00:01:13.800 truth out to the American people that's what Steve Bannon standing orders to me have been that's when
00:01:18.540 and he and I have been in constant daily email contact since then that's what we've been focused
00:01:23.820 on also since my first time back on war room since it's happened I have to say a very special thank
00:01:30.660 you to Steve to the war room audience to the team the engine room here on war room and everything else
00:01:37.020 all like run dunes and everyone that makes the show tick that my book through war room books on humans
00:01:44.640 secret history of communist revolutions and how to crush them what has just made it to the New York
00:01:50.820 Times best seller list as of this week and so as far as I know this is the first war room book with by
00:01:58.440 the way the forward of course by Stephen K Bannon himself has made it to the list so if you look
00:02:04.200 you'll see war room books on humans New York Times best seller this list this week what can I say folks
00:02:11.520 too big to rig too big to rig it goes to show you that that's what's going on with our country that's
00:02:17.460 what's going on with our society that's why people are interested in this content because people want
00:02:22.980 to know how we got here where we're going and what comes next and when you study communist revolutions
00:02:30.360 whether it be China whether it be Russia Spain or even France which was a proto communist revolution
00:02:36.180 you will find all the TTPs the tactics techniques and procedures line up exactly the same for 250 years
00:02:45.840 this is a playbook that we discovered you can go and check it out on humans book.com or go to Amazon
00:02:51.520 or wherever books are sold you can find on humans get yourself a copy sign copies again on humans book.com
00:02:57.600 by the way Steve Bannon so gracious with his time on his final week before he left for Danbury he
00:03:04.320 actually signed personally over 200 copies of on humans and we made those available they sold out almost
00:03:10.620 immediately but he was able to do that because that's how much support he put into the book that's
00:03:17.900 how much support he put into the show into the various authors not just myself but so many more
00:03:23.100 at war room books and it's just been an incredible ride and credible to actually be there and to be the
00:03:29.180 first New York Times bestseller out of war room books and by the way I'm sure many many more Joe Allen come
00:03:35.420 on man let's go but uh but folks we are here in Butler Pennsylvania we're going to be talking a
00:03:40.060 little bit more about that that's why you don't see me in my usual studio confines but while we're in
00:03:44.700 the state of Pennsylvania we're also talking about also talking about the governor of Pennsylvania Josh
00:03:51.900 Shapiro and some of the other VP candidates who are being looked at names bandied about by Kamala Harris
00:03:58.220 and others within the White House as to who would be the best to balance out her radical extremism on the
00:04:04.380 ticket and so they're looking for what we're told is a moderate they say we need a moderate moderate
00:04:09.820 from one of the Rust Belt states a moderate from the midwest someone who can help us win one of these
00:04:13.820 no no uh no lose states later in this year and so that's why Josh Shapiro's name was put on the top
00:04:21.100 of the list now this guy is an arch liberal this guy is someone who's cut in the mold of Barack Obama
00:04:27.180 he's even taking to aping and mimicking Barack Obama's voice at rallies which is strange because
00:04:33.100 as you can see Josh Shapiro is about five foot three he's not a black man in any way shape or form
00:04:38.540 and yet he's begun Samuel Kamala Harris has begun code switching and we're code switching when they
00:04:45.340 go and give some of these speeches and going to go and give some of these talks but one of the cases
00:04:49.820 that Josh Shapiro ran when he was Attorney General of Pennsylvania something that I've been digging into
00:04:56.060 a lot on human events daily been posting a lot about this and this is the case of the suspicious death
00:05:01.420 of Ellen Greenberg something that we really need everyone to focus on that this is the case take
00:05:08.700 the politics out of it right left right rd this isn't about that this is about a case of a family
00:05:15.900 who lost their daughter in 2011 she was found her body was found in her home in her apartment
00:05:23.900 East Falls Philadelphia stabbed 10 times in the front and 10 times in the back including by the way we're
00:05:30.940 told two wounds two stab wounds which were found to be post-mortem meaning the wounds the stabs took
00:05:39.820 place after she was killed now how do they know this well that's because the medical examiner has
00:05:44.220 testimony that there was no hemorrhaging at those wounds what does that mean no bleeding well how could
00:05:49.180 there be no bleeding from a stab wound that's because your heart's not beating because you have no pulse
00:05:54.220 because you've already passed away that's why we call it post-mortem so the question then is why was
00:06:00.780 it that this case was ruled a suicide and not a homicide and why was it that in 2021 when this
00:06:07.180 case came up for review at the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office was the case also ruled a suicide
00:06:13.660 so it was up for review ruled a suicide who was the Attorney General of Pennsylvania at the time oh that's
00:06:18.540 right it was Josh Shapiro that case by the way just this week the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has opened
00:06:26.620 up a new petition in this from the family which has maintained all along that their daughter their
00:06:32.860 poor daughter was murdered that they've been petitioning for review of this case the Pennsylvania
00:06:38.140 Supreme Court is now bringing it up and said that Josh Shapiro's office and the other offices that were
00:06:42.300 investigating this need to explain why they support a finding of suicide in this case despite so much
00:06:49.820 evidence to the contrary a lot of people are starting to ask questions about potential conflicts of
00:06:54.780 interest that Josh Shapiro and his office and his campaigns may have with the family of the fiance of
00:07:02.860 Ellen Greenberg saying there's a lot of ties both familial and financial through donations and others with the
00:07:10.860 guy who was the fiance of the victim at the time and so a lot of questions as to why he was not
