Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 850： Investigation And Arraignment Of Kirk Assassination Cont.

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:13.540 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:18.800 I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:23.080 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:24.980 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:26.420 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:29.020 It's going to happen.

00:00:30.400 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:00:33.780 MAGA Media.

00:00:35.120 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:40.540 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:44.320 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:50.520 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:00:53.840 Okay, it's Tuesday, 16th September in the year of our Lord, 2025.

00:01:02.080 Charlie Kirk's, the alleged assassin, was arraigned today.

00:01:07.360 And of course, they got a little different system in Utah.

00:01:09.640 All the states have slightly different systems.

00:01:11.920 And I find they don't really have a grand jury system for things like this.

00:01:14.960 They have this kind of charging document or they give enough to be able to charge.

00:01:22.200 And they had a press conference a day or a press avail and read it.

00:01:26.860 I've asked to join me for the second hour a guy who has become an expert kind of in all this.

00:01:33.500 And let me just give you his bona fides because I don't think that he talked about enough.

00:01:39.160 I've known Leahy now, I don't know, for 15 years.

00:01:41.760 We were colleagues over at Breitbart.

00:01:43.860 He was one of the founders, I think he was one of the founders on the first conference call,

00:01:47.580 that famous conference call about the Tea Party.

00:01:49.920 Michael Patrick Leahy was on that and one of the founders of the Tea Party movement.

00:01:54.660 Also a brilliant guy, a Harvard, he did the double, he did the,

00:01:58.360 what in the old days used to be the big event.

00:02:01.520 He did a Harvard College undergraduate degree, not a trade school.

00:02:07.260 I went to the business school.

00:02:08.180 He was not a trade school.

00:02:09.420 He actually went to the college, Harvard, and then he went to Stanford Business School,

00:02:13.200 which tried to supplant Harvard as the number one business school in the world.

00:02:16.720 It failed, but it had a run.

00:02:18.540 It had a run.

00:02:19.880 And then Leahy, just being Leahy, because he's running, I don't think, nine newspapers.

00:02:24.360 He's got a nationwide group of kind of newspapers he does and the Tennessee Star

00:02:27.540 and has an amazing radio program.

00:02:29.880 Because Leahy being Leahy, he decides at his advanced stage, he's going to go,

00:02:35.060 he's going to go, he doesn't have a law degree.

00:02:37.000 He's got a Harvard College undergraduate degree.

00:02:38.900 He's got an MBA from Stanford, but he doesn't have a law degree.

00:02:41.320 So he's going to go to night school for law and get a law degree.

00:02:46.140 And to be blunt, as a good friend of his, he's been insufferable ever since.

00:02:50.020 Now I'm getting Leahy the lawyer every day I'm talking.

00:02:52.700 But, Leahy, you are, I think, one of the living experts in this whole kind of the violent, radical,

00:03:00.700 I would almost call it paramilitary nature of this transgender movement 1.00

00:03:06.360 because of your work, as only Leahy can do, with the Nashville shooter,

00:03:11.980 of which if it was not for you, we wouldn't have even the parts of the manifesto we got.

00:03:16.500 So before I go through and start playing some clips, give me your overall assessment about this, sir.

00:03:24.060 Well, there is a very deep group of transgender, LGBTQ militias around the country.

00:03:34.100 And we were looking into the connection between those groups and the shooter,

00:03:40.880 the alleged shooter, the assassin of Charlie Kirk.

00:03:44.360 And because we were looking into it, we found this group called Armed Queers of Salt Lake City.

00:03:50.780 And they'd held some training just a few miles from the site of the shooting a couple weeks ago.

00:03:58.100 The founder of that group is a 24-year-old transgender immigrant from Iran.

00:04:07.060 Her name is Ermiah Fanayan.

00:04:10.020 And she quite has a very bizarre background. 0.91

00:04:14.960 She's got her start.

00:04:16.560 She transitioned when she was in high school from male to transgender woman.

00:04:21.580 Hold on, hang on, hang on, full stop, full stop, full stop, full stop, full stop.

00:04:26.080 We're in the war room, baby.

00:04:28.100 It's a Persian dude, okay? 0.98

00:04:30.260 Whatever they do to themselves, they can do it.

00:04:33.180 No, no, they can do it.

00:04:34.160 Hey, I got no problem.

00:04:35.720 You can do what you want to do to yourself.

00:04:38.060 You can call yourself anything you want.

00:04:40.800 You can do all that.

00:04:42.180 And hey, if that's what you think your task and purpose is, do it.

00:04:45.280 But in the war room, you're a boy or a girl the way God assigned it,

00:04:49.540 and the Holy Spirit assigned it at birth.

00:04:51.960 So you've got a Persian guy, right, that is one of the leaders of this thing.

00:04:57.440 So what did this guy who transitioned now to a lovely young lady, you're calling them militias. 0.95

00:05:06.240 When you say militias, you mean they're armed up and they're taking target practice?

00:05:10.760 Yeah.

00:05:10.960 Yeah, I mean, there are a number of, quote, democratic socialist militia groups around the country.

00:05:17.000 There have been a couple here in Nashville.

00:05:18.860 And the FBI now has this group under scrutiny.

00:05:21.820 The founder of the group has a bizarre background.

00:05:28.640 The Persian dude, who purportedly transitioned while in high school,

00:05:33.740 got his political start working with, wait for it, David Hogg in 2018 on anti-gun groups,

00:05:44.680 but then quickly became part of a group called Pink Pistols.

00:05:49.060 But they kicked her out, apparently, or him out, apparently,

00:05:52.760 because she was a little bit too radical even for them.

00:05:56.240 And so now the group that he founded, Armed Queers for Salt Lake City,

00:06:03.060 is apparently under FBI scrutiny for possible connections to this terrible assassination.

00:06:12.200 Here's what I don't get.

00:06:14.160 Given, and I'm not saying he didn't transition to wherever he thought he was going to be,

00:06:18.060 just as, hey, we'd like to keep it simple here.

00:06:20.120 No pronouns, no nothing.

00:06:21.260 Hey, if God and the Holy Spirit got you at birth as a boy, you're a boy.

00:06:26.020 They got you as a girl. 0.99

00:06:27.240 There's two genders, boys and girls. 0.99

00:06:28.980 Whatever they do, they're going to do, right?

00:06:31.340 Whatever they're going to do, they're going to do.

00:06:33.620 I want to go to the radicalness of it.

00:06:36.140 When he's saying he's in a group called Pink Pistols,

00:06:38.660 and they say, this guy's too radical, you're just not welcome here,

00:06:41.880 and he goes for what Armed Queers of Salt Lake City, 0.56

00:06:46.180 and they're taking militia practice.

00:06:47.720 Because why has the FBI, and particularly given, and get people up to date,

00:06:53.800 what happened in Nashville, and if you want to have a brutal,

00:06:56.940 by the way, they take the videos down right away.

00:06:59.200 I don't think there's been a more heart-rendering situation, Leahy,

00:07:04.380 a couple of years ago when we got you on about that situation in Nashville,

00:07:10.200 where that young woman's going through the school hunting down six-year-olds.

00:07:15.900 They hunted down little six-year-olds and seven-year-olds

00:07:19.360 because they're so hate-filled about what their own lives are.

00:07:23.740 It's the same thing in Minneapolis.

00:07:25.200 They're putting the gun in between the stained-glass windows into a church

00:07:30.060 to gun down little kids at mass. 0.98

00:07:33.860 They hate children. 0.98

00:07:36.700 They hate innocent children. 0.99

00:07:38.040 And they hunt them down, and they gun them down like they're dogs,

00:07:42.780 just like they hated Charlie Kirk.

