00:38:58.880 sophisticated lab in beverly massachusetts he tested both pfizer and moderna and i went to his lab with a

00:39:06.020 cameraman i filmed this um and he found that there was uh that the vials were contaminated with dna fragments

00:39:13.960 fragments of dna and also plasmids that were um grown essentially in e coli which is you know as you

00:39:22.720 know in in poop in feces um so he found that but other people also examined the vials have also been

00:39:30.680 finding it um 27 vials of pfizer moderna vaccines uh are contaminated at least and other people have

00:39:39.960 found the same thing as i mentioned for instance philip bookhalts who is a cancer genomics professor

00:39:45.920 at the university of south carolina had a viral presentation a week or two ago um and he also

00:39:53.220 independently replicated the findings so these these files are contaminated so what is this stuff why does

00:40:00.380 it matter why is everyone um sort of distraught well a group of researchers uh and our team the war room

00:40:08.680 daily cloud team added to their findings found that the contamination process was a stealthy substitute

00:40:17.840 for what pfizer had disclosed to the fda about their manufacturing process it was very late in the

00:40:24.080 game so basically um there was something called process one that wasn't contaminated had other

00:40:30.880 problems of as we've all discussed the lipid nanoparticles the spike protein the mrna but then

00:40:36.640 late late late in the game uh probably because it was difficult to scale process one to create vats and

00:40:44.600 vats and vats of you know liquid for these injections um they they shifted they did a bait and switch

00:40:52.000 and they created something called process two and process two is the contaminated um injection material

00:40:59.200 which is easier to uh scale to produce at large amounts and but it's got sv40 in it so what is sv40

00:41:09.240 sv40 is something that oncologists are very very concerned about um it's short for simian virus 40

00:41:16.240 and it is you know fragments of dna that are kind of embedding into your into the nucleus of your cells

00:41:23.280 essentially and the outcomes are unknown but people who deal with cancer particularly are very concerned

00:41:30.320 about sv40 because it is seen and understood as a carcinogen it it tells your body basically to

00:41:39.200 stop doing the things that your body routinely does to keep cancer cells from replicating um so

00:41:46.540 people like dr ryan cole are incredibly concerned about it uh because you know as he put it these

00:41:52.460 little circles of dna can stay within the nucleus every time that cell divides it's a problem they're

00:41:57.860 adulterated they're contaminated so should i pause there or go on to the kind of regulatory issues this

00:42:03.580 raises i'll just jump right here's the has has how did this all come up and how did it all come up

00:42:11.540 why has this all come to the forefront right now well that's a great question so apparently there was a

00:42:17.700 pre-print in april uh showing that in canada there were were these adulterated vials and i think it's kind

00:42:27.580 escalated uh recently because health canada came forward kind of their cdc and confirmed that there

00:42:37.180 was contamination by sv40 and they also are kind of throwing pfizer in the bus under the bus they said

00:42:43.480 that the manufacturers did not disclose the contamination with sv40 to health canada so that's

00:42:51.880 confirmation at a very high level but also you've got kevin mckernan you know a few weeks ago finding

00:42:59.840 the same thing that professor bukhaltz found you know a few weeks before that um and a bunch of

00:43:07.500 independent confirmation that these vials are adulterated um and you've also got people like ryan

00:43:14.100 cole explaining to everyone why it matters then you've also got people like our lawyers and steve

00:43:21.840 kirsch and his lawyers uh realizing that since pfizer didn't disclose the adulteration the

00:43:30.580 contamination with sv40 to the fda and we know that they didn't because we have a fantastic tool

00:43:38.060 called abstractor which searches these 450 000 documents there was no mention of sv40 in the

00:43:45.660 documents um if they didn't disclose to the fda just like health canada says the manufacturers did

00:45:10.740 and pfizer um you know sneaked it past the fda essentially or did they disclose it and basically

00:45:18.820 the fda is supposed to read every document that pfizer produces about the manufacturing process and

00:45:24.200 about the trials but she pointed out that our team has taken 21 months to read through 450 000 pages and

00:45:33.740 were far from done issue 89 reports and that because of operation warp speed the fda took six

00:45:41.260 weeks to review the same number of pages so as she put it and she's exactly right there's absolutely no

00:45:48.100 way they could have done pharmacovigilance they couldn't they couldn't have read what they were given

00:45:53.540 there's no way they could have processed it but more importantly mention of the sv40 isn't in the

00:45:58.780 documents that we have seen and we've done a search like a digital they have do they have a fiduciary

00:46:04.280 do they have a ironclad fiduciary responsibility in this testing process as they're trying to develop
