00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:17.300 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians
00:00:25.060 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in georgia
00:00:30.840 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations
00:00:35.920 is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight
00:00:39.680 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host
00:00:46.800 stephen k bannon welcome to war room battleground it's natalie winters not stephen k bannon
00:00:55.040 hosting today november 7th in the year of our lord 2023 we got a very packed show for you i think
00:01:03.140 it's going to be a nice juxtaposition a tale of two cities or i guess a tale of of two parties not
00:01:09.080 republican democrat but uniparty and us the american people uh talking about the weaponization of the
00:01:15.740 federal government we have a really a firsthand victim and they don't just mean members of the
00:01:20.400 war room posse but someone whose organization a good friend of the show has been on a while well
00:01:24.660 the wrath of the federal government has been unleashed against them which is of course
00:01:27.960 not an anomaly for i guess anyone who comes on this show present company and of course my co-host
00:01:33.720 stephen k bannon included um but then we will get into a darren beattie joining us dave walsh and as
00:01:41.260 the posse has demanded more rants from me you may just get a rant because i don't know about you guys
00:01:46.300 but i'm pretty fed up with the so-called bombshell that dropped today about cissa and election
00:01:52.580 misinformation and censorship that's a bombshell right i don't know about you guys i knew all
00:01:57.600 that stuff years ago but we will get into that after we have our first guest who is joining us
00:02:03.380 uh who is tom and i can never remember his last name um but tom i'm sure your last name is appearing
00:02:11.100 on the screen right now but i know you're at the wonderful american accountability foundation which you
00:02:15.560 guys do great work i would say one of the most underrated organizations in dc um but before we
00:02:21.600 get into how the government is weaponizing against you i know it's a cliche by now but it is very true
00:02:27.200 um if you could sort of walk us through because there's an interesting link um i guess your your
00:02:33.520 manifestations or your worst nightmare sort of came true with what you were saying uh the federal
00:02:38.120 governor was going to do with going to do two conservative advocacy groups so why don't you walk us
00:02:42.660 through that and then we'll take it from there sure so you know about a year ago we started digging
00:02:49.180 into particularly what sheldon whitehouse was doing he's a senator from rhode island uh famous for
00:02:55.020 belonging to an all-white beach club in in rhode island we started digging into what he was doing
00:03:00.180 to target conservative groups and we put in requests for the document we literally we wanted the
00:03:05.380 receipts and what we found out was he had a laundry list of groups that he was targeting
00:03:11.380 that he had urged the irs the department of justice and the u.s treasury to investigate
00:03:17.060 it was all conservative groups it was all groups like ours tea party usa uh the conservative
00:03:22.920 partnership institute really the groups that were at the at the cutting edge of the fight for
00:03:27.840 kind of america first values and so we discovered that and we we publicized and said look this is
00:03:32.500 just wrong we went through this weaponization of the of the irs about 10 years ago under barack obama
00:03:38.380 and lois learner and we can't do this again um so we publicized that we really kind of got out in
00:03:44.000 front with that uh so flash forward to about two weeks ago we get a letter from the internal revenue
00:03:49.500 service that says look we're examining your c3 status and again for non-profits that's incredibly
00:03:55.760 important because that allows patriots like your viewers to make make tax deductible donations to
00:04:01.520 our organization just like they can do to organizations on the left they said look we're going to examine
00:04:06.080 and it was it became very clear when we went through the document this just wasn't just kind
00:04:11.220 of a random audit that they do to any organization they specifically outlined that they were concerned
00:04:17.460 about our communications about elected officials and that told us right off the bat this isn't about
00:04:22.500 how you run your business this is about who you talk about and what you work on so we knew right away
00:04:28.440 that that there was a weaponization of the irs that was really part of this larger effort that
00:04:34.260 that we've been seeing whether it's jeff clark or steve bannon or mark meadows who the biden
00:04:40.280 administration is using kind of the tools and the power of the federal government to shut down so
00:04:44.740 that's how we got to to this week when we had to announce that look we're not going to take it we're
00:04:48.960 fighting back and we're going to make sure that the irs can't be a bludgeon to attack right-wing groups
00:04:55.080 personnel not policy not the you know financial policy that you guys are using to to run your
00:05:02.960 organization but it's because you guys have dared to attack the likes of anthony fauci
00:05:08.060 his successor monica bertagnoli i believe you guys have also done great reporting on how i believe it's
00:05:14.880 the american library association how they have ushered in really opened the demonic floodgates for
00:05:21.500 child pedophilia propaganda into and grooming materials that's what they are there's no sugar
00:05:28.560 coating in the war room um into children's classrooms and i think the barbara bush foundation
00:05:34.060 gave the lady emily jabinski if that was her name not too good with the names today uh but gave okay
00:05:39.880 there i've redeemed myself but gave her um an award so i'm just curious you know why let me rephrase
00:05:47.340 just like when i was saying in the beginning you know juxtaposing a tale of two cities two parties
