Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 273： The Navy Goes Woke

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:19.280 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:26.240 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:32.080 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:36.800 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:41.120 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground

00:00:47.840 here's your host stephen k bannon okay welcome it is uh 14 april in the year of our 2023 it is

00:00:57.040 friday we have just finished the president's speech uh from indianapolis to the nra i've got joe crouch

00:01:02.480 of i target i'm gonna get to joe in a second i've got uh i've got uh some great clips we're going to

00:01:08.480 play to talk about that but i just finished with ben burkwam uh talking about his new the new episode

00:01:14.240 that's coming up on real america's voice i've got to go to i want to go to todd bensman because he's

00:01:18.000 out uh in uh in um outdoors uh with some wind are you in lordsburg new mexico today uh todd you're

00:01:26.560 you're back up from more as you're back up from where you were down in uh down on the other side of

00:01:30.640 the border yes i've crossed in back to the u.s and continuing to do some reporting on this side of

00:01:38.400 the border this particular area has been pretty hot lately uh with a lot of uh drug smuggling and

00:01:45.360 human loads being uh driven up to uh i-10 so i'm up here to kind of witness some of that

00:01:54.000 i should say down here get the details in a second out i want to talk yeah it's in new mexico that's

00:01:59.040 near the lordsburg i think is relatively near the arizona border um i want to talk about the trilateral

00:02:04.560 pact we just had ben ben did a fantastic report from panama that i think shocked people showed

00:02:10.160 the old military base has really been flipped to this ngo center that these ngos are one of the 1.00

00:02:15.920 big problems in the back of this invasion of the southern border talk to me about this tri trilateral

00:02:20.960 country pact of panama colombia and the united states murder please tell our audience uh please tell

00:02:27.440 our audience that this is all to shut down the darien gap and to shut down the human wave that's coming 1.00

00:02:33.520 up and as being a major part of the invasion of the southern border sir right they are on track

00:02:39.920 to hit 400 000 people running through the darien gap to the u.s border for perspective in a typical

00:02:49.120 year before the biden border crisis it might be 10 000 or less sorry my i almost just went down there

00:02:55.760 10 000 or less in a year uh imagine 250 000 last year and then 400 000 so they they recognize they've

00:03:04.800 got a big problem politically uh what they're what they're uh proposing to do is somehow between columbia

00:03:13.440 the united states and panama they're going to make it even more safer 0.67

00:03:17.920 which is to say they think they're going to slow it down they're going to do something to slow it

00:03:24.800 down and i i would predict that they're going to slow nothing down because uh people have lots of

00:03:32.800 ways to adapt and get around roadblocks we saw this during the pandemic uh during the pandemic they tried

00:03:41.440 to close all of those words down and there was rioting and they were charging the freeze and they were

00:03:47.440 burning and arson and everything they never really stopped

00:03:56.080 i want to point out though that i have a solution for the darien gap i proposed it twice now

00:04:02.320 in both of my books america's covert border war overrun which is that the republicans if they ever

00:04:11.280 regain control of the immigration portfolio would want to have air repatriation flights ice air

00:04:19.680 simultaneously from panama columbia and costa rica those three countries uh that would shut that down 0.98

00:04:29.920 overnight because nobody's going to get nobody's going to want to lay down their 10 000 if they're

00:04:36.800 going to get flown all the way back to africa all the way back to the middle east and all the way back

00:04:42.320 to uh third safer third countries uh three formed air repatriation u.s funded we can't expect costa rica to

00:04:52.800 pick up the tab for that uh in the end it'll be a lot uh cheaper and it'll be highly effective it will

00:04:59.600 in that overnight uh forty percent of everybody coming to our border is coming from 150 other

00:05:06.960 countries many of them through that darien gap so you're going to shut down a whole lot of traffic

00:05:13.040 with air repatriation flights in those three countries

00:05:17.920 by the way we want to get you back on a monday so we have a little difficulty because of the wind

00:05:21.760 hearing this is too important just to gloss over because this is a real solution but one thing if

00:05:26.400 one thing that's okay one thing before i let you go is that we had laura logan on today you know

00:05:30.160 she's been she's very focused on the border uh being she lives in texas now she made a statement she

00:05:35.760 said on 11 may title 42 comes off and after 11 may the republican party are not going to be able to have

00:05:42.320 that to hide behind anymore uh what are your what are your thoughts on that we understand title 42 comes

00:05:47.600 off it's a huge deal but she says the republicans have actually been using that as a shield of not having

00:05:53.840 to deal with with the border crisis your thoughts sir yeah i would agree with her what's going to

00:05:59.360 happen is they're going to instead of using title 42 to sort of um encourage immigrants to stay in mexico

00:06:08.560 and do safe orderly humane they're going to use something called title eight which is just the old

00:06:14.720 thing that they've always used that's broken title eight according to the way they are proposing to use

00:06:22.320 it it's expedited removal that's what they call it and you'll notice that they always say we will

