Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 510： Continued Lies On Russian Disinformation

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.340 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.320 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just

00:00:24.240 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:28.980 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:33.260 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:40.320 your host Stephen K Bannon okay as we've seen from the last hour thank you welcome for the second hour

00:00:47.640 of the evening late afternoon early evening edition of the war as you saw in last hour with uh mtg and

00:00:54.080 everything we're talking about this massive fight in the house it gets down to and of course this

00:00:58.440 new book that's come out finish what we started it's all about the grassroots it's all about

00:01:05.140 grassroots participation it's all about taking over the school boards your local state legislatures

00:01:09.260 the precinct strategy all of it now we have a perfect example in Dallas Texas of what the issue

00:01:15.360 is of how they're not there to give you a warm embrace Melissa Katz one of the leading activists

00:01:20.660 down there Melissa set the table for us this was this was a you know we had the what I call the 0.83

00:01:25.660 Paxton forces or the MAGA forces the grassroots forces on this huge primary election day went

00:01:32.000 across the board so many seats but there are a bunch of runoffs right they're going to take place in May 0.93

00:01:36.640 and uh I'm here to announce with Glenn's story we're trying to figure out how we have another big event

00:01:40.440 like we had uh with General Paxton uh in the lead up to the primary day but we still have unfinished

00:01:46.520 business and and I think you're a perfect example of what the issue is of how the establishment is

00:01:52.000 dug in and and every seat to them matters they're not prepared to concede to us any victories walk me 0.78

00:01:58.640 through why are we still talking about a recount from the uh primary which is weeks and weeks ago and

00:02:05.560 quite frankly we're into the we're into the second phase runoff a season right now it's going to be I

00:02:10.660 think in late May what is the situation down there how can we can't get a winner uh on this race in uh

00:02:16.780 in in the uh in Dallas ma'am well when we began this recount the candidate Barry Warnick is the one

00:02:23.980 that requested it and he wanted it to be a recount I mean it's it's for the Republicans you would think

00:02:29.360 that both um candidates Barry Warnick and Morgan Meyer and then our Dallas GOP chair um we would want

00:02:37.440 to show that we want election integrity and things could run smoothly and efficiently and be thorough

00:02:42.720 but it's been anything but that um the Dallas County um chair she would be the supervisor she is 0.97

00:02:50.880 but she allowed someone else to be the chair and the first person that we had he came in when we

00:02:56.620 started the recount last week but by the end of the day he had been fired and he was fired because

00:03:04.100 you know I don't know all the details but he was asking a lot of questions and asking for reports

00:03:10.460 that they didn't want to provide I believe they didn't want to provide so in that first day alone

00:03:16.740 um there was no training done to the people involved in the recount which is critical you have your

00:03:22.020 counters the tally people and the poll watchers like myself who's seen everything going on and um so

00:03:28.060 that wasn't done but we were notified that evening that there would be a new chair over this um recount

00:03:35.980 and it wasn't some someone that Barry had agreed to or the I mean they just put the person in place

00:03:41.720 there's actually two but they they designated one person as the chair so that is a person when we have

00:03:48.540 challenges as we're doing this recount that we put our hand up and he comes over and says whether or not

00:03:55.380 the ballots that we're wanting to challenge um can be go forward or not okay so first first I want to

00:04:02.840 point out as you said the establishment the ruling class the uniparty rhinos they're right here in 0.98

00:04:08.920 Dallas and they want this candidate Morgan Meyer who is one of their people to stay in his um you know

00:04:16.300 there in the house and he was he was the manager for the impeachment of Ken Paxton it's all the same

00:04:22.440 group going after grassroots people and but our general Paxton and then Barry Warnick you had no

00:04:29.600 funding from anybody in the establishment to Barry Warnick but you did have Morgan Meyer the candidate

00:04:35.260 give to the Dallas County Republican chair who's overseeing this so that seems like a conflict

00:04:42.620 interest for sure but uh hang on hang on hang on one second this Morgan Meyer let me go I got

00:04:50.720 Warnick let's go to Barry Barry you were on and correct me if I'm wrong I think Monday a week ago

00:04:55.020 the recount was supposed to be the next day and I think we thought this was going to be a one or two

00:04:59.680 day thing now we're Tuesday the following week what in the hell is going on brother okay well thanks for

00:05:06.360 thanks for having me on again um the the recount should take probably about a week so it does take a

00:05:14.380 while this is a hand ballot manual hand ballot recount and uh the reason it takes a while is um we have

00:05:22.240 county-wide voting so there are about 800 some odd precincts in the county of Dallas now in my district

00:05:32.080 there's 78 but people can vote in all of these polling locations all over Dallas County

