00:00:00.000 Islamic Jihadis are plotting against you.
00:00:11.240 Why in the hell do you think they're in Houston and in north of Dallas?
00:00:14.280 They are working together to overthrow western civilization.
00:00:18.580 Sharia compounds, which are areas governed by religious rules.
00:00:22.460 We know who you are, we know what you are, and we know what you're trying to accomplish,
00:00:27.440 and it is not going to happen in the jewel of the crown of the union of this republic.
00:00:33.200 We purge any attempt to impose Sharia law in Texas.
00:00:36.560 They are not coming. They are already here.
00:00:39.360 You are not here properly, and you're going to leave.
00:00:44.960 On the 3rd of March, Sharia law goes on the ballot in the state of Texas.
00:00:50.500 The United States Constitution and Sharia are fundamentally at odds with one another.
00:00:54.640 We're going to tell them, take your Sharia law and shove it.
00:01:00.120 Islam will never dominate the United States, and by the grace of God, it will not dominate Texas.
00:01:07.060 As Texas goes, so goes the nation. As the nation goes, so goes the world.
00:01:12.800 Are you prepared to fight for this state? Are you prepared to fight for your country?
00:01:17.800 War Room, Texas.
00:01:22.160 Your host, Stephen K. Bannon, starts right now.
00:01:27.620 The judge declared a mistrial in a first-of-its-kind case in Dallas County.
00:01:31.880 It was a capital murder trial involving a violent Venezuelan gang.
00:01:36.320 Jurors said they were deadlocked.
00:01:38.240 NBC5's Shannon Miller joins us live with the very latest.
00:01:41.200 Shannon.
00:01:41.380 Well, Merit, this was the second and final time that the jury could not come to a unanimous decision
00:01:49.020 in this case of Carlos Zambrano Bolivar.
00:01:52.400 Take a listen here as the judge read that decision shortly before 4 this afternoon.
00:01:58.540 And let the record reflect that the jury has been deliberating three full days on this matter.
00:02:03.700 That being the case, the court will declare a mistrial in this case.
00:02:12.240 Now, this is the first case involving Trin de Aragua to be prosecuted by the Dallas County DA's office.
00:02:19.160 Early Friday afternoon, the jury told the judge they were deadlocked then in their decision,
00:02:23.580 and the judge told them to go back and deliberate and try to come to a unanimous decision.
00:02:28.660 Harper's Branch Police say Bolivar is one of four suspects responsible for kidnapping.
00:02:32.740 Nizzouli Petit, his daughter and nephew, from a Dallas apartment complex in August 2024.
00:02:38.860 After Petit, a TDA member, failed to turn over cash to members as part of the complex nationwide ATM theft operation.
00:02:47.260 Detectives say Petit was later shot and killed in Farmer's Branch, his body left in the roadway off Valley View Lake.
00:02:54.940 Okay, welcome.
00:02:55.900 It's Tuesday, 17 February, and the year of our alert of 2026.
00:02:58.820 Welcome to Worm, Texas.
00:02:59.920 We have just a programming announcement.
00:03:01.580 The Attorney General's debate is going to follow this show.
00:03:05.980 Grace and Moe, we're going to be streaming it live from Texas with many of the kind of MAGA folks fighting for the Attorney General's role.
00:03:16.240 Chip Roy, Aaron Reitz, and others, so you're not going to want to miss this.
00:03:20.360 Attorney Generals actually from all over the country have been here for this since it's so important what the Texas AG does.
00:03:25.440 Ben Burkwam, this is stories exploded all over Dallas, Fort Worth, throughout the state, and now the country.
00:03:34.780 I want people to understand something.
00:03:36.280 You know, President Trump as commander-in-chief has designated Trendy Aragora, and particularly on the Colorado branch, but also the South Texas branch, as essentially enemy combatants.
00:03:49.060 This is where he brought out the Alien and Sedition Act to send him home.
00:03:53.520 This is where we've been at the Supreme Court here in the state of Texas, and a jury twice, and this was where they took the guy who was a gang member, and they took a couple of his, I guess, kids and nephews, and they executed him in front of the children.
00:04:08.780 And they couldn't be, this guy could not be found guilty of a capital crime.
00:04:13.440 I'm not even sure the other four are going to actually go to trial.
00:04:17.160 This shows you, I keep telling people, you're in a different America now.
00:04:22.340 Don't think you're watching Perry Mason or, you know, Judd for the Defense or anything like that.
00:04:26.580 You're in a different America.
00:04:27.540 It is impossible to bring justice now in our courts of law, in cities like Minneapolis, in cities like Chicago, in cities like New York City, and now in cities like Dallas, Texas.
00:04:39.720 Ben, you've been at the forefront of this.
00:04:42.280 You've been deployed, you know, for four years in the Darien Gap and in Mexico under the border, saw the invasion, warning the invasion.
00:04:51.580 You're one of the best voices.
00:04:53.440 Real America's voice was the leader in actually getting down and dirty about this invasion.
00:04:57.740 Now you've shifted.
00:04:59.200 You're the guy there at these, at the insurgents, these neo-Marxists.
00:05:03.860 You're seeing it, and people think our courts can do it.
00:05:06.400 You think that just federal judges against Trump, it's so much deeper than that.
00:05:11.620 Ben Burkwam.
00:05:14.260 Yeah, Steve.
00:05:15.200 Well, first off, there's three parts to this.
00:05:17.620 First is you no longer have equal protection under the law in these Democrat cities.
00:05:22.140 You've experienced that in Washington, D.C.
00:05:24.420 We saw that with the J6ers.
00:05:26.140 That's across the board if you're conservative in America.
00:05:29.020 But now you have this next level of this where you have the radical leftists who have mobilized this attack against ICE, against anything that has to do with illegal aliens, to coerce people in these communities.
00:05:42.020 These jurors in these communities to not side against a murderer who murdered somebody in front of children.
00:05:49.520 Think about how cold-blooded this is.
00:05:51.900 They murdered this guy.