00:07:18.380 investigated why he was protected potentially by this this very powerful legal family in the state of
00:07:26.140 Pennsylvania I want to bring in now Josh Hammer from Newsweek Josh now I know you may not have been
00:07:31.900 so in the weeds on all the uh all the cases out of Pennsylvania that the Attorney General may have looked
00:07:37.020 at but let's let's zoom out a little bit that we know there's been this progressive push against
00:07:42.540 Josh Shapiro um what I was told essentially was that Josh was the favorite he was the front runner I
00:07:47.580 was just out in Harrisburg at the rally everybody there was talking about how it looked like and we
00:07:51.820 were just a few you know a few miles away from uh where Josh Shapiro's current governor's mansion is in
00:07:56.780 Harrisburg that they thought he had had it locked up but this seems to be a progressive push against
00:08:01.420 Shapiro and potentially a look to some of the other governors Josh what do you make um Kamala Harris's
00:08:08.620 deep stakes as it stands right now well first of all Jack huge credit to you for surfacing this this
00:08:15.820 tragic Ellen Greenberg story I you know I confess that I was not really aware of any of this so a lot
00:08:21.500 of credit that you deserve for kind of unearthing this I mean this crime goes all the way back to 2011
00:08:26.060 as you said there with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court making moves on it literally this week so it's
00:08:29.980 never been timely or before you know I guess my only comment for now on that particular subject
00:08:35.420 you know I'm a lawyer I am not a homicide detective or a coroner or anything like that but all it takes
00:08:41.100 is pure common sense to know that 10 stabs in the front and 10 stabs in the back you know that is that
00:08:47.020 is not what a suicide looks like right I mean it takes literally just pure human common sense to be
00:08:53.100 able to discern that so again kudos to you for for servicing this and you know hopefully we can get
00:08:58.140 some sort of justice for Ellen Greenberg's poor parents and and that suffering family there
00:09:02.940 look Josh Shapiro I think as of right now it's hard to say but he probably still is the the front
00:09:08.620 runner I mean he canceled his fundraiser in the Hamptons in Long Island that was going to bring
00:09:12.540 in a ton of money for for Josh Shapiro he canceled it to stay in Pennsylvania to be with Kamala Harris
00:09:17.660 there he makes a lot of sense for the ticket for a bunch of different reasons the most obvious of
00:09:22.140 which being that he's from Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania is probably the the battleground
00:09:26.620 of all battleground states right now I mean Trump was leading in essentially all the polls in
00:09:31.100 Pennsylvania before Joe Biden was couped by Kamala Harris now it's a little bit tighter there
00:09:35.420 Josh Shapiro you know for better or for worse I guess for worse you know he's pretty popular in
00:09:39.980 Pennsylvania I mean he beat Doug Mastriano by a very wide margin his favorability numbers there
00:09:44.460 continue to be fairly high there and at least just for the optics of it he is a very liberal guy as
00:09:50.060 you say there's there's essentially no prominent Democrat in today's Democratic Party Jack who
00:09:54.540 who is anything remotely resembling like a Joe Manchin-esque moderate I mean it doesn't exist I mean
00:10:00.300 it's not a dying breed it's a dead breed those those people are as dead as the dodo bird so it's not
00:10:05.020 that Josh Shapiro is a moderate it's that he has the rhetoric and the affectation of being a moderate
00:10:11.420 and maybe I guess unlike at least one issue that is central to the far left cause these days the
00:10:16.220 Israeli-Palestinian conflict maybe he's slightly more centrist he's not conservative
00:10:19.980 on that issue by the way but but but he's probably more centrist and more moderate at least than the
00:10:24.300 keffia-clad Hamas people were spray printing Hamas is coming outside Union Station in DC but it's very
00:10:29.820 much kind of a hit or miss decision if they actually go ahead and pick Josh Shapiro because and you and
00:10:35.340 I were talking about this off camera there you know he is popular in Pennsylvania but at what cost do
00:10:41.100 you pick him I mean I mean are you willing to sacrifice Dearborn Michigan all the all the Hamasnicks all the
00:10:45.980 jihadis there who would not who would not vote for a ticket that includes quote-unquote genocide
00:10:50.700 Josh as the anti-semitic smear campaign is calling him so there are there are real questions here I
00:10:55.980 think Josh Shapiro would also be the pick most likely to lead to mass chaos at the Democrat National
00:11:01.180 Convention in Chicago in a few weeks for the exact same reason again the Hamas wing and the Democratic
00:11:05.820 Party is a very outspoken wing they would not be happy with this pick they would be causing all sorts of
00:11:11.580 chaos and a ruckus both outside the convention and perhaps even on the floor there so it is not
00:11:16.460 a pick without significant significant risks for the Democrats but Pennsylvania is probably the
00:11:21.980 single biggest battleground state right now and if you know if I were a betting man I probably would
00:11:26.140 bet that he that he will be the pit well and by the way that's also one of the things and I've been
00:11:32.220 reporting on this as well that we're hearing a lot of members of the progressive wings of the of the
00:11:37.340 Democrat Party as well as potentially even some folks in the Obama camp have been stressing that
00:11:43.580 this chaos could easily be avoided by not picking Josh Shapiro so basically uh this is the bet that
00:11:51.660 they made they're forced to live in it now and to lie in it now and to know that hey wait a minute we've
00:11:56.860 got this governor who you know kind of on paper looks like he would help us in a critical state but
00:12:01.420 oh wait it might also lose us states like Michigan or Minnesota or Virginia because of the coalition
00:12:08.780 that we ourselves have put together by number one importing so many Middle Easterners to those
00:12:13.660 states but also by building these politics based on identity based on intersectionality which is
00:12:19.180 something but by the way that so many conservatives for years have warned them not to do because of
00:12:25.020 these glaring conflicts that they have between their disparate members but we all know that ultimately
