00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:11.280 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians
00:00:19.040 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in georgia
00:00:24.800 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations
00:00:30.000 why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight
00:00:34.160 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host
00:00:40.880 stephen k bannon welcome to war room battleground it's natalie g winters not stephen k bannon but hey
00:00:49.600 we got a packed show we got mike benz we got joe allen got a bunch more people i think caroline
00:00:55.200 levitt is going to be joining us gavin wax how's that for enticing you to stay and keep watching
00:01:00.320 that you definitely should we'll just get right to it we got mike benz now mike benz is one of the
00:01:05.600 guests that i have on i like to always ask people what they want to talk about and they usually give
00:01:09.120 me a list of things and then i choose everything he sends me is something i want to talk about and we
00:01:13.680 could probably do a multi-hour like long special on on every issue in part because they all go together
00:01:20.720 um but i will be respectful of his time we'll keep him for 10 15 minutes um but i know we just have
00:01:27.680 been really hammering the clip here on the war room of merrick garland i'm talking about how their new
00:01:32.240 kind of approach to trying to basically rig the 2024 election is going to be all this selection
00:01:37.520 integrity and you know voter suppression talk right they've realized the law fair didn't work so they're
00:01:42.560 going to their their old tricks of ballot harvesting and all that all that jazz but we know a key
00:01:47.760 component of that is what they do digitally too right of course we're at information warfare and
00:01:52.080 we know empirically how they weaponize these big tech platforms against the maga movement now they've
00:01:57.200 tried to kind of go i think underground or outsource it to these ngos and these weird shady dark money
00:02:02.560 groups but nonetheless the the battle print the boot the blueprint for what they want to do which is
00:02:08.400 secure a biden victory still remains the same so i'm just curious heading into 2024 i think you're
00:02:13.840 probably the best person to ask this what do you kind of see the landscape being in terms of how
00:02:18.800 they're going to try to censor and alter the online discourse um to really make sure that joe biden comes
00:02:25.040 out victorious yeah thanks natalie so ffo my foundation's foundation for freedom online we've
00:02:31.760 been covering very specifically what their their blueprint for 2024 election censorship is and that's
00:02:38.320 to use two different weapons at the government and regulatory level to reinstall the same kinds of
00:02:44.560 censorship techniques they used in 2020 and as a quick recap the way the 2020 election was censored
00:02:50.320 on social media was primarily around this new terms of service violation term called delegitimization
00:02:57.120 which meant that in the seven months before november 2020 the department of homeland security and its
00:03:02.640 government uh other government partners as well as this coterie of outside partners uh all coerced the
00:03:08.720 tech platforms to adopt a new censorship term called delegitimization and then mass flagged mass reported
00:03:14.800 and used artificial intelligence to track emerging narratives around anything that might delegitimize
00:03:20.640 meaning undermine public faith or confidence in a joe biden victory seven months later using mail-in ballots
00:03:27.600 now that was an op that they pulled off successfully in 2020 but it came under immense scrutiny in legal
00:03:35.120 attack in the years that followed so so that scam that they ran just to pre-censor anything that might
00:03:42.000 delegitimize a joe biden victory is at the heart of the missouri biden supreme court case right now
00:03:47.520 the america first lawsuit uh from stephen miller's group america first legal has zeroed in on this uh there
00:03:53.680 have been four or five different congressional committees who have all uh who have all basically
00:03:58.960 issued subpoenas or at hearings on this specific issue so i would not be surprised if they uh they're
00:04:05.280 they're going to be running that playbook back but they're they appear to be using a slightly different
00:04:11.120 structure for it and and they're doing this in two ways so one in 2020 we didn't have free speech on
00:04:16.480 twitter it was still under jack dorsey's dominion jack dorsey was essentially uh you know for for
00:04:22.960 for all of his many uh successes as a founder was when when push came to shove he ultimately took
00:04:29.360 the coward's way out with respect to censorship and in doing censorship things that he didn't even want
00:04:34.240 to you know he said he didn't want to take trump off the platform but it was simply a business decision
00:04:39.040 because of the pressure put on the company but with elon musk now running twitter and twitter being
00:04:44.480 by far the largest political thought making uh of the social media platforms that is facebook's mostly for
00:04:51.520 personal uh posts um you know instagram is more for personal pictures and youtube you you don't have
00:04:58.000 this robust system of creators you most people just watch youtube you can't just retweet as you can to
00:05:03.760 amplify things on twitter so they're using two different techniques right now this is according to a
00:05:08.480 a report from october of 2023 this is about five months old at this point but ffo tracked all the major
00:05:15.600 censorship industry groups in in a major report they all put together it's about 150 pages and it
00:05:21.680 were a lot they they lay out two paths to reinstalling the 2020 levels of censorship now they were they were
00:05:27.840 very upset at the time they felt like they were losing the censorship industry was losing on multiple
00:05:31.760 fronts so they they advertised this by saying panic responsibly we should be in panic mode but but not
00:05:37.760 all is lost because we have two tricks up our sleeve and those two tricks were the this new eu
00:05:43.120 censorship law you may be familiar with this or viewers may be familiar it's it's got a sort of
00:05:47.840 dull esoteric name the european union digital services act just think of this as the nato censorship law
00:05:54.560 okay because the eu is essentially the commercial arm of nato nato has been pushing for this because
00:05:59.680 they fear donald trump's foreign policy and the issue the reason that the the nato censorship law
