00:00:00.000 Islamic Jihadis are plotting against you.
00:00:11.320 Why in the hell do you think they're in Houston and in north of Dallas?
00:00:14.340 They are working together to overthrow Western civilization.
00:00:18.640 Sharia compounds, which are areas governed by religious rules.
00:00:22.520 We know who you are, we know what you are, and we know what you're trying to accomplish,
00:00:27.500 and it is not going to happen in the jewel of the crown of the union of this republic.
00:00:33.280 We purge any attempt to impose Sharia law in Texas.
00:00:36.640 They are not coming. They are already here.
00:00:39.420 You are not here properly, and you're going to leave.
00:00:45.000 On the 3rd of March, Sharia law goes on the ballot in the state of Texas.
00:00:50.560 The United States Constitution and Sharia are fundamentally at odds with one another.
00:00:54.720 We're going to tell them, take your Sharia law and shove it.
00:01:00.200 Islam will never dominate the United States, and by the grace of God, it will not dominate Texas.
00:01:07.120 As Texas goes, so goes the nation. As the nation goes, so goes the world.
00:01:12.880 Are you prepared to fight for this state? Are you prepared to fight for your country?
00:01:17.860 War Room, Texas.
00:01:22.080 Your host, Stephen K. Bannon. Starts right now.
00:01:29.180 It's Monday, 12 January, in the year of alert, 2026.
00:01:32.800 We start now, War Room, Texas.
00:01:35.180 It will go at least up to March, I don't know, 3rd, 4th, or 5th.
00:01:39.100 The primary in Texas is the 3rd.
00:01:40.700 And on the ballot is a proposal to ban Sharia law.
00:01:45.900 We're going to be covering that in detail of experts that know exactly what's going on in Texas,
00:01:50.160 why it's important, and what can be done about it.
00:01:53.180 I'm joined by Debbie Jurgatis, who's a national committee woman for the RNC from the state of Texas.
00:01:59.260 Debbie, you've been one of the ones that have kind of led this movement up to now
00:02:02.540 to really drive this to people's attention.
00:02:05.240 Tell us exactly, in your assessment, what is going on in Texas?
00:02:08.680 In Texas, we've had over the last year, and actually now that we're paying attention to it,
00:02:14.700 it's been much longer than a year, but a noticeable growth in a large number of Islamic communities
00:02:20.900 forming for the first time, seemingly trying to create no-go zones,
00:02:25.960 and a large number of Islamic schools, Islamic mosques, Islamic centers.
00:02:31.540 All of these mean just a very much enhanced Islamic presence in Texas,
00:02:36.000 really just in very recent years.
00:02:37.800 And it came to the attention of many people, because one of the areas, which became,
00:02:43.940 do you know it as EPIC, East Plano Islamic Center, purchased, I think it was 420 acres,
00:02:49.760 and planned a Muslim-only community.
00:02:51.720 But that's just a piece of it.
00:02:53.480 But what the imam in charge up there, Yasser Khadi, did on YouTube was telling people,
00:02:59.140 hey, we're going to have, inviting Muslims to come and try to live there,
00:03:02.040 because they were going to essentially have a closed-off Muslim-only community.
00:03:06.500 And because he spoke up so boldly, there was a lot of pushback and a lot of attention to it.
00:03:12.740 So there's that piece of it.
00:03:14.220 There are two members of the Texas legislature who are, by background, Pakistani Muslims,
00:03:20.020 who've been pushing a series of legislative proposals, resolutions and legislative proposals,
00:03:26.360 all of which are incrementally forcing or spreading Sharia, Islamic law.
00:03:33.160 And I'd say Sharia is just inconsistent with the American Constitution,
00:03:36.920 inconsistent with the structure of government in America.
00:03:39.940 So this is a, there's a legislature, there's a growth of schools, there's a growth of communities,
00:03:45.760 and other organizations, which we may get into later today, I don't know,
00:03:49.620 but radical organizations that are now headquartering themselves,
00:03:54.220 radical Islamic organizations headquartering themselves in Texas.
00:03:58.140 And it has become an issue of major concern,
00:04:01.060 because many people in Texas pay attention to what's happening in London and throughout the UK,
00:04:06.260 in France and Austria and Germany and the Netherlands.
00:04:08.780 They pay attention and watch this kind of Islamic sweep into those countries.
00:04:14.860 And they really are, it has become a battle to hold on to Western civilization
00:04:21.000 and their structure of laws and government and the Islamic culture and way of life
00:04:26.480 and its structure of Sharia law that just are incompatible.
00:04:30.420 So many Texans are watching that and trying to preempt that from occurring here.
00:04:35.560 So, Debbie, a couple of things have happened that have been extraordinary.
00:04:40.020 It's one of the reasons that you helped us and it came together with the Patriot Mobile team
00:04:44.260 and others, American Freedom Alliance, to bring Gert over to have Glenn Beck.
00:04:49.160 This thing was extraordinary.
00:04:50.260 We're going to play parts of that over the next couple of days as we kick off War Room, Texas.
00:04:56.840 But a couple of things.
00:04:58.420 Number one, Governor Abbott.
00:05:00.840 And Governor Abbott has, I think people in the War Room posse understand this,
00:05:04.680 hasn't exactly been cutting edge on enforcement,
00:05:07.320 either on the border incursions during the Biden years or other aspects.
00:05:11.500 But he did come out.
00:05:13.660 So three things have happened that are huge, monumental,
00:05:16.700 and we have to let the nation know they're happening, and maybe even some Texans.
00:05:21.880 Abbott came out and declared the Muslim Brotherhood in Care terrorist organizations.
