00:32:42.500The nature of the problem is that the Islamists have been embedding in Texas really for decades.
00:32:50.500Now, look, the Islamic population in the United States was a tiny, tiny minority prior to 9-11.
00:32:58.500But the combined negative forces of the Hartzeller Immigration Act in the 1960s,
00:33:03.500which opened up the floodgates to third world immigration into the United States,
00:33:07.500and then combined with the post 9-11 political temperature where we sort of collectively had this guilt over going to war against Islamic countries.
00:33:17.500And so what you actually see in the immigration numbers is you see in the United States almost no Muslim immigration.
00:33:23.500Then the mid-60s hit, Hartzeller, you see an increase.
00:33:28.500And then starting after in the early 2000s, you see a skyrocketing to where now in the United States we have several million of unassimilated,
00:33:38.500and maybe even more importantly, Steve, is unassimilable.
00:33:43.500In other words, not even able to be assimilated into American or Western civilization taking root right here in Texas and in the United States.
00:33:53.500But Texas primarily is where we see an overwhelming majority of these Muslims coming in to the United States.
00:33:59.500And so the problem is that they've been here for so long, and they've learned how to do business in a very sophisticated way through a network of 501C3s,
00:34:11.500a network of C4s, of super PACs, of elected officials, of private corporate entities.
00:34:18.500They launder their money into various nonprofits.
00:34:36.500Why do I, as an attorney general candidate, talk about this often?
00:34:40.500Well, number one, because it's a huge issue.
00:34:42.500And I want Texans to know that Texas is ground zero for the Islamic invasion into the United States.
00:34:49.500But number two, the tools that are available to the attorney general are uniquely suited to be able to stop the invasion, roll back the invasion, and repel the Islamic invasion into Texas.
00:35:03.500So already right now, Attorney General Ken Paxton is actively suing Epic City.
00:35:09.500Epic City created a harmlessly sounding corporate entity called Capital Community Partners, which the state alleges, and I agree, was engaged in securities fraud.
00:35:20.500Now, Paxton is suing that entity and is hopefully going to bring them to justice.
00:35:25.500The other thing that is happening right now is Governor Abbott declared CAIR, the Council for American Islamic Relations, as well as the Muslim Brotherhood, foreign terrorist organizations, and transnational criminal organizations.
00:35:38.500Now, this is really important, Steve, because, yes, some people are saying, oh, it's just a piece of paper.
00:35:44.500But if you read the full executive order from the governor, it actually triggers a whole suite, a whole new body of laws under the Civil Practices and Remedies Code, the Property Code, the Health and Safety Code, the Texas Penal Code, all of which the attorney general can now use to repel the Islamic invasion in Texas.
00:36:06.340And so what Texans need right now in this point in history in which we find ourselves as we transition away from Ken Paxton, who's now running for the U.S. Senate, and we're going to get a new attorney general is who has the battle scars to prove that he knows how to use the tools, the legal tools that are available to him to go to war against the civilizational invaders up and down the justice system and in court.
00:36:32.900And my record shows that I'm the only one who knows how to do it.
00:36:36.720Of course, it's campaign season, so everybody wants to talk a big game and say, oh, they understand the Islamic problem, and they're for Trump, and they're hardcore.
00:36:44.900But I'm the only one in this race, Steve, with an actual record leading legal troops into legal combat to deliver legal victories for our American, conservative, Western, and Texas values.
00:36:58.020That's what distinguishes me from the rest.
00:36:59.600So I'm not just going to promise you I'm going to go to war against the Islamic invaders.
00:37:04.820And my chest is actually covered in medals from the many, many wars that I've been in successfully and won on behalf of the state of Texas.
00:37:18.360You're the only Paxton-endorsed candidate in this race as AG.
00:37:21.560Is this one of the key reasons why Paxton, who had all types of different alternatives, including not even endorsing anybody, why he was so vocal and came out so early to endorse you, sir?
00:37:47.060And plus, Attorney General Paxton, there's four candidates in this AG's race right now.
00:37:52.020Attorney General Paxton has known all of us for years, in some cases decades.
00:37:56.080And yet, he endorsed me, Aaron Reitz, to succeed him.
00:38:00.080And in his endorsement statement that he put out in August, he said, Aaron Reitz is the only battle-tested, proven, reliable, and qualified candidate in the race to succeed me as Attorney General.
00:38:14.740It's because I have litigated, investigated, sued, defended, and appealed on all of the issues that the War Room posse cares primarily about.
00:38:25.040Election integrity, the civilizational conflict we're in, the jihad that the Muslims are engaged in, the fact that I need to lead a counter-jihad, Second Amendment, free speech, religious liberty, border security, deporting illegal aliens.
00:38:39.140You name the issue, and I have racked up wins, put them on the scoreboard on behalf of the state of Texas and our constitutional American and Western values.
00:38:49.240He said, I'm the only qualified candidate in the race.
00:38:51.500And in fact, in an endorsement video he made for me the day after he put out his statement, he said, Aaron Reitz will be the greatest Attorney General that Texas has ever seen.