00:05:53.060 Now, whether or not this guy was a gang member, a TDA as well, a terrorist as well.
00:05:56.880 What they did, they murdered this guy in front of children.
00:06:00.920 And for him to be able to walk on this or these guys to be able to walk on this, this is the death of America if we don't stop this.
00:06:07.560 And it goes right back to everything we saw, the NGOs training illegal aliens on a game of our system, how they got the illegal aliens into this country, and what they're doing now in the cities across America to teach people how to undermine ICE.
00:06:21.220 Basically, anything that has to do with illegal aliens, they side with the illegal aliens over American citizens or anyone that gets in the way.
00:06:28.540 The other side of this is the TDA themselves.
00:06:31.760 We have invited this in.
00:06:32.980 This is like the movie Red Dawn.
00:06:34.760 But instead of them parachuting into our country, we invited them into our country.
00:06:39.940 And they have spread out across this nation, some of them operating within our own government.
00:06:44.540 We have politicians that are operating against our country.
00:06:47.500 This is a suicide pact against this nation if we don't stop it.
00:06:53.340 And it's this election, it's that critical, this election, that we turn this around.
00:06:58.100 Ben, your first point was amazingly perceptive.
00:07:01.100 I want to go back to that, that in these big cities, whether it's New York City, whether it's Washington, D.C., Chicago, Dallas, you're not going to get equal justice.
00:07:12.660 If you're a conservative of MAGA, they're going to pursue you, they're going to use lawfare, they're going to imprison you.
00:07:18.420 This is why they went after President Trump in Fulton County and in Washington, D.C., just nonstop.
00:07:26.260 But if you're an illegal alien or a jihadist, it's impossible to get a jury to convict you, sir.
00:07:32.440 That's right.
00:07:34.740 You have special privilege in America today if you're a jihadist or an illegal alien.
00:07:40.660 Think about that.
00:07:41.640 An American citizen, if you're a conservative, or just any American citizen, think about all of the American citizen angel families that have been murdered by illegal aliens who are swept under the rug.
00:07:51.880 And the illegal aliens are uplifted.
00:07:53.560 They're protected by these sanctuary jurisdictions, these people that have traded America for foreign enemy combatants in their communities.
00:08:00.900 They are protected.
00:08:02.540 We are not.
00:08:04.400 Peter McIlvenna, I want to bring you in.
00:08:06.140 I've got you here for something directly dealing with England, but is what's happening in Texas.
00:08:11.560 But I want your comments on this.
00:08:13.980 Because Marco Rubio gave a speech the other day as being hailed, and Hillary Clinton said, yeah, we've got to control our borders.
00:08:20.440 We have to figure out about immigration.
00:08:22.340 And I said, hey, that speech Rubio gave, which had a lot of great elements to it, was a good speech 15 years ago.
00:08:29.700 But today it's, you know, the colonization and what you're seeing here in places like Dallas, right, in places like Texas, you know, Colony Ridge and these things.
00:08:40.360 And what we're seeing here with the Islamic invasion is so far past that.
00:08:45.120 You've got to talk about, in continental Europe today, remigration.
00:08:48.260 But when you see something that's supposed to be the backbone of English common law, trial by jury, and now you know you've got these corrupt prosecutors, you've got these corrupt judges.
00:08:58.060 But now knowing you can't get a fair trial in one of these big cities, what does that tell me about, how has London been a forerunner of that?
00:09:06.980 Well, we have this huge debate at the moment, trial by jury, and the Labour government, the far left Keir Stormer, has tried to say he's going to remove that because our legal system has utterly collapsed.
00:09:20.580 We have such a backlog, you know, within years for a case to come up.
00:09:25.500 And because of that, they've decided, well, we're just going to make the system less fair and remove your right to jury trial, which is not across the board, but still you remove that right.
00:09:35.980 And we have certainly seen pressure put on judges over the COVID tyranny in terms of free speech.
00:09:43.700 Those two big areas, we have seen huge political pressure put on judges where they have ruled simply according to what the government wants.
00:09:52.280 So, finding those who didn't go along with the COVID tyranny procedure, and also on the free speech issue on concern of immigration, that's now branded as far-right extremist terrorists.
00:10:07.620 I think far-right terrorism is the term which is now used to describe those who have a concern of immigration.
00:10:15.120 And therefore, there is pressure, using the political language, put on judges to rule in favour of what the government wants.
00:10:24.320 And yet, on the other side, you've got zero legal push to actually hold those who have broken into the country illegally, the 50,000 or so who have come over.
00:10:35.380 In fact, there was a story just two days ago that £5,000, so $7,500, has been given per person to 50 illegal immigrants because they had their phones taken off them when they arrived.
00:10:54.800 So, they arrive illegally, the police remove their phones, they go to the European Court of Human Rights,
00:11:00.660 and they are told, actually, Britain is breaking your human rights.
00:11:05.240 After you illegally came into the country, you must be given $7,500 in apology from the government.
00:11:13.060 That is how screwed up our judges are in terms of pressure from the UK government and pressure still from the European Union through the European Court of Human Rights,
00:11:23.580 even though we have left that jurisdiction.
00:11:26.280 By the way, this whole being part of the UN, Ben, as you know, Oscar Blue Ramirez will tell us every day,
00:11:34.060 being part of the UN's compact on migration is one of the reasons we've got 25 million illegal alien invaders in the country.
00:11:40.540 Okay, here's what I want to do.
00:11:41.820 One of the most powerful things, and Peter, you were so great in coming over.
00:11:45.200 First of all, coming over in November and warning us about it, and you're going to stick around.
00:11:48.620 We're going to play a highlight reel after the bottom-of-the-hour break of the Agricultural Commission debate from the other night.
00:11:57.340 We've got the AG debate live.
00:11:59.900 We're going to stream that live right at the end of War Room, Texas, because Peter warned us about halal food.
00:12:05.740 So, that became a question in the ag, and Peter is going to stick around.
