Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 370： The Rise Of Global Governance

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:15.600 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:22.560 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:28.480 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:33.240 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:37.520 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:44.560 your host stephen k bannon but who who should be taking that booster you know i john i don't want

00:00:53.660 to get ahead of the acip and their recommendation my own personal feeling is that i believe certainly

00:01:00.120 those who are vulnerable the elderly and those with underlying condition but i believe we should give 1.00

00:01:05.840 the choice to people who are not in the high risk groups to have the vaccine available for them

00:01:12.240 because again we have experience with this type of vaccine in billions of people it's a safe vaccine

00:01:20.040 of course with the mrna there's a very very very low risk particularly in young men of getting a

00:01:26.460 myocarditis but if you look at the risk of myocarditis from covet itself is greater than the risk of the

00:01:34.840 vaccine okay and so from my own personal standpoint yeah i would say that make it available for everyone

00:01:41.720 but certainly recommended for the high risk people and and we're almost out of time but i want to ask you

00:01:47.200 there's like new stuff okay um welcome for the evening show it's uh 11 september the year of

00:01:56.360 our lord 2023 of course we've been doing commemoration of the 9-11 all day and the implications thereof

00:02:02.800 uh this week every day in the six o'clock show we're gonna be talking about where we are as a country

00:02:09.540 particularly given the shifting the rapidly shifting geopolitics of what's happening in the world and

00:02:16.520 we're gonna focus uh do the center of gravity of this is going to be on the chinese communist party

00:02:21.540 in china but we're going to talk about implications all over the globe uh frank gaffney is going to be

00:02:27.140 my co-host hopefully for all these episodes during the week i want to welcome frank uh now frank i want to

00:02:33.760 start with fauci because we've had two things that have they've come up and and i know our audience is

00:02:39.320 quite concerned about and that's why the kickoff for this kind of the the new geopolitics start with this

00:02:44.720 global governance issue you know over the weekend i think maybe it was on friday that the governor of

00:02:51.720 new mexico came out with this uh mandate uh declaring a public health emergency uh and and she had a

00:03:00.600 banning of the second amendment because she said there's no absolute rights in the constitution so

00:03:06.040 she banned really the second amendment uh from being in effect in new mexico because of this 0.82

00:03:12.860 uh a public health emergency in addition we've had fauci and all these guys are all back up and now

00:03:18.960 we're constantly hit non-stop with the next phase of the coming uh bioweapon uh the uh the the you know 0.70

00:03:27.440 pandemic 2.0 is coming and they're talking about you know mass mandates we're talking about protocols

00:03:34.660 uh vaccine mandates the vaccine all of it but the world has kind of shifted because they've gotten

00:03:41.520 much more sophisticated as you and the committee on the present danger china and uh center for security

00:03:47.700 policy your group have been pointing out and saying everything from having michelle bachman over there

00:03:52.520 one of the problems we have is that the chinese communist party has taken over so many of the 1.00

00:03:57.820 major institutions in the world and one of the problems we have is geneva switzerland and what is

00:04:03.340 happening and that she in this kind of brilliant uh geopolitical move is now uh getting kind of under the

00:04:11.100 radar a global a call for global governance that will literally strip the sovereignty just like

00:04:17.080 the uh governor of new mexico stripped the individual sovereignty of people to defend themselves

00:04:22.640 so the chinese communist party is working uh on this global governance uh a mandate initiative to

00:04:30.220 strip the sovereignty of the american people and it couldn't be a better day to talk about this

00:04:35.220 than 9-11 the commemoration 22 years later of 9-11 frank gaffney your your thoughts and observations

00:04:41.580 as we kick off this week of these rolling specials we're going to be doing

00:04:44.920 first of all thanks for doing those rolling specials steve you're absolutely right um 22 years ago

00:04:52.640 our nation came together in the aftermath of an attack upon us in a way that we hadn't seen

00:04:59.740 arguably since world war ii it's a sharp contrast to what we've been seeing particularly in the aftermath

00:05:09.340 of pandemic 1.0 to use your metaphor namely the posture that we got ourselves into where the kinds

00:05:18.980 of things that were front and center for every american our freedom our liberties our nation our

00:05:26.220 constitutional republic and form of government were all under assault 22 years ago and we rallied

00:05:33.440 to defend them i mean we we've talked about uh recruiting problems we're having in the united states

00:05:39.140 military at the moment we didn't have any at that time because men and women across this country were

00:05:43.780 signing up to defend their country and to defend freedom today you've got a governor in new mexico as you

00:05:52.600 say steve who is arrogating unto herself on the basis of well i guess just her own authority