00:05:51.680 it's not republican versus democrat because there are a lot of republican organizations
00:05:55.120 that just kind of run with the colors of the swamp right they they toe the line they do what they're
00:06:00.420 told and they don't ever have these audits but it's the organizations like yours that dare to sort of
00:06:05.260 defy these conservative norms i'm just curious you know why do you think they're going after you
00:06:10.400 now yeah i think it's it's simple why they're going after us we're effective like we put lead
00:06:16.920 on the target and our research brings down their their left-wing nominees whether it's guys like
00:06:22.900 dave chipman who was the the leading advocate for gun control or emily jabinski who is peddling what
00:06:29.580 is essentially gay porn into public libraries for five-year-olds we're we're conservative america first
00:06:36.560 researchers that are focused on exposing these people and i think the administration understands
00:06:41.560 that's a threat because we dig in we do the deep dives that you know that reporters used to do that
00:06:47.060 they don't do anymore we do that kind of research that changes the debate that brings down nominees
00:06:52.620 again whether it's you know exposing monica bertignoli's past at the nih or exposing kristen clark our
00:07:00.260 attorney general uh whether her past of domestic abuse we dig into that like no one else does
00:07:06.560 and and what they're doing here is is the process is the punishment what they want want to happen is
00:07:13.960 that i don't have the time to dig into these people because i've got to comply with document demands
00:07:19.040 from some researcher or some examiner in missouri at the irs who just demands that i turn over all
00:07:25.700 these documents and if i don't it cripples my organization so i've got to i've got to go through
00:07:30.740 this process and comply or they're going to destroy us and look i'm in a very fortunate position i've
00:07:37.400 got a lot of really allies um for my years of working on the hill and working in professional
00:07:42.460 politics we're going to make sure we beat this and i'm confident we're going to win because we've got
00:07:47.340 patriots supporting us around the country whether it's in ohio or florida or texas we've got folks all
00:07:52.700 over the country are supporting us what i'm worried about is there's a small non-profit in you know
00:07:58.940 kentucky that's really engaged in an issue at their school board and they get a letter like this and
00:08:04.460 you know they've got a fifty thousand dollar annual budget and no lawyers and they're like what do i do
00:08:09.160 now um so we're going to fight for them we're going to fight for the people that support us because
00:08:13.220 we've got the ability to do it and this is just simply wrong well it's certainly convenient timing
00:08:19.680 as we're going to you know approaching the 2024 election and i don't think anyone could say that
00:08:25.020 lawfare is not sort of the modus operandi or at least currently the go-to tactic um of not just
00:08:30.620 the democratic party but people who are of course opposed to donald j trump so i'm just curious if
00:08:34.700 you could sort of expand on that a little bit for the audience who maybe isn't super familiar with
00:08:39.780 you know what this lawfare looks like up close and personal not just necessarily against donald j trump
00:08:45.760 but against organizations that you know support his agenda support this america first agenda
00:08:50.620 exposing the biden regime so how far how deep um do you think this current kind of legislative
00:08:56.640 lawfare onslaught against groups like nor's um is going and and you know have we seen the last of it
00:09:02.060 well so first off we definitely have not seen the last of it we're not the only ones here like i
00:09:07.340 don't want to you know i don't want to make us into into bigger martyrs than than we are like
00:09:12.360 there's people that are having much more intrusive attacks than aaf is but what you're fighting
00:09:18.380 is is a government that just that has endless resources you know we're a small organization
00:09:24.000 less than a million dollar budget um we're going up against an organization the irs that has 87 000
00:09:30.640 agents that new agents um we are we have to to fight back against the limitless resource and we
00:09:38.280 have to take it out of our budget we have to take it out of things that we would otherwise use
00:09:42.040 for investigating nominees at uh the federal aviation administration or the department of
00:09:47.760 justice and if we don't do it we lose by default and that's the same thing that happens to
00:09:52.880 people that are getting sued or getting their their uh bar credentials attacked they've got to
00:09:57.800 expend their personal resources to fight back against this and that's what the government wants
00:10:02.760 to do um they want you to kind of come to heel by making it so incredibly expensive and so time
00:10:10.240 consuming they just throw your hands up and you're like screw it i can't fight anymore i give up
00:10:15.140 that's what they want to happen i think the only way this stops is if we get a president that says
00:10:20.860 all right the beatings are coming now and you've been doing this to to our side for ages and and
00:10:28.100 we're going to dish it out in in the same measure that they dished it out to groups like aaf and folks
00:10:33.220 on the right and the only way it stops is when that happens and that everybody says look this is
00:10:37.980 ridiculous we got to stop this stuff with the government attacking individuals because of their
00:10:41.920 political positions and everybody needs to retreat to their corners but until we have a president
00:10:46.580 that's willing to come in and and have that approach and say look the beatings are going to begin now 0.99
00:10:51.380 leftists um this stuff isn't going to stop they want it to be a pyrrhic victory you're so right that's
00:10:58.020 the point but i think it's sort of funny and the buried lead where they sort of say the quiet part
