Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 566： Victories In France; MAGA Ascendant

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.540 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.500 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just

00:00:24.420 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:29.160 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is

00:00:33.440 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's

00:00:40.500 your host Stephen K Bannon that intro certainly hits a little bit differently today I'd say it's

00:00:48.720 Natalie G Winters here in the war room hosting I'm still always going to say filling in for Stephen

00:00:54.140 K Bannon for these next what may be four months to the today July 1st in the year of our Lord

00:00:59.140 2020 for a day that will live in infamy and I've used that term intentionally throughout the show

00:01:06.080 we'll get into what is happening with Steve I'll give you you my thoughts but as you know the core

00:01:11.220 thesis of this show both in rhetoric and in practice is that we will not be phased by these

00:01:16.200 attacks it's the next man or in this case woman up we are going to focus on the news because you know

00:01:22.260 what they want us to be distracted there's a reason Steve doesn't really talk about a lot of what has

00:01:27.060 been going on with this court case and all things the January 6th committee because it's not the

00:01:32.080 thing itself the thing itself is deconstructing the administrative state which I promise you

00:01:38.200 I promise you like I promised to Steve and I guess what was my last conversation for a little bit with

00:01:44.100 him at least through normal communication methods that we will deconstruct the administrative state

00:01:49.980 one of the first speeches I ever saw Steve give he ended it to of course a thunderous applause

00:01:54.960 and he said when you set out to take Vienna take Vienna well you know what Steve set out to take

00:02:01.160 Vienna by taking down the administrative state and for these next four months and for years to come

00:02:06.200 we will take Vienna we will take down the administrative state you guys have severely overplayed your hands

00:02:13.040 thinking that this is going to shut war room up because it's not and I realize I have a couple

00:02:18.740 months to get the rants down and give you all my thoughts on everything that's going on but I'd be

00:02:23.720 remiss to not uh start today's show off without showing you the uh let's say righteous indignation

00:02:30.540 that is felt in the war room today and across this country and frankly um across across the world

00:02:37.060 we're lucky to have Ben Harnwell joining us speaking of what is happening across the world we're

00:02:42.080 getting to all things France and how this you know populist movement is really extending and

00:02:47.380 expanding beyond just the borders of the United States but Ben um I want to give you a chance to

00:02:53.080 just remark on you know what has happened today um from from your perch over in Rome your your thoughts

00:02:59.440 sir hey Natalie um good afternoon to you look Steve Bannon is a political prisoner and that's not me

00:03:06.860 saying this this is the editorial of the Washington Times back on I think actually during the um

00:03:11.780 during the 10th the the day after the the epoch changing European elections that's the truth

00:03:18.600 that Steve Bannon is a political prisoner this is the the Biden corrupt DOJ FBI complex turning the

00:03:28.440 United States into a banana republic um there is some good out of this Natalie um and that Steve is

00:03:37.200 basically offering himself forward as um as a sacrificial lamb here uh but he's he's setting

00:03:45.860 in front of the whole nation here effectively um as did uh Peter Navarro um a precedent a precedent

00:03:54.020 a precedent that can now be followed if the Americans had a genuinely a responsive Republican Party

00:04:03.380 if the GOP actually represented uh the interests of of of its uh members and voters and and as opposed

00:04:12.820 to just going through the motions of doing that in in purely performative terms if it actually had a

00:04:19.140 genuine serious GOP they should be issuing subpoenas their only work now would they have a majority of

00:04:26.000 one instead of um principal legislative battles they should be issuing dozens of their committees should

00:04:33.880 be issuing dozens and dozens of subpoenas every single day left right and center listen Natalie I have

00:04:41.860 a friend you know her as well I think she spent like a couple of hundred thousand euros of her own

00:04:49.100 money um just because she she was called to appear before the Mueller committee right it's expensive I 0.98

00:04:56.140 just can't do this myself after five years of criminal investigations here in Italy on totally

00:05:01.040 spurious charges that's what the prosecution said uh just before I was acquitted by the judge um

00:05:08.020 defending yourself against political prosecutions is expensive business right I I was one of these people

00:05:17.060 who suggested who thought and believed that what we really need now is to reduce the temperature in

00:05:22.880 the United States not in America um but in America and get the FBI get the DOJ back to to normal in a

00:05:32.120 non-politicalized weaponized form I've changed my mind absolutely not right if the machinery of this

00:05:40.700 corrupt state falls into the hands of Donald Trump on uh November the 5th he should use the DOJ DOJ and

00:05:50.120 the FBI to do exactly what they have done to their political to Joe Biden's political enemies and do it

00:05:56.120 back right that is what I think as I say the the various committees in the um in um in Congress should be

00:06:05.280 issuing subpoenas left right and center right because this is because instead because they

00:06:11.420 actually have the power to do this for now they should be issuing subpoenas left right and center

00:06:17.380 drill down on the CCP which is something close to your heart drill down on uh election um interference

00:06:24.920 which Mike Lindell's been covering so fantastically over the last two years drill down on J6 drill down on

00:06:33.140 Fauci and COVID one subpoena after another and when they don't show up this is the point of what

00:06:39.280 I'm going to say Steve has put himself out there and he's now going to prison for four months when

00:06:44.280 they don't show up they go to prison right this is the point now this is this is the new paradigm

00:06:50.040 that the Democrats have created and instituted and it is now up to this movement MAGA to ensure

