Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 456： Corruption In Georgia

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:14.920 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:22.680 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in

00:00:28.160 Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and 0.99

00:00:32.580 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:36.860 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:43.900 your host Stephen K Bannon Monday 22 January year of alert 2024 thank you for the second hour here

00:00:52.520 I want to go first I got Jim Hoft I got Julie Kelly we're going to have one of the heavy 0.76

00:00:58.040 hitters over with Rosemary Jenks the the the amnesty bill from the Senate is in route the

00:01:05.240 Senate of the Supreme Court 5-4 today to lift the injunction on stopping the federal government

00:01:12.260 from exacerbating the invasion of the southern border cutting the wire down and the razor wire

00:01:17.620 down in the state of Texas so just understand you know Schumer and Biden really want to close the

00:01:25.040 border since they've got their DOJ suing the state of Texas who are in fact closing the border so

00:01:30.920 this is what a sham this uh this uh this amnesty bill is which is ridiculous I want to go Jim

00:01:37.560 Hoff Jim a lot's going on in election integrity in Georgia I want you to get there but I got to ask

00:01:41.380 you first because you're one of the best political minds out there in the MAGA movement your assessment

00:01:46.840 of um developments yesterday with Governor DeSantis and now today in the next 24 hours with uh Governor

00:01:53.740 Nikki Haley well I think uh the hours are numbered for Nikki Haley um and I thought that was a great

00:02:01.480 move by Ron DeSantis I don't know if it's going to help his career moving forward I think that was one

00:02:06.540 of the greatest mistakes in politics was watching him jump into this race um he didn't have any business

00:02:12.660 being there but I thought he was gracious in his uh response and his um uh endorsement of President

00:02:18.760 Trump I thought Trump was also gracious uh uh teaming up with him and uh hold it hang on hang

00:02:24.900 on bro hang on hang on there's nobody I revere more than you and I realize President Trump said the same

00:02:30.260 thing was very gracious did correct me if I'm wrong and I like the way to say now hang on I like the way

00:02:35.300 DeSantis went after Nikki as with the failed corporatist policies of the past but didn't he preface

00:02:40.680 his endorsement of Trump which really never actually said endorse of his endorsement of Trump

00:02:45.200 was saying hey I signed a pledge to support the nominee it's going to be Trump so I'm bound

00:02:50.800 contractually uh to to endorse him is that that so it was an endorsement I don't know if it rises to

00:02:58.300 the level of gracious President Trump was very gracious in saying he retired de sanctimonious and

00:03:04.060 de sanctus said his wife was charming he ran a great he ran a great race uh so how did you get

00:03:10.520 gracious out of how did you get gracious out of am I hearing fake news from Gateway Pundit

00:03:15.820 oh Steve you busted me totally I could have to click the button and get out of here um that's

00:03:24.820 hilarious yeah I guess I guess he wasn't so gracious you know I'm just playing the party line

00:03:30.100 Steve I'm a party man you know that uh what are we are we trying to but let's talk about that because

00:03:36.220 there's been a at a level that I think even a lot of our our audience and the readers of the Gateway

00:03:41.560 Pundit the vast majority of them may not realize but I'm sure a a significant portion of our audience

00:03:47.600 and a significant portion of Gateway Pundit understand there's been a flame war between the Trump

00:03:53.620 the Trump uh influencer posse and these uh these people that went over work for de santos and it got

00:04:00.920 quite nasty at one time are what you trying to do are you trying to actually bring people together

00:04:05.880 by saying something like that do you think it's a time to put all that uh all that unpleasantness

00:04:10.140 behind us and all work and unity to go forward you know Steve uh the place we're at in our country

00:04:17.060 as you know you've been a victim of some of this just incredible lawlessness that's happening we've all

00:04:22.940 been a victim of it watching the 2020 election we're still uh the ones who are reporting on that and

00:04:28.240 finding out new information on that uh weekly um and uh we've been victims of the law fair certainly

00:04:34.880 Gateway Pundit has you have I know that um and it's it's critical that we come together you know

00:04:41.380 I don't think we're very hard on uh Ron uh DeSantis DeSanctimonious I'm not going to use that word

00:04:47.680 um uh at Gateway Pundit you know it was it was I think it was a huge mistake and I think uh I think it

00:04:54.000 was uh Megyn Kelly who said you know it's gonna be hard to beat Trump he's just you know something

00:04:59.520 we haven't seen in in in history and Steve this was you this was you telling the war room crowd you

00:05:05.860 said there's three men in history and I it's it was a riveting segment that you put out a few weeks

00:05:10.880 ago you said three minutes in history is the country's going to go in one way or the other

00:05:14.220 depending on how these players fall and one was Washington one was Lincoln of course and now we have

00:05:20.220 Donald Trump and I think we're there and we have to come together um and and because we have to beat

00:05:26.040 this Marxist cabal that's taking over the country this lawlessness okay something and somebody else 0.98

00:05:33.580 said something to me today about uh the change of addresses down in um Georgia we're gonna get into

00:05:39.480 but what people don't realize and this is what so upsets me about DeSantis and it upset me about

00:05:45.220 Nikki Haley and the people all around him and Murdoch and the Murdoch News and you're right

