00:03:12.860 uh a public health emergency in addition we've had fauci and all these guys are all back up and now

00:15:37.640 the master plan for humanity now when these emerged back in 2015 obama signed them didn't get ratification

00:15:44.200 by the senate but the communist party of china came out and said they had played a crucial role in

00:15:49.080 developing this master plan for humanity it literally intends to transform every area of our

00:15:54.680 lives under the guise of global governance of moving political decision making power from the

00:15:59.960 nation state from subnational governments all the way up to the u.n and so they're moving on this very

00:16:05.400 very rapidly and it's all building up to the next summit which will be next year that'll be the summit of

00:16:10.200 the future where they're planning on totally restructuring the u.n and basically coming out of

00:16:15.160 the closet finally and and really announcing that we now have our decisions made for us by the u.n and we

00:16:21.000 know this because they're putting out policy briefs on the run up to it um they they've got about nine

00:16:26.280 i think two of them are still yet to be released but if you read these documents um and i broke the

00:16:31.960 story on this on the front page of the epic times back in april they're telling you what they're doing

00:16:35.880 they want the u.n to be the decision-making authority over nation states over businesses over

00:16:42.280 any kind of institution in the event of a global emergency which they tell you in the document doesn't

00:16:47.320 have to be global and doesn't have to be an emergency uh that's how serious it is now i

00:16:51.880 reached out to the chairman of the house foreign affairs committee congressman mike mccall he expressed

00:16:56.680 some kind of nebulous concerns without a whole lot of specifics but right now the biden administration

00:17:02.200 is fully in support of this agenda the state department told me so when i reached out so we

00:17:06.440 are careening toward this cliff of global governance and really global governance is a euphemism

00:17:11.400 that sounds less threatening than what they're really doing here that is empowering these u.n

00:17:15.960 institutions like the world health organization to become true government agencies with decision

00:17:21.720 making power with enforcement power even with taxation power so that's what we're moving toward

00:17:26.840 and of course the communist party of china is right at the center of it they have been from the beginning

00:17:31.320 and back in 2013 they had a very important meeting that went completely under the radar

00:17:36.840 no media outlet that i'm aware of other than my reports on this talked about it at all but it was

00:17:41.480 the g77 plus china meeting there's about 134 governments they met in santa cruz in bolivia

00:17:47.880 they came out with a final declaration it was called toward a new world order to live

00:17:52.680 well and in this document they said the u.n should handle terrorism which is interesting as we're on

00:17:57.560 the anniversary of 9 11 they said the u.n general assembly which is basically a club for dictators

00:18:02.440 should be considered the emblem of global sovereignty and they said that the u.n needed economic

00:18:08.360 global governance over the world that's what we're careening toward and this major summit that's

00:18:13.000 coming up later this month at the u.n headquarters in new york uh that's going to be the first big

00:18:17.800 step laying the groundwork for the next summit uh coming in 2024

00:18:24.840 let me frank let me jump in here alex i thought that our constitution um had a provision in there

00:18:31.960 that protected the american people and the sovereignty of the nation from uh idealistic

00:18:38.440 uh naive or even nefarious characters that would get the united states into this

00:18:43.080 it's called uh the senate has to basically approve a treaty or confirm a treaty by two-thirds of the

00:18:51.160 of the of the majority of that body or two-thirds of the senators how how do they get around that this

00:18:57.240 is obviously a treaty is it not it most certainly is a treaty and i'll say a couple things on this

00:19:03.320 steven this is really important for people to understand i was actually at the u.n climate

00:19:06.680 summit in paris when they first pioneered this strategy the obama administration came out and

00:19:10.760 said the paris agreement was not a treaty in the traditional sense of the term it was an executive

00:19:15.960 agreement so the communist chinese they agreed they were going to keep increasing their co2 emissions

00:19:20.200 they had their rubber stamp legislature approve this as a treaty the obama administration said no

00:19:24.920 it's not a treaty it's an executive agreement we're going to implement this only through executive

00:19:28.840 orders regulations policy memoranda etc and so we're not going to get this ratified by the u.s senate

00:19:33.960 they did the exact same thing with u.n agenda 2030 this master plan for humanity as they call it

00:19:39.800 which calls for global wealth redistribution vaccines for everyone global indoctrination of

00:19:44.680 all children you can read the document yourself so yes this is a treaty but obama and now biden are

00:19:50.680 both acting like they have this new power that they invented out of whole cloth a so-called

00:19:54.600 executive agreement this is non-existent it is patently anti-constitutional now and i'll build

00:19:59.560 on that even further steve and say even if they were able to get two-thirds of the u.s senate to

00:20:04.920 go along with this which they won't be able to we know that and that's why they're not submitting it

