00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:15.680 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians
00:00:23.440 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in Georgia
00:00:29.160 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations
00:00:34.300 that's why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight
00:00:38.060 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host
00:00:45.180 stephen k bannon to read the statement that was just sent to me here by trump campaign spokesman
00:00:51.020 quote if immunity is not granted to a president every future president who leaves office will be
00:00:56.320 immediately indicted by the opposing party without complete immunity a president of the united states
00:01:01.300 would not be able to properly function deranged jack smith's prosecution of president trump for his
00:01:06.360 presidential official acts is unconstitutional under the doctrine of presidential immunity and the
00:01:11.440 separation of powers prosecuting a president for official acts violates the constitution and
00:01:15.860 threatens the bedrock of our republic president trump respectfully disagrees with the dc circuit's
00:01:21.000 decision and will appeal it in order to safeguard the presidency and the constitution again that is
00:01:26.880 the new statement just sent a minute ago by the trump campaign spokesman here it's i think it's
00:01:31.380 important to note each of those issues that was outlined by the trump campaign in that statement was
00:01:36.720 thoroughly written about by those three judges in their appeals decision here and in part of this i think
00:01:42.940 it's important to pick out from the appeals court decision which they write former president trump's
00:01:47.780 stance would collapse our system of separated powers by placing the president beyond the reach of all
00:01:52.820 three branches of course this is not just about the federal election interference charges against
00:01:57.460 donald trump but also the potential use of the oval office by presidents in the future of course donald
00:02:03.540 trump is running for the nomination again he has talked about being dictator for a day he has talked
00:02:08.120 about the the strengths of having a strong man running a country and so the decision here by the appeals court
00:02:14.020 in the likely supreme court hearing oral arguments and taking this case up themselves and ultimately
00:02:19.420 issuing their final ruling will have great implications not only for this trial that is slated to take place
00:02:25.860 against donald trump but also future presidents of the united states and other trials involving donald trump
00:02:32.320 potentially as well von hilliard thank you so much for bringing us that breaking news that the statement
00:02:36.980 coming now from the trump campaign following uh this decision by the dc circuit court of appeals and the
00:02:44.320 three judge panel that took up those arguments denying trump's claims that he deserves presidential
00:02:50.380 immunity and that the case should be dismissed we're going to squeeze in a very quick break please stay
00:02:55.260 with us four motions to dismiss the indictment all four rejected
00:02:59.680 i have two thoughts one is substantive and one is the procedure what's going to happen going forward
00:03:07.160 substantively this is a unanimous body blow to each and every one of donald trump's arguments
00:03:16.160 um it is a huge victory for the government and completely vindicates judge chutkin in her ruling it
00:03:23.800 it affirms it in every way shape and form uh the court calls donald trump's arguments irrational
00:03:32.440 um in a brief quote for you um he said at bottom this is the court's opinion at bottom former president
00:03:40.460 trump's stance would collapse our system of separated powers by placing the president beyond the reach of
00:03:48.240 all three branches um it describes the president's um position as saying that a former president would be
00:03:56.580 free to commit all manner of crimes with impunity and it fundamentally rejects that in every single way
00:04:04.740 now turning to what can happen next um the court gives essentially donald trump one week and one week
00:04:13.940 only to go to the supreme court it says that it will issue its mandate that is sort of handing the ball
00:04:21.960 back to judge chutkin um at the end of february 12th so basically the morning of february 13th a week from
00:04:30.880 today the only way it will not do that is if essentially one of two things has to happen that a filing is made
00:04:39.520 in the supreme court seeking review which is by no means clear that um that that is going to be taken
00:04:46.160 because this is such a resounding victory in every way but that that's something donald trump can do he
00:04:53.360 can seek to have this heard by the supreme court but the supreme court does not have to take it the other
00:04:59.800 way in which uh donald trump could try to stay this is by seeking the dc circuit itself to rehear this
00:05:07.800 um but the court says on that there is no automatic uh stay that the mandate will still issue
00:05:16.340 um even if donald trump seeks that unless and until the dc circuit says no don't do that meaning
00:05:22.860 essentially what they're telling donald trump is don't look to the dc circuit for assistance in staying
00:05:28.940 this case you really have to go to the supreme court so all eyes right now should be on a filing that
00:05:36.040 that donald trump will certainly make in the next week asking for supreme court review and what the
00:05:42.540 supreme court does because it's quite possible they reject that quickly and this case will be back
00:05:48.560 on before judge chetkin
00:05:50.280 okay welcome uh tuesday 6 february year of lord 2024 so much happened in the first hour so much
00:05:58.440 happening today an explosive day in the nation's capital and of course throughout the rest of the
00:06:02.880 country with just massive news mike davis mike you you warned us about this but i got to go to the
00:06:08.540 second part first weissman because you said you told this audience the other day you thought it was