00:05:48.900 gateway you played it very even handily what's upset me is what I call opportunity cost the

00:05:54.640 country's in a crisis Trump won 2020 you know it I know it right uh the vast majority of MAGA knows

00:06:01.660 it now the Republican Party we can't let that that can't fester we have to set things right over that

00:06:07.940 that's why Trump was the person from the beginning we have a moral duty and responsibility to not let a

00:06:14.040 presidential election be stolen and then what's happened since then as I say stolen elections have

00:06:18.700 catastrophic consequences and we've seen it but we haven't and this it's a quarter of a billion

00:06:24.140 dollars been spent on this farce it's a farce it's a total farce Trump's going to be the nominee it's

00:06:30.200 just the donor class it couldn't come bring themselves to the fact they could their money 0.62

00:06:34.920 couldn't defeat Trump and of course the Murdochs the fix is always in with them but what people

00:06:39.680 haven't and this is what the 250 million dollars did not go to voter integrity did not go to the

00:06:43.520 election crime bureau did not go to get the vote did not go to any of the infrastructure

00:06:46.760 that we need to defeat uh the the Biden illegitimate Biden regime the uniparty the globalists

00:06:53.120 and particularly there's been a lot of stuff just that these states has just been overlooked it hasn't

00:06:57.840 been drilled down enough one of the reasons I've been drilled down enough it's just not money

00:07:00.600 to do it they're not resources to do it because they're on 120 million dollars think about that

00:07:05.600 for a second folks you don't get any better than the folks in Iowa that is that is the uh the

00:07:12.120 backbone of America right righteous people did they really need 120 million dollars of tv ads

00:07:19.860 to convince them of between Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis and uh President Trump did they need 120

00:07:26.380 million dollars that wasn't spent on other things that we desperately needed so walk me through this

00:07:31.820 news that you're breaking uh down in Georgia and there's a lot else out there and this all has to

00:07:37.080 be rectified but well before November 5th if we can guarantee that we can to guarantee we can close

00:07:44.040 the deal and take the country back Jim Hoffman thank you Steve I'm so glad I have an opportunity to talk

00:07:49.180 about this what happened on Friday there's a lawsuit that's going on in Georgia right now it's the

00:07:55.020 curling versus the state of Georgia lawsuit and um on Friday the witness uh was uh Alex uh Halderman

00:08:04.020 who is an expert on election integrity he's from the University of Michigan he's a professor there

00:08:09.680 uh he wrote a report that they buried for a couple years they released it in the summer but on Friday

00:08:14.980 he went in front of the courtroom he asked a defense attorney with the state to borrow his pen he went over

00:08:21.760 to the Dominion machine that was in the room he pressed the button on the Dominion machine put it into a

00:08:28.880 safe mode with 10 seconds by using this this lawyer's pen and then he was able to demonstrate

00:08:34.540 how you can change all of the ballots how you can change the counts he used uh as an example he used

00:08:40.820 George Washington as one uh uh one of the people who was running and he changed it to Benedict Arnold

00:08:48.000 he was able to do that standing in the room in front of the Judge Totenberg this is this is cataclysmic

00:08:55.320 um uh you know information that should have been on every news channel Steve and yet no one has

00:09:01.900 touched this I I spoke with Amber Connor who was sitting in the room she's a reporter locally there

00:09:08.160 and she confirmed all of this that the uh the case is going on this week and Steve um we have a big

00:09:15.000 report coming out tomorrow morning um some more background information on this purchase of the

00:09:20.420 Dominion machines which was of course Kemp and Raffensperger but um this this is amazing these

00:09:25.780 machines can be you can as he demonstrated you can use somebody's pen and break into this machine and

00:09:31.580 change results that should not we should not be using such an apparatus in this country as you know

00:09:37.540 Steve this you know this we have to uh talk about this and and and and uh have people uh you know write

00:09:45.660 their congressman call their congressman about this they're these machines don't work uh and and

00:09:50.600 you know uh so so there's the trial goes on we're going to continue to report on that this week

00:09:56.120 well more importantly when you say they don't work they work for the they work for the guys who want to

00:10:02.940 steal elections okay you gotta no you gotta help me out here you gotta help me out here brother

00:10:06.900 this is what I don't understand first off folks just understand this was all brought by liberals

00:10:11.100 because there was liberals first that didn't like the machines this is brought by the Stacey Abrams 1.00

00:10:16.140 people when this thing got to be real because Totenberg is Nina Totenberg's I think it's her

00:10:20.760 sister is that am I correct yes it's related to Nina Totenberg who's who's the who's the grand

00:10:26.760 dom over at uh at NPR uh remember Justice Thomas with her um they were going to get a negotiated

00:10:35.300 settlement because they never wanted this to happen in a courtroom where this would play out and they

00:10:39.660 particularly didn't want this professor who's a liberal professor to get up there and show that

00:10:44.440 you could change the machines in like 30 seconds they never want this happen to show you how serious

00:10:50.180 it was a breakdown on actually happening the trial goes on in which they never intended this to ever

00:10:54.680 come to trial but hofft since you did such a great job of covering Murdoch news writing an 800 million

00:11:02.420 dollar check to Dominion uh why was like this professor not cause a witness why did they settle this makes it