00:06:58.500 that that that the Republicans do the same back and then after four years of that perhaps they'll

00:07:04.580 think twice then it de-escalates then reduce the temperature reduce the tenor and and return to

00:07:11.140 something approaching norm normality but the Democrats if their lesson is that they can misabuse

00:07:16.840 the state when it's in their hands and yet Republicans should act like Mother Teresa

00:07:23.200 the lesson is that they learn is that they can they can and will do so again with impunity and

00:07:28.880 that I think is is my substantial takeaway of of the of the historical events that have taken place

00:07:35.820 today as I said Washington Times say that Steve Bannon is a political prisoner and they are absolutely

00:07:41.900 correct no you're so right and he's one of many certainly the the highest profile but I think

00:07:47.880 you've hit the nail on the head the difference in what we're looking for when it comes to accountability

00:07:52.160 what we've seen for years from these feckless Republicans is just sort of these nebulous terms

00:07:56.980 oh you know the socialists the communists the far left these people who they don't want to put

00:08:01.180 a face to the name the people who are destroying this country the people who are throwing Steve in prison

00:08:06.620 the people who are coming after this show they have names they have addresses right they can be

00:08:12.220 subpoenaed and that is I think the fundamental difference that this show has pushed for years

00:08:17.280 right that it's not just some monolithic term oh the globalist ruling class that is comprised

00:08:22.060 of very specific people right the very same people who are not just going to give us the keys to the

00:08:28.260 kingdom once President Trump wins again but we can go after them and you're so right if there is if

00:08:32.740 there can even be anything chalked up to a silver lining in all of this at least we now know

00:08:37.100 right projection right that's the left strategy at least we now know what to do when they defy our

00:08:42.440 subpoenas and something tells me uh the American prison system will be a little bit fuller with

00:08:47.620 uh America's greatest traitors you know it it really I think was an interesting moment when you had

00:08:53.780 this crazy deranged protesters today screaming um traitor it's Steve and it sort of made me think about

00:09:01.080 how you know as you well know Steve calls his um house in DC the Breitbart embassy because they feel

00:09:06.480 like they're in a foreign capital because they're one of the few media outlets and people who actually

00:09:10.780 put the interests of the American people first and I said you know what you are right Steve is a

00:09:15.000 traitor to the deep state he's a traitor to the way that politics is typically run in this country he is

00:09:19.480 a traitor to the ruling class and thank god we have him thank god he's still here but you can tell that 0.90

00:09:24.580 that is why they're going after him so if this is the rules that they want to play by then uh we'll play

00:09:30.300 by him but uh it's not just happening here it's obviously happening across the globe and you can add on

00:09:36.920 what you're going to say in a sec but if you want to loop this more broadly why they're so scared

00:09:40.720 not just of what's going on here in the United States um but in France particularly uh the protests

00:09:46.380 that are going there the election results can you walk us through all that yeah sure I want to come

00:09:51.100 back to your point about saying that Steve is a traitor to um and he is in a certain sense he's a

00:09:56.260 class traitor he's a he's a guy who was actually in the heart of the navy in the pentagon in the 80s

00:10:02.140 he was um then went in to Goldman Sachs and was made I think vice president within a couple of years

00:10:09.160 he knows how the system works and he was very successful in that right and he used the knowledge

00:10:16.100 and the insights that he saw now to equip conceptually equip uh the whole of the of the

00:10:22.480 movement to fight against the the very things in which he first uh the enterprises in which he very

00:10:28.540 first first found success um so of course you know he is a traitor not to the republic not to america

00:10:37.740 um but to the to the to the to the institutions like Goldman Sachs like the pentagon um the heart of

00:10:45.500 the military industrial complex there I'm sure that there's an element of the antipathy and then

00:10:52.460 the antipathy that they feel towards him it's part of that that this guy was one of them and he broke

00:10:57.980 ranks um prometheus like if I might say that look quickly because I I know you've you you've got

00:11:04.980 tiffany and mike uh waiting to uh to come on ground uh there's been a huge news in in france basically

00:11:13.460 my takeaway is this for president macron three weeks ago after the results of the of the european

00:11:19.840 elections saw that there's been a huge movement towards the national rally and he's basically his pitch

00:11:26.860 which was if I this is the european vote thing the european elections that was a protest vote if I

00:11:33.840 confront the country with the possibility that these guys whom the establishment had termed far right

00:11:41.400 they're not far right but they they decreed they they they had pronounced these people fight if I give

00:11:47.460 them an an ultimatum an up down vote they're going to come back into the fold naturally not only did that

00:11:53.560 not happen the national rally increased its vote from about 32.2 to 33.1 just slightly under a percent

00:12:03.260 and over a three week period and that is in the face of a colossal um propaganda campaign you know

00:12:10.420 you've seen this in the newspapers yourself right you had threats from the european commission to impose

00:12:15.340 sanctions on france you had threats coming out that the financial markets were going to do like a liz trust

00:12:21.080 um on the uh the the the the the one month british prime minister they would do a liz trust on on uh on

00:12:29.460 marine the penn's government which will be headed presumably by by jordan bartella um so the the french

00:12:36.540 people have just been bombarded with a fair campaign on behalf of the establishment and here's the

00:12:43.260 here's the takeaway it didn't work in fact it was counterproductive so look we're going to see how the the next