00:06:12.960 going to be defeated at the uh at the at the dc uh appeals court the appellate court but uh is weissman
00:06:21.240 right was this a resounding victory was this such a crushing decision by this three judge panel
00:06:27.020 that they're basically telling you're they essentially crushed it you can't you shouldn't
00:06:33.600 go en banc to the whole thing because they're probably not going to hear it this your uh your
00:06:38.620 arguments are so i think they quote it irrational that you need to go to immediately supreme court your
00:06:44.220 assessment of this ruling sir well it's a predictable ruling because the dc circuit is controlled by
00:06:50.860 democrats uh so you have these two biden judges and a very weak bush 41 judge uh who ruled the way they
00:06:59.500 ruled it was predictable you could have predicted this by listening to their oral argument but here's
00:07:04.220 the bigger issue what was what what they did not establish what judge chuckkin did not establish on the
00:07:11.100 dc district court and what these three judges on the dc circuit did not establish that the president of the
00:07:18.140 united states any president of the united states uh is immune from criminal prosecution for their
00:07:26.860 official acts meaning members of congress are immune both civilly and criminally for their official acts
00:07:36.700 so are federal judges why the hell wouldn't the president of the united states also be both immune
00:07:44.700 civilly and criminally that we've already established that the president is simply but didn't they but
00:07:50.140 didn't but hang on but didn't didn't they just take that i hear you but didn't you guys argued that
00:07:55.500 the president argued that didn't they say that and they said no you what you're arguing for is to put
00:07:59.420 him higher above the law i mean they heard your argument but they countered it with saying
00:08:05.260 that argument's irrational because to do what you want to do is to make the president not just trump but
00:08:11.020 you're making the office of the president uh you're making the office of the president above
00:08:16.220 essentially the law above the courts sir well well that's what they said but that's a silly argument
00:08:22.140 because you can't charge members of congress criminally for their official acts you can't
00:08:28.380 charge federal judges criminally for their official acts how can you charge the president that that
00:08:33.900 violates the separation of powers presidents should have immunity both civilly and criminally it's been
00:08:41.420 established civilly the reason it has not been established yet criminally is this is the first
00:08:47.500 time a former president has been charged by this democrat lawfare and they've charged president
00:08:53.260 trump four times and if you read this opinion they try to make a trump derangement syndrome exception
00:09:00.380 here they try to say that they're only deciding the facts they're only deciding the law as it relates
00:09:05.900 to trump and the facts of this case they're not going to decide this more broadly and that's just
00:09:10.940 insane and that's why the supreme court of the united states will have to take this case because
00:09:17.340 here's the precedent that's going to be set this means that the trump 47 justice department can charge
00:09:24.380 president president obama and his aides including his legal advisor at the time david baron who's now
00:09:30.860 a federal circuit judge for capital murder for the drone strike on american citizens abroad the extrajudicial
00:09:39.580 murder of american citizens including a 17 year old including a minor because presidents don't have
00:09:46.460 immunity under this dc circuit ruling we uh the the trump 47 justice department can also charge
00:09:53.820 biden for his illegal release of these dangerous migrants who are going into our country and robbing
00:10:02.380 and raping and murdering people those are the natural consequences of of these illegal releases of
00:10:09.580 these dangerous migrants is they're going to commit crimes so the bite that does that mean the trump 47
00:10:15.900 justice department can charge president biden because he broke the law by releasing these migrants into the
00:10:22.780 country right so this is the path that we're going to go down these are republic ending tactics this is
00:10:28.300 how our country will fail if the president of the united states can can indict and imprison his predecessor
00:10:37.100 based upon what he did in his official capacity as the president of the united states that can't stand
00:10:43.260 that's why the supreme court is going to have to take this case and establish at a baseline
00:10:49.340 level that presidents like judges like members of congress are immune from criminal prosecution for
00:10:56.140 their official acts don't you want to go on bonk and explain the audience this is amazing they had
00:11:03.900 katie katie turr was on was hosting her show on msnbc like two weeks ago she didn't know what the term
00:11:11.100 on bunk was uh our audience does but in on bunk you have the entire circuit uh hear the case but you
00:11:18.780 will get some consenting opinions which you didn't get today wouldn't that help you look i'm not a
00:11:24.060 lawyer not a constitutional lawyer particularly i know you are wouldn't that help you get a couple
00:11:28.220 of consenting opinions to help build the foundation for the case to the supreme court yeah and that's why
00:11:36.060 this three-judge panel is being so transparently political and playing their games generally when
00:11:42.060 you're dealing with issues of government immunity including presidential immunity the case is stayed
00:11:48.060 it's stopped until the issues are resolved and the dc circuit today changed the normal rules for on
00:11:54.940 bonk review and punished president trump and said that if you seek on bonk review we're not going to
00:12:01.340 stay this case we're going to let this biden special counsel jack smith and this dc obama judge
00:12:07.660 railroad you with this illegal unconstitutional trial while the full dc circuit hears this case
00:12:14.700 right there what they're trying to do these these democrat judges and i can't believe judge henderson
