00:00:31.480 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:36.560 is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:01:32.800 french soldiers pick me up hoist me on those shoulders and carry me down the chandelier shouting

00:01:44.960 vive la france vive l'amérique

00:01:47.760 after four years of service in five countries u.s army nurse june wandry is on furlough in paris on ve day

00:01:57.980 we are in the heart of paris the crowd is nearly hysterical

00:02:04.040 everyone is out on the streets planes zooming overhead and huge formations

00:02:13.280 all the important brass are there the gall

00:02:21.020 people and here i am

00:02:24.080 a very great crowd is collected already thousands upon thousands of people gathered to share this

00:02:37.060 historic day with the king and queen listen to the crowd

00:02:40.220 the last communique of world war ii is in the russian people were told for the first time of germany's unconditional surrender

00:02:56.120 our rejoicing is sober and subdued by a supreme consciousness of the terrible price we have paid

00:03:05.360 to rid the world of hitler and his evil band let us not forget my fellow american our victory is but half won

00:03:15.980 the west is free

00:03:17.840 but the east is still in bondage to the treacherous tyranny of the japanese 1.00

00:03:24.160 when the last japanese division has surrendered unconditionally

00:03:31.700 then only will our fighting job be done

00:03:36.680 the terrible price that was paid it's 8 may 2023 in the ear of our lord monday 78 years ago

00:03:49.980 today in fact the uh the instrument of surrender of the german army was signed at 2200 uh german time

00:03:58.140 sort of been roughly uh this time now and um it went to effect at 2300 that would be may 9th

00:04:06.680 in moscow tomorrow be victory day uh by the uh by the russian people the terrible price we paid

00:04:13.880 hundreds of millions of dead in the greatest generation in the greatest war in mankind's

00:04:20.200 history and what lessons have we taken away today we're going to have

00:04:23.420 naomi wolf uh julie kelly todd benson on the southern border it's uh what would the men and women

00:04:29.840 that sacrificed everything what were the men and women that sacrificed everything

00:04:33.980 78 years ago and the years leading up to it what would they say today but the state of our country

00:04:39.120 the state of our institutions

00:04:40.620 the state of our institutions

00:04:42.780 i want to go first to carrie lake she's in london 1.00

00:04:45.060 carrie you've been over there uh for uh for a while it's the uh it's ve day

00:04:50.180 in europe you were there through the weekends

00:04:52.560 the coordination of you know hasn't been done in 70 years

00:04:55.880 most importantly you were with victor orban

00:04:58.520 uh in the in the team in hungary at cpac and of course axios today had this massive article that

00:05:05.960 said that hungary is actually leading the way for the republican populist nationalist movement

00:05:10.960 your thoughts on uh what you've learned and what you've told people on your european trip man

00:05:16.720 well steve thank you for having me i was honored to be part of the cpac event that was happening for

00:05:24.460 the second year in hungary this is a a country that has put the citizens first and has put their

00:05:31.140 rights and liberties first and protected the family our countries are only as strong as our families

00:05:36.280 and when our families disintegrate our countries disintegrate victor orban has done an amazing job

00:05:42.180 since uh taking power and and i was thrilled to actually be able to meet him and and talk to him

00:05:49.300 for quite a bit of time about how he has gone about bringing people together working with folks here

00:05:55.020 to make sure that they are helping uh the country and helping the citizens here you know if you listen

00:06:01.700 to the globalist media you'd swear he was a dictator it's a bunch of lies and i was so proud of what i

00:06:09.500 saw in hungary and how the people are treated and how the the streets are safe you feel so safe walking

00:06:17.240 down the street day or night no matter where you are in any part of town they're putting safety and

00:06:23.560 security first it's really wonderful and then we moved on to london and we got to experience the

00:06:29.500 coronation after 70 years of a new king and it witnessed history here with our allies in in england and you

00:06:38.000 know obviously we we broke free from the shackles of the monarchy 245 46 years ago but i'll be honest i

00:06:47.960 love the fact that england has culture and they've maintained that culture it's not for us the monarchy

00:06:54.900 isn't but it was really wonderful to be here for a part of history and to be with the great polite

00:07:00.120 wonderful people of england and to be here on a very important day such as ve day today it was it was

00:07:07.080 really quite uh something to see that today so we are in a world where we are we are experiencing

00:07:14.280 countries that are fighting for their people or we're about to lose our countries with the globalist

00:07:20.360 agenda that's being shoved down our throats and we are not for that we're standing up over the next

00:07:25.800 couple of years to fight that you know we're going to have naomi wolf talk about the institutions of 0.95

00:07:32.480 things like cdc and and what has basically misled us and let us down world health organization all

00:07:38.220 this these institutions many of these mostly these created post-war uh and one is nato and our alliance

00:07:45.940 obviously with the british people and the french people you you made news and a lot of news as really

00:07:50.960 the first political person of any stature you went to europe you were in budapest and you said hey

00:07:58.060 we've got to bring this ukraine war to an end and one of the ways i think we can bring to an is cut 0.75

00:08:02.440 off the money to ukraine in the in the budget process we're on the eve of this massive negotiation

00:08:08.180 ukraine's still fully funded uh but you made a lot of news in that give us give us your assessment