00:06:29.120 make everybody subject to title eight removal saying we're going to use title eight every single time

00:06:38.240 because they have poked it filled full of loopholes all you have to do is say

00:06:44.560 and you're in all you have to do is claim one of five different exceptions and you're in so don't

00:06:53.760 believe anything that they say about title eight you're going to see and the immigrants will all 1.00

00:06:59.280 figure this out and eventually will cross over the lawyers the NGOs will teach them what to say

00:07:06.400 what not to say women and children you're going to see a huge surge of women and children family units 0.93

00:07:13.120 because of the flores loophole again a 21 day cap on detention so they know that they're going to

00:07:20.640 get free right away 21 days or less detention and they're out so you're going to it's just going

00:07:26.560 to be back to the way it used to be in the battle days people turn up at the border and say

00:07:32.480 i want asylum and if they say no for title 80 you have a rebuttal five different kinds of rebuttals that

00:07:42.720 you can throw out there and then appeal and appeal and appeal you're in so they are expecting here at

00:07:49.920 the border on this side they're expecting a huge wave of immigrants crossing the border illegally

00:07:57.600 uh after may 11 a big big big wave okay we're we're gonna get you on monday because i want to

00:08:04.640 go through this in more detail understand you're outside by the way todd can i say something you

00:08:08.240 know you spend a couple of days down in juarez you spend days in country you come back up to

00:08:13.280 lordsburg which is a pretty tough town you look like you look like uh you either look like a a a a biker 0.92

00:08:20.480 a member of the aryan nation in a prison or you you're totally look to five your wife should know a 0.94

00:08:27.120 couple days without shaving you totally look like a badass last thing lordsburg is very famous

00:08:32.640 because of the great short story i think it was the the stage to lordsburg was the basis

00:08:37.760 for john ford stagecoach which was really john wayne's first big starring role in the western back

00:08:42.480 i think it was 1937 or 38 so you're in a historic town there sir make sure you enjoy it

00:08:49.680 yeah i'm enjoying lordsburg

00:08:51.200 bensman don't ever change you look like arian nation bro fully fully you're giving a full prison 0.97

00:09:01.200 flex right there love you brother talk to you we'll talk to you on monday we'll get you back on

00:09:05.200 the show we can hear you thank you sir todd bensman cis the best okay we have the best reporting team

00:09:11.360 on this crisis of anybody i'm so proud of burquam and um in of aquaro and uh oscar blue ramirez ben

00:09:19.040 burquam todd the entire team is just incredible um i want to go now to i want to go back let's play

00:09:24.720 the cold open and i'll come in we got about a couple minutes of president trump it's maybe a

00:09:29.440 little long but i want to get joe crouch in here let's play some of the cuts from this incredible

00:09:34.320 speech president trump just gave in indianapolis i will jump in here and bring joe crouch from i

00:09:39.280 target a lifetime member of the nra for his assessment and observations

00:09:43.520 i will direct the doj to investigate every radical da and attorney general and american for their

00:09:50.880 illegal race and reverse based enforcement of the law

00:10:00.160 i will then appoint a team of warrior u.s attorneys and i know i know some great ones including from this

00:10:07.680 area who will be the polar opposite of the soros district attorneys these guys i mean what they're 0.94

00:10:16.080 thinking who can believe i mean they're not stupid people they're not stupid people there's two things 1.00

00:10:22.320 they're either stupid or they hate our country and i don't think they're stupid because anybody 1.00

00:10:28.160 that can cheat so well in election they're not stupid that means they hate our country and i believe 1.00

00:10:33.840 they hate our country they will be the 100 most ferocious crime fighters in american history and i 0.98

00:10:40.160 will task them with demolishing every gang street crew and criminal network they can find piece by

00:10:46.480 piece until public safety is fully restored and that means in democrat-run cities

00:10:52.480 and at the top of the list is washington dc itself which is absolutely plagued by numbers and crime that

00:11:09.040 nobody's ever seen before we've never seen anything like what's happening in washington

00:11:14.320 dc can you imagine these foreign leaders coming over from countries and they're looking at

00:11:19.520 this filth and squalor and crime in our capital and i think we have to take it over we have to take over

00:11:29.680 management of our capital because the people that are running including the mayor who did nothing

00:11:34.960 about january 6 he was the one no we don't need anybody we don't need any help along with crazy nancy

00:11:40.160 pelosi they did nothing they did absolutely nothing they were supposed to they're in charge of it

00:11:44.800 but all of our democrat-run cities are being absolutely ruined and destroyed as we sit here

00:11:51.440 and talk they're being ruined i will order the atf to stop bullying gun store owners and wanting to

00:11:58.480 shut them down for paperwork errors and instead go after drug dealers human traffickers and criminal

00:12:04.160 cartels which is what they should be going after

00:12:12.960 under biden other countries are emptying out their prisons insane asylums and mental institutions and