00:12:20.300 was so dumb to go along with this is they're trying to throw this hot potato on the supreme court's docket
00:12:27.580 so with the supreme court does its job and rules for trump that there's presidential immunity and
00:12:33.020 sends this back down to judge chuck and to have a mini trial on what actions are immune and what
00:12:38.540 actions are not immune which which actions are part of their official acts including the outer perimeter
00:12:43.500 of the official acts versus purely private actions what the democrats want to do is destroy the
00:12:49.020 legitimacy of the supreme court it's going to be a twofer hold it this is this is why i wanted to have
00:12:55.260 you on and have you on so quickly i knew there's lots of breaking news here the six o'clock hour but
00:12:59.100 i had to get to this let me understand this in the audience along with me normally what you're saying
00:13:06.620 is that when they were when the three judge panel ruled against it it would be stayed assuming you
00:13:12.060 either go on bank of the court you'd have to make that decision but it'd be stayed here you're saying
00:13:17.420 they only took they only kept it stayed for a week for the supreme court if he goes and and wants to go on
00:13:23.500 bank the the the trial is not stayed they they restart the process and start getting ready for
00:13:29.820 trial is that what you're telling me correct and you'll have this obama stacked dc circuit deny the
00:13:37.980 stay on the the on bunk they'll deny the stay saying that this case can proceed uh but can go ahead
00:13:45.420 even though they haven't just decided presidential immunity and the only way this would be stated is if
00:13:49.900 they throw this hot potato at the supreme court look this is what the democrats are trying to do
00:13:54.700 they're trying to destroy trump and destroy the legitimacy of the supreme court in the process
00:14:00.060 because they know that the constitutionalist supreme court is the last thing in the democrats way so they
00:14:06.300 would love for the supreme court to rule for trump and then destroy the legitimacy of the supreme court in
00:14:13.180 the process you're saying if you you're saying if they hear it without going on bank because they
00:14:19.260 can't stay they can't slow it down the trump team decides let's go to the court the court takes this
00:14:23.900 on the court comes back and rules uh for the immunity that then you'll see the city it will be like the
00:14:29.820 french revolution it will be nothing like kavanaugh's when they ran across and tried to beat down the
00:14:33.980 door it'll be nothing like dobbs where they went to their homes and intimidated and of course the
00:14:38.700 young women uh were out there in the plaza for a week you're saying it'll be worse than that that
00:14:43.340 this is this will be the club that they'll use to say look this court's stacked with trump appointees
00:14:49.180 that mike davis got through the system uh it's not a legitimate court it's a trump court and therefore
00:14:54.860 we got to take it down yes they will try to cow the supreme court justice they did this on the dobbs
00:15:01.580 ruling they tried to they they threatened and intimidated the justices in their homes even after
00:15:07.660 the 1am assassination attempt against justice kavanaugh his wife ashley and their two teenage
00:15:13.740 daughters they had supreme court justices in safe houses and the biden white house press secretary in
00:15:20.140 the the biden justice department said that these protesters had a first amendment right to be outside
00:15:25.820 of their homes which is absolutely uh not true it is unlawful to protest someone in their home you do not
00:15:32.940 have a first amendment right to protest outside someone's home because they can't leave their
00:15:37.580 home right and so and you definitely don't have a first amendment right to protest outside of a
00:15:43.660 federal judge's home while they're deciding a pending case that is obstruction of justice but we saw
00:15:49.420 what they did with dobbs just imagine what they'll do with this trump case
00:15:56.380 um this is shocking i mean this is why weissman's got the smirk on his face because they understand
00:16:02.460 the logical thing would be go on bunk because you want a couple of the judges to render opposite
00:16:08.780 opinions you know minority opinions and you use those in making your argument to the supreme court
00:16:13.500 later here they're trying to take that away they're trying to take away that step from president trump
00:16:18.220 by saying hey the if you do that the trial is going to go on as scheduled and you're going to have to
00:16:23.340 deal with it uh is that why weissman was smirking yeah i mean it shows that this is election
00:16:28.620 interference they waited 30 months to bring these charges against trump and they timed the trial
00:16:34.300 to happen before the presidential election they rushed it they're skipping all the other january
00:16:40.060 six defendants to rush president trump's trial and what is the rush why did they have to try this case
00:16:47.180 before november 5th 2024 other than lawfare other than election interference and the fact
00:16:53.820 that they're not going to stay this case while the dc circuit full court the en banc court's going to
00:16:58.940 consider this shows that this is political by these judges it shows that they're participating
00:17:05.580 in this election interference
00:17:10.540 walk me through how is this going to impact how's this ruling in the in the third of intimidation how do
00:17:16.460 you believe it's going to impact because we have this thursday's a historical day before the supreme
00:17:21.420 court right i mean this is where you're actually going to rule on this 14th amendment which has
00:17:25.900 been so controversial about whether president trump can even be on the ballot or not you know these
00:17:30.780 these supporters of democracy i think there's 30 states now that have different groups of source
00:17:34.940 backed groups or some even have attorney generals in the left-wing states but this is historic do you
00:17:39.980 think this ruling and as brutal as they kind of put down president trump do you think that's going
