00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:11.440 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the
00:00:18.420 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just
00:00:24.360 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:29.100 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is
00:00:33.360 the fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's
00:00:40.420 your host stephen k bannon good evening monday 19th of august and no domini 2024 harnwell here at the
00:00:52.460 we've got a very packed hour ahead of you today so we're going to cut straight into it first up
00:00:57.900 is the secretary of state in ohio frank larose secretary of state good afternoon to you there's
00:01:05.280 been some substantial um accusations but reading through this it seems to be a political hit job
00:01:12.820 against you but accusations that you've you're involved with gerrymandering and that you have
00:01:19.500 abandoned your obligation to be impartial by this new group uh parading itself as citizens not
00:01:28.320 politicians now obviously they're presenting themselves as bipartisan disinterested citizens
00:01:34.560 but when you dig a little deeper it looks as if these attacks against you is a pretty conservative
00:01:40.560 political effort secretary of state good good afternoon to you um would you like to explain a little bit
00:01:46.300 more about precisely what's going on in ohio right now yeah good afternoon ben well as it turns out
00:01:52.200 the voters of ohio for now several years by large majorities have been putting republicans in charge of
00:01:58.580 things and what that means is that republicans have held the majority on the redistricting commission
00:02:04.040 that's existed in ohio for again for many many decades that draws the district lines by the way when we
00:02:09.860 passed district lines in this last decennial redistricting process they got unanimous bipartisan
00:02:16.080 support and were upheld of course by the courts as well but again that's not good enough for these
00:02:22.460 leftists that want to take control of the process so they have circulated a petition to put a
00:02:27.400 constitutional amendment on the ballot in ohio and they want to change the process to put well to put
00:02:33.180 what they call a citizen commission together you all know how this works though what it ends up being
00:02:38.580 is a bunch of unaccountable individuals and in many cases leftists that want to try to rig the maps
00:02:44.600 you favor democrats now one of my responsibilities as the ohio secretary of state is to draft the ballot
00:02:50.360 language and it's not so much that i have to be impartial it's that i have to be truthful i upheld my
00:02:55.960 oath on friday along with our ballot board when we voted on truthful language that tells the voters
00:03:01.740 what is in this 13 000 word amendment essentially requires the new commission if it passes to
00:03:09.820 gerrymander in to create a certain number of districts for the democrats again that's not how
00:03:15.340 this is supposed to work what we should do is draw competitive districts that keep communities together
00:03:20.260 that are compact and then let the voters decide we just simply are putting accurate language in front
00:03:25.180 of the voters so that they can make their decision and yes i use the word gerrymandering in there
00:03:29.660 because the oxford english dictionary definition of gerrymandering is when you manipulate political
00:03:35.160 districts to achieve a specific political outcome and in this case the political outcome they're looking
00:03:40.240 for is to draw a certain number of democratic districts a certain number of republican districts
00:03:44.720 and again i think the voters of ohio should know that well secretary of state it sounds to me very much
00:03:50.460 like what's going on there in ohio is pretty identical and we're going to be digging into this a little
00:03:55.760 later on the show with what's happening what's happening with the georgia election board as well
00:04:00.160 seems to me that that uniparty republicans and democrats are banding together because they simply don't like
00:04:07.660 the fact that people who are motivated by election integrity are starting to rise up the system and
00:04:16.120 represent the the the valid concerns of a huge number of americans and voters tell me something sir
00:04:22.500 because um ohio isn't um conventionally considered to be one of the six swing votes in in this election
00:04:29.520 cycle but it is pretty crucial nonetheless um i i gather uh you you and your team are digging down
00:04:36.780 on trying to do what uh three and a half months left trying to do something about the dirty voter rolls
00:04:43.700 tell me what you've been uncovered there yeah so you're right that ohio is not really considered a swing
00:04:50.860 state it's a it's a it's a trump state ohioans uh uh blue collar working class ohioans want to see
00:04:57.780 that america first policy agenda put into place and so even people that are maybe lifelong democrats
00:05:04.160 in say the mahoning valley area of ohio or places like toledo or where i grew up in akron are now voting
00:05:10.340 republican and that's because we've earned it but it is a state that can still be competitive and we've
00:05:14.940 got important races for the u.s senate my friend bernie moreno is running to defeat
00:05:19.240 a radical leftist named sherrod brown that will perhaps be the race that makes the difference in
00:05:24.740 taking back the senate majority and as you heard me talk about we're going to have a constitutional
00:05:29.340 amendment on the ballot that could change the way ohio draws district lines that could have a really
00:05:34.500 detrimental impact for many many years to come so here's what we do we take election integrity very
00:05:39.120 seriously we check ids we actually refer people for prosecution when we catch them breaking the law and
00:05:44.840 yes we maintain accurate voter rolls this is not a newfound interest i've been in this office now for