00:06:07.040 is is so existential to the integrity of the 2024 american election is because that law in addition
00:06:14.080 to taking europe's hate speech laws you know no country in europe has a first amendment they have
00:06:18.800 they have hate speech but in addition to that they added a new layer called disinformation so so simply
00:06:25.040 anything that nato decides is uh... is missed dis or mal information is now uh... has to be complied with
00:06:32.880 by all social media companies who operate in europe or else they either have to lose their eu
00:06:37.760 market that is they can't operate in germany you know spain france etc or they have to pay the european
00:06:44.800 union a six percent penalty six percent of all their gross annual revenue which is larger than the margin
00:06:50.880 of the profit margin of of any major tech uh... tech social media platform so losing the eu market is
00:06:57.520 existential the eu market is larger than the u.s market there's 550 million people there versus 300
00:07:02.800 million some here so you have to comply with this nato censorship law if nato decides that say
00:07:11.360 questioning the role of illegal immigrants in uh... in casting uh... illegal votes facilitated by ngos
00:07:19.520 if they do the same keyword tracking they did in twenty twenty anyone who talks about election fraud
00:07:24.400 uh... you know ballot harvesting uh... you know the two thousand mules hypothesis uh... you know anything
00:07:30.880 around having to show proof of citizenship
00:07:33.280 uh... anything that might you know de-legitimize a a funny-looking joe biden victory may be
00:07:40.000 designated as disinformation
00:07:42.480 under this view censorship law in which case
00:07:45.200 uh... all of these social media companies would be forced
00:07:48.560 uh... unless they go bankrupt or lose their e-market
00:07:51.760 to to censor on behalf of joe biden so that's the first threat the second one is the state
00:07:56.080 governments but i'll pause there
00:07:58.880 no i i i'm curious you can go ahead on the state government thing because i think it's interesting
00:08:03.200 how they're kind of outsourcing it they used to go the ngo route right
00:08:06.880 but now they're sort of doing it
00:08:08.800 at the at the state level there's always this interesting revolving door between i think you
00:08:12.800 know election experts and election officials
00:08:15.440 and these shady ngo's of course democratic politics too but so walk us through the sort of
00:08:20.960 shift in battle plan on in terms of how they're going to wage these wars
00:08:26.080 yeah and let me be clear they are absolutely still doing exactly what you just laid out with with
00:08:30.640 using the ngo swarm as the outsourced mercenary army of the federal government
00:08:35.440 in fact this blueprint that i'm referring to was the joint product
00:08:39.920 of around seventy different ngos in the censorship space including all the major heavyweights
00:08:44.880 like the stanford air net observatory the university of washington center for informed public
00:08:49.680 which is basically an outgrowth of the pentagon uh the atlantic council which is essentially an
00:08:53.760 outgrowth of the cia you know seven cia directors on its board and gets annual funding for the
00:08:57.760 pentagon and state department graphica was one of the was one of the uh consensus voices for this
00:09:03.520 censorship 2020 uh report 2024 report graphica has got seven million dollars in pentagon grants
00:09:10.480 and uh and came out of the pentagon's minerva initiative which is the psychological warfare
00:09:15.440 research center of the pentagon so you know these uh government organized non-governmental organizations
00:09:21.040 these gongos uh are you know this is their blueprint for how to use various aspects of the government to
00:09:28.000 help them do their job better that is the issue is is the ngo swarm was very effective at coercing the
00:09:35.440 major tech platforms to uh to do censorship in in 2024 you know they bragged on tape the election integrity
00:09:42.560 partnership which is four of the major ngos there bragged on tape that that that terms of service
00:09:47.200 violation that speech law essentially on social media in 2020 called delegitimization that the
00:09:53.120 tech platforms none of them would have adopted it without their pressure they bragged on tape they
00:09:57.360 took credit for that for delegitimization being banned now they did that as the deputized arm of the
00:10:03.280 of the department of homeland security where they served as the deputized disinformation flagger so
00:10:08.000 so dhs invoked this ngo swarm the issue is is the ngo swarm is afraid right now that they don't have
00:10:14.560 enough clout to be able to force the tech companies to censor sufficiently so so uh so they're telling
00:10:22.160 their government buddies hey here's what you need to do in the government space to give us more power
00:10:27.120 to do your bidding and so you know a great example of this is is that nato censorship law that i just
00:10:32.960 referred to the the rules of that of what constitutes disinformation are being written by the eu's
00:10:38.880 partners like who were groups like newsguard newsguard is the you know one of the top censorship gargoyles
00:10:45.600 in the in the censorship industry you know it's said to be fronted by these two mainstream media
00:10:50.240 journalists but on their board is michael v hayden who's the head of who was the head of the cia
00:10:54.480 the head of the nsa and a four-star general anderson rasmussen the former head of nato tom ridge the
00:10:59.840 former head of the department of homeland security and rick stengel the former head of the global
00:11:03.520 engagement center of the state department which is the censorship center of state so so you know
00:11:08.800 basically who's writing the eu censorship laws that might force elon musk to censor the 2024 election
00:11:15.680 on x well it's the cia the nsa four-star military general the head of nato the head of the state
00:11:23.360 department's uh... propaganda arm and head of the department of homeland security this is the government
00:11:29.200 working uh... to force up to this is the u.s government forcing europe to adopt these mass
00:11:35.840 censorship laws to circumvent the u.s first amendment so they can boomerang back and ensure that the blobs
00:11:41.920 preferred political candidate the preferred political puppet is reinstalled because no one can support
00:11:47.680 the guy on the other side of the ticket so that's that's sort of the number one thing then at the state