00:17:44.540 to be in back of the head of you know we've had some questions here about the texas ruling
00:17:48.460 on the southern border i know you and i both have kind of questioned why certain the justices
00:17:53.340 it's so straightforward that texas has the constitutional right to defend itself why they
00:17:57.980 flip do you believe that this ruling today might actually be in their heads on this historic uh basically
00:18:05.260 uh hearing pleading on uh on this thursday i hope the supreme court doesn't play the political
00:18:12.460 political games where they can vote for trump on this colorado case because it's so easy it's such a
00:18:19.260 an easy decision and then they can use that to duck the presidential immunity case because what i'm
00:18:25.580 telling the supreme court justices is this is so much bigger than donald trump if a president can indict
00:18:33.660 and imprison his predecessor based upon official acts our country is done that's how we're going to
00:18:41.100 destroy our country and so if the supreme court does not have the fortitude to establish
00:18:48.140 that presidents any president is immune criminally for their official acts like members of congress
00:18:55.180 like federal judges we're not going to have a country left when this is done do you do you think
00:19:01.100 that half of the american people are going to go along with the biden special counsel jack smith
00:19:07.820 and this obama dc judge tanya shutkin just throwing president trump in prison and deciding the election
00:19:15.980 that way instead of the american people on november 5th 2024 this is how our country is going to fall
00:19:22.620 apart if this happens historic week at the supreme court the the stakes couldn't be higher now you're
00:19:30.700 going to be covering for us you're going to be out there uh real immersive is going to get camera crew
00:19:34.860 because this day at the supreme court is going to be so uh powerful the immunity when do you believe
00:19:40.060 we will see president trump do you do you believe they'll go on bonk or do you think they'll say hey
00:19:45.340 these guys are boxes in we'll go right to the supreme court do you think they'll go back and and try to
00:19:49.900 go on bonk on the immunity issue because when you said those dissenting of dissent dissenting opinions are
00:19:57.580 so powerful to take to the court this this is the perfect case to go on bought because this is a case of
00:20:03.900 first impression we've never had a former president indicted like this before and so this is a weighty
00:20:10.780 constitutional issue that goes to presidential immunity that goes to the the separation of powers
00:20:16.860 why would you want to punish a party like trump to go to the full courts all members of the dc circuit
00:20:25.100 to weigh in other than the fact that you're trying to be political you're trying to rush this case to
00:20:31.020 interfere in the presidential election they know that president trump is on a glide path to win on
00:20:36.940 november 5th 2024 include according to all polls except if he is convicted in this dc case and so
00:20:45.660 that is why they are trying to rush this by the biden justice department in this dc obama judge tanya
00:20:52.540 shukkin and apparently this dc circuit panel because they're not allowing president trump to go through
00:20:59.020 the normal en banc process with the dc circuit without being punished that is outrageous that is
00:21:05.340 a blatant political game that they're playing and it shows that these judges are partisan and
00:21:11.900 and they are interfering in the election cycle
00:21:17.660 last thing because i know you've you've done such a good job on the the last time we had first of you
00:21:22.380 were the tip of the spear in getting these justice approved so you've been the mechanic and actually been
00:21:26.700 in the trenches you know the difficulty of the of the confirmation process you've also did such a
00:21:31.420 great job on the last supreme court justice that was confirmed being an analyst for us and observer
00:21:37.100 so did my years come out i don't even know if they're interviews these weird things that there's
00:21:40.700 too much pressure she's ill it's the caseloads too much and all of a sudden i'm hearing voices on the left
00:21:47.820 go ginsburg on her which is basically saying she's got to retire now because trump's coming back
00:21:52.860 right and trump's going to have then we'll have a seven two court right uh with uh with another
00:21:58.140 hardcore maga judge she's got to go now what's your assessment first off of her even coming out
00:22:03.580 and leaking this and doing everything of whining about the caseload i mean you're a supreme court
00:22:07.580 justice right it is a huge caseload that's why it's such special people that you pick and such
00:22:13.500 intellectual giants right make make this make sense to us it's not that hard of a job i mean they
00:22:20.940 they they have four law clerks sometimes five law clerks who help them write their opinions
00:22:27.100 research and write their opinions i seriously doubt if justice sotomayor is uh staying up until
00:22:33.900 late into the evening research and writing her opinions i would just say this i maybe she's
00:22:38.940 frustrated because president trump transformed the five to four left of center court to the five to
00:22:44.700 four clarence thomas courts and so these three democrat appointees on the court are writing
00:22:52.300 their dissenting opinions pretty regularly i mean that's what justice thomas had to do for the first
00:22:58.380 decade he was on the court so it's probably exhausting for them to write their dueling dumb
00:23:03.420 dissenting opinions all the time uh between sotomayor and justice jack jackson figuring out who could be the
00:23:09.900 most emotive and their opinions it's probably exhausting so i actually think the most frustrated
00:23:15.740 justice would be justice kagan because she's gonna have to write many of her own dissents because she has
00:23:21.180 to she has the dueling dumb dissenting opinions it's the buried lead we just made some news there uh