00:05:37.920 so for my district so it creates a big problem and that big problem starts with um

00:05:45.380 all is stop stop stop how how can that how hold it how can that be if you wanted you you can not

00:05:51.340 you don't have to go to the one of the 78 and vote you can vote any of the 800 how can how does that

00:05:56.520 work well it doesn't work well in fact a big problem with it is it causes a constitutional issue

00:06:04.540 because there's no longer secrecy of the ballot i can go to a someone from my district can go vote

00:06:11.140 in you know an hour away in Dallas County in a polling location where that person's the only one

00:06:15.780 from that precinct that's voting there well it's public record um how that precinct voted in each

00:06:22.540 polling location so you could actually find out that person's name and who we voted for so that's a

00:06:28.120 that's a major issue in and of itself um but i think what we're going to find out here um

00:06:34.000 regardless of who we find out to be the winner of this recount is that we got to do away with

00:06:40.100 county-wide voting we got to get back to precinct-based uh voting day of election voting um and and it's

00:06:50.480 kind of interesting we the Dallas County Elections Department was closed on Monday because it was a

00:06:56.720 solar eclipse day i mean we don't even have a national holiday for our elections hold it stop hey hang on

00:07:02.240 halt it halt it stop stop stop they closed the election and they before before the solar eclipse

00:07:09.360 yeah the uh solar eclipse day that's right because i for whatever reason that was more important than

00:07:16.120 actually having a holiday for our elections but yeah so that's one of the delays but there has been

00:07:21.280 a lot of obstruction back to the the obstruction we wanted the first chair and melissa is right we had

00:07:28.200 one chair at the beginning who was going to follow the law but before we started the recount he wanted

00:07:33.620 to make sure everything was in order and that means counters are trained you have to be trained even

00:07:39.320 according to the secretary of state before you go in there and start counting also having a sorting

00:07:44.220 machine they have a ds850 that can read 300 to sort 300 ballots per minute instead the other side the

00:07:51.920 morgan meyer side was was complaining constantly and objecting that we can't use a sorting machine that

00:07:57.320 the counters have to go through imagine there's thousands of ballots to look for two or three

00:08:03.400 ballots that actually pertain to my district because they got to go through all of these

00:08:07.880 precincts and all the polling locations all over dallas county so it's a uh it's a

00:08:17.080 it's a recipe for disaster if you don't actually organize first one of my children that we uh homeschool

00:08:24.200 we have mastery learning meaning she doesn't move on until she gets 100 in that subject you got to

00:08:29.400 create a foundation first well like in everything else here we have uh accounting a recount starting

00:08:36.200 and the other side's pushing to let's go let's go let's go but we haven't even sorted the the ballots

00:08:42.360 yet so it's a mess and what we've discovered so far throughout this mess is that of the 86 polling

00:08:50.040 locations that we've actually already uh sorted through and actually counted 13 boxes 13 polling

00:08:57.800 locations have no chain of custody we're missing seals or from the ballot boxes or the serial number

00:09:05.640 that the judge wrote down on the judge log sheet on the seal log sheet doesn't match up to the seals

00:09:11.880 of the ballot box that came from that polling location um we have uh ballots that aren't even

00:09:18.040 signed by judges on the back that is an invalid ballot that is an invalid vote in fact if the chair

00:09:26.520 doesn't over uh if the chair chooses to count an invalid vote that is a second degree felony

00:09:34.200 and the chair right now doesn't want to make any waves and is just saying okay i'll you know maybe save

00:09:40.520 it for a contest but but i know but i know you want to make i want to know i want to know i know

00:09:45.960 you want to make waves because you want to have the legitimate i wonder if these can't be certified

00:09:49.240 where do we stand as of this moment and when do you think that this this hand count is going to be done

00:09:56.920 well i was hoping it would be done this week i thought we could do tuesday through friday

00:10:03.000 um but today as you see i'm sitting here in my home and uh we are not doing the count today because

00:10:09.880 yesterday the uh although i told the chair i had the cashier's check they they told on friday i needed

00:10:16.920 ten thousand dollars to move ahead that's another story i have volunteers that will do this for free

00:10:21.960 but they are choosing people to work and get paid as opposed to using volunteers people that actually

00:10:28.920 would do this for free so they're costing me more and more money and so they told me on friday i need

00:10:35.160 another ten thousand dollar deposit i uh in two days i was able to raise it that's the grassroots that

00:10:41.880 those are people from the these are this is the war room posse actually coming out reaching out to me

00:10:47.160 from all over the country and helping me move forward i was able to raise the ten thousand and now