00:12:31.180 what what holds the left together isn't what they're for it's not ideology it is what they hate
00:12:36.780 what they are against what they're against is western civilization they're against white men they're
00:12:41.500 against men in general by the way uh so these are the things that hold them together the overall
00:12:47.020 destruction and usurpation of our country it's a whole book about this which apparently people like
00:12:50.940 this is now new york time bestseller and um i'm contractionally obligating everyone to put that in
00:12:56.460 like my bio every time i'm in i'm uh you know i'm brought up anywhere and um that uh it's what's
00:13:01.980 funny is like i'm wondering if my coverage out of the new york times will be any better than it's been
00:13:06.300 probably not than you know ever before but uh there is something striking to the fact that they have to
00:13:12.460 actually admit it now but but you know this is why we've been hearing some of the talk about
00:13:17.180 potentially an andy beshear or a mark kelly which i gotta say uh blake masters found this out a couple of
00:13:22.460 years ago it is tough to knock off an astronaut these guys are very popular so as soon as i heard
00:13:28.780 that joe biden was stepping down in that extraordinarily bizarre tweet from a personal
00:13:33.980 twitter account with a signature that didn't even look like it was real it was like a holograph
00:13:38.380 you know my very first thought i was actually i was flying back to florida where i live from utah so i
00:13:42.620 was about to take off on a plane my very first thought was okay it's obviously kamala i think mark
00:13:47.420 kelly makes a lot of sense i mean that that is where my mind immediately went was mark kelly
00:13:51.900 very similar kind of pros and cons to josh shapiro minus some of the obvious cons from a democrat
00:13:57.340 partisan perspective i mean mark kelly he's not a moderate guy i mean again this is someone who's
00:14:01.900 voting with elizabeth warren bernie sanders 90 to 95 percent of the time i mean again as i just said
00:14:08.140 the notion that any of these guys are so-called moderates in anything other than name only is
00:14:12.940 ludicrous i mean look at their track record their legislative history they're not but again mark
00:14:17.260 kelly rhetorically aesthetically gives off this look he's a patriot he was the astronaut his wife
00:14:22.620 gabby giffords was was tragically shot famously there 14 years ago in the tucson arizona area
00:14:28.460 there and yeah there's like maybe like one issue or two where he's come out like slightly more
00:14:33.100 centrist than the median rank and file democrat in the senate democratic caucus so you know for all those
00:14:37.980 reasons alone i think he makes a lot of sense now it depends how seriously democrats want to contest
00:14:43.420 arizona to an extent i mean arizona is a state that as we all know went to joe biden in 2020 but
00:14:49.820 right now trump trump is ahead pretty solidly in the polls you know but before joe biden dropped out
00:14:54.460 arizona was outside the margin of error in some of the state polling since he dropped out that i've
00:14:59.340 seen it's actually still outside the margin of error it's it's very interesting right now that all
00:15:03.340 those sunbelt states arizona nevada donald trump is really looking strong there even against kamala
00:15:08.540 harris from what i can tell so are they willing to potentially sacrifice pennsylvania to go in on
00:15:13.820 arizona it doesn't really make a lot of sense there but i do think the mark kelly is probably
00:15:18.620 the best pick from their own perspective if they don't go with josh shapiro maybe even including
00:15:23.500 josh shapiro i have no idea what andy beshear brings to the ticket whatsoever obviously the
00:15:28.300 commonwealth of kentucky is not in play whatsoever for democrats at a presidential level there i'm hearing
00:15:33.660 a lot about tim walls from minnesota i'm sure you are too jack he's the governor former congressman
00:15:39.340 maybe i mean in my view it'll probably be shapiro mark kelly or tim walls look if i were offering
00:15:45.340 advice to the democrats and i would never do that because they wouldn't listen to my advice
00:15:49.260 i think mark kelly makes a lot of sense which is why my mind's immediately gravitated there as soon
00:15:53.580 as i heard joe biden was dropping out no i think you're right tim walls by the way is someone that i've
00:15:59.900 i've actually heard some uh some talk that um they just don't think they get anything with him and
00:16:04.700 they've i've heard some people referring to him on the democrat side as a progressive mr rogers
00:16:10.140 uh so someone that um you know they're they're looking for someone a little bit flashier and to
00:16:15.340 me he just looks like a tim kane retread from 2016. he was just a sort of this and look that the democrats
00:16:21.900 cannot separate themselves from identity politics which by the way uh this and i know a lot of people
00:16:27.580 have said oh why would donald trump bring this up when he goes to the uh national association of black
00:16:31.580 black journalists and he's you know he's talking identity politics why is he playing that game and
00:16:36.060 my point is that he's doing so because they are the ones who made their entire party and their entire
00:16:43.020 movement about identity politics so no you don't get to complain when we come out and start poking
00:16:48.940 holes in some of the things that you've said and done over the years because you guys are the ones
00:16:53.740 who decided to make that first and foremost your uh your candidates preferences and your candidates
00:16:59.420 their biggest virtues and their biggest resume stepping stones as opposed to anything they've
00:17:03.260 actually done in office because you know if they want to talk about kamala harris's record you know
00:17:07.340 we can but she certainly never does she runs out there and says i'm the i am the most diverse
00:17:12.140 candidate her people are out there saying it you're hearing it said on cnn and even joe biden himself
00:17:17.340 was just saying it a couple of weeks ago but josh actually talk to me on on this you know on this
00:17:22.540 recent controversy of donald trump bringing up the same thing that they keep doing
00:17:25.820 well look jack i mean i i saw the clip where he kind of unloaded on the nabj interviewer on stage
00:17:34.460 there i i loved it i mean i watched that i i watched that clip probably like 10 times i mean
00:17:38.780 i you know i could watch it on repeat all day long i mean that is vintage donald trump i mean that is