00:23:30.540 correct me if i'm wrong but five to four thomas court means that you're saying roberts is officially in the
00:23:37.180 mike davis pantheon roberts is with the with the liberals is that do i take that foot do i take
00:23:43.340 that shot across across the bow to be roberts is with the uh with the minority i would say he's not
00:23:49.340 i would this is what i would say about the chief justice i think he's generally conservative but he plays
00:23:55.020 this game with the supreme court i call it they call it chiefy where he tries to he tries to depoliticize
00:24:01.900 the court by making political decisions and all it does is it makes the court more political
00:24:07.020 it makes these justices more susceptible to political pressure which is exactly what you're
00:24:12.780 not supposed to do so uh that there are generally five judges on the supreme court who are constitutionalist
00:24:20.300 sometimes uh sometimes less but generally five there are three liberals two of whom write dueling dumb
00:24:27.180 decisions and then elena kagan is pulling her hair out happened to like a corral her two colleagues and
00:24:33.740 then there's the chief justice who thinks that by positioning the court to popular opinion
00:24:40.380 it depoliticizes the court but it has the opposite effect mike davis where do people go to get all your

00:32:00.060 lost 2.2 trillion dollars in equity value in the last couple of weeks uh the commercial real estate
00:32:06.780 uh is imploding big article in the financial times american hedge funds etc are holding back
00:32:12.860 or pulling back from investing because of what we call the trump effect president trump is not only
00:32:17.900 positively affecting our stock market but with his imminent return but also people understand he's going
00:32:23.660 to have tougher tariffs and be much tougher on china so their economy now realizing we finally
00:32:28.620 convinced wall street and maybe some of some silicon valley it does not do any business to support the
00:32:34.540 most murderous regime in mankind's history that would be the chinese communist party
00:32:39.340 part of this is for your own safety and security you're personally because you're a combatant in this
00:32:44.620 don't think because you're um you know you're having a big impact on capitol hill and you
00:32:49.500 are as a major protagonist because you're in the ring fighting you're not sitting on a ringside seat
00:32:54.540 that the world doesn't know that uh to them you're a problem this is why you're called a
00:32:59.340 domestic terrorist in the united states all the time this is why you're debanked this is why you're
00:33:03.980 de-platformed this is why they put those billboards up after january 6th in lake georgia if you know
00:33:10.060 people have these tendencies like own guns you report them you know the lives of others the uh the the
00:33:16.620 great film about the stasi in in east germany make sure the supply chains and they're getting
00:33:22.940 all over president trump for some kind we made the other day but you know here on the supply chains

00:33:48.620 communist party uh put a chokehold on you it's hard enough combating them on a national power level
00:33:55.100 make sure they can't get into your business ben harnwell there's a firefight right now between
00:33:59.980 the border thing ukraine they're they're still trying to remember uh mcconnell may be ousted here
00:34:06.140 and he walked the plank to get money into the money laundering operation of ukraine the world still
00:34:10.940 awaits and since you're one of the most i think best analysts of what's going on there
00:34:15.580 there's still the jurors that were like what in the hell is happening with this coup did zelinski
00:34:19.180 blank is he going to lose credibility with the people did this general who's much uh much more
00:34:24.220 beloved than he is uh really stand him down did victoria newland fail in her efforts or did she
00:34:30.540 succeed what's the u.s government doing because it's quite confusing and here's the other thing ben you
00:34:34.780 should know in our country it's almost gone radio silent i mean every for a while for years it was
00:34:39.340 every night it was the lead story it was least during new york times at wall to wall coverage
00:34:42.780 washington post msnbc a block cnn a block of every show ukraine ukraine ukraine it's now crickets they
00:34:49.900 may put ambassador taylor on on a sunday afternoon in like three o'clock for the d block of a new show
00:34:56.940 on sunday afternoon but other than that's crickets what's going on here is as we now start to look at
00:35:02.220 these bills and how to kill these the rest of these bills on the funding of the money laundering
00:35:07.180 and money laundering operation good afternoon steve well uh the big news today steve is that there is
00:35:14.700 no big news this is day eight um remembering of course that monday of last week president zelinski
00:35:20.860 did fire his commander-in-chief general zeluzny and then uh whilst he was trying to appoint uh two
00:35:28.140 generals two senior generals uh to replace him both of whom uh turned him down um and then of course the
00:35:35.420 the the americans and the brits came into play um and told him to back down um eight days on
00:35:43.260 general zeluzny who refused to resign he refused to quit is still in his post um so to answer your
00:35:50.940 question yes i think uh victoria newland actually did accomplish something uh as we as we call her on
00:35:57.260 get to the angel of death when the angel of death descended on kiev last wednesday in her emergency
00:36:02.860 visit there i think she did achieve something because the civilian government is still in place
00:36:06.780 there hasn't been a military coup um and there is this tension and the mainstream media steve is
00:36:12.860 describing this in sort of highlander type terms there can be only one um who that one is going to
00:36:19.740 be is only going to emerge with time probably will be zelinski um but even if it happens in the next 25
00:36:27.100 hours and i think probably the sacking will happen in the next 24 hours or so um but this is eight or
00:36:32.300 nine days on steve the important thing to i think my takeaway on this won't change now um and that is
