Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 565： Historical Day At The Supreme Court; Media Continues To Spin The Debate

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.480 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:19.240 get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just like in Georgia

00:00:24.960 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:30.080 this is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:33.860 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:40.980 stephen k bannon okay welcome it's friday 27 june in the year of our lord 2024 it's 110th anniversary

00:00:50.140 of the assassination of arch duke ferdinand in sarajevo sarajevo by serbian nationalists that

00:00:57.420 kicked off the bloodiest century in mankind's history the guns of august all the way to the

00:01:02.940 fall of the berlin wall in tienden square in 1989 the short 20th century you call it short and bloody

00:01:08.300 catastrophic are we heading down that path now mike davis joins me mike is uh by the way you're very

00:01:14.580 well for this heat and humidity it's absolutely incredible thank you for being outside the supreme

00:01:18.820 court the last couple days historic you're going to be back with us on monday uh outside the supreme

00:01:24.600 court for it's just immunity that's all that's left we have three cases on monday we have immunity

00:01:29.340 then we have the net choice case which conservatives are probably going to lose and then some other

00:01:34.040 procedural case that no one cares about um today historic let's take we got julie kelly 1.00

00:01:40.100 cynthia hughes that represents a bunch of the families um fisher how big a deal is fisher it is a

00:01:46.980 monumental case and i want to say hats off to julie kelly for covering this every day for many

00:01:55.900 it's one of the reasons it got picked up absolutely there's no question there's never done it if she

00:02:00.120 hadn't she hadn't done it if julie kelly didn't change the politics on this persecution by the 1.00

00:02:06.080 biden justice department where they had contorted politicized and weaponized a post enron obstruction

00:02:12.400 of justice statute to go out that's intended for corporate fraud to go after your political enemies

00:02:17.420 if julie kelly didn't raise that political issue there's no way the court would have accepted this

00:02:22.680 case they have discretionary review and julie kelly was key into making sure these justices kept their 1.00

00:02:30.340 backbones and actually followed the law what um where is this going to lead what what now we've had it

00:02:36.980 they're saying i haven't noticed a lot of prisoners walking out yet i think they're going to slow walk

00:02:41.440 this i think they're going to look for other charges cynthia hughes is going to be there but where should 1.00

00:02:45.420 this go as far as how did we get here what where is the investigation come through judiciary does it

00:02:52.340 start when president trump uh goes back to the white house on the on the afternoon the 20th of january 2025

00:02:58.160 where do we go from here because you've got to untangle what doj did to american citizens

00:03:03.660 quite frankly what the house committee the j6 committee did and you gotta you gotta take a

00:03:08.600 hard look at the federal bench yeah this goes back to president obama's administration where

00:03:13.760 president obama politicized and weaponized his justice department and what he did very effectively

00:03:22.560 was putting key leftist and key positions in the fbi and the dc u.s attorney's office and the in main

00:03:31.100 justice and these key career jobs he had these hard charging leftist and then president biden president

00:03:38.980 obama's third term has uh put this on steroids this weaponization of the intel agencies and the justice

00:03:46.540 department on steroids i mean they they absolutely maliciously prosecuted these january 6 defendants and

00:03:54.320 what happened on january 6 we had a lawful protest permitted by the national park service that

00:04:00.980 got out of control and turned into a right and the biden justice department tried to label everyone

00:04:06.800 who was there that day as an insurrectionist and then sent the full force of the fbi and the broader

00:04:12.820 justice department to ruin their lives and this was malicious what they did to them and there must be

00:04:18.720 severe legal financial and political consequences for what biden garland jack smith matthew graves the dc

00:04:29.100 u.s attorney what they've done with this malicious prosecution under 1512 what about people like

00:04:35.240 andrew weissman i mean there some of these media types are up there next in these former prosecutors

00:04:39.400 you know they're they're they're collaborating non-stop i mean weissman this was his enron case

00:04:44.520 that also magically appeared weissman's fingerprints are all over this yeah and it's part of a criminal

00:04:50.400 conspiracy by these these biden democrat officials in the white house in the justice department in the

00:04:59.000 intel agencies and with people on the outside like andrew weissman this is a criminal conspiracy

00:05:04.100 to violate the constitutional rights of so many americans and it's not just president trump it's not

00:05:11.140 just his top aides like peter navarro and you steve it's not his lawyers just as lawyers like

00:05:16.660 jeffrey clark and john eastman they went after every day americans i just went and met adam johnson

00:05:23.240 today the lectern guy right they they put him in jail for months right and they put other people i

00:05:28.360 met other people today they put in prison for 35 months a non-violent first-time offender went to

00:05:35.700 prison for 35 months under this 1512 persecution uh by by biden of of trump and his political enemies

00:05:45.780 uh outrageous julie kelly's gonna join us in a minute i know you got a bounce i want to talk 1.00

00:05:50.020 about the other massive one today the beginning of uh of really taking apart and destroying the

00:05:55.460 administrative state because of the chevron deference how big this has been years in the