00:12:10.320 The other thing you did is in warning us and us getting organized is we gave permission structure.
00:12:16.040 We gave space for average Texans to be able to talk about this issue of Sharia law.
00:12:21.740 That's on the ballot today.
00:12:22.720 It's the first day of early voting.
00:12:24.240 It's Prop 10 to prohibit Sharia law in Texas is the proposition.
00:12:30.800 The wealthiest man in England, right, owner of one of the legendary soccer clubs, football clubs as they call them,
00:12:37.700 the wealthiest guy in England who really came up, just taught himself chemistry, taught himself finance.
00:12:43.680 This guy's worth, I think, 30 billion pounds or something.
00:12:46.360 I want to show you his interview.
00:12:47.960 He is being virtually run out of the country for the following interview,
00:12:52.820 and this interview applies directly to the situation in the state of Texas.
00:12:58.140 Let's go ahead and play it.
00:12:59.760 If you really want to deal with the major issues of immigration,
00:13:02.980 with people opting to take benefits rather than working for a living,
00:13:06.800 if you want to deal with that, then you're going to have to do some things which are unpopular and show some courage.
00:13:13.060 And has this government done that?
00:13:14.940 No, I think they have.
00:13:16.660 I don't know whether it's just the apparatus that hasn't allowed Keir to do it or he's maybe too nice.
00:13:27.200 I mean, I know Keir. He's a nice man. I like him.
00:13:29.740 But it's a tough job.
00:13:34.960 And I think you have to do some difficult things with the UK to get it back on track,
00:13:38.600 because at the moment I don't think the economy is in a good...
00:13:41.580 You can't afford...
00:13:43.120 You can't have an economy with 9 million people on benefits
00:13:46.480 and huge levels of immigrants coming in.
00:13:51.220 I mean, the UK is being colonised.
00:13:53.280 It's costing too much money.
00:13:54.860 It will cause...
00:13:55.880 To be colonised?
00:13:56.460 It will cause...
00:13:57.480 Well, yeah.
00:13:59.160 The UK is being colonised by immigrants, really, isn't it?
00:14:02.120 I mean, the population of the UK is 58 million in 2020.
00:14:06.100 Now it's 70 million.
00:14:09.440 That's 12 million people.
00:14:10.740 You met recently with Nigel Farage, didn't you?
00:14:12.980 I did.
00:14:13.560 Do you think that they would be a kind of...
00:14:15.220 a good government if they were to win the next election?
00:14:18.680 I think Nigel is an intelligent man,
00:14:23.540 and I think he's got good intentions,
00:14:26.460 but in a way you could say exactly the same about Keough
00:14:29.400 when Keough came in.
00:14:31.320 I think it needs somebody who's prepared to be unpopular
00:14:34.720 for a period of time to get the big issues sorted out,
00:14:38.980 would be my view.
00:14:41.280 Someone who's prepared to be unpopular for a period of time
00:14:44.580 to take care of the problem.
00:14:45.260 Now, this is the wealthiest guy in England.
00:14:48.680 Really kind of self-made.
00:14:51.000 Coming up through the ranks of buying chemical companies
00:14:53.600 and really doing tough industrial turnarounds.
00:14:57.580 He said, England's been colonised.
00:14:59.680 And then he says, of course it's been colonised.
00:15:01.280 In 2020, you had 58 million people.
00:15:03.200 Now you have 70 million.
00:15:04.680 That's all been migration.
00:15:06.020 12 million migrants.
00:15:08.120 On a percentage basis,
00:15:09.580 they got a worse problem than we have.
00:15:11.680 Peter McIlvenna,
00:15:12.620 he has been eviscerated.
00:15:14.640 They are not having a debate about what he said about colonisation.
00:15:19.020 They are trying to destroy him.
00:15:20.980 Are they not, sir?
00:15:23.180 They are.
00:15:24.040 And Steve, this is fascinating.
00:15:25.800 As you said,
00:15:26.540 the richest man in the UK
00:15:28.260 worth, yep,
00:15:30.100 35,
00:15:30.600 40 billion dollars.
00:15:32.860 I think the fifth highest taxpayer in the UK.
00:15:36.040 He pays 150 million dollars a year.
00:15:39.900 And that's why he moved to Monaco a few years ago.
00:15:43.320 Bought Manchester United,
00:15:44.880 probably the biggest football team in the world.
00:15:48.520 And soccer team in the world.
00:15:50.320 And he bought that maybe four or five years ago
00:15:53.020 and had been really interested in sports,
00:15:55.480 had bought in some French teams.
00:15:57.640 And he bought a 25% stake in Manchester United.
00:16:01.780 Hasn't been in the public eye at all.
00:16:03.420 I think during the Brexit debate,
00:16:05.060 during that,
00:16:06.620 getting us out of the European Union,
00:16:09.500 he probably gave one or two comments
00:16:12.460 that he was actually Eurosceptic.
00:16:14.820 He was pro-Brexit, pro-leaving,
00:16:16.820 but wasn't a big player at all.
00:16:18.940 I mean, I don't recognise him
00:16:20.780 or remember him at all speaking.
00:16:22.760 And I knocked on thousands of doors
00:16:24.420 during that campaign.
00:16:26.440 And suddenly he comes
00:16:27.840 and he says this on a Sky interview,
00:16:30.140 which is strange
00:16:30.840 because he normally has stayed under the radar.
00:16:34.020 Uber successful businessman
00:16:36.160 and has done everything quietly.
00:16:38.260 He doesn't want the spotlight.
00:16:41.520 I don't think I've ever seen an interview
00:16:43.660 from Jim Radcliffe ever before.
00:16:47.120 And that is a curious part of this.
00:16:48.820 He is not a politician.
00:16:50.980 He doesn't have anything to gain.
00:16:52.740 He is just,
00:16:54.360 can you say a normal bloke
00:16:55.860 if you're worth $40 billion?
00:16:57.740 But he sees what is happening to the country.
00:17:00.760 He is a huge concern.