00:08:14.000 what's your assessment of that and how did it play in in europe because i can tell you by reading

00:08:18.680 the guardian and the times of london heads blew up

00:08:22.980 well good you know what that's fine with me i'm a mother and i'm appalled by what's happening i want

00:08:30.460 to see peace in this world and apparently the people who want peace are the bad guys now since when

00:08:35.740 you know what the military industrial complex can shove it because the mothers of the world are tired 1.00

00:08:42.520 of sending their children off to war you know what we saw back when they lied to us about iraq and they 0.91

00:08:48.560 said there were weapons of mass destruction it was a bunch of hogwash and we sat there and we

00:08:53.540 listened to them and we believed them i don't believe what the mainstream media is telling us

00:08:59.540 anymore and i don't think i don't think i'm alone steve i frankly don't believe the people of america

00:09:04.540 believe it and we're tired of listening to them pedal lies to us and force us into conflicts and wars all

00:09:13.500 over this world while our own country is suffering in two and a half three days we are about to see

00:09:19.240 the invasion on our southern border grow to epic proportions we will not our head talk about heads

00:09:25.260 blowing up our heads will blow up and we see what happens at our southern border and we need to stand

00:09:30.560 strong and say we're not going to take this we're not going to send hundreds of billions overseas to

00:09:36.900 start world war three while our own country is being invaded right now and i'm a mother i'm going

00:09:45.000 to stand up and fight for it i don't care what they say about me i don't care what the media says about

00:09:49.320 me i don't care what you know uh you know fox news cnn msnbc says we need to stand up right now while

00:09:57.720 we still have a voice and speak out for what's happening in this world is and save our country because

00:10:03.720 we're losing it i was on i was on calls over the weekend and people were telling me that

00:10:08.620 in in in places like arizona some of the county officials saying hey there's gonna be a thousand

00:10:13.280 per day overage they can't even handle they're just going to dump into the streets because that's

00:10:18.140 the most humane way they're going to do it but in arizona is going to be overrun what say you ma'am 0.99

00:10:23.140 i i heard 500 right now in in the yuma sector we have 180 capacity we're way over capacity on what we

00:10:32.880 can handle with illegal immigrants pouring in and they said now it's going to go to 570 percent

00:10:40.080 600 percent we are looking at hundreds of thousands of people storming our country you know steve we

00:10:48.280 don't have to have to change a country to overtake a country we don't have to have a war with bullets

00:10:54.600 with bombs anymore if they just pour people in illegally they can completely change our country 1.00

00:11:01.480 we are losing what it means to be america and i'm not ashamed to say that it is the absolute truth

00:11:08.140 and if we don't stand up and say enough is enough we've got to stop this nonsense then we're going

00:11:12.760 to lose our country and so we've got very little time frankly i i don't know if we have months or a

00:11:19.180 year to stop this nonsense but we have to start speaking out against it and i don't see anybody who's

00:11:24.480 willing to really speak truthfully about what's happening at our southern border it's not just where are

00:11:30.400 these people going who's putting them up who's paying for their housing and their food and their

00:11:36.060 it's our own country that's paying for it at the expense of our tax-paying citizens who can't even

00:11:43.760 afford their rent who can't even afford to pay for their heating and air conditioning who can't afford

00:11:49.880 their groceries but we're paying for people to come across by the hundreds of thousands illegally

00:11:55.680 come on we've got to wake up people this is not a democrat republican issue this is saving america

00:12:03.200 and we're on the verge of losing it and if i have to be the person who is ripped apart by the fake

00:12:09.280 news i'm okay with that i'm willing to speak out to save our country we've got to get donald trump

00:12:14.600 back in office we've got to stop this nonsense and for starters we have to stop this war that's 0.89

00:12:20.260 starting over in ukraine that is about to spread into world war three we cannot let that happen 1.00

00:12:25.840 they're on the verge of letting that happen

00:12:28.060 carrie how do people uh get more information i know it's late there we appreciate you staying up

00:12:34.700 how do people follow particularly the case and where we stand with removing hobbes the illegitimate 0.97

00:12:40.800 fake governor of arizona where do people go well it's interesting because it is very late here as you

00:12:47.760 can tell by the bags under my eyes but i was just on my conference call with the uh the judge who as

00:12:53.340 you know the arizona supreme court has ordered the lower court judge to take back up our case

00:12:58.540 and come this friday the judge will decide if he will take it up if he does take our case up on the

00:13:05.260 signature verification next wednesday and thursday we will have a new court case regarding that portion

00:13:12.100 of our election case and i i just ask everybody out there to pray for us we deserve this case and

00:13:17.620 we deserve frankly some justice when it comes to our elections you can reach me at kerrylake.com you

00:13:23.900 can find out more about our case and you can go to kerrylake.com slash unafraid to get a pre-order

00:13:31.080 of my new book which documents a lot of what we've been through together as arizonans in this huge

00:13:37.100 campaign and and what happened even after the campaign

00:13:40.240 kerry lake honor thank you for staying up late i appreciate it i heard it the trip has been

00:13:46.580 unbelievable so thank you very much for sharing appreciate it thank you kerry lake live from

00:13:53.160 london uh i want to get we got naomi wolf i have julie kelly on deck naomi i've got to ask you