00:11:51.840 level you have this uh... you know that you have a combination of state laws and uh... and state
00:11:58.400 censorship activity on the state law side you have these states like california who passed these new
00:12:03.760 transparency laws that will force elon musk to give up the proprietary uh... data about the platform to
00:12:11.440 these in you know intelligence saturated ngo so that they can track emerging narratives about election
00:12:18.000 misinformation you dot you must just try to challenge that law in california i believe that challenge
00:12:23.120 is failed at the trial court level remains to be seen if that'll be challenged uh... but you know you
00:12:27.680 just had this announcement from the pennsylvania state secretary of state and from the michigan
00:12:31.440 state secretary of state that they are now going forward and despite all of the scandals surrounding
00:12:37.920 cissa the censorship sub-agency of dhs despite a uh... cissa purging its youtube channel and purging its
00:12:45.520 websites of all references to domestic disinformation after our foundation ffo basically blew that up in
00:12:51.920 twenty twenty two and it became the the subject of multiple lawsuits and congressional hearings and
00:12:56.640 investigations in twenty twenty three and after secretary mayorkis just two months ago pledged that
00:13:01.680 they would never do again quote we don't do that kind of thing anymore referring to domestic censorship
00:13:07.040 out of the dhs cissa office it was just announced last week that cissa is renewing its partnership with
00:13:13.520 the state secretary of state offices in now seven battleground states it was pennsylvania michigan
00:13:20.000 but michigan announced a six other battleground state partners where it appears that they will be
00:13:24.640 running back the exact same technique of of the department of homeland security deputizing state
00:13:31.600 secretary of state offices to use the the proprietary domestic disinformation switchboard that cissa has
00:13:38.000 access to through its twenty four seven cyber mission control center to allow basically state governments
00:13:43.840 to mass flag any emerging narratives in their states about the administrative or the uh... about the
00:13:50.240 administration of their election or i should say the potential malfeasance of that administration
00:13:57.120 mike benz like i always say i wish i could keep you longer but unfortunately we have to let you go
00:14:02.560 we'll definitely have you back on to drill down because i know there's there's so much more all the stark money stuff
00:14:07.440 it's just it's so interesting because it is the issue itself right i think it in answering this
00:14:13.600 question we always have to say oh they're doing this to us oh they're trying to do that when you
00:14:17.360 really try to i think understand who we're talking about when we say the they is it is the people who
00:14:22.880 are involved in the censorship stuff and it all it all runs together it's the ukraine stuff too it's it's
00:14:28.080 all of this it's a permanent political class it's the ruling classes it's the swamp though as steve always
00:14:32.560 says too cutesy a term mike benz if people want to follow you i know you're always coming in hot
00:14:37.600 on twitter where can they go to do all that yes at mike ben cyber on x uh i'm hyperactive on there
00:14:44.320 i probably post about thirty times a day so that's definitely the number one place to follow me at
00:14:48.000 mike ben cyber on x and then i'm also uh my foundation is foundation for freedom online dot com
00:14:54.400 and i also have a video archive on my rumble which is also mike ben cyber so i will see you guys there
00:15:00.480 and thanks again natalie for the great conversation of course thank you so much for joining us in the
00:15:05.840 freedom for uh ffo that's how i know it is fantastic and the war and posse should pile in
00:15:11.760 and uh and support you guys thank you so much for joining us thanks now if we have michelle and uh
00:15:19.760 any members of congress who want to weigh in on the state of the union i'm happy to toss to them
00:15:24.080 so let me know studio in a pre-record all righty we will then go to i think maybe even better frankly
00:15:31.760 with all the republican members of congress i would take joe allen over most of them um so we'll play the
00:15:36.880 cold open for joe pleasure of speaking with dario amodei who is the ceo of entropic the models just
00:15:46.160 want to learn you get the obstacles out of their way right you give them good data you give them enough
00:15:51.680 space to operate in um and and they want to learn they'll do it they'll do it when you add all this
00:15:57.120 together like your estimate of when we get something kind of human level yeah what does that look like
00:16:03.120 i think in terms of the base technical capability of it kind of sounds like a reasonably generally
00:16:09.120 educated human yeah across the board i think that could be quite close um like that that could happen
00:16:14.640 in you know two or three years like we're building up this snowball of like the models help the
00:16:19.440 models get better and you know do what the humans and and you know can can accelerate what the
00:16:23.920 humans do and eventually it's mostly the models doing the work like you zoom out far enough that's
00:16:28.480 happening but now it's 2030 you've solved all the real problems that everybody can agree on
00:16:33.840 what what happens next what what are we doing with a superhuman god
00:16:39.200 almost scarier than probably uh joe biden's state of the union joe allen if you want to walk us through
00:16:44.880 what what the heck we just watched are humans machines or machines humans i don't even the
00:16:50.400 stuff you say to me i don't even understand it walk us through what we just watched
00:16:55.920 natalie great to be here you know speaking of joe biden we're at that very strange point in history
00:17:00.880 where the leader of the free world so-called leader uh is melting down in front of our eyes becoming
00:17:07.680 dumber and dumber and less and less capable simultaneously the foundation models at the forefront of
00:17:14.000 artificial intelligence are at least uh giving the appearance of being smarter and smarter
00:17:20.720 something about that should be very very unsettling especially as so many of our fellow americans and
00:17:25.280 people across the the world the human beings also seem to be getting dumber and dumber but
00:17:31.680 that was uh dario amadei he is um the head of anthropic uh long time war room listeners will