00:06:00.020 making walk me through how historic this is and what it means going forward this is a massive case

00:06:05.120 what between the securities and exchange commission case that was decided earlier this week along with

00:06:10.920 reversing the chevron deference we're starting to deconstruct the administrative state and that is

00:06:16.700 president trump's biggest and most important consequential accomplishment of his first term was

00:06:22.660 transforming the the left of center court to the clarence thomas court and steve bannon you played a big

00:06:28.820 role in the selection of these justices including my former boss justice neil gorsuch you saw justice

00:06:36.020 gorsuch's opinion on the 10th circuit where justice gorsuch uh took a hammer to chevron and that laid

00:06:43.560 the ground he's the intellectual leader of this of this uh theory of the leviathan's out of control

00:06:48.940 and it's got to be reeled back yep so people like you like mark paoletta like don mcgann you guys were

00:06:55.200 the people who recognized the talent in justice gorsuch but you're the guy that dug into the trenches

00:07:00.980 to get him through was gorsuch was easier than kavanaugh but you know gorsuch and kavanaugh you

00:07:06.280 had to have those two those are the two that drive this intellectually yeah i mean we had to i had to

00:07:11.200 drag i had to drag those two across the finish line you know i mean uh gorsuch seemed like it was easier

00:07:18.000 in retrospect but we had to break a lot of china in the senate to get it done because these democrats

00:07:22.520 when when trump came in were so anti-trump and even the republicans were spun up and chasing their tails

00:07:29.240 on russian collusion and it wasn't just the you know the liberal republicans or the weak republicans

00:07:35.160 like the mitt romney's of the world a lot of republicans were chasing their tails on russian

00:07:39.640 collusion so it's this is trump's biggest and most important accomplishment and i would say this

00:07:44.760 this is why this election is so important on november 5th 2024 because the next president of the united

00:07:51.780 states could replace two or three supreme court justices and do you want president trump or president

00:07:57.500 biden replacing justice clarence thomas on the supreme court do you want dc obama judge tanya

00:08:03.920 shukkin on the supreme court because that's what will happen if biden is re-elected i mean this is

00:08:09.060 this is for all the never trumpers and people like that it's so what you saw last night and the great

00:08:14.580 work of the supreme court if you want more things like this hey i understand everybody might not love

00:08:19.920 trump there's probably 10 of the registered republicans but you've seen what he's done with his judges

00:08:25.340 not just here but everywhere throughout the federal bench i mean i would say to these republicans wake

00:08:30.840 up do you think that this lawfare and election interference is going to go away when trump goes

00:08:36.980 away not only are they going after trump and peter navarro and steve bannon and john eastman and

00:08:41.580 jeffrey clark and these january 6 supporters they're going after parents outraged by gender chaos in schools

00:08:48.140 and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms they're going after 75 year old christians and putting 0.60

00:08:53.860 them in prison while they give amnesty in this biden regime to blm and antifa and hamas and

00:08:59.860 trans terrorists and abortion industry activists and joe biden and hunter biden and james biden and 0.98

00:09:05.720 every scumbag biden that's who's taken over 20 million dollars from our worst enemies this look 0.99

00:09:11.620 this is not our parents or grandparents democrat party these aren't liberals who love america and just 0.99

00:09:17.740 disagree with those on the best way to get there these are leftist these are marxist and they play for keeps 1.00

00:09:23.420 and republicans need to wake up do we have him wired up can he hear julie kelly ready go okay let's get

00:09:29.440 let's bring in julie kelly for a second uh you have to bounce to the bottom of the hour julie kelly 1.00

00:09:33.400 your thoughts on a huge day and and and mike davis is absolutely correct if it was not for you

00:09:39.100 you're intrepid reporting over years and years and years every day we would have not reached today on

00:09:46.460 on fisher man so uh you're a patriot and a hero to so many people not just the families that have been

00:09:52.000 destroyed and the individuals have been destroyed but for standing up for this constitutional republic

00:09:56.860 what we have to get back if it's it's people like you that are helping us do it your thoughts today

00:10:02.800 well first of all thank you both so much you're going to give me a big head now um mike you've just

00:10:10.800 been so gracious with your comments about this for the last few months so i appreciate it and of course

00:10:16.000 steve covering my work because if you hadn't brought this to the war room posse in your audience

00:10:22.180 um no one would know that it was happening and mike davis just relentless in his work as well

00:10:27.380 supporting mine and we're supporting each other on this so thank you both so much for that um

00:10:33.660 yeah i mean you know just a little reflection i think we talked about this my first piece on how

00:10:38.980 the doj was abusing the statue was march of 2021 and i was seeing how the doj was using it and at the

00:10:46.880 time and i think this is important to emphasize the doj was seeking pretrial detention for j6ers

00:10:54.080 based on this count alone i know steve we talked about this this morning think of the case of timothy

00:11:00.840 hale judge trevor mcfadden denying his release on 1512 c2 jacob chansley judge royce lamberth