00:17:43.180 trying that is very much kind of in light or in the same mode you would say as the 2016 magic all over
00:17:50.460 again i mean the 2016 campaign i think part of the reason that it ultimately succeeded yes he obviously
00:17:55.420 appealed to the rust belt when it comes to core substantive issues like immigration trade foreign
00:17:59.180 policy but but holding that aside you know there was a certain kind of lightheartedness a certain
00:18:03.980 kind of irreverence frivolity you might even say this certain attitude of not taking yourself super
00:18:10.140 super super seriously even though you're running for a very serious office that's kind of what i saw
00:18:14.700 there in that interview i loved it it was defiant trump i mean the people that are going to consider
00:18:19.660 voting for trump even centrist moderates independence they're not going to look at an interview like that
00:18:24.940 and if donald trump is to kind of just bow down and just take it from this interviewer you know
00:18:28.940 they're not going to want that they want to see a fighter i mean i mean the whole point of donald
00:18:32.300 trump is a political thing or at least part of the point is that he is a fighter and that he is not
00:18:36.300 willing to take crap from anyone and everyone on his own side across the aisle and everyone in between
00:18:41.420 there i i on the actual like you know like what is kamala talking point there i think it's a totally
00:18:46.380 fair discussion to have i mean she's half indian she's half jamaican we've all seen the headlines back and
00:18:51.260 back when she became a senator from california first indian senator there you know by the way her the
00:18:56.220 jamaican half of her family as as i know you know jack you know not only is she not the descendant of
00:19:01.900 slaves she's actually the descendant of slave owners back there in jamaica there that that you would
00:19:07.660 think create some some serious cognitive and intellectual dissonance for today's democratic
00:19:12.220 party you know just a few years after the 1619 riots the riots of the black lives matter movement all
00:19:17.820 of that there so i think that these are totally reasonable questions to ask you know as long as
00:19:21.980 as long as it is complemented with substantive attacks on her very far left radical borderline
00:19:26.940 communist record right when it comes to defunding ice when it comes to defund the police when it comes
00:19:31.580 to making illegal immigration not a crime but a civil penalty fracking ban liquify natural exports ban
00:19:37.740 i mean you know her record speaks for itself but you can you can compliment attacks on her far
00:19:42.780 left crazy record i think with questioning her obsession with intersectionality by the way the
00:19:49.900 the fact you bring that up is so important because i've been reading so i i read you know
00:19:53.740 the lefty media msnbc politico all this all the time to see what they're saying because this is what
00:19:57.820 steve always taught us is you have to understand what they're trying to do so they they're trying
00:20:01.660 to shape shade away this idea that she ever ran as the first indian american even though we know
00:20:06.220 that she did it was this huge media push that's what trump's talking about the way the media
00:20:10.700 described her when she was first running which she totally accepted all the accolades and adulation
00:20:15.980 from it then they try to take away the borders are thing which is just one of the most abject uh
00:20:21.900 starkest views of gaslighting i think i may have ever seen in my entire life in political media quite
00:20:26.940 frankly and number three though they keep trying to run this this this line in politico and other
00:20:32.380 places that where they say well you know those were just 2020 positions that she made and she was
00:20:37.420 running in 2019 and 2020 so she just kind of had to say those things but they aren't really i'm like
00:20:42.780 what like could you imagine if donald trump to try to like magically flip-flop on all of these positions
00:20:49.740 and then suddenly the media just walks along with him and says oh well he just had to say that stuff
00:20:54.380 or like really because you lie about the things that he said with regards to charlottesville you lie
00:20:58.540 about the things that he said with regards to disinfectant and uh you know covet 19 is obviously
00:21:03.180 talking about ultraviolet light and various things you lie about these things all the time
00:21:07.820 with kamala harris they're trying to play this cleanup operation of saying well you know she may
00:21:11.500 have held those opinions at one point but she doesn't really hold them so that's okay so wait a
00:21:15.500 minute your cleanup operation shows that she's just a liar like that's your that's your response i i
00:21:21.660 don't understand how they get away i mean i get how they get away with it but it's so brazen isn't it
00:21:25.900 yeah yeah i mean it's admitting two things at once at the same time it is simultaneously admitting
00:21:30.860 that she is a chameleon and a liar who is willing and in fact eager to say and do anything that will
00:21:37.900 advance her career i mean kamala harris is a ruthless careerist if nothing else she is willing to do
00:21:43.180 anything and everything to climb up the ladder as i think most people out there into it based on
00:21:47.580 based on her california track record so not only is it admitting that she is a shape-shifting chameleon
00:21:53.180 liar it's actually also i think even more interesting it's admitting the current far-left nut job
00:21:59.420 state of today's democratic party that you have to say all this crazy crap in order to be taken
00:22:05.020 seriously as a presidential contender which by the way it didn't even work for kamala harris she was
00:22:08.940 out well before the first votes were cast in the iowa caucuses her campaign was over in december 2019
00:22:14.380 because she's just a very untalented and frankly just an abysmal politician on the merits there but i
00:22:20.140 think it's it's really admitting both of those things at the same time one kamala harris is a
00:22:24.300 is a ruthless liar who is willing to say anything and everything to advance her career and two again
00:22:29.420 i think this is the more interesting point actually what the media is implicitly doing when they're
00:22:33.180 trying to whitewash away these inconsistencies and these flip-flops from just a few years earlier