00:11:08.940 even screwier why they settled and didn't have the professor come up in a courtroom in Delaware

00:11:15.600 and and do the changing machines wouldn't that wouldn't that have made the defamation thing go away 0.92

00:11:20.340 I I would think so I think Fox needs some new attorneys Steve um you know 700 800 million is it you know

00:11:29.340 might be chunk change for them but for the rest of us it sounds like a nice chunk of money that they

00:11:34.140 turned over to Dominion um so uh yeah this is this is just uh uh what was Fox thinking what what was

00:11:41.460 happening there was was something else happening in the background that we don't know about

00:11:45.280 I'm just I'm not being a conspiracy theory I'm just saying no no no no you your gateway punted far

00:11:53.180 be it from you for ever mention anything it's a conspiracy correct no but it there are no there are no

00:11:59.420 there are no coincidences though this is what I remember I am not a machine guy I've always been

00:12:04.820 it's the mail-in ballots you see how they do with the voter registration the mail-in ballots however

00:12:08.740 I'm kind of a machine guy now because I saw what happened in a federal it's in a federal court

00:12:15.040 right it's in a court uh it's in a court uh it's stunning and Atlanta Journal Constitution I didn't see it

00:12:23.440 I didn't see it blazing across the front page right so Ruffin that's the other thing Ruffinsberger

00:12:29.120 and that entire crew where did they stand on this they're the guys Kemp remember Kemp was a secretary

00:12:36.540 of state for eight years for two terms I think if memory serves me correctly it was Kemp to cut the

00:12:42.760 first deal for the machines where's Kemp where's Carr where's Ruffinsberger where are all these guys

00:12:48.200 the Republicans commenting on the on the good professor changing the machine from I keep saying

00:12:54.220 the the Republicans had three guys Washington Lincoln and uh and Trump and now he's changing it

00:13:00.160 he's changing the vote back then to Benedict Arnold right it's just a complete circle the circle of life

00:13:07.600 going back to uh Benedict Arnold um I tell you Steve I'm with you it's it's very difficult to prove

00:13:13.920 that these machines you know are faulty or that you know that there's fraud involved but hey this

00:13:19.040 guy just did it in court on Friday and uh so it's it's out there we know that it happens um I I can

00:13:25.960 tell you um uh Governor Kemp he wasn't he wasn't there for comment because he was in Davos he went there

00:13:32.220 last week uh Ruffinsberger he's been able to get out of testifying in all of these different cases

00:13:37.840 um so uh we haven't heard from him yet on this uh but uh you you know it's it's incredible I I don't

00:13:45.980 know how they're going to spin this and I'm sure they will but um I I just don't even know how they

00:13:52.680 can spin this uh especially with elections coming up this trial proceeds well what what's going to

00:13:59.440 happen next what what's the gateway pundits uh guide to what how we should be following this right well

00:14:05.900 the the case it continues today and as you said this was started back uh with the Stacey Abrams

00:14:11.280 crowd who was upset with the machines in 2018 and it's been going on since then finally has a stay in

00:14:16.920 court I I wonder if uh uh Judge Tottenberg got much sleep this weekend after that demonstration I'm sure

00:14:23.520 um that was that was quite a surprise for her to see that um so it's going to be interesting to see

00:14:29.040 how this this plays out um I can tell you that tomorrow we're going to release some information that

00:14:34.380 um some some facts were known about these machines and uh some reports were being written when they

00:14:40.520 were purchased in Georgia and they should have been paid more attention to um so uh wow it doesn't look

00:14:47.060 good for uh the the FBI let me tell you that that's our little teaser for tomorrow okay we're going to

00:14:54.460 have you back on when that breaks on gateway pundit last thing bad day in black rock for Fannie Willis

00:14:59.720 today down while we're in Georgia let's stay there give us the gateway pundit's assessment

00:15:04.140 of this complete fiasco in Fulton County right now sir well the the divorce documents were released

00:15:11.820 Steve so we haven't been able to go through those yet but um uh it doesn't look good for Fannie does it 0.70

00:15:17.440 you know Fannie and her uh her lover boy who were taking trips uh a Norwegian uh cruise cruise lines and

00:15:24.540 and different places uh uh you know it's just it's just so crooked and obviously they knew they

00:15:31.220 thought they would get away with it they you know in a lot of circumstances maybe they would but not

00:15:35.860 this time and uh doesn't look very good for this whole case um this this lawfare case in Georgia

00:15:41.840 against Donald Trump we need everybody in the audience to go over to article three and if

00:15:48.840 Grayson Mo can put that up in the chat go to the action center that Mike Davis has he has the

00:15:54.000 emails they have the letters have everything you need to do the numbers to call because I think

00:15:58.440 you would agree with us Jim that uh Kemp who doesn't want to do this because they they hate Trump more

00:16:04.420 than anybody but Kemp needs to have Chris Carr uh initiated a criminal investigation the people in

00:16:10.180 Georgia need need to demand this Georgia's too great a state too great a people has done so much

00:16:17.520 uh for this country in its history and uh to have a black stain a black mark like this

00:16:23.760 on it with Fannie Willis clearly economically incentivized to keep this thing going uh and uh it should 1.00