00:11:08.600 denying his release on this count alone other members non-violent members of the oath keepers

00:11:15.340 and proud boys before they were charged with seditious conspiracy this was their most serious

00:11:19.980 count they languished in that dc gulag some of them for two years before they went on trial

00:11:26.660 based on this count it will be impossible to calculate the human wreckage of what this doj has done 1.00

00:11:35.120 by intentionally abusing the vague language in this 1512 statute c2 subsection to destroy these

00:11:45.180 people's lives and furthermore it's important to note how this count has been used as a an anvil over

00:11:52.720 the heads of j6ers forcing them to plead to other lower offenses so they could keep up their head count 1.00

00:12:00.540 here in the j6 prosecution if you don't plead to parading or these other misdemeanors or attack

00:12:06.760 assaulting police officers we're going to add this felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison

00:12:12.620 so my phone has been blowing up some people you know very happy and relieved and think that they are

00:12:19.300 going to get some relief at the court maybe they will but others really heartbroken i just got a text

00:12:25.540 from a woman um who was convicted of this i believe she pleaded guilty and she was a nurse and she's

00:12:33.720 lost her license simply because of this count so i really want to take this time and i appreciate the

00:12:40.240 accolades for myself but the how these defendants and their families have been ruined and now we know

00:12:49.580 wrongfully so by this doj there has to be consequences for the doj matthew graves lisa monaco merrick garland

00:12:57.980 the line prosecutors who brought it and the 18 federal judges in washington who put their stamp of

00:13:05.660 approval on this vindictive uh and wrongful prosecution

00:13:11.260 well we have to make we will make those judges and the doj officials we'll make them famous

00:13:18.760 because they're going to have to be held accountable for this we need justice what

00:13:22.300 the destruction of these families the destruction of these prisoners is not acceptable it doesn't

00:13:27.720 happen in the united states of america this is what they did in the soviet union this is what the

00:13:31.800 nazi judges did and this is not going to stop unless we stop it i know you got to bounce i want your

00:13:38.920 thoughts on that about what we need to do going forward mike mike davis to make sure that we stop

00:13:44.900 this yeah i mean i think a big thing we need to do is stop letting these dc judges decide these cases

00:13:51.280 maybe we need to do a lottery system where we pull in judges from all over the country a random draw

00:13:57.800 and so we don't have these judges in dc where we have these obama and biden leftist radicals and then 0.91

00:14:05.120 these republican judges are the biggest cowards on the planet who just want to go along and get along 0.85

00:14:10.700 in washington dc i mean remember this is the same dc these are the same chevy chase and other types of 0.98

00:14:18.200 judges who have have ukraine flags in their yards and they're still their neighbors are still wearing

00:14:24.680 covid masks because these people are absolutely insane in washington dc we need judges who reflect

00:14:31.640 america and dc judges do not do that you're going to be uh you're going to leave us you're going to

00:14:37.300 be on uh laura ingram tonight i'm on laura ingram's show tonight do you know what time i think 7 30 or

00:14:43.000 around there 7 30 okay so we're going to see you on laura ingram mike davis thank you so much

00:14:47.800 honor to have you on here mike davis is going to join us if not tomorrow mike davis is going to join us

00:14:51.980 monday we have a special edition of war room we're going to from a a site that we can't disclose

00:14:58.480 yet but mike davis is going to be here with uh with dave bratt uh to anchor our coverage from

00:15:04.700 here mike davis and you'll see a lot more of mike davis in the uh in the days and weeks ahead brother

00:15:08.300 thank you so much and this is where fox sends the big car over the big limo over to for mike davis

00:15:13.280 these are the big shots right doing the prime time at fox on 7 30. julie kelly where does this go from

00:15:19.740 here when you say people haven't been you say people have not been uh have not people have not been

00:15:24.960 released already i thought with these charges left you had said a month ago that graves and

00:15:30.480 these guys are so vindictive they're going to think up other charges to do with them so what is

00:15:34.580 what is the reality with the prisoners that were under this uh in this alone or just had some other

00:15:40.480 misdemeanor are they being released right now well you have to file a motion with your judge uh asking

00:15:46.980 for release from prison some judges have already released a few j6ers so it's a little bit complicated 1.00

00:15:53.240 but let's say you were convicted or you took a plea deal for obstruction and the four common

00:15:58.180 misdemeanors well the obstruction charge really drives your sentence right so let's say you were

00:16:03.360 can you're sentenced to 30 41 50 months in prison on the obstruction but you also had prison time

00:16:11.920 assigned for the misdemeanors so these defendants have been going to the court already saying okay if

00:16:17.860 you drop if fisher overturns the obstruction count which they have uh based on the misinterpretation

00:16:24.920 of the statute uh okay well i was convicted of these other misdemeanors so now i should be out

00:16:31.160 of prison because i've already served 12 13 14 months so judges have released some of them but then

00:16:38.000 other judges have come back and said well okay but if you ask for resentencing and the obstruction

