Trump's new deal is a great deal for the forgotten man and woman. It's the most important deal since the end of World War II, and it's a deal that can change the trajectory of the economy for the better.

00:00:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:00:30.000 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:41.920 And where do people like that go to share the big lie? Mega Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:51.340 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:01:02.120 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:01:05.500 Friday for April, year of early 2025, President Trump put forward this week probably the most, not probably, the most important restructuring of the American economy in the world order since the end of World War II.
00:01:19.960 And to write everything that's gone wrong for the forgotten man and woman in, as Jack Posobiec calls it, the great deal.
00:01:28.800 And it is a great deal. Now, it's got to be executed upon, and that means people have to have President Trump's back.
00:01:34.920 I can tell you already, many nations of the earth are already lining up to figure out how they work with President Trump in the United States of America.
00:01:43.700 They understand. The elites in their country understand how they game the system.
00:01:48.180 They're smart people, and they put their interests first, what the elites in the United States have put their own personal interests first.
00:01:55.180 That's the difference. These elites, and you go, you look at the reciprocal tariffs, and the calculation is to put it all in the trade deficit, everything they do, the non-trade barriers, all of it to put it into one, to mix it up and come out with one number.
00:02:13.480 And I'm sorry that the economist at Slippery Rock State Teachers College has some PhD and doesn't like the formula.
00:02:25.840 That's okay. Do your own formula. Put Trump's in charge and his people are in charge, and that's the formula the world's going to deal with.
00:02:32.600 So love to have your input. Glad you got some commentary on that. It's great. It's also not the point.
00:02:40.080 The point is, is what's out there. That's the deal. It's called the bid and the ask.
00:02:46.860 The bid and the ask. And now you're going to have, and President Trump is locked in hard on this. He's not going to budge.
00:02:54.280 He's not blinking. But he's going to need some assistance. He's going to need some assistance in getting this message out,
00:03:02.380 and the message should be coming from the heartland of the country.
00:03:04.860 And we have to do that. Maybe this weekend we regroup and get it up there because the folks in charge are not just going to sit there and go,
00:03:13.840 oh, this is terrific. Let's do it. It's fantastic. So smart.
00:03:19.420 Because they've been so receptive to so many other President Trump's ideas.
00:03:23.060 They just embrace President Trump's ideas.
00:03:29.300 They finally accept them when they're browbeaten enough.
00:03:34.340 That's what you have to do. This is not a debating society. We're not here to have a debate.
00:03:39.280 Not a debate.
00:03:41.380 President Trump made a decision, thought it through for years and years and years.
00:03:44.740 He ran on this. This is not a big surprise.
00:03:47.700 Some guy today said, well, this is a shock to the American people.
00:03:49.600 I don't think so. You talk to his followers? Are you shocked he did this? No.
00:03:56.980 You won't find one. I'm shocked.
00:03:59.320 I'm shocked he actually went after the post-war international rules-based order put on us by our elites
00:04:04.320 so that they could grift all the value and wealth out of the United States of America
00:04:09.980 and leave the working class and middle class with nothing but anxiety.
00:04:14.140 Like, if you're well off and you get laid off, you've got 100 days.
00:04:19.460 100 days, you're going to miss those mortgage payments.
00:04:21.420 You're going to miss that car payment. You're going to miss the payment for the kids' private school.
00:04:24.940 And you're going to be in a death spiral.
00:04:29.480 That's if you're in the middle class.
00:04:32.040 If you're in the working class, it's hardscrabble day-to-day to figure it out.
00:04:35.980 How do we get to the next week?
00:04:38.360 How do I get to the next paycheck?
00:04:41.520 That's why 8 or 9 million people have second jobs.
00:04:44.580 That's why credit card debt is at $1.4 trillion.
00:04:47.560 That's why non-performing credit cards are, I don't know, 10%.
00:04:51.820 This is why so many people are missing loan payments.
00:04:56.680 What, 52% or 55% of people can't put their hands on $500 or $1,000 in an emergency?
00:05:05.040 Can't do it. Have to go rob a bank.
00:05:07.680 Ed Dowd, your thoughts are, thank you for coming on.
00:05:12.660 You're in Hawaii today, Ed?
00:05:16.720 It's 12-12, yeah.
00:05:19.700 Okay.
00:05:21.180 My God, you're such a, I'm going to have to, I'm going to have to think about that.
00:05:24.760 I may need some Hawaiian time.
00:05:27.500 Sir, your thoughts.
00:05:29.820 Well, look, two things.
00:05:31.060 We're still analyzing the tariffs, but there's a lot of confusion, a lot of hand-wringing, a lot of takes and emotions.
00:05:40.200 It could have been communicated a little better, but it looks like the Trump administration decided to put the end goal out there.
00:05:48.000 We want zero.
00:05:49.360 We want deficits to be zero.
00:05:51.560 This is how we calculate the tariff.
00:05:53.560 And let's now come to the table and figure this out.
00:05:55.700 Rather than go into the, you know, all the legal documents, looking at all, you know how much time it would take to, like, negotiate every little product and every little reciprocal tariff.
00:06:05.820 This is just a way to get people to the table, and I think it's going to yield some benefits down the line.
00:06:12.180 This is a dynamic process, but there's a lot of confusion.
00:06:15.600 I think it's a way to cut through all the time it would take to negotiate with each country one by one on reciprocal tariffs.
00:06:22.720 It's like, this is the end goal, and let's start and come to the table and see what we can talk about.
00:06:27.660 That's what I think the purpose ultimately was, and I think that's the goal.
00:06:32.040 It actually saves a lot of time, because I think they would have been bogged down for months trying to figure this out.
00:06:37.780 That's opinion number one.
00:06:39.000 Opinion number two on the economy, the stock market.
00:06:42.060 Look, fraudulent elections have catastrophic consequences, as you've often said.
00:06:48.260 The last two to three years of this economy have been fraudulent, and we have a stock market bubble, all-time valuations.
00:06:55.620 Trump inherited that.
00:06:56.940 It was coming down regardless, and his policies were going to shut off the liquidity spigot from the government.
00:07:02.240 And this was bound to happen.
00:07:03.680 Tariffs are the reason du jour.
00:07:05.840 But quite honestly, we were talking out since December.