00:06:01.400 restrictions on our freedoms that are reminiscent of what we saw in pandemic 1.0 and what is even worse

00:06:12.880 and we'll be drilling down on it with some of the best people in the country in the course of this

00:06:17.640 program is that they have in mind institutionalizing arrangements whereby somebody that at least the

00:06:26.980 people of new mexico have voted to have represent them and and exercise governing authority over them at least at

00:06:35.660 the state level well that's all going to be over the side if this global governance scheme

00:06:42.560 has you know the the desired effect which is to have people that none of us voted for none of us

00:06:52.460 decided we wanted to have you know rule us suddenly be in a position to do that and that would be the

00:06:59.500 director general of the world health organization and what makes all of this such an urgent item

00:07:07.200 and and so you know requiring of the kind of action action action that you constantly are encouraging us to

00:07:16.180 engage in is that on the 20th of september the plan is to have the united nations general assembly kind

00:07:24.040 of lay hands on these global governance schemes endorse them with the active support surprise surprise

00:07:32.340 of the biden administration and with the very direct connivance of the chinese communist party and

00:07:41.000 with these kinds of supranational arrangements that will crush our sovereignty and inflict upon us

00:07:50.380 arrangements that restrict our freedoms in a way that will make i think the response to the first

00:07:57.920 pandemic the wuhan virus and all of that look like a day at the beach and that's what we're going to 0.99

00:08:05.400 talk about here today we mustn't let that happen but we really need help raising awareness

00:08:10.760 about the fact that it's even underway and engaging people that we do elect to represent us to tell

00:08:17.080 the un and the world health organization and all the rest of these characters including the biden

00:08:22.840 administration we're not having it uh walk through we've got an incredible um all week we got an

00:08:33.240 incredible lineup but let's talk about today go ahead and introduce uh who our folks going to be because

00:08:38.360 it's it's amazingly impressive and i think quite uh ironic that on a on the commemoration 22 years

00:08:46.120 later of 9-11 we actually have some of the best experts in the country on the deep state and and

00:08:52.520 and these other institutions throughout the world that the globalists use to try to strip american

00:08:57.560 sovereignty quite frankly in a scale that i think osama bin laden would not even have thought to be

00:09:04.920 possible frank gaffney yeah i i couldn't be more proud of the people that will be making remarks today

00:09:13.720 and and throughout the week steve um we'll start with alex newman uh alex is a fellow that i suspect most of

00:09:22.360 your audience knows of if not knows you know well they should he's a uh a journalist a podcaster an

00:09:31.000 author including of a book i think that's uh rep very relevant to the today's topic deep state the

00:09:38.840 invisible government behind the scenes he is truly an expert on this whole um un and uh other international

00:09:49.800 organizations takeover by the chinese communist party and their friends and we're going to hear

00:09:55.480 from him a bit about um september 20th and uh the rest of the agenda he's joined by dr merrill nass

00:10:04.200 a woman who has been extraordinarily formidable as one of those frontline doctors uh warning about 0.96

00:10:11.640 um the truth about covet what was being done to us which was a biological warfare attack as she'll 1.00

00:10:18.120 lay out in considerable detail she is an expert on biological warfare has been for years she's also

00:10:26.040 a trained medical practitioner and has seen firsthand the consequences of following the advice

00:10:35.240 at the time the world health organization was spreading it with pandemic 1.0 um and she's also

00:10:42.920 very very closely monitoring what is happening to try to give the world health organization

00:10:47.960 unprecedented power uh that will be extraordinarily detrimental as i say to our sovereignty national

00:10:54.840 as well as personal we'll be talking with her she has recently started a tremendously important new

00:11:01.480 organization door to freedom she's being punished by the medical board by the way in maine for spreading 1.00

00:11:09.480 disinformation about all of this uh we'll hear more about that from merrill nass uh and finally we'll be

00:11:15.480 joined uh partway through the program by one of our great friends and colleagues um reggie littlejohn who

00:11:22.040 runs uh women's rights without frontiers and is the co-chair with me of the stop vaccine passports 0.96

00:11:28.360 task force of the committee on the present danger of china committee member a fabulous resource on all of

00:11:34.040 this and we're gonna really walk through um what is being done and why you don't know anything about this

00:11:40.440 and that's not an accident to get into this because the the committee and the president

00:11:48.680 danger china as you know the audience knows you and i have a theory of the case you wrote the book

00:11:53.400 the indictment which is the very first book of uh the war room our publishing uh adventure and it

00:11:59.480 actually goes and says we should have indictments it lays out indictments on uh financial oligarchs in