00:16:42.680 count is then dismissed by doj or i drop it or whatever happens and you still have convictions

00:16:48.100 on four misdemeanors now hear me out here two of the common misdemeanors punishable by up to 12

00:16:54.700 months in prison the other two up to six months what the judges have said now that usually runs

00:17:00.140 concurrently right so they're saying 12 months max for all of them you're going to serve 12 months

00:17:05.120 some judges have said if you come back and ask for resentencing the obstruction count goes away

00:17:10.960 you're already in jail we're going to now stack that sentencing meaning you're going to it's going

00:17:17.640 to be consecutive not concurrent so they will still try to keep these people in prison for three years

00:17:24.140 on misdemeanors parading in the capitol being on restricted grounds because mike pence was there as a

00:17:30.380 secret service protectee i mean there are judges who will triple quadruple down on this instead of

00:17:37.480 saying okay look we did this we tried we thought we were doing not the right thing they knew that

00:17:42.700 they were working hand-to-glove with the doj to turn these people into lifelong felons 0.93

00:17:46.400 so now you're going to still keep them in prison re-stacking their sentences when that's nothing that

00:17:54.340 the district court ever does the chief judge former chief judge barrel howell admitted that

00:17:58.340 she said we don't really do this stacking sentences but we might do it in this case

00:18:03.400 so they will never admit error they will never seek some sort of you know where they will tell

00:18:12.960 these j6ers you know we were wrong this was an error by the court no some of them are going to do 1.00

00:18:18.800 whatever they can we even see signals from the doj because this ruling today said that the to find

00:18:27.220 someone guilty of this 1512 c2 has to involve evidence impairment destroying a record mutilating

00:18:33.920 a document or shredding a document which was the origin where this originated in enron the doj has

00:18:40.480 signaled in jack smith that they will say the electoral college certificates that these j6ers never 1.00

00:18:47.580 touched they never saw they didn't try to steal them out of the hands of people who were carrying them 0.98

00:18:53.540 into the joint session of congress that day that those electoral college certificates represent a

00:19:01.280 record or document in an official proceeding and still try to make this count stick jack smith has

00:19:09.560 said the same in the j6 case against donald trump 1512 c2 half of the indictment two of the four

00:19:16.600 accounts in that indictment related to 1512 c2 that either the electoral college certificates or as he

00:19:22.500 mentions in his indictment the fake electoral certificates that happen every four years

00:19:28.060 somehow that represents tampering with evidence so this is how unbowed for the most part we know doj will

00:19:36.260 be the question is will the judges continue to go along with this charade this life destroying charade

00:19:42.800 simply to protect their own reputations their own turf and refuse to um uh recompense for for what

00:19:52.200 they've done in aid of the destruction of these people's lives

00:19:55.900 what uh what does this mean for president trump because aren't the other two charges he's got like

00:20:03.220 some sort of conspiracy to uh this two weird conspiracy charges of jack smith i mean isn't it

00:20:09.020 isn't chutkin isn't it over for her this is never going to take place in uh in dc limited immunity or not 1.00

00:20:15.160 this thing is over they're not going to view it that way steve they're just not so even if jack smith

00:20:22.920 drops the two 1512 c2 which i i'm not sure that he will i'm not confident that he will because he

00:20:29.500 will try to hold on hold on hold on the the courts just overruled it on what grounds would we be able

00:20:36.240 to do it to say that there actually was a document correct that either the electoral college certificates

00:20:44.120 or the fake electoral certificates that jack smith smith mentions in the trump indictment specifically

00:20:50.480 that that was an attempt to tamper interfere uh or somehow impair the proceeding the evidence in the

00:21:01.120 proceeding so after getting after getting slapped after getting slapped like this or even uh judge

00:21:07.360 brown jackson uh wrote a concurrent opinion she was part of the six to three on the good guy side

00:21:13.980 you think they'll still try to play i guess we'll have to watch msnb tonight and re melbourne because i'm

00:21:18.500 sure they already weissman's already you know thinking this through about what they're going to do but

00:21:23.020 you honestly you honestly think that they're going to still stick with this charge i i do i think

00:21:29.460 there's probably a really good chance that they will and i think katanji brown jackson even though

00:21:33.720 she did concur at the end of her concurrence she mentions these electoral college certificates as

00:21:40.660 potentially records that could meet this element in the 1512 c1 c2 statute so in a way she kind of set

00:21:50.660 up jack smith and maybe even the oj going to these judges saying well here she suggests that these

00:21:58.100 certificates could represent some sort of record or document so there's still a lot that could happen

00:22:06.120 here but when you're talking about your regular j6 defendant joseph fisher in this matter who entered

00:22:12.640 the capitol stayed there for four minutes after the joint session had long um recessed how are they

00:22:18.900 going to prove that he tampered with or impaired electoral college certificate or any kind of document

00:22:25.940 so but going back to special counsel jack smith after seeing him look the guy was overturned 8-0 in the