00:13:58.160 particularly on the 50 on the 78th anniversary of um of ve day given what occurred in that horrible

00:14:07.400 situation the institutions that came up afterwards there was a major development

00:14:11.540 very much driven by you and the work of your your team against all odds the cdc director either

00:14:18.460 resigned or was removed but somehow was pushed out and what shocked me over the weekend was the media

00:14:24.580 action i understand there's so much going on i mean there's i've never seen a news cycle like this but

00:14:28.640 this is a massive development because it cuts to the core of what the problem is in the nation and

00:14:35.060 that is these institutions that no longer serve the american people walk me through the cdc you know

00:14:41.460 your thoughts about this and why did the media downplay this i think all weekend when this is

00:14:48.120 probably the most important thing that happened this weekend certainly um well i think as you know

00:14:55.300 that uh the posse had a great deal to do with this historic event um just to reprise for those who

00:15:02.440 didn't uh catch it when i was last on your show uh amy kelly dropped issued a bombshell report report 69 0.93

00:15:10.860 um that showed that there's an eight page document uh re released in april in the pfizer documents

00:15:17.140 that confirms that um fda pfizer and rochelle walensky knew that more than half of the moms um who were

00:15:28.180 pregnant suffered adverse events or the babies suffered adverse events including 51 spontaneous

00:15:33.960 abortions or miscarriages um and also that uh about 20 percent of the babies had serious adverse

00:15:41.760 events including being hospitalized um from drinking their mother's their vaccinated mother's breast milk

00:15:48.140 so you know and and the babies uh of the vaccinated moms also suffered two years ago what is now being

00:15:56.340 confirmed independently by nurse midwives and maternal fetal medicine specialists that i've

00:16:01.900 interviewed um that they're seeing grow as a result in their practices which is newborn babies um go home

00:16:09.400 and then they're rushed to the hospital because their tiny lungs are leaking air so this is in the pfizer

00:16:14.720 documents um the pfizer documents this eight page uh kind of summary which you can see it's on

00:16:21.280 dailycloud.io also um narrates that some of the spontaneous abortions or miscarriages or the

00:16:28.760 premature babies including babies who died were exposed to the vaccine transplacentally that's pfizer's

00:16:36.220 words now three days after this report um summarizing the whole development of the vaccine uh up until

00:16:44.860 april 20th 2021 this went to the fda confidential it went to the cdc three days later uh dr walensky

00:16:53.080 held a white house press conference a big one at which she swore that the vaccine was safe and

00:16:58.580 effective for pregnant women and she recommended that pregnant women um get vaccinated she said there's

00:17:04.000 not no bad time to get vaccinated before you have your baby while you're pregnant after you've had your

00:17:10.040 baby and this document also shows that women are exposed to the vaccine in pfizer's words before

00:17:17.200 they're even pregnant um through probably sexual intercourse with vaccinated men uh which is elsewhere 0.61

00:17:24.860 in the pfizer documents confirmed as exposure also through skin contact and inhalation so these are

00:17:30.940 things that no one told the women of america and in the wake of this very viral um report by amy kelly

00:17:37.660 my video which reached a million people uh five days later dr walensky resigned so i don't know that

00:17:44.600 we're the only people um there's been other great reporting including by uh trial site news sonia elijah

00:17:50.240 on this same horrific document but it was you know the next thing would have been for her to be answering

00:17:56.480 questions in congress specifically did you know that more than half of the moms suffered adverse events

00:18:03.800 did you know that 51 babies died why did you three days later um tell the women of america that it was safe

00:18:09.740 and effective and subsequently also there was a giant propaganda campaign to get women pregnant

00:18:15.060 this this this is this is what i want to get to is that we had natalie winters on last hour with cash patel

00:18:21.420 we're talking about the hunter biden situation comer wednesday's make or break for him to at least start to show

00:18:26.940 some documents i got julie kelly following you on the top investigative reporters people want to ask

00:18:32.380 why are we not we got you know you have fauci but why are we not pursuing this why are there seem to

00:18:39.100 be no investigations why are no one before a microphone before the american people why is all

00:18:44.100 this coming from the great work of in in in in this amazing book and amy kelly and daily cloud and

00:18:50.120 yourself and and putting up independent independent research why does there seem to be no institutional

00:18:56.680 right now investigation to get to the bottom of this i think people have driven crazy when they

00:19:02.280 see like report 69 they say how can this happen we're now in the third year of this why in your

00:19:07.500 opinion is nothing is is is this not institutionally starting to be confronted these are really good

00:19:16.220 questions i you know i ask them myself i mean of course we have our team george smith and his 10

00:19:21.920 plaintiffs in ohio um moving heads suing pfizer but it is you know it's not baffling to me both sides

00:19:29.800 take the money right both republicans and democrats in congress take money from pfizer uh the media over 70

00:19:37.360 of its ad budget on television is from pharmaceutical giants like pfizer so you know we've talked about the

00:19:44.700 billion dollars in the cares act that went to all the major news outlets so it's left to independents

00:19:50.620 like us to even report this um but i do have good news for the posse finally uh i hope this will ease

00:19:57.800 their their stress a little bit um texas attorney general ken paxton did say uh last monday that he

00:20:05.280 would investigate three major pharmaceutical companies for deceptive practices arguing that they may have