00:11:02.840 out loud the projection aspect to it is that they fundamentally miscalculate and i think
00:11:08.640 underestimate what the trump movement is about because if we were about money if we were about
00:11:13.380 high-paying jobs if we were about setting up these shady dark money ngos to launder money to whatever 0.81
00:11:18.280 cause who knows what we would have stopped a long time ago because the lawfare wouldn't have been
00:11:23.280 worth it right president donald j trump would not have returned from the plow as stephen k bannon
00:11:27.940 always says if it wasn't about the same thing that motivates you the same thing that motivates him the
00:11:33.000 same thing that motivates myself and stephen k bannon and everyone who watches this show which is
00:11:36.800 love of country and no price right no price can be put on that so before i let you go
00:11:43.080 i want to know what the path forward looks like for you guys and most importantly how the war room
00:11:48.580 posse even besides writing checks or you know supporting you guys financially but how they
00:11:52.880 can help you and get the word out and share this story yeah so the path forward for us is you know
00:11:58.160 we're going to work through the process we have a lot of lawyers who who know how to do this but i think
00:12:02.260 what what the posse can do is you know consume our materials we're a research organization we like
00:12:07.980 sharing the information so go to our website american-af.org and sign up for our newsletter
00:12:13.860 get the research we do on nominees empower yourself with the good work that my team puts together
00:12:18.620 and really be a force for exposing uh the radicals on the left whether they're in government or
00:12:24.520 nonprofits um just getting powered with that information so please visit our website and
00:12:29.220 follow us on twitter at exposing biden um where we put out all of our information and just uh just
00:12:34.880 be part of the team tom jones you and all of your people over at the american accountability
00:12:41.420 foundation rock i say this as a researcher myself you guys do great work thank you so so much for
00:12:48.160 joining us you are welcome back anytime i'm sure the next some iteration or derivation of lawfare that
00:12:53.200 they they use against you you are more than welcome to come on the show or the next bombshell
00:12:58.020 report you guys have on uh some crazy deranged leftist we will certainly have you back thank you 0.52
00:13:02.940 so much for joining us have a good one now warren posse before we get to our next guest darren j
00:13:09.340 beady who has a news story you guys know revolver.news is always coming in hot just want to set the stage
00:13:15.560 for a little bit because i'm sure you guys have seen by now that the judiciary committee under the
00:13:20.720 leadership of jim jordan released a new report last it was yesterday or this morning right big
00:13:26.700 breaking news about the censorship industrial complex i'm sure all the house republicans had
00:13:34.160 their fiery tweets they used the word bombshell quite a lot but you know what i don't know about
00:13:39.100 you guys but for me for everyone who's watched this show that story right the collusion between cissa
00:13:45.740 and dhs and the election integrity partnership social media platforms that's not a bombshell
00:13:51.780 that didn't just break yesterday and i don't just mean it because you guys know that story chapter and
00:13:55.880 verse because you guys are probably the ones who've been censored time after time uh but i also say that
00:14:01.620 because we've been talking about that story all the way back when i was working at the national
00:14:05.540 polls here on war room for years so my question is not necessarily for the people who are guilty i think of
00:14:13.680 basically guillotining free speech the first amendment you know hiding under the guise of
00:14:18.800 misinformation but for house republicans how dumb do you think americans are how dumb do you think
00:14:27.280 your voters are the people who are getting routinely censored and suppressed and kicked off these social
00:14:32.540 media platforms i don't know about you but i take it as an insult to my intelligence that jim jordan and
00:14:38.120 the weaponization committee wants to put out some frankly shoddily pieced together report with
00:14:43.500 apparently no understanding of how messaging and narrative building works
00:14:47.720 years after this happened years after the 2022 election i mean
00:14:53.940 it's there's so much to unpack here not just on the dhs cissa collusion which we'll have darren
00:15:01.920 joining us shortly to unpack that because as you guys know he mike bends that whole group of people
00:15:07.160 have done wonderful work on that but the very same members of congress who are tweeting right now right
00:15:13.580 about how horrible this is in fiscal year 2022 to fiscal year 2023 the budget for cissa that is the
00:15:23.060 cyber security uh information security agency right under dhs's purview that's conducting all these
00:15:29.780 censorship operations was increased by 313 million dollars they were the ones who okayed that so while
00:15:37.700 your supporters your voters were actively getting censored by facebook twitter instagram tiktok you
00:15:44.340 name it although i hope none of you guys are on tiktok our republicans who are supposed to be
00:15:48.460 defending us we're giving them hundreds of millions of dollars more i mean you can't even make it up in
00:15:54.980 kate starboard the lady who runs the election integrity partnership which was the key function 0.92
00:16:00.880 the key component of how this whole money and information laundering kind of approach to censorship
00:16:07.100 worked these people don't hide their true agenda we put the story out i think it was last year i went
00:16:13.300 through some of her old tweets where she says that you have a moral and ethical obligation to suppress
00:16:19.520 content that promotes right-wing populism well i don't think you can watch a war room show without