00:17:02.620 And he is speaking up.
00:17:04.580 And Sky, back in the day,
00:17:06.780 Sky News back in the day
00:17:08.040 when they were owned by Fox,
00:17:09.320 back, back, back.
00:17:10.340 Actually, it would have been a voice of reason.
00:17:13.660 Now, really the only voice of reason
00:17:15.400 is GB News.
00:17:17.080 But you're right.
00:17:17.640 He has been maligned, criticized.
00:17:19.180 Keir Starmer has demanded he make an apology.
00:17:22.680 He's kind of had to roll back slightly on that.
00:17:25.360 We've got Kick It Out,
00:17:27.120 which is the anti-racism group in English football.
00:17:30.560 It's called on him to make more apologies.
00:17:33.540 And yet he is one of the most,
00:17:37.060 if it wasn't for him,
00:17:38.160 you wouldn't have many tens of thousands of people in jobs.
00:17:41.800 The amount of tax he pays
00:17:43.020 and simply he is a concern
00:17:45.260 that I'm paying more and more tax,
00:17:49.120 being hit by higher and higher levels of tax,
00:17:51.860 which are the highest in the Second World War.
00:17:53.900 As a businessman,
00:17:54.860 he's got concerns whenever people come over
00:17:56.940 and get handed free cash when they come over,
00:18:00.320 free education,
00:18:01.900 free health care.
00:18:02.920 But hang on.
00:18:03.680 But what he said is absolutely 100% true.
00:18:06.040 Why should he apologize?
00:18:07.240 England has been colonized.
00:18:09.080 That's what we're trying to stop here in Texas.
00:18:11.280 As you pointed out,
00:18:12.360 when you came over in November,
00:18:13.400 you said at the time that struck me,
00:18:14.920 you said,
00:18:15.220 hey, you guys are much farther along than this
00:18:18.440 than we were when it first started.
00:18:19.960 It's moving.
00:18:21.000 It's accelerating at an accelerating rate in Texas.
00:18:23.400 And they're much more sophisticated with halal food
00:18:25.540 and the businesses that get into the real estate
00:18:27.340 and do these communities.
00:18:28.620 He said it took decades for that
00:18:30.400 to kick in in the United Kingdom.
00:18:31.940 He said this is a much more sophisticated invasion.
00:18:35.620 Is there any doubt in your mind
00:18:37.060 that England has been colonized,
00:18:39.740 particularly 12 million additional population
00:18:42.900 since 2020 on a country I think has got,
00:18:46.300 what, an 80 million population to start with?
00:18:48.620 12 million.
00:18:49.460 We went from 58 million now to 70 million.
00:18:51.840 The percentage is huge,
00:18:53.120 and it's all migration.
00:18:55.640 Oh, 100%.
00:18:56.340 We no longer know what it means to be English.
00:18:59.040 We no longer know what it means to be British.
00:19:01.040 That's a contentious debate.
00:19:02.620 We're now embarrassed about flying our flag.
00:19:05.520 So you've got that on one side.
00:19:08.200 Then you've got an utter lack of integration.
00:19:10.800 When you look at the generation that came over
00:19:13.540 from the Caribbean,
00:19:14.980 the generation that came over from India,
00:19:17.820 they all amalgamated,
00:19:19.520 they all integrated,
00:19:20.320 they all became part of the UK.
00:19:22.100 They were kind of colonies
00:19:23.580 that had traditionally been part of the British Empire.
00:19:26.840 And they came and they became part
00:19:28.740 of the fabric of society.
00:19:30.920 Yet the clash,
00:19:32.660 which you refer to, Steve,
00:19:34.020 is in Islam.
00:19:36.020 It's not integration.
00:19:37.920 It's isolationism.
00:19:39.460 It's demanding your rights.
00:19:41.300 It's wanting to change where you arrive
00:19:44.240 to fit what you want
00:19:45.800 instead of fitting in to the culture you arrive in.
00:19:49.520 And that's why we are seeing a change.
00:19:51.020 And that's why the huge concern of,
00:19:53.460 in 15 years,
00:19:54.320 we've seen the national population go up 10%.
00:19:57.920 The Islamic population go up 111%.
00:20:01.540 We have a 10 times growth.
00:20:04.000 And that's where we have the clash.
00:20:05.920 That's where we have the debate.
00:20:07.040 That's why we have the Islamophobia debate
00:20:09.380 of that legislation coming through.
00:20:11.560 That's why we have 24, I think,
00:20:13.840 members of parliament who are Muslim,
00:20:16.360 more than any other country in Europe.
00:20:18.700 That's why we are seeing the huge growth of halal
00:20:21.740 because it demands its place.
00:20:23.960 That's why we're seeing the huge growth of mosques
00:20:27.220 while we see the fall of churches.
00:20:29.220 That's why we've seen an aggressive,
00:20:31.360 forceful, seemingly confident Islam,
00:20:34.340 especially in education system and politics.
00:20:37.380 And we have a meek, weak, pathetic Church of England
00:20:41.580 that puts a dogma of doubt over confidence.
00:20:44.760 And we are seeing a massive change in our society, Steve,
00:20:49.400 with we have no Christian leadership.
00:20:52.120 And the leadership we seem to have
00:20:54.320 is acquiescing and bowing the knee to Islam.
00:20:58.020 And we see that changes across,
00:20:59.720 whether it's Sharia courts,
00:21:01.060 whether it's the rape gangs
00:21:02.740 and no one wanting to say a thing about it.
00:21:05.260 And Jim is absolutely right.
00:21:06.940 We are seeing the fabric of England change.
00:21:10.780 We are seeing areas which would have been very English areas.
00:21:16.280 We are seeing change with halal shops
00:21:18.820 on most high streets in London.
00:21:21.580 Most of the takeaway shops,
00:21:22.940 the food takeaways are halal only.
00:21:25.300 You see the call to prayer.
00:21:26.560 You see the footpaths full on a Friday at lunchtime,
00:21:29.620 the call to prayer.