00:05:50.260 five years we remove dead voters on a monthly basis we remove non-citizens in fact we just announced
00:05:56.780 recently that another round we had been able to find over 500 non-citizens and remove them from the
00:06:03.480 voter rolls and we're going to refer them for prosecution in fact we already have referred them to prosecutors
00:06:08.360 so that they can be brought up on charges because again a law that's not uh enforced is not a law
00:06:14.020 it's a suggestion and the law is very clear that u.s elections are only for u.s citizens
00:06:18.620 what's going on here with the ohio supreme court is it going to make an intervention in this or is it
00:06:27.120 still under consideration or is it as an appeal to it yet to be made well everything ends up being
00:06:34.400 litigated it seems like these days in elections uh the left wants to try to make election law at the
00:06:39.140 courthouse instead of the state house that's not the right place to do it and uh so i anticipate that
00:06:44.400 the language that was written for the constitutional amendment will get uh challenged i've got uh
00:06:50.280 challenges right now in federal courts right now we've defended successfully ohio's voter id laws by
00:06:55.360 the way consider the hypocrisy of the democrats in chicago right now it takes an id to get into the
00:07:00.840 democratic convention and there are miles of walls but they've been telling us that ids and walls
00:07:05.400 are racist we know that that's not true they're simple smart techniques to protect the integrity of
00:07:11.000 your process and so yeah these could end up in the supreme court we'll fight them and i'm confident
00:07:15.760 we'll win just to go back to something you said uh maybe more or so ago on the the cleaning of the
00:07:22.980 the voter laws could you just tell me what some of those numbers are looking like so far
00:07:27.900 uh under your investigations yeah we've got eight million registered voters in the state of ohio
00:07:33.720 and uh so the the good news is that the incidence of non-citizens it's a small number it's hundreds out
00:07:40.860 of that uh eight million voter registration list but we take these seriously and when we find them
00:07:46.060 we remove them it's an unnecessarily complex process by the way because the federal government does not
00:07:51.880 cooperate with us as well as they should this is why chip roy's save act is so important and something
00:07:57.300 that they should pass early next year but we go through the process we do the data entry in the
00:08:02.680 most recent tranche we were able to remove like i said over 500 non-citizens from the voter rolls but
00:08:07.840 also many tens of thousands of inactive registrations that had just become vacant for the last few years
00:08:14.160 or had moved out of state voter list maintenance is like hygiene you've got to work on it every day
00:08:19.280 and in ohio that's exactly what we do and of course there's huge vested interests um all over the place
00:08:25.440 and not just in ohio to ensure to slow down uh the process of cleaning up voter rolls and that is
00:08:32.400 there are vested interests that would like to see that process not undertaken is there anywhere that
00:08:38.360 uh the war room posse or a high end specifically might go to to learn more about your constitutional
00:08:44.640 amendment or or to support what you're doing yeah right there on our website voteohio.gov you can find
00:08:50.820 all the information about the constitutional amendment of course i'm on all the social media
00:08:54.620 platforms just at frank larose and if you follow us on there you're going to see what really is an
00:09:00.140 example for other states to follow and our hope is that other states will follow our lead to make
00:09:04.700 sure that we keep our elections honest and that the voters get to decide not somebody else that's a
00:09:10.420 revolutionary idea frank larose secretary of state in the state of ohio thank you very much
00:09:15.440 for coming on the show today and i look forward to catching up with you again soon thank you ben
00:09:20.100 thank you well you know i think we're going to have um some of these themes that frank larose was just
00:09:27.160 mentioning they're going to be sort of rippling on right throughout the show today um we're going to
00:09:32.000 move on now to our next guest evan power who's the chair of the florida gop to talk about the
00:09:38.380 primaries which are taking place tomorrow evan uh good morning thanks for coming on the show today
00:09:44.400 uh obviously i think attention was directed towards congressman matt gates because kevin
00:09:49.600 mccarthy had been uh trying to have uh have him primary deselected much like what successfully
00:09:56.400 happened over in virginia to congressman bob good but uh sort of all accounts talking to you just
00:10:02.100 before we came on the show that's not going to be the case tomorrow uh and you're telling me
00:10:07.520 that congressman gates is is in a very comfortable position as of this moment um you know congressman
00:10:14.100 gates is a very popular figure in north florida and he's going to win in a comfortable margin and
00:10:18.300 i think people are getting out to vote and to send it back to washington because they know the good
00:10:22.360 work he's been doing for them in washington um tell me what some of the wider uh soundings that
00:10:29.200 you've heard are uh today uh running up into the primaries tomorrow evan what what what what are
00:10:35.200 people saying there more generally across these primaries people in florida are excited to get out
00:10:41.060 and vote they know the disaster that kamala harris will be so they're excited to vote in primaries
00:10:45.440 if you look at our we just passed a million voter advantage here in florida but in the primaries
00:10:50.460 our voters are turning out at much higher rate than ever before we have a seven percent voter
00:10:55.220 advantage in primary turnout and to put that in context at this point in the primary uh four uh two
00:11:00.880 years ago the democrats were up five four years ago they were up ten so we're doing extremely well
