Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 454： Trajectory Of The Supreme Court And Trump

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:10.520 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:17.500 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just

00:00:23.420 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:28.160 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:32.440 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:39.500 your host Stephen K Bannon and tonight I'm also making another promise to protect Americans from

00:00:46.120 government tyranny as your president I will never allow the creation of a central bank digital

00:00:52.220 currency you know I didn't know you know so much I'm very well New Hampshire very smart people

00:01:00.660 very uh very current you know what they're doing such a currency would give a federal

00:01:06.200 government our federal government the absolute control over your money they could take your

00:01:10.880 money you wouldn't you wouldn't even know it was gone this would be a dangerous threat to freedom and

00:01:16.300 I will stop it from coming to America there's the 18 uh January year of 2024 just two days from the

00:01:26.320 third anniversary of President Trump winning uh for his second time having stolen from him and leaving

00:01:30.580 Washington DC we have a special uh on Saturday about that about the three years what's taking place

00:01:37.180 from then to now and the one year we've got to sprint to the uh to the finish line Philip Patrick's

00:01:42.460 joining for the second hour here Philip thanks for hanging around before I get to the one of the key

00:01:46.600 things that you and I hammer all the time the central bank digital currency you saw President

00:01:50.520 Trump was taken back by the knowledge of the war room posse up there trust me President Trump folks

00:01:56.080 know about this they're on and they got your back I want to go back I just heard that uh from you know

00:02:03.180 leadership and whipping this this vote was whipped they were telling people hey we have to have a

00:02:08.900 show of force we have to be united to to kick the can down the road that the the far right flank or the

00:02:15.140 or the the deplorables the hobbits the war room posse they're all up in arms they got the pitchforks out so

00:02:20.640 we have to have a show of force and they told guys there's going to be 15 to 20 max defections

00:02:26.900 there were 108 uh I think Johnson I'm hearing I I made a couple of uh contacts in the break

00:02:34.960 I think Johnson there's there's a move behind the scenes to hey we got a motion to vacate and I

00:02:39.720 gotta tell you March is his deadline but I think it's going to happen before then what are your

00:02:43.640 what are your thoughts uh Philip yeah I agree I think there's pressure building up on Johnson and

00:02:48.680 ultimately I think he he should vacate right he was supposed to be the guy to draw a line in the sand

00:02:53.700 as I said before he didn't do it and that's that now I want to clarify a point if I may Steve

00:02:59.760 when I mentioned Chip Roy before we're not endorsing Chip Roy as speaker of the house right

00:03:05.080 I said something very clearly I said Chip Roy couldn't have summarized it any better right

00:03:10.400 that's not backing him as speaker that doesn't mean DeSantis has my vote I thought he explained

00:03:15.720 the situation very well right what I'm not going to do is sort of stoop to ad hominem attacks because

00:03:21.540 I believe people can be right on some issues and not on others but the parts of that I was screaming at

00:03:28.140 the television and particularly when we talk about the budget because the budget does matter

00:03:33.440 it really matters and this sort of attitude of hey look over the next 10 months there's not really

00:03:39.460 going to be any change so it's not a priority that for me is the problem that's the exact problem that

00:03:44.860 Congress has right now and it's how we got to where we are today look you don't get to 34 trillion

00:03:50.680 dollars in debt overnight and sorry to rant Steve but when you made the point look we've got to give

00:03:56.780 Trump the guy has a very very tough job in 24 we need to give him all of the tools that we can

00:04:03.960 and that is why curbing spending today so let's go through that no Chip Roy here's it look and and

00:04:12.040 I'm very just I know Chip uh I I don't we're not close friends but we're colleagues I have tremendous

00:04:17.940 respect for him um and remember he's a huge cruise guy used to be chief of staff for cruise so he wasn't

00:04:22.600 with us in 15 or so I went through all this a bright bar with all these guys so they're all

00:04:26.040 cruise guys I don't agree and I think they made a fundamental mistake backing Ron DeSantis and I

00:04:31.920 told him look I know that you like DeSantis is kind of a more muscular version of Ted Cruz but he's not

00:04:39.040 going to be president United States and right now we need to get Trump back in Trump won the second

00:04:42.880 time he's the only guy that can do this right now and so and what I was trying to tell Seb

00:04:47.480 they're not a lot of big thinkers on the budget over in that place there's actually very few guys

00:04:54.200 that understand the math the real math and that's why you got Russ voter from OMB Chip Roy and that's

00:04:59.100 why Chip that's why he rolled Chip out today and remember Chip got 108 votes on that Bob Good's another

00:05:05.020 guy Bob Good has been a leader in this fight and he's been he's quite frankly uh been less than

00:05:10.440 optimal on President Trump and backing DeSantis particularly DeSantis out of the race they should

00:05:14.700 come and endorse President Trump the one thing I do disagree and that's why I took the bet I'm not

00:05:18.980 really a betting guy but I took the bet President Trump think about it I gave the speech in Pinehurst

00:05:24.000 about it's been about two months ago maybe three months ago now I said on on uh the day of President