00:16:25.120 either myself or steve declaring us right-wing populists so she's quite literally calling for
00:16:30.560 the censorship and suppression of war room content of donald trump content of the america first movement
00:16:37.320 yet our taxpayer dollars that these house republicans are supposed to be stewards of are giving them more
00:16:43.400 money and we couldn't even pass the amendment that stripped cissa of their funding what was it about
00:16:48.840 a month ago and this is the same tactic that the left uses on every single issue they outsource
00:16:56.560 their dirty dirty agenda that is so unconstitutional it makes me laugh when house republicans think that
00:17:02.300 criticizing what the left wants to do is unconstitutional holds any weight they don't they
00:17:06.240 know that they don't care they don't respect the document but that's exactly what they do on every
00:17:10.920 issue think about it they outsource their dirty work to the ngos meanwhile our advocacy organizations 0.85
00:17:17.160 like we just had tom on are getting pummeled by the irs by democrats in the senate but it's exactly
00:17:23.560 what the left does think about it from immigration on the border right they outsource the massive
00:17:28.460 invasion that's going on in this country to the ngos that are operating on the border of course the 1.00
00:17:32.620 united nations all those organizations are totally in on it they do the same exact thing with
00:17:37.780 elections right they use these shady ngos to help clean the voter rolls they use them to help literally 0.93
00:17:44.560 design the mail and ballot templates to make sure that people who don't speak english and people
00:17:49.200 who probably aren't even american citizens can get their vote in it's the same tactic and meanwhile
00:17:54.320 the best we have are some lukewarm lackluster house republicans who want to tweet stories three
00:18:00.440 years later after they break take credit for it and do nothing and just try to fundraise off of it
00:18:05.080 and by the way we'll get to darren but i know there's been a lot of people talking about this story
00:18:10.340 right because i guess maybe our memories are short but i want to tell you where this story's going
00:18:14.820 because i'm going to link it to another story that i'm sure house republicans will try to take
00:18:18.900 credit for in like three or four months the cyber security advisory committee was set up by cissa
00:18:25.060 not too long ago was hailed as a flagship product of the biden regime and you guys may remember it
00:18:30.600 because it was a story that the intercept had broke where they talked about collusion between the
00:18:34.480 federal government and of course the social media platforms on censoring you whether it was covid
00:18:40.300 information afghanistan the chinese communist party the origins of covid the election you name it but what
00:18:46.420 the very lead of that report was and jim jordan you can take credit for this if you'd like
00:18:51.640 is that it wasn't just the big social media platforms that were involved in those meetings it was
00:18:57.600 representatives from the entire spectrum spectrum of corporate america so when you talk about the
00:19:03.840 ushering in of a social credit score system here in the united states the collusion between big
00:19:08.540 government big tech big social media platforms and big academia and you look at this the types of
00:19:14.640 people who are on this board i'll read you the companies in a second but it shows you where they're
00:19:19.960 ultimately going with this because they're not just stopping with censoring your facebook posts
00:19:24.780 that's just the buy-in what they want to do what they want to i mean they admit it fundamentally
00:19:29.300 transformed this country they had representatives from johnson johnson jp morgan chase
00:19:33.820 mastercard walmart amazon microsoft apple you name it all in these meetings helping to censor so
00:19:41.040 right now they might just be coming after your social media posts but how long until jp morgan chase
00:19:46.540 shuts down your account apple probably starts hacking into your devices or maybe doesn't even let you buy
00:19:51.580 a device at their store anymore because your social credit score just isn't good enough we've gone from
00:19:55.720 we the people to we the censored and the best that we can get is our house republicans giving us
00:20:01.520 you know angry angry tweets and no tax cuts and cutting the budget of this organization though
00:20:08.000 that's a great place to start are not going to get us out of this mess so with that being said it's why
00:20:13.800 you have to go to birchgold.com slash bannon because i just told you how they're going to weaponize the
00:20:20.120 financial and economic sector here in the united states against us you'll be lucky if you can even
00:20:24.120 open a bank account at jp morgan chase they're too busy uh colluding with all the bigwigs over at
00:20:29.800 twitter uh and all the cissa and dhs people who just hate your guts and hate everything you believe 0.90
00:20:36.040 and stand for and the way they get away with it now is just by going after your facebook posts but you
00:20:42.020 got to go to places like birchgold.com slash bannon read the end of the dollar empire to understand how
00:20:47.200 you can make your financial status and protections immune uh from all that craziness now darren jbd i
00:20:54.260 know you have done a lot of work on this front at revolver.news i'll definitely keep you through the
00:20:59.660 break but just your thoughts maybe you disagree with me that's totally fine just because we went
00:21:03.620 both went to the university of chicago doesn't mean we have to have the same opinions but i would
00:21:08.440 just love your analysis of of today's you know bombshell story that is cissa colluded uh with big tech
00:21:15.500 and you know big corporations to silence us during the 2020 uh election
00:21:20.020 well it's great to be here and first of all natalie i have to say i'm very charmed by your
00:21:28.240 conscientious practice of noting the middle initial of everyone who deserves um the highest level of