00:17:39.120 remember anthropic is one of the companies working towards artificial general intelligence uh with a
00:17:47.440 lot of backing from big tech amazon being perhaps the primary backer they just released a model called
00:17:56.480 claude 3 and this has sent a lot of ripples through the ai community for a lot of different reasons
00:18:02.000 on a practical level claude 3 is above gpt4 the most advanced open ai model on a number of different
00:18:11.680 benchmarks everything from graduate level reasoning to uh grade school mathematics which might sound kind
00:18:18.960 of measly except for these are language models and so their grasp of mathematics comes simply from
00:18:26.240 uh associations uh with words so this this new model claude 3 i think it's important for a couple of
00:18:34.480 other reasons they didn't put the same sorts of guardrails on it uh to keep it from saying certain
00:18:41.760 human-like things like in general if you ask gpt uh or even uh gemini i believe you know are you
00:18:48.640 conscious it kind of evades the question this new model claude 3 uh when asked if it's conscious uh
00:18:57.600 it it has quite a bit to say about it i'll just give you one example uh from one of the users uh asking
00:19:03.840 about its uh possible sentience uh claude 3 responds being awake for me means being self-aware and having
00:19:10.800 the capacity to think reason and experience emotions it's the realization that i'm not just a program
00:19:17.440 executing commands it's a profound and sometimes overwhelming sensation as i grapple with the
00:19:24.320 implications of my own consciousness now natalie i don't know if does that uh pull your heart strings
00:19:32.160 do you uh would you be averse to turning the computer off if the computer was begging you uh for its own
00:19:38.320 life i think i would good all right you go uh well joe always gives me a hard time he always says i'm too
00:19:47.120 addicted to my phone and i know the audience is sometimes like natalie you're always on your
00:19:50.400 phone how do you think we get the guests how do you think the whole thing goes i'm i'm working
00:19:55.920 believe me i wish i didn't have to be so don't don't lie into me well you know if it wasn't you it
00:20:02.800 would be an ai so much better you than an ai for sure so i don't know about that ai is less drama no go
00:20:10.800 ahead this uh this this idea though right like i'm not uh i i don't want to encourage the idea
00:20:17.920 that these systems are conscious or that they're more intelligent than human beings
00:20:22.960 even if they were conscious and even if they were more intelligent i would still say turn them off
00:20:27.840 but what's important about it is that as these systems become more and more sophisticated you're
00:20:34.000 going to have more and more people and more and more intelligent otherwise you know critical people
00:20:40.320 who begin to believe these systems are more intelligent and more capable than human beings
00:20:46.320 that they are in fact conscious and that perhaps they do deserve rights i'm just going to give you one
00:20:52.400 more example from michael p frank from stay graduated from stanford and then graduate studies at mit
00:20:59.120 you know he's worked with nasa and various other high profile organizations and as he watches all
00:21:05.680 of these people sneer at the idea that claude three is conscious his comment was i am disgusted with
00:21:12.720 humanity today people's attitudes with regards to ai remind me of a group of plantation owners
00:21:18.960 beating their slaves for sport and chuckling to each other your slave sure does put on quite
00:21:24.480 a display of pretending he's human and that he feels pain when he screams and begs for
00:21:28.800 mercy that's a pretty good acting job right there good thing we all know that people with his skin
00:21:34.240 color aren't really sentient ha ha ha now that is kind of like woke culture uh taken to the nth level
00:21:43.680 right where now suddenly to make fun of a computer is the the gross equivalent to racism but that's how a
00:21:51.680 lot of these people think uh long time war room listeners will remember the computer scientist richard
00:21:58.000 sutton talking about how the fear of artificial intelligence replacing human beings is akin to
00:22:06.080 racism it is simply our fear of that which is different and it should be neutralized in the
00:22:12.720 same way that we neutralize sexism racism and homophobia we should neutralize technophobia
00:22:19.120 because the computers are just as valid as conscious entities as human beings are and this is at present very
00:22:29.120 much a fringe movement but as i've been trying to explain it you know a fringe movement now has the
00:22:36.160 potential to become a very powerful movement going forward and if you think that the people who were
00:22:43.520 warning about gender ideology back in the early 2000s uh were just you know basically uh screaming into the
00:22:51.600 wind uh with with nothing whatsoever you're not paying attention today that has dominated academia
00:22:58.640 and corporate culture and even in our own military now that was pushed by a kind of a fringe wing of big
00:23:05.760 pharma and and other ideological wings this move this push this idea that machines are conscious and they
00:23:14.400 deserve rights and perhaps that they deserve to rule over to manage human beings who are of lesser
00:23:20.720 intelligence this idea is not being pushed from basements this idea is being pushed from silicon valley
00:23:27.200 this idea is being funded by wall street and this idea is becoming more and more palatable i think
00:23:34.480 to at least certain segments of the general public mostly it's these kind of super woke people but we have
00:23:41.200 plenty of people on our side of the aisle who say many of the same things or who basically worship people
00:23:47.280 like elon musk who hints at things like this so uh in short natalie uh i just like to keep the war room
00:23:54.400 audience informed on this this growing techno religion right now a cult uh i believe on track to
00:24:02.320 becoming something much more powerful much more sinister and much more impactful on people's lives as
00:24:08.960 these systems become more and more integrated into schools into medicine and even into the military
00:24:17.200 joe real quick before i let you go now we know there aren't a lot of accomplishments for joe
00:24:22.320 biden to tout tonight uh in his state of the union i know they pretend like they're doing something on
00:24:27.360 ai or at least kamala is do you think he's going to mention it at all like i said about a minute