00:07:09.260 There were warning signs in the market.
00:07:11.680 Yeah, a bubble burst in February, and now the trade tariffs have just fed on it.
00:07:16.240 This is phase one, stock market bubble bursting.
00:07:19.120 You know, if I'm a betting man, we're getting close to some sort of washout low and maybe a massive recovery as more and more countries come to the table.
00:07:27.080 So this is phase one.
00:07:28.600 We'll have a relief rally.
00:07:30.260 But then we're going to have to deal with the housing crisis that was caused by the aliens.
00:07:34.240 They priced a lot of people out of the market.
00:07:36.020 We're going to have a housing correction and a housing recession.
00:07:38.560 So, you know, the Trump administration is realigning the economy, restructuring the economy.
00:07:44.220 I think home prices going down would be a good thing for the middle class.
00:07:47.720 And this is very painful to the financial elite.
00:07:51.240 But to the average man, as long as he keeps his job, he should have more opportunities down the road.
00:07:56.140 But it's not going to be pretty.
00:07:58.040 It's going to take a long time.
00:07:59.320 But it had to be done because the other way was a currency crisis and a loss of reserve currency status if we kept going the way we were going.
00:08:06.920 Well, what about this?
00:08:10.240 Because Rand Paul is just ripping on the Senate floor, I think for good reason.
00:08:14.060 They're passing this part of their reconciliation.
00:08:16.220 They're part of the reconciliation.
00:08:18.260 It's not final.
00:08:19.440 But there has a $5 trillion lift on the debt ceiling.
00:08:23.380 And the House is going to be $4 trillion.
00:08:25.820 I mean, if that's the case, they're saying we're going to hit both of them.
00:08:29.640 And I think these are two-year deals.
00:08:31.560 I might be wrong, but I think they're two-year deals.
00:08:33.500 So if we don't get control of federal spending, and look, I'm the biggest Doge supporter if it's real.
00:08:41.400 So far, I haven't seen any impoundments.
00:08:43.960 I haven't seen any cash that people can point to besides some stuff on a website that's real.
00:08:50.100 Besides programmatic, USAID and Voice America.
00:08:53.200 But that's different than the fraud that was supposed to go on.
00:08:55.800 And I haven't seen cash.
00:08:57.620 And I haven't seen Pam Bondi or anybody.
00:09:00.660 I haven't seen a grand jury.
00:09:02.020 I haven't seen some guy perp-walked out of a Social Security office or a bunch of illegal aliens rounded up that have 400,000 illegal Social Security numbers.
00:09:11.200 I do believe that that has happened.
00:09:13.040 But I think we've got to see the manifestation of that because otherwise these people are not going to cut federal spending.
00:09:19.900 Federal spending, they have no intention.
00:09:21.500 You see by the giveaway, the tell is what they're doing on the debt ceiling increase that is packed into these bills.
00:09:27.600 So how do you avoid a currency?
00:09:29.580 Even what President Trump's trying to do on because this side of it, of what he's doing, is to get that trade deficit.
00:09:37.380 If the trade deficit keeps going up a trillion dollars a year, you're finished as a nation.
00:09:41.740 Go back and farm and let's give some crops and some tin and some copper and gold or whatever to the Chinese Communist Party.
00:09:53.440 We're just like a colony because that's what we give them right now.
00:09:56.940 We provide them services, quote unquote, and we provide raw materials.
00:10:01.080 We're nothing but an economic colony.
00:10:02.800 If Trump's reorganization takes place, reorientation takes place when it does, that's where we start attacking the $25 trillion aggregate trade deficit.
00:10:12.860 But that will hit the margins of the $37 trillion of debt.
00:10:19.300 I've learned this for years.
00:10:20.840 The numbers are going to get so big, the numbers themselves, the law of large numbers takes over, and you almost can't do it because it's so big.
00:10:28.200 That's where we are today.
00:10:29.300 I told you, you go down this path and you keep kicking it down the road and you're going to get to a position where your range of alternatives ain't great.
00:10:38.120 That's why this is the last chance to reorient this.
00:10:40.960 Trump has given you the last chance.
00:10:43.280 He came back from the political dead to do exactly this.
00:10:48.220 This is the reason he did this.
00:10:51.400 This gets, besides sealing the border, deporting everybody, get our sovereignty back, get out of these alliances that have killed us, stop the forever wars.
00:10:59.620 This is the beating heart of the economics, to get our sovereignty back.
00:11:03.400 You got one shot at it.
00:11:04.960 And they know that.
00:11:06.400 They know that.
00:11:07.520 To delay is to deny.
00:11:08.760 We're going to have Mike Davis up here in a minute, another whole raft of this judicial revolt.
00:11:14.300 Hell, we're going to have people here from South Korea in a minute.
00:11:17.380 One of the, a person with a big YouTube channel is going to tell you, in Korea, they, the CCP's got a coup.
00:11:23.780 Just the legal system there threw, threw the president out.
00:11:28.000 Ed Dowd, how do we get, does it not make you concerned on your model?
00:11:32.100 Because I knew you were not that gung ho about 2025, even from the get go before this.
00:11:37.740 Does it not make you concerned when the House and the Senate are passing in the one big beautiful bill buried in there?
00:11:44.640 Is a debt ceiling increase of four trillion on one side and five trillion on the other, sir?
00:11:48.900 Yeah, and that has to stop.
00:11:52.360 The good news is the bond market's anticipating a slowing economy and anticipating some control of the discretionary spend, not the entitlements and the interest rate payments.
00:12:03.400 But they need to get a control of that.
00:12:05.040 They need to show the bond markets that.
00:12:06.780 So far, the bond markets are responding the way that Bessett wants.
00:12:09.620 The 10-year yield's down from around 480 to close to 4% today.
00:12:13.260 So that's good news.
00:12:15.160 But if they don't get control of the spending and show that they're uncovering the fraud and impounding it and stopping it, this is going to be a problem.
00:12:23.240 And I agree with you.
00:12:24.240 We need to see enforcement actions.
00:12:26.020 We need to see investigations.
00:12:27.240 If you have to hire another 1,000 attorneys to look at the NGO system, do it.
00:12:31.260 This needs to be, we need to rip the Band-Aid off because, you know, we're going to be first in, first out of this fraud cycle.