00:22:37.900 what they are implicitly conceding is that today's democratic party is so far to the left that in order
00:22:43.980 to try to run for president you have to support defunding ice you have to support defunding the police
00:22:48.780 you have to support a national ban on fracking reparations you know post these these bailout
00:22:53.740 funds for black lives matter antifa rioters on social media all of the above the whole entire
00:22:58.540 slew of crazy positions they are now admitting that you have to take those positions in order to be
00:23:03.500 taken seriously as a presidential contender in today's democratic party couldn't agree more josh
00:23:08.620 hammer i gotta get julie kelly in here where people follow you man yeah great to see you jack i'm
00:23:13.740 on twitter josh underscore hammer instagrams josh b hammer i host two shows the josh hammer
00:23:17.900 show and america on trial with josh hammer and i write a weekly syndicated column as well
00:23:23.020 incredible work go give him a follow guys make sure always putting out well checking out what
00:23:27.100 he is putting out julie kelly do we have you there i am here hey jack oh there she is there she is
00:23:36.780 look julie we've got a couple of minutes until the break but i've i'm out here in butler pennsylvania
00:23:41.260 and i've just walked the site for the very first time yesterday we've been going around talking to
00:23:45.820 sources talking to locals about all this but julie first thing is for that i gotta say is it's
00:23:51.180 shocking to me that the site of the butler farm show doesn't there there isn't a single piece of
00:23:57.180 crime scene investigation tape it's only been two weeks there's no crime scene established there's uh
00:24:02.620 there's no blocking there's like one state police officer state trooper that's there just kind of
00:24:07.580 looking over the site but he said yeah you can grow you can drive up and do whatever and they're setting
00:24:11.580 up for a farm show this weekend on the very spot where president trump was almost assassinated
00:24:17.340 where court incompetent was murdered by the way and it seems like they're just rushing on with
00:24:22.060 business as usual and i'm comparing this to the investigation of j6 and everything that we saw
00:24:27.020 after that and the disparity between j6 and the response and j13 and the response is causing me like
00:24:33.900 like a physical reaction julie you must have the same thought um i do and uh just it finally it
00:24:42.300 looks like secretary mayorkas after years of stonewalling and months of delaying the release of the
00:24:48.460 internal investigation inspector general investigation into dhs uss secret service role
00:24:54.700 in january 6 finally congress has that report we're waiting to make it public there will be some
00:25:00.380 overlap jack between january 6th and july 13th most importantly is why again the secret service
00:25:08.540 allowed donald trump to take the stage in public with hundreds of thousands of people in washington dc
00:25:14.540 when there were reports from local law enforcement of people in the crowd right outside the white house
00:25:20.380 with weapons they had reports of a man in a tree with a rifle we heard this radio traffic remember
00:25:26.860 during the j6 committee but they still allowed donald trump to take the stage so a lot of questions
00:25:33.340 will be answered and also again raised once this january 6 uh report uh is made public but look the
00:25:42.940 response and the handling of july 13th by this agency kim cheetle and now ronald roe is doing nothing to
00:25:53.580 give the american people confidence that we will get a full accounting a fair accounting of what
00:25:58.860 exactly transpired that day and before that day and i rose performance today during his press conference
00:26:07.820 he did disclose i guess some new information but his indignation at criticism of the agency and his
00:26:15.500 employees and officers yes most of them do a very good job we know that but that's not an issue right
00:26:21.580 now we're not condemning the entire agency we're condemning leadership including ronald roe kim
00:26:27.020 cheetle the special agent in charge of the pittsburgh field office and the agents who are on duty that
00:26:33.020 day we are entitled and justified to criticize and um and let me hold you over hold that thought because
00:26:43.660 this is the important thing that people in the war room audience need to understand we are not taking
00:26:50.220 these things at face value and julie kelly will not take them at face value stay tuned right back

00:28:33.500 i want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts first think back
00:28:40.060 to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government power to
00:28:45.100 spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the
00:28:51.020 internet now jim rickards editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence and new
00:28:57.340 york times best-selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental
00:29:02.860 surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the war room believe
00:29:08.300 that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say the wrong things
00:29:14.620 on social media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be
00:29:20.860 able to shut us out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting
00:29:28.220 and dire warning fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his mission to
00:29:33.580 educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable
00:29:41.340 money watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the past go to
00:29:47.660 rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video americans spend billions on supplements
00:29:56.860 every year hoping they'll make up for poor diet or help us avoid serious health problems later if you
00:30:03.980 trust supplements for your health know that harvard health found zero evidence they work none zero so
00:30:11.260 what works what can make you healthier now and later is a daily diet rich in fruits and vegetables field of
00:30:18.700 greens was created by doctors for people who don't always eat right field of greens is not a supplement let
00:30:25.420 me repeat this field of greens is not a supplement it's real organic whole fruits and veggies in a
00:30:31.660 delicious daily drink but unlike the others each fruit and veggie in field of greens was medically
00:30:37.500 selected to support your vital organs there's a heart health group a liver and kidney function group
00:30:44.620 metabolism and healthy weight and so on and so on and so on and only field of greens is backed
