00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing
00:00:11.340 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the
00:00:18.340 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just
00:00:24.240 like in georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and
00:00:29.000 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the
00:00:33.420 fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your
00:00:40.440 host stephen k bannon first day 17th of october annua dormini 2024 harman at the helm filling in
00:00:52.520 for steve bannon welcome to battleground um it's got a few uh recaps to go through today
00:01:00.940 about north carolina um and also tennessee let's start with steve stern who's doing incredible work
00:01:09.800 to get out the vote steve we'll go on to the show good evening to you and tell me um you had a million
00:01:17.020 people on your election security phone call last night that's incredible well here's the big thing
00:01:24.660 we had it last week also and we had over a million people on it we haven't got all the results yet
00:01:29.720 today because we have 80 podcasters doing it how did all this happen about five months ago when i was
00:01:35.780 on steve's program you know he put it on getter and he put it on rumble and i didn't even think
00:01:41.820 about that and you need steve bannon to let you know what to do so he said well look we need to get
00:01:46.860 podcasters and everybody on it so we got 82 podcasters had it on live and one of the most
00:01:52.420 important things that came out yesterday and while we were doing this my co-host rosdy ajami was on it
00:01:57.920 because i got called to do a bill o'reilly interview which was unbelievable because i was
00:02:02.840 really nervous you know bill is quite an interviewer and we did a thing on election integrity
00:02:07.100 and that coincided with our call so one of the most important things that came out there last
00:02:12.660 yesterday was greg stenstrom one of the most important people on election integrity he has
00:02:17.880 a lawsuit that's going out and it's being blocked by the supreme court because they don't want the
00:02:23.160 news coming out we have another one that we were told about for michelle swinnick from savemyfreedom.com
00:02:29.480 go to savemyfreedom.com you can see it it's being done today in arizona very important if you want
00:02:35.340 to get an election security call for next time it's going to be october 30th uh go to my email
00:02:41.020 stern tempted for gmail.com or go to stern american news.com to get on it we're going to have try to
00:02:47.620 have two million people on october 30th we're going to bring you the top people in the country i'm going
00:02:52.960 to have a special guest on i can't tell you who it is because we don't want the democrats trying to
00:02:57.900 come in on it but it will be very very special and we also have marine bannon uh talking about some
00:03:04.140 things to get people involved so the enthusiasm is unbelievable because north carolina starts its
00:03:09.480 election uh process today um early voting but one of my pr people jules wartman called me just before
00:03:17.000 the show she's in tennessee in henderson mill she was online in early voting never have we seen lines
00:03:23.560 for early voting we have lines for uh same day voting but never for that so this is so important
00:03:29.360 because the enthusiasm for the president donald trump who you see in the background is so great
00:03:34.720 but we have one little problem i want everybody who's going to vote to make sure they go to the
00:03:39.120 republican party website to see who they recommend to vote because we're finding out a lot of people
00:03:44.300 are voting for three or four people and not voting for everybody they don't know who to vote for
00:03:49.000 they're also making mistakes in some places making x's instead of circles so we need to make sure
00:03:55.220 that you know how you vote please don't just go online and get the vote and make mistakes
00:04:00.640 take the time to look at this thing so lots is happening there's a lot of enthusiasm for the first
00:04:06.040 time uh we had bill mcginley on who you have on all the time he talked about getting people involved
00:04:11.400 in um trump 47.com trump 47 trump force 47.com one of the most important things that we could do
00:04:21.580 is getting involved and the most important thing is to become a poll watcher and poll worker
00:04:25.380 which i am you can see this right here i'm the vice chair of broward county so if you want to be a
00:04:31.420 poll watcher and poll worker and the great news is go to protectthevote.com i know a lot of people
00:04:36.920 have come on about it and they we know we got 200 000 poll watchers and poll workers that's double what
00:04:42.920 we had last time so all this stuff with you know we have so many people want to vote we want you to
00:04:48.760 come on next time to our election security meeting because we're going to tell you about
00:04:52.020 the illegals voting how we're getting them off we're going to tell you about all the ways the
00:04:56.660 left the cheating so we could get people to watch for it and one of the most important things that i
00:05:01.600 would say is get an app that's going to help you and that's been on a lot of times um
00:05:07.560 you see that there votify not.org you can report any malfunctions that's going on and the most
00:05:15.780 important thing today you know how i promoted steve bannon and i love him i mean there he is
00:05:21.180 the one that taught me everything let's get his shirt stanwoodbannon.com go to stanwoodbannon.com
00:05:27.380 he's coming out of jail in a couple weeks he's going to be our most important force multiplier of
00:05:32.640 anything like that so again everything is happening great i don't want to take up the time because we
00:05:37.280 got a lot of people but action action action get out the vote it's fantastic i feel great first time