00:12:36.500 Because if you think we've got fraud in the U.S. government, there's fraud in the EU governments.
00:12:39.800 There's fraud all over.
00:12:40.600 This is a system that's been percolating and getting bigger and bigger like a monster the last 25 years.
00:12:46.740 And we're at the point of no return.
00:12:48.200 So if we don't fix it now, Katie, bar the door.
00:12:52.660 Ed, where do people go to get your analysis?
00:12:55.340 Where do they go to get your social media, sir?
00:12:58.820 Our website is financetechnologies.com with a PH.
00:13:01.940 We're currently selling a U.S. economic report, 2025, dangers of the deep worldwide recession.
00:13:07.280 You can find me on Twitter, at DowdEdward, D-O-W-D, Edward, and Getter, at EdwardDowd.
00:13:12.480 And I'm often posting things in our current thoughts.
00:13:15.540 But if I was a betting man and you're too late to sell, I would hold off for now.
00:13:21.420 It's not investment advice.
00:13:22.800 But don't panic into Monday's washout love.
00:13:27.140 Monday's washout love.
00:13:28.340 Looking forward to it, Ed Dowd.
00:13:29.740 An orderly reset.
00:13:35.120 Thank you, sir.
00:13:36.980 Now more than ever, you need to understand why we call gold a hedge.
00:13:40.760 Have we said that a couple, three times over the years?
00:13:43.540 Go right now.
00:13:44.320 Take your phone out.
00:13:45.300 Bannon, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N-9-8-9-8-9-8.
00:13:49.080 Get the ultimate guide to investing in gold and precious metals in the era of Trump.
00:13:56.920 Get it today.
00:13:57.960 And that will put you in touch with Philip Patrick and his team at Birch Gold.
00:14:02.400 Make sure you talk to them about everything, all the instrumentality they have, everything they have to do to get you into precious metals.
00:14:08.760 And remember, tell them.
00:14:10.420 The only advice I have on that is put you in touch with them and make sure it's physical.
00:14:15.440 Take to go long the physical.
00:14:17.440 If you're going to go long gold, go long the physical.
00:14:21.780 Mina Kim joins us.
00:14:23.380 Mike Davis is going to be up here in a moment.
00:14:24.760 Mina, very disturbing.
00:14:27.520 We're following President Trump in this lawfare against him, both before he came into office on the stolen election and now in office.
00:14:34.720 It's even increasing.
00:14:35.900 And Davis is going to be here in a moment to talk about more of the madness.
00:14:39.020 In Brazil, we have Bolsonaro on trial essentially for his life because he's protesting a stolen election that was obviously stolen.
00:14:48.540 They're going to put him in prison in a show trial for life, and they hope he's assassinated there.
00:14:54.200 In France, Le Pen, on this kind of bizarre charge about some staff, just got four years in prison and enabled to run in the election.
00:15:06.260 Now, they said they're going to cut the appeal to the summer 26th.
00:15:09.400 Maybe she can run.
00:15:10.220 Maybe she can't.
00:15:10.820 That's all being worked out.
00:15:11.880 But the facts are she got a four-year prison sentence held in abeyance right now, and she's not eligible to run.
00:15:20.860 And she's up 12 points.
00:15:22.440 Bolsonaro is up like 20 points.
00:15:24.960 Trump's first time right track, wrong track has turned around in 20 years here in the United States.
00:15:29.440 So all these populist right nationalists are under assault.
00:15:33.140 But out of nowhere, we've been following quite closely what happened in Korea, and we saw like some of the other, you know, primary – well, all these were either, you know, said that they were okay or, you know, they didn't have to go to trial.
00:15:47.420 All of a sudden, out of nowhere, it appears to us the president's impeached and removed from office in 24 or 48 hours.
00:15:54.380 And our belief is that is part of a CCP coup d'etat.
00:16:00.220 Now, you're one of the strongest voices of influencers with a huge YouTube presence.
00:16:07.480 Can you just walk our audience through exactly what's going on in South Korea, a great ally, and for the war room posse who absolutely love the folks in South Korea, ma'am?
00:16:16.440 Of course, thank you, Steve, for having me, first of all.
00:16:20.200 And as you said, it is a sad day for South Korea.
00:16:23.640 We just lost our conservative president.
00:16:25.980 And I just want to explain the whole story of how this happened.
00:16:31.040 So in the past December, the president, our President Yoon declared martial law.
00:16:35.120 And according to President Yoon, the opposition party, which is currently holding the majority in the National Assembly, which is the Congress in Korea, and consisting of those are anti-state forces.
00:16:47.100 And they submitted 29 impeachment motions targeting the entire cabinet.
00:16:51.840 And at the same time, they cut the government's budget to a point where it became nearly impossible for the president to fulfill his duties.
00:16:59.060 And this was all made possible because the Democratic Party in Korea, as the majority party, was able to fast track all these bills without opposition.
00:17:08.960 And meanwhile, ongoing concerns over election fraud in South Korea has been raised once again.
00:17:14.580 And this time with growing suspicions of influence of Chinese Communist Party, like he said.
00:17:20.040 And President Yoon believes that the National Assembly has been infiltrated by these foreign interests, particularly pro-CCP forces.
00:17:28.320 And that there are even pro-North Korean sympathizers within our legislative body.
00:17:34.020 And many politicians, in his view, have clearly compromised.
00:17:38.480 And faced with this reality, President Yoon saw martial law as the only constitutional power he had left.
00:17:46.260 And it was a last resort decision that he had to make.
00:17:50.400 And while the timing may be controversial, it exposed deep corruption and injustice within our government.
00:17:58.320 And importantly, no violence was used.
00:18:01.620 The declaration of martial law was peaceful and a strong but lawful appeal to the people, I believe.
00:18:07.840 However, soon after the declaration, the president was arrested illegally, of course.
00:18:13.080 This is similar to what President Trump has gone through in the past and even for you, Steve.
00:18:17.760 And President Yoon has been taken into custody under accusations of inciting insurrections and pursuing foreign policy measures that directly challenge China, Russia, and North Korea.
00:18:29.720 And the Corruption Investigation Office for Higher-Ranking Officials, which is called CIO in Korea, which doesn't even have proper legal authority in this matter, pushed for his arrest.