00:22:34.080 mcdonald conviction he was completely overturned there he doesn't care for he is just an apparatchik

00:22:41.800 a democratic party apparatchik he knows there's no consequences for him there's no consequences really

00:22:47.840 in court i mean that's why they're going after judge cannon she's the only one holding him and his team 0.99

00:22:52.660 remotely accountable for that documents case but he knows at the end of the day if he gets

00:22:58.440 convictions he doesn't get convictions these cases go to trial they don't go to trial he's slapped down

00:23:04.460 by the supreme court here or in the immunity case he doesn't care because he's going to go on and be a

00:23:11.320 big hero to the left and the media and the democratic party for at least trying to take out donald trump

00:23:17.660 what what about um what should be done now house judiciary immediately uh and then when president

00:23:26.180 trump wins and takes over the uh doj what what's your two recommendations to get justice here

00:23:30.840 uh investigation into collaboration i think between the doj and these courts um barrel howell by the way

00:23:38.760 is already in a little bit of trouble in the documents case judge cannon looking into some of her rulings

00:23:43.440 including piercing attorney client privilege between trump and evan corcoran in the documents case

00:23:48.740 um so there has to be some sort of uh investigation should some of them should they be brought up on

00:23:56.940 impeachment charges absolutely you should start with barrel howell the former chief judge not just for

00:24:04.520 this decision but others putting her imprimatur as the chief judge on using this 1512 c2

00:24:11.080 charge against january sixers other judges who have done it including those especially those steve who

00:24:18.580 kept americans in pretrial detention in the dc gulag on this count alone and that will be trump

00:24:25.900 judges it will be clinton judges obama judges amit mehta who applied a terror enhancement for the

00:24:34.080 obstruction conviction a terror enhancement to sentencing those judges at least a handful should

00:24:42.960 be investigated and brought up on impeachment charges that should send a little tiny message

00:24:48.380 to that courthouse uh on in the shadow of the u.s capitol by the way send a little bit of a message

00:24:57.160 that some sort of oversight is going to be reclaimed by the legislative branch of government

00:25:02.980 uh julie kelly where do people go and get all of your uh material in this uh the substack your

00:25:11.300 website your investigative site uh and also your social media so um i have a piece up on this issue

00:25:19.180 today at my substack declassified with julie kelly i'm on twitter x julie underscore kelly too i'll be

00:25:24.980 posting more information tonight about this ruling and other texts that i'm getting from j6ers and then

00:25:31.180 real clear investigations i have several pieces on 1512 c2 fisher and let's call out judge florence pan

00:25:39.920 who was the appellate biden appointed appellate court judge who upheld as the appellate court judge

00:25:48.240 on that panel upheld both 1512 um appeals in fisher and then another one thomas robertson she is married

00:25:57.100 to max steyer the democratic party activist kavanaugh accuser who's still working hand in glove with the

00:26:03.960 biden white house right now to thwart the 2025 plan uh related to uh civil servants so she also 0.99

00:26:12.760 is a villain and she should be called out as well in addition to the other lower court judges oh we will 0.96

00:26:19.820 we'll make we'll make them all famous julie kelly thank you very much thank you for taking time away

00:31:17.360 uh let's go we have cynthia hughes now from the patriot freedom project she's done a great job

00:31:24.840 over the last couple of years really working with the j6 families so cynthia you've worked for a long

00:31:29.720 time to make this day happen uh tell us the reality is how big a deal is it for the uh for the j6ers

00:31:36.820 it's it's it's absolutely huge steve it's it's it's an unbelievable day for many of the j6ers and

00:31:43.900 their families you know uh you have a lot of people that were sitting behind bars languishing behind bars

00:31:49.720 in jail for years now like my nephew tim hale uh who today you know is no longer a convicted felon

00:31:56.120 many will be that and uh they have had their freedom and their their life you know upended for

00:32:02.060 nothing over a political game of theater and um and and uh we're going to see a lot of families

00:32:07.420 reunited here very soon

00:32:08.720 but when you talk about your your nephew he still served the three years because of this

00:32:16.840 in prison yeah he was in prison jail prison 1062 days he was charged with this crazy you know charge

00:32:26.860 obstruction of an official proceeding and um and and we had a crazy judge judge mcfadden he said he's

00:32:32.900 a terrible human being he knew that what he was doing to tim keeping tim behind bars for this bogus 0.57

00:32:38.920 charge when he had no violent history no violent charges committed no assaults and he still would

00:32:44.980 not release him from prison three years never to be you know he'll never get that time back it's

00:32:50.400 it's gone forever well so what is the path forward what are you telling families are they actually

00:32:58.700 going to start releasing people i mean julie kelly said they're going to play all kind of games they're

00:33:02.740 going to try to go back and resentence them on uh on their misdemeanor charges i mean what what are

00:33:08.200 you hearing from the families and what are you hearing from the lawyers well today i'm sure you can

00:33:12.280 imagine it's been a very busy day today i've received i countless phone calls um from the prisons