00:21:36.260 admiration i noticed every single time every single time it's donald j trump every single time
00:21:44.160 it's stephen k bannon and every single time it's jaren darren jb i will note that jim jordan does not
00:21:52.320 get in the middle initial which i think reflects on the refinement of your judgment so i just wanted
00:21:59.120 to start with that more substantively though you're absolutely right about cissa this is one of the
00:22:07.600 biggest stories one of the biggest developments and actually a partially optimistic development because
00:22:13.360 in a sense they were caught red-handed there is a major case going up before the supreme court in
00:22:19.100 missouri v biden which takes to task the people that you mentioned like kate starboard and others
00:22:24.380 involved um with cissa um the eip the election integrity partnership that you mentioned um we've been
00:22:33.140 on this for a long time as i know you've been um at revolver.news a major piece that we published back in
00:22:40.460 the day classic now was about renee di resta and just to give you know we don't have infinite amount
00:22:47.340 of time but just to give people a sense of what clownish ridiculous people are running the censorship
00:22:57.600 industrial complex one of the key figures in this space is a woman named renee di resta now she cut her 1.00
00:23:05.780 teeth as part of an organization called new knowledge now new knowledge's claim to fame was
00:23:13.240 they were kind of early on in this whole racket of blaming everything on russia russia this russia that
00:23:21.540 russian bots russian disinformation now here's the kicker it turns out that new knowledge the organization
00:23:28.660 that renee di resta was affiliated with created fake russian bots they created fake russian bots they
00:23:38.180 weren't even russian and not only that they got fake russian bots to support a republican candidate that
00:23:46.480 they wanted to demonize and then on the basis of this person's support by fake russian bots they said
00:23:54.460 this person is a russian agent and furthermore the problem of russian disinformation is so bad that
00:24:02.820 we need more funding based on fake accounts that they set up now you think in any sensible country
00:24:10.800 in any sensible universe if you're caught red-handed in something like that your future employment prospects
00:24:19.720 are limited to the fast food industry or even worse because we need honest people in those industries
00:24:26.680 we don't want people to spit in your food and stuff like that she's not even worthy of being in the fast 1.00
00:24:31.540 food industry and yet instead of being cast out of any kind of gainful employment she effectively got 0.99
00:24:40.640 a promotion she got a nice cushy job at this stanford affiliated think tank the stanford internet
00:24:48.260 observatory and by the way all these universities now have the associated basically censorship
00:24:54.080 laboratories and stanford's is the stanford internet observatory associated with the election integrity
00:24:59.520 partnership now the reason i know about this organization so intimately is that in there they
00:25:05.980 did a long study before the 2020 election in which revolver news's reporting was prominently featured
00:25:13.020 in particular they did a very detailed study on how what they call disinformation goes viral
00:25:20.160 and they used as a case study revolver news's coverage of color revolutions with people might
00:25:26.880 forget before we really kind of got on the map with january 6 stuff we broke ground with covering
00:25:33.760 color revolutions and that was a major aspect of kind of a game changer in terms of the conversation
00:25:39.880 2020 they did a deep dive on that and they have a whole graph on how it goes from revolver to
00:25:45.720 um other sources you know like tucker carlson and so forth very detailed very um sophisticated analysis
00:25:54.680 and you know i'm thankful to them because they're effectively saying look how influential revolver is
00:26:00.100 but it's amazing that they took the time to do this and that it's being run by this scam woman who's
00:26:06.040 associated with this organization setting up fake russian bots and now it come it's going to come
00:26:13.360 out that she's involved in the latest grift which is effectively to coerce and pressure congress
00:26:21.400 into forcing various institutions to do business with companies like newsguard which are these services
00:26:29.180 that as much as i love to dunk on newsguard real testament to the uh iq of this country um we
00:26:39.940 gotta jump to break but i'll hold you through i'll let you pick up and i hear you have a spicy story
00:26:44.780 that sort of dovetails with everything we were talking about it's a hot molly it's the big one it's

00:32:15.200 thanks to uh darren's very intelligent uh acknowledgement i guess noticing that i i seem to
00:32:21.760 include middle initials on people whom i respect um now darren j bd although i don't even know what the
00:32:28.240 j stands for and the g for me stands for grace maybe you can tell the audience if it's not top secret but
00:32:34.000 you can pick up where you left off with the sista stuff i enjoy letting you just rant because you
00:32:38.640 usually make the points that i want to make i you make my job easy but don't take up too much time
00:32:43.040 because i do also want to talk about the new story that you just dropped on revolver john news
00:32:48.480 indeed and the j is very distinguished jeffrey just wanted to break that only with you only on this show
00:32:57.120 i would only break that bombshell on this show um but yeah there's not much more said about uh
00:33:04.320 sisa newsguard is a story unto itself we also did you know one of the first stories on newsguard which
00:33:11.520 you know basically if you pay them money they'll tell you what websites are naughty and what websites
00:33:17.520 are nice and instead of calling it naughty they'll say oh it has a nutrition label this is a nutritious
00:33:23.760 information or this is not very nutritious stay away from that and of course it conforms exactly to what