00:12:05.080 the united states big tech operatives uh silicon valley uh obviously people in the biden regime

00:12:12.040 and obvious and in the ccp for infiltration but make the connection to people because you and i are

00:12:17.560 always hammering the ccp how does this committee in the present danger have a subcommittee on the 0.99

00:12:24.280 vaccine passports because a lot of people say well what does that have to do with xi and and in our

00:12:29.560 existential threat in beijing what what is something that's happening in geneva and world health

00:12:34.360 organization and really to protect people throughout the world uh from spreading illness what does that

00:12:40.360 have to do with the chinese communist party frank gaffney well it's very simple it has everything to

00:12:48.360 do with it steve what the world health organization which is run by an ethiopian communist selected for the

00:12:55.480 job of director general by the chinese communists in every aspect at the beginning of the pandemic

00:13:09.160 caused by the wuhan virus that biological warfare attack right on through to the present moment

00:13:17.240 the world health organization under tedros gabresis has slavishly embraced and amplified and

00:13:25.160 legitimated the chinese communist party's program what came to be called the china model and every

00:13:33.080 one of us remembers vividly what that meant here that meant well mask mandates it meant social distancing

00:13:42.200 it meant um lockdowns it meant mandating of vaccines that had not been adequately tested and and meryl

00:13:50.840 nass is one of the great experts on that subject as she is on all of this and i would simply say

00:13:55.800 to you steve that if you didn't like what they did to you they meaning yes the cdc and yes the fda and

00:14:05.080 yes the white house task force and all the rest of it but most especially what the world health organization

00:14:12.120 did to instigate all of that well you're going to hate what they have in mind for you next and what

00:14:20.600 is now afoot it's not just some distant prospect or some you know wild global resetting scheme it is the

00:14:30.200 agenda that is now very much underway and if we don't get on top of it and stop it which is the point of this

00:14:38.200 program uh it will enslave all of us in a way that again makes uh what we lived through not so long ago

00:14:45.800 in pandemic 1.0 look like uh it wasn't so bad and it was uh so who do we start with first frank take

00:14:56.280 it away let's go ahead and roll this incredible panel yeah alex newman uh is a guy who has been

00:15:02.680 sort of looking at this at the macro level in a very impressive way and i'd like to have

00:15:08.280 him take point on sort of laying out uh well where we've come from i guess and uh where we're headed

00:15:15.560 on the 20th of september especially alex newman welcome uh thank you gentlemen great to be here

00:15:21.880 and so this major summit that's coming up on september 20th is being convened by the u.n general assembly

00:15:27.880 and the plan is this is an interim step we're about halfway through the 15 years of the u.n

00:15:33.480 sustainable development goals with the head which the head of the u.n general assembly described as

00:15:37.640 the master plan for humanity now when these emerged back in 2015 obama signed them didn't get ratification

00:15:44.200 by the senate but the communist party of china came out and said they had played a crucial role in

00:15:49.080 developing this master plan for humanity it literally intends to transform every area of our

00:15:54.680 lives under the guise of global governance of moving political decision making power from the

00:15:59.960 nation state from subnational governments all the way up to the u.n and so they're moving on this very

00:16:05.400 very rapidly and it's all building up to the next summit which will be next year that'll be the summit of

00:16:10.200 the future where they're planning on totally restructuring the u.n and basically coming out of

00:16:15.160 the closet finally and and really announcing that we now have our decisions made for us by the u.n and we

00:16:21.000 know this because they're putting out policy briefs on the run up to it um they they've got about nine

00:16:26.280 i think two of them are still yet to be released but if you read these documents um and i broke the

00:16:31.960 story on this on the front page of the epic times back in april they're telling you what they're doing

00:16:35.880 they want the u.n to be the decision-making authority over nation states over businesses over

00:16:42.280 any kind of institution in the event of a global emergency which they tell you in the document doesn't

00:16:47.320 have to be global and doesn't have to be an emergency uh that's how serious it is now i

00:16:51.880 reached out to the chairman of the house foreign affairs committee congressman mike mccall he expressed

00:16:56.680 some kind of nebulous concerns without a whole lot of specifics but right now the biden administration

00:17:02.200 is fully in support of this agenda the state department told me so when i reached out so we

00:17:06.440 are careening toward this cliff of global governance and really global governance is a euphemism

00:17:11.400 that sounds less threatening than what they're really doing here that is empowering these u.n

00:17:15.960 institutions like the world health organization to become true government agencies with decision

00:17:21.720 making power with enforcement power even with taxation power so that's what we're moving toward

00:17:26.840 and of course the communist party of china is right at the center of it they have been from the beginning