00:36:38.380 what was supposed to be a power play on behalf of um on behalf of president zelinski a power move to show
00:36:45.900 that who ukraine and the world who really is in control um illustrated manifested his own uh weakness in
00:36:54.700 ukraine eight days steve eight days possibly nine possibly more um with a commander um in chief who
00:37:02.140 does not have his confidence obviously because he's tried to sack him in fact he he did sack him um for
00:37:07.900 that interim period of two uh two uh two or three hours um and then had to back down so he obviously
00:37:14.620 doesn't have his his confidence in the middle of an existential war this has just illustrated the world
00:37:19.820 how weak president zelinski is uh sticking however with ukraine there's um you know we we have been
00:37:28.140 hold on hold on hold it hold on hold on right before you do that just got to make sure we just
00:37:32.140 got to put in perspective what's happened here because they're voting now you get the monarchist uh
00:37:37.020 impeachment vote teetering you got everything i think the israel uh bill i i believe it uh it may uh
00:37:44.700 it may uh be defeated because it's not going to have an offset my point is the whole senate apparatus
00:37:50.620 is collapsing before our eyes i'm absolutely stunned when the voice for the ukraine uh you know the
00:37:57.660 atlanticist uh has to be as loud as it's ever been making a positive case for continuing american
00:38:05.500 involvement at the 60 billion dollar level it stuns me that they could just go radio silent it's not the
00:38:11.900 way they somebody should tell them this is not the way the system works they have to be they have
00:38:17.420 to be on msnbc and cnn as the lead story all the time to get people's attention here because right now
00:38:24.300 they've been marginalized here and to go quiet i mean it to me it shows i think something deeper
00:38:31.740 is the zelinski uh regime fighting for its life behind the scenes do you believe that's happening
00:38:37.100 because if they don't put themselves out for it now the the ability they're they're going to get
00:38:42.460 no money and i have been fighting this from day one and i will tell you of all the fights we had
00:38:47.660 this might have been the longest shot because the overwhelming power of the defense industry in our
00:38:52.780 country the murderous uh sociopathic overlords as you call them is so powerful uh the greed for money
00:39:00.140 of what this war does and not just that the rebuilding of this as you know the larry finks of
00:39:03.980 the world was so powerful that it was a long shot now we took it but i'm stunned it's particularly
00:39:10.700 as media savvy as zelinski is that he doesn't get this there's something deeply wrong there do you
00:39:16.300 believe that behind the scenes this government is close to collapse well you know well yes because
00:39:23.580 the country is close to collapse um you know it had been promised i think about a million shells
00:39:29.420 suddenly by the united states um artillery shells a million artillery shells of which 300 000 i think
00:39:37.340 was said to have arrived this baby that their um their armament cupboard is running bare now uh it's
00:39:43.900 clear that it's only a question of time in what is a war of attrition ukraine can't keep up fighting
00:39:49.980 with with military equipment it doesn't have it no longer has with an art with armed forces that have
00:39:54.700 been depleted uh that it no longer uh has the political strength to to draw 500 000 ukrainians
00:40:03.500 an issue a hot potato so toxic neither the civilian government nor the military administration wants
00:40:10.380 to touch it though both sides realize that that would be necessary to continue this war so ukraine
00:40:15.820 itself uh in what is an existential war what it has made into an existential war it didn't have to be like
00:40:21.980 that uh what what what the biden administration has pushed into an existential war for ukraine um is
00:40:29.260 obviously going to be existential also for the government because when this war does push into now
00:40:35.500 we're not really talking about negotiating tables anymore simply because putin's holding all the guards
00:40:41.900 uh so when so when putin has has decided uh i think uh when he's got the territory he wants to stick
00:40:48.940 onto when he detect dictates the uh the surrender terms for ukraine well obviously it's inconceivable
00:40:56.700 that the same civilian government i don't know if it's ever happened and that the government has
00:41:01.100 lost a war um will remain in situ so yes enough to answer your question around about wait it is that
00:41:07.340 the government is in uh crisis because the country is in crisis and the country is in crisis as you correctly
00:41:13.900 said because our sociopathic overlords have led it into that so just that as professor marsh
00:41:20.540 said we've got a lot more ukraine down the primmost path to the destruction uh we only got a couple
00:41:26.780 minutes because i gotta get joe allen in here uh so i just want to do the farmers we got more in russia
00:41:31.420 we're going to cover more in ukraine cover we'll cover that tomorrow tell me about this great victory
00:41:36.220 which is being not reported in the united states and i think this will start to embolden the agrarian
00:41:41.980 populist uprising here walk me through the the agrarian populist victories in europe
00:41:48.540 well this this is the the fresh news out today from brussels the administrative administrative capital
00:41:54.700 of the european union uh ursula von der leyen the president of the commission reduced uh produced her
00:42:00.540 paper today and one of the key elements in here in there that had caused so much dissent amongst the
00:42:06.620 farming community which was a this pledge uh to cut emissions by 90 uh percent of its 1990 value by uh
00:42:16.060 the year 2040 she's going to back out of that now um which was specifically specifically to do with
00:42:22.140 methane gas and the nitrogen which is a significant achievement for the farmer protest in addition to