00:11:06.580 turning out voters here in florida well here's a question that i have to ask you and it's something
00:11:11.960 that's um that's obviously animating quite strongly the war room positive and this is the prospect
00:11:17.720 that um that that the voter integrity issue hasn't substantially uh been dealt with following 2020
00:11:25.200 and many of the powers who were involved in 2020 are still around and more than capable of trying the
00:11:32.020 same sort of maneuvers again in 2024 how satisfied are you sir that the voter rolls in florida are clean
00:11:39.860 enough to to prevent any um evil doing i'm really confident in the florida voter rolls our supervisors
00:11:47.240 have done a great job of cleaning up those rolls if you look at what's happened since 2022
00:11:51.740 about 700 000 democrats have become inactive to about 200 000 republicans and then we've added to our
00:11:59.160 total so that's how you get to our million advantage but there's a lot less people on our
00:12:03.120 voter roll right now which means that we have a much more secure process here in florida
00:12:06.620 that's great news is there anything else you can tell me um in the run-up to these primaries tomorrow
00:12:13.200 that you think the war in posse should be alert to and aware of well we have a lot of primaries out
00:12:19.240 there you know obviously we want everyone to get out and vote um we have a lot of school board races
00:12:23.400 and in florida that's been a big battleground so we need every republican to go turn out and vote
00:12:27.560 here in florida for the primary and vote for their republican team but we're doing extremely well
00:12:31.920 and we're excited about the enthusiasm we have and and i think it will carry over into the general
00:12:36.280 election in november great stuff tell me something what's the deadline for voting tomorrow uh 7 p.m
00:12:43.760 the polls close 7 p.m tomorrow night okay what time do polls open at 7 a.m so you get 12 hours
00:12:50.880 of opportunity okay um and where do people go if they if they want uh some more information on this
00:12:57.880 you know specifically i guess in the state of florida itself if you go to florida.gop you can
00:13:03.400 find out information about the republican party and then if you go to vote.gop you can find out about
00:13:07.760 your polling place okay evan power uh chairman of florida gop thank you very much indeed for coming
00:13:15.360 on the show today we'll catch up again with you soon god bless thanks for having me ben
00:13:19.240 okay cleata mitchell um now you're a lawyer who's been often in the news often uh linked to giving
00:13:28.560 informal soundings to to president trump um you've got some good news for us today about the uh the new
00:13:36.140 rules that are being passed by the georgia election board i think this is pretty much similar to the
00:13:41.140 movements that that frankly rose was just talking about a few moments or so ago in ohio um but can
00:13:47.520 you tell me this new rule um from what i gather it's an attempt to insist that that the three the
00:13:54.940 three headline figures of voters of votes um ballots cast all align um which would be great news i think
00:14:02.980 for anyone interested in election integrity absolutely there this is so important and we've been saying
00:14:10.800 you know this is basic kindergarten map that the number of voters who show up to vote or who turn
00:14:17.000 in ballots by mail or however they vote but the number of voters then must match the number of
00:14:23.360 ballots issued that'll take into account every kind of ballot whether it's in person by mail provisional
00:14:29.500 spoiled all of those matter all those need to be reconciled and that is what supports the number of
00:14:36.000 votes that are counted but and that is the georgia law but there's no implementation of that by the
00:14:42.580 159 counties in georgia so this election board rule was just adopted just a few minutes ago
00:14:49.540 and of course it just implements the state statute requires reconciliation just like the bank teller
00:14:56.720 or the grocery store clerk has to reconcile their cash store before they can leave for the day
00:15:01.160 this would have to be completed before certification so then when you're certifying when the board is
00:15:08.140 certifying the election results they're certifying to the accuracy of those election results now you
00:15:15.120 would think that that would be common sense and nobody could oppose it but you would be wrong because
00:15:21.340 mark elias all the left-wing groups all the uh the democracy groups the aclu the american bar association
00:15:29.680 and the chairman of the state election board in georgia who's appointed by brian kent he's against it
00:15:37.200 he spoke against it he voted no he voted with the one democrat so it was a three to two vote to adopt
00:15:43.460 this common sense rule and the chairman of the board voted no john fervier and it's really outrageous
00:15:49.500 but he always votes with the democrat always he waits to see if she votes no then he votes with her
00:15:55.920 to make it a three to vote uh and he only votes when she votes no so uh there are other rules changes
00:16:02.500 to try to make the election process in georgia conform to the state law to make sure that there
00:16:08.980 is transparency that the records of the elections are made available to the public as they're supposed
00:16:15.220 to be but have never been and this is how you keep voting machines from being abused and and and
00:16:23.060 from problem and been reprogrammed to add ballots or to add votes because if you have to have all of
00:16:30.420 these records you have to have all these procedures then you can try to protect the integrity of the
00:16:36.360 election clita what would happen um in the case that one or two of these three sets of headline figures
00:16:46.080 don't align what's what's the procedure what's the process well the procedure is that it's supposed to
00:16:52.220 be done at the precinct level and uh and what happens is that if they don't align then they have to