00:12:20.080 sending them right here to the usa can you imagine prisons and mental institutions are being emptied out i

00:12:28.080 read a story not long ago where a man who takes care of a large segment of people in a mental institution

00:12:35.600 in a south american country a doctor sounded like a great man actually he said he no longer has anything

00:12:43.600 to do used to work 24-hour days he said all of our patients have been released into the united states of

00:12:50.320 america and this is what we have this is what we've allowed to happen and we can't allow this to happen

00:12:56.800 because we will not have a country any longer we can't allow it to happen

00:13:02.080 that year after year democrats in washington continue to hold common-sense school safety measures

00:13:08.320 hostage to their radical gun control agenda which in virtually all cases would do nothing to prevent

00:13:15.360 attacks by demented and disturbed individuals of which we have many and many are coming into our

00:13:21.920 country but we're getting them out our country has been chock full of guns for centuries and there was

00:13:26.880 no talk of massacres of school children until around the year 2000 that's when it really started they

00:13:33.920 started talking about it this is not a gun problem this is a mental health problem this is a social problem

00:13:41.120 this is a cultural problem this is a spiritual problem 0.88

00:13:50.880 each and every one of these heinous attacks depend on the same cold-blooded calculation

00:13:56.560 that the evil monster will have a window of time to act out their demonic fantasy unchallenged they want

00:14:02.960 to be unchallenged they don't want challenge the only way to stop these wicked acts is to ensure that any

00:14:08.880 sicko who would shoot up a school knows that within seconds not minutes they will face 1.00

00:14:16.320 certain death they have to know that and they won't be doing it 0.96

00:14:22.560 for this reason i will ask congress to repeal totally ineffective legislation that makes it harder to

00:14:28.880 protect our schools and easier for criminals to face absolutely no opposition when they go in

00:14:35.200 i will also create a new tax credit to reimburse any teacher for the full cost of a concealed carry

00:14:42.000 firearm and training from highly qualified experts who's better who's better

00:14:51.600 if even five and stop this marxist revolution in its tracks we have a marxist revolution going on and i

00:14:59.440 think you're starting to see it i think you're starting to see it and we have to stop it fast

00:15:05.120 this is what we must do to save our country

00:15:13.440 with your vote and with a republican house and a republican senate

00:15:17.680 and we have a really good chance at both i will lead the great rebirth of american freedom

00:15:23.120 we will build a future where we're free of crime and free of violence and free from fear

00:15:30.560 this fear where we are free from dependence on foreign countries we're so dependent on so many foreign 0.61

00:15:39.360 countries in particular china where we are free from the shackles of an unelected deep state from

00:15:46.800 corrupt intelligence agencies free from war free from poverty free to speak our minds and last but

00:15:54.240 certainly not least free to keep and bear arms

00:16:05.760 and in closing i have to state the usa is a mess our economy is crashing inflation is out of control

00:16:16.960 russia has joined with china unthinkable saudi arabia great people have joined with iran

00:16:25.920 china russia iran north korea have formed together as a menacing and destructive coalition 0.98

00:16:34.160 our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard

00:16:39.760 which will be our greatest defeat in 200 years and was unthinkable just a few years ago unthinkable

00:16:46.160 that that could happen but it's happening before your very eyes and we won't let it happen with me

00:16:52.720 not even a chance just like russia would have never invaded ukraine and china would not be

00:16:59.120 having even a thought of raiding taiwan you didn't hear about these things when i was president

00:17:06.480 if you took the five worst presidents in the history of the united states

00:17:11.200 and added them up they would not have done near the destruction to our country as joe biden and the

00:17:16.720 biden administration have done

00:17:18.480 we are a failing nation we are a nation and i will ask congress to send a bill to

00:17:33.360 my desk to national concealed carry reciprocity

00:17:44.160 you want protection just like your driver's license or your marriage license your second

00:17:49.920 amendment must apply across state lines it will we'll get it done pretty quickly too

00:17:54.800 okay welcome back uh joe crouch the founder inventor ceo of i target a lifetime member of the uh of the

00:18:05.200 nra joe first off tell us how important is it how important is these uh conferences these

00:18:10.000 conventions these annual conventions in a year when the primary is going to start when presidential

00:18:14.800 candidates come to talk you know the nra it just the way trump just expressed everything there and

00:18:21.920 getting that um especially that license across states you know and i'm in florida and desantis

00:18:26.880 just allowed us to have the uh constitutional carry but you know you don't know if you carry

00:18:32.320 a firearm and your gun and you travel to another state you might be in violation could be thrown into

00:18:36.960 jail for that so that's something we should have because the constitution is very clear i mean

00:18:41.920 the fact that we have to have an nra says something about the politicians inability to read the plain

00:18:48.320 language of the constitution that it shall not be infringed our right to bear arms so you know

00:18:54.240 i'm glad trump's out there speaking about it um he has some great ideas there um he speaks the truth