00:42:29.500 the fact they're also going to be uh maneuvers to let farmers continue to farm uh their land rather than
00:42:37.020 put it into conservation this is that rewilding project and also this is ukraine go ahead
00:42:45.260 sorry i'll finish here uh uh also what was was was deeply unpopular even in the eastern european
00:42:52.140 countries which have been solidly behind ukraine was they none of these european these big agriculture
00:42:57.980 countries uh wanted ukraine agricultural exports flooding in those opposed say no
00:43:06.780 the eyes have it mr speaker the gentleman from utah
00:43:13.660 thank you i request mr speaker i requested the yeas and nays the yeas and nays are requested
00:43:18.860 those favoring a vote by the yeas and the nays will rise a sufficient number having risen
00:43:23.660 the yeas and nays are ordered
00:43:27.980 pursuant to clause eight of rule 20 further proceedings on this question are postponed
00:43:34.060 we are we are uh watching uh the impeachment vote of mayorkas here's what it was it's 215 to 215
00:43:42.220 um and scalise is um scalise is out for cancer treatment um
00:43:50.540 buck and gallagher surprising gallagher joy joyce of ohio gallagher of wisconsin have
00:43:57.820 voted no it's 215 to 215 uh even as we speak and this thing could get a little chaotic
00:44:03.980 as we go uh forward 215 to 215 uh steve scalise could not make the vote we understand he's recovering
00:44:10.540 from uh cancer um um you know his medical i think he's doing chemo uh and so that's uh can i have go
00:44:17.980 ahead and put it in my ear what's happening so i can hear it let's let's go ahead and go back to the
00:44:21.340 floor for a second right now it's 215 to 215 democrats are calling for the vote to end
00:44:26.780 i think that's what they've done let's go ahead and go back to this
00:44:30.780 and just a moment ago the vote to impeach the homeland security secretary alejandro mayorkas
00:44:35.260 not passing as it ended 214 to 216 going on now to a vote on israel funding this bill would provide
00:44:44.780 okay um now you're going to go to the all-important israel funding a bill so it looks like there's a flip
00:44:52.860 at the end mayorkas has uh they've avoided impeachment after two years of working on this
00:44:59.900 214 to 216 it was 215 to 215 tie uh people were working on it uh so um but the breaking news here
00:45:08.940 the house rejected an effort to impeach homeland security mayorkas 214 to 216 this i gotta tell you
00:45:16.380 is an absolute catastrophe for johnson this thing should have been whipped it should have been whipped
00:45:22.460 uh even harder uh it's outrageous that all the work that went into this all the work that went into
00:45:28.780 this um all the work that went into this end it with this uh hang on one second can we cut down the
00:45:34.380 outside noise that's uh out here we're producing this on the fly right now uh wanted to get into uh
00:45:40.620 our uh i'll try to continue with ben if we can but i gotta cover this a 214 to 260 it was 215 to 215
00:45:48.540 uh the no votes uh from the republicans were ken buck who had told people about that you had gallagher
00:45:55.020 who i think officially ended his political career i will say that i don't know how he goes to any higher
00:46:00.700 office um having a voted not to impeach mayorkas uh and of course joyce who's always a a wild card
00:46:09.020 there i think he's homeland security uh or close to the homeland security uh secretary green or uh
00:46:15.100 committee head green so absolutely devastating let me repeat that 214 to 216 was the vote uh the vote um
00:46:24.460 to impeach mayorkas and lost remember you lose by one vote you lose by one vote 214 to 216 it was 215 to
00:46:33.260 215 someone changed your vote there at the uh at the very end uh it looks like steve scalise at least
00:46:38.540 their initial reporting steve steve scalise uh was ill was out uh with his cancer treatment
00:46:45.740 so where this put us uh today has been an incredible day we've seen the absolute collapse
00:46:51.660 of the border uh you know the amnesty the invasion bill uh that will uh i understand our understanding
00:46:58.460 right now in the whip count tomorrow is that even uh mcconnell and uh and lankford lankford
00:47:05.020 to negotiate it really mcconnell was the puppet master there they're going to actually vote no
00:47:08.940 i think on cloture tomorrow it will not get cloture that means it won't go to the floor i have to go
00:47:13.420 back to the drawing board the senate's about to take off for two weeks for president's day uh recess
00:47:19.580 um so they won't be back of course you're having now the historic vote we'll cut to that hopefully in
00:47:24.620 a second if we can do it before we uh before lou dobbs picks up we're going to get to the historic
00:47:29.500 vote over um over israel funding the debate on the israel funding was kind of a firestorm made the
00:47:37.260 democrats aoc and of course uh the squad and other members saying that you shouldn't fund a right-wing
00:47:45.100 bb netanyahu a government that you shouldn't uh uh fund essentially genocide uh the republicans taking
00:47:51.420 the opposite view although there was a significant amount of republicans i think 30 40 50 freedom
00:47:57.020 caucus and others like ourselves are saying hey we support the fact that to defend israel we support
00:48:02.780 the arms shipments uh we oppose what biden's trying to do to uh to stop the war but we do not
00:48:08.940 agree with doing this without cuts it's a seven trillion dollar federal budget if we're going to
00:48:14.060 send 17 billion dollars of arms to israel armaments it's got to be offset and some of the recommendation
00:48:20.220 we had is you can cut the united nations budget you can cut the usa id budget you can cut all the aid
00:48:27.260 we're giving to the enemies of israel because right now you're on both sides of the trade and both sides
00:48:32.540 of the trade does just doesn't work right it just doesn't work you've got to get this is why we're
00:48:37.100 trying to demand and force biden to come to the uh to the house floor and put a you know put a proposal
00:48:43.980 for a resolution on war powers has been so much counter offensive uh to the houthis you know what
