Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 453： The Fall Of Governments

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.680 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.640 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just

00:00:24.560 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:29.320 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the

00:00:33.740 fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your

00:00:40.760 host stephen k bannon okay wednesday 17 january year of alert 2024 thank you for sticking around for the

00:00:48.840 second hour um of the war room this is where as you know we got a little different clock i can get into

00:00:54.080 topics in more detail uh the president's supposed to speak at seven o'clock he may or may not be

00:01:01.400 running late we're trying to get to all that um we got i want to get uh another arctic blaster out

00:01:08.060 the country massive snow out in the american redoubt i'm gonna go to davos here in a minute

00:01:13.440 with our own nor bin laden but i want to start with uh i want to start with uh joe reek joe once again i

00:01:20.160 just want to make sure everybody's got access to the generators everything you got up the in room

00:01:24.720 heating uh this blast is is affecting all the country i think nashville got a bunch more snow

00:01:30.960 it's just uh bitter cold the whole thing so where do people go yeah you got to go to mypatriotsupply.com

00:01:38.360 right now we have our generator 300 on sale right now we can save up to 50 now this is a unit that

00:02:02.360 cell phone up to 20 times with one charge units like the the solar generators units like the vesta

00:02:08.560 indoor space heater are critical especially right now when we have massive power outage we have this

00:02:15.000 cold front that's blasting americans in fact there's a few hundred thousand people right now without power

00:02:19.880 and these items are life saving you know we have the the world's first indoor self-powered space

00:02:26.940 heater sitting right behind me this vesta unit it can heat up a room to up to 72 degrees you know 200

00:02:32.560 square foot room so you get a couple of those for your home you can put them in there they're

00:02:36.720 completely safe it runs off of our six hour canned heat so you can have you know continuous heat

00:02:42.160 throughout the night and of course we still have our long-term emergency food with these icy roads it's very

00:02:48.200 difficult for some of these trucks to deliver food to the grocery store so you got to get prepared and

00:02:53.320 like you tell the war room posse steve preparation is key it's a lot better to get prepared before an

00:02:58.760 emergency than getting prepared during so right now take advantage of the special offers that we have

00:03:03.900 and if you if you don't know what to do or how to get started immerse yourself in the information as

00:04:41.760 that are going on in the world we are literally on the verge of world war three with the movements

00:04:46.580 by china with the movements by russia invading more of the ukraine there's even talks about them

00:04:51.800 invading germany you know the whole european nation is is on notice right now sweden's getting ready for

00:04:57.740 for war and and we saw the disruptions in the supply chain and we see and we can see how quickly

00:05:29.640 thank you sir joe all right thanks steve you guys be safe patriot supply number one company in the

00:05:34.720 space uh somebody we need a generator and heater for is nor bin laden nor give us your assessment

00:05:40.000 you're a couple of days into this uh you said something the audience just love today that

00:05:46.280 maga and trump are living rent free in our psychopathic uh overlords heads in davos tell us

00:05:54.140 about it yes absolutely as we discussed in the morning show earlier you know president trump is

00:06:01.440 very very much present here even though he is not physically here obviously um but also during the

00:06:08.480 morning show uh steve uh the focus was on the deconstruction of the administrative state

00:06:15.140 and i think it is so important to state that the focus of the davosian cult is the consolidation

00:06:23.320 of the administrative state as a gateway to the socialist state as a gateway to the communist state this

00:06:31.720 is what they are planning here in davos and i wanted to read to um the war room posse one short quote

00:06:38.880 by this man named dan smoot he published in 1962 a book which you can find as a pdf online entitled

00:06:46.940 the invisible government and he had this to say they are determined to convert this republic

00:06:54.800 into a socialist province of a one world socialist system and this is as i just said exactly what is

00:07:03.280 going on here in davos and that is why they hate president trump they hate maga they hate america first

00:07:12.400 because it is it is about remaining a sovereign republic and this is what they fear the most

00:07:20.660 nor as usual you've come up with something brilliant because it keeps saying here trump's a cult leader

00:07:28.520 this is a cult maga is a cult you just said the cult of davos what do you mean by that because davos man

00:07:35.260 is put up as that's the insider everybody in every investment bank every every business school every

00:07:42.300 and i mean throughout the world whether you're in india japan uh shanghai the united states whether

00:07:47.980 you're at harvard or sloan or anywhere your your ticket to the big leagues is the is to become davos man

