people can kind of get a mental map of this. Sure. So one of the
00:08:35.600 organizations, and maybe we should do a special where I'll walk everybody through what they're
00:08:39.900 going to do, but one of the top groups, it's a group called Freedom Trainers, and they have
00:08:44.620 their playbook, which is called the People's Election Playbook. And anytime you hear the
00:08:49.020 people outside of the context of We the People, it's very bad in the hands of left-wing radicals.
00:08:54.360 But what's so interesting, so they bring up, they invoke this idea of economic non-cooperation
00:08:58.640 specifically, and I quote, no work, no school, no shopping, is an example of how they use people
00:09:06.960 to enforce election results. And you're going to love this, Steve. What countries do they invoke
00:09:12.220 as examples of where people can help change the outcomes of elections, none other than Ukraine,
00:09:19.080 Serbia, and Brazil. You can't make it up, I swear. But this is this idea that you've seen
00:09:26.100 promulgated through basically all of these left-wing organizations. And a lot of people
00:09:30.460 are kind of sitting, joking, oh, where did no kings go? They just dissipated. They went away.
00:09:35.280 It seems like, oh, there's no momentum. No, no, make no mistake. They have just rebranded. They've
00:09:41.580 become more tactical, focused on this kind of post. By the way, that group I was just talking
00:09:46.820 to you about the quotes that I was reading you from are for their playbook that starts on November
00:09:51.400 4th, right? Let that sink in. This isn't something that is in the lead up to the election or to turn
00:09:57.680 out the vote. This is their action plan for after the results ostensibly, right, have come in.
00:10:05.660 And this is just one of many groups. We know they're all funded by the same people. Frankly,
00:10:09.920 they're funded by the same left-wing groups that are responsible for the mass protests and riots
00:10:14.500 over in Paris, right, across basically all the Western world. There's obviously a weaponization
00:10:21.040 we're seeing right now of Christians. One of these groups, it's called the Interfaith Alliance.
00:10:26.260 There's another one, I believe it's like Faith America, but their MO is to try to get American
00:10:30.880 flags out of churches. But they're really, really, really linking Christians, particularly woke
00:10:37.620 Christians, getting them to the polls. Obviously, you've been highlighting what they're doing in
00:10:41.420 Texas with that. I could literally sit here, Steve, I mean, as dark as it is for probably
00:10:47.400 72 hours and like list off the name of every single group who they're funded by and what
00:10:53.100 their MO is. But I think one of the more nefarious angles of this is restricting them the ability to
00:11:00.180 even criticize it to that point. This much talked about in a story that I apologize I keep delaying,
00:11:06.500 but I think really gets to the heart of it. One of the groups behind it, like I said before the
00:11:12.540 break, is that they want to create election climates where it is, quote, so inhospitable
00:11:18.020 to election deniers that they choose to concede. Now, I'm one for rhetorical analysis, but if you
00:11:24.880 really let that sink in, they choose to concede. It's not to admit that they lost or anything like
00:11:31.860 that, right? It's just that they choose to concede, which is totally detached from the actual results
00:11:38.200 of the election and frankly has nothing to do outside of the lens of emotionally and psychologically
00:11:44.000 pressuring these people, economically resisting them to force them to concede elections. So this
00:11:50.480 one group that has not been exposed at all, it's incumbent on the war room posse, and I would never
00:11:56.380 encourage them to, you know, sign up for shifts and try to make this group more ineffective. But
00:12:01.480 if you wanted to do that, I certainly wouldn't say anything. But this is a group called the
00:12:06.760 Voter Protection Corp. And it's founded by basically alums from the Obama campaign,
00:12:14.640 all the various groups that are tied into it. It is as Democrat as you can get. Like Valerie
00:12:20.600 Jarrett is on the board of one of the ancillary organizations. The guy who used to run voter
00:12:25.740 protection for John Kerry and Obama literally is the brainchild of this. But beyond their typical
00:12:32.820 gobbledygook, as you would say, of how they're going to protect elections and democracy and all
00:12:38.900 that jazz, this is a very unique plan whereby they are weaponizing their broader base of volunteers,
00:12:47.780 basically anybody who is on social media, and pairing them with pro bono volunteer attorneys
00:12:55.400 to then send requests to the social media platforms to get content removed and flagged
00:13:02.660 for spreading election disinformation. And I would just link this to a tweet that I recently put out
00:13:07.480 where a former CIA officer, Yael Eisenstadt, published just a few months ago a sweeping report
00:13:14.060 about how they believe that you should be censoring accounts, Steve, not just that are sharing
00:13:19.780 disinformation, but that are following them or even tangentially related, right? This is like
00:13:26.540 the broadest sweeping net of censorship that you could imagine. It's like trawling versus fishing
00:13:32.160 with the hook. It's crazy. But this group, they use 2025, specifically the Virginia election,
00:13:39.680 as a test run. But their goal, what they're pushing, and what we have seen materialize,
00:13:47.220 as you can see, we'll get into the numbers, they've celebrated taking posts down.