00:07:45.120 And you see what happens there.

00:07:46.540 So tell me about why is the FBI not on top of this,

00:07:49.000 given everything that came out of Nashville and everything that's coming to Minneapolis?

00:07:55.140 Well, our reporting suggests that they are on top of it

00:07:58.080 and that this group is under scrutiny.

00:07:59.840 You know, it's been not quite a week since Charlie was assassinated in Orem, Utah.

00:08:08.600 I think they're really looking into it.

00:08:10.760 I suspect, what I suspect they're going to find here, Steve,

00:08:15.100 is, and the text messages that came out that were reported just a few hours ago

00:08:20.740 by the district attorney in Utah County,

00:08:23.620 suggest that others may have known about this.

00:08:28.460 And I think what they're going to find is there were probably a great number of individuals

00:08:36.000 within this murky transgender militia universe who were aware of the possibility 0.99

00:08:42.660 and didn't do anything about it.

00:08:44.820 So I think right now there's going to be a lot more investigation.

00:08:49.460 I actually, my view on this, that I think Kash Patel at the FBI

00:08:54.340 has done a much better job than the FBI under Biden.

00:08:59.060 I got that.

00:08:59.540 With the coming of Hillary. 1.00

00:09:01.700 Of course it was said, because Biden was having them into the frickin' Oval Office.

00:09:06.280 The Bud Light dude was in the Oval Office doing question and answers.

00:09:10.080 Or with the residents doing question and answers.

00:09:11.740 Of course we're doing a better job.

00:09:13.200 But all the investigation, this is like,

00:09:15.460 the things that drive me crazy is when they all talk about the partnerships

00:09:18.360 and the great partnerships they got at the beginning of these press conferences.

00:09:21.260 That's as bad as thoughts and prayers, right?

00:09:23.560 The other is afterwards, like in Minneapolis or in Nashville,

00:09:28.400 you've got up-armored Humvees.

00:09:30.440 You've got guys with 50 cows.

00:09:32.160 Everybody's up in a vest.

00:09:33.420 They've got a million people around when it doesn't matter.

00:09:36.640 Okay?

00:09:37.260 I want to know why these weren't infiltrated.

00:09:39.700 After Nashville, why do you need, with Nashville and every other one,

00:09:44.160 they've got a half a dozen of these, why do we need Charlie Kirk gunned down?

00:09:49.600 Well, we haven't infiltrated these groups like you did all the anti-war groups

00:09:54.420 and radical groups in the 60s and 70s.

00:09:57.160 Why are they not infiltrated?

00:09:58.640 Why do we not know about the discord?

00:10:00.320 Why are we not?

00:10:00.780 And they're saying, Steve, you're just being too hard.

00:10:02.480 Well, hold it.

00:10:03.000 Hang on for a second.

00:10:04.300 This is what they're supposed to be doing.

00:10:06.400 Because you had these militias, this radicalness, and the violence,

00:10:10.800 they are looking for violent solutions.

00:10:12.520 Look at the manifestos. 0.94

00:10:14.940 The manifestos are crazed.

00:10:17.220 The manifesto, the little we've got from Nashville,

00:10:20.920 and it'll make your head spin, and then Minneapolis.

00:10:24.400 And by the way, what percentage of the manifesto do we have right now from Nashville?

00:10:30.140 Is it all out?

00:10:30.900 Are you still fighting?

00:10:31.600 We have about 85% of it.

00:10:33.660 Because, and again, I'll say this, we were critical early on

00:10:37.180 of how long it took Kash Patel's FBI to get this out.

00:10:39.860 But they have honored their word when we agreed to drop the suit.

00:10:44.640 And they have given us about 1,500 pages so far.

00:10:47.580 And we've been analyzing it.

00:10:48.940 But your broader point is quite correct.

00:10:51.760 You know, let me go back to the poll.

00:10:53.560 I don't know if you saw this poll, Steve,

00:10:55.480 that Scott Rasmussen at Neapolitan News put out yesterday.

00:10:59.720 15% of Americans believed that the murder of Charlie Kirk was justified.

00:11:09.180 And that was about 26% of people under the age of 35.

00:11:13.460 Now, there are a whole bunch of those folks that are part of these groups.

00:11:16.920 And you are absolutely right.

00:11:18.920 The FBI and the Department of Justice, even under Trump 2.0,

00:11:23.900 have been slow on the uptake.

00:11:25.520 And they should really, really go in and begin aggressive investigation

00:11:30.320 into all of these violent LGBTQ transgender groups. 1.00

00:11:35.700 Yeah. 0.97

00:11:36.020 Because they are armed.

00:11:37.380 Yeah.

00:11:37.760 And obviously, they are dangerous.

00:11:39.920 So I'm going to do some rough math here.

00:11:44.600 And you're a Harvard and Stanford grad, so you're going to help me out.

00:11:47.780 There's 330 million, let's say 350, right?

00:11:50.600 Maybe count everybody up.

00:11:51.620 350 million people in the country.

00:11:54.100 What is that?

00:11:54.960 That is 70 million, 1035, that's 70.

00:11:59.840 That's over, according to Rasmussen's poll,

00:12:03.000 if I do my sums correctly, north of 80 million people in this country, right?

00:12:09.920 Oh, that's total under 35, 26% of that.

00:12:12.640 So you could have 20 or 30 million, you could have 20 or 30 million people, right?

00:12:18.000 You could have 20 or 30 million people in this country that say,

00:12:21.280 you're saying 26% under the age of 35.

00:12:25.160 26% or 35 think it's justified.

00:12:28.200 This is the radical nature.

00:12:29.620 And this is why, Tillis, we have to escalate to take down this.

00:12:35.780 26%.

00:12:36.260 You see, Charlie Kirk, the best we,

00:12:38.880 Charlie Kirk's the best we got.

00:12:40.560 He's the one that will sit down with him and debate him and go into the lion's den,

00:12:44.320 fearless, a man of spirit and believe in his spirit, believe in eternal life,

00:12:49.600 believe in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

00:12:51.300 He was fearless.

00:12:52.740 You're not going to get any better than Charlie Kirk.

00:12:54.860 That's the best we got, okay?

00:12:57.380 And they shot him down like an animal, killed him in cold blood in front of the world.

00:13:02.800 And then you saw the charges today, you know, doing something in front of little kids.

00:13:05.540 They don't care.

00:13:06.740 And if you've seen the left away, they're mocking him, this 26%, and his children. 0.92

00:13:12.060 A lot of people say, well, why don't you get the kids? 0.93

00:13:13.940 And his wife.

00:13:15.760 You see that these people are, you can't, there's no unity there.

00:13:20.660 There's nothing, there is no common ground.

00:13:23.140 There's no common ground.

00:13:24.280 That they take up the same space and have been afforded these amazing opportunities like this young guy.

00:13:30.580 And I'll be blunt.

00:13:32.420 I don't know why the parents aren't rolled up right now as co-conspirators or at least accessories before the fact.

00:13:38.120 And let them, and let them, and let's drill down. 1.00

00:13:40.740 Particularly the mother.

00:13:41.600 I'm just not buying they didn't have, they said, well, you know, he mentioned something the week before that,

00:13:46.380 you know, Charlie Kirk was coming and they had some issues with Charlie Kirk.

00:13:49.920 Well, I want to find out more about that under oath, just like the phony roommate.

00:13:55.180 I'll tell you what it's doing right now.

00:13:56.520 Here's what we're going to do.