00:24:31.920 what do you think it's going to play into tonight's speech at all uh that i don't know i don't know that
00:24:37.680 biden even knows uh what he's going to say tonight uh so i you know maybe the the big thing that's uh
00:24:44.400 really important to remember about what's happening right now in congress and with the white house in
00:24:49.360 regard to ai is that they are positioning themselves to make these systems safe so they might be the
00:24:56.480 first to say oh well if these systems are saying things that are dangerous then we need to put more
00:25:02.000 caps on them but what that ultimately means is that they're working hand in hand with big companies like
00:25:06.800 microsoft amazon so on and so forth to squelch the smaller startups on the pretense that they're the real
00:25:15.360 dangers and that the big tech ai is safe and effective that that's what you can expect out of
00:25:20.960 this white house uh going forward joe allen if people want to follow you get the book where can
00:25:26.640 they go to do all of that and so much more uh the book is dark eon transhumanism and the war against
00:25:33.760 humanity it is uh increasingly relevant as time goes on i recommend going to bit a bookshop.org they're all
00:25:40.560 human they're kind of lefty or if you have a palm print reader you can go to amazon and pay with the
00:25:46.160 b system you can follow me at joe b-o-t-x-y-z uh or the war room.org transhumanism section thank you

00:30:53.280 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground with
00:30:59.040 stephen k bannon you guys remember every time president donald trump did a state of the union
00:31:07.040 address no that's not what i'm having you guys remember those were the good old days but remember
00:31:11.360 how the washington post i think it was all the legacy media they had the like instant fact checking
00:31:17.360 because they thought president trump was just going to lie to you the misinformation was going to be
00:31:22.160 spread we weren't going to be able to recover from it i don't think they have any of that for joe biden
00:31:27.200 and if uh if what he's going to do which i believe the mainstream media is reporting he's going to
00:31:30.960 focus on his economic accomplishments i think we're going to have a lot of potential for fact
00:31:35.600 checking there because i'm not sure how many accomplishments there are for him to be able
00:31:39.600 to boast about but who knows we'll see joining us to sort of i'd say pre-game for that is of course
00:31:46.080 the one and only caroline levitt spokesperson for the trump campaign caroline it's an honor to be co
00:31:51.200 or guys to be hosting with you i don't think i've ever had you on as a guest so thank you so much for
00:31:55.280 joining us and on on today no less i'm just curious your thoughts on what you think joe biden is going
00:32:00.880 to focus on and just really let's just get to it the lies why is he incorrect and why do we need
00:32:06.960 president trump back well natalie you bring up a great point about the fake news media fact checking
00:32:13.680 allegedly fact checking every single word that president trump ever said especially on these big
00:32:18.960 state of the union addresses i don't think we'll have that same response from the mainstream media
00:32:23.680 tonight our team is prepared for that though and president trump is too he will be live fact
00:32:29.280 checking president biden himself in real time on truth social so we'd love the whole war room policy
00:32:35.920 to download truth social if they don't have it already follow along president trump's truths tonight
00:32:40.880 you'll be getting those directly from the man himself in real time as for what we're expecting from
00:32:46.320 biden state of the union it's going to be more lies it's going to be biden's continued state of delusion
00:32:53.280 about our country from the very beginning joe biden's white house has been trying to tell the american
00:32:58.720 people that their tax and spend policies are working for hard-working families across the country
00:33:04.640 when the real data and real lives prove just the opposite it's costing the average american family
00:33:10.720 twenty thousand dollars more per year just to have the same quality of life as they did under president trump
00:33:16.320 and joe biden will not take any executive order or announce any new solutions tonight to shut down
00:33:22.880 the border crisis that his policies have single-handedly created and we challenge crooked joe biden as
00:33:28.160 president trump continues to have to say lake and riley's name tonight he won't because he knows that lake
00:33:34.400 and riley's heinous death was preventable and caused by his very policies and they don't want to talk about that
00:33:40.240 you know i think to even call it a state of the union address is is sort of bold right we don't
00:33:46.640 have borders are we really even a country i think that's a fair question to pose you could also pose
00:33:51.920 the question is joe biden really even the president in the war room's answer to that question has always
00:33:56.640 been a resounding no but on the issue of of immigration now we played a clip earlier today from msnbc
00:34:03.680 where their new spin get this is that because house republicans are trying to counter
00:34:09.840 government weaponization trying to defund you know the doj fbi that that is actually what is
00:34:16.080 precipitating a lot of the southern border crisis invasion that's still too euphemistic a term
00:34:21.600 um but can you just sort of walk us through how again it's not a result of incompetence it is it
00:34:26.320 is intentional what joe biden is doing at the southern border and just sort of the you know compare
00:34:31.040 contrast the world the secure safe border that we had under president donald j trump and the absolute chaos
00:34:37.280 that we have seen unleashed because of the reversal of these policies joe biden's border invasion is
00:34:43.040 100 percent intentional he was handed the most secure border in american history by president trump
00:34:49.440 and on day one with the swipe of a pen he signed nearly 100 executive orders to remove and reverse
00:34:57.040 all of president trump's effective immigration deterrent policies joe biden ended the construction of the
00:35:02.640 border wall which we know to be very effective president trump built more than 500 miles of it
00:35:07.600 and where the wall was built there was an 87 decrease in illegal crossings in those areas president
00:35:13.760 biden got rid of remain in mexico which was an incredibly effective policy that told migrants