00:33:29.840 you'd expect in your outsourcing your judgment to proven liars and scumbags uh of the likes of for one
00:33:37.840 example general michael hayden who gained notoriety among other things for heading the nsa just as it was
00:33:47.120 developing illegal spy capabilities that edward snowden exposed so just when you thought it could
00:33:54.000 be it couldn't be any dumber it couldn't be any more ridiculous it couldn't be a more any more outrageous
00:33:59.840 you learn the details of these organizations and it's far far worse than you thought so that's that
00:34:07.120 as to the latest piece at revolver i'm very proud of about this this is probably one of the biggest
00:34:14.160 investigative stories that we've done it's taken a long time it's a very deep dive and it's an issue
00:34:19.600 that's very important and that is aviation safety you know we all fly quite a bit and we don't want
00:34:27.120 our airplanes to crash and we don't really think about all that goes into preventing the airplanes from
00:34:32.560 crashing and you don't really want to think of the people involved you always want to imagine some
00:34:37.760 hyper competent person and you know multiple layers of redundancy to some extent they have that but
00:34:44.640 we've gotten um into a dire situation there's a catastrophic collapse in aviation safety with
00:34:53.120 a sharp increase in near misses on the runway so airplanes almost colliding into each other on the
00:34:59.360 runway and even more terrifying to imagine increasing incidents of what they call loss of separation which
00:35:06.320 is when planes get too close to each other mid-air and this has all been happening uh with increasing
00:35:14.000 frequency and we decided this is important enough we need to do an ultra deep dive this is a major piece
00:35:20.800 we spoke with several air traffic control um employees many of whom most of whom frankly didn't
00:35:29.600 want to go on the record we talked to the official spokesman former senior officials within the faa and
00:35:36.480 others and some of them you know the amount of nonsense that they would give us to paper over the reality is
00:35:42.640 quite incredible the long story short the finding that we've had is there are two major and neglected
00:35:49.360 features that account for the catastrophic decline in airline safety one is covid era
00:35:58.080 hiring freeze now we know about the lockdowns in terms of the economic devastation revolver did
00:36:06.160 an early and very groundbreaking study using the life years metric to show that actually the covid
00:36:13.280 lockdowns resulted in order of magnitude greater loss of life than it saved we didn't even take into account
00:36:22.880 the fact that organizations like the faa had a hiring freeze on air traffic controllers leading to a
00:36:29.680 massive and devastating shortage of people so the people who are there are having to work overtime shifts
00:36:36.480 are tired are not functioning according to their optimal capabilities and this is compounded
00:36:43.200 by the fact so that's the the quantity the quality is affected by obama era affirmative action
00:36:51.520 policies under obama believe or it or not but you have to believe it because it's documented
00:36:57.280 the obama administration decided to replace the skills oriented merit test that had previously vetted
00:37:05.760 potential air traffic controllers and replace the test with this stupid thing called a
00:37:12.000 a bio um bio um bio data test which is effectively asking people information about their lives and
00:37:22.000 this um the woman in charge of this she's actually a professor of hr if you could believe such a thing 0.99
00:37:29.280 exists and in her dissertation the whole dissertation is about how they can increase diversity by replacing
00:37:37.520 these skills oriented tests with these bio data tests and if you break it down into what it's actually
00:37:43.760 saying it's quite remarkable it's saying to the if we want to increase diversity we have to basically
00:37:50.000 eliminate the questions that have disparate impact and differential results to the point that the test is
00:37:56.560 effectively testing nothing and when the tests are testing nothing then we get the racially desired results that reflect
00:38:03.520 the um proportions that exist in the population which is what they want but the results of this are
00:38:11.600 disastrous and they devastate the level of competence and if there's anybody that you want to be competent
00:38:19.920 is the air traffic controller and so this is gets into really deeper issues about the state that our country is in
00:38:27.440 now because you would think you know there's one side of us that would think okay the people in
00:38:34.240 charge of the regime know that the diversity thing is a joke they know that the eliminating merit in
00:38:40.480 favor of diversity is a joke and yes they'll do it in places where they can get away with it where it has 0.86
00:38:45.920 sort of more of a cosmetic effect but if anything they will suspend that activity when it comes to critical
00:38:52.880 infrastructure like um air traffic control and maybe make up the difference by having more diversity in your
00:39:00.960 airline commercials or something like that where it doesn't do as much damage but no they actually gutted air
00:39:07.120 traffic control with this diversity agenda and the larger point the subtext here is really there's a lot of talk
00:39:16.560 people like peter teal have lamented the decline in technological innovation but actually the situation
00:39:24.400 seems far more bleak than that let alone the question of whether we innovate is the question of whether we
00:39:33.040 can simply maintain the complex systems that are essential to a first world civilization and lifestyle
00:39:42.480 among which is a functioning and safe aviation industry and this underscores a very dangerous trend
00:39:52.000 that there simply isn't institutional knowledge there is not replicated institutional knowledge
00:39:59.120 in critical sectors of our society and economy such that we can simply maintain these functioning systems