00:05:25.840 And he did it in this way that was quite detailed.
00:05:29.940 Now, I realize there's a lot of aspects of this that we want to see
00:05:33.760 and other people want to see that actually put some teeth in this.
00:05:37.120 But Abbott did declare before the president of the United States and before Ron DeSantis.
00:05:41.320 So, DeSantis followed in Florida.
00:05:43.340 The president put it up as a study to look at Jordan and, you know,
00:05:47.900 different countries around the world and how the Muslim Brotherhood has been a terrorist organization.
00:05:52.500 I can tell you from the first term, of all the things we accomplished,
00:05:56.840 particularly in that historic first year, the one thing I tell people that, you know,
00:06:00.580 from moving the Capitol or the embassy of the United States to the Capitol in Jerusalem, historic,
00:06:08.160 one thing we got zero traction on, and I mean zero,
00:06:11.480 was designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
00:06:14.280 Inside the federal government, it was just a pure beatdown, would even be considered.
00:06:18.700 So, what President Trump did is historic.
00:06:20.800 But Abbott, number one, has declared in the state of Texas the Muslim Brotherhood
00:06:25.660 and CARE as terrorist organizations.
00:06:28.400 Number two, Brian Harrison, the great Texas House representative,
00:06:34.260 comes from the war in Milan, has been at the forefront of defending Ken Paxton
00:06:37.980 and really brought to our attention and helped galvanize the defense of Ken Paxton on the impeachment.
00:06:43.340 And more importantly, he was the voice that came on and said,
00:06:46.720 hey, we got to have a special session on the redistricting to get the five seats minimum
00:06:51.980 that is going to be central to President Trump holding the House and not getting impeached in November of this year.
00:06:59.940 He says, listen, I'm moving immediately.
00:07:02.300 He announced this on Friday at our working session that he's putting forward to have open hearings on Sharia law,
00:07:09.640 open hearings on all this invasion, Islamic invasion of Texas, open hearings in Texas.
00:07:15.080 Everybody can see it.
00:07:16.360 And in fact, that the certain members of the Muslim population can also come and make their case.
00:07:21.200 Then he wants a special session called just for the issues of the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization and CARE.
00:07:27.740 And number three, and the thing that we're most focused on here, at least in the short term,
00:07:32.700 is this March 3rd proposal that's on the ballot to ban Sharia law from the state of Texas.
00:07:42.360 Can you walk us through all three of those are the efforts that were used in the War Room platform
00:07:47.380 to bring Texans in and make sure they have full information from the experts we have, from all that.
00:07:52.520 But most importantly, it's to galvanize the grassroots like they were galvanized both on the Paxson impeachment
00:07:58.800 and the redistricting effort so that their voices can be heard on what we call kind of the fixed bayonets
00:08:04.380 when you have to kind of nudge somebody in the back to get it done.
00:08:07.340 Can you walk us through your thoughts on how we pull the grassroots?
00:08:11.120 You've been a leader of this in the state, but how we pull that together to deliver a punch, at least on the 3rd of March, ma'am.
00:08:18.520 Yes. Steve, I'm glad you mentioned the effort under President Trump's first term to try to get traction in Washington
00:08:26.680 about the idea of designated the Muslim Brotherhood and the larger concern about how many people come to America
00:08:32.760 from countries where Islam as a radical Sharia-based doctrine is in place.
00:08:39.420 And I think the reason that people, it was hard to get traction in Washington, is the same thing we're facing in Texas.
00:08:46.280 Americans have a good-hearted general sense about freedom of religion.
00:08:51.620 They don't want to pick on somebody else.
00:08:53.580 So they have to, the failure to understand what Sharia represents, what Islam, what history is,
00:09:00.900 is the reason that you can't get people motivated.
00:09:03.940 So turning to Texas, starting with a third point about the March 3rd ballot proposition,
00:09:09.180 it's very simple, and it's just advisory.
00:09:12.180 It has no, it doesn't become a constitutional amendment.
00:09:14.860 It just says Texas should prohibit Sharia law.
00:09:18.000 So the reason that what I'm doing, the basic motivation I have, is to spread understanding what Sharia is.
00:09:26.180 Because if you just think it's like the Ten Commandments that the Jews and Christians follow,
00:09:31.300 or it's kind of like the Sermon on the Mount, but it is not.
00:09:35.520 Sharia is an entire structure of government.
00:09:39.100 It's designed to replace the Constitution and all of our laws.
00:09:43.580 And so when you get that understanding of what Sharia is,
00:09:46.740 it is a form trying to inflict Sharia on any other country that is not Muslim and didn't ask for it.
00:09:53.300 It's a form of jihad.
00:09:55.200 It's a form of attack.
00:09:56.620 So the understanding of what Sharia is matters greatly,
00:10:00.840 and getting people to understand that is very, very important.
00:10:05.480 And so that's among the things the group I've been working with here in Texas,
00:10:09.680 our primary goal is to continue to spread that understanding
00:10:12.500 so that people know what they're voting for and why.
00:10:15.340 They have to know deeply why they should care so much, why it makes any difference.
00:10:19.960 So going back to your first point,
00:10:21.700 I'm very happy that Governor Abbott did make that declaration.
00:10:25.260 He declared Muslim Brotherhood and CARE terror organizations
00:10:29.640 and transnational criminal organizations.
00:10:32.480 I know a little bit about how that came about,
00:10:35.520 but I think that the idea of boldly stating that only happened
00:10:40.760 because the governor became concerned about the level of activity
00:10:44.660 of these Islamic conquerors in Texas,
00:10:49.020 this Islamic conquest that's happening in Texas.
00:10:51.520 And he realized that the people would have his back.