00:21:30.580 And you see the church just all the sudden empty.
00:21:33.340 I went specifically, I remember a couple of weeks ago,
00:21:36.500 the church I went to might've had maybe 25, 30 people in it.
00:21:40.180 A church, maybe 300 people, it could have fitted in.
00:21:43.800 And then you go to the mosque
00:21:44.960 and it's spilling out with a footpath full.
00:21:47.680 And you see this forceful demand for domination,
00:21:52.820 for superiority, for imprint in society.
00:21:56.240 So Jim is absolutely right.
00:21:58.200 And the interview he gave was so gentle.
00:22:00.840 It was, he was just making comments about what he saw.
00:22:04.600 And he had pillared.
00:22:06.260 Yeah, hang on one second.
00:22:07.380 I'm gonna get more into this.
00:22:08.360 Ben Burkwam's got to bounce.
00:22:10.300 Ben, between, in Texas, Colony Ridge,
00:22:12.880 H-1B visas and Sharia law.
00:22:15.380 You've been at the forefront of this,
00:22:16.580 covering this now for, I think,
00:22:18.300 going on six years with us.
00:22:20.020 Is there any doubt in your mind
00:22:21.580 that what has happened in England,
00:22:23.560 you're seeing in Texas,
00:22:24.580 that Texas is being colonized, sir?
00:22:28.060 No, not at all.
00:22:29.340 And I was actually,
00:22:30.060 I spent the last two summers in England.
00:22:31.640 I was over there with Raheem last year
00:22:32.980 during the elections
00:22:33.680 and spent a night out,
00:22:36.060 one of the scariest nights of my life,
00:22:37.580 on the border of the beaches of Calais,
00:22:39.840 where all the boats are loading up
00:22:40.900 with the illegals from North Africa,
00:22:42.560 the Muslims from North Africa
00:22:43.840 that are going across
00:22:44.940 and being given everything for free.
00:22:46.880 And what Peter just said,
00:22:48.700 the key to all of this
00:22:49.740 is the death of the church in Europe
00:22:51.680 is what caused the death of Europe.
00:22:53.520 Europe is gone.
00:22:54.400 England is gone.
00:22:55.120 For the most part, Europe is gone.
00:22:56.420 But it's because the death of the church.
00:22:58.300 And the same thing is happening in America.
00:22:59.940 It's why they've infiltrated
00:23:01.660 the communist churches in America.
00:23:03.220 They've created these radical leftists,
00:23:05.760 the United Methodist Church,
00:23:07.320 the Lutheran Church,
00:23:08.740 all of these radical leftist churches
00:23:10.420 that are aligned
00:23:11.240 with this destruction of America from within,
00:23:13.720 which will say nothing about Sharia,
00:23:15.720 which will say nothing about beating your wives
00:23:17.600 or having honor killings
00:23:19.060 or the way that gays are treated under Islam,
00:23:22.900 but they will attack Christians
00:23:24.460 for standing up
00:23:25.960 for what the Bible says about sin.
00:23:27.720 This is the destruction of the West.
00:23:30.840 Europe is gone.
00:23:31.780 And I hate to say that,
00:23:32.700 but my experience,
00:23:34.060 I don't see it turning around
00:23:35.160 unless we have a Crusade 2.0.
00:23:37.980 America is on the verge
00:23:39.460 of that exact same thing
00:23:40.960 if we don't wake up now.
00:23:43.820 Ben Burquam,
00:23:44.880 I know you're working on a big book.
00:23:46.340 You're out in the field with us all the time.
00:23:47.960 You're going to get back down here to Texas.
00:23:49.440 Where do people keep up to you
00:23:51.880 and your weekly show?
00:23:56.260 Law and Border,
00:23:57.060 we're having a new episode.
00:23:58.300 We'll be coming out in a couple of weeks.

00:24:11.500 We've got some big things coming out with that.
00:24:13.440 And my personal socials at Ben Burquam.
00:24:16.100 Ben, you're a hero.
00:24:17.280 You've put it on the line.
00:24:18.480 One of the bravest guys I know,
00:24:19.680 but in some very dangerous situations.
00:24:21.540 And we're getting you down here,
00:24:23.140 Texas in the run up.
00:24:24.200 Today's the first day of early voting.
00:24:25.660 The Attorney General's debate
00:24:27.100 follows Warrior of Texas here.
00:24:29.020 We're going to be on Getter.
00:24:30.120 We're going to be on our Rumble channel,
00:24:31.380 all of our platforms.
00:24:32.880 You can watch it.
00:24:33.660 You can watch it live.
00:24:34.800 Ben Burquam, thank you so much.
00:24:35.980 Appreciate you, sir.
00:24:38.360 Thank you, Steve.
00:24:39.220 My honor.
00:24:39.680 Of course,
00:24:39.940 Real America's Voice
00:24:40.720 has given wall-to-wall coverage.
00:24:42.020 That's why.
00:24:42.820 As Peter McElvenom,
00:24:44.440 you know,
00:24:44.700 warned us about
00:24:45.380 when he was down here
00:24:46.840 in November,
00:24:48.720 saying,
00:24:49.400 hey,
00:24:49.900 you lose Texas,
00:24:51.540 you're going to lose this country.
00:24:52.540 And you can see this
00:24:53.380 from what's Mondani.
00:24:54.260 Look at New York City
00:24:55.580 under Mondani.
00:24:56.900 Look at Chicago.
00:24:58.440 Look at what just happened
00:24:59.240 in Minneapolis
00:24:59.800 and the retreat there
00:25:00.740 in Minneapolis.
00:25:01.560 We had,
00:25:02.060 last night on the 5 o'clock show,
00:25:04.400 we had the great Sam Faddis
00:25:05.500 talking about
00:25:05.880 the American Tet Offensive,
00:25:08.440 right?