00:13:57.540 We're going to play the district attorney reading the text messages,

00:14:02.320 and we're going to put it up on the screen so you can see it.

00:14:05.280 Let's go ahead and play that.

00:14:06.180 It takes about, and then we have a very special report from ABC News that comes in right after that'll make your head blow up.

00:14:12.340 Michael Patrick, ladies, you're going to stick with me.

00:14:14.160 Denver, let's go ahead and play.

00:14:15.300 The roommate.

00:14:17.260 Police interviewed Robinson's roommate, a biological male who was involved in a romantic relationship with Robinson.

00:14:27.160 The roommate told police that the roommate received messages from Robinson about the shooting,

00:14:33.700 and he did provide those messages to police.

00:14:37.040 On September 10th, 2025, the roommate received a text message from Robinson, which said,

00:14:45.640 Drop what you're doing.

00:14:47.120 Look under my keyboard.

00:14:49.180 The roommate looked under the keyboard and found a note that stated,

00:14:53.560 quote, I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I'm going to take it.

00:14:59.600 Police found a photograph of this note.

00:15:02.200 The following text exchange then took place.

00:15:08.300 After reading the note, the roommate responded,

00:15:11.900 What?

00:15:13.040 You're joking, right?

00:15:15.320 Robinson, I am still okay, my love, but am stuck in Orem for a little while longer yet.

00:15:22.260 Shouldn't be long until I can come home, but I got to grab my rifle still.

00:15:27.240 To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age.

00:15:32.360 I am sorry to involve you.

00:15:35.460 Roommate.

00:15:36.240 You weren't the one who did it, right?

00:15:39.540 Robinson, I am.

00:15:40.880 I am.

00:15:41.540 I'm sorry.

00:15:43.500 Roommate.

00:15:44.180 I thought they caught the person.

00:15:46.380 Robinson.

00:15:47.460 No, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing.

00:15:52.580 I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side

00:15:59.160 of town got locked down.

00:16:01.500 It's quiet almost enough to get out, but there's one vehicle lingering.

00:16:06.920 Roommate.

00:16:07.560 Why?

00:16:08.820 Robinson.

00:16:09.680 Why did I do it?

00:16:11.060 Roommate.

00:16:11.680 Yeah.

00:16:13.520 Robinson.

00:16:14.360 I had enough of his hatred.

00:16:16.160 Some hate can't be negotiated out.

00:16:18.340 If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence.

00:16:26.920 Going to attempt to retrieve it again.

00:16:29.540 Hopefully they have moved on.

00:16:31.600 I haven't seen anything about them finding it.

00:16:35.020 Roommate.

00:16:35.920 How long have you been planning this?

00:16:38.480 Robinson.

00:16:39.640 A bit over a week, I believe.

00:16:41.780 I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it.

00:16:46.000 I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it.

00:16:51.720 Robinson again.

00:16:53.020 I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle.

00:16:57.900 I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back Grandpa's rifle.

00:17:04.680 I-D-E-K. 0.99

00:17:05.980 If it's had a serial number, but it wouldn't trace to me.

00:17:10.140 I worry about prints.

00:17:11.560 I had to leave it in a bush where I changed outfits.

00:17:15.360 Didn't have the ability or time to bring it with.

00:17:18.900 I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find prints.

00:17:23.560 How the F will I explain losing it to my old man?

00:17:28.260 Only thing I left was the rifle wrapped in a towel.

00:17:33.740 Remember how I was engraving bullets?

00:17:35.860 The F-N messages are mostly a big meme.

00:17:40.840 If I see Notice Bulge, UWU on Fox News, I might have a stroke all right.

00:17:48.500 I'm going to have to leave it. 1.00

00:17:50.520 That really F-N sucks. 0.99

00:17:53.500 Judging from today, I'd say Grandpa's gun does just fine. 1.00

00:17:57.540 I-D-K. 1.00

00:17:58.240 I think that was a 2-K-dollar scope.

00:18:05.740 Wink, wink.

00:18:09.280 Robinson.

00:18:10.540 Robinson again.

00:18:11.780 Delete this exchange.

00:18:14.160 Again, Robinson.

00:18:15.420 My dad wants photos of the rifle.

00:18:17.460 He says Grandpa wants to know who has what.

00:18:21.140 The feds released a photo of the rifle, and it is very unique.

00:18:25.520 He's calling me, RN.

00:18:26.900 Again, not answering.

00:18:29.260 Robinson.

00:18:30.740 Since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty diehard MAGA.

00:18:36.900 Robinson.

00:18:38.340 I'm going to turn myself in willingly.

00:18:40.880 One of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff.

00:18:45.220 Again, you are all I worry about, love.

00:18:47.920 That came from Robinson.

00:18:49.240 Roommate.

00:18:50.400 I'm much more worried about you.

00:18:53.340 Robinson.

00:18:53.980 Don't talk to the media, please.

00:18:55.620 Don't take any interviews or make any comments.

00:18:59.460 If any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent.

00:19:05.220 We have seen an alleged murder with such specific text messages about the alleged murder weapon,

00:19:15.600 where it was hidden, how it was placed, what was on it.

00:19:18.380 But also it was very touching in a way that I think many of us didn't expect, a very intimate portrait into this relationship between the suspect's roommate and the suspect himself, with him repeatedly calling his roommate who was transitioning, calling him, my love, and I want to protect you, my love.

00:19:36.020 So it was this duality of someone who the attorney said not only jeopardized the life of Charlie Kirk and the crowd, but was doing it in front of children, which is one of the aggravating circumstances of this case.

00:19:46.960 And on the other hand, he was speaking so lovingly about his partner.

00:19:50.920 So a very interesting and, as Pierre said, riveting press conference, David.

00:19:54.500 Wow, can't tell David Muir is the executive editor of ABC News.

00:20:00.680 What are you talking about, dude?

00:20:03.160 Duality?

00:20:04.560 Play this again.

00:20:05.720 I got to have this again.

00:20:07.520 If that guy is on the payroll at ABC News by the close of business, then anybody that ever watches ABC News, not that this audience does, he's just adding to this madness.

00:20:19.660 It's a duality.

00:20:21.280 It's so touching.

00:20:22.740 He's so touching to his loved one.

00:20:25.360 How can this guy be a cold-blooded murderer?

00:20:27.800 This is what they got.

00:20:28.520 All the freaks today show up to Mangione.

00:20:31.660 It's like the arrival of Frank Sinatra back in the old days with the teeny boppers.

00:20:37.020 They can't get enough.

00:20:38.120 I told you these people were twisted.

00:20:39.740 I told you they was all going to come to this.

00:20:42.560 You watch.

00:20:43.600 Starts in these schools in kindergarten.

00:20:46.140 You got these terrorists.

00:20:47.060 That's what they are, that mold these people and twist them, and twist them.

00:20:52.580 Play the ABC News.

00:20:54.020 This is the summary of ABC News.

00:20:56.500 This is the summary of ABC News.

00:20:58.220 President Trump, please, sue him again and get another, like, $20 billion out of it or whatever you got, $20 million.

00:21:03.640 Sue him again.

00:21:05.420 David Muir, the executive editor of ABC News, and this is what the—let's see what their amazing analysis.

00:21:14.400 After you just read that, let's hear it.

00:21:16.360 We have seen an alleged murder with such specific text messages about the alleged murder weapon, where it was hidden, how it was placed, what was on it.

00:21:27.520 But also, it was very touching in a way that I think many of us didn't expect, a very intimate portrait into this relationship between the suspect's roommate and the suspect himself, with him repeatedly calling his roommate who was transitioning, calling him, my love, and I want to protect you, my love.