00:05:30.120 Trump's second inauguration basically a year from Saturday there's going to be let's leave the wars

00:05:37.080 and those things aside there's going to be two immediate crises he has to deal with one there's going to

00:05:42.780 be at least and and he said 40 yes there's 40 million illegal aliens in the country but I'm 0.96

00:05:46.700 talking about the 10 to 12 that came in on the invasion under the Biden watch and are here just

00:05:51.600 wandering around he's going to have to deal with the ceiling of the border and and the deportation

00:05:57.980 mass deportations he says that this is the biggest mass deportation uh problem in history and he's going

00:06:04.200 to have I think 37 trillion dollars face amount of debt on the books the tax his tax things reverting

00:06:10.160 back he's got and the fact that we're going to be a den at about a three and a half dollars of

00:06:14.640 interest President Trump is going to have a Great Depression type crisis at the same time we have an

00:06:20.380 invasion crisis to deal with if we don't start taking care of those problems and this is what

00:06:24.260 infuriates me about Johnson when infuriates me about Johnson they keep saying we only had control

00:06:29.240 one-fifth of one-ninth of one-tenth percent of the government and we have to wait till President

00:06:33.780 Trump gets in here to take care of the border no we have to use every ounce of leverage we have and

00:06:38.120 we're going to lead this fight look we got 108 votes a day I heard because they had some absentees

00:06:42.860 they only got 107 all right so we got we got to figure this out but we're picking up momentum on

00:06:48.040 this thing and I am never going to back off this we if we do not number one priority right now is

00:06:53.360 this financial crisis and the invasion I mean their industry could be linked before I let you go

00:06:58.040 President Trump said something last night on the central bank digital currency and this is the the the

00:07:03.540 and the Chinese are buying more gold than ever as their economy collapses but the BRICS nations

00:07:07.700 the leaders in the d dollars d dollarization effort are buying gold at record rates uh the the Federal

00:07:15.020 Reserve besides printing more and more fiat currency are uh are are uh focus on the central bank digital

00:07:23.320 currency how can that be in a time clearly when you've got to look to precious metals why is the Federal

00:07:28.900 Reserve so focused on and President Trump threw down hard yesterday says it will never happen on

00:07:34.340 his watch yeah and I think that's so important look at this is just government you know the the

00:07:40.120 democratic government overreaching there they are desperately looking for more control right a central

00:07:47.160 bank digital currency that they can control allows visibility on all of our transactions and it can go way

00:07:53.620 beyond that right look at China social credit scores right the government having the ability to remove

00:07:58.840 money from your account the whole premise is a frightening one and it's a distraction at the

00:08:04.160 end of the day it should not be the focus like you said we've got a world right now who's running from

00:08:09.660 the dollar running from the dollar demand for the dollar is waning at a time whether you know the US

00:08:15.140 is is creating huge supply and the focus now is to gain more control to to squeeze through some more tax

00:08:21.900 dollars it doesn't make any sense and I'm very glad President Trump put his foot down because I think that

00:08:27.980 would be a very bad move for the American people

00:08:30.560 last thing and this was you know Jamie Dimon came out was saying how great MAGA was you know and people

00:08:38.240 say Jamie Dimon is thinking of running for president in 2028 so he's kind of go populist over in Davos

00:08:42.520 but he said something that kind of shocked me he goes you know he's on CNBC he says you know a quantitative

00:08:49.420 tightening quantitative easing we still don't really know how that works right this guy's the chairman and

00:08:55.240 CEO JP Morgan he's been a banker since he was 19 years old he was Sandy Wiles bag man this guy's a

00:09:02.520 hammer what what was he signaling to us that he doesn't actually we that we collectively don't

00:09:08.280 really know how quantitative tightening and quantitative easing work look it's look it's certainly new

00:09:14.540 territory for us in the US we have never increased the money supply at the level that we have but

00:09:19.100 for Jamie Dimon to to say that what does that say about our Federal Reserve bankers I think we're

00:09:25.060 swimming at least for us in the US in in new territory but I look all we have to do is look

00:09:31.520 back in history there are some very important lessons I know you are a big student of history

00:09:36.080 Steve and I think it's all we have to do to understand what's in front of us so to go back

00:09:41.160 to what we always say the next 10 months are going to be very very important we got to tighten the belt

00:09:46.240 buckets and we got to get some characters in Washington that can really make some change I

00:09:50.840 don't see them today but I'm hoping they emerge

00:09:53.620 Philip Patrick I keep getting feedback from our audience they love talking to you guys they love

00:10:00.420 being having birch gold as as their partner where do they go it's a birchgold.com slash bannon but

00:10:06.700 how do they get to you it's really simple it's at Philip Patrick on getter at Philip Patrick on getter

00:10:13.600 thank you Steve for having me as always by the way thank thank you brother love uh love birchgold

00:10:19.100 thank you sir birchgold.com slash bannon make sure you go check it to you think the turbulence is big

00:10:24.040 now first off it's a firestorm over in the house they're all yelling at each other giving this vote

00:10:28.660 given 108 no's and 107 yeses it's not exactly how Johnson thought it was going to go he thought he's