00:25:08.700 And how we've,
00:25:09.680 and how,
00:25:10.160 like in Vietnam,
00:25:10.980 the Tet Offensive,
00:25:12.060 which they didn't totally win,
00:25:13.540 the North Vietnamese
00:25:14.580 and the Viet Cong,
00:25:15.960 but it led the path
00:25:16.920 to victory.
00:25:17.440 That's what you're seeing here,
00:25:18.400 and that's why
00:25:18.780 it's got to be thwarted.
00:25:20.380 As Texas goes,
00:25:22.060 so goes the nation.
00:25:23.060 As the nation goes,
00:25:23.960 so goes the world.
00:25:24.880 And of course,
00:25:25.360 Tarrant County
00:25:26.020 and these important towns
00:25:28.820 and little cities
00:25:29.980 north of Dallas-Fort Worth
00:25:31.900 are the place
00:25:32.880 where you're going
00:25:33.200 to do the fight.
00:25:33.920 Okay.
00:25:34.840 We're going to come back
00:25:35.820 with Peter McEvoy
00:25:36.520 who's going to stick with us.
00:25:37.420 We're going to go
00:25:37.840 to the Ag Commissioner's debate
00:25:40.400 we covered live
00:25:41.400 on Sunday night.
00:25:42.740 Short commercial break.
00:25:44.080 Texas war,
00:25:44.760 and we'll continue.
00:25:49.520 What makes a man
00:25:55.860 to wonder?
00:25:59.440 What makes a man
00:26:02.400 to roam?
00:26:05.760 What makes a man
00:26:09.420 leave bed and board
00:26:12.120 and turn his back
00:26:16.060 on home?
00:26:21.140 Ride away!
00:26:27.980 Ride away!
00:26:34.660 Ride away!
00:26:36.500 Ride away!
00:26:37.120 Ride away!
00:26:37.980 Ride away!

00:29:27.440 If you could make one holiday wish
00:29:30.300 Would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt?
00:29:34.540 Let's see if we can help you with that
00:29:36.400 If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season
00:29:40.240 Would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?
00:29:44.200 I might have a solution
00:29:45.540 Here's why now is the time to make a move
00:29:48.780 This time of year
00:29:50.140 Credit card and loan companies close out their books
00:29:52.640 They clean up past due accounts
00:29:55.420 They sell a write off the debt to clear their books
00:29:58.620 That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills
00:30:02.280 Lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account
00:30:06.060 Before you're in
00:30:07.500 That means right now
00:30:09.120 And I mean right now
00:30:10.280 You may actually have leverage
00:30:13.000 And done with debt
00:30:14.560 Knows how to use this to your advantage
00:30:16.900 They monitor lender trends
00:30:18.940 And understand the year-end pressure on creditors
00:30:21.460 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf
00:30:25.460 Now's the time to get out from under crushing debt and interest payments
00:30:29.720 Without bankruptcy
00:30:31.120 Or taking on new loans
00:30:33.740 Done with debt
00:30:34.580 Goes to work for you month one
00:30:37.380 With one clear goal
00:30:39.020 To reduce your total debt
00:30:40.560 And leave you with more money every month

00:33:08.800 For joining us
00:33:09.320 Benji
00:33:09.580 First off
00:33:10.140 What is your group
00:33:11.380 And why did you decide
00:33:12.680 To sponsor
00:33:13.860 Over President Day's weekend
00:33:15.220 On a Sunday
00:33:15.980 The debate
00:33:17.120 For Agriculture Commission
00:33:18.560 And at first
00:33:19.120 I thought
00:33:19.400 Gosh
00:33:19.660 That's going to be
00:33:20.080 A tough
00:33:20.460 That's going to be
00:33:21.320 A tough sell
00:33:21.920 Because people
00:33:22.440 In the middle of
00:33:22.920 We actually had
00:33:23.460 A huge audience
00:33:24.720 I know you guys
00:33:25.840 Did live
00:33:26.340 We streamed it live
00:33:27.440 The Warren Posse
00:33:28.900 Absolutely loved it
00:33:29.900 We had it
00:33:30.240 On all our platforms
00:33:31.200 Real America's voice
00:33:32.160 It was just incredible
00:33:33.160 So what is your group
00:33:34.440 And why did you decide
00:33:35.680 To sponsor a debate
00:33:37.900 For the Texas
00:33:38.820 Agriculture Commission
00:33:39.880 Yeah well
00:33:41.300 Thanks for having me on
00:33:42.240 Steve
00:33:42.540 This race
00:33:44.560 Has gotten
00:33:44.880 National attention
00:33:45.720 You have this
00:33:46.960 Screwworm now
00:33:48.040 That's gotten
00:33:48.760 The attention
00:33:49.160 Of President Trump
00:33:50.500 And Brooke Rollins
00:33:51.340 That's become
00:33:52.100 A national issue
00:33:52.960 You have the governor
00:33:54.300 Governor Greg Abbott
00:33:55.440 Which is
00:33:55.840 This is unprecedented
00:33:56.620 In history
00:33:57.180 Where he endorsed
00:33:58.000 The challenger
00:33:59.060 As opposed to
00:33:59.520 The incumbents
00:34:00.120 First time
00:34:00.540 That's actually
00:34:00.840 Happened in Texas history
00:34:01.900 So the debate
00:34:03.040 Really heated up
00:34:04.260 People's
00:34:04.660 Got people's attention
00:34:05.660 People were talking
00:34:06.300 About it on social media
00:34:07.340 And we just try
00:34:08.520 To keep our finger
00:34:09.320 On the pulse
00:34:09.780 Of what conservatives
00:34:10.460 Are talking about
00:34:11.200 And what they're
00:34:11.660 Concerned about
00:34:13.160 The whole Maha movement