00:20:11.660 misrepresented the effectiveness of vaccines and the likelihood of becoming infected after receiving

00:20:16.920 a vaccine and there are two more kind of major paragraphs but basically he's going after pfizer

00:20:23.640 or he's opening an investigation and he's doing it under a cause of action that our 250 volunteer lawyers

00:20:30.000 also said is a really good one which is um that texas and every state has them false advertising

00:20:36.120 deceptive practices that that pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies they're he's going after

00:20:41.460 materna and j and j as well um lied to people to get them to do this and his quote is very strong

00:20:47.720 if any company illegally took advantage of consumers during this period or compromised people's safety

00:20:53.920 to increase their profits they will be held responsible he said in a statement um if public health

00:21:00.040 policy was developed on the basis of flawed or misleading research we have 500 pages showing that it

00:21:05.980 was the public must know the catastrophic effects of the pandemic and subsequent interventions forced

00:21:12.360 on our country and citizens deserve intense scrutiny and we are pursuing any hint of wrongdoing to the

00:21:18.380 fullest so this this is progress and i'm in touch back channels with people who are getting this uh this

00:21:26.540 book these documents that the war room daily clout 3500 medical and scientific experts have put together

00:21:32.340 which is exhibit a of exactly what attorney general paxton is is looking for i've only got a couple

00:21:40.560 of minutes but i want to ask something about the confirmation of the next cdc director what are you

00:21:44.180 prepared to do what are you prepared to ask of the war room posse what are you prepared to ask of all

00:21:50.180 the research you've done amy kelly great team should not there be a confrontation about who's the next cdc

00:21:56.980 director about what's gone on in the last couple of years with the cdc as an institution ma'am

00:22:02.860 of course there should i mean right now we're in a very ugly situation in which i heard again back

00:22:11.040 channels um but but good back channels that dr walensky was offered a gig with the clinton

00:22:17.300 foundation i don't think that's been announced yet but that doesn't surprise me and literally

00:22:21.480 a day or two after she resigned chelsea clinton is in the media announcing a big get every child

00:22:27.980 vaccinated campaign that that she's going to be the face of so they're not quitting they're not

00:22:34.280 stopping um there should be a confrontation because the risk is uh this compromised white 0.93

00:22:40.700 house will just put another evildoer right into the still warm position that she has vacated um and 1.00

00:22:48.280 and worse things could happen right but you know honestly steve i i don't have a lot of hopes that

00:22:54.860 at a at a federal level we can force the kinds of questions to be asked the kinds of investigations

00:23:02.380 you know the justice department is compromised who is going to go after these people at the federal level

00:23:07.500 it would be nice to have the theater of hard questions you know dr walensky dragged back from

00:23:12.980 you know oaxaca or wherever she's vacationing to answer some questions and to squirm 1.00

00:23:18.140 a little bit under the lights but we've seen how that goes it's a slap on the wrist nothing serious

00:23:22.680 happens that route that's why i'm excited about attorney general paxton and the 14 letters we sent

00:23:28.560 to attorneys general i'm excited about george smith in ohio because you know i really believe it's only

00:23:34.340 at the local level that we're going to get um action and decent judges and judges like the judge who

00:23:41.240 said no i'm not going to conceal these documents for 75 years um the federal level is compromised

00:23:46.800 that's i mean we can still call our we should call our elected officials but we should you know have

00:23:52.500 set expectations naomi how do people get the book how do they get to the website and i know they want

00:23:59.060 to go to work where do they go on daily cloud to volunteer and be part of this so the upper right

00:24:04.880 hand corner you should be able to see a form that shows you where to volunteer you can also order the

00:24:10.780 book we now have a new printing of another 2000 i think it's the fourth printing and they go in 48

00:24:17.560 hours so you know order yours on amazon uh amazon is trying all kinds of ways to stop us from selling

00:32:30.300 War Room Battleground with Stephen K. Bannon.

00:32:33.400 Julie Kelly, Citizens Free Press, which is part of the show prep for War Room, you're up all weekend with the screaming headlines that Cain puts up there.

00:32:46.640 Julie Kelly says Trump's going to be in prison, that Trump's going to be indicted four times, that Trump's going to be put in jail.

00:32:52.820 So on the very weekend that it breaks, that Trump is up by seven or eight points on the Washington Post-ABC poll leading Biden.

00:33:03.520 Biden's in collapse.

00:33:04.620 Trump's ascendant.

00:33:05.560 MAGA's ascendant.

00:33:06.500 As much as they try to hit us and call us the insurrection party, the insurrectionists, if they call us the insurrection, the insurrectionists are ascendant.

00:33:16.300 Why all of a sudden is Julie Kelly coming at us, that Trump's going to be indicted four separate times, Trump's going to prison?

00:33:22.140 Ma'am.

00:33:22.680 I don't know if I said four separate times, but I definitely said, and we talked about this Friday, was it Friday, Thursday, that the conviction of four Proud Boys on that seditious conspiracy charge really accelerates Trump's legal jeopardy related to January 6th.

00:33:41.600 Why?

00:33:42.140 I explained in my pieces, and I've explained for months, because the government has made Donald Trump a key figure in that case.