00:12:48.180 the next round is on um sunday um the uh the 7th of july i think only 75 or so seats because it's a

00:12:57.140 one member one seat system like in the no not not like um in america's one that each constituency has

00:13:03.360 only has only one member um and uh there um i think 75 got over the 50 percent uh threshold um

00:13:13.560 and the rest are going to go to the second round and that's where the that's where the alliances the

00:13:17.640 left are already forming their alliances so that those in the left is saying the united left front

00:13:23.420 is saying it's going to drop out where it appeared in third or lower place to give the second party a

00:13:29.400 stronger chance in in campaign against um the national rally so we're going to see how how france now

00:13:36.980 decides it wants to go forward when it just simply has a dual candidate uh presentation um and i think

00:13:44.260 that's where that's where the intention is but it's an astonishing result for the nationalists as i say

00:13:50.180 i they're not far right they are pretty much old school 1970s era socialist they're protectionist

00:13:56.660 um on all the on all the metrics the one thing that distinguishes them naturally from um from the

00:14:04.260 the elites that are driving europe into the ground elsewhere is their absolutely implacable stand on

00:14:11.780 immigration that's the one thing that stops them from being called far left uh and and insists that

00:14:19.060 they have the designation far right it's the immigration issue it's always the immigration issue

00:14:23.300 that issue for our globalist elites is existential i don't know why but they are determined to bring as

00:14:30.260 many uh people from the third world into the west as possible that is that is that is existential for 0.96

00:14:37.780 them and only we the people can stop that thanks natalie ben thank you so much for joining us if

00:14:44.260 people want to follow you stay up to date with all of your analysis in between shows where can they

00:14:48.980 go to do all that on geta at harnwell which is my surname thanks so much natalie catch you tomorrow god

00:14:55.700 of course thank you so much for joining us i think we got to bring back some of steve's old

00:15:02.180 sayings what is it uh we're blowing through the firewall remember that one for some of you og uh war

00:15:07.620 room posse members we will we will keep his spirit alive i guess also i don't even know if we've

00:15:13.460 announced this yet but i am going to be taking over the um 6 p.m show so this edition the one that's

00:15:19.460 aired on on frank speech and rumble and getter um you know we have that rotating cast of hosts for the

00:15:25.300 rest of the morning show and the 5 p.m show i'll be jumping in on an as-need basis but i realize i

00:15:30.420 don't think anyone um announced that so just for some some programming updates i know we don't usually

00:15:35.380 give you uh updates here in the war room so so coherently we'll let our all little all over the

00:15:40.500 place but uh for at least the next four months you can regularly see me here in the 6 p.m hour um

00:15:47.780 i'm honored to be starting off my my stint as the guest host for the 6 p.m hour by also having

00:15:53.060 tiffany justice the co-founder of moms for liberty on now tiffany i want to give you a chance to of

00:15:58.660 course just react to what we saw happening with steve today but i think your perspective is

00:16:03.460 particularly unique because you have really weaponized and i use that word and it's true a

00:16:08.180 sense the the passion the anger really the righteous indignation of moms across this country 1.00

00:16:13.620 into a true raw grassroots political powerhouse very similar and again i think to what we've done

00:16:18.420 here in the war room so from your perspective looking at what happened you know with steve today i'm

00:16:22.740 sure the audience would love to hear your thoughts first of all i want to say congratulations to you

00:16:27.940 for taking over the 6 p.m hour i think it's wonderful and the fact that steve gave that to

00:16:32.020 you obviously he he thinks a lot of you and the work that you do natalie so congratulations for that

00:16:36.260 i have no doubt you're going to do a wonderful job very much you're welcome uh today uh it was hard

00:16:41.940 to watch steve last night talk about going to prison and to see it happen today um you know i think it's

00:16:47.860 a sad moment for our country i do think the american government has been weaponized against the

00:16:51.940 people and you're right you know i mean we are grassroots moms for everybody true grassroots i

00:16:56.420 think that's why steve has been such an amazing friend to us because he really does understand

00:17:00.900 what we're doing because he's done the very same thing um i know steve is tough and you know i told

00:17:06.420 him that we've got lots of moms and dads and community members at moms for everybody praying for

00:17:10.580 him and of course he said you know pray for your you need to pray for our enemies and that's what he

00:17:16.660 always says and he means it but there is no doubt um i saw him say victory or death we are at a real

00:17:22.980 crisis point in our country what we saw the other night was an american president who is barely able

00:17:28.900 to put sentences together and i thought president trump did a wonderful job of being compassionate

00:17:33.620 and kind but also setting uh you know some hope for the future for americans to see that there is

00:17:39.300 someone that can lead us going forward and you know i credit steve a lot for the work that he's done to

00:17:44.580 to help um certainly president trump get elected and then to continue to tell the truth through the

00:17:48.980 past four years of joe biden and the lies and the manipulations that we've seen from the left so um a

00:17:55.540 sad day but i also think that different things happen for reasons and this is a time for leadership and so

00:18:00.900 all of the people that have worked on war room who have had roles before this is your opportunity to

00:18:05.220 step up and lead for all of us really um and certainly the moms and dads on the ground and i know

00:18:10.020 that's exactly what steve expects of us to lead to not back down to continue to fight and that's

00:18:15.700 exactly what we're going to do yeah i think you can draw the parallel between the 2016 election with

00:18:22.100 trump where you saw you know the far left the democrats get so galvanized so radicalized where