00:07:53.800 to get invited be able to come here or come as a you know come as a uh as a viewer why do you call

00:07:58.860 it a cult i call it a cult because we are in the year 2024 but this plan dates back to way longer

00:08:09.880 than this from my research focusing um on the more modern history i would say it dates back to 1815 and

00:08:17.320 the congress of vienna uh and what happened in the 19th century in the 20th century and so it is a cult

00:08:23.800 because it's at its root an ideology and it's a plan that is intergenerational and we are seeing the

00:08:31.200 materialization of this plan today in 2024 because of the advent of technology and all the different

00:08:39.040 developments of the last 50 60 70 years there's been really an acceleration post world war ii um

00:08:47.360 the world in the state post world war ii the culmination has brought us to this point where

00:08:52.960 they are on the brink of realizing this one world government which they've been talking about

00:08:58.660 for generations and generations they've had different names for it they've just circled back

00:09:04.380 to the term new world order it's been uttered several times on different panels you know it

00:09:08.800 went to um global governance great reset build back better they have all these cash terms that were back

00:09:15.300 to one world order and they're they're openly talking about it and so this is not a conspiracy

00:09:21.220 because it's not hidden and it's never been hidden steve they've been talking about plans for

00:09:26.780 the centralization of power via these international institution for for ages and uh if i have if i have

00:09:36.140 a few minutes there's something else i would read i would like to read to the war room posse that is

00:09:41.240 really important um to show how captured the establishment of the united states um is and this

00:09:50.500 infiltration that has been taking place since your um since your um independence in 70 76 i'm just

00:09:57.460 going to take one um moment in time which is the year 1972 when the club of rome published their

00:10:06.100 seminal book the limits to growth in the aftermath of that book uh which i'm sure your audience will be

00:10:13.860 familiar with a lesser known thing happened which is in 1975 henry steel commager put out a statement

00:10:23.140 called a declaration of interdependence and i want to read one or two excerpts from this so-called

00:10:33.060 declaration of interdependence and then i'm going to tell you who signed it right because americans

00:10:40.100 need to understand that this has been going on for a really long time so part of the statement reads

00:10:46.500 two centuries ago our forefathers brought forth a new nation now we must join with others to bring

00:10:52.740 forth a new world order we affirm that the resources of the globe are finite not infinite that they are

00:11:00.020 the heritage of no one nation or generation but of all peoples nations and of prosperity that our deepest

00:11:06.820 obligation is to transmit to that prosperity a planet richer in material bounty and beauty and in

00:11:12.900 delight than we found it narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail that

00:11:21.140 obligation 32 senators and 92 representatives in 1975 signed this treasonous declaration of interdependence

00:11:33.140 and it was endorsed obviously by un agencies and just to wrap up on this topic of what happened at

00:11:40.020 that time you had one brave republican congresswoman marjorie halt from maryland she refused to sign 1.00

00:11:47.700 that declaration and she had this to say it calls for the surrender of our national sovereignty to

00:11:54.260 international organizations it declares that our economy should be regulated by international authorities

00:12:00.660 it proposes that we enter a new world order that would redistribute the wealth created by the american

00:12:09.780 people and steve don't tell me that this isn't exactly what's been happening for the past 50 60 70 plus

00:12:19.380 years the redistribution of the wealth of the american people no i wanted to say something henry steel

00:12:27.700 commanger was one of the uh foundational thinkers for american liberalism in the post-war order uh you

00:12:34.260 know very big uh proponent of adlai stevenson but uh what a lot of people don't remember is he was

00:12:40.260 vicious against mccarthy when mccarthy called out the communists in the state department that gave

00:12:44.980 uh gave china to mal seitan also you've hit on one of my favorite topics there nor as you normally do

00:12:51.380 and when you talked about the beginning of this was the congress of 1815 in vienna uh dr henry henry

00:12:57.540 henry kissinger's phd thesis at harvard was a work called a world restored uh the post-napoleonic order

00:13:05.700 that was put together by metronik castle ray and others uh to set up this kind of new world order which

00:13:11.460 he hoped to be a uh to get away from a basically the westphalian system ultimately to restore europe to

00:13:18.260 the united states of europe that was dr kissinger's phd thesis at harvard was publishing a book called

00:13:23.380 the world restored so your bang spot on on this uh before i let you go i know it's freezing cold

00:13:29.940 just um are they viewing trump coming back the return of trump and mega ascendant as a problem to