00:17:31.320 and back in 2013 they had a very important meeting that went completely under the radar

00:17:36.840 no media outlet that i'm aware of other than my reports on this talked about it at all but it was

00:17:41.480 the g77 plus china meeting there's about 134 governments they met in santa cruz in bolivia

00:17:47.880 they came out with a final declaration it was called toward a new world order to live

00:17:52.680 well and in this document they said the u.n should handle terrorism which is interesting as we're on

00:17:57.560 the anniversary of 9 11 they said the u.n general assembly which is basically a club for dictators

00:18:02.440 should be considered the emblem of global sovereignty and they said that the u.n needed economic

00:18:08.360 global governance over the world that's what we're careening toward and this major summit that's

00:18:13.000 coming up later this month at the u.n headquarters in new york uh that's going to be the first big

00:18:17.800 step laying the groundwork for the next summit uh coming in 2024

00:18:24.840 let me frank let me jump in here alex i thought that our constitution um had a provision in there

00:18:31.960 that protected the american people and the sovereignty of the nation from uh idealistic

00:18:38.440 uh naive or even nefarious characters that would get the united states into this

00:18:43.080 it's called uh the senate has to basically approve a treaty or confirm a treaty by two-thirds of the

00:18:51.160 of the of the majority of that body or two-thirds of the senators how how do they get around that this

00:18:57.240 is obviously a treaty is it not it most certainly is a treaty and i'll say a couple things on this

00:19:03.320 steven this is really important for people to understand i was actually at the u.n climate

00:19:06.680 summit in paris when they first pioneered this strategy the obama administration came out and

00:19:10.760 said the paris agreement was not a treaty in the traditional sense of the term it was an executive

00:19:15.960 agreement so the communist chinese they agreed they were going to keep increasing their co2 emissions

00:19:20.200 they had their rubber stamp legislature approve this as a treaty the obama administration said no

00:19:24.920 it's not a treaty it's an executive agreement we're going to implement this only through executive

00:19:28.840 orders regulations policy memoranda etc and so we're not going to get this ratified by the u.s senate

00:19:33.960 they did the exact same thing with u.n agenda 2030 this master plan for humanity as they call it

00:19:39.800 which calls for global wealth redistribution vaccines for everyone global indoctrination of

00:19:44.680 all children you can read the document yourself so yes this is a treaty but obama and now biden are

00:19:50.680 both acting like they have this new power that they invented out of whole cloth a so-called

00:19:54.600 executive agreement this is non-existent it is patently anti-constitutional now and i'll build

00:19:59.560 on that even further steve and say even if they were able to get two-thirds of the u.s senate to

00:20:04.920 go along with this which they won't be able to we know that and that's why they're not submitting it

00:20:08.920 for ratification but even if they were able to get that this would still be unconstitutional uh

00:20:14.360 the u.s constitution is the supreme law of the land if the federal government wants to grant itself

00:20:18.760 new powers or delegate new powers that it doesn't have to international bodies it must amend the

00:20:24.760 constitution thomas jefferson made this very clear the supreme court has continued to make this clear

00:20:30.360 uh ruling in 1957 and reed versus covert that the u.s government cannot grant itself new powers

00:20:36.040 just by signing a treaty so even if they were able to get this through the senate as a treaty which they

00:20:41.240 can't that's why they're not submitting it it still would not be valid because it's unconstitutional if

00:20:46.040 they want these kinds of powers if they want to give these kinds of powers to the world health

00:20:49.720 organization and the united nations they have to do the proper method for changing the constitution

00:20:54.680 those are outlined in article 5 this is unconstitutional on its face and the republicans in congress i think

00:21:00.040 have an obligation to defund all of these efforts whether they'll do that or not remains to be seen

00:21:05.240 but we'll find out soon enough but steve here's here's the rub yeah go ahead one one thing that's

00:21:11.480 absolutely terrifying about all of this is that senator ron johnson one of the best guys we've

00:21:17.320 got in the united states senate from wisconsin actually offered an amendment uh five or six

00:21:23.640 months ago now that would have established that whatever these guys came up with at the world health

00:21:29.640 organization including a treaty but also something else and we'll talk about it with merrill nass there's

00:21:35.480 a whole nother parallel thing called uh amendments to international health regulations and he said

00:21:41.560 you know whatever they're going to call it an executive agreement amendments if it comes out of the world

00:21:47.480 health organization and it is going to threaten our sovereignty it must come before the united states

00:21:53.000 senate for its advice and consent pursuant to that quality control mechanism that as you said the founders

00:21:58.680 brilliantly inserted so that we wouldn't have this kind of sellout it was defeated i'm basically a