00:16:31.080 have a criminal referral right now and somebody get on top of it uh the the state of Georgia should not

00:16:37.220 have this smear go against them if you're going to bring these charges against President Trump you got

00:16:41.000 to get a competent attorney there start over again hit the hit the rewind button at at worst case it'll

00:16:47.220 mean this thing takes place well after President Trump's back in the White House but it can't go

00:16:51.280 on as is Fannie Willis has absolutely zero credibility right now just given the small amount of details

00:16:56.440 out it's just going to get worse drip drip drip uh Jim what where do people get to go to the gateway

00:17:01.640 pundit where do they go for your social media you've got a great news show up I think at eight o'clock

00:17:05.960 he and I as a summary of the day uh where do people go yeah so it's the gateway pundit Steve

00:17:11.040 and we're on truth social and we're on getter and uh we love watching the war room on getter

00:17:15.900 and uh the other social media outlets but go to the gateway pundit and you'll get our latest articles

00:17:22.060 amazing work uh Jim look forward to this breaking we always love things about the FBI so we will be and

00:17:30.620 I'm sure Jim Hoft will be joining us or one of his writers tomorrow morning so thank you very much sir

00:17:34.700 thanks Steve you know these people that do this the Mike Davises and the and the Jim Hoffs and Julie

00:17:42.180 Kelly going on they're not sitting there with tens of millions of dollars and back on these huge

00:17:46.480 institutions and huge donors this is this is pretty hard scrabble but if you take the arc of when we

00:17:53.420 first start putting these people on war room you see the quality of information they put out and you

00:17:58.100 see how they've changed the direction of history it's been nothing short of stunning Julie Kelly

00:18:03.440 please make this make sense to me how can we have a Republican house that's been in charge since

00:18:11.100 January a year ago and stories come out today like they deleted the January 6th committee deleted what

00:18:20.780 100 encrypted files how does that happen and and how does it happen and it just comes up in January

00:18:28.960 2024 a year after we've taken over make this make sense so I will try to make it make sense I hope so

00:18:37.720 and I think this is just the process of representative Barry Loudermilk who is the chairman of the subcommittee

00:18:43.880 on the house administration committee who has been looking into and trying to collect all of the evidence I

00:18:50.180 guess four terabytes of of information that Benny Thompson's J6 committee produced and they are sort of

00:18:58.160 comparing what they were told they were going to be getting or expecting to be getting and what they

00:19:04.360 actually have and so this has been a process over the past several months of realizing that some very

00:19:11.320 important evidence has been destroyed deleted as the as Fox News has now reported over a hundred files

00:19:20.420 deleted um and then retrieved from representative Loudermilk's investigators and staff so this is just part of the

00:19:29.260 process I think getting their arms around what this committee did and more importantly what they've destroyed

00:19:36.120 what they've hidden in various agencies including the Biden White House and the Department of Homeland Security

00:19:41.820 transcripts that we still cannot publicly see um and so I just think it is a very complex process one that I believe

00:19:50.660 was sort of held up by former Speaker Johnson or excuse me McCarthy and one that has been slowly green lighted by

00:19:59.380 Speaker Johnson um but I think this is exactly what Barry Loudermilk is discovering and trying to get out to the public and get

00:20:06.660 some attention because their options quite frankly are limited in what they can do to retrieve it

00:20:11.760 okay this is what um help our audience out here when you buy like a company or when you close a transaction

00:20:21.460 you go for that moment when you know you're you're actually going to take control or when you're in the

00:20:26.860 Navy you relieve the watch right you go through a preliminary thing before you actually relieve the watch say

00:20:32.620 you go through it may take you 15 minutes in combat information on a destroyer CIC it may take

00:20:39.060 you 30 minutes it takes you however long it takes you to actually find out where everything is where

00:20:43.820 all the signals are done the state of the ship the the squadron the the tactical deployment you're in

00:20:49.820 all of it you go through all of it you check with the engine room all of it once you got it

00:20:53.100 you go up to the bridge I relieve the watch bang you know you spend a few minutes out there boom you're

00:20:57.600 ready to go same and taking over company was there not a process when we took over that

00:21:05.840 Loudermilk or these other people sat down with Benny Thompson who was there and say okay walk us through

00:21:10.740 everything let's let's get some let's get an agenda here but let's get a table of contents of what you

00:21:15.280 have let's just go through all of it and we will take those documents and sign off I have a team here

00:21:20.320 and we'll spend two or three days and just do that isn't that what should be done on something that

00:21:25.100 was that quote-unquote historic of j6 that certain people may end up in federal prison over

00:21:31.400 um isn't it raised to that level that if you didn't talk to them as a criminal activity that

00:21:36.560 they should have enough respect for the process to go through that did that happen or not ma'am

00:21:41.080 that I don't know Steve I'm not exactly sure what happened with that transition what we do know

00:21:48.860 is that as of December 2023 the January 6th select committee was defunct all of the evidence was

00:21:55.840 then handed over to the national archives um you know some of it is posted online certainly nowhere

00:22:03.480 near what we were told was going to be made available to the public so I'm not really sure what

00:22:09.920 internally happened but hold it but hold it but hold it but hold it why this is my point why why would