00:33:49.720 During opening, or excuse me, closing arguments last week, I was there in the courtroom, the assistant U.S. attorney, the first video clip he played was not of the Proud Boys.

00:34:01.160 It was of Donald Trump's appearance in the September 2020 presidential debate, when, after being goaded twice by Joe Biden to denounce the Proud Boys, Donald Trump said, Proud Boys, stand back and stand by.

00:34:15.380 That has been a common theme throughout the case, the four-month trial, closing arguments, and now you see this massive sentencing memo that was put out last week in another seditious conspiracy conviction, the Oath Keepers.

00:34:30.400 So this is why I've said, I believe that Trump was going to be charged before this on obstruction, conspiracy, tampering with witnesses, evidence, etc.

00:34:41.660 Not because there's evidence of this.

00:34:44.960 I need to make that clear.

00:34:47.280 Not because it's true.

00:34:49.320 Not because it's reality.

00:34:51.100 Because evidence, the rule of law, due process, things like that, in this D.C., legal, and judicial circle of hell, I call it.

00:34:59.180 None of that matters.

00:35:00.600 The only thing that matters is the weaponization of laws that now building this massive case with all these defendants, including the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, tied to Trump, building this massive case with the end result being a multi-count criminal indictment against Donald Trump by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

00:35:19.000 Julie, you also had another thing.

00:35:22.180 I think I got the link on Cain's Citizens Free Press.

00:35:26.220 You talked about, you can explain to the audience, the jury instructions.

00:35:29.780 And nobody's into the detail that you are, but the jury instructions are so vague.

00:35:34.880 I mean, how could the guys not be, how could a juror not find them guilty of seditious conspiracy?

00:35:40.920 Walk us through those jury instructions.

00:35:43.420 I will, but I want to back up first.

00:35:45.100 This is a post-Civil War statute.

00:35:47.120 It is extremely rare to ever be used against American citizens.

00:35:51.440 It was designed to stop those loyal to the Confederacy from overthrowing the American government after the Civil War.

00:35:59.980 The last time DOJ tried to prosecute seditious conspiracy was a case in Michigan in 2010, and the federal judge laughed it out of court.

00:36:07.720 But here now we've got 14 convictions, mostly guilty verdicts in trial, a couple of plea deals.

00:36:17.760 But it's so rare because it's so intentionally vague.

00:36:21.780 So what they had to prove is that these defendants tried to interfere with the execution of a law of the United States by force or to hinder, delay or interfere in that law.

00:36:38.260 So there were two different, equally vague jury instructions that were given.

00:36:43.440 The key was, well, you have to do it by force.

00:36:46.620 Well, then they said later in the jury instructions, but we don't have to prove that they did it by force or that they that they attempted or that they actually used force because they didn't.

00:36:57.280 How do you use force when you bring no weapons?

00:36:59.980 How do you use force when you've got 20 some odd random guys who don't even know each other?

00:37:05.000 Didn't assault police officers in several cases, walk through open doors where police were.

00:37:10.100 So this is the sort of vague instructions that are given.

00:37:14.440 Thank you to the federal judges who allow this.

00:37:18.460 But it's the weaponization of two federal statutes, which is seditious conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, this 1512 C2 that is a post Enron tampering with evidence witness evidence statute.

00:37:32.840 This is how the Department of Justice is criminalizing successfully political dissent.

00:37:37.280 Julie, also, you've got the situation in Georgia and the scuttlebutt around the courthouses. 0.95

00:37:46.220 That's been the reason she came out and said it's going to be August is because Jack Smith's going to move first.

00:37:50.340 You've got the Mar-a-Lago situation.

00:37:51.940 Now they say they've got a whistleblower that's working with them.

00:37:54.980 Is it your belief?

00:37:55.960 And this was so shocking about the Citizens Free Press.

00:37:58.320 It was like five headlines.

00:37:59.480 And, you know, you mentioned Julie Kelly and everybody goes, oh, my God, she's the expert.

00:38:02.540 So when Julie's saying this, and she's unflappable, do you believe, given the polls for The Washington Post, that this lawfare by DOJ, if proceeded along the path that you, Julie Kelly, that have been the closest to doing the investigations on all this and the reporting on all this, will put us in the middle of a constitutional crisis by late summer of this year, ma'am?

00:38:25.820 I suspect so.

00:38:29.640 And I think that's exactly what the Biden regime and this Department of Justice wants to happen.

00:38:34.460 Look, you don't have a press conference last Friday with Merrick Garland, FBI Director Chris Wray, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, Head of the National Security Division, Matt Olson, DC U.S. Attorney Matthew Braves, the heaviest hitters out of the Department of Justice.

00:38:49.020 They give this press conference with the top officials so they can brag about what another conviction in a D.C. by a D.C. jury in a city that voted 93 percent for Joe Biden.

00:39:00.320 No, they did it as a warning shot to Trump and his team that we got these convictions.

00:39:06.480 We made Donald Trump a key figure in this, in the government's case, and this is just one more step in how we get to you, Donald Trump, with, if not seditious conspiracy, obstruction, conspiracy, other charges that, by the way, also are punishable by up to 20 years in prison and have justified pretrial detention for those who have been accused, charged with those crimes, not convicted.

00:39:30.420 So, in my mind, it is a constitutional crisis already.