00:21:45.160 So it was this duality of someone who the attorney said not only jeopardized the life of Charlie Kirk and the crowd, but was doing it in front of children, which is one of the aggravating circumstances of this case.

00:21:56.100 And on the other hand, he was, you know, speaking so lovingly about his partner.

00:22:00.040 So a very interesting and, as Pierre said, riveting press conference, David.

00:22:03.640 Speaking so lovingly, no, he didn't jeopardize the life of Charlie Kirk.

00:22:10.220 He shot Charlie Kirk, allegedly, in cold blood.

00:22:13.560 But I digress.

00:22:15.980 So, Leahy, I'm just not buying the text messages.

00:22:18.540 That is, if you were in Hollywood and walked in with that script to a producer, the first thing they were saying, that's too on the nose.

00:22:27.280 That's too on the nose.

00:22:28.060 You're too specific.

00:22:28.860 It seems like you've got to learn how to really, how people think in these situations when the guy just supposedly gunned down Charlie Kirk in cold blood on a shot that, you know, putting the muzzle together and all the video they show.

00:22:42.320 One minute he's peg-legged, the next minute he's not peg-legged, right?

00:22:46.260 One minute he's walking through the neighborhood, the peg-legged. 1.00

00:22:48.440 The next he's walking through with shorts on.

00:22:51.060 One minute he's using the Dodge Charger.

00:22:53.180 The next minute he's not.

00:22:54.820 One minute he's jumping off a roof of a building.

00:22:57.240 The next minute, oh, he's got the rifle.

00:23:00.980 Michael Savage is still correct on this.

00:23:02.940 And then the write-up.

00:23:04.420 And like the ABC guy said, it's so detailed.

00:23:06.980 It's such a roadmap.

00:23:07.940 I'm just not.

00:23:09.440 It's too on the nose.

00:23:10.760 It's too scripted.

00:23:11.740 But people in those situations are not, you know, you're so jacked up.

00:23:17.020 You're so afraid.

00:23:18.360 They're going to come and get you and kill you, right? 0.97

00:23:20.780 The cops are either going to kill you or, you know, you're going to die in some gunfight. 1.00

00:23:25.300 And he said, hey, I told people, I want to take my life. 0.99

00:23:28.000 You're to the end of your run here.

00:23:31.740 You're not sitting there going, yeah, you know, I'll be back in a couple days.

00:23:34.140 It's like on a business trip.

00:23:35.220 What, he at a convention?

00:23:36.080 He's at a convention.

00:23:36.960 Yeah, I'll be back in a couple days, sweetheart.

00:23:40.220 Right?

00:23:40.520 Make sure there's a pot of coffee I want to get back.

00:23:43.140 What is it?

00:23:44.060 Leahy, I don't know.

00:23:45.760 Your thoughts and observations.

00:23:48.300 Well, I share your skepticism about those text messages.

00:23:52.100 It's almost as if they are choreographed to get the roommate slash lover, man transitioning

00:24:02.520 to be a woman, to get that individual outside the scope of the investigation. 1.00

00:24:09.100 It just could be that.

00:24:10.380 And you're right, it does seem very, very detailed, very, very measured, and not the kind of frenetic,

00:24:19.740 intense communication that you might have, expect to have if this happened in real time.

00:24:26.000 I think what's going to happen on this, Steve, my view would be they are going to keep the alleged assassin in isolation,

00:24:36.240 but go through very serious questions and investigations to point out and to really push and see what is real, what is not real.

00:24:46.380 Well, I suspect, Steve, that what we're going to find is that there are many individuals who were aware of this and did nothing to stop it

00:24:56.460 and may, after the fact, have aided and abetted.

00:24:59.980 This is what I suspect I do not know.

00:25:03.220 I think it's going to take a long time for this to come out, but there's a lot of additional evidence which has to be brought out before justice is served in this case.

00:25:15.440 Leahy, can you stick around a minute?

00:25:16.920 I want to play some stuff about Cox talking, and I've got to talk to you about Memphis.

00:25:21.240 You're a man on the scene in Memphis.

00:25:23.240 Once again, Leahy called it years ago, said Memphis was out of control as far as crime goes.

00:25:28.300 That's why a guy agrees with him is the president of these United States.

00:25:33.160 Am I wrong?

00:25:34.280 Look, I'm giving you hot takes, and we try not to be a hot takes place.

00:25:38.960 I'll look at this more tonight and talk to people.

00:25:41.660 Did he tell the roommate, remember when I was engraving the bullets? 0.94

00:25:44.580 You think he's just engraving the bullets, you know, hey, fascist, catch.

00:25:49.800 That the guy transitioning to whatever doesn't say, hey, honey, what are you doing with the bullets?

00:25:55.700 Oh, Charlie Kerr's coming next week.

00:25:58.300 I don't know.

00:26:01.640 I don't know, but I'm not buying any of it.

00:26:05.220 I'm going to get Savage.

00:26:05.980 We're going to go through all the videos.

00:26:07.260 It doesn't match up.

00:26:08.580 One minute, he's peg-legged.

00:26:10.600 Do you think he gets on a roof and puts together a bolt-to-action, a .30-06 Mauser with that barrel

00:26:17.540 and puts the thing in that it lines up perfectly?

00:26:20.940 Is that what you're telling me?

00:26:21.880 With the little screwdriver he conveniently leaves behind?

00:26:25.300 Takes everything else but conveniently leaves the screwdriver?

00:26:28.700 You're getting stuff to look.

00:26:29.900 When you see the screwdriver, let me throw that in the backpack.

00:26:32.260 What does that take?

00:26:33.020 A millimeter of a second?

00:26:35.100 But no, I've got to leave the screwdriver with the DNA so they can match it with the DNA on the rifle butt.

00:26:41.420 But I'm not buying it.

00:26:46.860 I am not buying it.

00:26:49.060 I've got an open mind, but I'm not buying this.

00:26:52.840 Short commercial break.

00:26:53.980 We're going to turn in the war room.

00:26:55.140 We've got Michael Patrick Leahy, the mastermind that broke down everything about this horrible Nashville shooting next in the war room.

00:31:49.860 That's how easy it is.

00:31:52.820 I was going to play this thing about cocks, and I've got my compatriot, Michael Patrick Leahy, one of the smartest guys I know, with me, writing shotgun now. 0.80

00:32:00.840 I'm going to do it in a second.

00:32:01.680 But the war room, engine room, and the different locations, they're blowing me up.

00:32:07.560 A couple things.

00:32:08.280 Number one, let me go back to it. 0.57

00:32:10.940 You've just killed one of the most prominent people in your generation.

00:32:15.540 And supposedly, your motive is you know that that's where you killed him, right? 0.57

00:32:19.920 You assassinated him.

00:32:21.300 Probably the first living thing you ever killed in your life, and you did it in front of 3,000 people.

00:32:28.340 You know the whole world.

00:32:30.260 This is a global event.

00:32:31.960 Very quickly.

00:32:33.900 You adrenaline. 0.99

00:32:34.500 And you also know, because you tell your parents when they contact you, you're just going to kill it.

00:32:38.560 So you know that your last moments on Earth are now enveloping you.

00:32:47.600 You know that. 0.83

00:32:48.540 You just shot this guy.

00:32:49.580 It's all the news everywhere. 1.00

00:32:51.240 And the cops are either going to kill you in a shootout, or you're going to kill yourself before they take you, right? 0.93

00:32:57.280 So your last moments on this Earth are with you. 0.97

00:33:02.520 And you're telling me that you write your boyfriend and say, dad's going to be so mad about grandpa's rifle.