00:22:14.840 the republicans allow it to be boxed up and sent to the national archives then it's a whole process

00:22:19.160 having to get it back why did mccarthy's team and even louder mail keeps running around now but where

00:22:24.480 was he back then we got these letters now from benny thompson telling him hey he didn't have the

00:22:29.180 videos I I'm confused about why the republican party and this is what gets me they're like this on 0.57

00:22:34.960 everything they're sloppy they're disorganized they're not particularly bright they're lazy

00:22:39.100 okay I don't see a lot of fighters over there I don't see a lot of people working

00:22:43.160 16 hour days six days a week which you should be doing to save your country how did they possibly

00:22:48.060 let a guy like benny thompson who's a crook just bundle it up and send it to the national archives

00:22:53.120 where we know we don't have a bunch of the video depositions now you got what a hundred of these

00:22:57.920 uh encrypted uh you know things that are they're wiped or they can't find why do they even let it go

00:23:04.700 to the national once it goes to national archives it's the whole process that you got to go to get

00:23:08.240 anything back well I believe that benny thompson and the committee did this before republicans took

00:23:15.100 over so they really didn't have much choice not that I'm defending what happened there but they

00:23:21.600 really didn't have any options once benny thompson and house democrats turned that over to the archives

00:23:26.400 that was that um but also I'm not sure if they trusted benny thompson or they did believe that he would

00:23:32.980 follow through on house rules and typical protocol that all of that information would be transferred

00:23:38.160 to and this is what was in the enabling legislation for the j6 committee is that all of the evidence

00:23:44.840 that was produced all of the materials would then be turned over to the next congressional committee that

00:23:51.840 would be in charge of that and that's house administration committee so perhaps there was a naive belief

00:23:57.300 that they would follow through follow the rules follow the enabling legislation and that republicans

00:24:03.520 would have access to all of those materials but now they're finding out I mean huge swaths of

00:24:10.740 materials are not um have not been preserved you know this we talked about this it looks like every

00:24:16.660 video recording of every witness deposition has been destroyed there are no videotapes left of the

00:24:24.720 1000 plus interviews that the j6 committee did all we have are the clips that they produced for their

00:24:31.980 nighttime televised hearings but look this goes beyond steve this is really important to underscore

00:24:37.940 this goes beyond house republicans investigating or the public's right to know this is potentially

00:24:44.920 exculpatory evidence in ongoing cases for january 6 defendants this means ongoing prosecutions this means

00:24:54.460 ongoing appeals sentences etc what did these key officials say we can look at some of the

00:25:02.320 transcribed interviews keep in mind hundreds of the written forms of these interviews still have not

00:25:07.080 been publicly available either or turned over to defense attorneys so this goes beyond even just what we

00:25:14.660 should know what republicans should have their hands on this is potentially exculpatory evidence that has

00:25:20.440 been buried by congress obstruction of an official preceding anyone like this is if ever there was a case

00:25:28.800 that merrick garland and matthew graves the dcos attorney should bring their favorite 1512 c2

00:25:34.340 against it should be members of congress benny thompson his investigators and those committee members

00:25:40.820 who intentionally violated the law and also kept this evidence from defendants who are facing criminal

00:25:50.380 prosecution so this is a pretty wide-ranging scandal of course it's not getting enough attention in the

00:25:58.740 news media and it won't um but where is the department of justice if we are told that they are

00:26:06.000 objective and fair and the rule of law applies to everyone then it should apply to members of congress

00:26:12.200 who are concealing and destroying evidence in criminal ongoing proceedings

00:26:15.880 as a member of the engine room just said to remind julie her favorite phrase that they are

00:26:21.360 that benny thompson has black the block the peaceful transfer of power between the house hang on for a

00:26:27.360 second that's a full heckle of benny thompson uh hang on for one second because i got to ask you about

00:26:32.660 president trump and his legal team they've been very adamant a lot of areas they're not so adamant in

00:26:38.800 this and i want to ask you why because i would think this is one they would be they should be all over

00:26:43.020 because this is the festering sore out there this committee and about exactly what happened

00:32:58.600 entrepreneurs and people that support those entrepreneurs so go check it out uh today

00:33:03.340 public square.com julie kennedy one of those assaults is this j6 committee i i still don't understand

00:33:09.720 president trump's done such a great job i mean the fanny willis thing is falling apart as you've

00:33:14.920 mentioned the jack smith thing i think's a little bit back on its heels uh he's winning all over

00:33:19.320 although it's it's a it's a grind every day it's taking enormous resources and enormous focus is and

00:33:25.520 that's what they want that's that's primarily what they want they'll take him in prison stripped of his

00:33:30.880 business uh all this other stuff but that's a secondary right now they wanted to feed him and

00:33:35.840 the way they wanted to feed him they can't defeat him at the ballot box they have to come up with another

00:33:39.720 way to do it and given that part of that way is to take him off the ballot i think 30 states with

00:33:44.240 these crazy people in it have different citizens groups or source back groups um suing the underpinning

00:33:50.800 of that is the j6 committee report which is crazy judge and and then the appeals court in uh i guess

00:33:56.780 supreme court in colorado read into the into the program as being holy writ why do you believe that