00:10:51.720 and i told her i had the money let's do it tuesday we're ready to go and um somehow late last

00:10:58.760 night they started sending out messages to people telling them that it's canceled that i didn't pay

00:11:04.440 them yet so it's like okay i think today we finally i i spoke with the republican party of texas chair

00:11:12.920 matt rinaldi and he said bring me the cashier's check and get this thing going tomorrow so we're back on

00:11:19.880 track hopefully tomorrow uh where do people go to find out more about this people are now enraged

00:11:26.920 about what's happening because you're symbolic of how they're trying to stop all the mega people

00:11:31.320 from taking over where do people go yes this is not a dallas thing this is a country-wide thing we

00:11:36.520 got to pay attention go to my x uh profile it's wernick the number four dallas and um you can keep

00:11:45.080 up with everything over there that's going on with the recount for instance we still don't have live

00:11:49.720 streaming we've never got that big sorting machine that we wanted but you'll find out all this

00:11:55.000 information i'll keep it updated also uh my website is uh wernick for texas.com w-e-r-n-i-c-k-f-o-r-t-e-x-a-s.com

00:12:06.280 so it's just all spelled out but pretty much x is the only social media i use and uh the war room is

00:12:13.960 the place to be and to to find out what what's going on in this world and i'm glad you're doing

00:12:19.480 the posse's all the pop the pop the posse's all over this because if it can happen in texas it

00:12:23.960 can happen anywhere remember you got tough nut hardcore patriots in texas yeah if it can happen

00:12:30.120 here uh very thing we got to put it that's my point if it could take if they can take it if they

00:12:34.840 can take it in dallas they can take it anywhere and this is a dallas yeah they they take over dallas

00:12:42.760 this is something that they're going to build on because they know they can um this is an opportunity

00:12:48.600 for us to actually shine a light expose the flaws inherent in this electronic voting system this

00:12:54.120 disaster and you know it's not just the grassroots i had patrick byrne reach out to me and help me

00:12:58.920 with the ten thousand i mean this is a definitely not a dallas centric issue so i want to thank

00:13:06.760 patrick thank you so much yeah thank you so much thank you so much uh melissa what's your uh social

00:13:13.480 media um melissa m cats um usa on on x and then melissa m cats on getter and i just want to say

00:13:22.120 something real quick this is a blue county dallas but in texas it's a blue state but they're the

00:13:28.520 democrats are focused on um these counties like dallas and that's why this is going on we we need the

00:13:36.600 republican party the national what do you mean texas texas texas is not a blue texas not a blue

00:13:41.960 state texas is a red state you're saying it's a blue county they're trying to flip texas but what

00:13:45.880 they're doing is trump dallas county is a blue county and so they're focusing on big counties

00:13:51.480 like dallas to flip them and that that's why we don't have amen integrity in our election system 0.99

00:13:57.240 and there's big races in november ted cruz has a big battle ahead of him and yeah this doesn't get

00:14:03.480 tarrant dallas and and and hair yeah tarrant dallas and harris so the what they're houston dallas and uh

00:14:10.680 in the greater fort worth area melissa thank you so much we're going to stay tuned for this keep us

00:14:14.600 updated thank you thank you steve uh i i got a cold open i got a cold open for brian castellos play it

00:14:22.360 ukraine uh an issue that's important to you uh and your fellow republican chairman uh michael mccall who

00:14:28.520 runs the foreign affairs committee uh congressman mccall made a comment this week about um what he says

00:14:33.080 sounds like russian propaganda from some conservative media uh and why it's so difficult

00:14:38.200 to explain to republican voters why supporting ukraine is important he told julia yafi quote

00:14:42.760 i think russian propaganda has made its way into the united states unfortunately and it's infected a good

00:14:47.880 chunk of my party's base he singled out primetime shows on conservative channels 0.57

00:14:51.960 do you agree with him and how big is this problem

00:14:54.040 what do you think russian propaganda is going to be in the united states and what do you think

00:14:59.320 that's going to be in the united states so it is absolutely true we see directly coming from russia

00:15:01.240 attempts to mask communications that are anti-ukraine and pro-russia messages some of which we even hear

00:15:07.240 being uttered on the house floor i mean there are members of congress today who still incorrectly say

00:15:11.240 that this conflict between russia and ukraine is over nato which of course it is not vladimir putin having made

00:15:17.480 it very clear both publicly into his own population that his his view is that this is a conflict of a

00:15:23.480 much broader claim of russia to eastern europe and including claiming all of ukraine territory as russia's

00:15:30.760 now to the extent that this propaganda takes hold it makes it more difficult for us to really see this

00:15:37.000 as an authoritarian versus democracy battle which is what it is president xi of china vladimir putin