00:18:59.440 as he usually does on these types of things and um i'm a lifetime supporter and unfortunately we need

00:19:05.840 the nra to get into politics and spend that money lobbying on our behalf but ideally in a perfect world

00:19:13.600 the constitution would do that on its own because it's plainly worded and clearly the the founding

00:19:18.720 fathers understood that what we're fighting against is tyranny that's the reason we have that um right

00:19:25.360 to bear arms and the way i look at it with their all these school shootings if you look at the number

00:19:30.560 of people who have died in uh tyrannical countries like when stalin took away their right to bear arms and then

00:19:37.360 60 million died or hitler did it and then all the jews that were there were were murdered or uh mal in

00:19:44.640 china 65 million died when they took away people's right to bear arms so you know you got to calculate

00:19:50.240 that number into the cost of uh you know having firearms or not having firearms because don't i don't

00:19:55.840 put it beyond these uh people in government to want to take our rights in order to impose power and control

00:20:02.480 over it's like we see them doing with digital currency the the more the more that there are

00:20:08.320 these shootings the more the mental health issues the young the people on drugs everything like the

00:20:12.320 more people going to buy guns the reason i want to have you on after president trump's historic speech

00:20:16.800 is is actually talk a bit to people of how you can actually become more proficient in particularly

00:20:23.360 women and young people that are coming their fathers or their boyfriends or their brothers are

00:20:27.680 helping to get weapons how do they because it's just like playing a sport it's all about repetition

00:20:31.840 it's all about getting what we call reps in and that's why we're so uh honored to partner with

00:20:36.640 our target tell us about our target and why this device if you've never shot a gun before you're

00:20:42.000 just getting your gun you don't have the you don't have the the the expense of going to the range the

00:20:46.560 expense of buying ammo you got to do that obviously learn how to handle the kick but there's so much

00:20:52.400 practice you before and tell me about our target yeah thank you steve yeah well as trump said like uh

00:20:57.600 someone comes into school you want to get them out in seconds not minutes right so

00:21:01.520 in order to do that you have to be training you have to be familiar and quick with your firearm

00:21:05.680 and our product allows you to do that what we do is we sell a laser that goes into your actual

00:21:09.840 firearm the firing pin hits the back of it and it lights up so that goes into your actual firearm

00:21:16.240 and so when you have that in there there's no chance of accidental misfires or any type of

00:21:21.920 harmful situation when you're practicing or teaching someone new so our product allows you to

00:21:26.880 actually train we have an app and i'll show you here so you shoot at the target

00:21:36.400 and then on the phone screen you see exactly where the shots are hitting

00:21:41.120 so that allows you to practice your fundamental skills

00:21:45.200 you know aligning your sights getting quick sight alignment you can practice pulling from a holster

00:21:50.160 which you can't practice at a gun range most gun ranges won't allow you to practice that

00:21:55.040 so you can do these drills at your home you can teach other people that aren't familiar with firearms

00:22:00.480 and it just gives you a whole nother avenue to actually you know practice more often and have

00:22:06.400 fun doing it and dry fire practicing and that's what it's called dry fire when you don't have live ammo

00:22:11.920 so that's something that's actually used by the military the marines do it police forces do it

00:22:17.040 competitive shooters do it and so it's not just for beginners but it's a because it's like shooting

00:22:22.720 a basketball like you said it's a diminishing skill and that's why kobe bryant he was a professional but

00:22:27.920 he still went out on the court and would practice all the time because you have to keep that skill

00:22:31.840 developed so whether you're new or a beginner you know it's a it's a great it's a great uh skill to keep

00:22:38.800 in practice joe i just want to make sure about the safety of it once you put in the app walk people

00:22:45.040 through the safety how you can use it around the house and you don't have to worry about something

00:22:49.360 that's going to go around itself you know there where the bullet would normally go now there's a

00:22:54.240 laser in there so there's no way that a bullet could accidentally get up in there to be fired and

00:23:00.400 you know you you have to of course make common sense when you you know make sure your magazine

00:23:05.280 doesn't have any ammo in it um make sure you remove all ammo from your room you know use common

00:23:11.040 sense make sure you do have the laser in there you know and once that's in there and you shoot the gun

00:23:16.960 and then all it's going to come out is the laser so for example i was able to uh teach my wife because

00:23:23.120 when i first bought a gun uh had it in the house and she was scared to touch it and she didn't want to

00:23:28.640 go near a loaded gun and wouldn't go to the gun range with me and that gave me the idea for the

00:23:33.680 product once i developed the product and she goes to the gun range with me you know actually she got

00:23:38.720 so comfortable with it she actually enjoys the sport now so you know now i'm i feel more comfortable

00:23:44.160 as her husband that if i leave the house and something happens if someone comes in the house

00:23:48.240 she's able to operate the gun and know how to use it you know so it's a great product to get people 1.00

00:23:53.600 comfortable with um if you know most of us aren't certified firearm teachers but the skill once you know