00:30:51.260 by a better health promise just add field of greens to your daily routine and at your next checkup your
00:30:57.740 doctor will notice your improved health or your money back let me repeat that you take field of
00:31:03.660 greens to your daily routine and at your next checkup your doctor will notice your improved health or will
00:31:10.140 give you your money back visit field of greens.com and use promo code bannon for 15 off and free shipping
00:31:17.500 that's promo code bannon at field of greens.com
00:31:21.820 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground with stephen k bannon
00:31:33.420 all right jack so here back live on war room battleground we're recording this here
00:31:38.700 in butler pennsylvania where i've come to begin investigations and work into what very well be
00:31:45.820 maybe my second book of the year because uh i don't know that anyone's written two books in one year
00:31:51.740 before but there's just so much going on in butler there's so much we need to understand and so little
00:31:57.340 that we're getting from federal authorities i'm learning more just by visiting butler and walking
00:32:02.220 the fairgrounds it feels like and of the farm show and they're setting up for the show this weekend
00:32:07.420 that i learned by reading the reports and seeing what's come out someone who has also been looking
00:32:13.260 at these mealy mouth statements is julie kelly fantastic investigator julie you were just talking
00:32:19.740 about some of the reports that we've got out and you were comparing j13 to j6 and the statements and
00:32:26.620 the information that we've been receiving and not receiving the omissions from the fbi and secret
00:32:31.580 service please continue so this report that top dhs and secret service officials really tried to
00:32:39.420 stonewall a thorough investigation by the inspector general joseph kafari a trump appointee um alejandro
00:32:47.500 mayorkas has been sitting on this internal investigation report since at least april my sources tell me
00:32:53.740 finally now it's released congress not made public yet but it does address the failures again of
00:33:01.660 january 6th and that we're seeing play out in july 13th but also just this this opaqueness right jack
00:33:09.500 aren't adding up things that were buried by other investigative committees like the j6 committee
00:33:15.740 officials who were just not believable and this is what we will see a little bit in this report on
00:33:21.660 january 6th why they let donald trump as i was saying take the stage at the ellipse with reports
00:33:27.020 of people with weapons in the crowd near the white house um also what happened with the pipe bomb
00:33:34.140 that story has completely disappeared jack allegedly did the u.s secret service this report says conducted
00:33:43.580 two sweeps with bomb sniffing canines with the device allegedly planted the night before right outside of
00:33:50.780 dnc headquarters that the handler for the canine came within a few feet of this alleged device that
00:33:56.940 tamala harris herself came within 20 feet of it and they missed that in the
00:34:02.140 they missed that in their sweep and then when the device was actually detected they waited another
00:34:23.180 at least 10 minutes before evacuating her from the building and there was no explosive uh device team
00:34:29.900 present near the building or at the building for secret service to disable this alleged explosive so
00:34:35.980 it's addressed there and then of course jack missing text messages from january 6th which includes
00:34:42.380 those of kim cheetle and now a former head of the secret service who was on protective detail
00:34:49.340 at the white house on january 6th the text messages belonging to 24 officials suddenly purged
00:34:56.940 were told at the end of january 2021 could never be recovered jack and so we have no idea what secret
00:35:04.780 service officials including the head at the time james murray were communicating back and forth about
00:35:11.020 what was going on that day so this does nothing to boost the confidence that we're going to get a full
00:35:17.740 affair investigation or for cooperation more importantly by the secret service in a congressional or criminal
00:35:25.500 investigation of any sort and this is something too and i covered by the way earlier on human events
00:35:34.140 daily where in many of these instances where there have been issues like this one of the only ways
00:35:41.100 that we've been able to get information as as the public and as reporters on what the federal agencies
00:35:47.340 were up to is through lawsuits and is through the lawsuits not just from and we've seen this with the
00:35:52.860 fbi for time and time again not just from citizens but also potential attendees from the rally itself
00:35:59.980 in this case or by the way from victims and their families so there's the family of corey compitore
00:36:07.020 there's the families uh the other two victims who've lived and obviously the victims themselves
00:36:11.980 who could potentially bring wrongful death wrongful injury lawsuits against the secret service and the fbi
00:36:17.980 not encouraging them to do so i wouldn't you know prescribe to speak for them either way but i i will
00:36:24.700 note that there have been many times when the federal agencies have been refusing to to produce
00:36:30.140 information and it's only through these lawsuits and discovery do we ever actually find the text messages
00:36:36.860 do we find what happened before the event after the event the emails that were going back and forth again
00:36:41.420 we have the series of whistleblowers coming out from the secret service saying that agents were meant
00:36:48.300 to case the site to conduct site surveys they were never brought that drones were not used that it was
00:36:55.340 this individual himself ronald roe jr when he was deputy secretary or deputy director of the secret
00:37:01.500 service prior to becoming acting director that he personally oversaw the cuts to the staff and the cuts
00:37:08.140 to the resources going to president trump and so we're not getting the right information out of
00:37:13.900 this also hearing that secret service wasn't present at the sync meeting for the frequencies
00:37:19.180 of the local police officers who would have been in that building by the way julie
00:37:23.020 that building and this is one of the things that i'm really going to pull the thread on because
00:37:27.420 people keep talking about that secret service or excuse me the local police team the counter sniper team