00:17:00.240 investigate and find out why it's just like if your cash store doesn't balance then you have to figure
00:17:06.440 out why doesn't it balance what is the problem in 2020 we know that there were 3 000 double scanned
00:17:14.220 ballots in fulton county well when you have a an election that's separated between trump and biden
00:17:20.660 of 11 779 votes double scanning 3 000 ballots is a big issue if they had done the reconciliation
00:17:29.840 required by law that would have been noted right then and there is is there a threshold here uh when
00:17:38.580 you say they need to do an investigation if the vote tally is out by by just pick a ridiculous example
00:17:45.940 but but to make the point if that if one of these figures is out by only one vote by what account of
00:17:51.640 one um and you say that there needs to be an investigation um does that mean that the count
00:17:58.180 um might not be decided that night um what are the the consequences of this what the statute provides
00:18:07.580 is that all the other precincts that do reconcile are sent on to the county and that precinct it's
00:18:15.720 you know like in the bible looking for the lost sheep there are not you know 10 sheep one is lost jesus
00:18:20.620 goes to look the shepherd goes to look for the lost sheep and if they cannot figure out what happened
00:18:26.740 that is then reported to the uh supervisor or the county attorney to be able to then say was there
00:18:35.000 a was there a problem is that a pattern is but you look into it and if it's just you can't figure out
00:18:43.380 what happened then there is the authority to just say we can't figure out why it's insignificant go ahead
00:18:50.760 and count the ballots go ahead and count the votes from that precinct but it doesn't allow you to just
00:18:56.300 ignore discrepancies and errors and there is data that shows by a group that came in after the election
00:19:04.760 2020 looked at every county in georgia and found county after county after county where the the
00:19:12.020 numbers just did not match and this the statute requires it but there's been no implementation and
00:19:20.600 now there will be but i promise you you know the new york times cnn msnbc pro publica they've all done
00:19:28.280 hit pieces against me against those of us in election integrity network who support these
00:19:33.880 common sense provisions in state after state to require these numbers to match they didn't match
00:19:41.920 in pennsylvania although the law requires it back in 2020 they didn't match in michigan they don't
00:19:48.080 match they didn't match in arizona we have to make these numbers match though in fact the count
00:19:54.240 has to be accurate we cannot expect people to trust these results if it's not accurate so that's what
00:20:03.440 this is about okay so um it sounds to me as you're explaining it that if there are discrepancies
00:20:10.260 they won't necessarily obstruct the process of deciding the election victory on the night but
00:20:18.340 they will need to be uh formally given a justification saying that this is what the discrepancies they have
00:20:25.740 to be officially noted and they can't be switched under the carpet uh clita you're a lawyer does this uh
00:20:31.640 official um recognition of the discrepancies will this um aid perhaps the possibility the opportunities
00:20:41.140 to further legal challenges down the road even after a result has been formally declared on the night
00:20:48.760 can this can these discrepancies as they are now going to be duly and officially noted
00:20:53.460 can they be uh grounds to take these things further in in the courts well two things in response first
00:21:02.200 of all everything you get on election night is an unofficial result there is an entire week uh that
00:21:08.860 goes on every state is slightly different in terms of how long it is before the unofficial results
00:21:14.120 are uh canvassed canvassing means going back and double recounting to make sure that everything
00:21:20.480 matches and then you know a week later or in some cases it's two weeks later then that is when the
00:21:27.000 certification takes place there's always a time period between the unofficial results that you that
00:21:32.740 we want to get on election night look at that's still only unofficial and certification doesn't take
00:21:38.520 place until after a period of time where all of these numbers are reviewed to make sure they match and
00:21:45.140 just remember the floor the georgia law requires it it just has been ignored and then but let me tell
00:21:51.300 you what i was one of president trump's volunteers volunteer attorneys in georgia after the 2020 election
00:21:57.100 and i can tell you that we brought an election contest after certification after the third recount
00:22:03.640 all the numbers were different every time they recounted the numbers were different we brought an
00:22:08.620 election contest we were able to show that there were more irregular votes that had been cast in
00:22:13.460 candidate included in the margin in the vote totals than the margin between president trump and joe biden
00:22:19.040 we never got a judge appointed to hear the case but the so people say well you know trump lost all
00:22:24.860 these uh legal battles well he didn't lose ours because there was no there was never a hearing at
00:22:29.020 our trial but the point is that it's very difficult to overturn an election it's very difficult to
00:22:36.160 challenge an election and so you have to have a that is a burden and of course what the left is saying
00:22:41.880 now is oh well just don't try to reconcile the numbers there are problems just do it after the
00:22:48.220 election after it's certified because they know it can't be done they do not want the numbers to match
00:22:54.280 they do not want to be able to document that the election was done correctly and i can't understand
00:23:00.240 why anybody would oppose these rules unless they wanted to have a process that was not transparent
00:23:06.700 where they could avoid following the law and that they didn't want to ensure accuracy in the results