00:33:13.480 Dad's going to be so mad about grandpa's rifle.

00:33:15.820 Dude, your father is supposedly MAGA.

00:33:18.920 Your parents were supposedly good people that raised you.

00:33:21.920 They're Mormons, so they're supposedly rock-ridden conservatives. 0.73

00:33:27.120 You just murdered the most important young person in the world in the conservative movement. 0.98

00:33:35.400 You murdered him. 1.00

00:33:37.100 You shot him down like a dog. 0.99

00:33:39.140 And you're telling me that you're going to text here, dad's going to be very upset I lost grandpa's rifle. 0.97

00:33:45.680 Are you kidding me?

00:33:46.980 Why are you explaining everything?

00:33:48.500 Oh, we left it here.

00:33:49.300 I left it here.

00:33:49.900 I think I got a palm print on it.

00:33:51.300 I think I left a fingerprint on it.

00:33:52.960 A palm print.

00:33:54.640 You expect me to believe that?

00:33:57.160 Also, and this is the entry, I really want to thank the engine room.

00:33:59.940 I think this is one of the North Carolina engine room.

00:34:02.500 Reminds me that Gutman, the ABC reporter is getting teary-eyed.

00:34:07.660 You know who he's getting teary-eyed about?

00:34:08.820 He's not getting teary-eyed because they went through the capital murder charges, the capital murder charges for this guy.

00:34:16.180 They're not getting teary-eyed and thinking there about how he, you know, put the things on the bullet and shot him and killed Charlie Kirk in cold blood in front of the world, including his children and his wife.

00:34:27.400 The reporter's getting teary-eyed and choked up.

00:34:30.060 Who gets the time to write a Shakespeare sonnet to your estranged or your lover that's, you know, remote?

00:34:48.260 But I'll be back in a couple of days when the heat's off.

00:34:52.260 In that moment, does Shakespeare, is that what wells up in you, a Shakespeare-like sonnet that can draw tears from a hard-bitten ABC news reporter?

00:35:02.960 David Muir, you know, we're curious.

00:35:08.040 We got a question on that.

00:35:10.740 How did the guy have time to write a sonnet?

00:35:14.060 How did he worry about, dad's really going to be upset about grandpa's rival?

00:35:18.480 Dude, I think your father may be upset that you shot a man in cold blood in front of the world.

00:35:25.600 The best of his generation.

00:35:27.020 I think your parents may have, they may talk about that first, for they say, oh, by the way,

00:35:32.960 did you bring the rifle back?

00:35:35.520 Did you bring the gun back?

00:35:39.120 I am absolutely not buying this.

00:35:42.680 Now, maybe they have other evidence and we'll see it all and get it all.

00:35:45.920 And, hey, I'm not buying it.

00:35:50.040 They get the videos lined up and let's see the videos and see all this stuff and get the time code.

00:35:55.440 Because all I know now, and they talked about it, not me, that DA talked about it,

00:36:00.800 the peg leg video that you haven't wanted to talk about.

00:36:04.100 The peg leg video is stamped at 1149 local.

00:36:10.380 1140, there we are right there.

00:36:11.900 Thank you, Denver.

00:36:12.680 God, you guys are on it.

00:36:14.340 You see his peg leg?

00:36:15.220 They kind of hid that for a couple of days because they got, you know,

00:36:17.620 they got the guy walking in gym shorts.

00:36:19.420 That's 1149 time stamp.

00:36:21.340 You probably can't see that time stamp.

00:36:22.380 The time stamp on him walking up the stairs is 1153, so four minutes.

00:36:30.760 The neighborhood's right there.

00:36:33.260 And he ain't peg legged.

00:36:37.040 I've looked at that thing.

00:36:37.960 Ain't no peg leg.

00:36:39.160 He bent in them knees.

00:36:40.880 So I'm just saying.

00:36:42.660 And so what did he do?

00:36:43.900 He got the rifle, put the barrel in the thing because now he could do it

00:36:49.180 because he was so nervous of doing it in the street that he could do it.

00:36:52.940 Now, what are you talking about?

00:36:54.720 And he put the screwdriver or the special thing you need,

00:36:58.760 and he actually could line up an old Mauser bolt to action, 30-06,

00:37:04.260 and it would be perfect alignment to take one kill shot.

00:37:08.400 And then, of course, obviously leave the other bullets right there. 0.99

00:37:11.100 You have to because you and your lover sat there.

00:37:14.080 Remember when we did the thing?

00:37:17.040 Gosh, would the lover sit there and, hey, hey, fascist catch, what is that for?

00:37:22.960 You shooting rabbits with that? 0.98

00:37:24.220 Are these rabbits fascists?

00:37:27.340 So that's 1153, and he's walking up.

00:37:30.800 That gave him, what, 25 minutes max or something like that, 34.

00:37:35.680 A guy to get up on the roof, nobody see him, crouch down,

00:37:39.200 and with his heart going, boom, boom, boom.

00:37:43.300 Talk to Tej Gill and these brothers that are the killers at the Navy SEALs.

00:37:49.940 I mean the gunmen.

00:37:51.760 You've got Navy SEALs, EOD guys, brave guys.

00:37:54.480 They go through the super training,

00:37:55.760 but then they've got the guys that are there as the sharpshooters, the marksmen.

00:38:00.760 Okay?

00:38:00.900 They'll tell you, with all their training, the best training in the world,

00:38:06.240 that heart is beating out of your ribs, right?

00:38:10.560 Because they realize it could be the last second on earth that you have,

00:38:17.040 like Charlie Kirk right there.

00:38:19.320 But Charlie Kirk didn't know it.

00:38:22.040 You know it.

00:38:23.980 So I ain't buying it.

00:38:25.440 Now, if they get all the videos together and things like that,

00:38:28.880 it could be different.

00:38:29.740 But I hope, as we argued on this show,

00:38:32.800 when we flew out to Utah immediately,

00:38:35.100 when we argued on this show,

00:38:36.640 everybody in the Discord chat ought to be in there.

00:38:38.520 The roommate said he didn't know it.

00:38:40.380 B.S.

00:38:42.260 They talked about, you know, he talked about,

00:38:43.740 don't you remember when we did the bullets?

00:38:46.760 The roommate ought to be up,

00:38:48.180 and they ought to have the Klieg lights right in front of him,

00:38:50.400 sweating him out.

00:38:51.280 But all of them, everybody in the Discord chat,

00:38:53.660 the parents, the parents, get the parents in there.

00:38:56.800 I'm not buying any of it.

00:38:59.140 Get them in there, all of them.

00:39:01.900 And Leahy's telling you,

00:39:02.860 Leahy's article, you've got to read this,

00:39:05.460 the whole death cult militia.

00:39:07.220 Have you heard that?

00:39:08.200 Was Biden telling you that? 0.75

00:39:09.680 Wasn't it it was white nationalist extremists?

00:39:12.140 It was former military members.

00:39:13.860 It was traditional Catholics.

00:39:15.580 It was grandmothers praying the rosary, right?

00:39:17.820 Wasn't that all the problem?

00:39:20.120 Let's play, I've got another one.

00:39:21.280 A bigger beauty than Tom, 0.86

00:39:22.900 as weak and gutless as Tom Tillis is, 0.82

00:39:25.840 I got a better one. 0.97

00:39:28.080 And that's this Cox guy.