00:24:00.000 how to handle the gun and everything you're able to teach others that don't have any experience

00:24:05.600 and get them comfortable with it and then you're able to you know then you can go take the next step

00:24:09.520 go to a gun range shoot live ammo and they've already got the sight alignment skills down they've

00:24:14.720 already you know got the basics down of how to hold and grip the gun and you know hold it out in front

00:24:19.520 of you far enough and all those types of skills that you tell them you know at home in a safe way so

00:24:24.880 you know those are fundamental skills that you can teach at your home

00:24:30.400 joe give me that you've also got the other product the multi that was the multi-target take a minute

00:24:34.800 and explain the other product you've got too these are great for uh somebody that's uh

00:24:39.840 a little more experienced

00:24:45.680 so the cubes they're smaller targets and you can spread them throughout your house

00:24:49.440 and i'll just turn the computer to it so they have an app and you can do a drill

00:24:56.000 three two get your countdown and then

00:25:01.920 two point five three it gives you your your time of how fast you're able to shoot

00:25:06.720 the app when it beeps so these are great because they hook to your home's wi-fi network so you can

00:25:12.000 spread them out throughout your house and then um you know you if you do clearing drills or you can

00:25:18.720 compete with people you can each like take a couple of cubes and have like head-to-head

00:25:23.360 competitions on how fast you can shoot them and again this allows you to have it makes practicing

00:25:29.360 more fun so when it's more fun uh you do it more often i don't know if you can see behind me up there

00:25:35.200 you see up here is like the cubes up there so in this room i actually have we have people over and

00:25:40.240 then we'll stand like uh it's about five yards back and see how fast we have friends have have

00:30:09.880 besides that phq9 at 12 years old we're also doing a heads interview heads is an interview it's an acronym

00:30:28.340 h-e-a-d-s-s-s we go into the three s's when i'm on the safety and that's as simple as oh are you wearing

00:30:41.800 your bike helmet when you ride your skateboard or ride your bike do you wear your seat belt

00:30:46.880 you're welcome safety but then the next s goes into suicide and i am asking that question

00:30:56.620 do you have thoughts of hurting or killing yourself and the last s is a subject that no parent won't

00:31:04.420 talk to their kid about sex but it's happening you don't want to know about it but it's happening

00:31:13.000 even here in lori but this generation is definitely more open with experiencing

00:31:19.360 and uh and experimenting and so i ask those tough questions do you identify as a male female non-binary

00:31:32.800 do you if you had a crush on someone is it a male or a female do you have a significant other

00:31:43.200 and yes i'm asking them if they are having sex

00:31:47.620 at 12 years old 12 years old not the clinic policy not aor policy it is big navy few men dha

00:31:59.140 at 12 years old parents cannot look at their children's medical records online

00:32:04.600 at 15 or 16 because it depends on state law but that is on average that's the most the biggest

00:32:16.180 time it's 15 or 16 years old there are four things a child can come into clinic without and schedule

00:32:25.380 their own appointment and we don't have to tell their parents mental health so anxiety depression

00:32:33.380 i do have a man i'm a mandatory reporter so i do have to tell parents about any thoughts or plans to

00:32:40.900 kill someone else someone else and themselves but just regular anxiety depression i can see them without

00:32:46.900 telling their parents it's gonna hurt some people birth control birth control we can have those 0.56

00:32:56.180 conversations with the kids how important is it that you have that open rapport with your kids so

00:33:01.700 you can talk to them before they're coming to their pcm what goes along with that pregnancy tests 0.69

00:33:09.460 and lastly sexually transmitted infections when did this policy of preventing parents from being able

00:33:24.420 to access their minor children's medical records start i'm not sure of what it happened online so

00:33:29.940 the question was when did it start on not allowing parents to see minor children's medical records i'm not

00:33:36.740 sure i've been a practicing provider for six years and that's as far as i've known that it's been the

00:33:41.380 case that you're not allowed to see once you're 12 years old you can come into clinic and you can

00:33:46.260 request those records but you can't get it online so it's just only online correct so if a parent wants

00:33:52.580 to come in and find out what's going on with their children's quote unquote care they have full access

00:33:59.220 to those medical records and the providers can't hide any of that or keep these conversations secret

00:34:03.220 from the parents if they come in and i would also i would definitely recommend so when they come in

00:34:08.900 for any of these concerns and their parents don't know i encourage them i build that rapport and i

00:34:13.940 encourage them to talk to their parents because then think about it if they have that trust that

00:34:19.780 provider and then you're coming in and getting their medical records you're breaking that trust

00:34:25.380 you're not building that trust with that child so the only issue i have with that they're a minor child

00:34:31.380 they're not of consenting age correct so if we're sitting there so i don't understand how like

00:34:42.260 because i i have a 17 year old and almost 12 year old and i've been never been notified of this policy

00:34:47.220 until i just heard about it the other day and personally i think it's absolutely abhorrent that