00:18:26.340 they knocked doors like steve always says you know he handed it to them for that victory the midterm

00:18:30.820 victory in 2018 because there was a reason there was a cause for them to rally around which frankly i

00:18:36.100 don't understand the miscalculation on the the part of the the deep state and the globalist ruling

00:18:40.260 class and going after steve because they know there's going to be um a a significant pushback

00:18:45.220 although i guess they think that with their praetorian guard and having people like joe biden

00:18:49.220 and merrick garland and lisa monaco and and you know positions of power that they can quash any dissent

00:18:54.900 which is why it's so imperative that this war room posse that your followers continue to speak up to

00:18:59.780 show them that they can't get away with it but just you know as we approach november and elections not just

00:19:04.980 the presidential level i know you guys are focusing on school boards and all that you know how do you

00:19:09.300 think the cultural issues are playing out to me it seems like i guess we just finished you know

00:19:13.380 pride month and we all saw the clips on twitter of what's going on um but you know when when you talk

00:19:18.740 to your members of moms for liberty what's kind of the feeling the boots on the ground there

00:19:23.860 we're energized moms and dads are energized finally america is seeing the truth about what's happening

00:19:28.660 across the country san francisco pride parade was yesterday the images that americans saw

00:19:33.860 on their you know in their social media feeds on their tv screens were shocking horrible kids

00:19:38.820 watching adults urinating on each other on the street i mean this is shocking shocking stuff and

00:19:44.180 so i think people are finally waking up and that's why i said it's a real turning point at this time in

00:19:48.980 our country to decide which way do we go forward our moms and dads are really energized and we are

00:19:55.140 fighting at every level of government to defend our parental rights so we only endorse in school board races

00:20:00.020 but here's my message to elected officials our moms and dads have largely not been political in

00:20:04.980 the past in fact we took a large portion of our membership and compared it against the voter rolls

00:20:09.860 and what we found was the fact that many of them hadn't been registered to vote so as much as we're

00:20:14.260 trying to change people's minds this is also about energizing the people who agree with us already

00:20:19.540 getting them out to vote at every level um and so to candidates my message is this moms and dads want

00:20:26.260 to know that you are going to fight on the front lines for parental rights we want you to fight for

00:20:31.700 public education to keep teach kids how to read for choice about where our kids go to school trust us

00:20:37.300 as parents to make those types of decisions and tell us that you're going to stand between us and the

00:20:41.700 government in your elected capacity in order to safeguard our parental rights these are not rights

00:20:46.660 the government gives us and they're not rights that we can that they can take away but we need strong

00:20:51.460 elected officials to help us to defend them so if you're running for office right now make sure you're

00:20:55.780 saying i'm the parental rights candidate parents you should be voting for me i promise you that's

00:21:00.100 really going to help you in your races there is no doubt about it because that natalie is what

00:21:04.340 parents really care about we're concerned about the future of our country we're watching our open

00:21:08.980 borders and watching as women and girls and moms moms and daughters are not safe in this country

00:21:15.300 my goodness how scary that is but also our grocery bills my grocery bill natalie is like twice what

00:21:21.140 it used to be i'm raising four kids and so the the pressure is coming from so many different

00:21:25.780 directions on the american people right now and you know you say the deep state didn't know what they

00:21:31.540 were doing with steve this is war to quote andrew by part we are at war and they didn't know what

00:21:36.820 they were doing because steve is powerful and people listen to him and i know the power of steve because

00:21:41.300 i come on this show and after i'm on here we get new chapters starting we get donations that come in we get

00:21:47.620 more comments and questions on the work that we're doing more support and so to your viewers steve and

00:21:53.620 natalie i say thank you thank you for being the true army on the ground supporting the people who

00:21:59.220 are doing work and helping to throw your hat in and to help us to do the work we need to do to get

00:22:03.860 voters out in order to change the direction of america well thank you it's certainly all all due to

00:22:10.900 steve i'm honored to be part of the the next man up let's say i guess his new mantra for the summer

00:26:34.180 he called it bench press interview with uh abc's von hilliard we'll play the second half of it

00:26:39.940 tomorrow but you've got to stay tuned you've got to watch it it's amazing as you can imagine yeah

00:26:44.900 throws down on voluiler it's a nice guy but in deep fashion uh he gives him a shellacking

00:26:51.860 words he would say we'll be opening the next block with that and i'll see you guys tomorrow

00:27:00.100 can your savings weather an economic storm think about what you've put away for the future inflation

00:27:06.180 can render cash worthless real estate can crash like in 2008 economies built on a mountain of debt

00:27:13.940 can fall like a house of cards there are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand

00:27:20.180 the test of time gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia i actually think

00:27:27.540 for 8 000 years of man's recorded history it's why people are flocking to it now why birch gold is

00:27:33.540 busier than ever through a little known tax loophole birch gold lets you convert a retirement account

00:27:40.020 into a tax sheltered ira in physical gold and the best part it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket

00:27:46.740 let me repeat that it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket to learn more about this to immerse

00:27:52.100 yourself in information text bannon b-a-n-n-o-n to 9 8 9 8 9 8 and claim your free info kit on gold

00:27:59.540 let me ask you this again can your ira or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming

00:28:08.900 if it can't call the people i trust that's birch gold text bannon to 9 8 9 8 9 8 secure your savings