00:13:36.980 be dealt with i mean are they because you know disease x and and all the everything you've given

00:13:42.580 us over the last couple days and naomi wolf is saying hey when they're talking about disease x and

00:13:47.300 these other things misinformation they already have their battle plan right they're not bringing

00:13:52.100 these topics up for discussion that that's what they serve the public on the stages but they have

00:13:57.220 a uh are they looking at us and they looking at maga as a problem to be confronted oh 100 and that's

00:14:04.900 why i said yesterday that they're going to throw everything they can at us in 2024 to thwart

00:14:11.700 maga to thwart america first and as we're seeing with the insane lawfare going on to thwart president

00:14:18.020 trump and i would really like to urge the posse if they missed dr wolf's segment with you yesterday

00:14:24.660 to watch it because um dr wolf goes straight at the heart of the davos ideology which is eugenics and

00:14:34.980 make no mistake if you look at the history of all of these organizations you will find the biggest

00:14:41.460 proponents of eugenics and they've just rebranded it in a way because the term is so negatively

00:14:49.540 connoted and so they've had to rebrand it in a different way but it is very much a eugenics plan that

00:14:56.580 we're seeing right now and today's iteration of a um julian huxley or or of a george bernard shaw

00:15:04.260 is obviously bill gates who's been here um this week touting these new health innovations and we

00:15:11.700 saw as well earlier this week on monday uh it was announced by the bill and bill and melinda gates

00:15:17.220 foundation um that they were going to uh deploy their biggest annual budget yet to finance all these

00:15:23.860 things and um and bill gates also on record again touting um the necessity of controlling quote

00:15:33.780 population growth um so he's here this week and uh everything just ties together um steve and to

00:15:41.220 mention again henry kissinger we're here in davos in 2024 for the west the west is an offshoot of henry

00:15:49.540 kissinger's international seminar and klaus schwab was one of um henry kissinger's disciples

00:15:58.260 klaus schwab is on record saying that henry kissinger was his mentor and that they were very very close

00:16:03.380 so as i said it's intergenerally intergenerational and it goes back all the way to the congress of vienna at

00:16:11.140 least

00:16:19.540 your website sure uh my uh getter and x are norban laden uh substack norban laden dot substack dot com

00:16:29.140 and you can find more information about the web with this website i created with my friend nick

00:16:33.940 charuti called we and freedom dot com

00:16:39.780 norah thank you so much and you're such a hero for staying out there in the freezing cold and reporting to

00:16:43.780 us look forward to seeing you tomorrow anything for you guys in the war room posse always a pleasure

00:16:50.260 well you're you're fantastic a big hero what a what a what a warrior ben um ben ben harwin george is

00:16:57.780 from rome ben the british government's about to fall because of open borders we're gonna get to that in a

00:17:03.380 second because this is a and it's obviously a global problem of what they brought on give me your

00:17:09.860 assessment of the first couple of days of davos um well steve firstly uh good good evening to you

00:17:17.540 and i was interested what what nor was just saying about this being effectively a socialist plot um

00:17:25.300 i have to take a step back however in listening to that because as far as as i observe socialism is

00:17:31.620 basically it doesn't really if you want to see socialism in action look at the catholic church

00:17:36.260 um that you have real sort of almost communist real believers there in in the current battle

00:17:41.940 conjecture it doesn't really exist outside however in in the international state look if you if you

00:17:48.340 consider the united states right now um the top uh 80 percent of the um the top 20 percent of wealth

00:17:57.620 holders are 90 percent of the wealth um socialism is really about taking wealth from those who create

00:18:04.500 it and giving it to the poor nobody in power and i don't think anyone in in switzerland is particularly

00:18:09.780 interested in the state of the poor in the condition of the poor uh what they're interested in doing

00:18:15.300 is designing a system that those who who are above their political process can game for their own

00:18:22.340 benefit and that's what we see happening you saw you i know i think you saw um last week the the guardian

00:18:28.660 and a lot of the international press in fact came out with this study that said that the top five

00:18:33.300 wealth holders that i used to say the five richest people in the world doubled their wealth last

00:18:38.900 year this isn't um this isn't naturally this is obviously not a consequence of socialism it's a

00:18:44.980 it's a system and davos is instrumental here in gaming this system so that the rich get richer while

00:18:50.820 the poor get poor poor and that's not a consequence of free market capitalism obviously it's a it's a

00:18:56.740 problem with corrupt elites gaming the system davos the thing that i saw in the last few days that