00:10:54.320 I think he came to recognize enough serious conservatives,
00:10:58.240 serious Republican voters, understood the issue so they would back him.
00:11:03.540 He didn't want to go out on a limb and discover that even his own base
00:11:07.160 wasn't going to support him.
00:11:08.800 But I think he's become aware because of the activism in Texas
00:11:12.640 on the issue that he will have the backing.
00:11:16.160 But the hard question with that,
00:11:18.000 and one that is still not entirely figured out,
00:11:21.960 is exactly how to implement it.
00:11:23.540 He did say, our Governor Abbott did say,
00:11:26.760 after making that declaration,
00:11:28.260 he ordered DPS, the Department of Public Safety,
00:11:31.400 to investigate and potentially bring about prosecutions
00:11:35.260 connected to that designation.
00:11:38.800 But it's kind of hard to figure what exactly he does.
00:11:42.060 I think that there are what even DPS does,
00:11:45.640 and he needs specific targets to investigate and go after those.
00:11:49.380 I think that's one of the purposes of War Room Texas
00:11:55.600 is to give them some guidance in that,
00:11:57.720 because we're going to drill down deeply throughout the state
00:12:00.160 with people like John Gordino and others.
00:12:01.960 Just hang on for one second,
00:12:03.100 where you're going to be my co-host for the first hour.
00:12:05.840 I want to go to Don Huffines.
00:12:08.180 Don, you're running for Comptroller of Texas.
00:12:10.280 First off, can you explain what the Comptroller of Texas actually is,
00:12:14.540 what it does, and why it's important?
00:12:16.760 And then I want to ask you the questions about
00:12:18.560 how does this tie in with this situation with Sharia law, sir?
00:12:24.900 Thank you, Steve.
00:12:25.820 I appreciate being on your show
00:12:27.080 and everything you're doing for the state of Texas.
00:12:29.420 And, you know, in Texas,
00:12:30.500 we don't need to be looking anywhere for our answers.
00:12:33.780 We don't need to be looking to Washington.
00:12:35.380 We're very independent.
00:12:36.620 We've got a great heritage,
00:12:37.800 and I'm glad you appreciate that.
00:12:39.560 You know, our liberties work or our foundation of our liberty
00:12:43.880 is from the blood of Texas patriots.
00:12:46.500 But let me tell you how important the Comptroller's position is,
00:12:49.940 a statewide elected position.
00:12:52.060 And the cowboys that set our state constitution up in the 1870s,
00:12:57.000 they wanted the Comptroller to report to the people.
00:13:02.580 I'm elected statewide.
00:13:04.160 I don't report to the governor's office
00:13:06.060 or to the state legislature.
00:13:08.480 Statewide position.
00:13:09.560 I'm the chief financial officer for the entire state.
00:13:13.080 And I remind everybody how big and the scale of Texas.
00:13:16.440 If we were our own country,
00:13:17.780 we'd have the eighth largest GDP in the world.
00:13:20.380 We're spending over $500 million every day, seven days a week.
00:13:25.920 I'm in charge of collecting all the revenue for the state.
00:13:29.080 I'm in charge of setting the budget for the legislature.
00:13:32.340 And I'm in charge of managing the money.
00:13:34.500 But the thing I like the most about this position
00:13:37.240 is I'm also in charge of the spending.
00:13:40.600 And I have eyes and ears on all of that money that Texas is spending.
00:13:44.780 And I've got a constitutional responsibility to make sure that money is being spent properly,
00:13:51.660 effectively.
00:13:52.360 And my goal is to root out fraud, waste, and abuse in over 200 state agencies.
00:13:57.300 And I'm taking the position of any government, any state government or local government that uses Texas taxpayer money.
00:14:04.720 I have a right to audit them.
00:14:06.640 I have a right to find out how it's being spent.
00:14:09.800 I have 3,000 employees.
00:14:11.720 This position does.
00:14:12.680 It's on law enforcement division.
00:14:14.420 It has over 80 attorneys in the house.
00:14:17.040 And we have 600 auditors.
00:14:19.020 I'm turning most of those auditors loose to audit government.
00:14:22.260 Because I'm also a business guy.
00:14:24.480 And I know that a dollar we don't spend is another dollar we've saved.
00:14:28.160 And we comply to our overburdening property tax.
00:14:31.260 Can this – first, let me go back to the history because of my speech on Friday night.
00:14:39.000 Certainly.
00:14:39.220 I said the reason that there's a focus on this from throughout the world with these Sharia supremacists is because the great state of Texas,
00:14:48.480 what it's meant in American history and what it means for the American people today.
00:14:52.960 I call it – and I say this as a Virginian.
00:14:56.620 Texas is the jewel in the crown of our union.
00:15:01.260 But go back to the family, the cowboys in 1870, the pioneers in 1870.
00:15:06.340 Even at that time when government was very small, they wanted a financial person in that position or a person in that position that reported to the people of Texas,
00:15:16.820 did not report to the political elite.
00:15:19.400 They could look downrange and understand that this state was going to be huge one day.
00:15:24.560 It was always huge in land, but it was going to be huge in economic powerhouse.
00:15:31.560 And they wanted somebody there as a guardian for the people, did they not?
00:15:35.640 Absolutely, they did.
00:15:37.140 Of course, they really did.
00:15:39.100 I mean, they had a lot of foresight for that.
00:15:41.700 And our legislature only meets every other year for 140 days.
00:15:45.660 And they didn't want the legislature signing the checkbook.
00:15:50.340 And they didn't want the executive branch doing that.
00:15:52.940 And in Texas, unfortunately, I always ask this question, who runs Texas?