00:23:12.220 so i'm just glad that the uh that the rule passed they'll probably the left-wing crazies will no doubt
00:23:19.000 file a lawsuit uh i'd like to see them not get a judge appointed for a period of time and just let the
00:23:25.460 clock run but unfortunately that only happens to us it doesn't happen to bet but we'll see what
00:23:30.760 happens but at the moment i'm very happy about that clita mitchell thanks very much for giving this
00:23:36.980 debriefing on on the georgia state election board uh this afternoon uh we look forward to catching you
00:23:43.940 back on the show uh of course thanks clita more to come great great catching up with you god bless
00:23:51.000 um joe hoff you i know have been one of the leading figures um in in the election integrity
00:24:00.120 it's something that you've you've covered uh quite a bit on the joe hoff show good afternoon to you
00:24:06.000 uh what what what you you heard that the previous guest you heard you heard what clita was saying
00:24:10.680 about the the georgia election board and what frank larose the secretary of state in ohio was saying
00:24:16.060 um about voter integrity heading heading up to 2024 do you have any first takes uh on what you've heard
00:24:23.440 on the show today that's great great information and it's great news and clita and her team have
00:24:29.660 been doing a great job that ein is really trying to tackle uh the election integrity along with some
00:24:35.380 other great groups out there since uh the 2020 election what i call the steal i wrote three books
00:24:40.100 about it and um and so there's other groups out there united sovereign americans are trying to go
00:24:45.580 through some lawfare to try to get these uh there are processes in place so that our elections are fair
00:24:50.680 and transparent as well as cause of america lindell's group slita's group our group which is state
00:24:56.740 2024 which i'm gonna talk about here in a moment and um all these other groups that are out there
00:25:01.640 true the vote so many people are working to make this place uh you know this this election better
00:25:06.500 unfortunately we've got a you know one hell of a task and um and then my background is in is in
00:25:13.540 corporate audit i worked for a fortune 500 firm did audits around the world two three hundred and
00:25:18.780 mentioned this time to offer some credibility to what i'm about to say here uh we believe that the
00:25:23.420 2020 election or 2024 election the way that we can possibly save it is through by protecting the
00:25:30.700 paper and i'm going to get into that but where where did i come up with this well uh after after
00:25:37.020 auditing basically the 2020 election what what hit me especially in my second book was that this election
00:25:42.620 never should have been certified and therefore it was stolen case by case by case we accepted basically
00:25:50.060 fraud wrongdoing shoddy work and and it's something that we would never do in the corporate world so i
00:25:56.220 worked and did finance i oversaw a billion dollar in financials at one time in my career i've done audits
00:26:01.900 around the world and i got to tell you when you are done and you're in a financial audit and you want
00:26:06.620 to make sure everything's clean you bring in the external auditor to sign off on it you provide them
00:26:12.220 everything they ask without exception internal auditors as well you give them everything every corporation has
00:26:19.180 the employees sign a code of conduct that says you will work with the auditors and give them everything
00:26:25.660 they want the top the board who i've dealt with many boards around the world want to know that these
00:26:31.740 numbers are perfect and that's what they why they rely on auditors to do this work problem in our elections
00:26:38.700 is they're so shoddy uh we would never certify them if it were a corporate audit
00:26:43.740 we'll be back in just a couple of minutes with joe hoft host of the joe hoft show stand by

00:34:44.380 done with that dot com and immerse yourself in information today all this nonsense all this spin
00:34:51.260 they can't handle the truth war room battleground with stephen k bannon
00:34:55.900 welcome back to the war room harnwell here at the helm um i'm here with joe hoft uh joe i'm looking at
00:35:06.780 this article that's up on joe hoft dot com right now because you've delineated a strategy which has
00:35:12.620 three principal pillars to it which is guard validate and reconcile the balance could you just expand a
00:35:20.460 little bit on on this strategy yeah thanks ben and and you know and and maybe expounding a bit
00:35:27.020 first on on my experience in the past doing audits around the world i was thinking about the other day
00:35:31.660 i was in i've done audits in communist china these people handed me gladly everything that i asked for
00:35:36.780 when i did the audit our elections right now are not certifiable because we can't get our hands on all
00:35:42.220 this information so hat tip to georgia to move forward and make sure that we can count at least all the
00:35:47.900 ballots before the before certifying elections and what we learned in 2020 is if you're not in first
00:35:53.420 you and when the accounting's done then good luck because uh the ports aren't there for us nor is the uh
00:36:00.300 uh this doj etc so this group of professionals i got together we we looked at this as a whole like
00:36:06.460 we would as an audit team and we said hey what are the processes in the election we came up with around
00:36:12.300 500 or so controls from these 13 or so you know key processes and determined that only a third are in
00:36:19.260 place so we're starting off behind the wheel this election process in the us is broken so then we
00:36:25.020 started looking at what are the things we can do one was voter rolls and by the way this individual
00:36:29.660 chris jerky with people's audit he's responsible in my opinion for cleaning up those voter rolls and
00:36:35.420 in florida working with a lot of local patriots across the board in multiple counties he forwarded them