00:39:01.100And I think when folks look at my record, this is the same record, Steve, why President Trump brought me into the very senior ranks of the Justice Department, why I had the blessing of him and Attorney General Paxson to launch from DOJ to run for AG.
00:39:17.340But when Trump nominated me to head up the Office of Legal Policy at DOJ, where you and I met when you were doing an event up there, up at Maine Justice several months ago, earlier last year, Trump said that Aaron Reitz is a true MAGA attorney and a warrior for the Constitution.
00:39:45.280Now is not the time for some deal-making legislator or from, you know, Boy Scout who says he's ready for conflict.
00:39:52.760No, we need what Trump said of me, a true MAGA attorney and a warrior for the Constitution.
00:39:57.940And it's the same reason why I was endorsed by Ken Paxson, the great Ken Paxson, to succeed him as the next AG.
00:40:05.560Aaron, where do people go on social media to track you and your content and where they go for your campaign site?
00:40:11.600Yeah, campaign site is AaronReitz.com, A-A-R-O-N-R-E-I-T-Z.com.
00:40:18.560And folks can find me on social media at Aaron underscore Reitz, A-A-R-O-N underscore R-E-I-T-Z.
00:40:26.280I'm on all the major social media platforms, very accessible, and we really want to earn folks' support.
00:40:32.160Election Day is March 3rd, but in Texas, Steve, early voting starts on February 17th, which is a month from now.
00:40:39.080So voters are going to go to the polls, and they're not only going to vote for Aaron Reitz for Attorney General, but then they're also going to have the opportunity to vote yes on Prop 10, on that list of Republican ballot initiatives.
00:40:50.500And I, like you, Steve, I want to see overwhelming support to vote yes on Prop 10, meaning Republicans want to see Sharia law banned in Texas.
00:40:58.800But that, Steve, is just the beginning.
00:41:02.120Once we signal that Texans want Sharia law banned, it's going to have to be guys like me who then take that mandate and go to war up and down the chain of the justice system.
00:41:13.280And I'm not only committed to do it, but I've been spending my entire career doing exactly that, defending American, Western, and Texas civilization.
00:41:32.080Aaron, thank you so much for joining us, sir.
00:41:33.700Look forward to having you back and maybe talking about some of the opportunities in this declaration, executive order that the governor signed, Governor Abbott, which was a real sign of courage to do that, about designating the Muslim Brotherhood and CARE as a terrorist organization.
00:41:50.360Really honored to have on our next guest, Matt Shea, from one of the colleagues and partners over there with General Flynn, his General Flynn sister, Mary, America's future.
00:42:03.340Matt, tell us, you guys are, I think, kind of along with Gaffney, the top experts in this whole thing of Sharia law and these Islamic invasions.
00:42:12.720I mean, the experiences the Flynn's have are legendary.
00:42:16.680Walk us through exactly what you guys do.
00:42:19.240I know you do training programs, all that.
00:42:21.200What are you trying, you're behind the scenes a lot.
00:42:24.040What are you guys trying to do to make sure that citizens, not simply of Texas, but all over the country, because you've got a big problem in Florida, too.
00:42:31.700Not as big as Texas, I don't think quite yet.
00:42:34.580Understand about Sharia supremacists and how dangerous this application of Sharia law in the United States is, sir.
00:42:42.800We educate, we equip, and we empower pastors and citizens.
00:42:48.320And, Steve, I just want to thank you for having me on and just really appreciate all the work you're doing to preserve the republic.
00:42:54.300Just giving you an example of what this looks like, we had teams.
00:42:59.580We had pastors, actually four pastors helped organize an event in Seattle, Washington earlier this year at Cal Anderson Park.
00:43:11.480Right before the event, some law enforcement officers came up to us.
00:43:14.760They said, are you guys going to stand or are you going to run away?
00:43:17.180And we said, no, we're going to stand.
00:43:18.580And when Antifa charged our lines, we had grandmas, we had children, we had everybody standing shoulder to shoulder as they were hurling invectives at us, as they were spitting on us, as they were throwing urine balloons over the top of our heads.
00:43:31.780And at that moment, about five minutes of this, the police came in and arrested a bunch of Antifa leaders.
00:43:38.060And I believe that that was really a prophetic marker, a moment for the country that if the church stands, if the citizens stand, so will the rest of the country.
00:43:45.600And so we train citizens to identify communist and jihadi networks, and we teach them practical ways that they can help disrupt that and educate and back their local elected officials and local law enforcement to stand against it.
00:44:01.320Now, we know, and as a constitutional attorney, I've said this many times, that I believe the Constitution bans Sharia law because the Constitution says it's the supreme law of the land.
00:44:12.240And yet, Sharia law claims not just to be the supreme law of the land that it's in, but also the supreme law of the world.
00:44:38.940This is one of the reasons I want to have you on.
00:44:40.600Why, on MSNBC, right, particularly around the Minnesota situation or the Red-Green Alliance in New York or Chicago or Seattle or Portland, where you guys have been, they say, Matt Shays is a smart guy.