00:05:43.660 in history that i feel like people are really getting up and they understand what's happening
00:05:47.480 to this country so let's do it go to s stern 10 54 gmail get involved i'll give you all your
00:05:53.620 information thanks for having me on
00:05:55.500 steve stern you're doing incredible work i just want to say for the war in posse um if you're looking
00:06:04.140 at the mainstream media if you're looking at the the broadsheets like the new york times or have you
00:06:08.100 the washington post or you're checking in occasionally to cable news they're gonna there they are
00:06:13.280 already pushing this heavy narrative that carmala harris is ahead in the polls and the only
00:06:19.280 professional pollster that i give any time to these days is rasmussen reports they're not running that
00:06:24.600 story the reason steve stern i'm just pointing this out for the benefit of the war in posse before
00:06:30.120 coming on air a couple of hours ago today i checked polymarket the the world's largest betting site
00:06:36.400 which i check every day um yesterday you uh the posse might remember i flagged up the fact that for
00:06:43.380 the first time in this campaign donald trump was 20 points ahead of carmala harris that's risen today
00:06:49.800 over the last 24 hours probably following carmala's uh interview with phone news um it's jumped that
00:06:57.160 from 20 points to 25 points this is the betting market folks this is people putting their own money
00:07:02.920 down on make making bets does it mean everyone who's betting saying donald trump is going to win
00:07:07.800 um they want him to win does it mean that they're going to vote for him it means that they think he's
00:07:11.820 going to win um that is the underlying reality right across the country um and the mainstream media the
00:07:18.540 official sources of information do not want you to know this uh so steve stern what you're doing here
00:07:24.560 is absolutely essential that that those intentions to uh to vote must materialize every magra vote
00:07:32.500 must be cast and it must be counted uh just once again that social media uh where do people go to
00:07:38.020 to stay in touch with this vital work that you're doing so i think it's important that anybody that's
00:07:44.600 listening from philadelphia get in touch with me this is going to be the central point of where they're
00:07:49.220 going to kind of treat and i cannot get a hold of people in pensive in philadelphia to call back and
00:07:55.740 let us know what's happening in philadelphia so if anybody's listening so go to estern 1054 gmail.com
00:08:01.940 i got to tell you that in all the elections that i've gone i'm 83 years old i have never seen the
00:08:07.400 enthusiasm for a president like donald trump that ever before he is surging in the polls he's surging in
00:08:14.460 people that want to vote he's surging everywhere now we all see how kamala harris that was the
00:08:19.660 biggest mistake she ever made going on fox and that's a great thing that happened to us and
00:08:25.220 president trump's got to capitalize on that get everywhere and start talking about it and get
00:08:30.240 people involved ask him to get more people involved because we need to see how these people are going
00:08:35.220 to cheat because he can win the election like he did in 2020 and lose because they're going to bring
00:08:40.580 in all these votes so we the republican party is working harder than ever before christina norton
00:08:46.040 is doing a fantastic job laura trump everybody's working hard but we need more communication
00:08:51.460 because we got to find out what's going on thank you very much for having me on i'm glad to come on
00:08:55.960 again as soon as you need me steve steve god bless you many thanks for all the work that you're doing
00:09:01.500 central work that you're doing god bless catch up again with you soon well british prime minister
00:09:07.100 of the 19th century benjamin disraeli said there are lies damned lies and statistics
00:09:13.900 um in that order of deception mark paletta i'm trying to get a grasp here of what's going on with
00:09:21.520 regards to crime in the united states donald trump says it's going through the roof the national crime
00:09:26.800 victimization survey the ncvs suggests that the crime is actually up by some 29.1 percent and yet
00:09:36.200 the official results coming out from the doj that their bureau of statistics they've revised their
00:09:42.620 figures upwards but they suppressed it they gave it a burial what's going on here is crime under this
00:09:48.460 present administration going through the roof good evening thanks for having me on what a great job
00:09:55.000 steve is doing uh you know warms my heart to see what they're what he's doing and the posse's doing
00:10:00.460 in that regard uh this is an incredible outrageous story that you're you're touching on uh the fbi
00:10:06.780 is just corrupt in terms of they are all in uh to put out bad numbers uh to to support the biden
00:10:13.660 narrative that crime is down they released these numbers ben in september i think september 23rd
00:10:20.120 of this year saying that crime was down in the united states by 2.1 percent right and of course like
00:10:26.840 clockwork all these articles on on crime being down you remember in the debate president trump said it
00:10:32.660 was up and the uh the abc fact checker or the the uh the uh so-called fact checker uh to try to tell
00:10:38.100 him no no it's down and and what you what we've just seen is that the fbi quietly stealthily whatever
00:10:45.100 you want to call it updated their numbers uh last week to show that or maybe earlier this week to show
00:10:51.700 that it actually risen uh a swing of six points so at four point five percent now that's on just the
00:10:57.840 reported crime okay so and just in terms of context this never happens i think from 2004 to 2015
00:11:05.120 there was never a single change in the the numbers that were reported and from i think 16 to 20