00:28:16.820 today birch gold group all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground 0.60

00:28:24.980 with stephen k bannon monday monday you are slated to head to prison here for you what what does going

00:28:35.300 to prison mean for you but also the mega movement well i think for me it's just like you know that in

00:28:40.660 the uh i've got a picture right there my navy ship in the 20s i spent my time on a navy destroyer in the

00:28:45.860 north arabian sea perjian gulf with western pacific in my 70s i'll spend it uh part of it in a federal

00:28:51.540 prison right and it's just the same i'm still defending my country i'm still defending the

00:28:55.460 constitutional republic i took an oath to back in my early 20s so it doesn't phase me at all just

00:29:01.060 it's a part of the process we're clearly at a political war in this country and our enemies have

00:29:07.140 weaponized uh the justice department across the board whether it's bankruptcies or you know getting

00:29:12.820 people uh throw them out of the bar or de-platform them platform them or in president trump in my case

00:29:18.660 and peter navarre and a couple others to actually send them to prison so it doesn't phase me at all

00:29:23.140 the uh the show and war room will be even more powerful when we're there so i think for the

00:29:27.620 mega movement it's a wake-up call what does your show look like the next four months before the

00:29:31.300 election we're going to have a host we're going to have like 20 co-hosts it'll it'll be bigger i'm

00:29:35.780 look our phrase is next man up right you can't you can't depend upon trump to always be there you

00:29:40.820 can't tucker carlson alex jones steve bannon this is a populist movement and people have to step up the

00:29:46.660 reason the show's been so not just popular but powerful today so people have to step up so the

00:29:52.020 show will be even bigger even better i'll be able to you know with my first amendment rights you can't

00:29:57.460 run a business from prison and that's obvious but i'll be able to like peter was talk to people on the

00:30:02.340 outside do interviews make sure that my team uh is uh is is going along the right path as far as the

00:30:08.820 media goes and as far as what's happening it's obviously after thursday night going to be

00:30:13.380 dramatically different than what everybody envisioned so i think for the mega movement

00:30:18.820 if my going to prison is what it took to wake up congress to really hey what's going on here and

00:30:24.660 to have the speaker of the house on the blag to vote three to two to rescind the j6 committee

00:30:30.100 and it looks like taking action including the inherent contempt uh you know proposal that may be brought

00:30:36.820 up on monday to actually go on offense to defend uh the american people against an out-of-control justice

00:30:43.060 department then my going to prison is well worth it so it doesn't doesn't affect me at all do you

00:30:48.340 plan to make calls out of prison contribute to the show no you can't i don't think you can make calls

00:30:52.980 out of the show i i want no mail uh no except my papers but no mail from the audience i tell people

00:30:59.060 no mail i'm not going to read your letters no visits i got i work 18 to 20 hours a day right now

00:31:05.380 in a pretty monkish existence focused on just growing the mega movement and victory for for our

00:31:12.820 cause and our movement and for president trump and so i'll work i'll have a prison job and i'll have

00:31:18.180 things i have to do just like on a navy ship i had things to do so part of my day will be doing what i

00:31:24.020 have to do in prison to make sure i meet the rules and regulations uh and the other time i'll be 100

00:31:29.220 percent uh working to make sure president trump's president trump's reelected look merrick garland's

00:31:35.460 in biden white house the timing of this you know it's no coincidence the timing of this the federal

00:31:41.940 appeals court that we gave and we argued for in november a pretty straightforward argument they took

00:31:48.100 seven or eight months to come back right they could have returned this in 30 days they could have

00:31:52.420 returned in 60 days they waited this thing was totally set up at the entirely the entirety to get make

00:31:57.940 sure that i was uh i was off air right personally and not there to really talk to president trump in

00:32:04.500 the run-up to the election but here's what here's what they don't understand we only get stronger with

00:32:08.980 this we're not going to get weaker we're a populist movement and this in this mega and particularly

00:32:13.700 the war room we took down a sitting speaker of the house for the first time in history

00:32:17.860 we took down mitch mcconnell and made him break his pick on the ukraine vote which he stepped aside and

00:32:22.580 then we took down the entire leadership of the rnc within 100 days earlier this year

00:32:27.620 so this show is like a military command center we have an army the awakened we're going to raise

00:32:34.260 a hundred or two hundred thousand people not dollars people to be all over the 20 24 election

00:32:39.460 and it's not going to stop us one whit they're only going to make us stronger and more determined if you

00:32:44.340 had just complied with the january 6 select committee subpoena and testified and provided documents to

00:32:49.620 them you would not be going to prison right now that's why not just comply but first off it's not first off

00:32:55.380 i did my advice of my council when president trump exerted executive privilege said you've got to

00:32:59.940 follow the president and i followed my council and that's one of the big arguments everybody else

00:33:04.260 besides you and peter navarro though yes some even pled the fifth why not just plead the fifth

00:33:08.660 because first okay first off so my my council told me hey since the president exerted executive privilege

00:33:13.540 you just stand down but number two is also and this is what's happened the last day it was not a

00:33:18.020 legitimately conceived committee we know this could have had members on that committee if they so

00:33:23.700 that's what but hang on vaughn we had two members remember every other committee and this is why

00:33:28.820 it gets back to what's happening today in the polling uh every the reason watergate galvanized the

00:33:34.420 nation the reason iran contra galvanized the nation they were set up that you have a ranking member and