00:10:34.180 going to have 15 guys bail and at least a phonic bail not a good sign when your third most powerful

00:10:39.520 person bails on you the one that's riding shotgun with Trump Mike Davis uh Seb just said hey we got

00:10:46.680 to take down the deep state that's the number one priority I say it's got to be the financial crisis

00:10:51.240 but I have a lot of respect for for for Seb uh the ability for us to do it and you had Kevin Roberts

00:10:57.760 by the way Kevin Roberts uh that panel discussion Davos is all over the internet it's going viral

00:11:02.440 Roberts really stood up he talks about the way we're going to do it through the administration

00:11:07.440 through project 2025 through taking apart brick by brick our people etc however the the you must

00:11:14.500 lead on this with the courts and this is why Gorsuch is not simply on the supreme court but I

00:11:20.540 think in his generation is considered the leading legal intellect on this and his writings on this

00:11:26.520 have been very powerful uh how did you think yesterday when it was three hours it was intense

00:11:31.440 you know Gorsuch's better than anybody CNN led with it last night huge story this morning

00:11:37.160 how do you think it played out yesterday in in our first kind of real shot across the bow and

00:11:42.640 getting the administrative state brought to heel I think the hearing went very well for people

00:11:49.300 on the constitutional side of the argument who understand that the federal government is a behemoth

00:11:56.820 that's been uh grabbing power for far too long and the only way we're going to drain the swamp is

00:12:04.140 through the judiciary the political branches like congress and the white house the executive

00:12:08.960 branch they're not going to drain the swamp they are the swamp monsters hold it hang on slow down

00:12:14.440 slow hang on slow down slow down this is super important this which says even with the a team

00:12:22.360 that's focused on the deconstruction administrative state even with people like the mike davises and people

00:12:27.380 like that in the administration go hit the rewind because I want to make sure people have a reality check

00:12:32.300 here and understand why this is so important and understand people that run this country the people

00:12:38.740 on wall street and silicon others were watching they were listening to all three hours of that yesterday

00:12:43.400 intensely hit hit the rewind it's only the courts eventually to drain the swamp which I think is too

00:12:50.180 cute to term sometimes but to to get the break the back of the cartel it's going to have to come

00:12:55.820 through the courts correct that's absolutely right remember there are over two million people who work

00:13:03.180 for the executive branch and there are like what twenty five hundred political appointees

00:13:09.440 so one one in every thousand so these political appointees who the president sends into these executive

00:13:16.600 branch agencies to run the executive branch on behalf of the duly elected president of the united states

00:13:23.400 are outnumbered over a thousand to one do we really think that we're going to drain the swamp

00:13:28.140 uh when we're there when we are that outmanned and outgunned by the career bureaucrats in the

00:13:34.000 administrative state the only way we're actually going to drain the swamp is through the federal

00:13:40.300 judiciary when the federal judiciary looks at the constitution and says wait more than 90 years ago

00:13:48.300 with fdr when he threatened to pack the supreme court the switch in time that say save nine we have

00:13:54.880 a supreme court that has allowed this executive branch this federal government to grab way too much

00:14:01.040 power and get way out of control our constitution is a loan agreement between we the people and our

00:14:06.720 governments the federal government and the state governments and we give them specific separated

00:14:12.980 and enumerated powers in exchange they're supposed to protect our liberties we give limited powers to

00:14:19.300 the federal government and what powers the federal government doesn't have belongs to the states and

00:14:23.940 we the people right and the powers that we do give to the federal government are divided between

00:14:29.020 the president and his executive branch congress our duly elected members of congress and the federal

00:14:35.040 judiciary congress is supposed to write the laws the president's supposed to enforce and execute the laws the

00:14:40.280 judiciary is supposed to decide cases and controversy to decide disputes and somehow over the last 90

00:14:47.220 plus years these unelected bureaucrats in the in the executive branch this administrative administrative

00:14:53.340 state they have grabbed all the power of the of the government both federal government and state

00:14:59.560 governments and they've consolidated executive power judicial power and legislative power in these

00:15:05.400 unelected bureaucrats called the administrative state unless the federal judiciary starts breaking 0.98

00:15:11.380 apart that power that concentrated power that would make our founding fathers gasp how how we give

00:15:18.080 that much power to the tony fauci's of the world until that starts happening we're not going to fix this

00:15:22.940 problem we're not going to fix it through the executive branch we can help it through the executive

00:15:26.840 branch but we're not going to fix it and this is going to be a 40-year project of gorsuch and the

00:15:32.980 supreme court is getting rid of federal power and returning it back to where it belongs with the

00:15:38.000 states and we the people wow 40-year project i want to throw in there too there's 2.2 million i think

00:15:46.740 federal employees there's another couple of million in the military in the military apparatus but there's

00:15:51.720 18 there's 16 to 18 million consultants because they know they do these they have every one of these

00:15:56.800 groups so it's really you're it's it's 3 000 non-senate confirmed versus essentially 18 million

00:16:03.740 20 million it's not a fair fight when you talk about the vast scale don't trump has got a plan