00:11:11.360 it was like less than one percent change when they finalized the numbers this is a six point swing
00:11:17.300 that happened during the biden administration in terms of the numbers being reported okay that's
00:11:21.940 number one number two that's just reported crime okay as you know people are fed up they get robbed
00:11:27.700 they get uh you know assaulted they don't report it to the to the police because the police aren't going to
00:11:32.660 do anything right so i think it's something like only 45 of violent crimes are are reported to the
00:11:39.680 police i think 30 of property crimes right so just think about that in terms of the number of crimes
00:11:45.020 you mentioned that it was up 29 so there's this survey where the bureau of justice statistics part
00:11:51.360 of the department of justice not the fbi surveys 245 240 000 citizens about their experience with
00:11:59.180 crime okay so you get the man on the street if you will not the fbi numbers and they show as you
00:12:05.440 just pointed out a 29 increase in 2022 under the biden administration and a 55 increase during the
00:12:13.520 biden years so yes to answer your question crime is out of control and here's the thing the american
00:12:19.380 people know it right and what's happening is you see the fbi all in to try and make this false
00:12:25.480 narrative right false narrative that that crime is down and then you have in this great it's a great
00:12:31.760 piece by john la that was on real clear investigations who did this stuff he's a great sort of crime
00:12:36.360 statistics guy right you have the end they have an npr story where it has these reporters saying
00:12:41.000 yeah people think crime is up and they're completely wrong because we we try and tell
00:12:45.800 them and i show them the statistics to show them it's down so it's the gaslighting of the media that
00:12:50.060 just lies to the american people everyone they even say baltimore has a perception of a crime problem
00:12:55.980 right no baltimore has a crime problem a serious crime problem and so that's what's going on so my
00:13:01.060 view ben day one when president trump wins you fire the fbi director you fire the leadership
00:13:06.520 and you do an investigation into this exact issue right because some of the some of the issues i
00:13:11.400 think as president trump pointed out cities are not reporting their crime data right and the question
00:13:16.420 is is that an agreement what's going on there so the fbi numbers could look better right so i think this
00:13:21.660 whole thing needs to be exposed and the fbi needs to be brought under the control of the political
00:13:27.620 leadership of the department of justice so that they work for the american people when president trump is
00:13:33.220 elected many interesting things just now in this analysis but one thing i want to pick up on is is
00:13:41.480 the mainstream media um mainstream media enemy of the people here as donald trump has said and
00:13:50.060 been pillared to saying he's repeated it but he's absolutely right the mainstream media here are burying
00:13:56.200 and suppressing this and as you say there's a in baltimore if there's considered to be a perception
00:14:02.920 of crime problem that is you use the word it's gaslighting it's to tell people um that the crime
00:14:09.880 they are experiencing that their friends and families are experiencing on the streets does not
00:14:15.360 exist even when it's showing through in the official statistics is that you you see here like you never
00:14:21.380 see any like more than you see anywhere else the relationship between the mainstream media and
00:14:25.980 the democratic party it's a complex that that binds those two organizations together they are not two
00:14:32.660 separate organizations the job of the mainstream media is to keep you uninformed about what you
00:14:37.880 don't know and misinformed about what you do know and we see that i think on these statistics just tell
00:14:43.320 me something you said um and i know you you i read it you wrote an article back in july about this um
00:14:50.800 you said that donald trump should take executive control operational control excuse me to use your
00:14:57.180 precise words he should take operational control of the doj on on day one just just tell the woman
00:15:03.240 posse exactly what that means because a lot of people will be scratching their heads about this
00:15:07.720 and say well hang on he's the president right he's in charge of the federal government how is this not
00:15:12.720 the case um already and i know you're going to start off with saying well actually it is the case
00:15:16.580 already but just say what say what say what this expound on on this article uh what does this mean
00:15:23.600 that he should take operational control sure operational control means that the president
00:15:29.560 as you said is the head of the executive branch the department of justice is part of the executive
00:15:33.800 branch and the fbi is part of the executive branch they actually are part of the the department of
00:15:39.080 justice and what it means is there's been this narrative created by the left so you have this
00:15:43.400 kind of independent agency that is off limits to the president right the department of justice and
00:15:48.580 then they go do all these these things that they want to do that are not
00:15:51.720 kind of pursuing the president's agenda and they do things to go investigate the president right and
00:15:56.920 spy on the president and do all these terrible things so it's this deep state agency the department
00:16:01.980 of justice even worse the fbi okay unaccountable to basically nobody all right and the president needs
00:16:09.600 to say and i and i you know when he gets elected day one the department of justice works for me
00:16:16.100 and the and the fbi and what i pointed out in my article ben is that presidents in the past have
00:16:23.180 directed specific prosecutions you had uh or you know you had uh president bush 41 directing the