00:33:39.540 you have minority council and that minority council gets uh all the evidence and can cross-examine

00:33:45.540 witnesses this is why watergate was so galvanizing this is why uh iran contra is so galvanizing nancy

00:33:50.980 plosius have a whole new system of religion jim banks and jim jordan were supposed to be there

00:33:54.820 and they're going to have going to have a minority council and she says no because they were 0.99

00:33:58.820 insurrectionists and the reason she deemed them insurrectionists they were prepared to argue just

00:34:03.460 argue in the house of representatives on january 6 that they couldn't certify the biden electorate she

00:34:09.460 deemed she deemed that those two guys were insurrection they couldn't be on it kevin and no minority

00:34:14.820 council kevin mccarthy said no way and they picked cheney and kinziger who have been turfed out of

00:34:20.180 the republican party since then and this is why i think about it and they had an abc tv producer come

00:34:25.860 in and do it so you had crazy talk by cassie hutchinson all these people he's choking people

00:34:31.540 no cross-examination and no evidence the american people got bored and why how do i know they got bored

00:34:37.300 the evidence shows me that on the day before on the eve of the biden fiasco debate the washington post

00:34:45.060 put out a poll that said about ask the american people in swing states who do you think uh it

00:34:51.380 defends you who do you entrust to defend democracy more donald trump or joe biden this is the centerpiece

00:34:58.660 of the biden's campaign every night on msnbc i just get democracy democracy democracy

00:35:03.860 over the people view trump as a better guardian democracy including swing state independent voters

00:35:11.780 by 13 percent it means that nancy pelosi's thing had no resonance and the reason had no resonance

00:35:17.620 there was no tension no drama in it there's not that tension you get there's a lot there was a lot

00:35:21.940 that was revealed from the january 6th select committee's effort and i don't think that you

00:35:26.260 or anybody would dispute that there was this necessary to investigate what led to the attack there that

00:35:31.540 hang on there was a bipartisan commission that could have been was about was about republicans

00:35:36.740 did not agree to that hang on what do you mean the bipartisan ultimately the january 6th select

00:35:40.900 committee they did subpoena you hang on hang on hang on here i've been the first person in the loudest

00:35:48.340 voice that we should adjudicate january 6th when we say adjudicate january 6th i want to adjudicate

00:35:53.540 january 6th you've said that all those 1400 individuals who were convicted should be free should be free

00:35:59.780 there may be a couple of three on the violent side that should be determined but by and large they

00:36:04.500 should be free and they should be free the first day but hang on but but hang on but hang on hang

00:36:08.900 over a second if they allowed you to defy a congressional subpoena if they it's an illegitimate

00:36:12.660 subpoena if they allowed all of those it's a fair it was a congressional it was okay vaughn

00:36:17.780 vaughn hang on the jury found me guilty remember my judge said at the trial i couldn't put on a defense

00:36:24.020 a jury found me guilty when i wasn't able to put i wasn't able to put on defense of a vice or counsel i wasn't

00:36:29.220 able to put on defense the judge judge nichols actually asked my attorney my attorney goes in

00:36:34.260 the pre-trial he says well hang on you've taken away bannon all the banners defenses why are we

00:36:38.420 even having a trial and nichols goes i'm asking you that why are we having a trial because all my

00:36:43.380 defenses were limited this is the basis of my appeal but hang on for a second we need to adjudicate

00:36:48.900 january 6th i am the biggest advocate of having not louder milk but the speaker of the house do that

00:36:54.420 today and if it's not done today it's got to be done in january 2025 we must get to the

00:36:59.140 bottom and and the democrats should have a ranking member and the democrats should have

00:37:04.180 minority council that's dan goleman put your best lawyers on it we have to get all the evidence out

00:37:09.380 about the federal government's involved in this dhs fbi why why there is there's not a single

00:37:15.780 individual who is a federal agent who has been convicted or even hang on with you but we don't

00:37:22.100 know who's having about the chris chris chris chris chris ray will never answer that question that

00:37:26.900 question is never answered by christ right all the video the surveillance footage that has been

00:37:30.900 released nobody what are you talking about to identify one hang on for a second hang on for

00:37:35.780 a second people are talking about federal agents all over the place let's just get and by the way

00:37:39.220 people randomly looking at videos i want you guys are all in for process i'm in for process i have

00:37:44.740 advocated to have a rebooted january 6th committee there will be no question of whether the democrats get

00:37:51.780 a ranking member and the democrats get a minority council the democrats get to see all the evidence

00:37:56.740 and the democrats get to cross-examine witnesses it's the only way we're going to get to the bottom

00:38:01.300 of it and people should understand we're going to get to the bottom of it we're going to find out

00:38:05.140 exactly what happened to j6 nancy pelosi's role in it why the national guard was not called up chris 0.96

00:38:10.340 miller in his book who's acting secretary of defense talks about a meeting in the pentagon talks about

00:38:15.860 a meeting in the oval office where he proposed to trump and trump said yeah i want 10 000 guys here

00:38:20.820 they had footage the other day and maybe it wasn't perfect footage about nancy pelosi but you've never

00:38:24.660 gotten to the bottom of the question about the national guard we must adjudicate fully january 6th

00:38:30.580 i want to adjudicate 2020. i want to i want to go i want to look forward to 2024 and what comes and

00:38:35.940 where we'll go but on the january 6th front this was going to get this at the end but i want to get at