00:16:10.580 and robertson's guys they're going to come in and they're going to be hitting and they're going to be

00:16:13.260 doing what you can do with executive orders and other things and eventually get legislation

00:16:16.600 but the courts this is why gorsuch was selected it's the deconstruction of the administrative state

00:16:21.780 that's why he's his written opinions i mean this guy is brilliant and he's a leader and you can see

00:16:26.960 the leadership he took yesterday in the hearings and maybe we ought to get a some some sort of a

00:16:32.000 short thing in summary i know you've got a lot to talk about in georgia other things but i want to

00:16:36.900 play today the president was at melania's mom's funeral so he was not in court boris can we play

00:16:42.640 boris boris actually came to the sticks afterwards i'd like you to hear that mike in a pint of this let's

00:16:47.280 go and play boris at the at the sticks they found that that dress didn't even exist in the year

00:16:53.180 that eugene carroll claimed that the alleged incident happened she said this is the dress i

00:16:57.820 wore in 1994 they went back they checked the dress wasn't even made in 1994 and that's why the data's

00:17:03.460 moved around this is the 80s is the 90s is the 2000s president trump has consistently stated that he

00:17:10.380 was falsely accused and he has the right to defend himself and moving forward remember on that dress

00:17:16.680 the plaintiffs repeatedly repeatedly tried to blackmail president trump with a monica lewinski

00:17:22.560 type story on the dress saying there was any connection once it was clear there was no

00:17:27.060 connection because this incident never occurred they begged the judge to not let the dress in and

00:17:31.580 of course the judge went along with that do not also forget do not forget that the plaintiff admitted

00:17:37.040 to deleting and destroying mountains and mountains of evidence under subpoena that is a crime that is

00:17:43.460 illegal that taints this whole case in the first gen trial and then the question about the gun is it

00:17:49.340 a revolver is it a rifle but we know there was no license overall this whole sham this whole crooked

00:17:55.720 joe biden driven election interference has been discredited it should be ended and all the hoaxes

00:18:01.620 are falling apart like the rotten rotten house of cards that they are of course is your client still

00:18:07.780 plan to testify on monday i'm not going to speak to the president's plans the president was with his

00:18:12.180 family today had a wonderful memorial a funeral for his beloved mother-in-law it was a it was a

00:18:16.480 wonderful day for their family and now the president will be on to to new hampshire where he's going to

00:18:22.060 dominate just like he dominated i don't know i don't know what you're talking about i don't know

00:18:33.800 what you're talking about but boris epstein

00:18:37.900 this whole thing's so unprecedented mike you got to help me out here i'm not a lawyer um this is a

00:18:50.120 federal court um i've never seen a judge act like this in any trial i've ever followed help me out

00:18:56.340 here on this defamation i mean boris is having to go out and put out you know basic information

00:19:00.560 to the press because they're not allowed it in court uh walk me through that and then i want to talk

00:19:05.620 about georgia smith and some other things but tell me give me your your perceptions of what's

00:19:10.580 happening this new york defamation case this is part of the democrats lawfare and election

00:19:16.040 interference the two bogus impeachments the four bogus indictments for non-crimes the illegal gag

00:19:22.040 orders the trying to bankrupt fraud uh bankrupt trump for not fraud uh the trump organization

00:19:29.560 and trump for not fraud the hail mary of trying to just take them off the ballot you have these

00:19:34.380 civil lawsuits being filed by gene carroll she's the christine blasey ford of this lawfare she doesn't 0.81

00:19:41.240 remember how she got there she doesn't remember how she got home she doesn't remember anything she's

00:19:46.520 bat shit crazy but she remembers it was donald trump i mean it's just this is insane what they're doing 0.92

00:19:53.540 to president trump and this is going to get me in trouble but i'm going to say it anyway look at 0.98

00:19:57.760 melania and look at gene carroll do you think president trump is trying to go after gene carroll give 0.98

00:20:03.820 us a damn break this woman is nuts okay you're right that is going to get you in trouble but hey 1.00

00:20:11.560 baby you're on the war room why not in the six o'clock hour yeah davis that will get you in trouble but hey 0.99

00:20:17.480 you went there um i don't so you agree with me that i i've got many relatives in my family that are like

00:20:26.160 you brother um you agree that this thing's over the top and and it's it's uh it's it's almost

00:20:33.100 and and this was disturbing is in a federal court it's almost as crazy as the judge who's taking his

00:20:40.460 business from it and you know that's going to come in at a 500 million dollar fine in the next couple

00:20:44.820 weeks right that that guy is is is crazed but i thought if you got to a federal court it'd at least be

00:20:50.900 a little more sensible now julie kelly's been following the j6 and she says these guys are all

00:20:54.900 moscow show child judges is that's what's happened to the federal judiciary under biden and obama

00:21:00.060 yes absolutely they got rid of the 60 vote threshold for these lower court judges under obama so you put

00:21:08.260 these whack job left-wing activists on the courts especially in places like new york dc and california