00:16:29.100 prosecution of the la police officers in the rodney king incident you had uh president reagan ordering
00:16:35.860 the dropping of a criminal investigation prosecution of british airways back in 1984 because he thought of
00:16:42.220 the politics of it he he thought it was hurting america so he ordered the department of justice
00:16:46.760 to drop that investigation so my point is is that the president right should be very involved with what
00:16:52.240 the department of justice does that's our system right so all of these things including what we're
00:16:56.940 talking about right here this department these crime statistics something is rotten at the fbi that
00:17:02.740 has these numbers coming out like this and being released in this way in my view election interference
00:17:08.460 right to run this narrative so you know what the president says i want this investigated i want to
00:17:13.240 see what the fbi was doing i want to see what you know how they were gathering their numbers who they were
00:17:17.680 talking to i want to look at the fbi storming people's homes who were you know abortion uh protesters
00:17:25.380 and and and looking into those things i want the the fbi the department of justice to look into
00:17:31.040 right crossfire hurricane what happened there lots of unanswered questions they are not an independent
00:17:36.720 agency even more so the fbi is not an independent agency that's why you know you have this term for
00:17:42.320 the fbi director of i think it's 10 years right that person serves at the pleasure of the president
00:17:47.080 of the united states regardless of what congress puts in terms of its its statutory um you know uh
00:17:53.140 construct he should fire chris gray on day one the doubt of the fbi serves at the pleasure of the
00:18:00.180 president as does the attorney general himself uh the interesting thing in your article i i think uh you know
00:18:05.840 we need to get this up on social media so that people can reread this i mean that you actually
00:18:09.740 say right back at the beginning of the republic presidents washington adams jefferson they all
00:18:16.920 sort of overtly directed the what the embryonic department of justice whatever it was called back in those
00:18:23.360 days both to uh to to move forward with prosecutions and also to to stop them you mentioned in the
00:18:30.300 whiskey rebellion in the case of washington himself i also want to add that in the uk um and obviously i
00:18:37.500 think a lot of what america did and created was mirrored in some degree on on british on english
00:18:44.540 norms english common law um in the uk if you are prosecuted for a crime in the uk you are prosecuted
00:18:50.660 not by the government it's by the crown it is the crown uh which is the king or the queen you are
00:18:56.500 prosecuted in the name of the crown um and he uh obviously these days these things have been
00:19:02.280 formalized within systems and the monarch doesn't sit there on the throne saying no i think we'll
00:19:07.140 prosecute him today um but but but that is the origin of the power that the ultimate prosecutorial
00:19:12.260 prosecutorial authorities was with the head of state and and it seems obvious i think that when the
00:19:18.800 american founding fathers were designing their constitution and their system that they would
00:19:23.840 imitate that and that's exactly what they did do um okay so so that's what you want you want a president
00:19:30.320 that exerts his operational control over all of these wayward um federal agencies um and also
00:19:40.000 presumably as you said like crossfire hurricane you know to actually have some proper prosecutions
00:19:45.180 um on day one why are the left trying to change history on this to try and change the perception
00:19:52.900 perception uh of what the constitute constitution is you know what ben it's called the deep when we say
00:20:00.640 the deep state it's the administrative state it's a group you know i've been here i'm starting to feel
00:20:05.220 like an old timer since 1984 okay uh the the and it's real the bureaucracy thinks of themselves as the
00:20:12.580 real permanent government right and they're all you know lots of them are left of center a great majority
00:20:18.700 90 okay so they want to pursue their agenda so they want to go after companies they want to go after
00:20:24.180 energy companies they want to go after you know and and create remember you have these laws and this
00:20:29.240 is you know you you have laws and then they want to stretch those laws to go after you and to prosecute
00:20:34.080 you on the things that they think are important they don't want to listen to the president
00:20:37.780 of the united states and particularly when it's a conservative president right you know it syncs up with
00:20:43.960 the the the biden administration right they want to go after all of this dei stuff all of this you
00:20:48.900 know this crazy stuff uh forcing schools to have transgender people play play on on women's sports and
00:20:56.140 things like that right those are things that the president of the united states on day one could come in
00:21:00.660 right and say this is what we're doing i'm giving you orders as to what you're going to look at
00:21:06.160 you know violent crime right get getting back to violent crime getting back to deporting
00:21:12.080 right illegal aliens all the violent criminals right that are in the united states president trump
00:21:18.540 as president has every right a constitutional right to tell the department of justice drop all of these
00:21:24.980 investigations over here okay we're going to look at you know the the the assault on parents
00:21:31.420 standing up for their children in school boards and being investigated by the fbi okay we're going
00:21:36.500 to do an investigation into that how did that happen mark but it's a horrifying concept that
00:21:43.100 the federal government might actually be mandated by the president to do what taxpayers actually want