00:34:53.940 medical professionals will keep that kind of information from parents especially if there's like

00:34:59.540 you know some kind of pregnancy or especially some kind of sti or anything like that and

00:35:04.580 especially when it comes to gender there's so many things that are poisoning our kids minds on social

00:35:09.700 media when it comes to gender ideology and then medical professionals are now no longer required 0.93

00:35:14.580 to disclose that kind of information to parents i think is absolutely abhorrent disgusting as a parent

00:35:20.100 if someone kept that kind of information from me and i don't know if you can tell but i am shaking right

00:35:24.420 now because i'm furious that you would sit there and think that it's okay to hide that kind of

00:35:29.860 information from a parent a minor child because i'll tell you what that is absolutely important to me

00:35:37.300 and if i ever find out that my child is going through this issue and i wasn't notified i will go

00:35:43.460 after every single person's medical license that had anything to do with my child because i will

00:35:48.420 i will do anything to keep my children safe so i think it's absolutely disgusting thank you thank you

00:35:56.260 for your opinion thank you for your opinion just like you are an advocate for your child i am an advocate

00:36:06.820 for your child and so when they come in and they disclose that information sometimes i'm the first person

00:36:12.020 that they have told that has happened here in my brain i'm the first person that they've given that

00:36:16.660 information and so that we have a discussion i have that report with them if they're open enough

00:36:22.180 to tell me that information then we talk about hey i really think you should talk to your parents

00:36:28.180 i really think they would be able to help you but then there are parents that don't want to hear it

00:36:33.300 they're very close-minded and they don't want to hear it and that's why they keep those secrets

00:36:38.900 and that's why we have teenage suicides so you're saying that you're the child the minor child

00:36:46.740 someone who can't consent to anything who's not a legal adult you're saying that minor child

00:36:52.660 they have in the medical quote-unquote medical professional has more rights than the parent

00:36:57.380 over that child that's what that's the that's the navy's policy i would encourage you to talk to your

00:37:03.380 child that's not what i asked you ma'am i'm asking you according to this policy again policy i didn't make it

00:37:10.980 i'm not i'm not accusing you ma'am i'm i'm simply calling up the navy that the policy gives more

00:37:17.700 rights or circumvents a parent's rights to know is what you're saying that's the navy's official policy

00:37:25.940 yes all right

00:37:31.540 any other questions

00:37:35.060 as someone spent uh eight years then i when as soon as i saw this i'm absolutely

00:37:40.660 beyond furious and uh i robbie starbuck i saw it up in robbie starbuck's getter feed and i asked

00:37:46.900 robbie to come on and change the schedule robbie thank you so much i i am absolutely stunned by what

00:37:51.940 what we just saw in particular the fact bahrain is right there in the persian gulf and when we

00:37:56.260 talk about taiwan and the most straits of malacca and the south china sea they're the cutting edge of

00:38:01.300 the ford deployed navy tell us what we just saw robbie starbuck well what we just saw it's a navy

00:38:07.300 official just basically saying we believe the government has precedence over your parental rights

00:38:13.460 and if we decide the gender ideology is something that we want to happen we're going to assist your

00:38:18.740 child in it and we're not going to tell you anything about it if we find out your child is

00:38:22.820 having promiscuous sex all around we're not going to tell you if they get an std we're not going to 0.60

00:38:28.100 tell you they get pregnant we're not going to tell you that is not the place of the united states 1.00

00:38:32.420 government and what they're doing is an assault on parental rights it's disgusting when this got sent

00:38:36.900 to me when i tell you the person who reached out to me concerned about this is very high up i just want

00:38:42.340 to stress they're very high up they've spent a long time in the navy they're very aware that they

00:38:47.220 very well could lose their job over this and they're they're pretty resigned to the fact they

00:38:51.620 will likely be found out and i'm still not comfortable with naming them anyways just because

00:38:56.900 i told them you know i hope that we're able to get more information but this is something that parents

00:39:02.500 in the navy are getting just absolutely incensed i only posted this about eight hours ago and navy

00:39:07.780 families are going crazy about this as they should because this is just step one let me tell you when

00:39:14.580 countries do this type of thing there's no time in history where they do something like this and

00:39:20.100 they don't try to go further they never just go we're just going to do this one thing it's just a

00:39:24.500 step along the way to total tyranny

00:39:29.380 no but her arrogance is that oh well you know you can go to the parents or you can come to us and if

00:39:33.540 we hear it first particularly on this gender ideology and it is absolutely stunning the arrogance

00:39:38.580 of this uh lieutenant commander just kind of laying out what oh what this is what policy is

00:39:44.740 and that with navy what the navy is in shock they can't recruit people anymore nobody's going to go

00:39:49.620 in the navy why would you be an enlisted person or even an officer and have your children exposed to

00:39:56.020 these uh to these factotums that essentially have more power than you have over your own children over

00:40:02.420 your own minor children it's absolutely stunning robbie you ran for congress you've been involved in the