00:13:51.720 They want to, quote, treat, this is from their blueprint, this is not me making anything up,
00:13:56.960 quote, treat social media monitoring as core election infrastructure.
00:14:02.540 Quote, build and sustain trusted messenger and pre-bunking networks. So for this election,
00:14:10.680 the VPC the voter protection corps that you can sign up you can see anybody can sign up they have
00:14:17.620 a registration link like I said the story is coming out tomorrow so you'll be able to find
00:14:21.020 all these links but they have shifts for people from September 15th through October 27th followed
00:14:28.000 by five two-hour shifts on November 3rd starting at 6 a.m where anybody can basically monitor social
00:14:34.580 media, flag posts that they view as disinformation, and then using these attorneys, submit requests
00:14:42.120 through some of these disinformation channels and the kind of censorship back doors to a lot
00:14:47.020 of these platforms, and ideally get these posts removed. If you look at some of the posts, which
00:14:53.740 I sent into Denver, one of them is literally just a factual post that you don't need an ID to vote
00:15:01.400 in New York. One of the other posts you can see on the bottom left there, it's literally a clip
00:15:06.980 of Caroline Levitt saying that the president knows there's election fraud going on in California.
00:15:12.900 So this isn't even like the crazy, crazy, crazy election conspiracy. This is like
00:15:16.960 run-of-the-mill, normal stuff that I would posit more than half the country believes.
00:15:22.920 Now, of course, who are they funded by? 1630 Fund, New Venture Fund, that's the dark money,
00:15:28.520 Soros, left-wing nebulous entity that's probably coming from foreign countries. But in the 2022
00:15:35.120 election, they claimed thousands of monitors, thousands of flagged posts, hundreds of removals
00:15:41.740 from Facebook and Twitter. And I know when I tell these stories, maybe it's hard to follow,
00:15:45.980 but Steve, you have to understand this isn't like something that they are openly reporting and
00:15:51.500 celebrating taking all this stuff down, though sometimes they do. They enjoy that. They're,
00:15:55.940 you know, sadistic masochists, but this is like secretive stuff where we only know the tip of the 0.96
00:16:01.400 iceberg, right? We only know like 10%. So it's not good. Here's what's, and by the way, I want to do 0.90
00:16:08.520 that special, talk to you after the show, maybe take two hours and go through all of it in depth
00:16:13.400 because one of the most important takeaways of what you're reporting has been in your investigations
00:16:20.340 is that whether it is their ground game and what they're using as far as dark money sources,
00:16:26.800 but sophistication of technology and to put together a really organized ground game that
00:16:33.240 understands where they have to get votes from, if you then couple it with how they are prepared
00:16:39.180 to essentially never admit defeat and to keep hanging in there and do whatever they have to
00:16:45.520 do to suppress our side, but also to break people's spirits with direct action from the
00:16:51.740 counting room. So it's like an unbroken chain. They're highly organized with lots of money,
00:16:57.660 very sophisticated tech, in business with the oligarchs, and got all this dark money.
00:17:03.080 As soon as they pass the baton to the Mark Elias, the in-the-room issues, they've got that all
00:17:09.440 gamed out. They've wargamed that. And then you go on. It's back to 2020, where
00:17:15.420 they just keep doing what they have to do until they get the result that they want.
00:17:20.460 And it's highly organized. And if you look at the Republican side, it's just not organized at all.
00:17:26.800 There's a lot of activity happening and people are doing phone banks where Tiffany Justice and,
00:17:31.420 you know, John Hollis is going to be in a second. And you see, you know, some starting to be pretty
00:17:37.560 good results in Texas that will still make it on knife's edge. But that's because, as I say,
00:17:42.980 the country's two-thirds, one-third, essentially common-sense MAGA. But we're in these races where
00:17:50.320 it's razor-edge, and they're going to use every technique and every sophisticated
00:17:54.360 PSYOP and color revolution technique to make sure that there's no chance that they're defeated.
00:18:01.040 In Brazil, they got caught out and at the last second realized they had to do something dramatic,
00:18:05.440 and they're all for doing the dramatic. If they had to say, hey, we need three minutes to go,
00:18:09.960 oh, we need a couple more hours to manufacture 11 million more ballots,
00:18:13.780 his personal lawyer on the Supreme Court say, fine, not a problem, you got it.
00:18:19.020 And then as soon as they win, oh, yeah, you're up by a couple million, boom, election over.
00:18:23.360 But what you've said is much more insidious, and I think that needs to lead to an awakening.
00:18:28.580 I know we've got the war of posse, but we've got to promulgate this information
00:18:31.660 because you can see it as a—you see it part of whole cloth, right?