00:33:18.680 uh you know and defendants themselves uh and from the families you know they they want to know what

00:33:23.600 this means um you know we're gonna we're gonna get some of the families together with a couple of

00:33:28.020 the lawyers so we can have this explained to them uh you know uh correctly and accurately this is not

00:33:33.720 going to be a quick or easy process julie is spot on as always and you know uh they are going to try

00:33:40.560 to use other charges um that the defendants have been charged with uh in a weaponized way so they

00:33:47.920 could still continue to get the time that they you know have already sentenced these defendants to

00:33:52.440 but that that's not gonna you know um i i don't think that's gonna fly with some of the judges i

00:33:58.660 think some of the judges know that um this has been unjust and some of these sentences have been unjust

00:34:03.460 um there are some judges that are kind of decent i mean i i would like to you know tell you a few

00:34:08.320 things here steve nick smith attorney nick smith um you've heard me talk about nick you know in the

00:34:13.320 past um i i don't i don't know what we would have done without him i mean if it wasn't for his appeal

00:34:18.620 to begin with with judge nichols in the garrett miller case i don't think we would have been to

00:34:23.800 the supreme court uh as quickly as we got there and his tireless work and julie's tireless work and

00:34:30.160 them working hand in hand together uh got us to this day today uh you know we owe a debt of gratitude

00:34:36.020 to both of them they have been working you know day in and day out very closely with each other to

00:34:41.320 to make this happen for us and uh you know we you know who else we owe a thank you to steve we owe a

00:34:47.040 thank you to you we owe a big thank you to you because of you helping the patriot freedom project

00:34:52.180 and supporting me we were able to hire lawyers for hundreds of these defendants we were able to help

00:34:59.400 these families we were able to you know raise the money to help with appeals and now we'll be able to

00:35:04.380 help with many of these you know emergency motions that are going to be filed for you know immediate

00:35:08.860 release and re-sentencing i spoke to rachel powell today you know she's three years on home 0.91

00:35:14.520 confinement with an anklet she's got eight children at home you've spoken to her you've spoken to her

00:35:18.800 children um now she's been in prison since january judge lambert sentenced her in january did not give 0.65

00:35:24.660 her any credit for the time she served at home um and this this means this is huge for her this is

00:35:30.520 absolutely huge for her she could be out very very soon here and reunited with her children um you

00:35:36.100 know we we owe a debt of gratitude to dinesh and debbie de souza they were our very first donors

00:35:40.600 they donated a hundred a hundred thousand dollars to us and then another fifty thousand dollars to us

00:35:45.280 to make sure these people did get proper uh legal representation and that we were helping the

00:35:49.940 children the children is the biggest thing in this steve i've always said it you know they're they're

00:35:54.000 the collateral damage and it's our obligation as adults to help these kids survive this trauma and

00:35:58.780 that's what we've been doing um and then what can i say there's president trump we're indebted to him

00:36:04.400 his support of the patriot freedom project his endorsements the way he loves these children uh

00:36:09.780 you know he talked about them today at his rally i i don't even know what we say this is a big day

00:36:14.340 for january sixers and and president trump um and and we just have to keep moving and we need people

00:36:20.920 we need more people to get involved uh in terms of lawyers we need civil lawyers now we need to hear

00:36:25.760 from civil lawyers a lot of civil lawyers have been afraid to come near this they've been afraid of

00:36:30.000 january 6th we need civil lawyers now to get involved in this there's a lot of damage here

00:36:34.640 and there's a lot of recourse i think that needs to be uh you know looked at so this is the two things

00:36:41.240 number one civil lawyers to look at recourse what would you like president trump and his justice

00:36:46.660 department to do on investigations in the house after president trump takes over in uh in january after

00:36:54.860 we win what what would be your recommendation when president trump asks you ma'am well i mean

00:37:01.040 a lot of people need to be fired steve and a lot of people need to be held accountable a lot of people

00:37:07.100 need to be investigated there needs to be a huge investigation and i know president trump is going

00:37:11.220 to do it all he is a man of his word he will keep his word he is not going to let this go he is not

00:37:16.620 going to let you know his supporters you know just fall to the wayside and him do nothing last

00:37:23.040 thursday we had a dinner and fundraiser at trump bedminster as you know in the past we've had

00:37:27.780 several other events there with him and he has attended all of them unfortunately he could not

00:37:32.960 attend last week he had to change the plans last minute and we didn't get to see him but let me tell

00:37:38.060 you he didn't forget he sent a big box of gifts to the kids hats and shirts he sent a book um you know

00:37:45.140 he sent us a video message this is a man who cares this is a man that looks at what's happening to

00:37:49.960 his supporters and says not on my watch not on my time not on my dime and he's going to make this

00:37:55.720 right for all of these people cynthia where do people go to find out more about your group to

00:38:02.180 find out more about these j6 prisoners and your social media all of it uh patriot freedom project