00:36:41.500 reports that showed these individuals that shouldn't be in the voter rolls and they approached
00:36:45.900 their uh their supervisors of elections and got those removed so there's some great work around
00:36:51.900 the country he's doing other states as well right now and a hat tip to him so voter rolls is one way
00:36:57.500 i think uh harry harry and his team with the united sovereign americans and in challenging the
00:37:02.140 courts to ensure that our elections are free and fair he's doing that and we were okay what left can we
00:37:07.500 do and that that we landed on this we need to reconcile every single paper ballot that comes
00:37:12.620 into the into the system and and veneswellia just did this if you might recall ben in their recent
00:37:18.860 election of course the people that were standing up against the regime there made copies of all these
00:37:24.380 documents uh in their elections were able to obtain 80 of those copies and believe based on that alone
00:37:31.900 they won that election so this is in theory similar to what we're recommending here in the us and the
00:37:38.620 thing is are there elections there are one day and there's no mail in so they're all at various precincts
00:37:44.220 so we put together one report that says here's the things you can do with the local precinct and what you
00:37:49.180 should do on election day and here's the reconciliations you should perform and you can work those local
00:37:55.420 supervisors of elections and validate these numbers and so that everybody's happy when we're done
00:38:00.860 it's right and i think most supervisors of elections in america want to come to the same conclusion that
00:38:06.860 and whether who who wins is almost irrelevant is that the process is correct and that's the same
00:38:13.340 attitude i had in running a billion dollar block of business and finance i didn't care what the results
00:38:18.860 were so much as are they accurate that's that was my mandate overseeing those financials so that's what we
00:38:25.020 have to do here we put out another paper saying here's what we need to do at these vote by mail
00:38:31.580 centralized centers and there's various things we need to check there that are different than at the
00:38:36.780 precincts and as you recall they're coming in early we need to reconcile our numbers with the post office
00:38:42.060 we need to reconcile our numbers with the ballots that are coming in we need to get our hands around all
00:38:46.860 these now there's a hundred and eighty thousand people observers that are willing to help out we need
00:38:51.820 more we need people to love these areas and make sure that a single ballot is not entered into this
00:38:57.900 election that isn't legit in 2020 we saw vans pull up uh in detroit and early in the morning unloaded ballots
00:39:05.260 we had philadelphia locking us out of a room for three days while they manufactured ballots we had truck
00:39:11.260 drivers bringing ballots across from new york and pennsylvania everything was uh you know it was it was
00:39:17.340 it was a free for all and it never should have been certified and there isn't a there isn't a
00:39:22.140 professional auditor with integrity in this world that would have certified that election i tell you
00:39:26.860 proof of that is the fact that not one single big four firm stepped in and said we'd like to audit this
00:39:32.540 because they knew that the results were garbage and their and that entity would be threatened by this
00:39:38.620 regime from that day forward so all the big four firms stayed out we've got to do that ourselves it's up to
00:39:45.260 us and we can't count on anybody else we really can't count on the rnc they're they're congratulating
00:39:51.980 themselves for cleaning up voter rolls in in florida when i believe they had very little to do with that
00:39:58.140 they've got a good governor and good policies but the work in cleaning up the voter rolls was local patriots
00:40:04.860 working with the the people's audit who sent them documents that said these names are not correct and we
00:40:10.380 could tell that because their names didn't match the postal records which we know were maintained and
00:40:16.860 up to date every day so that's the kind of smart stuff we need to do we need to reconcile everything
00:40:23.420 and not let anything enter this election that's not legit and when we're done those ballots need to match
00:40:29.980 the total total counts and and uh clita mentioned this before me and she's right and that you know we'd be
00:40:36.140 i've actually reached out to their team they're interested in talking to us about the work that
00:40:40.620 we're doing so is uh cause for america so are other groups we need to get together and do this together
00:40:46.780 and we can win but i'm telling you the task is high because who's words of all the controls that should be
00:40:54.220 in place in u.s elections are not there because of this whacked out system that we've slowly accepted over
00:41:00.940 time like the the boiling of the water with a frog in it you know it's it's getting hot now
00:41:08.300 i just want to underline for the war room posse joe that your um your advice your counsel here on this
00:41:16.300 strategy is built upon your your professional advice then as an auditor um about about making
00:41:23.420 sure the importance of making sure that that all these things tie up that that uh that article that
00:41:29.100 that i mentioned that i repeat that's on that's on your website joehoff.com um sort of pushing the
00:41:36.060 the three pillars of guard validate um and reconcile has that that that sort of that strategy is what
00:41:43.180 has been institutionalized if i might use put it that way within the the wider fate 2024 project
00:41:51.900 that's right and then we agree with this our our effort now is to really push this out work with some
00:41:56.700 other groups for example true the votes said they have a mechanism built in place where they can get
00:42:01.580 data going back and forth with these local precincts and individual we could utilize that we could there's