00:39:35.520 It has been, not just for Donald Trump, but for hundreds of these defendants who have been selectively prosecuted by Matthew Graves, the D.C. U.S. Attorney, who is now seeking outrageous sentences, not just for people who have already been convicted, but in these particular cases, seditious conspiracy.

00:39:53.320 I mean, this is something that's never happened in American history.

00:39:57.740 And the fact that he's not been reined in, held accountable, these judges are completely out of control.

00:40:03.320 They're rubber stamps for the Department of Justice.

00:40:06.880 And so this is the very dangerous territory waters that Donald Trump is going to be walking into once Special Counsel Jack Smith hands down his criminal indictments, not just for January 6th, but also expected related to the handling of classified documents.

00:40:23.320 It's shocking when you had Naomi Wolf and you back-to-back and you see what DOJ is not doing in protecting big pharma and you see what they're doing to gruff their American citizens.

00:40:35.340 It's your grandparents who sacrificed everything to free the world from tyranny, what they would think today.

00:40:45.300 It absolutely is soul-crushing to think how we've let down and let these institutions rot in front of us.

00:40:53.260 Julie Kelly, your reporting is amazing.

00:40:55.440 And I got to tell Cain, when you put up four headlines in a row with Julie Kelly's name in it, you're going to cause some action.

00:41:03.080 You got my attention.

00:41:04.960 Julie, where do people go to get your amazing reporting, ma'am?

00:41:09.400 All my work can be found at AmericanGreatness and Greatness.com.

00:41:12.960 I'm constantly posting motions like the jury instructions, et cetera, sentencing memos at Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly, too.

00:41:19.900 Also, Truth Social, Julie underscore Kelly.

00:41:23.480 And Steve, just thank you again for bringing all this to your audience because the conservative media has really dropped the ball in covering all of this.

00:41:31.440 And when Trump is indicted for these charges, the conservative media establishment, conservative, Khan Inc., the National Reviews of the World, are going to be totally blindsided and have no idea how to catch up on how we got to that point.

00:41:47.820 But I want to thank you for covering all my work.

00:41:50.640 They're going to be cheering.

00:41:53.240 Look, our job is easy, is basically to get a platform and just allow Julie Kelly to do it.

00:41:58.520 Your investigations have been incredible.

00:42:00.580 I mean, nothing short of incredible.

00:42:01.960 Julie, thank you.

00:42:03.560 And thank you, grandparents.

00:42:05.020 Tell your dad or your mom.

00:42:06.880 Just incredible.

00:42:07.720 Just thank you.

00:42:08.320 Thank you so much.

00:42:09.920 Great honor to have you on here.

00:42:11.140 Thank you.

00:42:12.460 Thanks so much.

00:42:13.100 The next story you're not going to believe.

00:42:14.700 So let me play.

00:42:15.520 Let me play.

00:42:16.580 We're not ready to go.

00:42:18.120 We don't have the cold open.

00:42:18.920 Can I just go right to her?

00:42:19.980 Okay.

00:42:20.660 We don't have the cold open.

00:42:21.560 Let me go to Laura Loomer.

00:42:23.100 We had a short cold open of her.

00:42:24.740 She's totally indefatigable.

00:42:26.820 One of the toughest hombres I've ever met.

00:42:29.620 Laura, explain to our audience exactly what is happening in Washington, D.C.

00:42:34.160 and who is participating in this.

00:42:35.860 Even as we speak, you're live from this location.

00:42:38.600 Tell us.

00:42:39.000 Yeah, so as you can see behind me, and I'll pan it so that you can see the letters, I'm

00:42:43.920 outside of the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. right now, where there is

00:42:49.500 a secret election summit taking place.

00:42:51.940 I'm talking about all the election rigors, the most notorious secretaries of state and

00:42:55.760 election officials who were tied to groups like CEIR, Center for Election Innovation and

00:43:00.420 Research.

00:43:00.920 That's David Becker's organization.

00:43:03.080 Of course, he's the founder of ERIC.

00:43:04.780 They are here today and tomorrow for a summit.

00:43:07.660 And they're discussing the 2024 election.

00:43:10.900 And so I'm here in D.C. confronting all of these supervisors of elections and secretaries

00:43:14.880 of state.

00:43:15.800 For those of you who may not know what CEIR is, CEIR is the group that received $69.5 million

00:43:21.320 from Mark Zuckerberg in 2020 to influence our elections.

00:43:24.840 And they're back at it again.

00:43:26.520 After resigning in disgrace about a month and a half ago from ERIC, the CEO and the founder

00:43:32.900 of this organization, David Becker, CEIR, is hosting this conference for elections officials

00:43:39.680 where they're discussing things like, you know, oh, these election deniers.

00:43:45.060 Of course, they're referring to people like Trump supporters who they think are conspiracy

00:43:49.420 theorists and they're calling us fascists.

00:43:51.820 And today I actually confronted Congressman Jamie Raskin, who was their keynote speaker.

00:43:57.420 So this is absolutely not a non-partisan.

00:44:00.880 Hold it, hold it, hold it, Laura, hang on a second, hang on.

00:44:05.340 You're telling me the Republican officials, elected Republican officials that are with secretaries

00:44:12.040 of state and have authority put in by Republican voters are actually the conference funded by the

00:44:19.200 group of Eric and Zuckerberg and that Jamie Raskin, the greatest, one of the greatest Trump

00:44:24.840 haters, one of the greatest MAGA haters in all Congress.