00:37:32.540 that was in the building above the roof what what people don't realize and i didn't really even
00:37:36.700 realize until i had gone there myself was that that roof overlooks the downward sloping not that's
00:37:42.780 that big of a slope but overlooks the spot where thomas matthew crooks actually climbed up onto the roof
00:37:49.660 and so if they were overlooking it and they left their post they would have been in the perfect position
00:37:56.700 to see someone climbing up there so the questions i have are how did he know to climb that roof how did he
00:38:03.500 know that that was looking and again uh why were so many people not in their posts when they were
00:38:10.940 supposed to be just a lot of questions and a lot of coincidences that don't seem to add up and really
00:38:17.020 quite frankly none of this story adds up that's why we're here in butler conducting the site survey
00:38:22.860 that they should have conducted before the event itself took place julie kelly well in addition to
00:38:29.740 this ronald roe and the secret service just in general not being trustworthy and forthcoming
00:38:34.140 you also have the fbi of course you had deputy director paul abate this week testify alongside
00:38:40.700 ronald roe paul abate by the way the fbi official who vetoed a washington fbi director who did not
00:38:48.380 want to execute a search warrant a raid of mar-a-lago paul abate the deputy director of the fbi at the time
00:38:55.580 overrode that decision and and often authorize them to to move forward so here he is too without
00:39:04.460 any documentation or substantiation claiming that the fbi thinks they found a social media account
00:39:10.860 belonging to thomas crooks from 2019 or 2020 which means he would have been a teenager 15 years old
00:39:16.300 or so uh they think it's his and some of the comments were anti-semitic and anti-immigration this
00:39:22.620 is the same old fbi playbook that we've seen over and over completely irresponsible of paul abate or
00:39:30.300 anyone from the fbi of course this comes on the heels of christopher ray the week before feeding a
00:39:35.900 conspiracy theory that donald trump was not shot by a bullet so this is why who who do we trust and to
00:39:44.220 your point maybe the lawsuits are the best way to leverage uh records and documents uh and actual
00:39:51.020 evidence out of this uh case and situation um because no we don't trust the secret service dhs
00:39:58.300 or certainly the fbi and quite frankly jack even congress i mean where is the pounding of the case
00:40:05.900 where is mike johnson he said he was going to form what this blue ribbon committee uh put a bunch of
00:40:11.980 no-name rhinos on it with a few exceptions and we haven't seen anything since i mean i do credit senators
00:40:17.500 like ron johnson and others who have really stayed on this and so i commend them for that but this
00:40:23.980 needs to be a unified non-stop demanding for the truth and most importantly accountability kim
00:40:32.220 cheetle's resignation should just be the start of um people losing their jobs and maybe eventually
00:40:38.460 even being sued or fixed criminal charges for what happened and of course that's one of the other
00:40:45.340 reasons that we're not getting the names of these agents out the same way that we didn't get the
00:40:49.900 names of the agents in ruby ridge or waco the name of the sniper until the family filed lawsuits but the
00:40:57.020 same way that we did get so many text messages and so many so much information from and julie i'm just
00:41:01.900 going to say it the the gretchen whitmer plot that whole thing was completely unraveled uh at least in
00:41:09.820 the eyes of anyone looking at it from a credible lens completely unraveled when the thing finally
00:41:14.860 went to trial and the fact that so much information came out and there were so many fbi informants that
00:41:20.700 revolved in that thing hi jack i do not believe that thomas crooks was not in correspondence with
00:41:27.980 some sort of government asset or informant whether it was fbi or dhs informant someone it is almost
00:41:34.140 impossible for me to believe because this follows a pattern and quite frankly you know is covering
00:41:39.580 the whitmer case as in depth as i did including covering both federal trials um this is their mo this
00:41:47.820 is what they do they target these outcasts apparently use the same firing range that dhs agents use some dhs
00:41:56.140 agents use for practice so it's almost impossible and then you have to elevate again with the fbi saying
00:42:02.700 had encrypted apps encrypted chat apps on his phone but the fbi couldn't get in there
00:42:13.820 and the messaging back and forth between him and whoever else were on these chat groups
00:42:18.380 that should raise all sorts of red flags he was that did that happen in whitmer where the lead informant
00:42:25.100 was the one who created did chats and then invited all of the targets into it
00:42:31.100 the fbi live access direct access to those chats then in january 6 encrypted chat groups with fbi
00:42:42.780 informants proud voice etc uh who were meant you know not that that was hard to do uh and then use
00:42:52.540 those text messages as incriminating evidence against that happened in whitmer certainly happened in january
00:42:59.420 6th another thing that go up chat we can't just say oh we had encrypted app chats and fbi says we can't get
00:43:09.260 who he was communicating with no what about his father
00:43:16.540 investigated i just saw the father i think it was the father and another relative walking around
00:43:21.180 his devices do they have the devices of everyone all of his friends to get a better handle on
00:43:31.580 anything to know you at chris ray come out right
00:43:35.900 uh julia i was gonna say your connection seems to be going in and out a little bit might be on my
00:43:40.620 might be on your end but um if you just get the if you could just summarize for us what your current
00:43:47.340 assessment is right now on thomas matthew crooks
00:43:53.980 again jack
00:43:59.020 assessment on thomas matthew crooks
00:44:05.260 i'm not really sure what the i'm sorry it must be breaking up on my end um but again the idea that
00:44:11.180 he was just acting as a lone wolf that chris ray wants us to believe that he had these chat groups
00:44:15.740 that he was building explosive devices again
00:44:20.780 whitmer same sort of pattern that he was doing this on his own um
00:44:27.100 want to say as well in addition to this dhs report on january 6th we are waiting for the doj