00:15:57.460 And it's a bureaucratic state.
00:15:59.380 It's an administrative state.
00:16:01.300 And unfortunately, most of those folks are all Democrats, of course.
00:16:04.680 We saw what happened in Washington when we've been gaslighted forever.
00:16:08.820 And I always say this, no one likes cleaning out the garage.
00:16:13.120 But I plan on doing that.
00:16:14.480 And everyone likes pulling in when it's done.
00:16:18.220 But our heritage is quite clear.
00:16:21.400 And it really is.
00:16:22.980 And we're very independent.
00:16:26.160 We're very unique.
00:16:27.380 And we're very special.
00:16:28.460 And as you mentioned the other night when I was there, I mean, our brand is second to none.
00:16:33.740 It really is.
00:16:35.280 Everyone in the world knows Texas.
00:16:37.860 There's nowhere you can go on the Earth planet that they haven't seen.
00:16:42.280 Like you said, Western movies and things like that.
00:16:46.320 Hollywood made Texas famous.
00:16:47.900 But let me tell you, the Alamo was real.
00:16:50.260 San Jacinto is real.
00:16:52.180 Those are battles.
00:16:53.420 And I like pointing out to people real quick that they weren't necessarily military battles at the Alamo when everyone was slaughtered.
00:17:01.660 We all know what Bowie and Crockett, we know that.
00:17:03.960 Those were battles fought by civilians.
00:17:06.840 Civilians that took up arms against tyrants.
00:17:10.520 And they were slaughtered.
00:17:12.960 But that's very unique.
00:17:14.400 That's what the main thing that makes these battles.
00:17:16.940 Texas was an independent country.
00:17:19.140 We declared independence.
00:17:20.380 And we had our own currency.
00:17:22.460 We had our own president.
00:17:23.860 For over a decade before we voted to join the union.
00:17:27.160 You know, Don, the reason this is so timely is that we've had the day I gave the speech and Glenn Beck was there and Gerd Wilders to give the warning from Europe.
00:17:41.120 Gerd Field is one of the great heroes in the world.
00:17:43.300 Is that we had this fiasco in Minneapolis.
00:17:45.880 And I worked over the weekend both on getting the Texas show up and running.
00:17:49.500 I also worked as much time with what's happening in Minneapolis and different things are coming out today, tomorrow, the next day with Don Hoke and others that are coming out with these more detailed explanations of what's happening in Minneapolis.
00:18:05.500 And it's 10 times worse than just the daycare centers.
00:18:08.880 I mean, that's part of your responsibility.
00:18:10.900 Part of your responsibility and the reason you and I have talked offline that you're so enthusiastic, you're going to be the guardian that goes in and make sure that if there are those types of situations in Texas, you get to the bottom of it quickly.
00:18:24.540 But as importantly, that it could never happen again.
00:18:27.860 What's happening in Minneapolis in Texas, sir.
00:18:31.340 That's exactly right.
00:18:32.440 Look, we've only had three Republican comptrollers in the history of our state, and I venture to say I'm the first.
00:18:37.980 When I win, I'll be the first actual Republican to sit there.
00:18:42.260 And let me just, you know, point out something.
00:18:45.060 I'm the MAGA candidate.
00:18:46.860 I've supported the president 16, 20, 24.
00:18:49.740 I've bundled money for him, donated money for him.
00:18:52.360 I've been a delegate to every convention, national convention for him to vote for him.
00:18:57.620 As a matter of fact, two of my sons, I've worked in Washington in the 20 campaign, and one of my sons worked in there in the White House today.
00:19:06.400 We just lost Don.
00:19:08.040 Okay.
00:19:08.440 We're getting back up here in a second.
00:19:09.700 Debbie, your thoughts about the controller and the importance of the controller in the state of Texas.
00:19:16.280 It's one to make sure there's not a situation like the Somalian situation.
00:19:20.400 But this is one of the issues in the analysis that you did and others did for the session we had, the 150 leaders of the grassroots movements that you brought together.
00:19:32.240 It was pretty shocking to me, the meetings I'd had in Texas on Thursday and Friday, the amount of money that looks like the state of Texas and the federal government, but particularly the state of Texas, has given to some of these situations that kind of fund the backbone of Sharia law.
00:19:49.100 I was stunned at the amount of money.
00:19:51.480 Now, I realize people haven't had the chance to get in there and look, they're just taking it off of public documentation.
00:19:56.580 But I think Texans, when they understand that, their heads will blow up.
00:20:01.660 They'll say, what exactly in the hell are we doing, ma'am?
00:20:05.120 I could not agree more.
00:20:06.340 Yes, the data you're talking about, really, from public record is not a speculation, but it's money coming either from the federal government or from the Texas Treasury, but it's all going through the comptroller's office where Don Huffey, he's running for that office, went through the comptroller.
00:20:22.140 And I think it was since 2016 until now, it's something in the range of four B as in boy billion dollars that's made its way to Islamic organizations in Texas.
00:20:32.300 Now, that doesn't mean that they're all problematic.
00:20:35.040 But I think what happens is money coming state or federal when an organization has a fairly friendly sounding name.
00:20:42.260 And this is not a real name, but just, you know, the happy, happy children in preschool or something like that.
00:20:48.740 There's not close scrutiny.
00:20:50.420 Well, what is this group?
00:20:51.440 And who are they really?
00:20:52.760 Is there actually a school?
00:20:53.900 And my colleague who downloaded and created the spreadsheets we were all looking at and became aware of it, she discovered that some of these institutions that were receiving money, she literally did a drive by.
00:21:06.920 And there's nothing there or it's a warehouse district.