00:38:40.100 this down here by not going before the january 6th there was a lot of questions that you did not answer

00:38:47.060 a week before the election you said he's going to sit right there and say that he's that that

00:38:52.020 you said on a week before the election you said he's going to sit right there and say

00:38:55.700 they stole it there why should folks even trusted hang on a second the fact that donald trump says

00:39:01.540 that now what you guys suggest now hang on for a second should folks suggest this is not just

00:39:05.940 hang on for a second because i know this i know this is msnbc and i know you'll give me full vetting

00:39:10.580 what the context that's very important a guy i'm gonna throw out a random name that maybe comes

00:39:17.140 on uh msnbc a couple of times mark elias mark elias put out a document called the transition

00:39:24.260 integrity project and he put that out in july of 2020 and what mark elias said is that hey um as we

00:39:32.820 go through this the mail-in ballots are going to be critical and so on election night at 11 o'clock

00:39:38.980 when donald trump's winning by a landslide do not panic just and we don't want people coming and

00:39:44.980 rioting we don't people there just stick with the program when all the ballots are counted all the

00:39:51.060 ballots didn't say legitimate uh legitimate votes certifiable votes and when everything is counted

00:39:56.980 i think joe biden will be named the president the winner uh in 10 days basically the saturday

00:40:02.740 afterward this is mark elias that was taken from i went around the country with raheem gassam and bill

00:40:08.660 mcginley's not the rc we started new york and because of covet a lot of it had to be by zoom

00:40:13.060 and that's taken from a zoom call i went around to tell republicans hey wake up they are telling you

00:40:19.140 exactly how they're going to steal this they're telling you it's coming through the mail-in ballots

00:40:23.620 and particularly places like pennsylvania and others where they're saying and so not only did i tell

00:40:28.740 the campaign i was adamant about and i never really made contact with president trump but saying

00:40:34.420 publicly everywhere including on war room at 11 o'clock at night when he's up by when hanging

00:40:40.900 he's up overwhelmingly he has no official capacity the associated press hasn't called it hasn't been

00:40:46.660 certified but he should step up there and say and say hey quite frankly i won this watch these mail-in

00:40:53.060 ballots and i'm adamant if he had done that so biden did not declare victory that night nobody usually

00:40:57.460 declares victory on election night because you understood you're just acknowledging that you

00:41:01.140 understood that the mail-in ballot said that process was going to take a while no no no stop

00:41:04.660 no no i was no no hang on hang on hang on hang on the mail-in ballot process the mail-in ballot process

00:41:11.140 the mail-in ballot process first of all the president the president could stand up at any time and say

00:41:15.540 hey looking at this right now i'm saying i want it right now what just this month in detroit up on a

00:41:21.860 stage you say said that there is no chance that the democrats are going to win this no chance if they

00:41:26.980 declare that they do they're they're stealing they're stealing it 100 but you know that elections

00:41:32.660 in the united states are close you know that there is a very reasonable chance that the democrats win

00:41:37.620 the white house again to go why don't hold on distrust von hillyard von hillyard von hillyard von

00:41:42.820 hillyard because von hillyard i knew that thursday night was going to happen how can you sit there

00:41:48.180 unrelated to the facts i sat there because we know and we follow every day that joe biden is feeble

00:41:54.260 that joe biden's in feeble and msnbc that doesn't mean that the american public may not vote for him

00:41:58.580 again are you kidding me have you seen the polls have you seen the new york times have you seen msn

00:42:03.220 tell tell that evidence voter fraud that is not evidence i didn't say that no no no i sat there

00:42:08.980 and said there is no chance the democrats can win this and then a couple of days later joe biden who's

00:42:15.140 been protected by the new york times protected by msnbc comes up and humiliates the nation and now 69

00:42:22.740 percent if i believe the poll came today think that he should remove himself from the ballot

00:42:26.820 why am not i sat there at the time and said there is no chance that joe biden and the democrats can

00:42:32.260 win this and at the time the polling for trump was very strong in in in battleground states and

00:42:37.300 cross tab demographics and so then on thursday night in front of the whole world that was revealed

00:42:43.460 you should be saying steve how did you have how are you so pressing about this because i'm telling you

00:42:47.780 brother on your channel which when you can we watch msc as you know here not so we're sitting here

00:42:53.780 watching when they came back it was like sitting shiva it was like a christian wake rachel mata and

00:42:59.540 the entire team is gobsmacked about what happened i don't know what the point is exactly the point the

00:43:03.940 point is the point is is that that's why i said that in detroit that it is zero chance that democrats

00:43:10.980 can win this zero chance it's zero chance elections work voters go vote they're not zero let me let me

00:43:16.900 let me repeat this so by the selling distrust in it's not showing the process in the united states

00:43:21.620 there's repercussions i am so hold it hold it the election the election process in this country trump

00:43:26.980 let me make sure msnbc and my man vaughn here understands this the 2020 election was stolen donald trump

00:43:35.140 won that election guys had such evidence though we wouldn't be having this conversation what are you

00:43:39.300 talking about we never got hang on we never got not be having this vaughn vaughn we never got standing

00:43:44.260 there was never an evidentiary hearing whatsoever in all those 60 or 70 and you know this 60 or 70

00:43:51.460 cases that went to court not one evidentiary hearing let me repeat this for the msnbc and here's the thing