00:34:14.640 Has become a huge
00:34:15.740 Huge subject
00:34:16.500 With RFK
00:34:18.080 Dealing with that
00:34:18.780 So just a lot
00:34:19.840 Of different factors
00:34:20.540 Went into it
00:34:21.300 And so you know
00:34:22.100 I've had a long
00:34:22.620 Standing relationship
00:34:23.440 With Sid Miller
00:34:24.140 Going back several years
00:34:25.480 He's a friend
00:34:26.100 Got to know Nate Sheets
00:34:27.380 Over the last
00:34:27.940 Several months
00:34:29.140 He's also a great guy
00:34:30.300 You know
00:34:31.580 Two fierce competitors
00:34:32.820 Two smart guys
00:34:34.160 Going at it
00:34:35.380 It's a very important
00:34:36.240 Position that has
00:34:36.860 A lot of power
00:34:37.360 In this state
00:34:37.820 So we decided
00:34:38.320 To put it on
00:34:38.880 That was the only date
00:34:40.040 They were both available
00:34:40.920 And thank God
00:34:41.820 We were able
00:34:42.140 To secure it
00:34:43.320 First day
00:34:44.560 It was really
00:34:44.980 On the eve
00:34:45.560 Virtually the eve
00:34:46.500 Of early voting
00:34:47.520 Here in Texas
00:34:48.220 What I'd like
00:34:48.740 You didn't endorse
00:34:49.340 Either one
00:34:49.800 You said
00:34:50.080 Hey
00:34:50.320 What we're doing
00:34:51.180 My organization
00:34:51.920 Is going to
00:34:52.340 Just put this on
00:34:53.140 And let you guys
00:34:54.160 Go at it
00:34:54.680 And I can tell you
00:34:55.340 People were fascinated
00:34:56.280 By it
00:34:56.640 It was really
00:34:57.120 They really went at it
00:34:57.940 We've cut some
00:34:59.040 Segments out of it
00:35:00.180 I want to play it
00:35:00.760 In its entirety
00:35:01.400 Runs about seven
00:35:02.200 Or eight minutes
00:35:02.760 Of the debate
00:35:03.820 I've got Peter McIlvenna
00:35:05.260 With me also
00:35:06.000 And Benji
00:35:06.800 I'll bring you back on
00:35:07.520 Just for your observations
00:35:08.440 Let's go and let it rip
00:35:09.260 Provided the border
00:35:11.060 Does stay secure
00:35:11.860 And I don't know
00:35:12.760 What congress is doing
00:35:13.460 About that right now
00:35:14.280 But what immigration
00:35:16.560 Reform policies
00:35:18.000 Would you support
00:35:18.940 Provided we do get
00:35:20.960 A bill at some point
00:35:21.820 That makes sense
00:35:22.440 For that community
00:35:23.180 Well two things
00:35:24.800 I've been actually
00:35:25.300 Been working on this
00:35:26.140 Ever since I've been
00:35:27.140 In the office
00:35:28.140 We need 800,000
00:35:30.640 Migrant workers
00:35:31.920 In our agriculture sector
00:35:34.240 We have an H2A program
00:35:36.060 Which is legal
00:35:36.820 Migrant workers
00:35:37.760 We started out
00:35:38.800 With 75,000
00:35:39.980 We've got
00:35:40.900 Worked that up
00:35:41.640 And worked that up
00:35:42.340 And I've been
00:35:43.020 Involved in that
00:35:43.840 Right now
00:35:44.680 We're at 400,000
00:35:45.920 And we've just
00:35:46.880 Successfully
00:35:47.500 Got another hundred
00:35:48.480 We're going to have
00:35:48.920 500,000
00:35:50.060 Of the 800
00:35:51.060 That we need
00:35:51.740 This time
00:35:52.360 So that helps
00:35:53.320 Now the 800
00:35:54.220 Need is coming down
00:35:56.220 Because of technology
00:35:57.260 We now have cows
00:35:58.400 With robotic milkers
00:35:59.500 We have tractors
00:36:00.220 That drive their cells
00:36:01.080 We have unmanned drones
00:36:02.500 That spray our crops
00:36:03.380 We can almost
00:36:04.060 Mechanically harvest
00:36:04.960 Not all of them
00:36:05.700 But most of our crops
00:36:07.300 Can be mechanically harvested
00:36:08.520 So that
00:36:09.360 At one time
00:36:10.360 We did have to
00:36:11.120 Use a lot of illegal labor
00:36:13.580 But the need for that
00:36:14.880 Is shrinking
00:36:15.420 I don't know any farm
00:36:17.360 Or rancher
00:36:17.940 That wants to hire
00:36:18.780 Illegal labor
00:36:19.780 They only do it
00:36:20.620 If it's the last resort
00:36:21.820 Can you imagine
00:36:22.920 A dairyman getting woke up
00:36:24.160 At four in the morning
00:36:25.000 And say
00:36:25.300 Boss
00:36:25.680 They just picked up
00:36:26.440 All of our hands
00:36:27.060 Who's going to melt the cows
00:36:28.160 Or can you imagine
00:36:29.320 Being in the middle
00:36:30.060 Of a watermelon harvest
00:36:31.460 And you get all your hands
00:36:32.660 Picked up
00:36:33.180 The crop's going to rot
00:36:35.020 In the field
00:36:35.400 No one wants to do that
00:36:36.480 So I'm going to continue
00:36:37.460 Working on that
00:36:38.360 We do need to
00:36:40.260 Fine tune that
00:36:41.580 And I don't have time
00:36:43.100 But I would tell you
00:36:44.560 That we need to
00:36:45.960 Make those workers
00:36:47.020 Pay for that
00:36:47.480 Theirself
00:36:48.000 The American taxpayer
00:36:48.960 Doesn't need to be
00:36:49.600 Paying for that
00:36:50.300 They already
00:36:51.160 The illegals
00:36:51.980 Pay $10,000 to a coyote
00:36:53.680 We can make those
00:36:54.720 HUA workers
00:36:55.580 Pay their own way up here
00:36:56.880 And we need to
00:36:57.960 Do a withholding
00:36:58.980 Just like income tax
00:37:00.080 From them
00:37:00.500 And if they run off