00:38:07.620 dot com is our website you can find it find me at twitter real pfp uh you can find us on facebook

00:38:13.240 real uh real patriot freedom project uh truth social getter patriot freedom project uh you can

00:38:20.060 email us we need to hear from some civil lawyers we need people to donate there's a lot a lot a lot

00:38:25.660 of you know damage here steve and we need to help these families this is far from over and i just want

00:38:31.380 to say please one more time steve i have to say thank you to julie kelly nick smith dinesh debbie

00:38:37.480 d'souza you and president trump i don't know where we would be without all of you you're all warriors

00:38:43.440 you were all fighters and you got behind this movement you got behind these families and you

00:38:48.320 didn't waver and uh and and i'm grateful steve i have a little note here that tim wanted me to read

00:38:54.140 to you if it's if you have the time it's very quick um sure he says he says thank you for standing

00:39:00.840 with the j6ers when it wasn't the right thing to do or the popular thing to do you supported you 1.00

00:39:07.520 supported the j6ers oh my god i gotta put these glasses on you supported you supported those of us 1.00

00:39:14.520 in the gulag and we will stand by you as you are targeted now yourself steve

00:39:19.620 well thank you i had a very easy job you had you had thank you so much but these guys paid the

00:39:27.480 ultimate price what i've got is is nothing compared to this this is ridiculous look we're

00:39:32.060 all political prisoners people understand that i've got nothing compared to what they went through

00:39:35.860 they broke these families they broke these people they've been held in pre-trial detention in the

00:39:40.860 gulag down in dc they were treated like animals not like american citizens not with respect to

00:39:46.040 american citizens and the justice department has to understand there is going to be accountability

00:39:51.020 for all this there's going to be judgment day is november 5th and accountability day

00:39:55.480 is uh 20 january 2025 and they're just going to have to uh we're going to seek justice and these

00:40:02.580 folks that did it are are going to really really demand justice so cynthia hughes thank you so much

00:40:08.440 honor the work the heavy lift is you uh julie kelly nick smith just incredible huge day supreme court

00:40:15.460 six to three overturn it uh and this is just going to drive this movement forward particularly to get

00:40:21.140 justice for all these people and that includes monetary justice so thank you so much ma'am appreciate

00:40:26.360 you

00:40:26.660 it's not going to stop until you make it stop love to have it some other way but that's just not going to

00:40:36.020 happen you have to stop it and the only way you stop it is reciprocity you have to go on offense

00:40:42.640 i mean we had now the the house and and for house leadership and speaker johnson and others and

00:40:48.580 congressman laudo back and people that filed amicus briefs and people that voted on blag and do it if

00:40:54.060 my going to prison has to be what is the turning point of ending nancy pelosi's reign of terror

00:41:01.660 last night you saw it in in all of its glory of exactly what they think of the american people and

00:41:07.760 what they think of our country they would allow that decrepit old man to occupy 1.00

00:41:18.060 1600 pennsylvania and actually pretend to be the commander in chief when it's supposed to be very

00:41:24.340 bright lines we have no idea no earthly idea who makes the decisions over there or how decisions

00:41:30.280 are even made and nancy pelosi supports that nancy pelosi nancy pelosi is totally lawless 1.00

00:41:36.520 what she did with the j6 committee is lawless what the justice department has done and hey don't take it

00:41:43.800 from me take it from the supreme court and now they're going to run around and find oh you got

00:41:48.240 to have a document and president trump it's got to be some uh you know it's a uh it's uh it's what

00:41:53.400 they do on electoral colleges the electoral causes beautiful certificates they have they will do

00:41:58.900 anything they will get down to the little nitty-gritty rule this tiny rule to stop last night

00:42:06.700 remember and that's about this show it's obvious what they're trying to do they're trying to shut

00:42:14.200 down alex jones is going to be liquidated here in a couple of days in all likelihood jim hoft

00:42:20.900 is in bankruptcy court and they're hammering him the justice department you heard that

00:42:24.820 took it right over epoch times is being hammered every conservative media outlet is is they they rated uh

00:42:34.800 they rated uh james o'keefe and dragged him out for what because of the because of the uh the diary

00:42:42.700 her diary the ashley biden's diary which totally true they tried to destroy rudy giuliani bob castella

00:42:50.320 myself over what when the 51 uh intelligence officers came forward and said that the laptop from hell was

00:42:57.900 russian disinformation that's a bald-faced lie these people will shred the constitution they will shred 0.84

00:43:03.060 every law they will look you in the eye and lie to you because you know what they you they they don't

00:43:10.320 respect you they don't respect anything about you you are just in the way of what they want in the

00:43:17.100 total and complete grip onto the greatest and most powerful nation on earth the most powerful military

00:43:23.000 economy all of it and they're not just going to give it up they're not just going to give it up

00:43:29.840 so now it's it's you got it you got to make a decision you got to pick what side of the football

00:43:38.620 you're going to be on yes you can just sit in the middle and that's fine you can just stay there and