00:48:50.540 150 uh airstrikes and you can't that's just not retaliation for what's happening to our the combatants
00:48:57.740 our battle group out in the uh in the red sea this is clearly going this is not just protecting uh you
00:49:04.060 know flags uh ships from the rest of the nations transporting oil and other material from asia through
00:49:10.940 the suez canal to europe this is actually now getting into americans uh absolutely as combatants
00:49:18.220 in the middle east we just had three uh soldiers uh die from georgia defending the jordan and um
00:49:24.940 the jordan and syria border to go back before we uh jump out of here and by the way lou dobs is
00:49:30.860 is going to um follow us we're going to be back here at 10 a.m tomorrow morning so much happening
00:49:36.060 tonight so much overnight i know that the recriminations on this and you got to talk you
00:49:41.420 got to think about emmer you got the whip you got to think about johnson right you only bring this to
00:49:46.540 the floor when you know you have the votes and it shouldn't have been any surprises they were trying
00:49:50.540 to twist the arm there at the end of gallagher of wisconsin gallagher you know i have not been
00:49:56.940 a completely supportive of how he's run the china committee i think it's been a little soft he's done
00:50:01.100 overall a pretty good job but this is just a devastating move to have this thing lose by uh
00:50:06.540 by two votes and know that gallagher is 215 to 215 and gallagher would not change his vote
00:50:11.260 but we have to call it like it is this is a devastating loss after two years of work after
00:50:16.140 all that effort after all the and remember my yorkus was central to the uh the amnesty bill or the border
00:50:23.580 invasion bill or you know the border authorization bill whatever you want to cause this debacle that
00:50:28.860 cratered before our eyes that even mitch mcconnell and langford will vote against it uh tomorrow or
00:50:34.540 will not vote to break closure and to take it forward even the architects of it voted against
00:50:39.020 it the centerpiece of that bill was the department of dhs it was my yorkus what he's supposed to do i
00:50:44.860 call him the emperor now we interviewed mtg in the previous hour and i said hey this guy if you look at
00:50:50.220 structurally he's the emperor of the united states and what this bill's done and remember that bill went
00:50:55.020 into i think the first and beginning the second year of the trump's second term so it kind of
00:50:59.420 handcuffed president trump and made my yorkus obviously we would get another dh uh we would
00:51:04.700 get another dh secretary i would hope be somebody like a mark green uh or an mtg uh to uh to to
00:51:10.940 enforce the law but i said this guy's an emperor at the same time in in 20 in the same 24-hour period
00:51:16.220 we're going to impeach him historically we have not impeached anybody since i think 1876 secretary
00:51:22.060 belknap who actually technically resigned before the impeachment to go but he still had a trial in
00:51:27.260 the senate defending himself there as a former secretary of war this is historic it has not
00:51:32.460 happened in what 150 years and the republican party the feckless republican party does something
00:51:38.460 this important they bring it up of a guy who who did not enforce the laws on the books in fact went
00:51:44.460 out of his way to break the laws in the books and that's what he's impeached for as he should be
00:51:49.180 impeached and they at the end of the day can't whip the vote to make sure they have people that
00:51:54.220 even could say just not show up or not vote but to have it looks like joyce and gallagher will find
00:52:00.300 out who else but joyce and gallagher uh to um to vote no you know buck is leaving um buck could have
00:52:06.540 very easily just taken a pass in this thing but this is outrageous and if gallagher thinks he's sending
00:52:11.660 some big message that he's uh you know so high and mighty and he uh he uh reports to some uh some
00:52:19.020 higher power uh than the rest of us that he's uh that he's special i think he's got another thing
00:52:24.620 coming as as marjorie taylor green said today you know uh pray god's mercy on those that vote against
00:52:31.180 us because it's so outrageous what's happening on southern border does he not think there's an
00:52:34.860 invasion going on does he not think my york is reporting to biden who i think biden also ought
00:52:41.100 to be impeached on the border also but you start with my york is and you go through all this and
00:52:45.740 all this work and all the committee hearings and you have the rest of your uh colleagues out there
00:52:50.860 hanging out on a limb on this and you just high and mighty say you're not going to do it and we end
00:52:55.260 up not impeaching my york is people have to realize this is why the republican party's in the shape it's in
00:53:01.420 this is why the republican party's in the shape it's in because you have too many feckless too
00:53:06.780 many hapless too many gutless people and and that's got to change and so hey it's very simple
00:53:12.460 throw the bums out if they're not prepared to execute on what the people want if they're not
00:53:16.780 prepared to execute on what's appropriate if they're not they if they don't sit there and get
00:53:21.900 the job done then it's time to turf them out and move them out of here um lou dobbs is going to take
00:53:26.940 up for here we're going back here at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning i'm telling you it's going to be a
00:53:30.140 firestorm with what happened on the what happened in in the uh in the appellate court today what's
00:53:35.180 going to happen to the supreme court later this week the whole thing about getting president trump
00:53:38.460 out with this entire uh this entire uh issue about spending you're gonna have the israel a bill
00:53:45.180 a vote here in a moment uh maybe if grace and mo can continue to uh stream it on um getter i'll
00:53:51.740 jump into the conversation over there because it'll be very historic want to make sure two things