00:44:36.060 to release his january 6th report chris ray said last week we'll address the use of confidential
00:44:43.740 human sources informants in january 6th i've heard
00:44:51.900 and the involvement
00:44:55.340 if that comes out soon we're going to try to hold this over until after the election
00:45:01.100 jay does release it
00:45:04.060 terrible timing
00:45:05.660 investigation into thomas matthew crooks
00:45:07.820 this is the american people not targeted set up by
00:45:15.980 julie kelly thank you so much and um we're going to get that that connection fixed on it's probably
00:45:21.580 probably on my end i'm sure it's at julie kelly underscore two at julie underscore kelly to make
00:45:27.420 sure you're following her on x make sure you're reading everything that julie kelly puts out she
00:45:33.020 is amazing she is incredible the work she does cannot be missed because she doesn't accept no for
00:45:40.380 an answer and she digs beyond the questions i want to bring in here now liz harrington who's also written
00:45:46.300 a fantastic piece on the plots against trump uh that are being of course investigated by the plotters against
00:45:54.940 trump liz how are you hey jack great to see you so walk me through why did you want to write this
00:46:02.700 piece and what went into uh this latest that's up on worm.org sure well i checked twitter and i see
00:46:12.940 this clip going around of merrick garland uh talking about how he's very concerned all of a sudden
00:46:21.740 that iran is plotting uh to kill president trump and it just struck me that hmm really there's been
00:46:30.940 nine years of plots against president trump and merrick garland and his ilk have all been behind them
00:46:39.980 they're not concerned about iran they're not concerned about plots against president trump they're
00:46:45.900 the ones who are always plotting against him and it just really struck me that he's coming out
00:46:52.620 on nbc and nbc news to ken delanian one of the biggest deep state lackeys there is to promote this
00:47:00.940 message and i just had to set the record straight here to let people know no they're basically announcing
00:47:08.060 that the plots against president trump the attacks on his life are not over uh they're basically
00:47:15.100 announcing that there's going to be something else coming and they're trying to shift the blame away
00:47:21.180 from their themselves and of course this is something and julie kelly we're just talking to her
00:47:28.860 previously in the segment here where you know in in terms of the profile and in terms of so many times
00:47:36.380 when we've seen whether it be the whitmer plot whether january 6 whether it be the garland texas
00:47:43.420 shooting whether it be the boston bombers whether it be the um the pulse nightclub shooting on orlando
00:47:49.660 we later find sometimes immediately after sometimes years after that the fbi had informants or handlers
00:47:57.340 or their confidential human sources that were in and around communicating with this person or persons
00:48:02.860 using encrypted chat rooms to potentially call for this this is something where even in that example
00:48:08.220 of garland texas probably the most egregious one where the fbi handler is telling them to tear up texas
00:48:14.380 and that is seated in a car directly behind these quote-unquote isis inspired shooters who then go and
00:48:22.060 start shooting up the uh the garland texas rally it's like a tea party rally that's going on there
00:48:27.100 and the uh and had also spent another informant had spent three years and was paid over a hundred
00:48:34.220 thousand dollars by the fbi essentially to radicalize these individuals over a course of three years so
00:48:39.980 the question is i think incumbent on the federal government and i i said this on tucker recently it
00:48:44.780 was that it said no you don't have the presumption of innocence you have the presumption of guilt you have
00:48:50.300 to prove that you are the ones who are innocent and as you say they have been plotting against trump all
00:48:55.580 this time they couldn't get him off the ballot then they tried to arrest him that didn't work either
00:49:00.460 they tried to convict him that seems to be falling apart completely because of the supreme court so
00:49:04.780 then what happens next someone takes a shot at him liz arrington it's so obvious jack and i think
00:49:11.580 everyone sees it and no one believes them anymore i mean i don't think anyone looking at what happened
00:49:17.660 on july 13th and will think that this is just some random 20 year old kid acting on his own volition
00:49:24.700 even if that were true he would have never gotten on set on the building because he would have been
00:49:30.380 stopped if this if this was organic uh somebody would have stopped him because so many people saw him
00:49:37.900 so people nobody believes it anymore they can't be anywhere near this investigation the fbi uh secret
00:49:45.820 service all of this and july kelly's reported so uh wonderfully on all of these details and the
00:49:51.740 cover-ups over the past several years and we will not get the truth from them but another funny thing
00:49:57.740 interesting thing about merrick garland coming out and saying this is think about how he got his start
00:50:03.820 as well covering up oklahoma city which we still don't really have a lot of details about that cnn of
00:50:11.180 all places actually had an amazing expose on it all these years later i think it was last year on one of the
00:50:17.980 the cops uh who was at the scene that day rescuing people and of course ended up dead several years
00:50:26.220 later and the whole thing stinks to high heaven but it was merrick garland who was really in charge of
00:50:31.420 that operation and what happens uh you fail up and and you don't fail you cover up and get up the ladder i
00:50:39.260 mean thank god president trump won in 2016 and this man did not end up on the supreme court
00:50:44.700 uh but now he's in charge of the injustice department they've been behind so many plots
00:50:49.900 against president trump and the american people and president trump's supporters this corruption
00:50:55.500 has to be rooted out and people really need to be paying attention and praying for our country
00:51:00.940 because these evil people think that they can get away with anything uh and by the grace of god they
00:51:06.700 haven't been able to get what they really want which is what they tried to do on july 13th
00:51:11.740 exactly liz harrington just about a minute left in the show where can people go to follow you and