00:21:15.720 this judge couldn't even give president trump a day to go to his mother-in-law's funeral he couldn't

00:21:22.200 stop the trial for one day so president trump can go to his mother mother-in-law trial's funeral you

00:21:27.320 have this manhattan judge arthur ingeron in the fraud case who decided democrat activist with a democrat

00:21:33.400 activist law clerk sitting on the bench with him bizarrely he decided that trump committed fraud

00:21:39.940 before the trial even began before any witnesses before any other evidence just said that somehow trump

00:21:46.680 committed fraud you have dc obama judge tanya shudkin trying to railroad president trump down in dc on this

00:21:54.580 bogus january 6th trial this is lawfare by these democrats prosecutors these democrat plaintiffs these

00:22:02.400 democrat judges and these democrat hellholes like dc new york and atlanta and it's backfiring the american 0.98

00:22:10.840 people see right through this crap and they're putting president trump back in the white house 0.99

00:22:17.120 on november 5th 2024 and it's causing these democrats to lose their minds republicans need to stop being 0.97

00:22:26.180 weak i've been fighting this with you bannon this lawfare and election interference for almost 18 months

00:22:32.200 since the bogus mar-a-lago raid when all the other republicans ran and hid under their desks in the

00:22:38.180 fetal position it's time for republicans to start fighting back politically and legally immediately

00:22:44.940 well let's talk about that let's go to georgia what's happening somebody tell me wade you know

00:22:51.760 this means with the white house the judge is not going to look what's the status of the situation down

00:22:56.340 there and why are kemp and the attorney general now get involved this is an embarrassment for the state

00:23:00.540 of georgia so what so give me an update on what's going on well i would say kemp and chris car

00:23:07.040 georgia governor brian kemp and georgia attorney general chris car are like too many other southern 0.91

00:23:14.040 white male republican politicians total cowards and what they need to do is wake up here we have this 0.97

00:23:20.000 democrat fulton county da fanny willis who allegedly illegally hired her secret boyfriend who's a total 0.99

00:23:28.460 buffoon who's not qualified who's never tried a felony case in his life and she paid him over six 0.68

00:23:35.280 hundred thousand dollars to collude with the biden white house including the biden white house

00:23:40.760 council to bring bogus political rico charges against president trump and 18 co-defendants and oh 0.98

00:23:48.400 guess what she took illegal kickbacks allegedly from her secret boyfriend slash unqualified buffoon

00:23:55.920 special prosecutor these kickbacks included these lavish trips to napa and the caribbean and all these

00:24:02.340 other luxurious places in america and around the world marjorie taylor green the all-star congresswoman

00:24:09.980 it seems like the only people with balls down in georgia are marjorie taylor green and she filed a 0.92

00:24:16.400 criminal referral with governor kemp and attorney general chris car citing the georgia criminal statute 0.64

00:24:23.060 that gave gives them the authority to open a criminal investigation on this obvious corruption by fanny 0.93

00:24:30.040 willis allegedly uh marjorie taylor green also cited several criminal statutes in georgia that fanny 0.99

00:24:37.720 willis could have violated with these allegations and what does governor kemp do he's you know he's

00:24:44.180 he's he's over he's over in davos or whatever the hell it's called with all his rich friends because 0.97

00:24:50.020 he's their favorite republican because he's a coward he doesn't want to do a damn thing about this he 0.97

00:24:55.940 doesn't want to open this criminal investigation instead he wants to refer this to a state ethics 0.96

00:25:01.980 board that's not even functional right now because the courts declared it unconstitutional so when the

00:25:08.360 georgia legislature gets around to to making this thing functional in several months and then they file

00:25:13.860 this complaint several months after that they do nothing about that several months after that the

00:25:18.740 election's going to be over chris car and governor kemp need to open a criminal investigation right

00:25:25.700 now in the article three project set up an action page a3paction.com a number three p action.com and it

00:25:35.580 shows people what's going on with fanny willis go click on that you could do patch through calls you

00:25:41.620 click on the phone you do a patch through call to governor kemp's office you do a patch through call to

00:25:47.300 attorney general uh chris car's office and you tell them to open a criminal investigation

00:25:52.460 on fanny willis you email them you engage with them on social media we need to turn up the heat 0.98

00:25:59.180 i am tired of these cowards like governor brian kemp and attorney general chris car not doing a damn 0.95

00:26:05.380 thing about this obvious corruption by by these democrats who are colluding to take out president trump 0.96

00:26:11.700 can you hang on for a second i want to follow up on this i want to get it up on the screen

00:26:16.980 uh the war room possibly did such a great job 108 no votes today only 107 yes votes people are

00:26:23.540 noticed and i hear there's a lot of heat on johnson even as we speak they want to get all over this

00:26:34.540 talk to you about jack smith these rulings are coming out i mean the lawfare is becoming more confusing

00:30:52.040 war

00:30:56.400 war room battleground with stephen k bannon

00:31:01.300 okay uh mike let's shift uh let's shift our focus mike davis to jack smith the things that come

00:31:10.400 restricting him but chuck can still says this thing's going to go on the fourth um this another