00:21:11.240 So I think there has been a flow of money to that degree, similar to Minneapolis, where people were just not aware it was going to things that were not appropriate.
00:21:20.200 And even if institutions exist, if those institutions are actually using the money for the purpose intended by the taxpayers, by the government, and then or some of it being shipped off, as was the case in the Holy Land Foundation trial in Texas, people were raising or donating money, and it was being sent off essentially to support terrorism.
00:21:41.080 So I think some of the comptroller in Texas is a massively important job for someone who can really has the backbone, the determination, the tenacity to dive in and dissect all of it, figure out where it went.
00:21:54.980 Obviously, as a doge, try to cull some of it back if you can, but at the very least, stop the flow and understand if our money has been going to support terror.
00:22:04.540 And I'll stop if you have Don back, but otherwise, I'll add another point about the issue of Sharia in Texas.
00:22:11.080 If you are an Islamic school in Texas, you are undoubtedly teaching Sharia, and Sharia, a fundamental component of Sharia that everyone needs to understand, Sharia is teaching, the core of it is that the world should be ruled by Sharia.
00:22:36.000 The world should be ruled by Islamic caliphate under Sharia as the law.
00:22:41.520 So if children are being taught that in schools, I mean, these are Texas school kids, but when they go to school every day, instead of learning about the beauty of the Declaration of Independence and magnificence of those thinkers and the Constitution and the Federalist Papers,
00:22:58.540 all of that brilliance about all of that brilliance about the rights of man, you're learning instead in Islamic schools that Sharia should govern the world.
00:23:07.060 And Sharia is barbaric, brutal, unchangeable, sexist, violent.
00:23:12.800 It is, there's nothing about it that you would want to have in America.
00:23:16.900 So the question for the comptroller is, can he get direction from the legislature to say, we're not going to have any money coming through the Texas comptroller's office heading its way into schools that teach Sharia?
00:23:32.460 Now, I don't think that Don Huffington, whoever is comptroller, can initiate that on his own.
00:23:38.500 He has to have direction from the legislature.
00:23:40.700 But it seems like the legislature ought to be willing to look closely at, is any money going to schools that teach Sharia?
00:23:48.280 Because it's like sending a kid to school to teach overthrow the American government and institute communism.
00:23:54.080 We wouldn't spend tax dollars on those kind of schools.
00:23:57.420 We would say, no, we don't do that here.
00:23:59.520 Same thing has to happen.
00:24:00.680 We were able to get Don back up.
00:24:04.020 So hang on for a second, Debbie.
00:24:05.160 Don Huffines, your mandate as comptroller, what is your mandate?
00:24:11.160 Particularly as we found just in a cursory investigation just off of public documentation coming out of the comptroller's office.
00:24:17.880 It looks like either tens, hundreds of millions of dollars, in some case with the federal government, maybe billions of dollars that have gone to support some of these Islamic either centers, schools, et cetera.
00:24:29.260 And people are very confused.
00:24:30.160 Obviously, we're going to do a deeper investigation and get to the bottom of it.
00:24:33.180 But from the comptroller's office, what is actually your mandate?
00:24:38.440 Well, I can tell you this.
00:24:40.000 I'm not going to let any money be spent anywhere in the state of Texas by any organization or affiliation with terrorist organizations.
00:24:53.060 The governor's already declared it declared care and Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organizations.
00:25:00.040 I'm not going to I'm not going to make sure I'm going to make sure no money is goes out.
00:25:03.980 I'm not looking for the legislation from the legislature.
00:25:06.840 Contrary to what Debbie said.
00:25:07.840 Debbie's I love Debbie.
00:25:08.920 She's endorsed my campaign and she's great.
00:25:11.980 Look, I'm taking the comptroller's position to a place it's never been.
00:25:16.700 I'm going to make sure that we do not give any money to anyone that's promoting Sharia law.
00:25:23.340 It's any group or organization that's that has any affiliation with these terrorist organizations.
00:25:29.960 And it's not just those, Steve, illegals in the state of Texas.
00:25:34.520 We need to deport every single one of them out of the state of Texas.
00:25:39.140 We have right now we're spending about eight billion dollars educating illegals, for instance, in our school system, our government school system of kids that aren't supposed to be here.
00:25:48.560 We've been doing that since the 1982 Pollard Doak, Pollard Smith case in Smith County, Texas.
00:25:54.700 And that's not that's something that other states don't have to deal with is Texas taxpayers been suffering for decades with this problem.
00:26:03.280 We've got CCP students, Chinese Communist Party students, tens of thousands of them.
00:26:08.900 Don, can you hang on?
00:26:11.360 Yeah, hang on one second.
00:26:13.100 Debbie, hang on.
00:26:13.920 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:29:04.860 Let's see if we can help you with that.
00:29:07.400 If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season, would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?
00:29:14.440 I might have a solution.
00:29:16.740 Here's why now is the time to make a move.
00:29:19.560 This time of year, credit card and loan companies close out their books.
00:29:23.160 They clean up past due accounts.
00:29:25.640 They sell a write-off to debt to clear their books.
00:29:29.780 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in.
00:29:38.160 That means right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage.
00:29:43.240 And Done With Debt knows how to use this to your advantage.
00:29:47.260 They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.
00:29:51.700 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf.
00:29:56.720 Now's the time to get out from under crushing debt and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans.
00:30:04.220 Done With Debt goes to work for you month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money every month.
00:30:13.520 Get started now, because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year.

00:30:24.440 That's donewithdebt.com.

00:30:30.660 As Texas goes, so goes the nation.
00:30:33.980 As the nation goes, so goes the world.
00:30:36.640 Are you prepared to fight for this state?