00:20:08.920 for ratification but even if they were able to get that this would still be unconstitutional uh

00:20:14.360 the u.s constitution is the supreme law of the land if the federal government wants to grant itself

00:20:18.760 new powers or delegate new powers that it doesn't have to international bodies it must amend the

00:20:24.760 constitution thomas jefferson made this very clear the supreme court has continued to make this clear

00:20:30.360 uh ruling in 1957 and reed versus covert that the u.s government cannot grant itself new powers

00:20:36.040 just by signing a treaty so even if they were able to get this through the senate as a treaty which they

00:20:41.240 can't that's why they're not submitting it it still would not be valid because it's unconstitutional if

00:20:46.040 they want these kinds of powers if they want to give these kinds of powers to the world health

00:20:49.720 organization and the united nations they have to do the proper method for changing the constitution

00:20:54.680 those are outlined in article 5 this is unconstitutional on its face and the republicans in congress i think

00:21:00.040 have an obligation to defund all of these efforts whether they'll do that or not remains to be seen

00:21:05.240 but we'll find out soon enough but steve here's here's the rub yeah go ahead one one thing that's

00:21:11.480 absolutely terrifying about all of this is that senator ron johnson one of the best guys we've

00:21:17.320 got in the united states senate from wisconsin actually offered an amendment uh five or six

00:21:23.640 months ago now that would have established that whatever these guys came up with at the world health

00:21:29.640 organization including a treaty but also something else and we'll talk about it with merrill nass there's

00:21:35.480 a whole nother parallel thing called uh amendments to international health regulations and he said

00:21:41.560 you know whatever they're going to call it an executive agreement amendments if it comes out of the world

00:21:47.480 health organization and it is going to threaten our sovereignty it must come before the united states

00:21:53.000 senate for its advice and consent pursuant to that quality control mechanism that as you said the founders

00:21:58.680 brilliantly inserted so that we wouldn't have this kind of sellout it was defeated i'm basically a

00:22:06.760 straight party line the senate has declined to do its duty in other words and the biden administration

00:23:22.120 has used the treaty process to try to accumulate new powers that do not rightfully belong to it that

00:23:27.400 are not constitutional um you know to start with the constitution is very very clear on this it starts

00:23:33.080 in the beginning and it even ends in the 10th amendment making very clear that any powers that

00:23:36.920 are not delegated to the u.s government are not allowed to be exercised all the powers that are

00:23:42.760 delegated essentially are outlined in article 1 section 8 and so if it doesn't have that power

00:23:47.000 listed in article 1 section 8 it's got to submit to an amendment process where they can then accumulate

00:23:52.360 those powers and we've done that many times right um when the american people thought the federal

00:23:56.440 government should have authority to ban alcohol sales we went through that amendment process we amended

00:24:01.240 the constitution so that the federal government would then have the power to ban alcohol we ultimately

00:24:05.560 determined that was a bad idea so we removed that power from them so we have this process in place

00:24:10.600 the founding fathers were very smart unfortunately totalitarians people who want the government to

00:24:15.400 have powers that it was never intended to have but know they're not going to get it through the

00:24:19.560 ratification process are trying to use the statutory process the regulatory process and the treaty

00:24:25.400 making process if you look at the treaties that the u.s government and the agreements the

00:24:29.400 conventions etc that the u.s government has made with the united nations going back almost 50 years now

00:24:34.360 what you will find is consistent efforts to usurp power now when these have come before the supreme

00:24:41.480 court the supreme court has struck them down on occasion uh reed versus covert is the one example

00:24:45.640 that i mentioned where the supreme court said no the federal government doesn't have that power that

00:24:49.240 involved an agreement of a foreign treaty that purported to grant the federal government new powers

00:24:54.440 over uh biological uh issues and things like that uh somebody was charged under this and uh the the

00:25:00.760 the uh plaintiff the defendant went all the way to the supreme court and said look you don't have

00:25:04.440 that power that's not a constitutional power forget your treaty the supreme court agreed with that and

00:25:09.160 so i think at some point hopefully the supreme court will come in again and point out that a lot of these

00:25:14.120 powers are unconstitutional but the paris agreement is a very good example of that and we could go back

00:25:18.520 through many others the arms trade treaty that they're trying to come up with even the uh the u.n

00:25:22.920 conventions on all these different issues the u.n human rights processes all of these delegate powers to the

00:25:28.520 u.n that the federal government never had to begin with uh this is very much the case with what

00:25:32.600 they're doing now with the world health organization as well so we've seen this consistent effort first

00:25:37.000 of all to keep americans ignorant about what the constitution says and second of all to exploit that

00:25:42.040 ignorance to grant new powers either to the federal government or to their buddies at the united