00:39:29.160 And I'm really glad,

00:39:30.020 I want to say appreciation

00:39:31.380 for all the Mormons that have reached out,

00:39:34.460 all the folks in Utah have reached out and said,

00:39:36.200 Steve, you do not know what's going on in this state.

00:39:39.000 Number one, it's been flooded with Californians.

00:39:41.960 And they're an infestation.

00:39:43.420 I can tell you that from Arizona,

00:39:45.540 from Montana,

00:39:47.280 from,

00:39:47.820 from,

00:39:47.920 from cholera.

00:39:49.080 It's an infestation.

00:39:50.800 In Texas,

00:39:51.280 you better watch it.

00:39:52.020 When the California folks come,

00:39:53.460 and yet some,

00:39:54.720 you've got are good conservatives

00:39:56.220 that can't take it anymore,

00:39:57.100 but you've got a lot of people

00:39:58.280 from the Bay Area

00:39:58.860 and Southern California

00:39:59.660 that's got a lot of money.

00:40:01.580 And,

00:40:01.620 and they want to just,

00:40:02.720 they want to spread that virus everywhere.

00:40:05.400 Number one,

00:40:05.860 the other is issues in the Mormon church.

00:40:08.620 It's not all what it seems

00:40:10.000 and not what we remember

00:40:11.140 as kind of these rock-rooted people

00:40:12.600 that are very,

00:40:13.300 boom,

00:40:13.600 here's the way it is,

00:40:14.600 you know,

00:40:14.940 good family,

00:40:15.720 strong,

00:40:16.260 solid values,

00:40:17.960 everything like that.

00:40:18.700 There's,

00:40:19.100 hey,

00:40:19.780 it's,

00:40:20.280 because Cox,

00:40:21.320 I think when he reelected

00:40:23.240 with 56% of the vote,

00:40:25.460 this guy's his mealy mouth,

00:40:26.760 and he's part of the problem. 0.82

00:40:28.940 That's what I'm saying.

00:40:29.540 He's got to be part of the,

00:40:30.640 the investigation

00:40:31.280 because of the policies

00:40:32.720 of his government

00:40:33.420 and how it fed into the,

00:40:34.960 to groups like the armed queers 1.00

00:40:37.580 of Salt Lake City

00:40:39.540 and others.

00:40:41.180 Let's go ahead and play.

00:40:42.200 We have,

00:40:42.500 we have something

00:40:43.040 that somebody sent me

00:40:43.780 from Colorado

00:40:44.600 about Cox.

00:40:45.660 I'm going to bring in

00:40:46.120 Michael Patrick Leahy.

00:40:47.520 The truth.

00:40:49.220 Utah has been a great place to live,

00:40:51.560 not because of our natural beauty

00:40:53.120 or financial wealth.

00:40:54.280 Our strength has been

00:40:55.240 our faith-based,

00:40:56.440 family-centered culture.

00:40:58.060 But now this culture

00:40:59.080 is under attack

00:41:00.140 by gender

00:41:00.760 and racial agendas,

00:41:02.460 declining standards,

00:41:04.040 open lawlessness,

00:41:05.440 and by politicians

00:41:06.200 who allow

00:41:07.020 or even promote

00:41:08.160 these evils.

00:41:09.500 People like Spencer Cox.

00:41:11.400 Cox promoted DEI

00:41:12.940 and then at election time

00:41:14.460 banned DEI.

00:41:16.100 That's politics.

00:41:17.320 But now it's been revealed

00:41:18.660 that Cox used

00:41:19.960 federal COVID funds

00:41:20.980 to advance DEI

00:41:22.360 in Utah schools.

00:41:23.480 And his recent ban

00:41:24.880 will not apply.

00:41:27.160 And recently our governor

00:41:28.260 ran away from a reporter

00:41:29.760 and hid.

00:41:31.040 Why?

00:41:31.980 Maybe it's new questions

00:41:33.240 about Cox and illegals

00:41:34.600 pouring in through Utah's

00:41:35.980 backdoor sanctuary status.

00:41:38.100 This is Utah.

00:41:39.660 So why is Cox

00:41:40.720 sharing his pronouns

00:41:41.780 with children?

00:41:42.900 My preferred pronouns

00:41:43.900 are he, him, and his.

00:41:45.320 And defending

00:41:45.940 boys and girls sports.

00:41:48.220 DEI in schools,

00:41:49.480 no matter what they call it.

00:41:50.760 Racial preferences

00:41:51.860 even in health care.

00:41:53.620 Pride month,

00:41:54.480 Juneteenth.

00:41:56.040 His disagree better

00:41:57.100 with liberals

00:41:57.700 while he bullies conservatives.

00:41:59.900 His attack on party volunteers

00:42:01.480 and the caucuses.

00:42:02.860 His elections are run

00:42:03.960 like any Democrat state.

00:42:05.880 Same day voting,

00:42:07.020 no photo ID required.

00:42:09.180 And why do the feds 0.91

00:42:10.560 consider Utah

00:42:11.320 a state sanctuary

00:42:12.400 for illegals?

00:42:13.900 Why did Cox run

00:42:15.140 and hide from a reporter

00:42:16.440 who wanted to ask that question?

00:42:18.680 We don't have to put up

00:42:19.880 with this.

00:42:20.760 We can make a change

00:42:21.840 right now.

00:42:23.260 It's election time.

00:42:24.960 Cox says he's a conservative.

00:42:26.960 Do not be fooled.

00:42:28.640 Don't believe

00:42:29.280 the establishment polls.

00:42:30.980 Keep sharing

00:42:31.840 this information.

00:42:33.420 Every Utahan

00:42:34.280 deserves to know

00:42:35.240 nothing is more powerful

00:42:37.100 than the truth.

00:42:38.600 Find out more

00:42:39.360 at removecox.com.

00:42:43.840 Michael Patrick Leahy,

00:42:45.180 you've had to deal with this.

00:42:46.640 You know,

00:42:47.240 you've had to deal with this

00:42:48.040 in the situation in Nashville.

00:42:50.040 This is a poison. 0.98

00:42:52.120 Cox is a poisoner. 0.99

00:42:53.740 And he's too gutless 0.99

00:42:54.560 to stand up

00:42:54.960 even for his policies.

00:42:55.800 He's one of those slippery guys

00:42:56.920 that wants to do it.

00:42:57.920 He's passive aggressive.

00:43:00.920 What am I,

00:43:01.520 a conflict entrepreneur?

00:43:02.980 Hey, dude,

00:43:03.600 whatever you call it,

00:43:04.280 it's the war room.

00:43:05.600 We ain't slowing down.

00:43:06.940 We're not backing off.

00:43:08.100 We're not, you know,

00:43:08.640 guys like you

00:43:09.260 and Tillis come and go.

00:43:12.160 Guys like you

00:43:12.800 and Tillis come and go.

00:43:13.560 And when we get involved,

00:43:15.300 normally you go faster.

00:43:16.740 And we're taking you

00:43:18.240 as a project 0.99

00:43:19.040 because you're poisonous. 0.79

00:43:21.300 That little mealy-mouth thing 0.63

00:43:22.580 you did the other day

00:43:23.240 with President Trump

00:43:23.820 and, you know,

00:43:24.280 President Trump said,

00:43:25.040 hey, he's doing a good job.

00:43:25.860 That's that staff there.

00:43:26.900 Hey, somebody on that staff

00:43:28.580 appointed Cox

00:43:29.620 to speak the other night

00:43:30.840 and I'm going to get

00:43:32.420 to the bottom of it

00:43:33.240 of whodunit, okay,

00:43:34.420 because it was not

00:43:35.160 the president

00:43:35.720 of these United States.