00:18:40.140 And although the central prosecutor's office had not approved the warrant, the regional court did, and they issued it still.
00:18:48.720 And thankfully, the chief justice at the Seoul Central District Court, they recently ruled to cancel the arrest and nullify the warrant.
00:18:58.280 But then now, when it came to the impeachment itself, which happened like 24 hours ago, everything hinged on the votes of the eight justices, constitutional court justices, which are like the Supreme Court justices in Korea.
00:19:12.600 The outcome would be determined if the six or more agreed out of those eight justices.
00:19:17.400 And there were many conflicting opinions during this deliberation, but in the end, all eight justices were voted, they voted unanimously to uphold the impeachment.
00:19:28.760 And here's something important to note, over six of those eight justices come from the National Election Commission, a body that has long been accused of playing a key role in election fraud.
00:19:41.040 And many are now questioning whether these justices are themselves entangled in corruption with CCP and further.
00:19:52.400 And I hope that answered your question, Steve.
00:19:55.200 No, it was great.
00:19:56.280 I just want to, for the clarification for our audience, back in December, because we covered this live that day it happened,
00:20:01.860 his declaration of martial law was because he felt that just not legislation that was coming, but they're blocking of him to actually get to the bottom of election fraud and some of the problems they've had in elections.
00:20:15.280 Is that what caused it?
00:20:16.300 What was the trigger that, because it seems to me this thing picked up velocity when he declared martial law, and that kind of caught a lot of people by surprise.
00:20:24.800 What was the single thing you believe had him, caused him to declare martial law?
00:20:30.920 First of all, it's the election fraud caused by CCP, of course, that's what people say.
00:20:38.960 And our election commission, our National Election Commission is supposed to be known to be very corrupt, and they were influenced by politicians and those forces that are affected by the CCP because they're very close to us.
00:20:54.480 And the second reason was that, like I said, the opposition party, which is the major party in Korea, Democratic Party, they fast-tracked all the bills to impeach all the cabinet members of the president, President Yoon.
00:21:11.200 And that caused President Yoon to actually go on with the martial law, which is the only option he had left to reveal all this corruption.
00:21:21.800 I think people are also surprised, and correct me if I'm wrong, you have four liberals and four conservatives on the Supreme Court, what effectively is the Supreme Court.
00:21:36.660 Now, are those conservatives like the MAGA movement, kind of right-wing in the United States, or are they more like what we call rhino Republicans?
00:21:44.020 Because I think people were kind of stunned.
00:21:46.520 You only needed two votes, I think, to withhold backing the impeachment and being removed, and it was eight to nothing.
00:21:53.560 All four conservative justices threw in with the other side.
00:21:58.180 What was the cause of that?
00:21:59.380 What's in back of that?
00:22:00.940 That's a good point, Steve.
00:22:02.360 So four of the justices that were supposed to be conservatives, I would say are more likely to be like rhinos in America.
00:22:11.800 And also in Korea, being conservative politician doesn't really mean following the values of conservatism.
00:22:19.400 It's more like they're there because the conservative party kind of allowed them to be there, and they gave them opportunity.
00:22:27.360 So in Korea, being conservative and liberal doesn't mean they're being really conservative ideologically.
00:22:34.760 It's just that they are there by the opportunity that the party has given them.
00:22:40.140 Now, Mina, when we had it stolen from us in November of 2020, there were some quick elections for senators.
00:22:49.040 And our people, some of them were so upset and didn't believe anything that they didn't participate.
00:22:54.440 It took us – when President Trump was forced out of Washington and went back to Mar-a-Lago, it took – on the show, and I can tell you getting organized, it took us a couple of months to get traction, to rally around the guidon, and actually – and then once people started rolling, we started rolling.
00:23:11.480 My concern is you have 60 days for another election.
00:23:15.860 Are the conservative forces and the forces of righteousness, are they motivated enough to understand that, hey, we understand there's election fraud, we understand there's problems, but are they prepared to fight now?
00:23:30.220 Or are people so deflated they're just prepared to surrender?
00:23:35.500 Unfortunately, right now, not a lot of people – not enough people are awakened.
00:23:39.600 That's why I think what happened with President Yoon, his martial law, actually played a role in awakening so many people in Korea.
00:23:50.080 So many Christians are now aware that we're actually on the verge of losing our freedom.
00:23:55.600 And a lot of people are just starting to wake up.
00:23:58.440 And just like in 2020 in America, when President Trump had to go through all the election fraud and rigged elections, Korea is going through the same thing, except our people are just beginning to realize this is happening.
00:24:12.740 So we still do need more attention by the people.
00:24:16.700 We the people need to know what's really happening in our government.
00:24:20.500 But interestingly, Korean mainstream media is the same as American mainstream media.
00:24:25.920 We only, 99% of our media are leaning left, and they don't tell the truth.
00:24:31.160 So that's why a lot of Korean people are right now currently deceived and following the pattern where leftists are trying to put people through.
00:24:41.860 And also, a lot of our mainstream media are affected by Chinese Communist Party, which we really need to actually take that out of our country.
00:24:50.760 And we need a person like President Trump in Korea.
00:24:55.000 And we believed that that's President Yoon because he did impose the martial law, which was not brutal.
00:25:04.680 It was not violent.
00:25:06.160 It was something that he did to awaken our people.
00:25:10.180 Mina, we'll have you on back next week, and we'll work over the weekend because we've got to get organized in this.
00:25:17.040 The War Room Posse and so many elements of it fully support the Korean people and your struggle for freedom there, particularly the Christians.
00:25:24.460 Where do people go to get to your YouTube channel, and what's your social media, what's your Twitter?
00:25:28.720 So it's called MKimTV on YouTube, mostly in Korean, but I do have translated videos and some interviews with American politicians.
00:25:38.000 And I also have my Twitter, which is at RealMinaKim.
00:25:42.760 And also, buildupkorea.org is my website, our website for Build Up Korea, which is grassroots conservative Christian movement in Korea, which is like Turning Point USA in America.
00:25:55.720 Wow.
00:25:56.540 Charlie inspired me, though.
00:25:58.720 Charlie Kirk.
00:26:00.760 Yes, you did.
00:26:01.260 Mina, you're a warrior.