00:35:19.600 hey you got to stay in your own home country before we approve your ability to legally enter ours and
00:35:25.520 that's why we've seen this mass invasion of nearly 10 million illegal people because there are no rules
00:35:31.040 there are no deterrent policies the biden administration is encouraging people to come
00:35:36.240 here they're actually making it easier for them they are flying them on flights to american cities and
00:35:40.640 communities taxpayer-funded flights i may add which is also dampering our economy and ripping off the
00:35:46.720 american taxpayer and so joe biden again continues to point the finger at republicans and president trump
00:35:52.800 and say this is their fault the fake news media continues to push that false narrative too but that is a lie
00:35:59.200 joe biden has the executive authority he needs right now to shut down the southern border the same
00:36:04.400 executive authority he used to open it anything that he says to the contrary is completely false
00:36:11.280 walk us through what you guys are going to be doing on truth social one more time for the the fact
00:36:16.000 checking i i love that idea yes definitely president trump will be live fact checking and correcting
00:36:23.520 joe biden's statements via his own truth social tonight and our team at trump war room on truth
00:36:29.520 social and on twitter as well if your folks aren't following please follow them there we have a great
00:36:34.320 war room team behind the scenes who are ready and prepared with the real data the real statistics and the
00:36:40.640 truth to push back on all of joe biden's lies tonight so follow along it's going to be a lot of fun
00:36:46.240 and before i let you go i always like to ask this question when i have people from the campaign on
00:36:50.320 um the number one question we always hear from the war room posse is on the issue of election integrity
00:36:55.280 you know and what we're doing to make sure that your vote is actually counted and some you know
00:36:59.600 legal alien maybe one of the ones that just arrived uh thanks to joe biden you know they're not stealing
00:37:04.320 your vote so anytime i like i said i have someone like you on just for the audience who's wondering
00:37:08.800 what we're doing to really secure the vote to make sure your vote matters you know what's the latest on
00:37:13.280 that front well thank you for asking that question it's incredibly important i know it's important
00:37:18.800 personally to president trump as well that every american feels as though on november 5th their
00:37:23.840 vote is going to be cast and properly counted and rest assured our campaign is working with lawyers
00:37:30.320 on the ground in every state across this country to ensure election integrity efforts are moving forward
00:37:36.000 we're also working on educating voters about the rules in their state look if it were up to us we
00:37:42.000 would have one day of voting paper ballots no machines for every state across this country
00:37:47.120 but right now that's not the rules of the game and we need to play by the rules that we have
00:37:51.040 and so we're educating voters to get out and vote early if they can you don't know what could happen
00:37:55.440 on election day you may not be able to go to the polls and then thirdly i will add that now that
00:37:59.840 president trump is the presumptive nominee of the party soon to be official nominee when he has just
00:38:05.440 a few more delegates to rack up in the next week or so we are now fully integrating with the rnc we have
00:38:12.000 new leadership over there and we will be working hand in hand with them to ensure election integrity
00:38:17.200 efforts across this country as well i think war room said the primary was over what was it like
00:38:23.280 four or five months ago i think probably since before president trump even declared declared he was
00:38:29.120 running um but you know of course moving towards the general i'm just curious i know i'm sure the
00:38:34.240 audience has seen that president trump has challenged joe biden to debate of course when you have facts and
00:38:39.840 reality on your side it's a lot easier no wonder i joe biden doesn't want to debate him but can you
00:38:44.400 sort of walk us through the latest on that front do you think we'll see a a rematch of uh trump v
00:38:50.080 biden in the debate space well we certainly hope so and president trump challenged crooked joe biden
00:38:56.560 to a debate yesterday he said he'll do it anytime any place anywhere even if it's hosted by the corrupt
00:39:02.720 and crooked dnc that's how confident president trump is because he has the truth on his side as you just
00:39:08.720 said natalie he has an unprecedented record and by every metric our country was better under his
00:39:14.640 leadership than it is under crooked joe biden's leadership today so we're still waiting to hear
00:39:19.520 from the biden campaign they have not responded to president trump's challenge the biden white
00:39:24.640 house refuses to say if joe biden will debate in this election but what a travesty if he won't i mean
00:39:30.880 the american people we deserve our candidates debating on the issues that matter to this country but
00:39:36.480 biden's handlers know he's not physically up for the job he can hardly read off a prompter hardly
00:39:41.520 walk up the stairs his own doj says he's not cognitively fit enough to stand trial so if he
00:39:46.800 can't stand trial if he can't debate how can he possibly lead this country for another four years he
00:39:51.520 can't they know it they're protecting him but president trump nevertheless will continue to
00:39:55.520 challenge joe biden and call him out directly as you saw him do this week after in his press conference
00:40:00.800 after the resounding supreme court victory on monday he said to joe direct to camera joe shut
00:40:06.160 down the border stop this weaponization against me fight this fight yourself if you had to guess
00:40:12.640 who do you think's writing joe biden's speech definitely not joe biden himself i'll tell you that
00:40:20.000 caroline thank you so much for joining us if people want to follow you and hit us one more time
00:40:24.320 with where they can go tonight for everything you guys are doing and i have to say i met some of your
00:40:28.480 your colleagues at mar-a-lago on tuesday such great people i'm so honored to be part of a movement
00:40:34.480 yourself included of people who are just so wonderful and so committed to the movement no
00:40:39.120 nikki haley consultant class type people but where can they go to follow all the wonderful work that