00:19:02.820 really uh caught my attention we corresponded about this steve was this announcement and some people

00:19:08.740 i think were a little too quick to to say that basically that's it now the war is over so the

00:19:13.700 president of switzerland and the president of of ukraine and vladimir zelensky came up with a joint

00:19:20.580 conference press conference and they announced together that they were going to have a peace summit

00:19:26.260 and then you know as i say a lot of people hit social media saying right this is it the war is over

00:19:30.420 basically uh we can all go home very far from that because it was just an illusion of how these people

00:19:37.860 are manipulating the press to to push out a certain message the reality is very different the reality in

00:19:44.020 this situation is that what zelensky was interested in was not a peace conference let us say sitting down

00:19:50.420 at the table with russia and negotiating a ceasefire um because russia was explicitly ruled out from

00:19:56.660 participating in this conference so you can't have a peace conference between two warring factions when

00:20:02.180 one of the the the the parties is is not going to be there the peace that zelensky and uh switzerland

00:20:10.260 and of course all the international media were applauding was a piece on ukraine's terms that say

00:20:16.020 where the west would come in and give even more support to to ukraine than it's currently doing perhaps

00:20:22.340 taking a little bit of the slack uh that's being freed up now as the united states withdrawals from

00:20:28.580 this event um and eventually worked towards a piece on ukraine that of course wasn't in the headlines and

00:20:34.340 it was really sort of you had to read the press read to the bottom paragraphs to understand that it was

00:20:40.340 really just a a an an innumerable occasion of of the manipulation of the media by by the international 0.99

00:20:50.900 managers of events uh because they think you know steve as you would say this is how stupid they think we are 0.99

00:20:58.820 right now we're a senate and we're in their heads uh they still treat us like idiots i want to go to 0.99

00:21:03.540 something that i want to make sure the audience is following because it's just like brexit paralleled or 0.69

00:21:09.220 was the forerunner uh to the trump victory in november 16 breaks it happened in in june of 16

00:21:16.500 but we worked on it for years beforehand the british government may actually fall

00:21:22.020 the same time that we're trying to shut down the government here virtually on the same topic it's

00:21:26.660 different in a little bit but i want to make sure people understand that rishi sunak who last week i

00:21:31.220 think either went to ukraine or committed 2.5 billion more pounds that the british don't have right to to to

00:21:38.900 to the oligarchs in ukraine he's got a he's got a crisis of really invasion right it's it's it's

00:21:46.420 invasion this one i think a maritime invasion and it's going to cause the fall of his government

00:21:52.500 exactly like we got to shut down the government here over the invasion of the southern border it's

00:21:56.500 pretty stunning how both of them are coming up at the exact same time and it looks like the solution

00:22:01.220 is going to be and one a government actually potentially falls here a shutdown of the financing

00:22:06.100 of the government can you explain to the audience what's happening in the united kingdom

00:22:10.420 steve there are very strong parallels between the uk and the us right now if i can just interject with

00:22:15.060 a single a simple observation however a single observation it's difficult to express to other

00:22:20.740 nations how if you come from an island like like the uk is however how you have an island mentality um

00:22:29.700 and to some extent the current migration catastrophe facing the united kingdom right now

00:22:35.460 it hits us in the heart hits brits in the heart even more than what what what what you're seeing

00:22:41.540 when you're seeing people across the rio grande um on the southern border because we are an island

00:22:46.980 there is zero reason zero reason how people can be escaping illegally and entering illegally in into

00:22:55.460 the united kingdom unless the government is conniving um and allowing this to happen so this is sort of

00:23:02.660 really far more visceral i would suggest if it were possible and i know americans are are increasingly

00:23:09.380 without any patience whatsoever now steve here's the um here's the parallel between uk and and the us

00:23:16.740 in both cases you're dealing with the legislature where it has a rump of what the the mainstream media

00:23:22.180 will call that the right or the far right or whatever you want to call it but that basic that the

00:23:26.660 elements of of the right of the spectrum which isn't part of the union party sell out um increasingly

00:23:33.460 getting to the point now perhaps they've gone beyond the point where they are no longer interested in

00:23:37.620 compromising even with their own party leadership they are going to sort of they that they are sort of

00:23:43.300 even though they're numerically uh in in a minority they are now in in a situation where they are not

00:23:50.180 compromising and they are insisting and if the government falls in the united kingdom or if the speaker