00:26:02.600 We love you.
00:26:03.560 We'll look forward to having you back on the show next week.
00:26:05.740 We'll get everybody to your social media and to your website.
00:26:08.800 Thank you so much, Steve, for having me.
00:26:10.540 Thank you.

00:26:27.500 It's not for everybody.
00:26:28.720 It's just not.
00:26:30.940 But if you're in, let's go all in.

00:31:44.840 Let me just close this portion of my remarks by saying it is up to all of us to fix this.
00:31:58.260 It's not going to be because somebody comes and saves you.
00:32:09.640 The most important office in this democracy is the citizen, the ordinary person who says,
00:32:22.360 no, that's not right.
00:32:24.320 So, and I do think one of the reasons that our commitment to democratic ideals has eroded
00:32:39.840 is that we got pretty comfortable and complacent.
00:32:45.260 You know, it has been easy during most of our lifetimes
00:32:48.840 to say you are progressive or say you are for social justice
00:32:58.060 or say you're for free speech
00:33:01.100 and not have to pay a price for it.
00:33:06.100 And now we're at one of those moments where, you know what, it's not enough just to say you're for something.
00:33:14.940 You may actually have to do something and possibly sacrifice a little bit.
00:33:21.780 So, yeah, if you're a law firm being threatened, you might have to say,
00:33:26.180 okay, we will lose some business because we're going to stand for a principle.
00:33:30.100 So, if you are a university,
00:33:32.760 if you are a university, you may have to say, figure out,
00:33:41.060 are we in fact doing things right?
00:33:44.260 Have we in fact violated our own values, our own code, violated the law in some fashion?
00:33:50.920 If not, and you're just being intimidated, well, you should be able to say,
00:33:55.660 well, that's why we got this big endowment.
00:34:00.100 Well, we'll stand up for what we believe in, and then we'll pay our researchers for a while
00:34:11.960 out of that endowment, and we'll give up the extra wing or the fancy gymnasium that,
00:34:20.840 yeah, we can delay that for a couple of years,
00:34:22.580 because, you know, academic freedom might be a little more important.
00:34:30.520 For most of human history, and to this day in most places in the world,
00:34:36.320 there is a cost to challenging the powers that be, particularly if they're abusing that power.
00:34:45.280 And this idea, and I've noticed this among some wealthier folks who, you know,
00:34:56.980 after George Floyd, they were right there,
00:34:59.340 and a bunch of companies were talking about how they cared about diversity,
00:35:05.040 and they wanted to do this, and they were all for that.
00:35:08.440 And they are mute right now.
00:35:11.120 But what that tells me is it was okay when it was cool and trendy.
00:35:14.980 And when it's not, eh, not so much.
00:35:23.660 And that, I think, is what we have to, each of us has to examine in our own hearts.
00:35:32.440 We say we're for equality.
00:35:35.460 Are we willing to fight for it?
00:35:38.680 Are we going to risk something for it?
00:35:40.260 We say that we're for rule of law.
00:35:43.360 Are we going to stick to that when it's tough, not when it's easy?
00:35:48.200 We believe in freedom of speech.
00:35:49.960 Do we stand up for freedom of speech
00:35:52.420 when the other person talking is saying stuff that infuriates us
00:35:58.200 and is wrong and hurtful?
00:36:02.720 Do we still believe in it?
00:36:05.860 Okay, there's President Obama.
00:36:07.280 By the way, I'm looking forward to 28
00:36:09.180 because the solution we're coming up with,
00:36:12.280 Barack, President Obama can run again,
00:36:14.540 Trump versus Obama, alien versus predator.
00:36:20.560 What a classic that would be.
00:36:23.100 I don't know.
00:36:23.840 I think he's losing.
00:36:25.220 I don't know.
00:36:26.020 Does President Obama still have his fastball?
00:36:29.760 Asking for a friend.
00:36:32.420 Right there, President Obama,
00:36:33.920 President Obama, let me get this right.
00:36:37.200 Forget the Ivies.
00:36:38.360 That's a whole different kettle of fish.
00:36:40.020 I'm talking about the public.
00:36:40.800 You're talking about the University of Michigan,
00:36:42.940 the University of Wisconsin in Madison,
00:36:45.160 Ann Arbor in Michigan,
00:36:46.700 Virginia, North Carolina down there in Chapel Hill,
00:36:49.480 Berkeley, University of Texas in Austin,
00:36:51.920 the public Ivies.
00:36:53.740 They're going to sit there and say,
00:36:54.940 no, we won't take the money.
00:36:56.080 We'll do it out of our endowments
00:36:59.120 or have the state pay for it.
00:37:00.560 Not going to happen, brother.
00:37:03.200 They're going to kowtow.
00:37:04.500 And this is why we ought to take it
00:37:05.760 and purge the faculty Senate
00:37:07.540 and purge the administrations
00:37:08.940 while we got the time to do it.
00:37:11.720 We'll call your bluff.
00:37:12.780 President Obama, go sell that one
00:37:18.280 to Ann Arbor
00:37:21.660 and go sell that one in Madison.
00:37:23.760 I'm not sure you're going to get
00:37:25.220 a great hearing on that
00:37:26.220 because they're addicted to the money.
00:37:29.980 Michigan already jettisoned the DEI program
00:37:32.260 a quarter of a billion dollars.
00:37:34.280 Is that stunning?
00:37:35.400 They junked it in a New York second.
00:37:38.780 Mike Lindell, the viceroy,
00:37:40.200 we just heard from Korea,
00:37:41.260 they turfed out a president there,
00:37:43.600 impeached him and got rid of him
00:37:44.820 in, I don't know, 12, 24 hours.
00:37:49.220 Bolsonaro is on trial for his life in Brazil
00:37:52.060 and that's not going well.
00:37:54.200 They've just sentenced Le Pen in France
00:37:58.520 to four years in prison
00:37:59.580 for an accounting issue.
00:38:01.120 Heard that one before?
00:38:03.020 Le Pen's up 12.
00:38:04.560 Bolsonaro is up like 20 in the polls.
00:38:06.940 She can't run.
00:38:08.180 And they just got rid of,
00:38:09.340 the CCP just did a coup d'etat
00:38:11.140 in South Korea and got rid of the president.