00:42:07.020 a lot of work that we can all do together to save this election it's more than just signing up new voters
00:42:12.300 we've got to stop the steel the steel is the fact that they're certifying garbage that never should have
00:42:18.460 been certified ever and we can't let them do that again we we're all for uh you know if they win
00:42:24.780 legitimately okay we move on but we're not going to do this thing again where they're just going to
00:42:29.420 certify a bunch a pile of garbage it's not it's that's not the american way we shouldn't accept that
00:42:35.260 and quite frankly that's why we're doing this okay that's um that's pretty impressive and inspiring job
00:42:43.420 just uh you mentioned your three books again um before you go would you just kind of just run through
00:42:49.420 them uh where folks can get hold of them a bit more about fate 2024 about uh if they want to to
00:42:57.180 go to the website a bit back joehoff.com so many things you're you're involved with right now yeah
00:43:03.420 yeah thanks ben as you know i've been a contributor to the gaily pundit for years with my twin brother
00:43:07.660 jim and uh you know and so you can see some of my articles there i also have a website now joehoff.com
00:43:13.660 where i share articles as well as my uh my shows that are on the uh lindell uh tv frank speech along
00:43:21.100 with uh along with the band steve bannon in the war room and then i also and we have this website
00:43:27.020 set up it's called fate 2024 where you can go direct to get some of this information related to
00:43:32.140 the 2024 election we encourage you to go there see we've even built templates that you can grab and use
00:43:37.980 uh for reconciling items in this upcoming election so that's what we're trying to provide and push to
00:43:44.380 the american people to save this next election
00:43:49.740 joe hoff um thanks very much for coming on the show we will have a we'll push out your uh your
00:43:55.580 social media stuff and the references that we mentioned on our own warren.org website uh great
00:44:01.500 to have you back on the show soon i hope uh to brief us all on on the progress the important
00:44:06.700 progress that you're making thanks very much god bless thanks thanks so much ben take care
00:44:10.700 thank thanks joe um okay so quickly because we don't have a we're moving towards accelerating towards
00:44:18.460 the end of this hour uh let's bring on now josh hammer the leading uh opinion editor at newsweek
00:44:26.700 magazine uh josh good afternoon to you there's some big news out today from dc um obviously caught my
00:44:35.740 eye straight away considering how successfully the democrats when donald trump was was president that
00:44:43.180 how they blocked two years basically of his legislative agenda with their uh their inquiries and their
00:44:49.980 their impeachment uh proceeds um it now appears not that joe biden has two years of a legislative agenda
00:45:01.420 left but it now appears that the republicans might be in a position if they wanted to to uh to do the
00:45:08.540 same thing back uh to joe biden what came out of congress this morning well ben always great to join you
00:45:16.940 so congress has now formally and by congress i mean house republicans have formally concluded
00:45:23.820 after their congressman jim comer inquiry he comer of course being the oversight committee chair from
00:45:29.820 kentucky and the republicans on house oversight had had this committee that was looking into the
00:45:35.100 possible filing of impeachment articles against president joe biden so their their conclusion which
00:45:40.220 which is brand new as of earlier today is that joe biden did commit impeachable offenses over the
00:45:46.380 course of his career involving his son hunter biden using his influence especially going back when he
00:45:52.060 was vice president to barack obama when it comes to hunter biden's involvement with barisma and his
00:45:57.500 various other overseas dealings especially in romania and china which by the way is actually
00:46:02.380 very relevant for present purposes given given the fact that hunter biden's second federal trial his
00:46:07.660 tax trial is going to get started here in just the next three to four weeks or so out in california
00:46:13.100 and the special counsel in that particular case david weiss actually just introduced in that trial
00:46:19.100 proceeding last week the fact that he is planning to introduce his evidence hunter biden taking money
00:46:25.180 from a romanian oligarch and then simultaneously you had a report last week that apparently when
00:46:29.980 joe biden was vice president hunter biden was was urging people at the u.s state department to get
00:46:36.060 barisma the ukrainian company a contract in italy and this was happening literally when joe biden was
00:46:42.380 vice president so you know connecting the dots here that's basically what this report from congressman
00:46:46.860 comer and house oversight republicans did and they conclude that joe biden did commit did commit
00:46:51.340 impeachable offenses now i do have to give my own two cents on this ben which is the fact that
00:46:56.220 this is kind of classic republican party tactics right and i don't say that necessarily in a good
00:47:01.740 way i i'm obviously very conservative guy but i'm never afraid to criticize my own party when i feel
00:47:05.820 they deserve it i mean this is what republicans do time and time and time again they have something
00:47:10.860 that is potentially catchy and now they're going to release this report conclusion after the democrats
00:47:16.220 have already cooed out joe biden for kamala harris they're going to release this and this conclusion
00:47:20.780 during the midst of the august recess when joe biden is is a total aftermath i mean where was this
00:47:26.380 report like a month or two ago so i i mean the timing is is is suspect at best but the the conclusion
00:47:33.580 seems correct to me so you know i guess if nothing else i'm happy that that the conclusion is out there
00:47:38.140 but this this unfortunately ben is just the house republican establishment doing what they do worse which