00:15:43.000 himself have identified it as such we need to stand up for democracy we need to make certain that

00:15:47.400 that we know that authoritarian regimes never stop when they when they start in aggression um ukraine

00:15:53.960 needs our help and assistance now and this is a very critical time for the u.s congress to step up

00:15:58.200 and provide that aid republican congressman mike turner and michael mccall said that russian propaganda

00:16:04.600 has infected the republican party's base and the republicans in congress repeating russian propaganda

00:16:11.080 on the house floor do can i get a witness have you seen this and what do you

00:16:17.240 make of that kind of self-accusation yeah i mean i think if you turn on any house oversight hearing

00:16:24.520 in the last year you will see marjorie taylor green and lauren bobert and all these folks engaged in

00:16:33.320 wildly uh propagandistic rhetoric and i mean even let's just rewind a second we just went through an

00:16:43.240 impeachment attempt on the president of the united states that was started with a source that republicans

00:16:51.960 used that was in communication with russian intelligence so you have not just the bottom bench

00:17:01.000 here you have the chairman of the house oversight committee representative comer take take quote unquote

00:17:08.840 evidence in account from someone who was working with the the russian intelligence and tried to

00:17:15.320 impeach and remove the president united states over it this is serious how did they not know that or did

00:17:22.840 they know that this was connected to the russians or did they not figure that out because they hadn't

00:17:28.200 translated from the syrillic that i think is a very excellent question thank you for chairman comer

00:17:34.840 because he won't come on i mean it is a good question because when they hold us all into the

00:17:43.560 yeah okay uh you see the misdirection but this all starts with turner and and mccall we're calling you

00:17:51.000 out show us dude and first off that that that whistleblower that comer those guys you never heard us

00:17:57.400 talk about that on war room we're focused on the laptop from hell and the empirical evidence we see

00:18:02.680 we didn't run around you know like some guys on the murdoch news network all about that guy one we

00:18:10.040 hadn't had a chance to vet it but two we didn't need it didn't need it and this is the comer and

00:18:16.680 jordan i mean what turner and mccall are calling out you this audience we're not buying under russian

00:18:23.640 disinformation we know the kgb are bad guys we can discern that tell me anything we've said about you 0.94

00:18:30.600 turner who are a dangerous clown the mayor of dayton right a dangerous clown of what you've done to 0.88

00:18:38.280 cover up real crimes versus what we've seen in ukraine we vet the ukraine stuff nine ways from 0.99

00:18:46.520 sunday all the lies you've told they've lost on the battlefield you've lied to the american people

00:18:52.680 you've lied to the ukrainian people why do you think the mothers and fathers in ukraine

00:18:57.000 will not send their sons and daughters to die on the eastern flank of that in russian-speaking uh

00:19:04.600 you know territory and this fantasy about taking out crimea you were part of the guys driving that

00:19:10.840 turner and mccall and i realize mccall's tough to deal with because you got to deal with him

00:19:15.720 before five o'clock in the afternoon if you get what i'm talking about this is a disgrace it's not 0.97

00:19:22.600 colbert and aoc aoc is an airhead but colbert is a is a clown i'm talking about what they feed off of 0.80

00:19:34.200 this goes back to turner and mccall so i want to get i got brian castellan here brian you've done 0.97

00:19:38.440 an amazing job over the last year of highlighting this massive scandal that's right in front of us

00:19:44.200 that turner refuses to look at or shut down from colonel derrick harvey of of of this a ticking time bomb

00:19:55.560 of sequoia capital and and and moritz and the democrats and the chinese communist party and funding their

00:20:02.840 military operation with american pension fund money and then when you exposed them

00:20:07.640 breaking up into a couple different we got china company here and blah blah blah and turner but the

00:20:12.600 key we still get that to the rail head until turner on the house intel which perp walked derrick

00:20:19.240 harvey and the guys out day one because he didn't want to deal with this massive scandal that harvey

00:20:24.920 and those guys had already been in touch with sequoia capital turner is part of the problem

00:20:31.080 and he then says that russian propaganda show me on the war room show me them show me buddy 0.94

00:20:36.680 versus you and this is why the people in dayton ought to be humiliated by what this hapless clown is

00:20:43.880 doing and mccall i don't want to say what he is but let's say you only can talk to him before five

00:20:50.200 o'clock in the afternoon brian costello your thoughts observations sir yes steve the dupus from dayton

00:20:58.760 strikes again um and you know he's he's accusing his uh brother in the republican party of being

00:21:05.640 russia propagandist just because everybody thinks there's bigger threats we know china's behind 1.00