00:38:14.860 Mike Davis, is that any real difference
00:38:16.640 in what's going on here?
00:38:17.680 This has gone from a judicial insurrection
00:38:19.760 to a judicial coup.
00:38:21.440 Am I too far off base on that, sir?
00:38:23.560 No, you're not at all.
00:38:24.640 I mean, look what they tried to do
00:38:25.660 with President Trump before.
00:38:27.160 They ran crossfire hurricane against him
00:38:29.940 eight years ago,
00:38:31.200 the Russian collusion hoax.
00:38:32.600 They impeached him twice.
00:38:34.620 They indicted him four times
00:38:35.960 for non-crimes after he left office.
00:38:37.800 They tried to bankrupt him for non-fraud.
00:38:40.100 They tried to illegally,
00:38:41.680 unconstitutionally take him off the ballots.
00:38:43.860 They tried to take off his head
00:38:45.220 when they underfunded his Secret Service protection
00:38:48.420 and Biden said to put a bullseye on him.
00:38:50.800 Now that President Trump's back in the White House
00:38:53.000 and he has the House
00:38:54.440 and won a comfortable margin in the Senate,
00:38:56.400 you have these activist judges,
00:38:58.880 these judicial saboteurs
00:39:00.560 who are trying to destroy the presidency
00:39:04.080 because they have a political and policy disagreement
00:39:06.780 with who the American people elected.
00:39:09.640 Fortunately, we just got a major win
00:39:13.160 in the Supreme Court of the United States
00:39:15.400 this afternoon,
00:39:16.260 a five to four decision
00:39:18.300 where Justice Amy Coney Barrett
00:39:20.880 finally got her head out of her ass
00:39:24.080 and she joins four of the conservatives
00:39:26.800 and slapped down one of these activist judges.
00:39:30.600 You had this new Biden activist judge,
00:39:33.660 a federal judge in Boston
00:39:34.960 who said that President Trump
00:39:37.200 couldn't cancel $250 million
00:39:39.900 in bogus DEI teacher training grants.
00:39:44.480 And so the Supreme Court correctly held
00:39:46.400 as we've been talking on this show for over a month
00:39:48.620 that if you have a grant canceled,
00:39:52.500 your recourse is to file a lawsuit
00:39:54.820 in the court of federal claims.
00:39:57.100 It's not to go to an activist judge
00:39:59.040 and get a temporary restraining order
00:40:01.820 that's not temporary at all.
00:40:04.540 The Supreme Court held that these fake TROs
00:40:07.120 by these activist judges are not TROs.
00:40:10.980 They're actually preliminary injunctions
00:40:12.760 and that means that they're immediately appealable
00:40:14.840 and that means that we're finally starting to fight back
00:40:18.460 and win against this Democrat lawfare.
00:40:20.620 Hang on, because I want to ask,
00:40:22.020 of everything that's going on,
00:40:23.060 of all the 100 lawsuits,
00:40:24.420 and now they're suing on tariffs,
00:40:25.480 of all the 100 lawsuits against Trump,
00:40:27.040 how this one got to the Supreme Court so quickly.
00:40:29.940 But take a second and explain to people,
00:40:32.240 because I'll be honest,
00:40:33.260 I didn't know this until I got to D.C.
00:40:34.800 and I started learning about the administrative state.
00:40:38.580 I was a typical conservative
00:40:41.280 that bitched and moaned about the bureaucracy for years
00:40:44.360 but didn't really understand the mechanism
00:40:46.040 of how vast the apparatus is of the administrative state.
00:40:49.140 Talk about what claims court is
00:40:50.660 and how big that is
00:40:51.940 and why this should have gone there.
00:40:53.340 What is the claims court?
00:40:54.440 How big is it
00:40:55.800 and why is that a venue for people to take this
00:40:58.080 instead of running to federal court
00:40:59.460 to try to stop the president's activity?
00:41:02.740 So generally, the government has sovereign immunity,
00:41:04.740 meaning you can't sue the government
00:41:06.320 unless the government gives you permission
00:41:09.220 to sue the government through a statute.
00:41:11.820 So we have the Jones Act
00:41:13.760 and the Court of Federal Claims that was set up.
00:41:15.660 If you have a contract claim,
00:41:16.960 if you do business for the government,
00:41:19.280 you're a contractor of the government
00:41:20.660 and the government does not pay you for your work,
00:41:24.020 you can't just go to a district court
00:41:25.640 and bring a breach of contract claim.
00:41:27.760 You have to go to the Court of Federal Claims,
00:41:30.060 which is a specialty court in Washington, D.C.
00:41:34.420 and you have to bring contract claims there.
00:41:37.220 And if you don't bring contract claims there,
00:41:39.820 you generally don't get your money.
00:41:41.680 These other courts do not have jurisdiction.
00:41:44.280 And when you have President Trump canceling
00:41:46.240 these bogus contracts like DEI contracts
00:41:49.900 or USAID funding contracts,
00:41:52.820 the recourses go to the Court of Federal Claims.
00:41:54.860 Well, these activists have been running
00:41:56.300 to their activist judges
00:41:58.020 and getting these supposed temporary restraining orders
00:42:02.580 that aren't temporary at all to get the government.
00:42:06.140 Like, for example, we had Judge Ali in D.C.
00:42:09.280 just over a month ago
00:42:10.280 who ordered the president to send out $2 billion
00:42:12.800 in foreign aid
00:42:14.640 over the president's national security review.
00:42:18.080 He did not have jurisdiction to do that.
00:42:19.940 And it's just insane
00:42:21.020 that the Supreme Court allowed that to happen.
00:42:23.940 And I think that Judge Justice Amy Coney Barrett
00:42:27.540 has learned her lesson.
00:42:28.700 And she saw that her stupid ruling from before
00:42:31.920 on that Judge Ali USAID case
00:42:35.920 where the president can't do a national security review,
00:42:38.220 it caused all these activists to...
00:42:40.740 Because this is what confused me
00:42:43.520 because correct me if wrong,
00:42:45.100 the claim there of the $2.5 billion
00:42:46.560 is for contracts.
00:42:48.120 Remember, folks, we told you
00:42:49.480 there's about $2.5 million bureaucrats
00:42:52.320 or people actually working in government,
00:42:53.640 government employees,
00:42:54.420 $2.5 million, $3 million military.