00:40:06.980 political process you've been part of magra from day one where does this go from here what are you 0.58

00:40:11.460 going to do with this you and your your wife is dedicated her life to sex trafficking and child

00:40:17.380 abuse you're an activist where are you guys going to go with this uh tape because this is explosive

00:40:23.780 well i'm going to all these members of congress and i'm asking every single one of them

00:40:28.100 what are we going to do to defund this wokeness in the military because we have the power of the purse 0.91

00:40:33.140 in the house we need to use it we need to hold the line and we need to defund every one of these

00:40:38.340 woke programs and policies in the military and really force the biden administration into a position

00:40:43.380 where they have no choice but to agree to a budget and to rules that are going to make sense and not

00:40:48.820 abuse our service members and what you said is exactly right the arrogance is almost as bad as the

00:40:54.340 policy itself they're so condescending to these families and to our troops and you said something when

00:40:59.700 you open this up you said you know the location of bahrain is strategically very important and do

00:41:05.620 we really want a military that creates problems for our service members to worry about because

00:41:10.980 there's members there whose children are in the united states and they don't have regular contact

00:41:16.340 with them and now they need to worry about the care their child's getting in the us is my kids

00:41:21.220 secretly being transitioned right now are they being promoted promiscuous sex and being given birth 0.99

00:41:27.060 control they have no clue so you're adding stressors to these service members who we may need to deploy

00:41:32.580 into a war zone at some point if china decides to go after taiwan so you know this is a very serious

00:41:38.580 situation with serious consequences and when you look at the recruiting disaster you have to just

00:41:43.940 ask yourself who would want to join the navy at this point all my friends who are navy vets they go

00:41:49.540 this is not the military i signed up for period and i can't recognize it brother i saw this the team

00:41:56.980 which i saw i think we contacted i saw it 20 minutes before we came on air and i said get

00:42:00.100 track down robbie i gotta get i gotta change the show running i gotta get this up here

00:42:03.940 i am so livid in fact i'm gonna talk to a bunch of my buddies who are flag officers

00:42:08.980 uh you know after i got out they stuck for the 20 and 30 i'm gonna get on the phone night and work

00:42:13.460 this i'll come back to you robbie incredible job putting this out there and uh we'll be back to

00:42:18.020 you how do people get to you robbie how they get to the site how they get to your social media

00:42:21.700 how they find out more about this uh about this video and what you're going to do about it

00:42:27.300 follow me at robbie starbuck on all platforms and i've got a show on rumble the robbie starbuck show

00:42:31.940 where we're gonna have some more details about this tomorrow and you know we put out some other

00:42:35.940 stuff from a base in germany where the u.s army is giving out free books about gender transition

00:42:42.420 that include a really horrific illustration of a man trying to be a woman but they're giving these

00:42:47.780 books out for free in the army so this isn't just a navy problem either in fact my theory and what

00:42:52.660 we're running down and i hope to have an answer on tomorrow is i believe this is a top-down order

00:42:56.820 from the dod to all branches i don't think this is just big navy i think this is the every branch

00:43:01.940 and that's what i'm hoping to confirm tomorrow is if every branch has been poisoned with this new

00:43:06.980 policy to keep secrets from service members about their children's health care after they turn 12

00:43:13.940 what time is the show on rumble tomorrow robbie

00:43:16.740 uh i'll be on around five o'clock

00:43:22.020 5 p.m eastern eastern daylight time on rumble yep eastern time rob robbie starbuck okay robbie

00:43:29.460 thank you very much we'll tune in tomorrow and watch and catch up talk to you over the weekend

00:43:33.140 let's go and play the cold open got tim rosenberger from stanford i want to play this cold open of tim

00:43:37.460 on uh tucker carlson

00:43:50.180 i am an associate dean and i would love to answer your question can i yeah answer this room because

00:43:55.060 you're asking to the room as well is that okay you don't want to talk to your room

00:44:01.620 while talking to me

00:44:02.580 oh wow is that okay because you are also talking to the room you ask for an administrator

00:44:07.540 she's an administrator you just asked for an administrator i'm here 1.00

00:44:10.900 can i say something to you is that okay is that okay so you've invited me to speak here and i'm

00:44:26.180 being heckled non-stop and i'm just asking for an administrator to some

00:44:30.500 that's if you want a marketplace of ideas if you have gotten what you've wanted take it

00:44:46.180 like do you want an echo chamber what's the issue

00:44:51.860 and i don't say that for sympathy i just say i'm deeply deeply uncomfortable

00:45:07.780 i'm uncomfortable because this event is tearing up the fabric of this community that i care about

00:45:13.060 and i'm here to support and i don't know and i have to ask myself and i'm not a cynic to ask this

00:45:18.660 is the juice worth the squeeze is this worth it it isn't a setup but for many people in this law

00:45:26.900 school who work here who study here and who live here your advocacy your opinions from the bench land as