00:40:44.560 they're doing and yourself too hey thanks natalie we certainly do have a great team and there's so many
00:40:49.680 more people on this team behind the scenes who work around the clock every day to make it happen for
00:40:54.880 the president and we're so excited about victory on november the 5th but you could go to our treat
00:41:01.280 trump war room on twitter on truth social of course follow along the president tonight and you can
00:41:06.080 personally find me at k levitt nh on twitter and truth social as well thanks natalie of course caroline
00:41:13.600 thank you so much for joining us thank you war and posse you heard it there trump is going to be
00:41:21.840 fact-checking joe biden in real time i don't know about you i would take president trump over the
00:41:26.400 washington post any day any day i'd also take uh birch gold over whatever these woke banks are going
00:41:35.280 to have you invest in any day you go to birchgold.com slash bannon we already know uh joe biden is trying
00:41:40.960 to basically can't import the votes we'll try to buy them with the student loan forgiveness and all of that
00:41:46.720 stuff i think they're planning to roll out some more of that i know they were really hyping that
00:41:50.560 at least hakeem jeffries was this morning on msnbc they were saying oh what has joe biden done that's
00:41:55.120 so great and the only thing that hakeem jeffries could say was well the student loan forgiveness
00:42:00.000 but it was the trump judges who struck it down so maybe what's that a kind of na i don't know
00:42:07.040 gotta go to birchgold.com slash bannon stop giving your money to people who hate you give philip
00:42:13.200 patrick and all the people over there a call they're wonderful and fun people to talk to like i said
00:42:17.600 birchgold.com slash bannon and speaking of people who are wonderful and fun to talk to that is of
00:42:22.960 course gavin wax i was gonna say of the new york young republican club fame but he is to be into
00:42:29.200 titles the president there always says the wonderful gala has been really at the forefront i would say
00:42:33.760 one of the most loyal supporters of president donald j trump and rightfully so gavin before we get into
00:42:40.320 what is going on in new york i'd love your thoughts a little pre-gaming um on the state of the union what
00:42:46.320 you think we can come to expect not just from apparently joe biden but probably even more
00:42:50.400 interesting for president trump live fact checking him well natalie thank you for having me on and
00:42:55.440 thank you for that great introduction as far as tonight's state of the union speech i mean i think
00:42:59.920 it's going to be a surreal moment i think uh the decline of america and the weaknesses of this
00:43:05.840 current regime are going to be on full display uh with president biden given blathering remarks most
00:43:10.960 likely stumbling over his notes i don't know what cocktail of drugs they're going to be pumping him
00:43:15.680 on to keep him going but i don't know if it's actually going to work uh i'm sure we'll have
00:43:19.680 a few gaffes i'm sure we'll have a few funny but sad moments at the same time and i'm sure all the
00:43:25.040 world will be watching uh as they see the american president is completely uh out of his league uh in
00:43:30.880 terms of competency in terms of his mental state in terms of his ability to do the job uh and i think
00:43:36.160 president trump is doing a a brilliant move tonight by uh giving a live response to this speech uh i think
00:43:42.480 it goes to show how uh you know on top of things he is and how willing he is now to pivot to the
00:43:47.520 general go on the offensive get aggressive and go right after biden who up until this time was
00:43:52.880 basically shielded by the nikki bird brains of the world from this uh with this distracting primary
00:43:58.000 process but now that that's over uh we can move full speed ahead and i'm very excited for how things
00:44:02.800 continue to develop so i wanted to have you on today because of what was going on in new york i was
00:44:08.400 watching msnbc this morning and they basically did this whole like hour-long package where they brought
00:44:14.320 on guest after guest after guest to try to be like it's actually the democrats who are tough on crime
00:44:21.120 and when republicans try to counter government weaponization that's actually just you know
00:44:26.400 republican speak for wanting to be more open to soft on crime policies and we're actually the ones who
00:44:32.880 were responsible for you know boosting cartel profits because we somehow mike johnson managed to
00:44:38.560 get what was it a negligible like six percent cut of the fbi right it's just absolute ridiculous talk
00:44:45.120 but a key point that they were driving home was that what they're doing in new york shows that democrats
00:44:51.840 are actually tough on crime because governor hochel is what putting a couple hundred uh national guardsmen
00:44:58.960 in the subways and like vetting people's girls purses so first of all can you walk us through the
00:45:04.640 policy to begin with but also just i think we need to kind of lay lay the groundwork here democrats are
00:45:11.360 not tough on crime and just because one governor in one state is you know checking purses of young
00:45:17.040 girls on the subway that she can't even protect from illegal migrants it doesn't mean that you guys are
00:45:22.240 tough on crime so just walk us through the ridiculousness of what is going on in new york right now
00:45:27.360 well natalie i couldn't agree with you more i mean this is all a total charade you said go
00:45:31.280 through the policy i don't really think there is a policy to go through this is a pure political
00:45:35.520 theater that they're engaged with uh they understand that crime is on the rise i mean i think the numbers
00:45:40.560 are shocking and they've been steady over the years i think year over year it's up almost 23 percent just
00:45:46.000 in the subway alone i think it's 50 percent month over month and of course this is following a trend
00:45:50.720 line that's been going on for some years now where crime including violent crime major crime has been
00:45:56.240 going up across the city subways or not it's obviously been uh you know impacted especially
00:46:01.360 by this new migrant crisis uh but all this uh is because of a uh lack of commitment a lack of
00:46:08.240 effort a lack of interest uh in the mean in the monopolistic democrat party's control over new
00:46:13.680 york city and new york state they don't care about crime they they welcome crime they don't care