00:30:39.380 Are you prepared to fight for your country?
00:30:41.600 Three, two, one.
00:30:47.060 Okay, welcome back to War Room, Texas.
00:30:50.880 Don, we're going to spend a lot more time with you between now and March 3rd, but can you give people where to go to find it?
00:30:57.140 I think your commitment to say, hey, you're not going to let a situation like Minneapolis happen in Texas.
00:31:03.040 Now, maybe it already happened.
00:31:04.120 You'll find out with your investigation and stop it.
00:31:06.800 But just knowing you have the political will to do that, because that thing up there is horrible.
00:31:12.740 More information is coming.
00:31:13.740 Like I said, tonight, watch Laura Ingraham, by the way, tonight.
00:31:16.620 Don Hoke's going to be up there, one of the investigators on the Laura Ingraham show.
00:31:20.660 Don, where can people find out more about you and your campaign, sir?
00:31:23.560 Well, I'm the only MAGA candidate in this race, and if you want to stop Sharia law in the state of Texas and you want to put people in jail for stealing our money, your money, you need to go to donhuffines.com.
00:31:37.280 Don Huffines, H-U-F-F-I-N-E-S.com.
00:31:40.660 You can read about my platform, everything I'm going to do, and I do what I say I'm going to do.
00:31:45.640 Don Huffines, you're tough as boot leather.
00:31:50.120 You got that Texas cussiness that we need in this situation.
00:31:53.240 We've known you for a long time, and I love you, man.
00:31:55.400 Thank you so much, and thank you for running, putting yourself out there.
00:31:58.300 We appreciate it.
00:31:59.100 Everybody in the world.
00:31:59.800 You're welcome.
00:32:01.100 God bless you, and God bless Texas.
00:32:04.940 Thank you, brother.
00:32:06.280 Glenn Story, I want to thank you and Jenny and the entire team working with Debbie and others.
00:32:09.860 The Friday, I've gotten, and I've done these for years, you know, for going on, I don't know, 15 years or so.
00:32:17.520 That was extraordinary.
00:32:18.820 One of the most extraordinary things about it, besides the world-class nature of it, that you and Jenny and the team and Debbie pulled this off, and others pulled this off.
00:32:27.860 I think from Christmas Eve to now, I've never seen anything of the holidays take place.
00:32:31.880 I want to thank you.
00:32:33.260 And talk to me about Patriot Mobile's commitment to make sure that we set things right down at Texas, sir.
00:32:39.860 Look, we're 100% committed to this.
00:32:42.780 I mean, you know, when we talked about it long ago, we looked at it and said, hey, there's nothing that's a bigger threat today than this Islamification.
00:32:54.280 Actually, it really boils down to Sharia law and how it's contrary to that of our Constitution.
00:33:02.920 Where do you go?
00:33:03.860 I want people to find out more about Patriot Mobile, more about everything you guys are doing, both on the political side and the company itself.
00:33:09.860 So just tell me, what's the simplest way for people to go and find out more about it?
00:33:14.900 Yeah, PatriotMobile.com.
00:33:17.600 And if you're going to buy a phone, you've got to put forward slash Bannon, because that's where you get a free Samsung A16 or a smartphone.
00:33:26.440 And then on the other side, if you really want to look at what we do, go down to the bottom and look at the different causes that we support.
00:33:34.160 Look, we love America.
00:33:35.880 You know, I was a Christian.
00:33:36.900 I was born and raised a Christian.
00:33:38.660 I believe God is at the helm of our business.
00:33:40.940 And, you know, we live by those biblical principles.
00:33:43.520 And that drives what we do.
00:33:46.200 We love our country.
00:33:47.140 My dad served in World War I, World War II.
00:33:50.400 You know, my business partner, Scott Coburn, his dad served in Vietnam for a number of years.
00:33:56.120 And we just live by these Patriot values.
00:34:00.600 And, you know, whether it's the First Amendment, Second Amendment, right to life, military and first responders.
00:34:05.380 So we'd look at that and we'd say everything we do is geared to those causes.
00:34:11.660 And what we did over the holidays really boiled down to, you know, putting together a group of folks that align with our values.
00:34:20.820 It's customers that we work with, partners.
00:34:23.120 And we just said, hey, are y'all willing to do this?
00:34:26.080 And, Stephen, you remember when we had the conversation, I said, yeah, we'll do this.
00:34:30.320 And I went home to tell Jenny, and she was like, dude, we're not going to be able to do this.
00:34:35.080 This is a heavy lift.
00:34:36.460 And I said, we'll figure it out.
00:34:39.260 And she was able to, you know, she had a God came to her that night and said, hey, here's what we're going to do.
00:34:45.680 We're going to assemble these groups that were all aligned.
00:34:49.120 You know, we have different views, you know, whether it's First Amendment, right to life, et cetera.
00:34:54.000 But we all love our creator.
00:34:56.720 And then we love our country and we love our family.
00:35:00.100 So it was a no-brainer.
00:35:01.640 And you were there.
00:35:02.320 There wasn't a seat in the house that was empty.
00:35:05.080 Even the control room was full.
00:35:09.140 No, it was incredible.
00:35:10.560 An incredible.
00:35:11.800 Gert gave almost an hour speech that was so moving about what happened in Europe when they didn't stand up to this, where they are today.
00:35:18.160 Glenn Beck's was enormous.
00:35:20.640 Just incredible.
00:35:21.600 So everything you guys pulled off.
00:35:23.140 One more time, where do they go to find out more about Patriot Mobile?
00:35:25.500 You're going to be with us for this entire journey through three March through the primary.
00:35:29.640 So where are you going to, where can people get you, sir?