00:40:08.720 into the next generation we've got competent people on the older side of generation x and on the boomers
00:40:17.760 the younger side of the boomers the older boomers are mostly retired but when they phase out there's a 0.92
00:40:23.520 real question as to how we maintain the basic functioning of a third of a first world society and what's going
00:40:31.920 on in the aviation industry does not bode well for this and the remarkable thing there is
00:40:38.560 just the last point on this is there's a tendency to look at this and say okay well the ruling class
00:40:45.120 they're taking care of themselves the commercial airline industry is sort of an issue of the commons
00:40:51.280 the commoners go on commercial the elite fly private but the thing about the air traffic control is
00:40:59.360 air traffic control affects private just as much as anyone else and in fact we lead the story with a very
00:41:05.840 very very near catastrophic event involving a private aircraft in an airport as a result of air traffic
00:41:12.800 control failure so it really underscores how fanatically committed to diversity over meritocracy
00:41:21.760 the ruling class is such as to even put themselves in this kind of danger because flying private will not
00:41:28.560 save you from this issue and the last question that we address which is um an important one because
00:41:37.360 you know one way to fix all of this is to affect a dramatic reversal in terms of our culture in terms of
00:41:45.120 our legal system in terms of um basically the broad brain range of perspectives that animate our seemingly
00:41:53.840 um uncompromised commitment to diversity above everything else so either that changes which is a very
00:42:01.440 difficult thing or something else has to take effect and that something else could be technology it could be
00:42:08.160 say that the advancements in technology pick up the slack created by the degradation of competence that comes
00:42:18.000 from this diversity agenda and so that's an open question but one really bleak aspect of this story is
00:42:26.240 there are software systems and technological capabilities that assist air traffic controllers in
00:42:33.520 detecting and avoiding near misses and things like this but so many of the airports don't even have the latest
00:42:41.040 technology on this and in light of the fact that we've directed nearly a hundred billion dollars to ukraine
00:42:50.960 my humble suggestion to the enterprising elected official who might be listening to this is
00:42:59.840 take up this issue say how about some of that hundred billion dollars should go into preventing the next
00:43:06.960 catastrophic aviation disaster in the united states because our airports aren't even adequately equipped
00:43:14.400 with the latest technology for air traffic control something so basic like that it's just a no-brainer
00:43:21.520 for enterprising elected officials so i very much hope that people will read this piece at revolver.news
00:43:28.960 doesn't matter how disturbing it is doesn't matter how difficult it is to stomach
00:43:34.320 we have to look at these things straight in the eye and acknowledge the circumstances that we're in people
00:43:41.200 need to go and read this piece they need to understand it they need to digest it they need to share it and
00:43:47.760 most of all we need to bring this pressure on to elected officials so we can prevent the next aviation 1.00
00:43:53.440 disaster as a result of the one two punch one two punch combination of a disastrous and really
00:44:05.120 abysmally stupid covet policy and a disastrous and even more stupid diversity agenda 0.99
00:44:13.280 well darren you know i would love to keep you over because anytime i hear the word diversity equity and
00:44:20.320 inclusion i love to talk about my high school experiences with that whole push you know i was
00:44:25.680 actually uh the uh not the star but they modeled the pilot episode of the second season of the netflix
00:44:32.640 show dear white people uh off of my activism in high school shameless plug for myself you can look i
00:44:39.280 talk about it in in more depth on don jr's podcast i just did his show but the lore goes deep the natalie
00:44:46.000 lore goes deep that's amazing it's amazing it's it's great um but i have to let you go because we have
00:44:52.880 dave walsh to talk about some more substantive stuff like energy and how we're going to empower
00:44:57.920 our houses but darren in the meantime people want to follow you get everything that revolver's working
00:45:02.320 on all the stories where can they go to do that there's only one thing you need to know if you're
00:45:07.360 watching this go to revolver.news at the very top there's this piece i'm talking about about the
00:45:13.120 catastrophic decline in aviation safety take the 30 minutes to an hour to read it and digest it and
00:45:20.720 share it and let's do something about it because this is very serious stuff and it speaks to the larger
00:45:26.640 issue in this country we're not going to be able to maintain all these systems that we now take for
00:45:31.520 granted and that will transition the united states into what trump might have called
00:45:37.360 an asshole i won't say i won't say the full word because i got in trouble by one of the producers 0.89
00:45:42.640 last time so out of respect the people know what i mean darren thank you so much for joining us
00:45:53.120 thank you natalie i think we got dave walsh joining us now dave i know you're always coming on the show
00:46:00.080 to talk about energy and wind power solar nuclear how all of this sort of overlaps and frankly doesn't
00:46:05.760 work um but it seems like the state that the biden regime has put us in when it comes to american
00:46:11.680 energy independence really has propped up cutter to be really poised in a position where really
00:46:17.760 couldn't be much better maybe except under barack obama um but to be in amidst this ongoing middle east
00:46:24.080 you know if it'll turn into a regional war but middle east conflict between israel and and hamas