00:43:37.640 Michael Patrick Leahy,

00:43:38.680 your thoughts?

00:43:39.200 It was struck me

00:43:41.840 in that video

00:43:42.960 about Governor Cox

00:43:44.560 was the DEI

00:43:47.060 in the public schools.

00:43:49.240 This is the root

00:43:50.600 of our problem, Steve.

00:43:52.160 And as you've seen,

00:43:53.520 how many public school teachers

00:43:56.120 have been either fired

00:43:58.200 or disciplined

00:43:58.840 for the awful things

00:44:01.080 they said

00:44:01.720 after Charlie Kirk

00:44:03.240 was assassinated?

00:44:04.180 We had it right here

00:44:05.020 in Middle Tennessee,

00:44:07.440 a teacher in Franklin.

00:44:09.200 Franklin High School

00:44:10.160 has been basically

00:44:12.560 put on leave

00:44:13.440 for saying bad things.

00:44:15.160 The number of teachers,

00:44:17.520 public school teachers,

00:44:18.860 who have said

00:44:19.760 terrible things

00:44:20.620 about Charlie Kirk

00:44:22.320 after his death

00:44:23.220 is well over 10,000.

00:44:27.080 You know,

00:44:27.320 I first saw this problem

00:44:28.600 in our public schools

00:44:29.600 here in Tennessee

00:44:30.780 back in 2017.

00:44:32.760 You may recall

00:44:33.400 we do this

00:44:33.960 National Constitution Beat

00:44:35.500 and we've been trying

00:44:36.700 to get a book

00:44:37.480 we wrote

00:44:37.860 about the Constitution

00:44:39.440 and the Bill of Rights

00:44:40.260 into public schools.

00:44:41.860 I went to an event

00:44:43.380 sponsored by the YWCA

00:44:46.260 in 2017,

00:44:48.140 Youth and Government,

00:44:49.460 here in Nashville.

00:44:50.920 I was shocked, Steve.

00:44:53.280 About 90% of the teachers

00:44:55.020 were socialist

00:44:56.320 slash Marxist

00:44:57.480 and it was about the same

00:44:59.660 with the high school students

00:45:01.300 who were there.

00:45:01.900 That was 2017.

00:45:03.540 This thing has metastasized

00:45:06.380 and that's why you see

00:45:07.840 today, you know,

00:45:09.740 26% of those

00:45:11.420 under age 35,

00:45:12.760 according to that

00:45:13.240 Neapolitan News Service

00:45:14.720 poll by Scott Rasmussen,

00:45:16.640 thought that the assassination

00:45:18.960 of Charlie Kirk

00:45:20.860 was at least

00:45:22.140 partially justified.

00:45:23.660 Just terrible

00:45:24.400 and we just have to stop it.

00:45:26.440 We've got to change

00:45:27.700 the public schools.

00:45:29.180 We have to introduce

00:45:30.340 choice into public schools

00:45:32.400 as well.

00:45:32.840 But you guys,

00:45:33.360 hang on,

00:45:33.700 we talk about this.

00:45:36.300 It's private schools.

00:45:37.320 It's SEL.

00:45:38.220 They get them early.

00:45:39.460 This is how you term

00:45:40.140 a neo-Marxist.

00:45:40.900 Let me play.

00:45:42.800 Mangione,

00:45:43.900 you got Mangione,

00:45:45.280 today he's treated

00:45:45.840 like a rock star

00:45:46.640 when he walks out.

00:45:47.460 Yeah.

00:45:47.900 You got,

00:45:48.580 Donnie is going to win

00:45:50.180 and blow guys out 0.71

00:45:51.080 in November.

00:45:51.780 I've said this now

00:45:52.440 for months and months

00:45:53.240 and months.

00:45:54.020 You got this guy.

00:45:55.400 This guy is going

00:45:56.720 to be a hero

00:45:58.020 to these people.

00:46:00.100 He's going to be

00:46:01.100 a hero to these people.

00:46:03.560 Okay?

00:46:04.400 It hasn't proven to me

00:46:05.280 that he shot it

00:46:05.940 because I don't,

00:46:06.620 there's a great thing

00:46:07.440 that Grace just sent me

00:46:08.380 that in the text messages

00:46:09.940 he like checks every box.

00:46:13.620 But they're going to

00:46:14.400 treat this guy

00:46:14.900 like a hero.

00:46:16.320 A hero.

00:46:17.220 Let's go ahead

00:46:17.640 and let's,

00:46:18.100 can I play,

00:46:18.600 man,

00:46:18.780 can I,

00:46:19.300 do I have some sound?

00:46:20.720 I get a couple seconds

00:46:21.740 of sound?

00:46:22.760 No sound?

00:46:24.060 Okay.

00:46:24.340 Anyway,

00:46:25.440 today he was treated

00:46:26.260 like a rock star

00:46:26.960 when he showed up.

00:46:28.440 Mangione,

00:46:28.940 who gunned a guy down,

00:46:30.220 shot him,

00:46:30.780 very American, 0.98

00:46:32.780 lying in wait,

00:46:34.700 pre-dawn,

00:46:36.480 the CEO walks down

00:46:37.440 the street,

00:46:37.900 he comes out,

00:46:38.980 lying in wait,

00:46:40.340 guns him down

00:46:40.900 a point blank 0.97

00:46:41.600 in the back.

00:46:43.840 That's what kind

00:46:44.460 of guy this is,

00:46:45.140 in the back. 0.99

00:46:46.700 Shot a guy like a dog 1.00

00:46:47.840 and he bleeds out 1.00

00:46:48.420 right there dead.

00:46:50.300 Just like the other guy

00:46:51.080 shot or allegedly

00:46:51.940 shot Charlie Kirk.

00:46:53.040 The,

00:46:54.320 I want to get,

00:46:55.240 if I can get to this,

00:46:55.960 okay,

00:46:56.400 and I don't know

00:46:57.380 who sent this,

00:46:58.140 but Grace just sent it to me.

00:47:00.540 This guy said,

00:47:01.020 I try not to be

00:47:01.520 a conspiracy theorist,

00:47:02.460 but I have really hard

00:47:03.380 time believing

00:47:03.980 in a short text exchange,

00:47:05.280 the alleged shooter,

00:47:06.220 and I'm going to read,

00:47:07.460 makes his confession,

00:47:08.560 confirms location

00:47:09.340 of the weapon,

00:47:10.020 confirms the type

00:47:10.860 of weapon,

00:47:11.420 confirms it was

00:47:12.020 wrapped in a towel,

00:47:12.880 confirms his motive,

00:47:14.140 exonerates the decoy,

00:47:15.800 George Zinn,

00:47:16.680 admits to the bullet

00:47:17.560 engravings,

00:47:18.560 confirms the wardrobe

00:47:19.520 change,

00:47:20.440 confirms how long

00:47:21.260 he has been planning it,

00:47:22.480 discloses the existence

00:47:23.580 and location

00:47:24.240 of a now destroyed

00:47:25.480 pre-written confession note,

00:47:27.340 randomly tells his boyfriend

00:47:28.500 that his dad

00:47:29.080 is diehard MAGA,

00:47:30.380 as if he wouldn't

00:47:31.120 already know that

00:47:31.900 given the nature

00:47:32.540 of their relationship,

00:47:33.760 and is worried

00:47:34.380 about his dad,

00:47:35.140 grandpa,

00:47:35.620 being upset

00:47:36.080 if he doesn't come home

00:47:36.880 with the rifle,

00:47:37.460 not the fact

00:47:38.020 that he just used it

00:47:38.760 to commit a murder.