00:35:32.680 Yeah.
00:35:33.540 PatriotMobile.com forward slash Bannon.
00:35:36.580 Or better yet, you want to talk to a East Texas redneck called 972 Patriot and talk with them.
00:35:43.800 But Stephen, I've got to say one thing.
00:35:45.940 I know you're not going to tout your own horn, but you brought in the energy that was just incredible.
00:35:51.880 And then Beck kind of took it a different way.
00:35:55.080 But then remember that comment about a Hugo Boss suit.
00:35:58.720 He says, who made those Nazi uniforms?
00:36:01.060 And that was Hugo Boss.
00:36:02.200 I'm like, I went home that night and I threw everything out that was Hugo Boss.
00:36:07.000 I put it in the garbage.
00:36:08.740 I guarantee I won't be wearing that crap anymore.
00:36:11.600 Sorry for the language.
00:36:12.660 One of the many reasons I don't wear Hugo Boss.
00:36:17.940 Glenn Story, thank you so much, sir.
00:36:20.060 Appreciate you.
00:36:22.640 Glenn Story and Jenny, the team that pulled it together.
00:36:26.300 Thank you, sir.
00:36:27.520 John Guandola, I want to, because you're going to be on many, many times between now and March 3rd.
00:36:32.140 I want to do a little introduction.
00:36:33.280 I talked about, in the first term, the failure that I remembered, even at the time, the one that we couldn't move anything on was trying to get the Muslim Brotherhood designated as a terrorist organization inside the U.S. government.
00:36:46.460 It was a full shutdown.
00:36:47.860 And I really put a ton of effort in this.
00:36:50.440 I've known you for a long time, sir.
00:36:52.240 In fact, and tell people about your journey.
00:36:53.980 We're going to get specific about Texas a little bit today, but then the days and weeks ahead from you, because you know more than anybody.
00:36:59.220 Your background, in fact, you're one of the guys that inspired me when Gaffney introduced me to you back when I was running Breitbart and doing Breitbart News Radio that you came on so many times.
00:37:09.800 What is your background?
00:37:10.820 You are one of the top experts in this country on this topic, and you certainly are, I think, among the one or two best trainers in this topic of Sharia law.
00:37:22.120 John Guandola, your story, sir.
00:37:25.560 Well, thanks for having me again, Steve.
00:37:27.580 I appreciate it.
00:37:28.340 And I appreciate especially all you're doing for my home state now, Texas.
00:37:34.280 So I grew up in Maryland, went to the Naval Academy, took a commission as a Marine officer, served as an infantry and reconnaissance officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, served in combat, left the Marine Corps and joined the FBI,
00:37:51.240 and served in the criminal division for about five years, and after 9-11 transitioned over to the counterterrorism division.
00:38:00.740 And through a series of investigations came to see that not only are the most prominent Islamic organizations in the United States hostile, primarily Muslim Brotherhood organizations, but the leaders of these organizations were, and in many cases still are, the exclusive advisors to state, local, and federal organizations, the government.
00:38:28.480 And that's why I believe we are in the situation where our leaders have been leaning on the enemy to tell us how to defeat the enemy.
00:38:39.220 But because of this experience, and because I was working with agents and police officers and analysts and others in and out of the federal government, state and local government, who did not know this, I started meeting with them and teaching them, which culminated in the summer of 2006.
00:39:00.920 I put together the first training on the Islamic movement globally and how to deal with it, and after that, got recruited out of the FBI by the Department of Defense, by Rich Higgins, in the irregular warfare section, and began doing this work at a strategic, much more strategic level, and briefing senior leaders.
00:39:26.820 First of all, tell, tell people what historic figure, who's Rich Higgins, and why is he a historic figure in this entire effort to make sure of the safety and security for the United States of America, sir?
00:39:40.080 So, first of all, it's kind of a good story.
00:39:44.400 A colleague of mine, a very close friend and very experienced warrior, said, hey, if you're doing what you're doing, and I was still in the FBI at the time, he said, you've got to talk to Rich Higgins.
00:39:56.800 So, he gave me Rich's personal number, and I called him on a Friday night, and I introduced myself.
00:40:02.540 I said, this is John Gwendolyn with the FBI, and tomorrow morning, I'm briefing a very small select group of people with my colleague from the DOD, and I'm told you should be there.
00:40:14.820 And he laughed, and he's like, am I under investigation or something?
00:40:18.420 He actually tells this story in his book, but he shows up, Steve Coghlan and I brief him on the Islamic threat, on the Muslim Brotherhood, and on beyond the Muslim Brotherhood, the Iranians, the Diobanis, the whole Islamic network in the United States.
00:40:35.720 And Rich is, to your question, Rich had the ability to take that, put that into practice, strategically, operationally, and tactically, and was able to do things inside the DOD that were very successful.
00:40:55.680 And he, as you know, he became, in the last Trump administration, the director of strategic planning for the National Security Council.
00:41:03.220 He passed away.
00:41:05.980 It's a great loss, not only of a great friend of ours, but of somebody who could have been a real leader in the nation today.
00:41:16.660 But we pick up that mantle, and we carry it on.
00:41:21.920 John, with Rich, what you and Major Coughlin found out, because I remember getting these briefings to you guys back in those days, it shocked you, did it not?
00:41:31.400 I mean, it took a guy who had been forced recon—it's hard to shock a forced recon Marine.
00:41:36.820 You guys were shocked.
00:41:37.880 Major was shocked.
00:41:38.680 You were shocked about what you found out, the reality inside this country and inside the U.S. government.
00:41:44.580 Is that safe to say?
00:41:47.940 Yeah, there were two shock points for me.