00:23:56.980 is subject to a motion to vacate one after another this is where these people are because they are

00:24:02.580 directly listening to and representing their constituents this is not like the majority of

00:24:08.260 the union party where they basically think it's their life's mission to tell the people what the elites are

00:24:13.540 going to give them for their own good these are people who are listening to the to the people and

00:24:18.420 feeding that back up into the legislative process with regards to the uk that there's this

00:24:23.540 situation here with with the immigration and and the government's inability to deal with it um

00:24:30.020 specifically there's a piece of legislation going through they had the amendments i think yesterday

00:24:34.260 and the final votes taking place this evening to do with moving people who who've um shipping people

00:24:39.940 who've entered the country illegally out to rwanda to have their uh post their asylum post asylum

00:24:46.340 applications processed whilst they're there in east africa and of course the european convention of

00:24:51.940 human rights um keeps stepping in and blocking this so you have a rump of 60 conservative members

00:24:59.300 of parliament and they're saying look this isn't good enough the the the they they tried to table

00:25:05.140 amendments yesterday which were voted down because they didn't have rishi sunak's um approval and they're

00:25:11.540 saying basically all we're doing is setting ourselves up for future defeat with regards to the european

00:25:16.820 courts and people aren't they're at the point where they're not going to accept this why is this so

00:25:21.940 important steve because right now and i flagged this up and on our newest special for me the biggest

00:25:27.620 international story uh that took place in the end of 2023 and and uh and tipped over into 2024 i flagged

00:25:36.420 this up was going to be the death you remember steve we discussed this i said if nigel farage sort of

00:25:42.820 rejoins this reform uk political party um that it would be difficult to see that the toy party could

00:25:49.620 ever form a government again i remember the conversation we had on air yes um yes three weeks

00:25:54.340 later steve three weeks later steve that the uk press is now picking this up they had a poll that

00:26:00.740 came out in the sundays in the in the sunday times last sunday and in that poll lord frost who's

00:26:06.020 quite close by the way by the way open brackets to boris johnson had commissioned tory pair tory

00:26:11.300 member of house of lords commissioned a poll on and this poll in lord uh frost's own words indicated

00:26:17.700 that toy party was heading towards and i quote an extinction event at the next general election

00:26:24.260 um now i phoned the toy party i found their first office on monday and i asked them

00:32:53.140 we'll be all over this and giving commentary uh the poll out today as i talked about in the five

00:32:58.260 o'clock hour from nbc news president trump at 50 percent uh nikki haley uh the neocon nikki at 34

00:33:07.140 and uh de santos who should drop out immediately at five percent and so uh we've been telling

00:33:58.020 understand this de-dollarization movement particularly among our allies quote unquote

00:34:02.820 allies like in the uae saudi arabia that are trying to get off petrodollars and actually do uh

00:34:07.780 transactions in uh with the ccp long-term output deals with oil in yuan uh that to the detriment of

00:34:15.220 the united states so make sure you go talk to them about what's going to de-dollarization and read

00:34:20.020 get for free the end of the dollar empire we go through from the founding of the nation

00:34:25.220 all the way up to these fights on capitol hill over a budget about currency and about how important

00:34:30.100 it was uh for us to have the prime reserve currency hey if you didn't think it's important

00:34:34.820 look at the history of the united kingdom and particularly when the pound stopped being the

00:34:38.580 reserve currency um they've had some pretty grim couple of decades there uh but i want to go back

00:34:45.300 because this is so this this situation with the invasion of the camp of the saints the invasions

00:34:52.180 and i realize that's a controversial book and it has some very ugly parts to it but its overall thesis

00:34:58.180 is one that should not be lost on people about the elites inability to protect the sovereignty of their

00:35:03.540 own nations uh this book was written back in the 70s and a guy was sitting on a beach in can

00:35:08.820 i think during the film festival and came up with the idea but we can you know you mentioned about

00:35:14.500 nigel but i just want to make sure people understand that this vote that's taking place

00:35:18.260 today and they may have another reading tomorrow whatever the british government actually the tories

00:35:23.700 may actually is there a possibility because you're having guys punching out of the party i mean it's

00:35:27.860 vicious it's as vicious there as it is here can the uk government actually fall you think they'll

00:35:33.860 do you think they'll avoid that over this and explain to people what they're trying to do they're

00:35:37.700 talking about sending folks back uh they're trying to invade their country from the sea correct i would say 1.00