00:44:28.580 And look, we pray for Congressman Raskin because of his cancer.

00:44:32.860 But you're telling me he's the keynote speaker where you have Republican officials, ma'am?

00:44:37.760 Is that what's going on?

00:44:39.300 Not only was he the keynote speaker for their luncheon this afternoon, but he spoke side by

00:44:43.860 side Republican official Brad Raffensperger, who we know was at the center of all the controversy

00:44:48.760 in Georgia.

00:44:50.020 And so you can see I'm a little red in the face right now and a little out of breath because

00:44:53.920 I literally just chased Brad Raffensperger down the street and ambushed him in the hotel

00:44:59.800 about why he was attending this conference with a Soros-tied individual who was receiving

00:45:06.260 funding from Mark Zuckerberg. 0.99

00:45:07.460 And of course, he's a total coward. 0.97

00:45:09.380 And so he asked for an escort and then he hid and, you know, he ran away into the elevator. 0.99

00:45:14.620 And of course, I chased him.

00:45:15.840 They actually had undercover police officers who were assigned to watch me today.

00:45:19.880 So I've been out in the sun all day long.

00:45:22.500 There's no media here out here chasing these election officials with my cell phone.

00:45:26.780 And they have two undercover police officers who are just monitoring me and following me

00:45:31.040 everywhere I go and, you know, telling these election officials where I am.

00:45:34.940 But someone has to do it because what is the Republican Party doing?

00:45:38.180 They're going to steal the election again.

00:45:40.120 But hang on.

00:45:42.920 You're telling me, Raffensperger, of all the things that were conspiracy theorists, they're

00:45:46.620 there with the Zuckerberg and the Eric guys and Raskin and they're there in the open public.

00:45:51.440 And I understand you can't get into the conference, but you're saying, Raffensperger, what other

00:45:55.160 Republican officials do you see walk in there?

00:45:57.040 So you had Bill Gates from Maricopa County who was involved right now in the litigation

00:46:03.560 with regards to Carrie Lake and the contestant of her election.

00:46:06.800 And so I confronted Bill Gates.

00:46:08.640 If you go to my Rumble channel, I just posted that video about 30 minutes or so ago.

00:46:14.160 He is one of the supervisors in Maricopa County.

00:46:16.840 He's the one that The Washington Post just wrote this, you know, glorified, tough piece about,

00:46:21.340 oh, we need to feel so sorry for him because he has PTSD because of people who believe the

00:46:26.840 election was stolen.

00:46:28.300 Adrian Fontes, who's a Democrat, of course, he just took over for Katie Hobbs as Secretary

00:46:32.440 of State.

00:46:33.760 One of my I have, you know, some training, given the fact that I have a background doing

00:46:39.040 undercover journalism.

00:46:39.960 So I have some individuals here who are also tracking these election officials.

00:46:45.540 We just had somebody confront and ambush Adrian Fontes and ask him about why he,

00:46:51.340 he is calling Republican voters, MAGA fascists.

00:46:54.260 These are people who are supposed to be overseeing our elections and they're calling Trump supporters 0.63

00:46:58.960 and Republicans fascists.

00:47:00.600 And you can't get inside the spy museum because it's closed.

00:47:03.800 So the only option was to, you know, literally book a room in the same hotel as them.

00:47:08.520 So they can't kick him out of the hotel and then chase them outside as they're entering

00:47:12.300 and leaving this conference.

00:47:15.740 Laura, where do people go to get all this content?

00:47:18.200 Your confrontations with these to me is a blockbuster story.

00:47:21.140 Because it proves, hey, you're not a conspiracy theorist.

00:47:23.980 They're all meeting together in a Zuckerberg-sponsored event.

00:47:28.820 Where do people go, Laura?

00:47:30.900 So people can go.

00:47:32.580 I'm posting the videos on my Twitter.

00:47:33.960 I'm back on Twitter at Laura Loomer.

00:47:35.360 You can also go to my Rumble channel, just Laura Loomer.

00:47:39.000 It's on my YouTube as well.

00:47:40.640 But subscribe to my sub stack, lauraloomer.substack.com.

00:47:44.100 It's free to subscribe.

00:47:44.940 And I sent you the videos.

00:47:47.380 You should have them.

00:47:48.140 So hopefully you guys can attach them to this video.

00:47:50.440 But these are the people right now who all of the Arizona officials who are in the middle

00:47:54.660 of the Cary Lake lawsuit are here.

00:47:56.680 How inappropriate.

00:47:57.940 How are they supposed to be overseeing an election and be fair going into 2024 when they're hanging

00:48:03.220 out with people who are overseeing the impeachment of Donald Trump and the J6 witch hunt? 0.91

00:48:07.960 Jamie Raskin was the impeachment manager.

00:48:10.680 These people are not nonpartisan, as they claim.

00:48:13.040 This is a partisan election rigging conference.

00:48:18.560 Laura Loomer, hopefully get you back on tomorrow.

00:48:20.620 We'll get all the stuff in Rumble and put it up.

00:48:22.600 Amazing work.