00:46:29.040 specifically because they've become the second largest exporter of liquid natural gas so i'm just
00:46:33.920 curious if you could sort of walk us through how the biden regime really has enabled cutter to sort
00:46:38.400 of have the upper hand um in in in some ways and what's going on in the middle east right now due to
00:46:43.840 their policies well there are two ways there was a piece in the usa today two days ago very troubling
00:46:50.320 because it mirrors what's going on here in the negative sense cutter with you know four or five
00:46:56.560 about four million people has the second largest lng exportation business in the world right behind us
00:47:03.520 we just passed cutter about a year and a half ago in overall exports of liquefied natural gas we're up to
00:47:09.520 nearly 120 billion a year in export value huge portion of our total oil and gas exportation is 350
00:47:16.800 billion out of our total exports of only two trillion oil and gas is a huge component of it
00:47:22.640 natural gas now lng is a massive component of that and cutter is right behind us so this tiny country
00:47:29.040 does swing uh way beyond its weight with massive influence in the middle east due to that monetization
00:47:34.800 revenue stream but you know in a massive negative sense further the fact that they they harbor the hamas
00:47:42.160 leadership in their country and they have for several years um yeah it does put them in a position
00:47:47.200 to be in the middle of these discussions about hostage releases and the continued activity with
00:47:52.400 with israel in uh attacking the sites that attacked them just just four weeks ago so what you're looking
00:48:00.400 at is here we're you know we're eschewing the abandonment of oil and gas production including natural gas
00:48:06.160 production this administration can't stand it can't stand pipelines can't stand offshore oil and gas
00:48:12.480 permits wants less natural gas produced and used here and here of course because it's used in most of the
00:48:19.680 rest of the world very actively even though the 13 countries that are heavy into managing co2 and and
00:48:27.120 cause global warming are promoting not to be interested in oil and gas of which 13 countries we are
00:48:33.280 unfortunately one uh the other 170 countries in the world know all about using oil coal gas nuclear
00:48:41.200 power to promote their economies so natural gas is going to be a huge element of the global economy
00:48:46.320 for the next for the next 50 years and especially as more of this wind and solar occur in western
00:48:52.240 europe and here because that stuff only works on average about 20 25 of the time natural gas is
00:48:59.760 essential for the rest of the time given that coal is out of favor so it's fundamentally important and
00:49:06.240 here we're we're proffering abandoning it also to let tiny nations like qatar have massive diplomatic
00:49:14.640 influence that we once enjoyed as a major global economic powerhouse so building on darren's comments
00:49:21.360 about infrastructure destruction in this country you know a consequence of this one on energy is a massive
00:49:26.960 reduction in our ability to be influential in in in the middle east and elsewhere in the world by
00:49:32.800 abandoning uh in the longer run critical fuels production and just curious to link this back to
00:49:41.200 i believe it was a wind project off the coast of new jersey that they've sort of called uh quits on um
00:49:47.840 but how the biden regime has just really pushed for energy policies even if you take the lng aspect out of
00:49:54.000 it from a global perspective but really has just fundamentally kneecapped american energy independence
00:50:00.080 if you want to drill into that story a little bit and then probably got to let you go well european
00:50:04.640 developer orsted has now canceled their participation in ocean wind one and two off southern new jersey which
00:50:10.960 were collectively going to be 3340 megawatts at a cost to build of about 11.8 billion dollars
00:50:18.720 they sought uh added subsidies from new jersey didn't they didn't get them sought added subsidies
00:50:25.280 from the federal government fortunately they didn't get them although in other projects such
00:50:30.080 as the one at sunrise wind up in long island they they appeared to be succeeding in getting subsidies
00:50:36.640 increased from biden's government from 30 now up to 40 percent to keep sunrise and the rhode island
00:50:43.760 uh project uh going that they have going but the one in new jersey the biggest single project in the
00:50:49.120 u.s for offshore wind is now off the books that's off the books because these projects operate 42 percent
00:50:55.600 of the time they don't operate 58 percent of the time at 11.8 billion this type of project is about
00:51:02.880 nine times more costly than building a combined cycle plant of exactly equivalent net capacity because
00:51:09.920 those plants run all of the time so you only need about a 1400 megawatt combined cycle plant to
00:51:15.440 generate that same equivalent but continuous base load duty power it would cost about a billion five
00:51:21.200 billion six to build one of those here this offshore wind at operational 42 percent of the time
00:51:27.600 of the same capacity is about 11.8 billion to build utterly senseless economically so that's driven
00:51:34.400 if you will into a ditch the inability to get more incentives and thank god had they got them pass
00:51:40.480 those costs along to the rest of us in the country not the rate payers in new jersey eating that that
00:51:46.160 it's been canceled by orsted so the as well the sunrise project in long island's in trouble the one off of
00:51:53.440 rhode island has been on the critical list looks like it might uh revolution wind about 800 megawatts
00:51:59.600 we're coming up against the end of show i'm sorry to cut you off but i know you talk about this more

00:52:19.680 not just to this radical green energy agenda but the radicals the incompetent radicals i'm sure
00:52:24.560 darren wants me to add that uh whether it's a dhs cissa you name it because the way that they