00:22:06.760 straight party line the senate has declined to do its duty in other words and the biden administration

00:22:14.360 is hell-bent if i can use that expression to get this done without the american people even being aware

00:22:21.160 let alone having a say in it that must not happen

00:22:23.800 before i go to merrill i just want to make sure for the audience alex you said in one of the first

00:22:32.120 things we did when president trump took over we said we're getting out of the paraclimat accord and we

00:22:37.000 did the internal fight we had on that was a war to the knife i mean the the the background of what

00:22:44.280 happened there to do that and that was a hard commitment president trump made and i'll be honest

00:22:49.320 with you we barely got it done because of and that was with president trump's shoulder to the wheel

00:22:54.280 of the fight of what you call the deep state or the administrative state just went absolutely

00:22:58.520 nuts you said that this has already happened a couple of times and you cited some other examples

00:23:04.280 walk through in your mind where we've already exceeded to what you would consider to be treaty

00:23:11.320 obligations that have taken the sovereignty of the american people but are currently already

00:23:16.440 being implemented what what were those uh there are numerous examples where the u.s government

00:23:22.120 has used the treaty process to try to accumulate new powers that do not rightfully belong to it that

00:23:27.400 are not constitutional um you know to start with the constitution is very very clear on this it starts

00:23:33.080 in the beginning and it even ends in the 10th amendment making very clear that any powers that

00:23:36.920 are not delegated to the u.s government are not allowed to be exercised all the powers that are

00:23:42.760 delegated essentially are outlined in article 1 section 8 and so if it doesn't have that power

00:23:47.000 listed in article 1 section 8 it's got to submit to an amendment process where they can then accumulate

00:23:52.360 those powers and we've done that many times right um when the american people thought the federal

00:23:56.440 government should have authority to ban alcohol sales we went through that amendment process we amended

00:24:01.240 the constitution so that the federal government would then have the power to ban alcohol we ultimately

00:24:05.560 determined that was a bad idea so we removed that power from them so we have this process in place

00:24:10.600 the founding fathers were very smart unfortunately totalitarians people who want the government to

00:24:15.400 have powers that it was never intended to have but know they're not going to get it through the

00:24:19.560 ratification process are trying to use the statutory process the regulatory process and the treaty

00:24:25.400 making process if you look at the treaties that the u.s government and the agreements the

00:24:29.400 conventions etc that the u.s government has made with the united nations going back almost 50 years now

00:24:34.360 what you will find is consistent efforts to usurp power now when these have come before the supreme

00:24:41.480 court the supreme court has struck them down on occasion uh reed versus covert is the one example

00:24:45.640 that i mentioned where the supreme court said no the federal government doesn't have that power that

00:24:49.240 involved an agreement of a foreign treaty that purported to grant the federal government new powers

00:24:54.440 over uh biological uh issues and things like that uh somebody was charged under this and uh the the

00:25:00.760 the uh plaintiff the defendant went all the way to the supreme court and said look you don't have

00:25:04.440 that power that's not a constitutional power forget your treaty the supreme court agreed with that and

00:25:09.160 so i think at some point hopefully the supreme court will come in again and point out that a lot of these

00:25:14.120 powers are unconstitutional but the paris agreement is a very good example of that and we could go back

00:25:18.520 through many others the arms trade treaty that they're trying to come up with even the uh the u.n

00:25:22.920 conventions on all these different issues the u.n human rights processes all of these delegate powers to the

00:25:28.520 u.n that the federal government never had to begin with uh this is very much the case with what

00:25:32.600 they're doing now with the world health organization as well so we've seen this consistent effort first

00:25:37.000 of all to keep americans ignorant about what the constitution says and second of all to exploit that

00:25:42.040 ignorance to grant new powers either to the federal government or to their buddies at the united

00:25:46.600 nations uh this has got to stop steve alex you hang on uh yeah go ahead if you could no i was just

00:25:54.680 going to say we're coming we're coming to a break so i want to can you tee her up for after the break 0.71

00:26:00.600 give me a minute on that i i think one of the things that meryl nass has done uh both as a medical 1.00

00:26:07.800 practitioner as well as a brilliant researcher is figure out what are the implications of the kinds of

00:26:15.480 things that are being now uh directed by this treaty for example or by these amendments not least of which

00:26:24.600 will be to greatly expand the probability of biological warfare agents being widely disseminated around

00:26:32.600 the world it's madness and there's no adult supervision hang on for a second uh meryl nass is

00:26:40.680 going to join us we've got alex newman reggie little john's going to jump in here we've got frank gaffney