00:35:44.260 the government can't fall on this issue on this vote uh because it's not a confidence vote and in any

00:35:51.700 case the government would have the numbers i think if it were a confidence vote to to pass the bill

00:35:57.700 but that doesn't mean that mishi sunak the prime minister won't say you know i've had enough i don't

00:36:04.340 want to see this my government's stretched out and humiliated like john major's government did

00:36:10.340 um uh before it was absolutely annihilated in on may the 1st 1997 he might say because he's a young

00:36:17.300 guy rishi he's rich his wife's very rich um he's he can potentially think of a future for himself

00:36:23.300 outside of politics some people speculated he will he'll go to google like the the former um deputy

00:36:29.060 prime minister sunnick clegg uh went to meta and is i think number two now so so so he has a potential

00:36:35.060 future he doesn't necessarily want to see himself humiliated by losing votes and losing amendments

00:36:40.340 night day after day so potentially he could he could quit yeah and uh not i i didn't say quit

00:36:46.420 his prime minister he might say okay we'll go for a general election now um i do want to say steve in

00:36:52.180 in the background to all of what's going on and you had two deputy chairman of the toy party

00:36:57.460 parliamentary uh uh mps who resigned today uh because um because they voted uh for these amendments

00:37:05.540 against the will of the the the the party leadership i will say this that in the background to this if

00:37:13.060 you're looking at all of the little pockets of resistance and opposition against uh rishi sunak and

00:37:18.660 the toy party parliamentary leadership there does seem to be a certain person there um pulling the

00:37:24.420 strings uh who seems to be connected in one way or another to to all of the most high profile dissent

00:37:30.660 and that person and this is a conversation for another day um is boris johnson and he almost

00:37:36.660 certainly would be thinking about a return to politics a trump-like return uh to to the premier

00:37:44.260 office of the state as of course steve i'm just saying this i'm just saying this when he resigned i i do

00:37:50.020 recall saying that that boris johnson was not going anywhere um with in terms of his political

00:37:55.540 ambitions he definitely uh is there trying to make this as hard for rishi sunak as possible and one of

00:38:02.500 the things one of the strategies here that the dissenters are trying to do because they know the

00:38:07.060 party is going to get annihilated and i i bring up that quote again again from lord frost is facing an

00:38:13.220 extinction event one of the things that the dissenters are trying to do state is pin the failure

00:38:20.020 squarely on rishi sunak and his uni party colleagues they want you know if the party's going to go

00:38:26.100 down at the next general election they want this they want him to go down on the back of failing to

00:38:31.860 having done something about immigration so that's part of the larger uh strategy of of the background

00:38:39.220 there but don't ever uh and i said this to the war impossible don't ever take your eyes off of boris

00:38:44.420 johnson with all that's going on right now he's certainly there let me let me let me let me uh

00:38:52.020 pivot back to something that is very relevant to this audience as we get involved and make these calls

00:38:57.140 about the funding of the u.s government um the uh this peace conference is just give me a sense of where

00:39:05.300 zelinski is and and getting the europeans to have a united front about ukraine because here i can tell

00:39:11.860 you and they don't even want to bring it up it is adamant that not just maga but i think now the

00:39:17.700 entire republic republican electorate except for the hardcore neocons just we don't have the money

00:39:24.500 they don't want to talk about the supplemental there's no interest i mean they're trying to

00:39:27.940 hold our border hostage uh in the invasion you know hostage here for us to react but there's no

00:39:34.500 appetite here whatsoever for any more money in ukraine except for these except for the the radical um you

00:39:40.980 know anti-putin crowd over in the democratic party right who have made him like uh a demon um and

00:39:47.380 they're doing that for cultural and social reasons not nothing to do with the uh the national security

00:39:52.420 aspect of it but is is is because he's not welcome like a hero at davis anymore is it is his time over

00:40:00.020 is this cause of ukraine uh over the people generally want to have a real peace conference a real

00:40:06.020 negotiation are we just still in the middle of this thing the the people definitely you know

00:40:11.140 the european peoples definitely want to see that i would suggest clear majority there's been a majority

00:40:17.380 in favor in italy um against uh supporting uh zelinski i i think for the last 18 months uh

00:40:26.420 italy's in italy's sort of i i think at the vanguard of that the the european elites the the elites that

00:40:32.260 run the political parties are are lagging somewhat and i have to say i'm detecting here the presence

00:40:38.020 of the united states sort of rallying and nudging the european countries along in support in their