00:34:03.640 president trump's team is not making as big a deal of this thing because if you go back particularly when

00:34:09.120 they're there's the receipts are missing it's obvious it's gun deck the receipts are missing why

00:34:14.540 why are why are they not making a full-on attack on this on this document and the committee well i think

00:34:21.680 they have and i will say at least in the january 6th uh indictment jack smith's indictment in washington

00:34:27.800 they raised this issue a few months ago of the missing videos and they asked the court to compel

00:34:34.080 uh the government to turn over all of those video recordings and get this what jack smith responded

00:34:41.840 and judge chutkin agreed is that well donald trump and his defense team you don't need to look at the

00:34:47.640 videos you have the written transcripts and that should suffice well it doesn't because then what

00:34:55.080 trump's team argued back is well you can't really pick up people's you know if they're telling the truth

00:35:00.680 if they're hedging you know there's there's a lot of non-verbal cues that you can pick up watching

00:35:05.940 someone um under questioning and even friendly questioning because of course there's only one

00:35:11.120 side doing the questioning from the january 6 select committee so they wanted those videos

00:35:16.060 and both jack smith now supporting basically the destruction of evidence in his criminal prosecution

00:35:24.760 not that he cares and judge chutkin giving her court imprimatur on it saying no you don't need those

00:35:31.760 videos they're irrelevant you have the written transcripts go off of that and judge chutkin said

00:35:36.980 something if you pick up something in the written depth written transcript that you think you might want

00:35:42.980 to see how that person actually was speaking or performed while they were giving this then maybe we can go

00:35:49.800 back to the tapes and see what they say so this is the judge and the obama judge of course and jack smith

00:35:56.620 endorsing the idea that it was okay for the january 6 select committee a house committee to take evidence

00:36:04.640 under the auspices of congress and then destroy it at their own leisure while it could and is evidence

00:36:12.440 in as i said not just these j6 cases but donald trump's as well

00:36:16.560 truly uh how is this all going to play out how are we going to get a kickstart to congress do you get

00:36:25.240 a sense i mean lotterberg's doing a good job but he's a relatively unknown guy it's not getting it's

00:36:30.560 it's not on the top two or three issues coming out here because there's so much going on i mean this

00:36:34.200 one you have to have a big personality and you have to drive it uh what is your sense how is this going

00:36:39.340 to play out well i think that he has said that he's going to accelerate this investigation i do

00:36:45.920 think that he and his team are placing these stories in you know big outlets like fox news which

00:36:51.980 is great um but i go back to the big mistake republicans made and that is not creating their

00:36:57.920 own january 6 select committee that should have been done day one um they should have staffed it as

00:37:03.580 heavily as the other january 6 select committee did they should have hosted they should have had

00:37:09.120 by now numerous televised hearings talking not just about what the january 6 the first committee did

00:37:16.180 destroying all these evidence but all of the revelations that are coming out about january 6

00:37:22.580 and so i think that that was a big mistake early on that we're still paying for

00:37:26.700 all right julie how do people get all your amazing reporting how they follow you on social media

00:37:33.040 excuse me just getting over the cold or flu i'm at um declassified with julie kelly on substack also

00:37:40.420 julie underscore kelly too at twitter and real clear investigations where i do some long-form

00:37:46.620 investigative reporting

00:37:47.900 not that we give medical advice here but uh watch the vax

00:37:54.420 don't never i never get over this thing kelly get over this thing kelly julie kelly you're still the

00:38:02.280 best thank you ma'am appreciate you coming on thank you julie kelly uh there's impeachment 0.98

00:38:11.220 mayorkas biden uh hunter biden more so than hunter biden that of course they're taking a week off

00:38:17.200 they are taking a week off but this is going to get turbulent even axios agrees

00:38:22.280 today came out you can start to see they're hitting the panic button about this debt because

00:38:27.060 they're saying wow this is like every hundred days another trillion dollars every hundred days another

00:38:31.460 trillion dollars that's what's happening remember they signed the debt deal the debt deal that led to

00:38:36.960 the demise of kevin mccarthy remember that debt deal the day they signed it i think was the end of may

00:38:42.200 beginning of june 31.4 trillion dollars 31.4 trillion dollars of debt face amount of the

00:38:49.540 national debt you know what it is today it's hurtling towards 35 trillion and it's only january what is

00:38:56.100 that six we're not quite seven months seven months from that deal was signed we're already are with

00:39:03.860 34.2 trillion dollars think about that for a second three trillion dollars added three trillion

00:39:09.820 dollars in seven months it's exploding out of control go to birchgold.com slash worm right now

00:39:16.260 or slash bannon excuse me and make sure you talk to philip patrick and the team ask him and his team

00:39:21.180 the question explain to me why gold has been a hedge against turbulent times in human history for about

00:39:26.380 i don't know 5 000 years what is it about precious metals there's a logic to it about against all

00:39:33.020 currencies in all quite frankly natural resources so go to the experts get the answer sit down make

00:39:39.780 yourself a big pot of warpath coffee particularly the dark roast which is you know my baby

00:39:45.340 warpath.coffee go check it out war room you get the big discount but get that big pot of dark roast

00:39:51.860 sit down have a have a couple of cups send the kids out in the backyard to play