00:21:11.160 russia we know we have escalating tension in the middle east we know there isn't good controls on

00:21:15.320 the money going into russia uh or into ukraine and because of that you know we're all putin propagandist

00:21:21.720 right but let me tell you who's delivering this message mike turner right this is the guy

00:21:28.280 who leader mccarthy put in charge of the house intelligence committee the house intelligence

00:21:33.240 committee is an extremely important role it's part of what's called the gang of eight where they're

00:21:39.080 get briefings that nobody else gets so this guy's getting intelligence that most people in congress

00:21:44.680 don't get what this guy decided to do when he got his role was to take the entire investigative team

00:21:51.080 that investigated the real russia hoax which is what i thought oeoc was actually i thought she was 1.00

00:21:56.280 talking about the weaponization of the justice department about against trump i have no idea

00:22:01.240 what she was even talking about so turner took that entire staff these are military folks like

00:22:07.320 colonel harvey colonel pappas folks that worked in the agencies and he perp walked them out the door

00:22:13.400 like they were villains when what i understand was there was an agreement between mccarthy and turner

00:22:21.080 not to remove any of the staff so they went against their comments the previous chairman of the staff

00:22:26.760 of the ranking member devin nunez and they let the whole team then investigated how the ic was being

00:22:32.760 used you know with russian disinformation to investigate a presidential candidate and then

00:22:38.120 president and he walked them all out the building and this guy's accusing his colleagues of being

00:22:42.840 russia propagandists when he's the one you know he's the one who let the whole staff go that was you

00:22:50.280 know uh investigating a false investigation launched uh by the biden administration

00:22:58.680 the obama biden administration sorry talk to me about the latest you've been putting a ton

00:23:04.280 of stuff up on on on uh twitter i just want to get everybody up to speed on what your investigation

00:23:09.800 showing what you're exposing steve you know you you show this morning i think is is spot on right we

00:23:17.320 we have a government right now uh that works for the billionaire class it doesn't work for the american 1.00

00:23:23.240 people so there's two things that i'm seeing right now uh jamie diamond came out today and said that lng

00:23:31.320 liquid natural gas you know being halted by the biden administration through joe through drilling

00:23:36.840 and stopping export terminals was a political decision and what we know and what we've covered

00:23:42.680 on the show uh and and here you have the quote from diamond saying this was a political decision

00:23:47.880 and it hurt the strategic position of our country right it hurt our strategic economics right and it

00:23:54.200 didn't help the environment but it became too expensive for countries like vietnam and these other

00:23:59.800 folks to use liquid natural gas because biden drove up the prices so they started using coal

00:24:04.360 again so we didn't even help the environment who we did help was china right and if you look at this

00:24:11.000 a lot of the lng the politics that diamond is talking about and so this affects every american

00:24:16.680 person right you're you know in the in the northeast a lot of the powers or a lot of your bills are gas

00:24:22.280 right if electricity is is driven by gas prices so the high electricity prices in california driven up

00:24:28.520 so they're taking money out of every american's wallet to stop this and what you're seeing is

00:24:34.840 there's political organization these ngos like michael moritz from sequoia's crankstart and if denver

00:24:41.080 can put up uh there was an article written that the gop tweeted out right the gop tweeted out this lng

00:24:48.200 washington times article that moritz bloomberg the rockefeller foundation they were funding stopping

00:24:55.880 this lng drilling in the export facility driving up the prices who benefits from that china and their 1.00

00:25:01.880 china investments so we literally have ngos that are supposed to be doing good things they're not 0.99

00:25:07.080 doing good things they're doing bad things for the american people uh and and what's happened is we have

00:25:12.360 a political establishment who listens to them because they write the checks and in in the victim in

00:25:17.960 this is the american people so we're seeing that you know i'm following that uh that's one of the things

00:25:23.400 that's going on with a billionaire so you know hurting the american people the other thing we're

00:25:27.640 following i tell you what i tell you what brian brian hang on i want to i'm going to leave a cliffhanger

00:25:32.120 here because i'm going to bring you back after the break brian castella is going to rejoin us we got much

00:25:36.920 more this is the scandal that's turner sitting on and he refuses he refuses to act on sequoia capital

00:25:45.240 on the corruption on funding the ccp's advanced weapon systems this is the question has to be act and he's 0.79

00:25:51.560 lying about the russian propaganda that's the head of the intelligence committee smearing maga

00:25:58.760 smearing president trump smearing the america first movement smearing them this is he's defaming them

00:26:05.720 this is a lie a bald face lie and uh he's not gonna be a hide behind the cover of being house intel

00:26:14.360 people in dayton should be ashamed of this guy we're gonna take a short break you can tell about

00:26:19.400 the turbulence this is why gold this is why gold is hitting all-time highs every couple days jamie

00:26:24.600 diamond who we just talked about out today with wow you know he's writing this big thing you know

00:26:29.800 about the kinetic third world war we might be starting the de-dollarization movement what are we

00:26:34.680 doing here jamie diamond's been one of the guys that the control system here is the chairman ceo of

00:26:39.160 the most prestigious bank in the world jp morgan and now he's kind of waking up and saying man how did

00:34:00.040 because of artificial intelligence jamie diamond waking up to it elon moss coming out again yesterday

00:34:29.720 turner turner you've done more than anybody in this country to expose this you've gone to the fbi you

00:34:34.920 know there's interest in this because what happened with sequoia capital is outrageous tell me about

00:34:40.200 turner yes steve i think we need some intelligence to replace turner um uh so listen what the house

00:34:48.520 intelligence committee does is they're responsible for overseeing the intelligence uh community and the

00:34:55.320 intelligence committees one of the most important things we have happening in this country is china

00:35:00.920 has used our billionaire elite uh to infiltrate washington this is something that the intelligence

00:35:07.320 community should be watching and should be understanding right devin nunez when he was the

00:35:13.080 ranking member okay hold it hold it hold it stop stop stop stop stop hit hit rewind on that tell me that

00:35:19.080 again so what the house intelligence committee is responsible for is overseeing the intelligence

00:35:26.520 committees right making sure that they're doing their job to protect the american people one of the

00:35:31.560 biggest problems no they're overseeing hang on stop stop stop stop stop stop they're not to oversee the

00:35:36.360 intelligence committees they're over to oversee the intelligence agencies nine of them right the

00:35:41.800 community nine of them right and and they're 19 how many how many we officially fund is it 19 or 17

00:35:48.680 how many when you say the community it's a vast network that's in that's in uh the department of

00:35:54.440 defense it's everywhere right there's a lot so how do they oversee that yeah so they're responsible for

00:36:02.040 over overseeing right running investigations looking into what they're doing are these groups doing

00:36:07.640 their jobs right so uh looking into investigations and everything else interacting with that community

00:36:14.040 understanding the risks right there's not a lot of legislation that comes out of this particular group

00:36:19.400 sometimes there's legislation i mean you're obviously going to see him uh the fisa stuff right you're

00:36:24.040 going to see him all over supporting that the intelligence community needs this weapon that's been abused

00:36:29.320 right and been used for political purposes and not necessarily the means so that that's going to be

00:36:34.520 the next thing where you see turner jumping up and down around all the fisa stuff right so his responsibility

00:36:41.560 is for looking into this we have a huge issue here um we have a huge issue here and that the

00:36:49.800 political establishment because of the billionaire donors oftentimes will just even ignore what the

00:36:55.800 intelligence community says you know there's a there's a famous story there steve uh that we're

00:37:01.000 dealing with on the biotech side with obama and biden where they let china buy a human genome sequencing

00:37:08.120 company uh that the entire intelligence community recommended that they should right so the house

00:37:13.960 intelligence committee plays at the intersection of this right the intelligence community working with

00:37:18.840 the administration which we know there's a lot of nefarious stuff that's going on there so this role is

00:37:23.640 extremely important right our intelligence committee or community i keep saying committee has been

00:37:29.320 abused right and it's turner's responsibility to reel this in like devin nunez did when he was the

00:37:36.680 ranking member and was the chairman prior to that and he's and he's not done that he's used it to

00:37:42.520 you know wave the wand for more funding for the military complex into ukraine right like he's not he's

00:37:48.920 not even doing his job he's he's focusing the reason we're team this up the reason we're team

00:37:54.280 this up the the fisa fight in the ukraine fight the railhead of a lot of this insidious opposition

00:38:00.760 is turner and house intel mccall over at armed services these two guys are in on the fix we got

00:38:06.920 to bounce but i want people to go to your twitter account and follow you and we'll have you back on

00:38:10.760 because this thing's going to super heat up starting tomorrow uh where do they go brian costello

00:38:15.320 yeah on so on uh on twitter or x it's bp costello uh so they can go there and we're gonna have uh

00:38:24.200 have a lot of stuff about this coming up steve so appreciate how how how how how nasty you think

00:38:31.240 this fisa fight's going to be sir it's going to be really nasty right it's it's going to be you know

00:38:37.640 like uh uh a fisa fight in an election year steve right like you know we we know from prior reporting

00:38:46.360 the fisa stuff was abused to spy on a political campaign right so we got a fisa fight in the

00:38:51.960 middle of uh yeah exactly called donald trump and you know 26 of his 26 of his colleagues this is

00:38:59.240 yourself right this is this is why this is why this is why they're trying to they're trying to lock it

00:39:05.880 this is why they're taking the trial to get him off the campaign trail they don't want him hammering

00:39:08.920 every day on this costello one more time your twitter account uh on x it's uh bp costello

00:39:17.160 thank you brother amazing work for an entrepreneur that's got his own business to run he's got a day

00:39:22.120 job but he's the most serious investigator about this issue which is massive joe allen's going to join

00:39:28.360 us we got a cold open for him let's do the cold open for joe allen bring him on uh love to kick

00:39:33.320 off with with ai um now what's your take on where we are in the ai race just now wow that's a long

00:39:41.720 answer um there's there's so much happening in ai is the fastest advancing technology that i've ever

00:39:48.600 seen of any kind and i've seen a lot of technology um you know barely a week goes by without some new

00:39:55.640 announcement so uh and if you look at the amount of uh ai hardware the computers coming online that

00:40:05.160 are dedicated to ai that is increasing what looks like at least by a factor of 10 every year if not

00:40:13.160 every six to nine months so when you combine the hardware um coming online really order of magnitude

00:40:22.120 increase every you know call it at least every nine months um and uh many many software breakthroughs

00:40:31.960 uh if you look at that that curve it looks insane so i think we'll um

00:40:40.600 my guess is that we also will have ai that is smaller than any any one human

00:40:46.040 probably around the end of next year um and then ai the total amount of sort of sentient compute

00:40:57.080 of ai i think will probably exceed all humans in five years okay um this is saying the quiet part

00:41:06.200 out loud that ladies and gentlemen is a bombshell because as much as we fight with elon musk

00:41:11.240 right about a ccp connections and his bs on being a absolutist on free speech i got all that 0.95

00:41:17.800 right but and i've said from day one he is like the thomas edison of this current generation and on 0.97

00:41:23.720 certain areas because he's an idiot savant he is brilliant and he's deep into he's deep into ai 0.96

00:41:29.800 he's going to try to turn tesla around by saying tesla's really an ai company the free fall that tesla's 0.99

00:41:34.840 is going through in the in the scam of the electronic electric vehicles joe allen but this is another

00:41:43.160 bombshell i mean he said kind of this before but now he's saying it right out more than human

00:41:47.560 intelligence by the end of next year artificial uh general intelligence in five years and we have

00:41:53.160 the reports it was the mac daddy on drudger say on on the new pagan holiday of uh of the uh of the

00:42:00.520 eclipse i can't believe modern people they're just like cavemen um the japanese have done these 0.61

00:42:08.200 reports are leaking and now the mac daddy on drudger say was the end of social order because of ai uh

00:42:14.920 put it in perspective joe allen you've done more than any uh human that's not a uh actually a technician

00:42:21.560 that works this every day and explain this to the american people what do you got

00:42:25.000 you know steve uh the real eclipse that elon musk is talking about is uh the human race being

00:42:33.960 eclipsed by our technological inventions or maybe to put it more specifically the human race being

00:42:41.240 eclipsed by a small subset of other humans technological inventions that musk has uh basically 0.96

00:42:49.640 accelerated his timeline over the last three years to the point that now as opposed to six to seven

00:42:56.840 years as he would have said maybe a year ago he's now predicting that artificial general intelligence

00:43:03.880 will be reached by the end of this year i'm not sure what definition he's going with listening to that

00:43:11.160 particular podcast and of course i've raked over almost every interview or podcast or tweet he's ever

00:43:18.360 sent out i don't know what definition he's going with it could be a lot of different things i'm assuming

00:43:23.880 it's not the most uh aggressive sort of vision of what agi will be it's probably more like a multimodal

00:43:31.960 model that links together other narrow ais one way or the other what he's talking about is an idea shared

00:43:41.640 to some extent or another by people all across silicon valley increasingly people in the u.s

00:43:48.120 government and of course governments across the world the eu recently passing laws to try to get

00:43:55.080 some sort of rain on this japan taking this very very seriously as you just mentioned a moment ago

00:44:01.560 just uh i believe it was yesterday or the day before jamie diamond ceo of jp morgan chase uh sent out a

00:44:08.920 newsletter to his shareholders he's really reiterating all the ideas klaus schwab talks about with the

00:44:15.320 fourth industrial revolution that ai will be as important as the steam engine as important as electricity

00:44:22.680 as important as the internet but if we go with klaus schwab's notion we're talking about a total

00:44:28.680 convergence of humans with machines and jp morgan chase as as are many other uh money management funds