00:43:42.160 say hey i'll be like the during the revolution the one-third one-third you know one-third tories

00:43:46.500 one-third patriots one-third in the middle you can do that you can be but remember that's a conscious

00:43:51.400 decision now this is not just one of the most important times in american history i believe

00:44:00.240 it is culminating to be the most important time in american history the most important time actually

00:44:06.720 more important than the revolution more important than the civil war and more important than world war

00:44:11.080 ii because what has been bequeathed to us through all those generations that fought and bled for this

00:44:17.100 country and not just in wars fought and bled throughout this country in developing this country

00:44:23.800 in nurturing this country in developing this country and pass it down to us from generation to

00:44:30.920 generation to this the current day well you have a choice you can either look the other way say it's

00:44:38.780 too hard for me i got it this is not for everybody it's not and i understand that but if you love

00:44:46.880 this country and you say i want it returned to the constitutional republic it is then it your

00:44:53.720 duty to drive this forward and that's going to have to take place in the in the days and weeks ahead

00:45:00.060 this is next man up it's incumbent upon you it's not me it's not trump it's not tucker it's not

00:45:05.980 alex jones not jim hoff yes we're all part of it but it's next man up a populist movement a movement

00:45:12.600 that empowers the people of this country it comes down to you if you don't quit we win simple as that

00:45:22.480 it's going to be rough it's going to take time we're going to have reverses it's going to be

00:45:26.220 perfect every day no but if you don't quit and just look and look at today look at this glorious day

00:45:33.080 today how did this happen the reversal of fisher and i think the beginning of the investigation of

00:45:38.780 the federal judiciary and the doj was because of julie kelly's not even a lawyer nick smith who's 1.00

00:45:46.000 some lawyer out there great guy cynthia hughes who i think was some mom dinesh d'souza and debbie 0.96

00:45:53.140 d'souza you know a prominent filmmaker and then president trump and obviously war room we gave him a

00:45:59.120 we gave him a platform because we wanted to get this word out we want to promulgate this we wanted

00:46:02.940 to use the war room platform for what it is but that's just getting to you you did it you did it

00:46:09.020 the reason we had victory today is these great people that stood up and stood the breach and work

00:46:14.620 but if it had not been for you nothing would have happened the same thing with the it was in february

00:46:21.660 2017 i sat there and said when they said what are you doing economic nationalism end the foreign wars

00:46:26.780 national security build the wall oh and by the way deconstruction the administrative state and all the

00:46:31.820 smart media what is he talking about what is that and the people in cpac standing up on their chairs

00:46:36.820 cheering because folks in maga knew it's to slay the leviathan it's to shrink the federal government

00:46:43.640 and they're absolutely catatonic tonight lawrence tribe tweets out the administrative state is dead

00:46:50.440 the administrative state is dead and he is the most senior of the radical leftists that understand or

00:48:58.760 no it's not perfect has it been pretty damn good not too shabby and they understand that they fear it

00:49:04.740 why do you think they're doing the run-up to election because they think if they can take away trump's

00:49:08.060 platform his fighting platform they do it and they're not taking it it's only going to get

00:49:11.920 bigger it's only going to get more powerful and why is that that's because of you so make sure

00:49:48.680 the satellite phone store chris whore what do you got for us buddy well hi steve uh what we've got

00:49:53.860 unfortunately is another massive outage from at&t verizon and t-mobile uh we started hearing from

00:49:59.560 our customers very early yesterday in europe uh who did not have cell phone service data or couldn't send

00:50:05.560 to receive texts uh but they did have satellite phones and and bivy sticks so they were able to

00:50:10.360 keep going uh but they wanted to let us know what was going on and also yesterday last night this

00:50:16.220 outage spread to uh parts of florida as well and this keeps happening steve but the one way to avoid

00:50:21.860 this is with a satellite phone or a bivy stick and you can get both for free at sat123.com and we have

00:50:28.560 some gently used isat phone twos for free right now at sat123.com that are free with activation

00:50:34.680 just 74.95 a month it gives you 100 minutes but steve the important point to remember here is that

00:50:40.600 these phones work when the cell phones yesterday went down the satellite phones keep going wherever

00:50:46.180 you are and it's not just in the u.s they work anywhere on earth as long as you can see the sky

00:50:51.060 you can make a receiver call and the thing is now is you know more important than ever to make sure

00:50:56.480 that you have backup communications you know i think things are probably only going to get worse

00:51:00.940 going into november uh the fcc controls you know cell phone service of course and uh you know we've

00:51:07.440 these outages have not been explained but they keep happening i mean att was trying to say it was

00:51:12.220 some third party that let them down yesterday last time it was a software upgrade i mean the excuses

00:51:17.680 keep coming but so do the outages so the number one way not to be a victim of that and to be able to

00:51:23.120 keep in communications is with a free sat phone uh you can call us at 941-841-0844 that's 941-841-0844

00:51:33.620 or go to sat123.com we have free sat phones left at the moment uh but they won't last forever