00:31:17.220 confusing one it's getting murkier murkier and you know we monitor cnn and msnbc non-stop and they're

00:31:24.060 sitting there pumping up hey this thing's on a roll trump's going to go to prison before june

00:31:28.000 what's happening with the jack smith of it all so uh the biden justice department waited 30 months

00:31:34.860 to bring charges against president trump and so do these other democrats who colluded with

00:31:40.740 president biden in his white house these democrat prosecutors like alvin bragg and

00:31:45.660 fanny willis and big tish up in new york tish james so what's the hurry now to do this trial

00:31:52.280 in 2024 other than obvious law affair by the democrats and election interference president

00:31:59.020 trump correctly filed a motion to dismiss both january 6th indictments won by jack smith this

00:32:06.420 biden special counsel jack smith along with down in fulton county georgia with fanny willis saying that

00:32:14.220 what president trump did as the president of the united states on january 6th he cannot be criminally

00:32:20.420 prosecuted for that because there is presidential immunity what he did in his personal capacity

00:32:25.140 is protected by the first amendment what he did in his presidential capacity is protected by

00:32:30.160 presidential immunity and once you file a presidential immunity or speech or debate clause for members of

00:32:36.100 congress or judicial immunity for federal judges once you file that motion to dismiss under immunity

00:32:42.800 grounds the case must stop before until that issue is resolved so tanya shutkin 0.79

00:32:49.720 has to have a stay in place until the dc circuit resolves the presidential immunity claim and then

00:32:56.940 the supreme court of the united states resolves the presidential immunity claim once the supreme court

00:33:02.600 resolves that either by denying the dc circuit review or taking the case and deciding it on the merits

00:33:09.640 then the case in dc with obama judge tanya shutkin can move forward but until presidential immunity is

00:33:17.200 resolved you cannot move forward with this case and jack smith tried to move forward with this case even

00:33:22.920 though there's a stay in this case and you know to tanya shutkin desperately wants to get president trump

00:33:28.980 convicted before the presidential election because democrats are looking at the polling and they're

00:33:34.940 seeing that the only way that they're going to stop trump is with a criminal conviction in one of these

00:33:39.860 cases and this dc case is the most likely one to go forward but now it's not because president trump hired

00:33:46.480 very good lawyers and they raised this presidential immunity argument and now the democrats are uh stuck

00:33:52.760 they're they're stopped in their tracks until presidential immunity is resolved

00:33:56.720 i want to um also this this you know um politico has been having a bunch of big stories about these

00:34:05.860 charges and now there's a they're going to the supreme court on the obstructing of an official

00:34:12.020 proceeding and i thought i read last night that chuckkins even as the supreme court hears this and may

00:34:19.400 not issue an opinion until june she may go ahead with the trial with these two charges being up in the

00:34:26.700 air and then figure it out they figure out an appeal or they figure it out later that can't

00:34:31.320 possibly be i mean if the supreme court's reviewing half of the charges against president trump and

00:34:36.760 other of these people and julie kelly is the first one to bring this up two years ago that this was

00:34:41.260 kind of this bogus weird charge that they were doing to get more years onto people's sentences uh as

00:34:47.660 you use lawfare against the political prisoners um is is that true is is chuckkin and jack smith driving

00:34:53.840 that and just ignoring what the supreme court's going to do on this kind of very serious decision

00:34:59.020 they've got to make on this kind of bizarre uh obstructing of an official proceeding

00:35:04.500 so biden special counsel jack smith is the political scud missile democrats send out send in to take in

00:35:13.080 republican presidential or vice presidential contenders like he did in 2016 against former virginia governor

00:35:20.080 bob mcdonald jack smith brought bogus corruption charges against mcdonald mcdonald was convicted and it was

00:35:27.560 upheld by the appellate court it wasn't until the supreme court reversed that conviction unanimously

00:35:33.260 eight to nothing it would have been nine to nothing but justice scalia passed away as we've talked about

00:35:38.500 it is very hard to get a criminal conviction reversed by the supreme court it is nearly impossible

00:35:43.300 for that to happen unanimously all every single justice liberal and conservative jack smith found

00:35:49.860 the way but guess what he didn't care he did his political job of taking out governor bob mcdonald

00:35:55.780 for 2016. they're running the same play now for trump in 2024. biden brought back brought back jack smith he

00:36:04.680 was banished to the hague as some bogus prosecutor in the hague they brought jack smith back to bring these

00:36:10.960 bogus charges against trump two of which deal with this issue that the supreme court is probably going

00:36:17.760 to reverse the justice the biden justice department on on other january 6 defendants they're bringing

00:36:22.940 a sarbanes oxley law on obstruction for destruction of evidence uh they're going to use that law to try to

00:36:30.660 go after trump and his supporters they're already going after trump supporters as julie julie kelly has been

00:36:35.620 correctly pointing out for the last two years there is already a criminal statute on the books for

00:36:41.460 obstruction of a congressional proceeding why didn't jack smith charge under that one instead of this

00:36:47.380 sarbanes oxley law right because he knows that this is a bogus legal theory but he thinks that he's going