00:39:57.260 uh cut off your tv your phone all of its streaming service and just think as a free man or a free woman

00:40:04.360 what is the world telling me what are the brics nations telling me what are the central banks of 0.99

00:40:09.720 the world telling me go check it out learn to learn to think about this on your own we're here to supply

00:40:16.060 you the tools to do it informed uh citizenry on macroeconomics in the capital markets is a

00:40:24.620 citizenry that will change world history something else will change world history is a citizenry that

00:40:31.560 understands the invasion of the southern border that's why rosemary jenks and chris chmielinski

00:40:36.420 and some of these other heroes that have been in other organizations over the years are now bound

00:40:40.480 together on something called the ia project about accountability of our elected officials

00:40:45.520 about if this thing is so out of control it's no longer just about working through numbers and

00:40:50.060 analysis because it's a rational project has an internal logic from their side as they do the uh as

00:40:56.660 they do this invasion they've worked through this invasion so on the border remember it is not

00:41:00.020 chaos from their perspective it's all working according to a well thought through plan

00:41:04.480 chris first question uh the supreme court kind of a bombshell today would you would you kind of agree

00:41:11.400 that uh judge roberts the great bush uh head of the supreme court and uh amy coney barrett uh sided

00:41:19.900 with the invaders uh the government that's doing the invasion sir can you give us your a summary

00:41:24.340 analysis of that right it was it was pretty shocking and and you know they didn't offer

00:41:30.260 really any reasoning for it for their decision but you know here you've got the federal government

00:41:35.140 basically ignoring their responsibility to defend the southern border um texas is trying to step up

00:41:40.840 protect its people secure national security help secure public safety down there especially i mean

00:41:46.460 these people in texas they're getting pounded millions of people across the border illegally over the

00:41:51.220 last couple years under this current administration um so they're doing everything they can they put up

00:41:56.600 the wire fencing along the rio grande to try to stop these folks from coming in and refuse to cut it

00:42:02.480 down when judges ordered them to do so and now the supreme court is saying nope border patrol can go in

00:42:07.400 there and cut it right up so those people can continue to stream into the united states and threaten our safety 1.00

00:42:12.820 christy bring up a great point i mean we had mike davis and jeff clark some pretty smart people

00:42:19.940 they're on the opinion that hey they may have just ruled i mean this thing is supposed to be going to

00:42:24.160 appeals and go have arguments briefings the whole deal they're coming away and saying hey i think they

00:42:30.020 may have just ruled on this thing i mean we're going to try to get more information tomorrow and think

00:42:34.220 it through but they may have just said hey we looked at this and we're not going to give you any more

00:42:39.200 details but we're siding with uh the biden regime with us so we'll get that but it brings up to

00:42:44.480 another thing and marco rubio senator marco rubio had one of the most brilliant tweets i've seen a long

00:42:49.440 time so as you know rosemary broke news on here about a week or 10 days ago when she said hey i've

00:42:56.000 talked to some people inside working on this this is what this has you know uh the work fees is for

00:43:00.820 six million people 50 that she went through the whole thing heads blew up right because we said

00:43:05.960 langford we knew there was behind the scenes deal and this has been cut for months and working on

00:43:10.360 and of course they came out and denied it no a lie goes around the world if 50 times faster than the

00:43:15.500 truth can get his pants on and all this and rubio put a tweet today and goes hey let me get this right

00:43:20.220 the the guys that are doing and working on this huge new border security bill uh schumer and biden

00:43:28.180 regime uh just went to court went to the federal court to stop the people that try to secure the border

00:43:35.300 and i said that was brilliant that's a mic drop give us right now where do we stand with langford

00:43:41.260 rosemary jenks outed these people we're hearing some more bad news but they're saying and now i

00:43:46.540 think i'm hearing from insiders and rosemary's uh confirming this that everything she said is in

00:43:52.180 the bill and true but it even may be worse than that any any thoughts yeah we've we we learned today

00:43:58.960 that langford and gop leadership are they're holding some meetings up on the hill trying to get

00:44:03.680 senators to support the plan that they're pushing forward and and they've confirmed in those

00:44:07.760 meetings everything that we said that's in the bill which as you mentioned you know senator

00:44:12.540 langford put up a tweet over last weekend uh he didn't come after immigration accountability project

00:44:19.640 directly but said no this is lies wait until you see the text of the bill but here we have reports

00:44:26.180 that that they're actually confirming that no those details are true those are actually going to be in

00:44:31.760 the legislation once we actually have bill text to move forward with and can i just say what where

00:44:37.260 how far senator rubio has come i mean this was somebody that was that was part of the gang of eight

00:44:42.540 back in 2013 pushing for amnesty for 11 million people and uh all sorts of loopholes additional

00:44:48.480 loopholes in our immigration system tripling legal immigration and now we have him on the front lines

00:44:53.680 of trying to actually secure the border and defend american sovereignty um and unfortunately we've got

00:44:59.420 we've got senators like senator langford and and and some in gop leadership that are trying to plow ahead

00:45:04.580 with this deal with the biden administration which as you mentioned and as rubio pointed out on his

00:45:09.620 tweet this is this is an administration that has ignored its responsibility to secure the southern