00:18:36.180 You see it as part of a whole cloth where this is actually the way they're going to roll and why it's going to make this so difficult.
00:18:44.160 Ma'am.
00:18:45.580 Well, I mean, you laid it out perfectly, right?
00:18:47.780 It is projection at its finest.
00:18:49.660 The networks and coordination that they have is basically everything they accuse us of doing to steal elections.
00:18:55.400 I mean, the fake Washington Post phone call where President Trump allegedly told them to go find the ballots.
00:19:01.600 I mean, that is child's play if that actually happened compared to what we're outlining here.
00:19:07.160 But it's, I mean, retrojection, too, in the sense that what they are accusing us of doing now is basically what they did in 2020, right?
00:19:17.980 So there's like so many layers to the PSYOP here.
00:19:20.820 But I would also just add, Steve, too, I mean, I think you can't disentangle this from what you're seeing the entire kind of censorship industrial complex do, too.
00:19:31.100 because to the core of it, I mean, why do they care about winning elections? Why do they care?
00:19:35.020 Why is this the new front ground for them treating, like they do so many things in American society,
00:19:39.180 but truly like a color revolution where they're using these outside the system regime change
00:19:43.820 tactics. Frankly, I think the newest thing that you're seeing with 2024 is the pairing, not just
00:19:49.220 of these outside organizations and these nonprofits. I reject the term NGO because most of these NGOs
00:19:54.860 are like 80% government funded. So there's nothing NG about the NGOs. They're just government
00:20:00.580 organizations. But they are now directly back-channeling. And I mean, go look at Norm
00:20:05.180 Eisen's Twitter. Go watch Mark Elias. That's the number one thing that they're celebrating and
00:20:08.960 talking about. It's the back-channels, the Zoom calls, the tabletop exercises, the everything
00:20:13.800 that they're doing, not with crazy radicals. I mean, I don't know about you, Steve. I'm not
00:20:18.600 back-channeling with Republican Secretary of State. They have the fusion because they're all
00:20:23.440 funded by the same people. That's the core of it. But, you know, something very interesting
00:20:28.840 happened, Steve, that no one pays attention to because right-wing media would rather talk about
00:20:33.320 transgenders or something. But the Center for Countering Digital Hate, I'm sure people remember
00:20:39.000 they played a key, key role in censoring this show. I'm sure they're why we're demonetized,
00:20:46.180 censoring most of this audience. But just a few days ago, they rebranded into the Center for
00:20:53.020 countering digital harm. Let that sink in. It's not hate anymore. It's harm, which is even more
00:21:00.920 nebulously and broadly defined, right? Unclear what exactly it is. They've brought on a bunch
00:21:07.760 of obviously far left progressives and they've certainly ratcheted up their techniques of
00:21:12.760 censorship. But I think what is so interesting, not just that they opened up a partnership with
00:21:17.140 Canada, where they had never previously worked. But they are now focusing specifically on working
00:21:23.640 with local officials and state officials in certain states, certain counties, particularly
00:21:30.080 New York, Virginia, and California. And again, to most people, they're like, that's boring. What is
00:21:36.260 that? But you got to read the signal, not the noise here. You're seeing a fusion of these left
00:21:41.220 wing nonprofits after they've seen what President Trump did to their funding sources. You're seeing
00:21:47.120 them create these sort of backup plans to be immune, immunized against, frankly, any populist
00:21:55.560 president. And more to that point, GDI, the Global Disinformation Index, which obviously
00:22:01.940 President Trump's State Department has gone after, has stripped them basically of all of their
00:22:06.340 funding, but they still do count a lot of funding from the United Kingdom. But they just came out,
00:22:12.240 some of their top researchers just a few weeks ago putting out this new blueprint paper talking
00:22:18.600 about how they want a one billion euro dollar euro budget after they just saw I don't know what
00:22:27.220 their previous budget was for it was nowhere near that but they're making the case why they should
00:22:31.240 have a billion euros to fund their censorship operations primarily coming from the EU but if
00:22:38.140 you read the fine print on what they're really pushing for, it is to be, and they say it,
00:22:43.680 it's to be immune from domestic political changes in the United States, which is basically a way to
00:22:48.320 say, so if the populist wave continues to grow and our funding never gets restored, we will still
00:22:54.640 be okay. And I think that there's such an interesting parallel, and now we're really
00:22:59.800 getting into the weeds here, but it is exactly what they're doing with elections, right? Where
00:23:05.020 the thing itself, the result, the truth of the post, the actual election result, it doesn't
00:23:10.220 matter. They're trying to immunize whatever thing they don't like, whether it's a post that is
00:23:15.200 misinformation, an election result that they don't like, from the actual ramification of that,
00:23:20.380 whether through censorship. No, but they're smart in that way. We start at the five o'clock with
00:23:24.340 Noah Bolch and the folks from the Young Republicans of Texas that are more nationalistic,
00:23:29.740 is what my speech was about. We had a populist phase. It's going to be populist, but it's going
00:23:33.720 to be more nationalistic. They're trying to immunize themselves from it. Natalie, the sub stack,
00:23:39.960 particularly for tomorrow, because you're going to break all this news tomorrow. I'm going to get
00:23:43.580 you back up probably in the afternoon show to go more in detail. And we're going to get this
00:23:46.800 special done because your work on that continuum of what they're doing with everything highly
00:23:52.780 organized on the tech side, the financing side to get out the vote. We're going to go to Texas
00:23:57.720 here in a minute, talk about how effective that is, as we have John Hollis on here to go through
00:24:02.380 some numbers. Plus, starting in the counting room, the Mark Elias and that crowd, all the way through,
00:24:09.380 they're going to keep counting. Forget the red mirage. You're going to have the blue wave
00:24:14.180 eventually where they're going to take the House and the Senate. That's what we've got to combat.
00:24:17.760 So where do people need to go now and need people to load into your Substack and social media?
00:24:22.340 It's nataliegwinters.substack.com. You can read the stories. You can see the latest stories,
00:24:28.440 how they're importing a bunch of Kenyans 0.83
00:24:30.120 to rural Minnesota to become nurses
00:24:32.120 because sure there's a cultural affinity there
00:24:34.540 and your tax dollars are paying for it.
00:24:36.980 And on X, it's Natalie G. Winters.
00:24:39.280 You can read all these posts and say up to date.
00:24:41.380 And thank you, Steve, for letting me ramble
00:24:44.040 about all the stuff that's actually important.
00:24:46.140 What are you talking about?
00:24:47.540 It's fantastic, particularly on the day of Brazil.
00:24:49.580 So thank you, man.
00:24:50.240 Appreciate you.
00:24:51.740 Thank you.
00:24:52.740 We've got a couple of minutes to break.
00:24:53.900 I want to go to Pennsylvania.
00:24:55.100 Tiffany, I'm going to hold you through the break.
00:24:56.540 But right now, for everybody, the Virginia One, that's Whitman at Virginia dot GOP, Whitman at Virginia dot GOP.

00:25:28.820 break. Tiffany's going to talk to us about Citizens Alliance, the Commit 100. They are doing an
00:25:35.460 amazing job in Arizona. I can tell you their partner, Cliff Maloney and the team of Tiffany
00:25:40.220 have partnered with the Turning Point crowd. You heard earlier in the day as we tossed from
00:25:45.540 the morning show to the Charlie Kirk show, Andrew Colvett and the team had really good news coming
00:25:51.240 of Maricopa County. The good news coming out of Arizona is directly tied to the Citizens Alliance
00:25:58.800 Turning Point USA partnership, where we're sending people throughout the country to actually do
00:26:03.820 the hardest thing out there. And that's Canvas door to door. Second tier that's pretty effective
00:26:09.900 is the phone banks. And this week we're kicking into national phone banks.
00:26:15.060 Cliff Maloney and his team have been fantastic about this. You're going to augment all these
00:26:19.840 call centers right now remember go to whitman that's w-i-t-t-m-a-n at virginia.g-o-p
00:26:28.080 put you in touch right now with the team that's in virginia one that's doing an active phone

00:26:42.000 around the nation to support we're going to have thousands if not tens of thousands of volunteers

00:26:52.360 John Hollis from Texas with where we are in the math. All next in the War Room.

00:31:25.200 End of the dollar empire.
00:31:26.320 Find out why the U.S. dollar is the backbone of the world's financial system since Bretton Woods right after the war and how the drop in the purchasing power of the dollar has had a major impact on your financial and economic life.
00:31:39.620 We have eight free installments started when gold was about, I don't know, $1,100 an ounce today.
00:31:45.260 It's got a four handle in front of it, but it's not the spot price of gold.
00:31:48.860 It's the pattern recognition of what is actually going on.
00:31:52.760 And that's where Philip Patrick and the team will walk you through that.
00:31:55.400 Birchgold.com, promo code Bannon, end of the dollar empire. So go check it out today. I want
00:32:02.140 to bring in Tiffany Justice from Citizens Alliance. Tiffany, you've given us great updates in Michigan,
00:32:08.080 Pennsylvania. If anything to talk about, particularly those, I know you had a super
00:32:11.920 chase, a ballot super chase on Saturday. We had Cliff on from Pennsylvania. That was absolutely
00:32:20.540 incredible. How did that go? What's your assessment of where we are? But then I really
00:32:25.020 want to get to how people volunteer for national phone banks so they can help all these 30
00:32:30.360 congressional districts, these house races that we have to save, ma'am. Yes. Hey, Steve. Good
00:32:37.020 morning. Nice to see you. Good evening. Sorry about that. Losing track of my time because we
00:32:41.260 do have so many door knockers out. We have Super Chase, so many volunteers coming out. We have
00:32:45.700 hundreds of paid door knockers across the United States. And you're right. Commit 100, a partnership
00:32:50.080 between Citizens Alliance and Turning Point
00:32:52.080 is an amazing program.
00:32:55.340 We're gonna hit 1.85 million doors today.
00:32:58.360 I'm happy to announce that we hit 1.7 million doors
00:33:01.120 knocked building the red wall together.
00:33:04.340 Commit 100, volunteers, you, the viewers can get involved.
00:33:09.360 So I've been coming on,
00:33:10.240 I've been talking about you traveling
00:33:11.800 to places around the country,
00:33:13.600 Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania.
00:33:16.560 Right now, I'm gonna talk to you about what you can do
00:33:18.540 sitting in your house in your pajamas. Steve, you mentioned phone banking. So the number one
00:33:23.760 thing you can do to turn out low propensity voters is go and knock on their door and give
00:33:28.060 them a warm welcome to the polls. The second thing that you can do that's most effective
00:33:32.240 is phone banking. So right now I want to tell everyone about the work that we're going to do
00:33:36.820 in New Hampshire. You were just talking about Virginia. It's wonderful that people are fighting
00:33:41.000 back trying to keep Virginia one. The Democrats got a trifecta in 2025 and we need to not let
00:33:46.660 Virginia go to the Democrats. But New Hampshire, incredibly important state, only one day of
00:33:52.420 voting. They have absentee voting, but you have to be in the military. You have to have a very
00:33:56.860 specific reason. Otherwise, it's the one state where you go out and you vote on election day.
00:34:01.380 I want everyone to get out their phones if they can and download the Citizens Alliance app.
00:34:08.340 And when you download that app, you're going to press the little red arrows on the left-hand side
00:34:12.800 and you're going to sign up to be an activist. What does that mean? You're going to put in your
00:34:16.600 first name, your last name, and your phone number. And once you do that, you're going to have the
00:34:21.280 opportunity to call voters. And again, you can do this in your pajamas, right? No makeup necessary.
00:34:28.060 Don't have to get out. It's getting a little chilly in New Hampshire. You're going to get a
00:34:31.880 list of 25 voters on your phone, and you're going to be able to tap on a name and call that person.
00:34:36.720 It's going to tell you the person's name, their age, and then you're going to be able to chat
00:34:40.180 with them about the importance of getting out and voting. Again, low propensity voters, people that
00:34:45.300 don't have a culture or habit of voting. They need a little bit of a nudge to get to the polls. So
00:34:50.720 download that Citizens Alliance app and help us to call some of these voters and make sure that
00:34:55.940 they have their voice heard on election day. Tiffany, one more time, where do people go now?
00:35:00.800 It's had a major impact and the super chase for Scott Perry on Saturday was enormously
00:35:05.060 productive. You guys have had a huge impact in Nevada, a huge impact in Arizona. I think we've
00:35:11.900 got a chance for the Senate seat in New Hampshire. The Supreme Court just ruled, folks, the students
00:35:19.000 can't use their ID. The whole scam they've had these students from Massachusetts all over the
00:35:23.440 country voting, that's gone. So we got a real chance in New Hampshire. Where do people go once
00:35:29.540 again to get to the app and figure out if they can actually participate in a phone bank from the
00:35:35.180 comfort of their own home. Yes. So go to the app store and download the Citizens Alliance app. And
00:35:42.680 once you do that, you're going to sign up to be an activist. You're going to press the little red
00:35:46.260 arrows on the left-hand side. You're going to sign up to become an activist. Give us your name and
00:35:50.460 phone number. And then it's going to allow you to select to make calls. And it's going to give you
00:35:54.380 a list again of voters that you can contact. The other way that you can help us is go to
00:35:58.700 sponsoreddoors.com. We have paid door knockers all across the United States, currently working
00:36:04.040 eight days left to get out the vote, talk to those low propensity voters. They are the people that 0.89
00:36:08.760 change the outcome of elections. So if you go to sponsoreddoors.com, you can make a donation there
00:36:13.520 to us. We appreciate every dollar you give us. $175 pays for a door knocker for a day. And let
00:36:19.440 me tell you, it makes a huge difference. This is how we build independent political power in the
00:36:24.340 United States. And we ensure that President Trump can continue to get his agenda across the finish
00:36:29.200 line, and that we can continue to build for success in years to come.
00:36:33.360 By the way, Cliff told me on Saturday that the hit he did, the massive turnout by the
00:36:37.520 Warren Posse financially.
00:36:39.320 Your target is 1.85 million doors.
00:36:42.000 You're at 1.7 million doors right now?
00:36:44.700 Yes, sir.
00:36:45.260 And we'll hit 1.85 by the time election day comes.
00:36:48.200 And yes, again, thank you to your viewers, because Steve, you have the most action-oriented
00:36:53.440 viewers of anyone on TV, in my opinion.
00:36:56.460 People come out, they make the calls, and they get the work done.
00:36:59.020 this is how we take our country back. And maybe every now and again, write a check, hit them with
00:37:03.080 a $25. Tiffany, thanks. Great job. Citizens Alliance, Cliff Maloney, Tiffany Justice. Fantastic.
00:37:09.240 Tomorrow, we're going to have another whole wave. We've got the whole Abbott app in Texas. We're
00:37:12.800 going to have Michigan. We're going to have folks from Wisconsin. Steve Cortez is going to join us.
00:37:18.400 So tomorrow, also Colorado, we're going to go see the women fighting those, they're putting up those 1.00
00:37:23.320 propositions. I want to go to John Hollis now. John, we've got about 15 minutes. I want to take
00:37:28.480 time. Your analysis of actually where we stand in Texas, I think is something that kind of lets
00:37:33.380 people take a, hey, I understand where we are, I understand what we have to do. Why don't you take
00:37:37.820 because the media is just telling me that Tala Frico is, this is a massive turnout. The first
00:37:43.980 couple of days is going to be like how it plays through. I happen to believe they have had a very
00:37:48.960 organized effort. They're at kind of the presidential turnout level for their high
00:37:53.720 propensity voters, folks, to cannibalize them. We're at above, I think, a midterm, but there
00:38:00.840 is a gap. But I think if you look at the analysis, it actually gives a better picture of where we
00:38:06.440 are. John Hollis from Texas, the floor is yours, sir. Yes, sir. I mean, you're right on the money.
00:38:12.720 I mean, as you have said, we've been told that the sky is falling for months now.
00:38:18.960 And, you know, and a lot of us just kind of sat back and accepted it.
00:38:22.580 But over the past couple of months, as we have kind of seen how everything is playing
00:38:27.520 out on the ground, I decided to take a deeper dive into what was actually being said.
00:38:32.020 And there's been a lot of things that have just been completely odd about this midterm.
00:38:37.780 Not to mention the, you know, the four polling companies that have shuttered because they
00:38:41.960 turned out to be fraudulent.
00:38:43.820 And, you know, obviously the media onslaught that we have had to endure that, you know,
00:38:48.480 really rivals 2016 and 2018 and even 2020 um but when you dig into the actual numbers it becomes a
00:38:55.840 little bit more clear that um that there's something amiss and um and you can actually
00:39:01.440 everyone's looking at 2024 and they're looking at 2022 because those are the most recent races but
00:39:06.560 those are bad comparisons for a couple of different reasons obviously 24 was a presidential
00:39:11.280 year so that's going to tip the scale a little bit and 22 had the covet era rules and all the
00:39:16.640 the mail-in ballots. So early voting was a little bit of a mixed bag than it normally is in Texas.
00:39:23.000 So I went all the way back to 2016. I dug a lot deeper into this, and I started to see some very
00:39:29.040 interesting things. And what stood out was how similar we are to actually 2018. Now, 2018 wasn't
00:39:37.020 a great year for Republicans, but it was a decent year here in Texas. We were able to hold the top
00:39:42.280 of the ticket. And as you can see from, you know, that was the famous year. By the way,
00:39:47.840 this is where Pelosi is focused on the House, the Trump administration, for whatever reason,
00:39:52.340 focus on the Senate races and governorships. Eventually he got impeached because Pelosi did
00:39:57.020 deliver. But historically, this is a huge year in Texas because it was Beto. Beto or work was
00:40:03.160 the Tala Frico of his day. Beto was going to win and then run for the presidency. But he came upon,
00:40:08.320 he crashed upon the shores of Texas voters in 2018. Did he not, sir?
00:40:13.580 He absolutely did. And what a lot of people don't know about what happened back then is there was a
00:40:19.560 massive wave from east and west Texas that came out late. And that's really what kind of put
00:40:24.140 Cruz over the line. And I think we're going to see something similar here, because historically,
00:40:30.120 Republicans in Texas wait till the last three days of early voting and Election Day. It's just
00:40:35.520 a preference that they like. And the Democrats are usually a little bit more kind of scattered
00:40:39.740 out throughout. But we know from their own lips that their strategy this year was to flood early
00:40:45.400 voting in the first three days so they could ride a positive media wave to show that, hey,
00:40:51.120 we are going to flip this and we are going to be able to do this. And I was skeptical that they
00:40:56.360 would be able to do that. And so we just kind of waited to see. And as we've seen over the past few
00:41:01.280 days, those numbers have kind of sputtered out. And you're right. They're seeing a massive
00:41:06.120 showing from their primary voters, but we're not seeing a massive showing from anyone else.
00:41:13.420 We're not seeing a big uptick in voters that have not voted before. We're not seeing a big
00:41:19.060 uptick in the independents as their model. It's actually pretty steady and quite in line with
00:41:25.360 2018. Is this going to leave, though, their overperformance? And look, people have to
00:41:30.740 understand. We shifted the show down here in January of last year to put the, you know, we
00:41:36.440 came up with the Sharia, prohibiting Sharia law that we put on the ballot for the proposition
00:41:41.220 that got a very exciting and kind of rejuvenated Paxson's campaign. But in the first days there,
00:41:47.920 there was a Senate, Senate District 9. And look, it was, you know, President Trump had just won
00:41:53.360 in November. I think he won by 14 points. This was in Tarrant County. It was bitter cold. It was
00:42:01.440 a out of cycle special election. But the candidate there lost by 17 points. And the reason they lost
00:42:08.920 by 17 points in the bitter middle of winter in Texas, you had DSA and you had the Working Family
00:42:14.760 Party going door to door and knocking on doors. So they have a dedicated, very sophisticated
00:42:19.800 operation here, particularly, I think, in the Houston area. Plus, you have these huge university
00:42:25.620 centers like you got Ann Arbor in Michigan and Madison and Wisconsin. Here you have the University
00:42:30.320 of Texas. You got other of these big universities and a big university system throughout the state
00:42:35.440 that's a hotbed, particularly UT, a hotbed of radicalism. Are you seeing, is it really,
00:42:42.080 are you comfortable saying, hey, look, this presidential cycle turnout you've seen that
00:42:47.280 Rachel Maddow and everybody's every night lighting their hair on fire, that you haven't seen the low-propensity voters coming.
00:42:53.920 Now, it does give them time to go and do additional canvassing to get those low-propensity voters, but you haven't seen that manifest itself yet?
00:43:03.520 No, sir.
00:43:04.340 And what a lot of people aren't talking about in typical media fashion is Texas has seen an increase in population of about 2 million people since 2022,
00:43:13.540 and about 1.5 million of those people went onto the voter rolls. But we haven't seen any sort of
00:43:20.740 uptick in the actual share of the vote from a percentage standpoint. It's actually tracking
00:43:25.900 pretty relatively the same. And you're right, the Democrats do have a really good ground game.
00:43:30.960 They are very organized in the cities. Where they're not well organized is in rural parts of
00:43:36.200 Texas. And the rural parts of Texas is really what they needed to crack after Beto, because that's
00:43:42.200 what defeated him. And so they thought, you know, going with someone who is a supposed pastor would
00:43:48.160 actually be able to speak to East and West Texas. But as his own words start to come to light,
00:43:54.080 it really starts to turn off those areas. Because frankly, in East and West Texas,
00:43:58.380 you don't mess with the Bible. You don't take it out of context. And some of the things he says
00:44:02.560 has just been atrocious. I'm a believer myself, and I could not believe the things that he has
00:44:10.060 been espousing as a supposed pastor. And East and West Texans, they're not happy about it.
00:44:15.840 And they certainly don't like to see Democrats knocking on their doors as Beto learned the hard
00:44:20.140 way. By the way, this is one of the reasons we worked so hard with the Christian pastors last
00:44:25.200 week. I think six of the eight we had on were Texas pastors. They had the big souls to the
00:44:31.200 polls yesterday, which is what the Democrats have done for years. But I don't think we're
00:44:36.220 seeing it manifest itself as blowout numbers on Monday in the polls. And of course, the Christians 1.00
00:44:41.400 are the key element here. There are 32 million church-going Christians that are not engaged
00:44:45.880 in politics. And like you said, in East and West Texas, if that manifests itself, Abbott's going to
00:44:52.160 win handily by three points or more, maybe five points, and hopefully it'll drag Paxon across the
00:44:59.680 line. You say it's the last three days, so that would be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and then
00:45:04.920 game day on tuesday when do you when do you feel you're going to get a sense that that the east
00:45:11.560 and west texas starting to come in and when do you get a sense of are we actually getting our
00:45:16.220 low propensity voters because i think that will be the key that uh that drives us in texas sir
00:45:22.020 yeah absolutely so we've already started to see east and west texas start to come out
00:45:27.500 over the weekend um you know there were more trump counties that started to to kind of shift
00:45:32.700 the vote from Democrats over to Republicans. And I think a lot of them, you know, just like they
00:45:39.020 always do, I think they're going to wait to the last minute. There's a lot of talk as to why that
00:45:43.840 is. And we've done a lot of work on the ground here in Texas to try to get people out earlier,
00:45:48.300 but it's kind of ingrained in Republicans here in Texas. So I think, you know, we'll look at
00:45:53.980 the numbers today and we'll look at them tomorrow. And if the trends are continuing the way they have
00:45:58.600 been since, since Friday, essentially, I think we'll wind up seeing, you know, some positive
00:46:03.540 results. And that's not to say that, like you said, this is going to be a razor's edge either
00:46:08.180 way. You know, we, there's a lot of, a lot of things going on, you know, from the candidate
00:46:12.840 standpoint that, you know, that makes it a little bit more difficult, but we have the ability and
00:46:17.640 we have the numbers on our side to be able to get this across the finish line. And when it comes to
00:46:23.880 low propensity voters, from what we're seeing on the ground, they just are not, they're kind of fed
00:46:29.460 up. They're fed up with both sides, both Democrats and Republicans, and they don't really have much
00:46:34.400 to vote for right now. So whereas Democrats, they're very riled up because of all the things
00:46:40.180 going on that they don't like, the middle of the road voter is, they're kind of over it,
00:46:45.280 to be perfectly honest. They're struggling, you know, mightily with affordability right now,
00:46:50.560 which is where we're trying to reach out to them on a constant basis.
00:46:54.420 But a lot of them are just kind of sitting back and waiting to see what's going to happen
00:46:58.320 because they're tired of getting involved in all of these back and forth fights like we see now.
00:47:04.680 One of the most powerful things I think that would happen if parts of our coalition,
00:47:09.760 particularly the MTGs and the talkers and even the Alex Joneses,
00:47:13.980 that have been disenchanted with some of the activity of the president,
00:47:16.780 particularly around the war in this Greater Israel Project,
00:47:20.560 if those people don't come out to vote against Trump, that's a huge win. I think some of this 0.98
00:47:26.660 you're going to see is just midterm elections, they stay home. If they stay home, that's going
00:47:31.580 to give us the ability, I think, to get traction with our lower propensity voters. And we've got
00:47:35.980 a couple of minutes. If you have to put up one chart of the ones that you've got, what's the
00:47:40.260 one chart that would give me the best understanding of where we are in Texas on Monday, the 26th of
00:47:47.440 October, sir? Well, I think it'd be the first one. The Texas is tracking to 2018 because it really
00:47:53.200 shows the trend lines, where 2024 was, where 2022 was. And as you can see, 2018 and 2026 are on top
00:48:02.220 of each other. And it's been this way since the beginning, even with the massive turnout on the
00:48:08.960 Democrat side. We're not seeing the skies falling right now, at least according to the data. Now,
00:48:15.020 could that shift? Absolutely. Anything can happen. But at the end of the day, from what we're hearing
00:48:20.460 on the ground, from what we're seeing in the data, it appears like the Republicans can eke this out
00:48:25.620 and will eke it out. But I have to say to the voters, you have to get up and you have to go
00:48:30.720 vote. And I understand and I empathize with people that we're all upset right now. We're all upset
00:48:37.400 that it's not going the way we want. And we all wish we could just go back to 2019. But we're not
00:48:42.180 going to 2019 is gone after covid it changed a lot of things and right now we have to stand in 0.98
00:48:48.220 the brink because the entire world is looking for us to stop this insane communist push this red
00:48:56.160 green alliance everything that the that the left has turned into we are the front lines for all of 0.61
00:49:03.360 this and realistically we're probably the alamo when it comes to all of this and so we need to
00:49:09.080 rally everyone around this idea that if you allow these people back into power they've already
00:49:15.540 shown you and we're never it's going to be like brazil they're never going to give it up they're
00:49:19.280 never going to give it up and there will be more charlie kirks and we can't allow that to happen
00:49:24.620 our fate in fact do this in remembrance of charlie kirk the great christian saint who was
00:49:29.580 assassinated christian martyr folks understand this is all in play from maine to michigan to
00:49:37.020 Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kansas, Iowa, a couple of three may not be, the Senate race in Georgia,
00:49:45.360 Senate race in North Carolina, but everything else is in play. It's particularly in play
00:49:50.120 in the crown jewel of the union, the great state of Texas. It has not been determined. This is all
00:49:55.840 about, like we said, for the last eight weeks, 10 weeks, it's all about turnout. Don't get
00:50:01.440 blackpilled. Don't listen to the consultants. Don't listen to the polls. As John said, there's
00:50:06.060 already been announcement of manufactured fake polls to take out candidates in Michigan on the
00:50:12.740 Democratic side already. John Hollis, amazing report. Where do people go to get all your
00:50:17.020 information, all your charts, social media, but particularly your sites, sir? Absolutely. You can
00:50:22.360 go to WeWinCampaigns.com. We've got Texas pretty well up. Intels.com as well is our site for our
00:50:31.900 firm. And then you can find me on X at John Hollis TX. It's a new account. So not much up
00:50:38.580 there just yet, but check us out. And if you're a Republican that's in a difficult race, give us a
00:50:45.600 call because we take on the races that most consultants stay away from simply because
00:50:51.120 they're worried about making money. And we're worried about advancing the cause of conservatism.
00:50:56.800 Saving this for all of you. Thank you, sir. I want to thank our sponsor, Birch Gold.