00:47:40.720 Not to mention,

00:47:41.460 a 22-year-old

00:47:42.320 terminally online

00:47:43.340 Zoomer uses phrases

00:47:44.420 like squad car,

00:47:46.260 drop point,

00:47:47.320 swept the area,

00:47:48.500 my vehicle,

00:47:49.900 till I died

00:47:50.960 of old age,

00:47:52.060 et cetera.

00:47:52.700 I'll find out

00:47:53.060 who put that up.

00:47:54.140 That is a perfect summary.

00:47:56.160 That's a perfect summary.

00:47:57.980 So say we got a,

00:47:59.180 you know,

00:47:59.400 you haven't

00:48:00.200 exposed us

00:48:01.160 Butler yet.

00:48:02.760 You haven't

00:48:03.140 disclosed Butler.

00:48:03.920 We don't know,

00:48:04.360 we know virtually

00:48:05.080 no facts about Butler.

00:48:07.240 It's time to get in this,

00:48:08.820 hey,

00:48:09.000 if this is escalation,

00:48:10.240 then tell us,

00:48:11.060 you know, 1.00

00:48:11.440 suck on that, 1.00

00:48:12.260 dude, 1.00

00:48:13.180 because you ain't

00:48:13.720 seen us escalate.

00:48:14.820 We are going to demand

00:48:16.100 not just the declared

00:48:17.180 terrorist organizations,

00:48:18.460 but there be a vast sweep.

00:48:20.460 And everybody that touched us,

00:48:21.760 including Cox,

00:48:22.880 and what Cox did here,

00:48:24.120 Cox and the wife,

00:48:25.260 Abby Cox,

00:48:25.920 need to be investigated

00:48:26.800 about social-emotional learning,

00:48:29.580 the empathy crisis,

00:48:31.140 what they lied about,

00:48:32.140 and what they forced

00:48:32.880 into the system

00:48:33.660 to poison, 0.93

00:48:35.480 poison children 0.99

00:48:37.520 in Utah.

00:48:40.240 Did I mention

00:48:40.920 the queer, 0.98

00:48:42.340 armed queers 1.00

00:48:43.360 of Salt Lake City?

00:48:45.340 I mean,

00:48:45.720 you can't make this up.

00:48:46.680 It was a script

00:48:47.320 they thought after

00:48:47.940 two over the top.

00:48:48.740 Leahy,

00:48:49.140 I know you got to bounce.

00:48:50.220 We're about to get

00:48:50.920 to a hard out.

00:48:51.940 Where do people go

00:48:52.640 to get all of your

00:48:53.900 news organizations,

00:48:55.700 your show,

00:48:56.520 all of it?

00:48:56.900 I'll get you back up here

00:48:57.900 as they get closer

00:48:58.780 to getting into Memphis.

00:48:59.840 You've been the first guy

00:49:00.560 to call it that Memphis

00:49:01.420 is out of control.

00:49:02.620 The president of the United States

00:49:03.880 and the governor

00:49:04.480 and senators from Tennessee

00:49:07.200 agree with you, sir,

00:49:08.180 so there's going to be

00:49:08.680 some action taken.

00:49:09.460 Where do people go?

00:49:10.240 Where do you coordinates?

00:49:10.800 Where do people get you?

00:49:12.520 Go to TennesseeStar.com,

00:49:14.200 TennesseeStar.com,

00:49:15.220 and you can find me

00:49:15.980 on X at Michael P. Leahy,

00:49:17.960 Michael P. Leahy,

00:49:18.940 and if you text me

00:49:20.280 a sane comment,

00:49:22.180 I will respond.

00:49:22.940 Thank you, sir.

00:49:26.180 I appreciate it.

00:49:27.840 You respond to mine,

00:49:28.820 and a lot of mine

00:49:29.480 aren't sane,

00:49:31.080 but that's why I guess

00:49:32.100 we're friends.

00:49:33.820 Leahy responds to mine

00:49:34.840 that not always sane.

00:49:36.600 Great guy,

00:49:37.240 Michael Patrick Leahy.

00:49:39.040 Did so much great work

00:49:40.720 and really opened our eyes

00:49:42.040 to this whole situation

00:49:43.260 in that brutal...

00:49:45.040 Remember Nashville?

00:49:45.920 She went through the school

00:49:47.400 looking for the little kids,

00:49:49.080 the six-year-olds,

00:49:50.620 hunting them down. 0.99

00:49:51.360 These people are twisted. 0.99

00:49:54.880 It's a deep darkness 0.81

00:49:55.900 that is enveloping us,

00:49:58.240 and it's not going to get better

00:50:00.260 if you just roll over

00:50:01.300 and just say,

00:50:01.800 well, look,

00:50:02.160 let's have dialogue.

00:50:03.800 No, we don't need dialogue.

00:50:04.880 There's not a debate here.

00:50:06.400 There's nothing to debate.

00:50:08.300 Charlie Kirk debated them.

00:50:11.100 In fact,

00:50:11.660 what was in line

00:50:12.440 was a guy asking

00:50:13.340 about transgender,

00:50:13.980 you know, 0.82

00:50:15.520 the transgender crimes, 0.99

00:50:18.340 and Charlie's, I think,

00:50:19.200 position on it.

00:50:20.460 Oh, yeah,

00:50:20.880 that's just a random question.

00:50:22.400 What is that?

00:50:22.920 What are the odds of that?

00:50:23.680 Some of the mathematicians do it.

00:50:24.880 Of all the different questions

00:50:25.800 Charlie asked,

00:50:27.500 even after Minnesota,

00:50:28.840 to add that,

00:50:29.600 what is it?

00:50:30.080 I don't know,

00:50:30.600 a bay into one?

00:50:32.820 A bay into one?

00:50:34.420 Come on, man.

00:50:36.560 We're going to hammer this

00:50:37.520 again tomorrow.

00:50:38.100 I know you've got

00:50:38.500 so many questions.

00:50:39.220 One of the greatest

00:50:40.220 Americans of modern times.

00:50:42.720 Just a good and decent man

00:50:44.460 that would not back off.

00:50:48.220 Is not with us anymore

00:50:49.780 physically.

00:50:52.260 His spirit's with us

00:50:53.480 and will continue

00:50:54.580 to be with us

00:50:55.320 as long as people

00:50:56.560 keep that memory open

00:50:57.680 of what he did

00:50:58.360 and what he accomplished.

00:51:01.120 But we've got to apply it.

00:51:03.200 It's got to happen now.

00:51:05.160 You don't have Trump

00:51:06.020 for that much longer.

00:51:06.640 You don't have Trump forever.

00:51:08.920 It's upon you,

00:51:10.300 just like it was

00:51:11.180 for the comeback.

00:51:12.720 You all could abandon him.

00:51:13.920 You didn't.

00:51:15.480 He's president of the United States.

00:51:17.620 And the hour is late.

00:51:20.180 So that's why

00:51:20.920 no Tillis,

00:51:22.180 no Cox.

00:51:23.340 We see your type.

00:51:25.280 You guys are a dime a dozen

00:51:26.500 and you've always been with us.

00:51:28.680 The feckless,

00:51:30.100 the cunning,

00:51:31.520 the gutless,

00:51:32.920 doesn't matter.

00:51:34.080 That's not what we are.

00:51:36.180 Okay?

00:51:37.180 We're going to win this one

00:51:38.340 because there's no unity

00:51:40.040 until after victory.