00:44:36.360 uh many other banks uh corporations they're integrating ai into every aspect of their

00:44:42.200 businesses they can meaning that one way or the other whether we end up with superhuman intelligence

00:44:47.960 as elon musk is basically predicting or whether we just end up with kind of uh you know half-baked

00:44:53.960 ai being integrated from top to bottom from the military to the corporations to the biomedical

00:44:58.520 establishment to education what we are definitely seeing is an intentionally engineered

00:45:04.840 transformation of human society human culture and it all centers on this idea that we are developing

00:45:11.640 artificial intelligence that will be a greater authority on what is real than any single human

00:45:17.640 being on earth as musk says uh in the next year or in five years the ai will be a greater authority

00:45:24.760 on reality and more intelligent than the entire human race unless as musk proposes we link our brains

00:45:32.600 together into a massive hive mind to challenge this sort of mythical god-like artificial intelligence

00:45:41.960 okay hang on for a second two things i've only got about four minutes and we'll touch on it now i'll

00:45:47.240 get you back on number one go back to jamie diamond the steam engine you got basically human development

00:45:52.840 human history hit the steam engine boom then you got the the silicon chip boom those are the two biggest

00:45:58.760 developments in the history of mankind as far as technology goes it took mankind to the next level

00:46:03.800 because everything from the agricultural revolution is kind of steady state all the wars all the all the

00:46:09.320 all the different religious orders everything is kind of steady state team to the creation of the

00:46:13.400 steam engine then you got the silicon chip when he says ai is at that level what does he mean

00:46:20.120 what he means what jamie diamond means by this it's the same thing klaus schwab talks about and many many

00:46:25.240 others it's really you described it as well as it can be described each technology sparks off a massive

00:46:33.080 revolution in the way human beings live the way in which they work the way in which they communicate

00:46:38.040 the way in which they live their lives in the way in which they see the world as a whole and the

00:46:42.760 prediction is and i think that this is accurate however good ai is or isn't that it is going to be

00:46:48.520 rolled out but instead of like the steam engine you're moving an object from one part of the world to the

00:46:52.840 other or instead of like the printing press you're moving human made human created information from

00:46:59.240 one part of the world to the other from one mind to the other with artificial intelligence you now have

00:47:03.880 a mechanism that generates novel information novel combinations of information it generates art it

00:47:11.960 generates literature it generates analyses on genomes or other biological structures and it's being integrated

00:47:19.400 in all of these different sectors and even despite my skepticism as to the the greatest claims of it it

00:47:25.240 is undoubted that in many of these sectors if you do not become a kind of human ai symbiote then you will

00:47:34.520 not live up to the expectation of your field we are basically being shoehorned or we're being kind of

00:47:40.040 herded into a new mode of life in which each human being as many have said eric schmidt most recently

00:47:46.200 each human being has an ai companion to integrate the realities of the world into the mind to

00:47:53.640 interpret the world we're talking about basically a guardian angel and if you don't have it then in

00:47:59.640 the new system as they're setting up this new digital ecosystem if you don't adapt in that digital

00:48:05.640 ecosystem you get left behind you are no longer relevant and of course if elon musk or any of the really

00:48:12.200 aggressive uh predictions if any of these are true as far as ai actually having a greater understanding

00:48:19.720 so to speak uh or grasp of reality than even human beings not just you know regular humans being left

00:48:26.280 behind by cyborgs human beings are left behind by ai now this of course to the war room audience i've

00:48:32.040 talked to many many people they say this sounds like sci-fi well that when you have the wealthiest

00:48:36.840 men on earth the most powerful governments on earth talking like this this is happening something

00:48:41.720 is happening this is this is happening we wouldn't have covered it it was it was sci-fi we don't do

00:48:46.520 fiction this is real real quickly i've only got about a minute the elon musk's alternative how how we

00:48:52.600 combat it to all interconnect into a hive mind your thoughts are i think it's a horrific idea in fact the

00:49:00.200 entire system that they're setting up obviously i think it's absolutely horrific and i think that

00:49:04.440 they position it as if this is like a force of nature that humans have to evolve and adapt to

00:49:11.000 this force of nature these are human created machines this is not like the machines we have

00:49:17.800 created these are machines that a very small small subset of humans have created and they are imposing

00:49:23.240 on the rest of us and i think that this solution that we all link our brains either via screens virtual

00:49:29.480 reality or as musk wants a trod into the brain to link the brain to ai i think it is a horrific

00:49:36.760 desecration of everything that human beings have been up to this point that we are right now and it's

00:49:42.200 a vision of turning the human race into a monstrosity that's how i see elon musk's so-called final