00:47:43.820 is just totally botching the timing on this whole ordeal well there's a reason a very good reason why uh
00:47:51.020 on uh on my getter feed mike johnson speaker johnson is called uh speaker no johnson because at every
00:48:00.060 single opportunity he seems to be uh enthusiastic to confirm he doesn't have one um so the um so the
00:48:09.260 the report comes out today and the headline quote is of course impeachable conduct uh and yet now all
00:48:16.220 eyes are looking on uh on republican house leadership as you as you were suggesting um to see what the
00:48:22.620 next steps are some people are suggesting josh um that speaker johnson isn't going to want isn't going to
00:48:30.540 support and actually an impeachment uh against joe biden in the remained the remaining months of this
00:48:37.260 congress that would somewhat tie in to what you were suggesting as to why drop it now in the middle
00:48:42.460 of august right perhaps they want to score a couple of points perhaps they want to try and stay somewhat
00:48:48.380 to the new cycle as the democrats are just about uh starting their week-long um convention in chicago
00:48:55.820 perhaps that's what you know that that's what that's really the the focus between now so it's just
00:49:02.220 just kind of hijacked the democrats news cycle for a couple days rather than do anything substantial
00:49:09.820 about uh the biden presidency which would confirm every criticism the war room posse would have
00:49:16.860 about uh house leadership but it is totally and only and uniquely performative
00:49:23.740 yeah i mean this has all the optics ben of a classic you know friday late afternoon early evening
00:49:29.580 bury the lead sort of news dump i mean every so often when you see an administration that is trying
00:49:33.420 to make sure that no one talks about a news story they they will slip it to a media source or issue
00:49:37.900 a formal press release at like 6 7 pm on a friday late afternoon this this very much feels like that
00:49:44.700 look my my own speculation it is only that is speculation i i think that that the republican party
00:49:51.420 at an institutional level is embarrassed is actually embarrassed by their grassroots supporters
00:49:57.340 and activists desire to see justice happen to the biden crime family i think that that the house
00:50:02.940 and senate republican establishment the the rnc basically the whole apparatus
00:50:08.380 not only do they not care to actually get justice for hunter biden for joe biden for for all this
00:50:14.780 influence peddling they positively want to kick it to the curb and and never see it anymore they'd rather
00:50:20.860 talk about you know their grand old issues when it comes to cutting cutting corporate taxes and you know
00:50:26.620 neoliberal free trade and neoconservative boondoggles overseas in in russia or afghanistan places like
00:50:33.820 that i mean they have their priorities unfortunately those priorities are not the priorities of the
00:50:38.140 actual republican voters of conservative activists across the country here and i think that that that's
00:50:43.180 seeing some sort of justice for the biden crime family for both joe biden and the presidential
00:50:47.740 prodigal son hunter biden i think that very much fits into that huge huge chasm between the actual
00:50:53.500 institutional party and the party supporters throughout the base it says it says something to me josh that
00:51:00.940 the democrats led by nancy pelosi then speaker uh led an important impeachment against donald trump on
00:51:08.780 the basis of a phone call uh that donald trump always famously called a perfect phone call with of all
00:51:14.700 people um vladimir zelensky of um of ukraine the the impeachable material that the house gop has
00:51:24.780 identified with regards to the biden family however is somewhat more substantial than a telephone call
00:51:30.860 it's citing um that they traced 27 million dollars in payments to biden family members and their
00:51:39.100 associates from foreign entities based off the back that at that time joe biden was vice president of
00:51:44.860 the united states this would seem to be uh really what the democrats didn't have when they impeached
00:51:51.660 donald trump which is genuinely valid impeach of impeach worthy material the question look you you in a
00:51:58.700 minute the closing minutes are on of this chat josh um it seems to me that um that the democrats produced far
00:52:08.940 more numbers to impeach donald trump than what uh the republicans are if they are to move forward with
00:52:15.660 impeaching um joe biden and that says a lot of itself right um why just just look in in 30 seconds can
00:52:25.180 you tell me why are some commentators saying that mike johnson doesn't have the numbers for an
00:52:30.700 impeachment when technically he ought to do well look republicans have a very narrow margin in the
00:52:36.540 house and i don't think it's i don't think it's breaking much news ban to say that not every republican
00:52:41.180 there in the house you know has the spine or has the fortitude of of a chip roy or matt gates someone
00:52:47.500 like that i mean you you have a lot of weak-kneed republicans i think would be an understatement i
00:52:51.900 mean that's something of an evergreen statement as well if i may say so but you're totally right
00:52:56.540 when it comes to hunter biden trying to get this contract for burisma trying to pressure u.s state
00:53:00.860 department for it which we learned just a week or two ago back when joe biden was vice president
00:53:05.180 the romanian oligarch payoff which is going to be introduced at trial in california in a few weeks
00:53:09.660 i mean this to say that this is more serious than the four and a half five page transcript of a phone
00:53:15.420 call between trump and zelensky 2019 i mean it's not even a comparison it's literally not even
00:53:20.700 a comparison unfortunately you know as is often the case the democratic party is playing chess
00:53:25.420 while republicans are simply playing checkers josh hammer thanks so much stupendous analysis