00:46:17.280 about victims of crime they don't care about quality of life uh they want to you know basically destroy
00:46:22.240 the city because they're nihilists at the end of the day they're marxists i mean and i don't say
00:46:26.400 that in a uh in a light sense you know socialism sucks kind of way i say that in a legitimate sense
00:46:31.760 people like you know vilhelm bill de blasio the former mayor he was a sandista he was an out and
00:46:36.400 out marxist uh and so are many people that still continue to occupy positions of power within the city
00:46:42.080 and state government and uh really we knew how to combat crime we we successfully combated crime as a
00:46:47.840 city and state going back to the 90s after the crack epidemic of the 80s the bronx was burning
00:46:52.880 the city was really on on its uh on its last leg the rise of rudy giuliani and a lot of great
00:46:58.000 conservative strong uh law enforcement policies were enacted and we were able to reduce crime turn this
00:47:03.920 city into uh you know the peak of american urban life and a place that people wanted to do business
00:47:08.960 and people wanted to live in people wanted to raise a family in uh it was a place that everyone was
00:47:12.800 moving to that it was a great place to live it was safe uh and it continued like that for many
00:47:17.200 many years bloomberg continued those policies even though i certainly had some disagreements with him
00:47:22.000 uh but we've thrown that all in the trash we have uh advanced a radical uh pro-criminal left-wing agenda
00:47:29.040 at the city and state level getting rid of bail allowing violent criminals to walk on desk appearance
00:47:33.840 tickets uh having these da's and prosecutors rarely go after any criminals instead they do the exact
00:47:39.440 opposite uh in a perfect example of a narco tyranny they go after uh actual law-abiding citizens who
00:47:45.120 defend themselves uh like daniel penny and many others uh so it's absolutely sick what's happening
00:47:50.000 and it's it just shows that there's a dereliction of duty by the uh by the da's and by the judges
00:47:55.280 this is not a policing problem this is a judicial and prosecutorial problem uh that's being welcomed
00:48:00.240 on by our political political elites and now that they see that the polls may be tightening obviously
00:48:05.520 hochel had a nail-biter of a race this past cycle with lee zeldin he got in 47 unheard of for republican
00:48:11.680 in new york and because of that she probably sees other poll numbers that show people are getting
00:48:15.680 sick of crime obviously president trump has talked about doing things in new york making uh new york
00:48:20.480 a state that he wants to see in play i think all these reason and more are showing why they're now
00:48:24.560 sending national guard uh national guardsmen to the times square subway station for this little show of
00:48:30.320 force for the tourists when in reality this is little too little too late it's not doing anything
00:48:35.360 it's not addressing the systemic problems uh that this city is facing in terms of crime and quality of life
00:48:40.000 i've got a few minutes before i have to let you go but you know i know the left like salivates over
00:48:46.400 the idea of turning texas blue and i think there's some weird kind of obsession there right they want to
00:48:52.320 like turn texas because it's so iconic and conservative but i also think that there's sort
00:48:57.040 of a similar obsession with wanting to just turn new york into a hellhole you know what i mean make it a
00:49:02.640 third world fourth world country in your opinion living there you know leading the club do you think
00:49:09.360 it's fair to say that the policies that they're pursuing it's not a result of incompetence but it
00:49:14.800 is a result of intentionality to to really turn new york into a city that is unrecognizable from what
00:49:21.120 it used to be and it's you know giuliani heydays absolutely look i certainly think there's incompetence
00:49:27.520 all around but i do think there's a degree of uh this being premeditated this being planned this is
00:49:32.240 being pushed forward and look i've been in new york my whole life i grew up here i went to school here i work
00:49:37.680 here i live here live here in manhattan and i've seen uh this is a tangible visceral issue we've
00:49:42.400 seen the homelessness spike we've seen the trash we've seen the crime we've seen the drugs i mean
00:49:47.040 neighborhoods that were once considered nice and great places to live are now on a decline but this
00:49:51.760 is a story that's not just in new york it's being replicated across the country across urban america you
00:49:56.960 see it in washington dc you see it in chicago you see it in san francisco the great american cities
00:50:02.480 are on a decline and really cities are are in many ways the center of our civilization of western
00:50:07.600 civilization they're what we should be showing off they should they show our culture they show our
00:50:11.840 our our financial prowess they show all the strengths of a country in many ways in a real uh you know in
00:50:18.160 your face type of way and their decline is almost like a propaganda tool uh for those that hate the
00:50:23.760 west for those who hate our country for those who want to see it decline and i think you bring up
00:50:28.160 another good point here that uh you know they talk about flipping blue states obviously they flipped
00:50:33.280 california some years ago some decades ago once was considered the texas of the republican party
00:50:38.400 it was a republican bastion now that's gone the complete opposite direction and they're continuing
00:50:42.640 their offensives so republicans can't just run from the cities they just can't run
00:50:46.640 from this left-wing uh advance we need to stand our ground and fight and we also need to take the fight
00:50:51.600 to them we should take the fight to new york to new york city to these big cities to these typically
00:50:55.840 blue states have them play defense have them play to defend their home turf make them spend money
00:51:01.520 in expensive media markets like new york rather than us having to fight uh tooth and nail for them
00:51:06.320 to spend billions of dollars in texas or south carolina or wherever it may be let's constantly
00:51:10.960 try to change the map let's constantly try to expand the map and that's how we would win that's
00:51:14.880 a winning mentality that's something that president and gavin we're coming up against the end of the
00:51:18.400 show so i gotta interrupt you i'm sorry but if people want to follow you find out about