00:36:54.220 to convict trump and then this conviction will not get reversed by the supreme court until after november

00:37:00.660 5th 2024 when it's too late for trump and the supreme court uh is probably going to rule like you said by

00:37:09.180 june that this these charges under sarbanes oxley against these other january 6 defendants is bogus

00:37:15.640 but tanya shudkin and jack smith a they don't have good judgment at all and b even if they had good

00:37:21.720 judgment they're obviously political operatives colluding to take out trump this is obvious election

00:37:27.900 interference these tanya shudkin is a radical left-wing judge she comes from a long line of 1.00

00:37:34.060 marxist in jamaica and she's bringing her marxism to america obama picked a very good leftist and dc

00:37:41.840 obama judge tanya shudkin and biden picked a very good leftist buffoon scud missile in biden special

00:37:49.080 counsel jack smith they are the perfect pair to try to take out trump before the election

00:37:54.140 door and possibly because this work had 108 uh nose today on this uh on this and it wasn't a victory

00:38:02.360 but man it's it's a big progress and we're going to make more progress 108 nose on the cr uh they're

00:38:08.040 ready to go to work in georgia so go once again uh walk through the action site you've set up of where

00:38:14.600 they got to go they click through i guess it's all there all the information they can immerse themselves

00:38:18.660 the information but there's also action steps they can take yeah so it's a3paction.com or you could

00:38:27.000 just go to article3project.org and look at action there it's a3paction.com there's the action center we

00:38:33.860 have three action items right now on the left the newest one is uh fanny willis down in fulton county

00:38:40.740 right who uh who uh shared her fanny with her boyfriend and paid him six hundred and fifty thousand 1.00

00:38:47.380 dollars allegedly and took kickbacks in the form of these lavish trips uh governor brian kemp and

00:38:54.160 attorney general chris car i know they hate trump but they have to follow georgia constitution and

00:38:58.920 georgia statute and open a criminal investigation on fanny and her boyfriends because this is obviously 0.99

00:39:05.460 illegal what they're doing and not only did she take illegal kickbacks she's colluding with the 0.99

00:39:11.600 biden white house including the biden white house council before she brought these unprecedented 0.94

00:39:16.280 bogus rico charges against trump and 18 co-defendants i'm not making it up this dumb special prosecutor 0.94

00:39:24.240 slash boyfriend actually billed fulton county georgia for these meetings with the biden white 0.83

00:39:30.440 house council and another meeting with the biden white house staff he billed it and put in those

00:39:35.220 billing records that he met with these these people for 16 hours to talk about trump's case before

00:39:41.940 fanny willis brought her indictment this is obvious election interference obvious lawfare and we have

00:39:47.400 the billing records that speak for themselves there's some other issues regarding those meetings

00:39:53.420 about the judge don't want it to come i got to get the details i'm hearing it and i'll get the details

00:39:57.880 and come to you we want you back on about that because there's something this thing with the white

00:40:02.000 house they don't want to disclose it it's it's very uh once again very corrupt mike davis your social

00:40:06.900 media also because you come in a little hot as you came in earlier in the show you come in a little

00:40:10.720 hot on occasions yeah i'm going to start the gene carroll fan club right so it's at article three

00:40:17.340 project.org article three project.org you can donate there at article three project at article number

00:40:23.440 three project on getter twitter truth and my personal if i don't go to jail after today's hit

00:40:29.160 with you steve is at mrd dmia mrd dmia and remember look at gene carroll look at melania do you really

00:40:38.580 think gene carroll's allegations are true i doubt it brother uh we're going to give you every chance

00:40:46.460 to take it back but hey he's a red-haired irishman he's just going to double down okay brother thank

00:40:51.480 you very much mike davis wow coming in hot our own boris epstein was out there doing a press i think

00:40:58.900 boris sort of do that every day boris ought to be out there every day that's a bit one of some of the

00:41:03.600 best explanations i've gotten um you did great work today don't think you didn't do great work

00:41:10.100 you got everybody that was gettable they i just want to reiterate that the leadership was telling

00:41:15.760 people we need to have a show of force here we need to be united but there's only gonna be 15

00:41:19.800 the same you know the the rosendales the eli cranes uh the chip roy's the matt gates's the mtgs

00:41:29.300 the ones are always recalcitrant are not going to be with us but this is a show of force that

00:41:34.260 didn't happen the exact opposite and we've got to get on top of this johnson thing because now he's

00:41:40.360 going to come he's going to get the ukraine he's going to get rolled on the ukraine every time he

00:41:43.800 goes over there they have national security guys he gets all scared uh so we got to be up on this

00:41:49.140 one thing became evident today they were blocking you they're quite sophisticated they don't want to sit

00:41:55.540 they don't want to listen to the war and posse they don't want to listen to their constituents

00:41:58.880 because then they got to kind of log it in we got 10 000 calls and 9999 where you know don't close

00:42:05.520 the border close the government right if you don't close the border shut down the government

00:42:11.400 um and they didn't want to hear it so they had music they blocked it grace this is why grace you