00:21:48.560 them to do um look we've got three minutes um just let's hit something else that came up um yesterday
00:21:54.700 and i know because i know you have views on this the harris uh campaign has announced this opportunity
00:22:00.460 agenda for black men i quickly want to ask you about this before you go um and that's basically
00:22:05.500 an attempt i think to bribe the electorate i think this is latin american style bribing the electric
00:22:10.420 but the but formally the idea is to give one million twenty thousand dollar loans to black
00:22:16.380 entrepreneurs um my question to you you're an expert on the constitution how is this constitutional
00:22:22.100 and and thank god for the supreme court right this great supreme court who would strike that down
00:22:29.460 in my opinion in a in a heartbeat it's just again it she's desperate she's doing terrible she's doing
00:22:35.200 terrible in the black community in the hispanic community historically she's bottoming out in my
00:22:40.560 view and this is a desperate attempt it's a million it's it's it's a million forgivable loans
00:22:45.880 right uh to to black men and it's just such pandering and so condescending uh she also wants to
00:22:53.880 actually stop employers at a national level from looking at the criminal records of a job applicant
00:23:00.340 okay that's this is in this package too again you know whether you're black or white an employer
00:23:04.660 should be able to know who am i hiring and what their record is right so so there's a lot of blue
00:23:09.960 states that have those types of law i think there's like 13 of them in all the left-wing uh states she
00:23:14.900 wants to nationalize that right she wants to again this is her pitch to black men she wants to
00:23:21.280 decriminalize marijuana this is in her proposal right and to help black men get into the marijuana
00:23:27.340 industry uh it's just the racial pandering and dividing people up by race and color is just
00:23:35.860 is unconstitutional it's just despicable and i always point people to justice thomas my hero
00:23:41.580 our greatest justice uh you know in our nation's history who wrote an incredible i i urge the posse to
00:23:47.700 read his his concurrence and that harvard case uh you know that lays out why this is always this
00:23:54.620 always ends bad it's unconstitutional but it always ends bad for everybody when you do you know
00:24:01.080 policies by race look this is flip it and say um that they wanted to do just just flip the flip to know
00:24:09.400 how wrong this is flip the terms from black to white would it be acceptable for a politician standing for
00:24:14.620 the highest office in the land to say you know what we're going to give a million forgivable loans
00:24:19.420 of twenty thousand dollars a piece to white entrepreneurs would that be acceptable absolutely
00:24:25.600 yeah absolutely wrong absolutely terrible absolutely but dividing america by race right that's that's
00:24:32.220 what it is that's what we have got you know gotten away from want to get get away from and and and
00:24:38.060 this is these are the the racial policies i call them of of of and you saw her on a charlemagne
00:24:44.200 the gods uh interview i think saying she's open to reparations when you when you hear the word open
00:24:49.740 to that means you're going to do it you just don't want to say it before before the election
00:24:53.660 mark mark i regret i regret that's it that's all that we have time for because we could have a whole
00:24:59.360 hour discussing this in fact let's do it let's do it later on we'll get you on and talk about that

00:28:00.600 in our bank accounts first think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the
00:28:05.600 patriot act this gave the government power to spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and

00:30:20.940 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground with stephen k bannon
00:30:29.540 welcome back well earlier the beginning of the show with steve stern we're talking about the
00:30:37.920 starting of early voting in tennessee um and we flagged up the fact that they're already starting
00:30:43.920 in the battleground state of um of north carolina today so joining us in in the war room we have
00:30:50.220 the president of the election integrity team in north carolina jim womack jim you've been very kindly
00:30:56.960 walking us through these developments over recent weeks tell me what the early returns are looking like
00:31:02.940 today in north carolina well good to be with you ben in the posse uh yeah it's a very encouraging
00:31:10.960 uh turnout this morning actually uh tensions are running kind of high in several of the voting sites
00:31:15.720 because uh the numbers are unprecedented we're seeing uh two and a half times to three times the normal
00:31:21.900 turnout of a first day of early voting uh at one of our sites in a bellwether county lee county
00:31:27.180 uh we had over 500 voters before noon and that's never happened in a full day of voting in that in
00:31:33.140 that site so uh we're we're really encouraged by that it's clear uh from the exit polling that that's
00:31:40.080 being done that there's a very large uh vote in person day one turnout for uh president donald trump
00:31:47.420 uh though there is a very substantial number of turnout of people turning out also uh to oppose him
00:31:54.360 but but i think the numbers are looking like running two to three to one uh of taking uh the
00:31:59.940 conservative materials at the polls over the uh the opposition so you know it's very encouraging
00:32:04.880 from a partisan standpoint uh what's discouraging though from the election integrity standpoint
00:32:11.000 is the fact that certain counties particularly in the disaster area certain counties chose not to
00:32:17.680 extend the number of voting sites to take advantage of of opportunities given them by the general assembly
00:32:23.740 and in one particular case henderson county we're being told which has 91 500 voters in that county
