00:04:38.400 we've been able to clean up uh four million names from the rolls in just the last uh year year and a half

00:04:46.120 two years and uh we have new litigation now over cleaning up the rolls further in California

00:04:53.300 cleaning them up in Illinois uh I suspect we're going to sue soon in Oregon so you know you just

00:05:00.420 can't be mailing out ballots to dirty lists right and kind of that's the real basis for the law uh

00:05:13.400 bounds in terms of the rule of law as well which specifically is counting ballots that arrive after

00:05:20.540 election day now federal federal law sets an election day but in 18 19 states count ballots

00:05:28.760 for days and weeks after election day so we have litigation in that regard we just sued

00:05:32.980 where we're just before the fifth circuit court of appeals over our lawsuit in Mississippi they count

00:05:38.080 ballots that arrive for up to five days after election day so we should get a ruling on that any day

00:05:42.920 up in Illinois they count ballots that arrive for up to two weeks after election day and not only is it