00:40:45.620 support of zelinski from the war room's perspective you know there's probably a little wrong with that

00:40:52.660 and because americans have wanted for some time to see europe taking the slack a little bit more

00:40:58.980 and that's what europe seems seems to be doing um i noticed that this morning so i saw something in

00:41:04.260 the financial times that germany the german chancellor um olaf schultz had pledged some three three point two

00:41:12.580 three uh billion euros to zelinski in financial and military support and interestingly steve this was

00:41:19.700 immediately criticized by of all people the the european commissioner i think for competition um saying you

00:41:26.500 know this is outrageous that germany is giving this support unilaterally to zelinski he ought to be

00:41:31.620 giving it to the european union so we can disperse it by our own mechanisms um so obviously you can see

00:41:40.020 that there's a tension here that the european union is trying to use the war in ukraine as an opportunity

00:41:46.580 as for a power grab for its own power over member states and you can see that the member states are

00:41:52.100 cottoning on to this and trying to resist so whereas to answer your question in a roundabout way

00:41:57.780 there there is a movement in europe now i think they're starting to bizarrely because the peoples

00:42:03.300 are moving getting less and less patient um but the european uh leaders are starting moving ever so

00:42:09.940 slightly closer to zelinski and giving him a little bit more support now as america retreats um but

00:42:15.860 interestingly the the back uh the background to this is that i think rather cynically the european

00:42:22.100 union now is using this as an opportunity for not just self-aggrandizement but for it's a straight

00:42:28.660 up paragraph over the sovereignty of member states so that i think is certainly a dynamic that we'll

00:42:35.300 want to be watching on on the war room ben uh before we go uh closing comments observations on

00:42:43.220 maga living rent free in the uh in the heads of the guys in davos um how how knowing that we're

00:42:51.620 ascending here politically and they see it throughout the rest of the world what could our audience look

00:42:56.660 for of as far as these demons go of trying to thwart uh maga sir well you know you know out of out of

00:43:05.700 um not just out of davos uh out of davos but not only out of davos also out of the european union

00:43:12.260 there have been a number of articles there the last seven or ten days of people on the left of

00:43:16.580 the political spectrum saying that trump is going to return and we're going to have to work with him

00:43:21.220 um so but the background to that is that it's not just a case that donald trump um is returning and

00:43:27.940 and this reality is is now sort of uh firmly uh recognized by the the european elite the european

00:43:35.780 elites also they're not just seeing donald trump they're seeing a wider movement here you know and

00:43:41.220 we've flagged this up before on the show and i think we're going to do a special at some point

00:43:44.660 this is the the rise they see this they lump it all together with what they're calling the rise of the

00:43:50.420 far right which they're terrified about especially in the european you know elections in june and how

00:43:56.420 everything i've just said steve on the show today teased together the reason that the far right to

00:44:02.340 use to use the mainstream media's turn that the reason why they're fearing the the the rise of the

00:44:08.180 non-establishment right is because of this situation to do with immigration so it's all over peace

00:44:14.180 um and i just close with this steve um there was an article in in today's uh guardian which uh had a

00:44:22.180 um an austrian think tank uh saying that immigration is going to rise in 20 it's going to be higher in

00:44:28.980 2024 than it was in 2023 this is that the four excuse me the five yearly uh mandate for the european

00:44:36.900 parliament taking place right slap bang in the middle of that so this is what's what's creating davos

00:44:42.660 really sort of that their paranoia is that and you know this has been a recurrent theme for davos is that

00:44:49.060 that their power over the control of the of the popular imagination right around the world is

00:44:55.060 slipping out of their grasp um and yet they still don't want to do anything about the underlying uh

00:45:01.060 cause of this in the united states and again here in europe there's always this issue which is oh

00:45:06.420 another article in the guardian today said that that immigration was becoming the number one issue

00:45:11.060 right across the european union so you have this immigration issue i've said it before on the show this

00:45:15.780 is the number one existential issue facing the european union it means that the the the non-establishment

00:45:21.380 political parties are going to be drawing a strength in europe as indeed is the magma movement in um in

00:45:27.460 america just just like brexit was the forerunner and set the predicate for the 2016 the june brexit vote

00:45:35.460 that got england's sovereignty back was a predicate for trump's 2016 vote the european parliament vote that i

00:45:41.620 think takes place in june once again god works in mysterious ways will be the predicate for 2024 ben