00:32:30.180 they're being told only opening one early voting site which is very suppressive in turnout and it's
00:32:36.680 creating traffic jams of people trying to get to the polls and be able to vote so uh that's an
00:32:41.940 intentional and willful act on their part on the board of elections in henderson county north carolina
00:32:46.280 uh despicable behavior for a county that's three times the size of lee county which has two voting
00:32:52.560 sites they only have one in henderson which is again very discouraging it causes voters to turn
00:32:57.900 away and not vote at the time when they show up because they don't want to wait and and you know
00:33:02.660 hour-long lines or longer so that's a real problem in some of the counties uh we're still getting checks
00:33:08.660 around the state uh about that we're also hearing stories in the election integrity space about machines
00:33:13.980 not working correctly uh logic and accuracy testing was completed uh in all the counties by mandate uh
00:33:20.680 a couple of weeks back but unfortunately in guilford county harnett county and some others were hearing
00:33:25.120 that the election machines were not working at startup this morning and that that causes a massive
00:33:29.660 delay in the in the vote tabulation um jim an important point here we've had on the show quite a few
00:33:37.640 times linda sinkowitz and marley hornick um whose whose two websites are offering to americans the
00:33:44.420 opportunity if they're at the polling stations or registering their their their ballots for their um
00:33:49.440 their vote for early voting and you see something which is anomalous that that you are pretty certain
00:33:55.320 should not be the case video it with your cell phone and send it to them on their on their websites
00:34:01.440 because they have the infrastructure now um which we didn't have four years ago but they have the
00:34:06.800 infrastructure now they're going to log and use all this evidence folks take your cell phone with you
00:34:12.860 to the polling station you never know what you're going to see um tell me something because uh we were
00:34:18.940 covering i think a couple of weeks ago the the huge catastrophe the weather catastrophe from
00:34:23.920 hurricane helene in north carolina tell me um has the consequences of that created any disturbance
00:34:31.840 residual disturbance at least with regards to the early voting in your state well the feed
00:34:38.080 the feedback we're getting from on the ground is is that of desperation by among some of the
00:34:43.260 of the uh remote areas we we have a number of reports coming in particularly up in mitchell and
00:34:48.700 avery counties uh down in the in the uh rutherford northern rutherford county area we're we're hearing
00:34:54.580 some uh despair from people that are concerned that they're not going to get a chance to vote
00:34:58.060 uh it does not help that some of these boards of election choose not to extend the number of early
00:35:04.400 voting sites and it's also not helpful that the state board of elections uh is not exercising its
00:35:09.560 authority from for the multi-partisan assistance teams to be able to to bring ballots to the locations
00:35:14.480 where the displaced voters are uh right now they're only allowed to bring a voter a ballot back but not
00:35:19.380 to transport the ballots there and that's a real problem because when you when you have a disruption of
00:35:24.020 the voting process you need to be able to get ballots to those people now there are provisions
00:35:28.960 in place and we do have 17 days of early voting so there's time to recover but at this point uh you
00:35:34.540 know election officials need to take it to heart that that business as usual is not going to work in
00:35:39.860 those counties and and you know i think that the the trump campaign and and the republican party should
00:35:45.960 take note of this that that there are things that can be done if you have to go to court uh to to compel
00:35:52.060 these boards to to uh make it available to make voting resources available to these voters because
00:35:57.300 it's just not happening well there are 19 days left now before election day itself on the 5th of
00:36:04.160 november are you expecting president trump or senator vance or even kamala harris and governor waltz to
00:36:12.320 to come to north carolina between now and election day yeah i would i would expect to see at least two or
00:36:18.620 three more visits from each of those campaigns in the state since it's it's you know polling so
00:36:23.100 closely i'm not sure that the polls are representing the the current picture properly on the ground
00:36:28.420 we'll know better after two or three days of early voting just how the turnout is doing but i would say
00:36:33.680 it's very encouraging from the former president at this juncture uh and i and i do imagine that both
00:36:38.380 campaigns are going to are going to mark this as as a pivotal state i would say north carolina
00:36:42.300 and pennsylvania are the two most pivotal states uh among the battlegrounds and uh nevada i think
00:36:49.280 seems to be slightly knife edge as well what what's the momentum there like jim today what have you
00:36:55.280 picked up from people well there i've got i would tell you that the vast majority of the voters that we
00:37:01.420 saw uh in the early voting sites this morning were were older voters and not not the the real young
00:37:06.760 voters or or particularly one race or another but just older voters in general uh taking to heart
00:37:13.340 that they need to get out and vote early and vote in person and so that's what we're seeing and and
00:37:17.760 again i would say that we're seeing about a three to one uh ratio at this point and and again this is
00:37:22.840 very early in the process but three to one ratio of people from exit polling that were there and you
00:37:27.980 can tell from the clothing they wear uh the trump hats that they wear you can tell you know how they're