00:42:17.620 and the development team you built bill blaster exactly for this to make sure you give you're giving

00:42:24.460 operating leverage to working men and women throughout the country walk us through what it

00:42:29.900 does where they download it we're doing beta sites on some stuff but we got it out there basically for

00:42:34.540 everything on app on apple phone where do people go and what they do because today could have been a

00:42:39.600 perfect day for them to say just to bang right through and not have to go to the switchboard

00:42:43.820 right so i wanted to report that like you said we the posse experienced so much frustration just

00:42:51.380 going um calling the switchboard which i tried myself both the house and the senate switchboard

00:42:57.940 you would be connected to music i was on listening for five minutes before i was even connected to the

00:43:04.420 switchboard i was calling speaker johnson and by the way all all of his calls go to voicemail which

00:43:11.500 is another topic but um that's why it's just imperative for the posse to download bill blaster

00:43:19.320 because you can call any representative directly so you bypass the switchboard and you you know you

00:43:26.340 can it's just so much faster no wait time and just talking about speaker johnson about how he just

00:43:33.660 directs all his calls to voicemail it just is really disheartening it just shows i mean it

00:43:40.240 screams cowardice and that's just not how a leader faces the public so again download bill blaster

00:43:48.460 it's you can call your representative or senator virtually with one touch you go to uh warroom.org

00:43:55.960 under the get involved tab or you can go to bill blaster app.org or you can search it in the

00:44:03.540 apple app store and also thank you so much to everyone who volunteered to be a part of the beta

00:44:10.060 testing group for the android version we have reached capacity actually like two days ago we

00:44:15.400 tried to get everyone on it was just so overwhelming so thank you so much we're going to be in testing

00:44:20.740 for about two weeks and then we will officially launch the android version so be on the lookout for

00:44:25.280 that as well as the older iphones everyone everyone will be able to use bill blaster one other exciting

00:44:33.760 uh news i want to report is that in a future release we will have all recent bills also so it will

00:44:43.460 literally be congress in your pocket you will be able to search all the bills all the recent bills

00:44:49.240 and it just again immersing yourself in information so our development team is working diligently very

00:44:56.580 hard and appreciate everyone's patience but we really want to make this a very powerful tool tool

00:45:02.300 for the posse and as steve was saying it was split today between the yet yet yeas and nays um it was 107 yes

00:45:13.380 and 108 no's yeah this is huge listen we started we started we started with when we started this

00:45:18.900 process back last year we were having 15 people on the nose and it built up to 40 then it brought up

00:45:24.560 to 60 then it brought up to 70 i think we had 70 on the debt ceiling it got to 80 the cr 90 now you're

00:45:31.100 at 108 very quickly you're going to be to the haster rule where they can't they can't they can't put it on

00:45:36.440 the floor there's got to be the majority the majority actually they didn't have the majority this time

00:45:40.980 this is how sneaky johnson was continue on grace i truly believe it would have been worse if the

00:45:48.280 posse wasn't calling i mean it just shows that a thousand percent what are you talking about

00:45:52.940 this is the posse the posse there would have been all there would have been the standard 20 or 30 votes

00:45:57.540 and look i'm looking at the list of uh of hardcore establishment types it's going to take a lot of

00:46:03.480 work but people have to get this list we got it right there and i want to make sure grace we put it in

00:46:09.500 the chat room so everybody pushes out you got to look at this list particularly if it's your

00:46:12.840 congressional district uh something's got to be done this one right here was uncalled for we need

00:46:19.360 we can't put the total burden on president trump's shoulders i love seb but if you're in a financial

00:46:27.000 crisis and still with the invasion of the border and he takes over he's got the taxes things he's got to

00:46:32.600 work on he's got 36 or 37 trillion dollars of debt with a three and a half dollar uh interest

00:46:37.900 payment and he's got the mass deportations that's all in his shoulders we have we it's incumbent upon

00:46:43.980 us to do as much as possible and if you got those types of crisis right there when he starts to go

00:46:50.280 after the deep state and the doj the the pressure on people's going to go hey i know you got to go

00:46:55.140 after doj for the weaponized police state however the economy is burning down this is just practical

00:47:01.980 we is incumbent upon us to do everything we possibly can and take as much of the burden off

00:47:08.000 his shoulders which is still going to be huge after he wins against you know 700 years in prison

00:47:14.300 and bankruptcy and all that grace i gotta bounce one more time where do they go today to get the

00:47:19.040 information grace so you can go to billblasterapp.org or warroom.org and i just want to say real power

00:47:27.980 is calling your representatives ultimate power is when the entire posse calls your representatives

00:47:34.480 so make sure to download it and thank you so much for um we it was a victory today that's how i see it

00:47:44.060 supreme supreme supreme power is when we replace these guys and get some war room posse mega members in 1.00

00:47:51.140 there that's ultimate power president trump's going to need that that's we got to look in these primaries 0.70

00:47:55.760 right now president trump's going to need that when he comes in he needs a house of representatives

00:47:59.700 that stands with him and backs him on his policies and makes things happen grace thank you so much