00:45:35.860 absolute disenfranchisement of their rights and does land 1.00

00:45:39.140 that woman is a living metaphor for everything that is mediocre stupid and stalinist about american 1.00

00:45:52.660 society federal marshals had to escort the judge from the building tim rosenberger was there he's the 0.99

00:45:57.380 president of stanford's federalist society he joins us tonight tim thanks so much for coming on was that

00:46:01.940 i mean that diversity dean and maybe you don't want to agree with me because you'll get in trouble but

00:46:06.420 i've i've kind of never seen anything like that in my life did were students applauding her did anyone

00:46:11.220 say who are you and please leave well thanks for having me on tucker uh no one had the temerity to

00:46:17.780 say who are you and please leave and i guess you haven't seen this because you haven't been

00:46:21.220 to college for a couple years but this is what it is like every day not just at stanford but in a lot of

00:46:25.220 our universities but i mean this is stanford law school this is you know one of the best schools in

00:46:31.940 the world and that dean was like seemed barely literate to me and as far as i could tell from

00:46:38.740 the tape didn't give a single specific example of what offended her about the judge's decisions it

00:46:44.180 was just it was a series of of bumper stickers did i miss something i don't think you missed anything

00:46:50.900 i think a lot of us who worked very hard to get to stanford are kind of feeling like suckers right now

00:46:54.980 but you know you get here you experience this you sort of see that there's a mob and there's a way you're

00:46:59.620 expected to think you might have thought the law school is to teach you how to debate with people

00:47:03.620 and how to make an argument but in fact it turns out is to teach you how to think a very particular way

00:47:08.340 to hold a certain set of beliefs and if you don't want to do that then maybe uh these elite schools are

00:47:13.300 not for you yeah i mean they had marxist i went to a pretty mediocre college but they had marxist teaching

00:47:19.140 there but at least they seemed smart and they could make an argument are there a lot of people like

00:47:23.540 diversity dean lady at stanford i don't think there's a lot of impetus to make good arguments

00:47:30.500 if you say the party line you'll be rewarded and i think that's what this dean saw you know her

00:47:35.220 constituency is the craziest loudest most nut student so as long as you know that student is happy uh the 0.64

00:47:41.700 school is happy you know there's no reason to challenge there's no reason to push back

00:47:45.700 it's so nicely put really quick did anybody say privately to you i'm shocked and disgusted by this

00:47:54.900 one professor uh joe bankman emailed me and i think he's fine with that being known uh and our advisor

00:48:01.700 obviously supported me but uh within the law school no one else there are a few folks from other parts of

00:48:06.100 the campus but there was no widespread support and the consensus seems to be this was basically fine you

00:48:11.380 know this is just how we're going to do business so disgraceful so shocking and i'm and i'm so sorry

00:48:16.900 for you that you're living in the middle of it a godspeed tim rosenberger brave man thank you so much

00:48:21.780 thanks very much more news after the break

00:48:28.100 burger joins us right now tim can you get us up to date on on what's happened uh what's happened since

00:48:33.620 that time that was shocking that was the cultural revolution that's mal's china with the red guard 0.93

00:48:37.940 tell us give us an update we've got a couple minutes give us an update on what's happened

00:48:41.140 since then yeah absolutely so uh we had a big letter come out from the dean it's a 10 page

00:48:47.860 document how much has been made of it and the dean says there's going to be mandatory training

00:48:52.500 around free speech uh we're going to take various other initiatives to get students to

00:48:58.180 sort of respect one another and be with one another uh the dean you see in that video is on

00:49:03.060 leave it's unclear for what duration or whether that was voluntary or not um but certainly

00:49:11.140 the most guilty or unrepentant uh the students who organized this have put out a statement saying

00:49:15.860 that it was stanford at its best that this was a great moment for the law school uh stanford in

00:49:21.780 the meantime is now the top ranked law school in the country booting out yale uh since this happened

00:49:26.180 so that's sort of an exciting uh coda to this and an encapsulation of this being a bigger problem

00:49:32.420 than stanford it's a problem for all the elite schools uh particularly with the law schools

00:49:36.740 tim but we got to bounce but i gotta tell you you're going to become a leader in this movement

00:49:42.020 because the great uh jurists the great lawyers the rule of law is all going to come out of harvard

00:49:47.460 stanford yeah whether people are like or not those are the great chicago those are the great law schools

00:49:52.580 this episode is shocking it is mal's red guard there's no doubt about it how do people keep up

00:49:58.100 with you on twitter how do they keep up with you on social media yeah i'm at tim jr jr on twitter would

00:50:04.740 love to hear from people particularly young people who are thinking about going to these

00:50:18.500 we've got to get you on a national speaking tour we've got to make sure young people don't flinch

00:50:22.580 from that what happened to that judge is not acceptable and if we allow that to happen we're

00:50:27.140 not going to have a country tim rosenberger president of the federal society at stanford law school