00:37:33.120 predisposed to want to vote uh what it does what it means for the down ballot race is hard to say
00:37:38.220 because there are some crossover voters uh in both parties but i would say it's very encouraging for
00:37:43.440 the trump campaign early on in the day what's discouraging again though is the is the lack of of
00:37:49.920 election integrity in some of these these counties i i think that it's a willful act on their part to
00:37:55.280 suppress the turnout for conservative voters and and i would hope that the the parties are paying close
00:38:01.180 attention to this and and using the legal resources at their disposal to resolve those problems because
00:38:06.240 right now it's very discouraging i'm i'm getting in my war room i'm getting a number of reports about
00:38:11.780 about uh things that would suppress the conservative vote uh whether the machines are malfunctioning or
00:38:17.560 they or they it's difficult to get into the polling site uh putting in in no electioneering zones which
00:38:23.440 are inappropriate like they did in my county uh there are a number of things which which really serve to
00:38:28.400 suppress the vote uh and suppress the conservative vote and and i think that is that needs to be dealt
00:38:32.780 with jim stand by to compliment what you're saying we've got the video clip here and i'll ask you for
00:38:39.380 your reaction afterwards actually disagree with donald trump's position on tariffs and still be in that
00:38:46.580 tent you can disagree with donald trump's position on climate and still be in that tent you can disagree
00:38:52.680 with donald trump's position on guns or abortions and still be in that tent if however
00:38:57.900 you have the temerity to say the truth which is that donald trump lost the 2020 election you are
00:39:04.980 outside the tent like you are not there is no room for you it is the only non-negotiable issue
00:39:10.840 in the republican party today the only thing that you cannot say and be in good standing in donald
00:39:16.920 trump's republican party is that there is no widespread fraud in elections that joe biden won the election
00:39:23.140 in 2020 and that you will accept the results of the election in 2024 that's it if if you say any
00:39:30.220 of those things you're out of bounds and anything else is fair game well and let me just i am sorry
00:39:34.820 to to to sort of beat this dead horse but i think before we cover claims of fraud we should be really
00:39:41.220 clear that if a republican claims that there's a suitcase full of ballots that can't be true if they
00:39:48.920 don't also attack the veracity of every other person on the ballot so to your point for anyone
00:39:55.180 in the media covers even a claim of fraud they have to understand that if it's a a garbage can
00:40:00.340 full of ballots or a suitcase full of ballots or a usb drive what trump what they were complaining
00:40:05.600 about was was the answer on one line they were not actually contesting ballots because the only reason
00:40:10.980 every single republican in the house of representatives was sent back because they believed in the integrity
00:40:16.880 of the ballot so just just a word on how to cover claims of voter fraud in the next 21 days
00:40:23.980 yeah so i really hope that the media covers these with not a both sides mentality but a truth and
00:40:32.440 falsity mentality because there are certain things that are just true and false and and the media knows
00:40:36.940 how to do this right like it knows how to say that that you know there are certain things that
00:40:41.480 donald trump says that are simply not true that republicans say are not true and there is nothing more
00:40:45.120 important than them to speak with moral clarity around elections if donald trump is saying that
00:40:51.540 mail-in voting is fraud they need to call that out and to say that's that's that's fault because it is
00:40:56.960 false and it's it's provably false and there's no evidence on the other side if donald trump says
00:41:02.020 that that uh that you know the election results in 2020 were were uh were proven uh to be fraudulent it
00:41:10.560 is not enough to say you know as a kind of a disclaimer against you know defamation you know
00:41:16.780 the every expert who looked at this says that that's not true it is important that they just say
00:41:21.180 declaratively that is a lie it is a lie it is a lie when you say that that the results of 2020 were
00:41:28.980 were fraudulent it is a lie when you say that you won michigan and pennsylvania and wisconsin and
00:41:34.660 and georgia and arizona and when your republican enablers say that you won it is not a debating
00:41:41.660 point with them it is a you are lying period
00:41:45.220 jim what's your what's your take on this on the meltdown that's taking place right
00:41:51.660 right now on msnbc yeah well okay so first off those two are morons okay because it's demonstrably
00:41:59.720 provable that there were anomalies in addition to provable uh corruption on the part of the 2020
00:42:06.960 election it is it is also moronic to say that you're outside the tent of a trump supporter
00:42:13.520 simply because you believe that the election was uh was properly settled in 2020 so you know i you
00:42:20.420 know it's a moronic narrative to say that that uh you have to be inside the tent on election on an
00:42:26.220 election fraud of one sort or another in 2020 i mean we know that the fbi big tech big media were
00:42:33.940 were corrupt were colluding to uh to skew the results of the 2020 election it's it's like saying
00:42:40.800 that the new england patriots uh didn't win the super bowl certainly they won the super bowl but tom
00:42:46.380 brady still let the air out of the footballs okay and and there's clear evidence that the uh democrat
00:42:52.520 party and that and that certain leftist organizations including the the deep state of
00:42:57.260 of this government uh you know let the air out of the the political football in in 2020 so when trump