00:42:56.140 There's another $5 million, let's say,
00:42:58.020 contractors at the executive level,
00:43:00.640 managerial level.
00:43:01.680 That $2.5 billion at USAID,
00:43:04.700 I thought a lot of that was to basically a president...
00:43:09.040 They're not going to pay the contracts
00:43:10.300 for some of these contractors, right?
00:43:11.780 They want these guys gone.
00:43:13.420 This is a cutting thing.
00:43:15.620 Why did she support him
00:43:17.660 and then kind of reverse herself here
00:43:20.060 and say, no, you got to go to the claim...
00:43:21.440 You have no claim here.
00:43:22.480 You got to go to the claims court.
00:43:23.620 Good day.
00:43:25.080 Well, I mean, I think that when I go on your show
00:43:28.800 and other shows
00:43:29.620 and say that she's a rattled law professor
00:43:32.140 with her head up her ass,
00:43:33.140 maybe that had the intended effect.
00:43:34.980 And she didn't make that mistake again this time
00:43:37.880 when this was on the emergency docket today
00:43:40.680 like she did over a month ago
00:43:42.240 when she allowed Judge Ali,
00:43:45.420 the first Muslim,
00:43:46.520 the first Arab DC federal judge,
00:43:48.740 as he brags,
00:43:49.520 to send $2 billion in foreign aid
00:43:51.920 to who knows where,
00:43:53.440 maybe his Hamas buddies to kill Americans.
00:43:55.480 And so Justice A.B. Cody Barrett,
00:43:59.680 I think she learned from her mistake.
00:44:02.900 The mistake that Justice Alito
00:44:04.780 clearly pointed out in his dissents
00:44:08.400 in Judge Ali's case over a month ago
00:44:10.900 is now what the Supreme Court
00:44:12.660 in a five to four ruling
00:44:13.860 with the chief justice, of course,
00:44:16.400 joining the liberals,
00:44:17.280 but Justice Barrett getting her head on right this time.
00:44:19.600 This is unbelievable.
00:44:21.120 Explain to the audience,
00:44:23.080 because the emergency docket of the Supreme Court
00:44:25.280 is going to be so important
00:44:26.380 to kind of expedite these,
00:44:28.080 of everything that's going on.
00:44:29.700 And we now,
00:44:30.400 and they haven't even just finally decided,
00:44:32.160 it looks like they're going to,
00:44:32.940 but they haven't finally decided
00:44:34.120 on the Boesburg central issue
00:44:36.860 of the national security issue
00:44:38.800 about even taking that on the emergency docket.
00:44:41.140 There's still filing papers on that.
00:44:43.020 What actually gets to the emergency docket?
00:44:45.680 How do they select that?
00:44:46.760 And how do they just say on others,
00:44:48.760 we're just not going to do it?
00:44:49.700 Well, the reason we're at the emergency docket
00:44:53.500 is because these activist judges
00:44:55.380 are issuing these unprecedented
00:44:57.520 temporary restraining orders in name only.
00:45:00.960 They're actually injunctions,
00:45:02.360 and they're sabotaging
00:45:04.020 the president's Article II powers.
00:45:05.880 Again, Trump's not stealing
00:45:07.820 Congress's legislative power under Article I.
00:45:10.160 He's not stealing the Supreme Court's
00:45:12.080 judicial power under Article III.
00:45:13.740 He's exercising his Article II power.
00:45:16.060 He's faithfully carrying out the laws.
00:45:17.600 He's acting as commander-in-chief,
00:45:19.740 the chief executive officer,
00:45:20.920 and these activist judges are sabotaging him.
00:45:23.700 Remember, Trump campaigned on this.
00:45:25.100 He campaigned on the fact
00:45:26.680 that he's going to hire Elon Musk,
00:45:28.200 set up Doge,
00:45:29.440 go after this waste, fraud, and abuse,
00:45:31.780 cancel these bogus DEI contracts.
00:45:33.820 He campaigned on the fact
00:45:34.760 he's going to seal our border
00:45:36.300 and get these illegal immigrants,
00:45:38.500 particularly foreign terrorists
00:45:39.760 from Trende, Aragua,
00:45:41.540 and gangbangers from MS-13,
00:45:43.360 the hell out of our country.
00:45:44.180 He's doing that.
00:45:44.880 And these judges are trying to sabotage him.
00:45:47.740 And the chief justice and Justice Barrett
00:45:49.840 joined the three libs
00:45:51.720 and let this happen over a month ago.
00:45:53.680 We see that this has only emboldened
00:45:56.580 these activist judges
00:45:57.640 where we have judge after judge after judge
00:46:00.900 trying to sabotage the presidency.
00:46:02.900 I think Justice Barrett, to her credit,
00:46:05.200 has finally learned her lesson.
00:46:06.780 And she's backing away from her position
00:46:09.000 a month ago
00:46:09.640 that these are somehow temporary restraining orders
00:46:13.060 that are somehow not immediately appealable.
00:46:16.920 As we close the week out,
00:46:19.360 of course, we're back here on Saturday morning.
00:46:21.100 How do you think we stand?
00:46:22.280 When you look at the whole battlefield
00:46:23.480 of the judicial insurrection
00:46:26.480 that's now become a judicial coup d'etat
00:46:29.840 or quickly becoming a coup d'etat,
00:46:32.260 how do you stand?
00:46:32.820 Because I haven't seen the scheduling
00:46:34.180 of any hearings on either Burlhow
00:46:36.920 or Boesburg.
00:46:38.440 So how do you think we stand?
00:46:39.660 This is a huge win today.
00:46:42.140 It's going to turn the tide
00:46:43.700 against these activist judges,
00:46:46.580 these judicial saboteurs.
00:46:48.660 They're going to understand
00:46:49.360 you can't use these injunctions,
00:46:52.560 slap a TRO label on it,
00:46:54.280 and then avoid appellate review.
00:46:56.240 So that's going to end
00:46:57.980 a lot of this judicial sabotage.