00:32:51.960 better uh day for this than 9 11 to have you come back sometime over the next couple days and talks

00:32:57.560 about your book the deep state because i think a lot of people have a lot of questions of what went

00:33:01.560 on on september 11th of 2001 what what's your social media at your website how do they get the book

00:33:07.160 brother uh thank you so much for having me steve really a pleasure be happy to come back on my website

00:33:11.960 is liberty sentinel.org uh people can get a copy of the book there if they're interested it's called deep

00:33:16.680 state the invisible government behind the scenes and my twitter handle is alex newman underscore j-o-u

00:33:22.360 for journalism and thanks again steve for all that you do looking forward to talking to you again

00:33:25.480 thank you frank thank you thank you frank so we got meryl at nas uh meryl welcome thank you frank

00:33:33.400 give you a pretty big tee up what are your thoughts and observations

00:33:39.240 oh what what's going on is that basically some small coterie of globalists is trying to take over

00:33:47.240 as much of the property and power in the world as they can and so they are creating a soft coup and using

00:33:54.280 a lot of different methods to to basically encumber us and to to gain power and authority and money and

00:34:03.000 property one of so obviously climate change and a ton of things that are going to be required by

00:34:12.440 nations um is one method of doing this so the g20 just met this weekend and they said we need 10

00:34:20.520 trillion dollars just to deal with um the changes we have to make to comply with the climate change

00:34:26.520 requirements but they but what all these global international organizations are also saying is that

00:34:34.680 we have they're hyping the fear of pandemics and saying we need a global biosecurity agenda uh pppr

00:34:43.000 which is potential pandemic um pathogens uh and response i i didn't get that exactly right that ppp

00:34:51.400 stands for two things so um potential uh sorry pandemic prevention preparedness and response

00:34:59.880 and all the nations are being going to be required through this uh who treaty and amendments to the

00:35:07.480 international health regulations to improve their health um establishments they they need

00:35:14.840 more primary care they need to train all their uh okay hang on meryl meryl meryl meryl sorry hang on

00:35:22.760 you're from maine you're from maine correct okay so what the powers of be they're going to say in

00:35:27.960 geneva in the media centers on wall street and silicon valley the best in the price of geniuses look meryl's

00:35:34.440 a nice uh lovely person uh from maine but she's got a tin full hat on with a propeller and the two great 1.00

00:35:42.680 challenges of the planet uh are pandemics that don't look at national borders and climate change

00:35:49.880 which is going to destroy mother earth and that we have to organize in a supranational level and and

00:35:56.600 not worry or or the meryl nasas of the world in you know some 1500 person hamlet in maine is going to

00:36:05.560 be able to stop everything what so what evidence do you have that that that this is actually a globalist

00:36:12.200 takeover ma'am okay so there are just a ton of documents that and that is what i'm drawing from

00:36:19.880 so the who and its member states have created drafts of a new pandemic treaty and um also new

00:36:29.240 amendments over 300 potential amendments to the existing health regulations and the un has issued a

00:36:35.720 draft document uh called the silence procedure which is going to be accepted unless a nation complains

00:36:43.080 it will be accepted on september 20th the who documents are are planned to be accepted next may

00:36:49.960 what these documents do is um encumber nations to follow them so the two who documents are going to be

00:36:58.600 binding in their current form which means there will be compliance issues um nations will be

00:37:05.560 monitored to see whether they comply and there will be what they call accountability so we don't know how

00:37:11.240 these nations are going to be forced into being accountable to their promises but some method will

00:37:16.280 be used to beat them into submission okay what are they agreeing to do they're agreeing to go out and surveil

00:37:24.040 the environment for pathogens potential pandemic pathogens they have to swab people animals waste water

00:37:31.640 and look for them all the time what happens if they find them they're required by this who

00:37:38.440 treaty to quote unquote share them globally unquote they have to put this they have to do genomic

00:37:45.240 sequencing put the sequence online and make it available to other nations and to the who and presumably to

00:37:51.800 hackers what this means is we're actually putting potential so what they call them potential pandemic

00:37:58.520 pathogens the what the real name is potential biological warfare agents biological weapons these are

00:38:05.560 microorganisms that could cause a a pandemic um we're going to work on them that's being called gain of

00:38:13.960 function what it really means is biological warfare research giving these viruses and bacteria

00:38:20.520 new functions that can make them more deadly or more easier to transmit from person to person or animal to animal

00:38:27.240 and we're going to call it global sharing and make it sound very pretty but in fact that is a euphemism for

00:38:35.080 proliferation of biological weapons which by the way is prohibited by the existing biological weapons convention of which