00:43:58.020 for having the entire media apparatus against us right having the house the senate the presidency

00:44:04.100 all the media apparatus nbc news abc cnn the new york times washington post

00:44:08.660 how is it how is it fox news never did this news max how is it that this little show out of this

00:44:15.460 uh out of this kind of gonzo situation now has almost 50 of the american people that think that

00:44:21.700 joe biden is illegitimate including i think 70 of republicans the reason is over time people have

00:44:28.740 seen as what's come out and they have huge questions on 2020 back to mark elias's back to mark elias's

00:44:35.460 the transition integrity project so let me repeat this the democrats have no ability to win this

00:44:41.780 unless they cheat and if you think so this month you said this quote if they steal this election and

00:44:46.260 they fully intend to steal it this republic ends are you prepared to fight are you prepared to give it

00:44:50.980 all are you prepared to leave it all on the battlefield ladies and gentlemen it's very simple victory or

00:44:55.940 death they can't win this election i understand those were your words there are my words to a crowd

00:45:00.180 that is what is your end game victory or death of this republic if we don't win the first of the

00:45:05.700 shred the constitution it is the death of the constitutional american republic we know and now

00:45:11.380 it will be more of an imperial project uh that will go forward and that is why we're not going to lose

00:45:16.500 that that that we refer about end game are you concerned about violence ahead in this country no not

00:45:22.180 at all dude we're winning why am i concerned about violence we're pointing everywhere victory victory

00:45:27.540 or death victory or death or death of the republic victory victory or death is a famous saying from

00:45:32.740 sipio africanus lord nelson uh colonel travis at the alamo it is something to jack people up and yes i'm

00:45:39.860 in the ability of i'm in the business of jacking people up you told you told our our our friend isaac

00:45:45.540 arnstor from the washington post quote we have to rebuild the institutions that is not my job we're not

00:45:51.300 going to be rebuilding any time in the foreseeable future we're going to be taking things apart you just saw

00:45:56.100 the supreme court just ruled our long project and by the way i want to compliment chris haser the best

00:46:01.060 comment he said yesterday when when they had uh the chevron uh deference overruled you know six to

00:46:08.260 three that at the same time they didn't they gave a thumbs down on the stay of my thing and he said the

00:46:13.860 supreme court said hey steve thanks for all your previous work on the on the administrative state

00:46:18.740 we got it from here and it's actually a brilliant statement so what should the american public expect when

00:46:23.540 we say taking things apart bringing down the administrative state in actual detailed terms

00:46:28.500 what does that actually the case the administrative say we're going to have i think a three-prong

00:46:34.340 attack okay one you have what we call project 2025 or many others cra who has one american first legal

00:46:41.300 so there's five or six institutions that have been built up over the last couple years that are more

00:46:46.820 mega than they are traditional republican and one of the things all of these are converging on in part of the

00:46:52.260 executive part is this concept that we've had a leviathan that has grown up that's that's post

00:46:57.380 constitutional it is never in the the framers never considered it and what it's it's not just the

00:47:02.580 alphabet agencies but how the cabinet officials have now taken on much bigger purview remember

00:47:09.380 the authorization project the authorization process that's supposed to be authorized every five years

00:47:14.900 like you do an annual defense authorization hasn't been done in decades and some for the fbi and doj so

00:47:20.180 they've taken on and metastasized with the alphabet agencies they have this massive federal bureaucracy

00:47:25.380 that nobody intended it's one of the people talk about limited government people talk about cutting

00:47:29.540 spending you can't do that to you actually get to the leviathan the administrative state and so a

00:47:34.820 three-prong approach one of those parts is the federal courts and what takes on and particularly the

00:47:40.580 supreme court and remember when we defeated hillary clinton and her selection for the supreme court

00:47:47.620 was i'm a thought of random name merrick garland right he was replaced when trump won by a random

00:47:54.100 name neil gorsuch and neil gorsuch is the theoretician of the deconstruction of the administrative state

00:48:00.100 from a legal and judiciary point of view that's why yesterday was so so what people should see

00:48:05.220 is that the federal government is going to shrink and how is it going to shrink not on a percentage

00:48:10.020 basis and not by firing individual bureaucrats it's going to do less things it's going to actually get out

00:48:16.500 of being involved in every aspect of people's business you're going to get a government that kind of

00:48:21.300 comes back and we can afford so you don't run two trillion dollar deficits every year the way you have

00:48:26.340 to do it is by shrinking the federal government now we're not libertarians we're not sitting to say you

00:48:31.940 should have no government right like the grover norquest and those people said for years you should have a

00:48:36.500 government that's in the bottom of a tub we wash away but we believe the government's got to be about got to be

00:48:42.500 shrunken pretty dramatically and that's why you have these projects from the executive branch and

00:48:47.780 president trump will appoint some of these people who's going to pick his own people with some of

00:48:50.900 these people you're going to have legislatively you're going to have congress come in and start in the

00:48:55.300 appropriations process or start to take programs down programmatically and you're going to have the

00:49:00.020 you're going to have a three-prong attack in the in the in the courts and so we are going to take on the

00:49:04.420 leviathan right we're going to deconstruct the administrative state to get something that is appropriate for people

00:49:10.420 that like to live in liberty and not in tyranny and as importantly something we can afford

00:49:19.140 these kills nearly 700 000 americans every year yes heart disease is the number one killer