00:48:23.740 And once again, you've proven you're indefatigable, ma'am. 0.89

00:48:26.360 Thank you very much for being on War Room today.

00:48:28.580 Incredible.

00:48:29.080 Well, thank you for having me on.

00:48:30.860 We have to protect the election for Donald Trump.

00:48:33.640 Thank you.

00:48:35.260 Thank you, ma'am.

00:48:36.160 And I think what Loomer's proving is they're just up in your grill.

00:48:39.620 They're not no shame, but they're just going to be up in your face.

00:48:42.480 They're going to do it at the spy museum.

00:48:43.960 It's right across, right down the street from the Treasury Department.

00:48:46.380 It's in the heart of Washington, D.C.

00:48:48.540 And she's been there all day.

00:48:50.360 And you've got to ask where other conservative media is.

00:48:53.160 This is a massive story, these rigging these elections.

00:48:55.540 Okay, we've got Todd Benzman.

00:48:57.640 I think we've got him by phone.

00:48:58.700 Todd, this is what everybody's talking about.

00:49:01.280 Mayorkas said today on MSNBC, and he said it five times in a row, Todd Benzman, that you're wrong, that the border is not open.

00:49:12.980 The border is secure.

00:49:14.360 What say you, sir?

00:49:16.680 He is lying.

00:49:17.880 I heard him say the other day in an interview in a question from Lee Bradley, are you – why are you letting immigrants into the country on personal recognizance papers?

00:49:33.000 I interviewed them and saw that happen, and he said, that's not happening.

00:49:39.760 We are 42-ing everybody back.

00:49:42.480 Everybody is being 42'd back. 1.00

00:49:44.140 But I have a dozen videos myself, interviews, with these people being released into the country after crossing illegally just a week or two ago.

00:49:57.920 So it's a complete lie.

00:49:59.980 Everything that comes out of that guy's mouth is a lie.

00:50:04.540 And I used to not be –

00:50:05.640 I'll tell you what, hang on.

00:50:08.660 I know, you're a gentleman, I know that, but I want to play Mayorkas. 1.00

00:50:12.760 It's going to take two minutes.

00:50:13.560 I've got to play this and have you respond.

00:50:15.060 Let's play Mayorkas right now. 0.99

00:50:16.980 Is our border secure?

00:50:18.260 Our border is secure.

00:50:19.420 Our border is secure because we are maximizing our resources to deliver the most effective results to our border with the most extraordinary workforce in the world.

00:50:32.180 Todd Benzman is right up in your grill.

00:50:34.260 Who is right?

00:50:35.120 Is Mayorkas right?

00:50:36.220 He's the head of DHS.

00:50:37.980 He's a cabinet official.

00:50:39.020 He's a senior member of this government, sir.

00:50:41.080 Or is Todd Benzman from CIS?

00:50:44.940 Yeah, listen, everything that comes out of that guy's mouth is just simply a lie.

00:50:51.220 He's not a credible person. 0.87

00:50:53.260 He should be ashamed. 0.58

00:50:54.860 I can't believe the things that are coming out of that guy's mouth.

00:50:58.120 And the way he says it goes through with his kind of a sort of a smirky, you know, know-it-all, but he's wrong.

00:51:09.380 He's just simply wrong.

00:51:11.820 The border is not secure.

00:51:13.220 It's in a complete chaos, a free fall.

00:51:16.440 Well, I'm about to go over.

00:51:18.780 I'm actually standing here at an international bridge.

00:51:23.880 As soon as we hang up, I'll be walking over there and be able to see it once again myself.

00:51:30.120 And I'll show you and your war room posse what's really going on over there.

00:51:37.740 We'll have you back on tomorrow morning.

00:51:39.400 Where do people go to get all your content right now?

00:51:42.160 I need people to follow you.

00:51:43.120 So where do they go?

00:51:45.000 Yeah, you can find me at Benzman Todd at Twitter.

00:51:48.960 You know, at Benzman Todd.

00:51:50.540 I'm on Getter.

00:51:51.920 Todd Benzman at Getter and Truth Social.

00:51:54.920 And I will be live-tweeting what I see over here.

00:51:58.820 I'll be down here for the whole week, all the way into the weekend,

00:52:03.340 and back and forth between Matamora and Reynosa, Mexico,

00:52:07.700 which is sort of one of the ground zeroes.

00:52:13.120 Todd Benzman, thank you very much.

00:52:16.040 We'll try to get you back on tomorrow morning.

00:52:17.600 Thank you for calling in by phone.

00:52:19.840 You saw the footage there.

00:52:20.800 It's absolutely unbelievable.

00:52:22.220 And Todd Benzman's right.

00:52:23.980 Todd Benzman has told you the truth for the last two and a half or three years.

00:52:27.760 And Mayorkas and this illegitimate regime have lied to the Americans' face. 1.00

00:52:31.160 You saw the footage right there from the drone.

00:52:33.400 I think it might have been up on Fox.

00:52:35.420 You know, miles and miles and miles of people just waiting to come across,

00:52:38.180 just waiting to come across and be processed into this country.

00:52:41.800 Okay, we're going to be back here at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning.

00:52:57.320 and the mass invasion of this country on the southern border.

00:53:00.360 And President Trump is then also going to have this town hall in New Hampshire.