00:38:43.240 over 184 countries are parties and have ratified it's been in existence for 51 years

00:38:50.760 so um so this these are things these documents require of nations um they also require that vaccines for

00:39:00.040 pandemics are going to be developed very rapidly without liability for the manufacturers or the nations

00:39:06.920 um and and there are additional requirements to surveil our social media and to only allow the who's public

00:39:17.640 health message to get out now the whole idea that we can spend tens of billions of dollars or hundreds of

00:39:25.480 billions to prevent pandemics is actually a a false idea it is a house of cards if you spend a lot of time and

00:39:34.840 effort surveilling to find potential pandemic pathogens and then you work on them in laboratories you're actually

00:39:42.360 increasing by orders of magnitude the likelihood that they will escape if you share them with other nations

00:39:48.920 you're increasing the likelihood that one of those nations or subnational states organizations is going to

00:39:55.240 release them deliberately or accidentally and we have a new pandemic now the us already has a program for

00:40:03.800 monitoring potential pandemic pathogens and it is called the federal select agent program the cdc and the usda

00:40:12.520 manage it and any um entity in the us that does any research or work on potential pandemic pathogens

00:40:21.320 must report to the cdc usda if these if there is an escape or an accident a loss or theft

00:40:29.240 every year approximately 200 reports come in to cdc that there have been escapes of these pathogens now

00:40:38.680 luckily we haven't had any really deadly um pandemics in the us as a result but in china singapore and taiwan

00:40:48.520 there were leaks escapes from laboratories of sars-1 in 2003 and 2004 that did in fact kill people and cause

00:40:57.880 small outbreaks before they were controlled so so the idea that by uh looking for them and studying them

00:41:05.720 we're going to save ourselves it's a false notion we're actually going to be at greater risk we have

00:41:11.960 to stop this whole concept um it doesn't make sense it's increasing risk but it's under the guise of protecting

00:41:21.560 people so once so so the public understands yeah yeah yeah hang on for a second i want to get to frank

00:41:29.240 on this so what meryl laid out is um this has been worked on for years if not decades and it's the not

00:41:39.240 just the the framework but they're what they have in actually the apparatus to execute is quite

00:41:46.040 sophisticated and very well thought through how have we not had the party of liberty the republican

00:41:53.160 party how have they gone on along with this up until now i mean we got this meeting on the 20th

00:41:59.000 september it's obviously we're going to create a firestorm as we've done with our reporting that

00:42:03.960 you helped so much with in the spring with michelle bachman and others and actually did part of it last

00:42:08.920 year but how have people you know gone along with this alex newman just said mccall he talked to mccall

00:42:15.000 yeah i got a couple of maybe you know technical problems on this how can the party of liberty have

00:42:20.680 gone along with this frank gaffney well there's a lot there steve you document every single day that

00:42:27.720 the party of liberty is anything but on a whole host of issues and i think this is the case too

00:42:33.480 and and to the point about you know we're all wearing tinfoil hats we lived through the dress rehearsal

00:42:40.920 for all of this these are these are the sorts of things that were tested lockdowns for example forced

00:42:48.120 vaccinations um other kinds of control mechanisms censorship what merrill nass is just laying out

00:42:55.480 steve and and reggie littlejohn will do more on in a moment is these are the building blocks for the

00:43:01.960 kind of totalitarian global arrangements the new world order that xi jinping is seeking and is moving 0.99

00:43:11.240 inexorably forward to i would say that most republicans simply don't have any idea this is afoot we had

00:43:18.440 ralph norman a great great leader in the congress as you know steve get about 19 or 20 of his colleagues

00:43:25.640 together back when we were worrying about the world health organization getting all of this done last

00:43:32.680 may well they didn't but they're working now to get it done for sure by next may and why it is so

00:43:39.800 vital that we had this conversation and that the posse spin up to go make the party of liberty

00:43:47.080 take this on is we will not have liberty if what merrill is describing here runs its course and at the

00:43:56.600 moment there's really nothing standing in its way you know bill gates is in favor of it the chinese

00:44:02.280 communist party's in favor of it big pharma's in favor of it the world economic forum the the european

00:44:08.680 union and especially the biden administration all want these kinds of new arrangements

00:44:17.560 the hell with our sovereignty and on with the uh well i guess the orwellian lockdown of the future

00:44:27.160 permanently at the behest of people like tedris gabresis it must not be allowed to happen

00:44:32.680 could we bring reggie up can we because i think let's get let's get let's get yeah let's let's get

00:44:38.680 reggie jump in here uh meryl that was fantastic yeah what's reggie specifically has done is pick up on