00:41:50.760 One is, as I was doing these investigations and came to see that all of the prominent Islamic organizations in the United States were involved in these cases, the FBI and others, other agencies had open, Hamas cases, al-Qaeda cases, and they were directly tied into them, the leadership, both domestically and overseas.
00:42:14.180 And so what was first shocking to me was that piece of it.
00:42:20.360 But then to see, when you see that the guy, Abdurrahman Alamudi, who was the Islamic advisor to President Clinton for eight years, was the largest al-Qaeda fundraiser in the United States.
00:42:32.960 When we saw that, you know, guys like Gumurad Kalimov was an ISIS commander and the State Department trained him five times in the United States on weapons and tactics training.
00:42:44.960 When you see guys like Muhammad Majid, who's one of the senior Muslim Brotherhood leaders in the United States and North America, serving inside, you know, the Bush administration, inside the Obama administration, having meetings with the president, you know, offering prayers at Mr. Trump's inaugural prayer session at the National Cathedral.
00:43:09.760 Serving under the federal government, serving under the federal government, serving under the federal government, serving under the Biden administration, on the, you know, Commission for Religious Liberty, getting FBI director awards.
00:43:21.800 When you see these things, when you see a guy like Mahar Bittar, a Hamas leader, being the director of intelligence for the National Security Council under the Biden administration, this is criminal.
00:43:32.640 This is, and, but for them, for the Islamic movement, it's a war.
00:43:37.360 So what first shocked me was that all of the prominent Islamic organizations in the United States are hostile and that their leaders are inside the government advising our leaders on how to win the war, which is why we lost in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, et cetera.
00:43:56.160 The second thing that was a huge shocker is when I started getting asked to go into these meetings with senators and generals and admirals and former FBI, CIA directors and having private briefings with them and explaining this is what's actually going on and this is the real threat.
00:44:15.960 It's not just Al Qaeda, it's not just Al Qaeda, it's not just Al Qaeda, it's much, much bigger than that.
00:44:20.100 None of the people I ever briefed had any clue about the strategy of the enemy, what Sharia actually is, and that there is a massive jihadi network in the United States of what I call suit-wearing jihadis.
00:44:36.640 Guys that, you know, have ties and coats and they look nice and they talk nice, but they're up on Capitol Hill meeting with members of Congress and senators and national security staffers and they're Hamas and they're Al Qaeda and they're ISIS and they have access.
00:44:53.520 And in many cases, like guys like Muhammad Ali Biari, working with DHS and having secret and TS clearances and undermining the national security of the United States.
00:45:05.720 And there's no vetting for this.
00:45:09.040 And this is the problem.
00:45:10.140 These guys are operating with impunity and we're literally not only doing nothing by not understanding Sharia,
00:45:20.280 by not understanding the enemy and how they operate, good people in the government that want to do the right thing are inadvertently aiding and abetting them.
00:45:29.300 And that's, I think that's the worst situation of all.
00:45:33.900 I want to, I want to, because I'm running out of time and I want to make sure you're going to be one of our continual guests here,
00:45:39.040 but just in a couple of minutes, you've now moved to Texas for a reason.
00:45:44.020 How serious is this situation in Texas, even as we speak, sir?
00:45:48.820 Texas is the target of the North American Islamic movement.
00:45:54.160 It's the most important target for them.
00:45:58.320 Just so your viewers understand, the Muslim Brotherhood here in the United States refers to Mr. Trump as their guy.
00:46:07.000 And I don't think it's because Mr. Trump wants to support the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:46:10.380 But because of the way Mr. Trump is responding to this threat and the way I think his advisors are telling him he can parse out the good guys from the bad guys, which you cannot.
00:46:26.300 They believe they've got a handle on the Trump administration, and I don't see any evidence they don't.
00:46:34.600 And it's the same way in Texas.
00:46:36.320 We have the leadership in Texas saying, you know, no Sharia and the Muslim Brotherhood is bad.
00:46:41.820 And we're going to designate them terrorists.
00:46:45.640 But there's no understanding.
00:46:46.980 Like, I hear a lot more people today talking about Sharia.
00:46:50.340 But if you ask them, explain to me what Sharia is, they can't talk for 10 seconds coherently.
00:46:55.680 And if you can't do that, you don't understand how they're doing.
00:46:58.980 Texas is their target.
00:47:01.880 And let me give a few quick examples.
00:47:04.340 The largest terrorism financing trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history, Holy Land Foundation in Dallas, Texas, was adjudicated in Texas.
00:47:15.220 The headquarters for Hamas in the United States is Chicago.
00:47:18.820 Number two hub, Dallas, Texas.
00:47:21.020 The worst city in the United States.
00:47:23.740 My organization's assessment, my assessment for the combined communist jihadi threat, Houston, Texas.
00:47:31.260 The most jihadi attacks in the United States, Texas.
00:47:35.160 The largest Islamic charity in America, the Holy Land Foundation, was based in Texas and it was a Hamas organization.
00:47:43.380 These are not coincidences.
00:47:44.580 And they moved one of their most important scholars from their previous target, Tennessee, from Memphis, Yasser Khadi, to Plano, Texas, who's the guy behind Epic and Epic Cities.
00:47:58.140 And this is a serious situation.
00:48:01.700 They're calling Muslims from around the United States to come to Texas for what they believe is the final stand.
00:48:07.680 And I believe this is, for Texas, the second Alamo standoff.
00:48:13.080 And Texans have to decide we're standing firm and we're not only not taking any more steps backwards, we're going to lean into the enemy and vanquish them.
00:48:20.780 John, where do people go to get more of your information about you in this crisis in Texas, sir?