00:43:04.280 short um uh in a shortened fashion simply says uh synopsizes that by saying that he was cheated or
00:43:11.360 that the election was fraud uh was was rife with fraud he's probably correct uh provable fraud is always
00:43:18.040 difficult because the election system is not set up to discover election fraud in fact it's set up to
00:43:22.800 keep you at arm's length from the election results uh it's very difficult to capture the the documentation
00:43:28.100 you need to prove election fraud so you know my answer is it's a moronic narrative to say you're
00:43:33.760 outside the tent simply because you believe that the election was properly settled the truth is
00:43:38.580 elections are like train wrecks and after the train wreck has occurred you can go back and do a
00:43:42.820 post-mortem analysis but in the end the train wreck occurred and you can't undo the train wreck
00:43:47.260 and that's the way it is with certified elections jim i know you've got to bounce before you do just
00:43:52.660 give me a quick word about this um citizens only amendment that's being voted on in north carolina
00:43:58.980 okay very simply this is a very popular amendment in a number of states i think eight states had this
00:44:04.240 sort of ballot initiative in north carolina we already had illegal it was illegal for a non-citizen
00:44:09.920 to vote in an election but it was done by statute our constitution was a little nebulous in saying
00:44:14.840 that you had to be born in or live or naturalized in the united states in order to vote in a north
00:44:19.740 carolina election all this amendment does is reconcile the statutes to the constitution it's
00:44:25.640 something that's very popular it'll pass overwhelmingly in our state it's not even a debatable issue and
00:44:30.760 anyone that opposes non-citizen you know that constitutional amendment is frankly uh not a north
00:44:36.560 carolinian and and i would argue that they're even un-american because it's it's in our dna that we
00:44:42.040 want free and fair elections and we want only citizens to vote um so you're telling people they
00:44:48.700 need to vote for this amendment or absolutely for that amendment okay how's that going on the ground
00:44:55.580 right now well it's busy in fact i'm going right back to the polling sites to gather more information
00:45:01.620 and and to research some of these other problems we're having at some of the the first day jitters

00:46:06.520 to tell us about his new collagen product yeah thanks for having me on i appreciate it um as you
00:46:13.980 mentioned i just wanted to quickly touch on one of our newer products um and i know quite a few people
00:46:19.500 have heard of collagen before or have maybe even supplemented with it but for those who aren't aware
00:46:25.360 collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies but unfortunately as we age we naturally
00:46:31.420 produce less of it so that's where multi-collagen comes in it's essentially derived from four different
00:46:37.300 types of collagen and includes type one through five collagen and the great thing is and that makes
00:46:44.000 us a little bit unique is that it helps support everything from healthy skin hair and nails all the
00:46:48.980 way to joint health and gut function so it's really designed to provide your body that full range
00:46:54.800 of benefits so everything from the hair and nails to the joint health and you know type one is going
00:47:02.000 to support various functions whereas type two will support others and i always like to make uh the point
00:47:08.040 that you know what makes us a little bit different is that our collagen is or does not include any
00:47:14.280 preservatives no additives no binders so you can ensure that you're only getting clean and high quality
00:47:20.560 collagen and so you know whether you're looking to support and maintain your youthful complexion which
00:47:26.760 is typically uh what collagen is known for or you're looking to support your overall gut health
00:47:31.980 and just general well-being um the collagen has definitely got you covered there and last thing i just
00:47:38.620 wanted to quickly mention as well as that before before you move on to your new immunity product tell me
00:47:45.880 about this um tell me about this you're appealing straight to my vanity now tell me a bit about
00:47:51.680 this maintaining your youthful uh complexion that i've got my ears picking up yeah yeah so for guys is
00:47:59.700 it for guys was it for the ladies or for both yeah it's a great question so it's for guys and women
00:48:05.960 um guys and girls i've personally been taking collagen for the past six years of my life
00:48:10.980 uh i've always seen great results with it just in terms of my nail strength as well as skin
00:48:16.100 um kind of gives you that extra glow if you will so i have nothing but great things to say about
00:48:21.900 collagen i'm pretty excited that we now have our own uh unique product that i can take myself as
00:48:27.060 well as share with the war room so great and we've only got a minute left sorry to i didn't mean to
00:48:34.000 interrupt you but tell me about the immunity uh yeah yeah so as i was just saying i know we got the
00:48:39.960 colder colder months coming up so we also have our all-natural immune supplement which combines
00:48:45.400 ingredients like vitamin c d3 b6 zinc elderberry echinacea as well as some other natural compounds
00:48:53.320 that will essentially just give your body that extra boost for your your body's natural defense
00:48:58.100 mechanism so of course if you're already taking the beef liver you're pretty much 10 steps ahead
00:49:03.160 but the multi-collagen as well as the immunity product will definitely be a great addition to your
00:49:07.460 health stack so you can find us at sacredhumanhealth.com there's a ton of information on the
00:49:13.620 site feel free to immerse yourself and i appreciate your time trevor comstock thanks very much indeed