00:44:45.320 some of the points meryl just made about the sort of digital gulag that goes along with all of this

00:44:50.680 and i want to make sure we heard from here on that if we can welcome reggie hi thanks for having me

00:44:58.920 so reggie talk a little bit about uh the digital dimensions of all this and how that translates

00:45:08.440 into control that we don't ever get out of if they have their way so so this is the thing

00:45:16.280 i i believe that the uh that the covet 19 was a dress rehearsal to roll out an infrastructure that

00:45:27.000 is going to snap shut in the next pandemic and regarding the digital gulag the the major components

00:45:36.120 of it are um digital ids and central bank digital currencies so regarding digital ids um many states

00:45:45.800 uh have have adopted or during the covet 19 they adopted um you know vaccine passports i believe that

00:45:53.080 that we and others on the stop vaccine passports task force made that term radioactive so now they

00:45:59.320 call them smart health cards or even uh a um digital driver's license any mandatory digital id can serve

00:46:07.960 as the platform for the china social credit system and as you know in march of this year xi jinping

00:46:15.640 himself said that he wanted to be very active in reforming global governance he is pushing down

00:46:22.440 the china social credit system he's doing it through the digital ids um which will uh track everything

00:46:29.800 about us okay if you go on to the world economic forum website there's a chart uh that has it's like

00:46:37.720 a circle chart and it and it shows all the different aspects of what you have to have a digital id in order

00:46:44.280 to do in other words to access health care to access uh pay to pay your taxes to buy

00:46:52.360 and sell anything online um i mean it just it goes on and on there's like a dozen different categories

00:46:59.240 all but you will have to have a digital id to um to effectuate and then if you don't have a

00:47:06.760 digital id you're going to be basically paralyzed and what are they going to do with these digital ids

00:47:12.440 um they it's already been shown that that they have that like that they are tracking conservatives i

00:47:18.840 mean they're tracking your social media posts um they're tracking your internet search history

00:47:24.760 your internet spending history in order to get a 360 degree view of you as a human being um and to

00:47:31.800 see whether you are pro-narrative or counter-narrative and if you're a counter-narrative like uh many of us

00:47:39.320 basically most of the the people here are um they'll know who you are and because of facial recognition

00:47:46.120 and real-time geolocation they know what you look like they know where you are they can make you so

00:47:49.880 that you can't travel they can make you so you can't access your bank accounts and your credit cards

00:47:55.000 and if you combine that with a central bank digital currency so you can't use paper money anymore um

00:48:03.720 they they will be able to basically uh control everything that you buy so if they don't like you

00:48:11.240 they can decide that they can just they actually they can trap you they can say your money will not

00:48:17.640 work more than five miles from your house or your central bank digital currency access to it is just

00:48:23.320 not going to happen at all like they did to the truckers in canada and all this stuff is being rolled

00:48:30.200 out right now and if we don't stop it we got to bounce but i want to get everybody's coordinates here

00:48:38.440 because the audience i can already tell is blowing up and they went more real quickly reggie even at the

00:48:44.200 g20 isn't a big subcommittee of the g20 working on a coordinated not just digital currency but also

00:48:52.360 digital idea what they call the digital future uh isn't that also an aspect of the g20 that's really

00:48:58.840 underreported yes okay so there's the g20 is behind it um the world economic forum is behind it

00:49:07.960 the un is behind it the who is behind it and they just um they recently signed some kind of an

00:49:14.680 agreement to um engage the european union platform and make it global and this has been a big

00:49:21.800 announcement steve it's just not it's it's it's announced in not in the mainstream media it's

00:49:26.840 announced in the alternative media but they're not hiding this stuff uh reggie real quickly where

00:49:33.480 do people uh we're going to stop them where do people get to you reggie how do they get to you

00:49:38.120 social media and your platform well social media please go to real reggie little john on getter

00:49:44.040 real reggie little john but the main thing i would like to ask people to do we need to act immediately

00:49:49.880 because as meryl said there's a this september 20th both that could potentially come up in the united

00:49:54.520 nations and um and but it's it's a coordination between the united nations and the world health

00:49:59.640 organization so go to stop vax passports.org stop vax passports.org and sign our align act that says

00:50:07.960 stop the who from taking over our national sovereignty uh meryl uh nas uh by the way spectacular

00:50:18.120 and we love the people in in maine my i have a big hunk of my family came from maine uh where do people go

00:50:23.640 go to get you meryl so on twitter i'm at nas merrill on my sub stack is merrill nas.substack.com

00:50:32.760 and the new organization that is fighting all this and we'd love you to sign up for our newsletters and