00:44:53.080He's a constitutional lawyer, but he's a religious bigot.
00:45:26.740So they recognize that this is a theopolitical construct.
00:45:30.100In fact, over half of the Koran, and not even talking about the Sunnah and the Sira and the Hadiths, half of the Koran is overtly political.
00:45:41.800Mosques, and Muhammad used mosques for this, as Frank was saying earlier, the perfect example in Islam.
00:45:49.480Mosques are used not just to teach the Koran.
00:45:53.360Mosques are used as a military barracks.
00:45:57.100In fact, as a soldier, I spent 10 years in the United States Army.
00:46:00.400We ran into that in Iraq on the ground.
00:46:02.900And also it's used as a place to adjudicate Sharia law.
00:46:06.400And this is really, Steve, all about Sharia law.
00:46:11.040At the very core of this, we are making a choice.
00:46:14.660Do we want to follow Western civilization and the Judeo-Christian foundations of Western civilization, or do we want to follow Sharia law?
00:46:22.120Texas is the vanguard in this, with this vote on March 3rd, to say we want to follow Western civilization and the Judeo-Christian foundations that have made the United States of America great.
00:46:34.120And I do find it prophetic, and I think you've mentioned this, that March 3rd was the day that the caliphate was abolished in 1924.
00:46:42.020Four years later, in 1928, Hassan al-Banna started the Muslim Brotherhood with the expressed desire, the expressed purpose of reestablishing the caliphate in the world.
00:47:00.020And another way that citizens can get involved is citizen lawyers can get involved in civil litigation.
00:47:07.540And I have not heard anybody talk about this at the national level, that the False Claims Act, a key TAM action, and let me explain what that is very quickly.
00:47:17.140You can file an action where the government has been defrauded.
00:47:22.060The attorney general, if the attorney general pursues the action, there's nothing more done.
00:47:26.700And the person that brings that forward can get a percentage of what is recouped for the government in fraud.
00:47:33.260But if the attorney general denies taking that action forward, the citizen can pursue that action as a plaintiff to recover that money for the United States government.
00:47:44.780And we're talking anything fraudulent billing, increasing costs fraudulently, talking about not just inflating costs, but phantom employees.
00:47:59.280All of these things under the False Claims Act can be brought forward.
00:48:03.320And not only does the citizen and the lawyer get a portion of that for recouping that for the taxpayers, but they can use that money then as a war chest to bring these forward.
00:48:12.840I think this is something that we've not talked about enough.
00:48:16.100And we need to bring forward at the national level with all the fraud going on in Minnesota and my home state here in Washington.
00:48:24.620Matt, quickly, we've got a couple minutes.
00:48:26.480I want to know what tools you guys are prepared to teach, train pastors and others.
00:48:33.080I want people to know where do they go and what are you guys prepared to do?
00:48:36.820Because you couldn't have a better group than the Flins and yourself and the others that are associated with you guys.
00:48:42.140But I want people really to make sure they get access and then they kind of know what they're asking for.
00:49:06.700And again, Steve, I really believe that the footprint, the largest footprint in the United States of America that can push back against this attempt to Islamicize the United States is the church.
00:49:22.360President Trump, Greg Abbott cannot do this alone.
00:49:25.660It's got to be all of us standing on the line.
00:49:28.020And if the church and the citizens stand, if Texas stands, like I said earlier, the rest of the country will follow and we will preserve Western civilization and bless God by keeping America free.
00:49:39.420Matt, if we get the pastors up to speed, that's the point.
00:49:42.760And this starts on March 3rd of stopping Sharia law and making sure then we get it on the November ballot and win overwhelmingly there.
00:49:49.120On the going on offense part, when are we?
00:49:53.040I got about a minute, but I got to hear this from you.
00:49:55.000When are we going to get Christian pastors, particularly because the Catholic Church has completely dropped the ball on this and I'm a Catholic, but the evangelicals who in their name is to evangelize, when are we going to start a mass movement to convert the Muslims to Christianity, sir?
00:50:11.300Well, that's one of the great things that we have done.
00:50:15.720And there are pastors that are standing up, especially the last three months.
00:50:19.080It's been like a light bulb has turned on.
00:50:21.360We have specific evangelism regarding Muslims.
00:50:25.900In fact, you'll hear throughout the Middle East that they have had dreams about Jesus Christ, the man in white, and they're asking who it is.
00:50:33.120We have a very big opportunity right now.
00:50:35.340In fact, Iran is one of the fastest growing Christian countries in the Middle East right now.
00:50:41.180So we have a very, very clear opportunity to do this.
00:50:45.100We should always be evangelizing, but we need to hold the line against this attempt to make Sharia the supreme law of the land.
00:50:51.280Matt, any social media for you specifically to go to?
00:50:56.120We've got the site to go to for the America's future.
00:51:06.020I spent 12 years in the Washington State Legislature.
00:51:08.320And if Washington State can ban the creation of Sharia courts and can ban the enforcement of Sharia court orders, any state in the union can do it.