00:45:15.540 border now for for three years going on four years its entire length of its administration it's done

00:45:22.380 nothing to try to stop the surge um in fact they've done more to encourage people to come

00:45:27.960 then they have to discourage people to come and yep these are the folks that that uh senators and

00:45:34.620 the gop senators are trying to cut a deal with

00:45:37.280 are you um of the opinion as a professional when you look at these elements that are in this today

00:45:45.960 have been confirmed by meetings up on capitol hill that if this was to get codified into law

00:45:51.460 that this would be the greatest magnet uh particularly the work permits and other things like that

00:45:56.420 uh that we literally have tens if not hundreds of millions of people to make the the next surge to

00:46:02.200 come because they realize hey i got a chance to get in here and get a work permit and once i'm here as

00:46:07.580 an economic migrant all the asylum laws fall apart everything falls apart it would the logic for be 1.00

00:46:13.020 from somebody and if you and i were down there and saw that and say hey why not let's roll the dice

00:46:17.580 and see see how we play out in america exactly i mean at the end of the day this is why people come

00:46:24.240 to our country illegally this is why they cross the border illegally they want two things they want to 0.90

00:46:28.760 be able to live here and they want to be able to work here and the biden administration continues to

00:46:33.620 give that to them and the details that rosemary linked on your program about 10 days ago confirmed

00:46:39.900 that this deal that langford is putting together would actually speed up the process of getting those

00:46:45.500 people that cross the border illegally work permits so they get to stay here and they get work permits 0.66

00:46:50.940 it's the complete opposite of president trump's remain in mexico which is what we need to not let

00:46:55.740 these people into the country anyway if you continue to release these people to the u.s and you give them 0.87

00:47:01.860 work permits the second they step foot in the united states of course they're going to keep coming

00:47:05.700 so it's going to dramatically increase the number of folks that are coming in and i just want to

00:47:11.620 remind people that in our point we said that the expulsion authority kicks in if the seven day average

00:47:18.420 exceeds 5 000 encounters per day by border patrol you still have dhs secretary mayorkas has to exercise

00:47:25.780 that extra expulsion authority it's not that the extra expulsion authority necessarily automatically

00:47:30.900 kicks in of course we need to see the text before we can make that conclusion but uh that expulsion of

00:47:37.620 we believe would still be at the discretion of dhs secretary mayorkas which means that we could be

00:47:43.220 seeing a lot more than 5 000 per day and you're talking about over a million illegal border crossers

00:47:48.100 every single year just with that 5 000 per day base uh chris you you you've now joined this new group uh

00:47:57.460 walk people through how can we assist you where do they go for information how they find out about this

00:48:02.260 because this is a major move and already you guys have become absolutely integral into this whole

00:48:07.540 debate and it's going to be when once the text is released i don't think we've ever seen a border

00:48:14.180 fight like this one because people that watch this show the people of the backbone of the mega movement

00:48:18.980 the republican party are going to understand something that you can no longer deny you and your country

00:48:25.460 have been betrayed you have absolutely been betrayed and devil catch the hindmost on this one because

00:48:31.380 people are going to be furious you guys called it out then they came out and said rosemary was lying

00:48:36.580 and we were wrong war room was over the top again and now we find out we were actually over the target

00:48:42.420 so where do people go to get more information i want everybody up to speed when this text hits because

00:48:47.060 we're going to have a battle royale on this because they want to do that they want to give up our

00:48:51.220 sovereignty the southern border at the same time they want to fund another 60 bay and just another down

00:48:55.780 payment on the trade and they're going to eventually shovel into ukraine so this is going to be the fight of

00:49:00.340 the ages where do people go on your side to get more information iaproject.org iaproject.org

00:49:09.140 where the immigration accountability project you come come to us offer your support we also have

00:49:14.340 links to all of our social media uh outlets on that and one more thing i wanted to point out too we're

00:49:19.300 also hearing that this deal that senator lankford is putting together with biden and schumer could also

00:49:24.180 include funding additional funding for the ngos so just another thing that'll probably add to our national debt

00:49:30.340 additional funding to the ngos like catholic charities the lutherans these other source-backed

00:49:38.260 other source-backed un groups that are down there as heritage shows us exacerbating uh the invasion

00:49:43.860 on the southern border additional funding for those ngos exactly helping those uh that that cross the 0.56

00:49:50.500 border illegally supporting them resettling them all across the country making essentially every

00:49:55.460 community in the united states of america border uh a border town as a result of that um you know

00:50:01.620 some of the and they're profiting off of it too um you know that a lot of that funding is going straight

00:50:07.140 into their back pockets too um so that we again don't know the specifics but until we actually see

00:50:13.860 text of this deal but we do have a report from politico this afternoon chris murphy one of the negotiators

00:50:19.700 the senator from connecticut saying that the the deal is now in the hands of appropriators trying

00:50:25.060 to figure out how they're going to fund it and again how they're going to spend the money that

00:50:28.180 gets funded should it pass uh chris uh thank you very much for joining us appreciate it great work

00:53:01.700 think back to 9 11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the

00:53:24.100 this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the

00:53:29.540 war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we

00:53:35.300 say the wrong things on social media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga
