Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 886： Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán Goes To See POTUS And German “Justice” Persecutes AfD Euro-MP

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval

00:00:11.220 on these people here's what i got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people

00:00:17.860 have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything in

00:00:21.920 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:25.360 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:33.180 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:41.120 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:48.280 good evening harnwell here at the helm on steve bannon's war room got two very important guests

00:01:01.140 for you this evening first one bearing in mind that the war room is fundamentally a show

00:01:06.860 geared at the rank and file is probably someone i'm going to say it like this probably the most

00:01:13.800 important person speaking to an american audience here the most important person you've probably

00:01:19.380 never heard of but here's what i want you to do i want to write down the name and then you're going

00:01:24.360 to discover you see this person absolutely everywhere and the organization that he runs

00:01:30.380 same thing might not have heard of it write it down and you will see everywhere and here's the thing

00:01:35.400 everybody who's involved on the right with opinion formation who goes to conferences goes to

00:01:41.640 speaking events will know this organization um i've spoken at a couple of events in in hungary

00:01:47.520 myself by the european conservative my guest is professor frank ferreide and his organization

00:01:54.160 is the matthias corvinus collegium professor ferreide great honor to get you on the show we've been

00:02:01.060 trying for some time uh and folks to give you an indication of just how important this guy is

00:02:07.780 why don't you tell us professor ferreide what you're doing in dc right now well i'm here in dc with

00:02:15.220 the delegation of prime minister victor orban who's having a summit meeting with president trump

00:02:21.740 and i think this relationship is very very important because it gives conservatism a very

00:02:28.660 powerful international boost i think that these two guys uh complement each other they you know victor

00:02:34.980 the prime minister of hungary is the bad boy of europe and president trump is very similar to him

00:02:43.020 and some people have in fact steve bannon has called uh orban trump before trump in a sense that

00:02:49.880 they all have very similar ideas they all have a capacity to move the the people they're very

00:02:56.100 charismatic and in a sense these are two of the guys that we really need if you're going to change

00:03:01.640 the world for the better if you're going to undermine this very powerful globalist culture

00:03:06.440 that dominates the the world in in all of its powerful institutions that's absolutely correct

00:03:14.180 um and obviously there is uh i mean by the way i'll just say that you are the um emeritus professor

00:03:20.900 of sociology at the university of kent at canterbury in in england um and england is often referred to

00:03:28.680 as having that special relationship with the united states and historically that's certainly true

00:03:34.520 but you know what i would make the the argument that because of the personal charisma and loyalty

00:03:41.940 that victor orban showed to donald trump even when donald trump um was out of power i would make the

00:03:48.420 argument that in europe it's actually hungry now that deserves that title of having the special

00:03:53.740 relationship um and i think you're going to increasingly see and i say this to to our

00:03:58.780 american audience who loves victor orban by the way and maga loves victor orban i would make this

00:04:04.840 argument that increasingly you are going to see now that reality of the situation become ever more

00:04:10.620 clear one of the reasons i think um i do want to talk to you about the the delegation and and some of

00:04:17.160 the objectives that uh that the that uh the prime minister is is seeking to promote in in the next

00:04:24.260 couple of days but i think it's a sign of the mcc's importance here that you're doing something at the

00:04:31.260 behest of victor orban and this is why i say folks that this is an incredibly important organization

00:04:37.060 that you might not have heard about it it's doing something and it has been charged with doing

00:04:42.100 something by the prime minister and that i can't see any other leader in the world on the right doing

00:04:48.820 and that's investing directly in an organization to promote the principles that will continue and

00:04:56.140 endure and not only amongst in uh opinion formers today but crucially in the next generation and the

00:05:03.340 formation of the the next generation and it's absolutely um incredible and i think he's sort of

00:05:09.480 giving you uh the prime minister has given the mcc huge amount of support political support and

00:05:14.620 obviously financial support as well and that's another reason why folks you're going to see that

00:05:19.000 hungary is increasingly important pushing above its weight as a relatively small eu country but

00:05:27.260 culturally massively massively um important professor faredi let me ask you this but about the delegation

00:05:34.420 there are a number of things that are very close here to maga's heart that i know

00:05:39.180 the prime minister is going to raise with president trump example will obviously be ukraine um i think

00:05:47.680 it's fair to say that prime minister orban has probably had amongst all the eu countries the most sane

00:05:54.320 and responsible position with regards to russia since the start of this war three and a half years ago

00:06:01.200 um but the administration the u.s administration is going to try as far as i can tell to put a bit of

00:06:09.700 pressure has been doing already on on on the hungarian prime minister to open himself towards ukrainian

00:06:18.780 accession into the european union as part of the eventual um peace talk negotiations i have to say

00:06:28.520 i am incredibly against ukraine joining the eu can you tell us a little bit i know there's also

00:06:34.700 energy implications uh of interest to to the prime minister but can you tell us that these these two

00:06:41.140 things um how confident are you going are you that the prime minister will be able to hold the line

00:06:48.140 in negotiations with the president over ukrainian accession to the eu and then tell us a bit about the

00:06:54.660 the the the the liquid natural gas and the whole debate uh seeking exemptions from imposed by the

00:07:02.640 us on the importation into the the west from russian oil russian gas well everything that uh we're

00:07:11.620 interested in is underwritten by a desire to end the war i think the uh government in hungary is 120

00:07:20.400 committed to peace in the area uh because they realize the longer that the war continues the more

00:07:28.020 it can spread the more it destabilizes europe and the more it can have very direct destructive global

00:07:33.740 implications so that's the bottom line now in addition to that there is the fact that hungary alone

00:07:39.400 within the european union has come out quite often against the attempt to bring ukraine into the european

00:07:47.640 union hungary believes that that would be a corrosive development it would undermine the european union

00:07:53.380 by bringing in a country that essentially is not in a position to play the role of a democratic nation

00:07:59.920 state at this particular stage in time we believe that at the moment ukraine is a little bit corrupt a

00:08:06.280 little bit uh internally unfit uh to play that kind of a role but more importantly should ukraine join the

00:08:13.960 european union it would destabilize the relation between ukraine and russia forever it would basically

00:08:19.620 mean that the war will never stop you could have ceasefires but russia will never tolerate ukraine 0.99

00:08:25.940 becoming uh potentially an enemy a permanent enemy at its gate and hungary has realized this which is why

00:08:33.080 we've called for different kind of solutions so that's the first thing i think that there is absolutely

00:08:38.460 no way that the prime minister will ever go back on this particular position it's a it's a position of

00:08:44.540 principle in the sense that we want to make sure that peace uh does prevail eventually and for that to

00:08:51.420 prevail we have to ensure that the european union doesn't destabilize the situation by bringing ukraine

00:08:57.260 in the second problem or issue that will be discussed is the fact that hungary a landlocked small

00:09:04.940 country is totally dependent upon russian energy and that's been the case for a very very long time

00:09:12.300 we've always relied on it we have no other source so we haven't got any access to a severe landlocked

00:09:18.060 nation and therefore for hungary to basically stop receiving energy from russia would have a very

00:09:25.340 catastrophic economic consequence i think for that reason the the prime minister has asked or is or is

00:09:32.860 discussing with president trump about being uh given i suppose a free pass from joining in the sanctions

00:09:40.060 because uh for hungary uh if this terminates if this this deal terminates it would have a major upheaval

00:09:46.700 in terms of its economic consequences in addition to that there is an argument that all right

00:09:53.180 hungary or should get liquid gas uh from from the united states and other sources and there's nothing

00:09:59.420 wrong with liquid gas but it just so happens that if hungary was forced into a situation where it

00:10:05.980 relied on liquid gas basically the cost of energy would more than double and you can imagine what

00:10:11.260 that would mean to ordinary people if their way of life you know sort of was so fundamentally

00:10:17.340 transformed by a very very expensive energy and i think there's going to be discussion about that

00:10:22.940 as well as to how to minimize it but i think probably and this is a little bit intangible one of the most

00:10:28.940 important things that will be happening in this discussion is an attempt to actually forge a

00:10:34.140 relationship at a different level to cultivate this relationship because i think the hungarian delegation

00:10:41.820 believes that the future of western civilization i hate to use that word it sounds very big but that's

00:10:47.900 really what we're talking about the future of western civilization at the moment pivots around

00:10:53.740 this relationship that's being forged between the prime minister and and president trump and i think

00:10:59.740 a lot of european conservatives are entirely on board with this thing and i know that when i left brussels

00:11:05.500 they were all cheering on the delegation and hoping that you know whether you're french or italian or

00:11:10.380 germany if you're a conservative genuine conservative a patriot you really want to make sure that this

00:11:15.820 summit actually um leads somewhere it kind of represents a very important step into the future

00:11:24.060 so much to break down there but let's start off with the closing part and work backwards

00:11:28.140 regarding this relationship there are there are obviously two groups in the european parliament um

00:11:33.420 and you actually see the patriot the patriot contingent in the european parliament really divided into two

00:11:39.180 and due to his expertise prime minister victor orban actually sort of nudged and negotiated his

00:11:45.260 faction as the larger of the two so he has the the page patriots for europe which which is as i say

00:11:51.100 the larger of the two groups and then the other one the smaller one now which is that the georgia

00:11:56.140 maloney faction um both patriotic groups but um very different views i think this is probably the litmus test

00:12:03.820 it's the relationship to nato generally in the relationship to ukraine in particular between these two

00:12:10.140 groups when you're saying because you're based in blussels when you're saying that there are a lot of

00:12:15.340 people there are a lot of conservatives just lost you're wishing you will can you hear me now i can

00:12:21.020 hear yeah yeah can you can you hear me yes um so i was talking i was talking about these two uh factions

00:12:26.700 in the european parliament as the patriot contingent divided by two into two when you between your between

00:12:33.420 the patriots for europe and and the the the um the the european conservatives and the ecr group which

00:12:39.660 which which is maloney's um faction the difference between these two groups is fundamentally nato and

00:12:45.420 the relationship um with with with regards to ukraine when you say professor faredi that and a lot of

00:12:53.020 people in brussels where you're based who are um cheering you on tell me something about this dynamic

00:12:58.860 between these two groupings in the european parliament uh and how the personal relationship

00:13:05.500 between president trump and prime minister orban is and the sort of outer dynamics and consequences

00:13:12.140 of that for these two groupings in brussels i think that the closer the relationship becomes the more

00:13:20.300 all sections of the conservative family in europe will have to take note i think it's very important

00:13:25.900 for them i think it's a tragedy that there's this division between the european conservative uh and

00:13:32.380 reform group the ecr and and the patriots because at the end of the day someone like georgia maloney 0.71

00:13:39.180 and someone like victor orban have a lot in common and they're i know that on a person-to-person basis

00:13:45.100 they're very good friends they get along with each other but i think what has happened is that sections of

00:13:49.660 the uh ecr have become very pragmatic a little bit opportunistic and basically they fear that if they

00:13:58.060 stick their neck out in the way that the hungarians have they're going to have a big problem with the 1.00

00:14:03.500 banks with the markets with the european union commission who are going to put a lot of economic

00:14:09.020 pressure upon them to fall in line and for that reason many of them although they privately understand

00:14:15.580 what what what hungarians are doing nevertheless are reluctant to kind of join in as it happens

00:14:22.060 neither side is against nato as such but the patriot group tends to believe that if you're going to

00:14:28.540 defend your your nation you need to have a national solution to that i think as a sovereignist

00:14:34.220 you believe in a sovereign defense force uh ultimately you know to be honest if i'm going to

00:14:41.100 um worry about who's going to defend my family i'm going to rely upon my neighbors i'm going to rely

00:14:47.500 upon people that come from my own society who have got a direct stake you know i know maybe americans

00:14:52.460 would help us but why should an american soldier put his uh life on the line you know for me uh when

00:15:00.140 when in fact there is very little you know that he understands about my predicament and therefore

00:15:04.860 although alliances are really very very important in the end we need to have national solutions to the

00:15:10.220 problem of defense and that's really what the patriot group really understand that being a

00:15:14.780 patriot means being a patriot rather than a globalist when it comes to uh defense and and all these

00:15:21.820 matters i couldn't agree with you more uh professor do hold on and 30 seconds i'm going to come back

00:15:29.100 to you and i want to ask you a bit about the pressures that the european commission commission have

00:15:34.860 been putting uh historically over the last few years on on hungary in order to to take the the brussels

00:15:41.580 line um and i think actually the prime minister's resilience has been nothing short of absolutely

00:15:47.660 heroic and a model to be imitated that will drill down on that in 60 seconds but first when inflation

00:15:55.820 jumps when you hear that the national debt is over 38.3 trillion dollars do you ever think maybe now

00:16:04.620 would be a good time to buy some gold where there's a hedge against inflation peace of mind during

00:16:10.860 global instability or just for sensible diversification birch gold group believes every american should own

00:16:18.460 physical gold birch gold can help you roll an existing ira or 401k into an ira in gold birch gold is the

00:16:27.740 only precious precious metals company we at the war room trust as do tens of thousands of their

00:16:34.460 customers so make right now your first time to buy gold text bannon b-a-double-n-o-n to nine eight

00:16:42.940 nine eight nine eight nine eight that's bannon to nine eight nine eight nine eight back now to professor

00:16:51.340 frank ferrady chief executive of the matthias corvinus collagium in brussels professor ferrady um i don't

00:16:59.740 know how much our american audience will be drilling down on the happenings within the european union but

00:17:05.740 the the eu has been launching a number of legal challenges um against hungary saying that that the

00:17:13.020 prime minister is corrupting corrupting and politicizing the judiciary and has even put on the line

00:17:20.060 uh eu financing towards hungary of substantial billions of dollars the irony here is this is

00:17:27.660 actually hungary's own money which it pays into in quota to the eu and then the eu holds it back

00:17:33.740 and effectively blackmails uh independent uh eu member states to follow the line same dynamic by the

00:17:42.620 way folks that the federal government has done with the states levels for many years in the united

00:17:48.620 states you'll be familiar with the concept professor tell me a bit because you mentioned um uh how

00:17:55.820 prime minister orban has basically been standing by himself against the ukrainian accession to the eu

00:18:02.540 tell me a bit about the pressure that the prime minister has been put under not only by ursula von

00:18:07.500 de laon but by the commission historically and tell us something about the the actual politicization

00:18:14.780 that the eu is implementing on hungary right now because i don't think americans are aware of this

00:18:19.740 and they need to in order to give the prime minister full moral support that he needs

00:18:25.340 well if you can imagine the european commission which is an unelected body uh in charge of the

00:18:31.580 european union has essentially declared war upon not just the prime minister but hungarian society

00:18:39.420 and the main form that this war takes is what's called lawfare it's basically uses the european

00:18:45.980 courts and there's several european courts the european court of human rights and others

00:18:51.420 as a vehicle to basically try to criminalize what hungarians are doing so just to give you an example 1.00

00:18:57.980 the european court of human rights has decided that for some reason hungarian government and hungarian

00:19:05.340 judiciary does not meet its criteria of the rule of law and it's basically said that until hungary falls

00:19:12.380 in line the judiciary falls in line with what brussels wants to see it will withhold you know essentially

00:19:18.940 millions and millions and millions of euros from hungarian society and it's done that already because

00:19:24.700 basically what they want to do is to interfere within the domestic politics of hungary so they developed

00:19:32.300 the concept which is what i call european union conditionality and that conditionality can take

00:19:38.780 many forms one conditionality is that the only way you're going to get money the money that actually

00:19:44.700 belongs to you is if for example you accept their definition of gender ideology it's called gender

00:19:50.940 ideology so basically it means that if a hungarian school or university wants to receive some funds from

00:19:57.420 brussels they got a guarantee that they recognize trans ideology they recognize lgbtq rights and they

00:20:05.180 will go on and promote it if you don't promote lgbtq ideology then they can withhold the money from you

00:20:12.700 and they've done that in a number of different different respects and what they are really doing

00:20:17.420 in this is they're trying to directly influence domestic politics and and the values that hungarians live by

00:20:24.540 by forcing hungarians to to shift and change them and to accept their woke ideology they also by the 0.96

00:20:32.300 way are using the loads of these ngo lobbyist organizations as a vehicle to undermine so for

00:20:40.700 example there's going to be a general election in in hungary in april next year and the european

00:20:46.540 commission is totally committed towards destabilizing the government it's completely committed towards

00:20:52.860 financing the opposition uh and and promoting dissidents within hungary itself and and and the irony is

00:21:01.100 that the commission often complains about russian intervention in domestic politics within europe

00:21:07.260 but it has got no inhibitions about interfering in the uh in the internal affairs of nations that it it

00:21:14.700 despises it dislikes so we have a very interesting development it it's a bit like if you can if you're an

00:21:20.540 american imagine what it was last before the american revolution when the british tried to influence

00:21:28.140 developments within america itself and they would try to influence taxation and other

00:21:33.260 other policies within america and naturally the americans rebelled and naturally america became

00:21:38.860 independent by rejecting this well i see brussels as this colonial project a federalist colonial project

00:21:46.300 that tries to force countries particularly central east european countries that have strong conservative

00:21:52.220 values tries to make sure that these uh nations become the the mirror image of of of the more woke

00:22:00.460 scandinavian northern european societies and give up their commitment to religion give up their commitment

00:22:06.380 to conservatism the traditional way of life and they're doing this primarily by insisting that

00:22:12.060 the courts adopt new laws that we adopt their values it's really all about the culture wars i mean

00:22:18.700 that's really what we're talking about uh in the struggle between the eu and and hungary

00:22:24.620 you mentioned culture wars which i know we've only got a couple of minutes left now um three or so

00:22:30.860 minutes left you mentioned the culture wars that sparks a question that i do really want to ask you

00:22:35.100 while i have this opportunity however i just want to summarize what you're just saying or add to what

00:22:39.980 what you've just been saying i want i want our audience here to understand just how not isolated

00:22:46.380 in in a negative sense how how little political support victor orban has had uh in order to defend

00:22:53.340 the integrity of hungary as a nation as a people as an identity within the wider oppression of the

00:22:59.180 european union especially with regards to ukraine accession and the prime minister has faced down all of

00:23:05.740 these other european leaders uh are far more politically militarily economically more important

00:23:13.020 countries than hungary he's faced them all down so what have they done now in order to try and

00:23:18.780 brabeat him they've gone to to someone and and and they ran to someone in order to persuade him to to

00:23:26.540 put a bit of pressure on and that person is donald trump what i would actually like to see out of this

00:23:31.660 summit in in dc today it's it's actually the reverse i would actually like to see prime minister orban

00:23:37.100 persuading president trump to to go back to brussels speak to ursula von de laia and all the rest of them

00:23:43.340 and tell them what his position is going to be that they have to um that they have to accommodate

00:23:49.820 not putting pressure on someone like victor orban look i could go on but we've got sort of as i say two minutes left and i do

00:23:57.260 because you are a thinker and let's say a philosopher um even as a sociologist in your own

00:24:03.260 right there is this idea that you've been pushing about can you synthesize it in two minutes perhaps

00:24:08.860 come back on the show at another time you've basically said seeing as you were talking about

00:24:12.860 culture wars but in a separate context that much of what passes for culture wars today don't really

00:24:19.420 have anything to do with the present but they're their debates and and sort of tensions over the past

00:24:25.100 could you just give me like 90 seconds to expand on what this is so what i argue is that we think of

00:24:32.540 culture wars as about being gender ideology and lgbtq and black lives matter and it is about that but

00:24:38.780 ultimately it's about society's relation to its past because what these people who hate our way of

00:24:46.220 life are trying to do is to render our past toxic they're basically saying that everything that happened

00:24:51.820 in the united states or in britain in the 1920th century is horrible we are horrible people we

00:24:58.060 enslave people we exploit people and there's nothing redeeming about our way of life this is really

00:25:04.300 important because they what they're doing is they're trying to educate the younger generations schools and

00:25:09.740 universities to regard their own society with hostility to regard their own society as really entirely

00:25:16.860 negative and if they can capture it they can continue this with our young then basically what

00:25:22.060 they've done is they've enslaved their minds and made them their own vehicles for promoting their

00:25:27.820 that particular world view and in the way that i look at it is that in europe in particular but i

00:25:33.580 also think in the united states we now lost three generations of young people to the culture warriors who

00:25:39.900 dominate our schools and universities and we need to wake up and realize that the real struggle

00:25:45.100 is for the minds of the young rather than anything else

00:31:26.780 welcome back my next guest was the the guy who just saw speaking there peter bistron member of

00:31:43.900 the european parliament peter thanks for coming back on the show you last came on the show when

00:31:47.740 steve was at um was at the danbury spa um if if memory serves me correct me um thanks for coming

00:31:55.580 back you're live obviously at the studios thank you to thank you to invite me and it's a great pleasure

00:32:02.540 and honor to be here now war room again of course i think you're there live at the the studios in the

00:32:10.140 in the european parliament in brussels now why did we start with that video clip fairly

00:32:15.740 nondescript there you are speaking in germany why were why did we throw that up uh as a german

00:32:23.420 um political speech what was it about that did folks did you see anything in that

00:32:31.500 folks did you notice anything though peter bistron apparently according to the courts in germany

00:32:39.340 i didn't see it you just seen you saw exactly the same footage that i've just seen peter bistron was

00:32:45.980 far received a fine of 11 000 euros like 13 000 for that speech why because according to the courts he

00:32:55.020 gave a nazi salute i didn't see it we can call it again um peter why don't you tell us the background

00:33:01.180 and and what happened and say what really is behind this court judgment uh look ben uh this is a funny

00:33:09.420 story because nobody saw the nazi salute at this uh uh occasion when i was speaking it was in munich it

00:33:17.260 was a corona time you know so i i was just talking about uh um the general policy and and then the moment

00:33:25.500 when i said uh we are the only democratic party in germany we are the true democrats i somehow wave with

00:33:32.140 with the hand and nobody noticed anything uh um but later some some uh antifa people uh made the freeze

00:33:42.620 of the video and and one moment i have my my arm uh uh higher than my shoulder and they said that this is

00:33:51.340 a nazi salute he was doing a nazi salute and and they tried to find me and so this that was the

00:33:57.340 occasion i have to correct you i didn't got the fine for this but uh when this happened i defend myself

00:34:04.620 showing pictures of all uh other politicians like angela merkel and martin schultz and even

00:34:12.300 michelle obama and and i showed all those pictures and i said you listen uh you can do a picture of

00:34:19.100 anybody uh on the world if if you make the freeze in the right moment it looks like a nazi salute but

00:34:25.420 it isn't you know and i was successful uh and the court said yes that's true especially by a picture

00:34:32.460 of angela merkel and they said yes this is obvious uh that it looks like a nazi salute but it is not the

00:34:39.260 nazi salute because this is angela american and obviously she is just weaving and i i won it but then 0.62

00:34:45.580 and two years later i published a collage uh a meme on on on eggs which included exactly the picture of

00:34:56.220 angela merkel weaving and that time uh the court said oh peter bison is showing that this is a nazi

00:35:05.580 salute now and they find me 11 000 euro 230 uh for this that was the fine okay so we've got the um

00:35:15.420 we've got some of the illustrations here this is what you tweeted out yeah um thank you very much

00:35:20.220 denver the pictures you see angela merkel you see uh olav schultz the chancellor martin schultz

00:35:29.820 president of european parliament and on the right side this is the former president of germany and his

00:35:35.260 wife uh so all those uh politicians uh very well known uh and all looking like doing nazi salute um and i

00:35:44.380 put this in a collage and the court said what this is illegal this is this is a nazi salute now and

00:35:50.460 and they find me okay so let me get this right let me get this right so you gave that salute excuse me

00:35:57.020 you gave that hand gesticulation in your speech which everyone said it was a nazi salute right you

00:36:04.380 you went to court you won that they said there's no nazi salute there because yeah you showed them the 1.00

00:36:08.860 photos of similar politicians you won that case you won that case so then two years later the whole

00:36:14.700 debate kicked up again and you tweeted out on social media angela merkel and martin um schultz and

00:36:21.740 olaf schultz not in the the former president of the the german republic all making the same wave

00:36:27.580 to the these are the these are thousand percent mainstream center center ground politicians folks right

00:36:34.300 they they none of these people were ever dragged in angela merkel was never dragged into court for

00:36:42.620 giving the nazi salute you put out on social media her doing that that that wave and the courts have 0.91

00:36:50.940 said in order to suppress you and to fine you they said the here here this is a nazi salute it's angela

00:36:56.780 merkel doing a nazi salute and therefore let's fine peter bystrom is that right is that a correct analysis 0.97

00:37:03.180 instead instead instead of saying instead of saying hang on we better we better drag into court

00:37:09.100 angela merkel and martin schultz and olaf schultz and the german the president of the german republic

00:37:13.980 for doing nazi salutes nothing they find you for publishing these waves as nazi salutes is that correct 0.94

00:37:24.540 more than this this is this is absolutely correct and but this is more funny because this was like

00:37:29.900 peter bryston is way weaving you know oh this is a nazi salute then i defended myself with the picture

00:37:36.540 of angela merkel and they said okay angela merkel weaving it's not a nazi salute and then when i used

00:37:43.980 the picture of angela merkel the court explicitly said now brystron is using the picture of angela merkel

00:37:51.420 now it's a nazi salute and i was fined 11 000 euro for that and uh you know the incredible thing to

00:37:58.940 make it more and more funny during the process with me because it was public you know and it was the same

00:38:05.900 time the picture of angela merkel was online in the media um around 1 000 people wrote to uh to the

00:38:13.180 prosecutor and they all wrote like you are prosecuting peter bison now you should prosecute also angela

00:38:19.340 america because look she's doing also nazi salute to prosecute her and the um um um authorities said 0.98

00:38:28.860 one thousand time they said no no no no no we are not going to prosecute angela merkel because this

00:38:34.060 is no nazi salute so angela merkel doing uh weaving no nazi salute peter bison using the picture of

00:38:41.180 angela merkel it's a nazi salute 11 000 euro fine that's the case so it becomes

00:38:48.860 so a wave becomes a nazi salute when peter bison puts it on social media to be to be specific uh to

00:38:56.860 be correct uh it become a nazi salute immediately after i was i was elected uh to our federal list

00:39:06.380 as a candidate for the european parliament number two so so they just looked for something negative uh to

00:39:14.380 be to be able to spread it within the media during the campaign for the european parliament it was a

00:39:20.620 very clear blackmailing action against uh as our top candidates on this list and just to be clear here

00:39:29.180 the the real point behind this is that you know during i think the the pandemic the covid crisis the afd was

00:39:37.980 one of the the principal parties against the the the the the lockdowns and forced vaccines um which

00:39:44.700 the german state obviously sort of imposed on all of its citizens as they did pretty much everywhere 0.97

00:39:49.980 else around the world so the context here here's the courts but and you were saying when you gave

00:39:55.340 that wave you were actually sort of saying that you guys weren't the afd isn't the aren't the nazis

00:40:00.620 right so here's the irony of the situation you are democratically elected politicians you are a

00:40:07.420 democratically elected member of the european parliament the courts are coming down punishing

00:40:13.740 you they're using the state power to punish dissent in the name of being anti-fascist and anti-nazi

00:40:21.580 right and they're punishing the only political party in germany that was against the you know what one

00:40:27.900 might reasonably call the the fascist regime of the anti-anti-pandemic era that's pretty ironic i would

00:40:36.220 suggest yeah yeah ben you're saying it you know and this was exactly what was uh what i was talking

00:40:43.900 about at this demonstration i i was criticizing the measurement of the government that time i was

00:40:50.300 uh claiming uh that they are anti-constitutional you know they were and uh in this context i said and

00:40:58.220 we are the afd we are the only party fighting against this and we are the only democratic party and

00:41:03.580 it remains still today uh we are the truly democratic party and uh the what what the government is uh using

00:41:13.660 against us and against um the opposition as whole is systematically blackmail us as a far right as

00:41:22.460 extremists you know fascists and so on you know with everything from from uh the us because trump trump

00:41:29.180 was treated by the globalists the same way so it's not only about me uh we have other cases and i would

00:41:37.740 i would specifically uh point out uh the case of uh director um of of um deutschland curry which is a very

00:41:48.060 well-known online newspaper david bendels and they published a meme with the picture of the uh interior minister

00:41:59.420 and uh the interior minister was holding a piece of paper in her hands saying i hate the freedom of speech

00:42:08.140 which you may find funny or not but i mean this is uh nothing uh which you wasn't be uh uh what would

00:42:18.220 be prohibited in germany you can of course criticize uh and the interior minister in this way it's very

00:42:24.780 soft way i think but uh they put him into court and this editor-in-chief of a newspaper got seven

00:42:34.060 month sentence for publishing this meme and this is incredible peter stand by um i'm going to do a

00:42:42.380 couple of ad reads for our sponsors of the show when we come back in 45 seconds we actually have the

00:42:48.380 photos uh of the of the case um that you're referring to the seven month sentence and i'm also going to

00:42:55.180 ask you know i'm also going to ask for the for the for the photo of the german politician who since

00:43:01.820 birth doesn't have a right hand and yet he too absolutely armless um was uh was uh punished for

00:43:10.540 giving um a nazi salute without an arm we'll have further details on that just give me 45 seconds

00:43:17.100 folks um let's talk first to my patriot supply um they've got a black friday survival special

00:43:27.580 order a four-week emergency food supply that will give you 160 off that's down from the original

00:43:46.460 addition to that that's my patriot supply dot com slash banner that's where you need to go to my

00:43:54.300 patriot supply dot com slash banner and look at their black friday survival special and of course our

00:44:03.340 old friends at tax network usa go to tn usa dot com again slash banner tn usa dot com slash banner or

00:44:13.500 just call 1-800-958-1000 that's 1-800-958-1000 and get your free consultation back to peter bystrom so um

00:44:27.260 let's let's put these photos of the um of the guy with the um without the the right arm and you can

00:44:35.420 just talk us through that which is absolutely astonishing um i've never heard anything um so

00:44:41.580 ridiculous in all my life and in the the minutes that we have remaining on this show i'd like you just

00:44:47.660 to tell our audience some of the personal persecutions that you yourself have undergone 0.66

00:44:55.260 um this is i think when you were still a member of parliament in in the german national parliament

00:44:59.740 how many times your home has been raided so tell us about the the german um the guy without the right

00:45:06.300 arm uh and what what happened to him and you picked up a perfect example i hope you can show the pictures

00:45:15.260 it's uh my colleague from the afd dr fichtner who was in the state parliament of baden-wittenberg

00:45:21.740 and he has a no right arm and he was fined for uh different uh um accusations like he was doing the nazi

00:45:32.220 salute uh uh in total he got 72 000 euro of fine and and i think three um um court decisions um one was

00:45:45.260 for for this you know and this is really incredible he was again criticizing the measurements of the

00:45:51.180 government you you name it you said those were uh fascist measurements they were all anti-constitutional

00:45:58.300 he was criticizing it heavily during the corona time and he was fined in three different uh

00:46:05.980 cases uh in total of more than 70 70 000 euro it's it's really incredible let's just let's just do that

00:46:15.500 again right there's the photo folks you can see the photo so this is the this is the courts in germany

00:46:20.700 protecting democracy protecting the constitution they're protecting the rule of law from the evil

00:46:26.380 afd here is a guy that they gave a 72 000 dollar uh 72 000 euro fine for i guess that's around what

00:46:34.380 a little less than eighty thousand dollars doesn't have a right arm hasn't had one since birth because

00:46:39.980 of a birth defect and what the courts have said okay so if he he didn't have he doesn't have a right 0.70

00:46:44.860 arm but if he did he'd clearly be doing a nazi salute um that it it sounds ridiculous it sounds

00:46:53.500 so surreal to say this um but that's where we are uh right now in germany today not only in germany 0.96

00:47:00.700 it's almost it's ridiculous it's equally ridiculous in the uk peter we had a lady who was uh prisoned 0.95

00:47:06.940 imprisoned for 30 months because of a tweet that she sent out um this is what the regime around 0.61

00:47:14.300 the world is doing in the name of defending uh democracy and the rule of law tell us a bit peter

00:47:20.060 whilst you're here we've only got three minutes left tell us a bit about what you have as a sitting

00:47:25.100 member of parliament in the um the bundestag tell us about the what you personally have suffered in your own

00:47:33.580 home oh well i have now personally um 27 uh home searchings the police write it uh not only my house

00:47:45.020 but my offices uh in munich uh in berlin in the bundestag then uh the offices of of my lawyer of my uh

00:47:54.460 tax uh tax advisor and at the end i would say everybody who who ever shake my hand uh got the

00:48:01.260 home searching you know so we are now at the number 27 um this prosecution uh lasts more than

00:48:09.580 one year still nothing found from the original accusations so this is this is just a pure terror you know

00:48:17.100 uh uh uh political immunity was put away three times yeah and i need you to repeat this right as a sitting

00:48:28.700 member of parliament right as a sitting member of parliament in berlin in the bundestag the lower

00:48:35.580 and now in the european parliament yeah and also and also now as a member of the european parliament

00:48:42.460 where you actually have a a a immunity right you have your home has been officially broken into by the

00:48:50.140 police 27 times tell me are you intimidated by this do you ever think you know perhaps i should just

00:48:58.540 calm down perhaps i should just say what the what the regime wants me to send what one wants me to

00:49:03.740 say do you ever think you know is it worth it or does it actually make you go into the direction

00:49:09.020 i am going to fight these people until we win sure but everybody is saying the same uh to whom

00:49:16.780 happens something like this you know the people saying okay and now uh and now is the point to to

00:49:22.940 strike back and and we will defend ourselves uh we are looking for allies uh and and trump is a very

00:49:29.900 strong ally it's it's not only me you know there are thousands and thousands people in in germany that

00:49:36.140 they got home searching you know uh just just i i give you just some examples you know there was a woman 0.92

00:49:44.540 posting something on facebook and not even she didn't produce the meme she was just just reposting it

00:49:51.900 and the major of berlin uh advised the police to to find out the true identity of this woman

00:50:03.100 it took some more than 400 hours of police work to find out who is behind this facebook account and then

00:50:13.100 they write in her home for nothing you know afterwards the court declared it illegal this home searching but

00:50:19.420 it it was even in my case i i already sued the state of bavaria for doing the home searchings i won the

00:50:25.980 first case they said it was illegal but but the state is doing it again again uh in spite of knowing that

00:50:34.060 this is illegal and they are not doing just the home searches uh imagine what the the leader of of um

00:50:41.740 demonstration the organizer of the demonstration against the corona michael balwek was put into prison for

00:50:48.940 nine months the guy was sitting in prison nine months without the trial there was no trial they

00:50:54.540 put him in prison for nine months uh and they said yeah this is he committed some tax fraud at the end

00:51:03.180 they they uh he was released and it come out that the state is owing him money so the state should pay him

00:51:13.340 back taxes 200 000 euro in taxes back so he was completely innocent that that you're gonna have to

00:51:21.580 come back on peter um we need to dig into this more very very quickly where do people go on social media

00:51:27.340 to keep up with your work oh i am everywhere on eggs uh on facebook i have a website peter bison

00:51:37.420 so you just google peter bison you will find thousands of articles which are very negative

00:51:42.300 about me but you can find also my accounts and you are highly welcome to comment okay let's be honest