00:47:00.200 And then we're going to see
00:47:01.480 how the Supreme Court rules
00:47:03.340 on Boesburg's order
00:47:05.640 to be the commander-in-chief
00:47:07.660 and sabotage, expose and sabotage
00:47:10.360 an ongoing military operation
00:47:12.720 four Saturdays ago
00:47:13.880 and order planes to be turned around.
00:47:15.460 I mean, it's just crazy
00:47:16.700 what these judges are ordering.
00:47:19.100 I hope that we're going to get
00:47:21.500 a good result from the Supreme Court
00:47:23.200 on the Boesburg case,
00:47:24.540 but it makes me a little bit concerned
00:47:26.280 it's taking so long
00:47:27.360 for the Supreme Court to rule.
00:47:31.140 What about, he's also going
00:47:33.040 in a different track.
00:47:34.100 I know Julie Kelly's covering this.
00:47:35.440 She's actually doing the timeline right now.
00:47:37.300 Folks, that'll be up in our substack
00:47:38.760 hopefully by tomorrow morning.
00:47:40.720 Maybe we'll get Julie on
00:47:41.640 to walk us through that.
00:47:42.860 But Mike, this whole thing now,
00:47:44.820 he's very specifically going after,
00:47:46.860 I think, President Trump
00:47:48.360 and his most senior advisors
00:47:49.820 on a contempt charge.
00:47:52.080 Am I too overwrought on that?
00:47:55.720 Or is that what you see Boesburg
00:47:56.700 going and laying the trap
00:47:57.980 on this contempt charge?
00:47:59.980 There's no question.
00:48:01.060 That's what Boesburg's trying to do.
00:48:02.400 And I will say this to Jeb Boesburg.
00:48:04.340 You are taking the federal judiciary
00:48:06.700 over the cliff with this one.
00:48:09.520 So you better back up
00:48:10.500 because once the federal judiciary
00:48:12.320 loses its legitimacy,
00:48:14.520 it loses everything.
00:48:16.440 And that's why the chief justice
00:48:17.740 needs to use the emergency docket
00:48:20.080 to shut down this case.
00:48:21.400 There is no question
00:48:23.060 that President Trump
00:48:23.960 had the authority
00:48:25.060 under Article 2 of the Constitution,
00:48:27.720 separate from any statute
00:48:28.840 that's been on our books
00:48:29.700 for 250 years
00:48:30.900 to repel an invasion.
00:48:33.140 You have Trendy Aragua
00:48:34.600 working with the Venezuelan government
00:48:36.880 to invade our country,
00:48:38.680 sabotage our country,
00:48:39.780 to kidnap, rob, rape, murder, torture.
00:48:43.100 President Trump was absolutely
00:48:44.640 within his legal right
00:48:45.900 to get them the hell
00:48:46.800 out of our country.
00:48:47.620 And for this judge
00:48:49.240 to open up his courtroom
00:48:51.020 four Saturdays ago
00:48:52.760 when he didn't even have
00:48:53.860 the emergency docket that weekend,
00:48:55.280 he opened up his courtroom,
00:48:56.460 exposed this ongoing military operation,
00:49:00.060 putting American and allied lives
00:49:02.140 in grave danger,
00:49:03.520 undermining the president's ability
00:49:05.020 to conduct foreign affairs.
00:49:06.860 Why would a foreign leader
00:49:07.640 want to take a big risk like that
00:49:09.300 if that foreign leader knows
00:49:11.080 that an activist judge
00:49:11.980 is going to expose what they do
00:49:13.500 and order these planes turned around?
00:49:15.540 He doesn't know
00:49:16.020 the fuel levels of these planes.
00:49:17.400 He doesn't know
00:49:17.840 the security footprint.
00:49:19.380 Back in America,
00:49:20.180 we saw the security footprint
00:49:21.660 in El Salvador.
00:49:22.660 Hundreds of law enforcement
00:49:24.680 until a military official
00:49:25.880 is ready to take over
00:49:26.820 200 of the worst terrorists
00:49:28.800 in the Western Hemisphere.
00:49:30.000 Boesburg wanted to turn around
00:49:31.640 the planes and bring them back
00:49:32.960 to America.
00:49:34.580 The president did the right thing
00:49:36.500 by landing those planes.
00:49:38.380 And if Boesburg wants
00:49:39.160 to have a pissing match
00:49:40.300 with the president
00:49:41.400 of the United States
00:49:42.320 over deporting foreign terrorists
00:49:44.900 like Tretende Aragua,
00:49:46.620 he is going to lose.
00:49:47.820 He is going to lose badly.
00:49:49.080 It's going to badly damage
00:49:50.800 the legitimacy of the Supreme Court.
00:49:52.940 So I, again,
00:49:54.400 I tell the chief justice,
00:49:56.280 you better get
00:49:57.200 your judicial house in order here.
00:49:58.760 This is the red line.
00:50:00.540 This is the breaking point
00:50:01.680 for the federal judiciary
00:50:02.960 if Boesburg tries
00:50:03.840 to hold anyone in contempt
00:50:05.040 because they didn't want
00:50:06.360 to turn around planes
00:50:07.340 and bring dangerous terrorists
00:50:08.800 back into America.
00:50:11.180 Wow.
00:50:12.440 Mike Davis on Article 3.
00:50:14.240 Fantastic.
00:50:15.140 People need,
00:50:16.260 next week,
00:50:16.820 we've got to get back up on it
00:50:18.120 on the judiciary, etc.,
00:50:19.480 start having these hearings.
00:50:20.440 Where do people go this weekend
00:50:21.760 to learn more about Article 3
00:50:24.060 and your social media
00:50:25.560 so they can follow you?
00:50:27.660 Article3project.org,
00:50:28.920 Article3project.org.
00:50:31.420 We're calling for
00:50:32.200 Jeb Boesburg's impeachment
00:50:33.600 right now.
00:50:34.280 If you take action,
00:50:36.000 call for Boesburg's impeachment.
00:50:37.860 I don't care
00:50:38.440 if we don't have the votes.
00:50:39.500 Let's make the process
00:50:40.540 the punishment
00:50:41.200 as a deterrent here
00:50:42.180 so this never happens again.
00:50:45.760 Mike Davis,
00:50:46.680 social media,
00:50:47.400 where do people get you,
00:50:48.220 particularly late at night?
00:50:50.440 What I particularly...
00:50:51.560 I don't know what's more