00:37:02.080 To the construction
00:37:03.760 Industry
00:37:04.960 We keep that
00:37:06.540 But if they go back
00:37:07.620 Fulfill the contract
00:37:08.520 All that would be
00:37:09.640 Reimbursed to them
00:37:10.600 And that is a
00:37:11.320 Workable system
00:37:11.980 I've been to Congress
00:37:12.760 Several times
00:37:13.520 To lay that out
00:37:14.340 No one has
00:37:15.680 Intestinal fortitude
00:37:16.680 To touch
00:37:17.760 Immigration reform
00:37:20.340 That's just the fact
00:37:21.340 But it would work
00:37:22.420 It would really work good
00:37:23.500 It's what actual
00:37:29.160 Immigration reforms
00:37:30.160 Provided we keep
00:37:30.780 The border secure
00:37:31.380 Would you support
00:37:31.960 That makes sense
00:37:32.580 For that community
00:37:33.180 Yeah I was just down
00:37:34.860 When I was down
00:37:35.380 At McAllen
00:37:35.840 They were telling me
00:37:36.460 That they just put
00:37:37.160 Cameras up on the bridge
00:37:38.460 Because they used
00:37:39.520 To have workers
00:37:40.100 Come up
00:37:40.560 And they'd come up
00:37:41.200 For about four days
00:37:42.160 And then they would
00:37:43.100 Work and then they'd
00:37:44.020 Go back
00:37:44.400 But we have these
00:37:45.300 New cameras up
00:37:46.060 That are taking
00:37:46.620 People's pictures
00:37:47.560 And if you do not
00:37:48.800 Come back within 24 hours
00:37:50.260 Then they'd block you
00:37:51.060 To be able to come back in
00:37:52.200 Back into the United States
00:37:53.660 And so even our current
00:37:54.940 Policies are really hindering
00:37:56.380 Migrant workers to be able
00:37:58.680 To come up
00:37:59.120 That are legally coming up
00:38:00.440 We need to enhance that
00:38:01.840 We need to make it easier
00:38:02.920 For people down south
00:38:04.100 To be able to access
00:38:05.320 Migrant workers
00:38:06.180 And having been someone
00:38:07.480 In the food industry
00:38:08.280 Where we've got
00:38:09.020 A lot of workers
00:38:09.900 We've got 120,000 beehives
00:38:11.720 It takes a lot of labor
00:38:12.980 To be able to help
00:38:13.680 Work on all those
00:38:14.680 And so we need a program
00:38:16.260 That allows us to
00:38:17.440 Have longer term relationships
00:38:19.240 With workers to come in
00:38:21.760 From Guatemala
00:38:22.360 And South America
00:38:23.160 That we can have them
00:38:24.740 Here for three years
00:38:25.600 And if they could
00:38:26.260 Do well
00:38:27.360 Not have any criminality
00:38:29.300 Pay their taxes
00:38:30.540 Then we could look
00:38:31.500 At giving them
00:38:32.180 Some other type
00:38:33.100 Of green card
00:38:33.920 To be able to come
00:38:34.500 In here and continue work
00:38:35.460 Because the labor
00:38:36.380 Is an issue
00:38:36.880 We've lost a lot
00:38:38.060 Of dairies lately
00:38:38.900 Because ranchers
00:38:41.060 Because dairymen
00:38:42.020 Do not have people
00:38:42.880 Willing to get up
00:38:43.520 At three o'clock
00:38:44.040 In the morning
00:38:44.320 And go milk cows
00:38:45.160 So we've got to change this
00:38:47.700 Is Islam and Sharia
00:38:49.420 A threat to the American
00:38:50.440 Way of life
00:38:51.160 But in particular
00:38:52.060 Are you aware
00:38:53.220 Of the halal food
00:38:54.920 Preparation methods
00:38:56.160 And should that be legal
00:38:57.700 What they do to animals
00:38:59.560 Should that be legal in Texas
00:39:00.680 No
00:39:01.260 You know
00:39:03.580 Sharia
00:39:05.520 And a caliphate
00:39:08.280 Are incompatible
00:39:10.620 With the U.S. Constitution
00:39:11.880 And the freedom
00:39:12.520 That we have
00:39:13.160 In Texas
00:39:13.620 The Islamic goal
00:39:17.680 Is to have a global caliphate
00:39:19.620 And they'll let
00:39:21.000 Non-Muslims
00:39:22.160 Hope they want us
00:39:22.900 To pay a tax
00:39:23.640 I worked for
00:39:24.940 In Sudan
00:39:25.440 For ten years
00:39:26.180 When I was in
00:39:26.560 Full-time Christian ministry
00:39:27.580 I saw the literal war
00:39:29.740 From the northern parts
00:39:31.060 Of Sudan
00:39:31.600 Trying to come in
00:39:32.800 And raid
00:39:33.400 And invade
00:39:34.220 The southern parts
00:39:35.060 Of Sudan
00:39:35.560 But there's also
00:39:36.900 A silent war
00:39:37.700 These mosques
00:39:39.160 That way
00:39:39.820 They would go
00:39:40.340 And they'd build a mosque
00:39:41.320 They would give
00:39:42.040 Free education
00:39:42.860 They would give
00:39:43.760 Free health care
00:39:44.620 And they would draw
00:39:45.620 People into the community
00:39:46.700 And all of that money
00:39:47.780 Came from Qatar
00:39:48.620 UAE
00:39:49.840 Dubai
00:39:50.520 Saudi Arabia
00:39:51.580 And we're seeing
00:39:52.600 The same thing
00:39:53.180 Happen right here
00:39:54.100 In America
00:39:54.740 Right here in Frisco
00:39:55.940 I was just talking
00:39:57.620 To one of my brothers
00:39:59.320 That was just talking
00:39:59.920 About the anti-Semitism
00:40:00.860 In Plano
00:40:01.680 In the school district
00:40:02.860 There he is right there
00:40:03.680 And the anti-Semitism
00:40:05.700 In the school district
00:40:06.540 Right here in Plano
00:40:07.640 Where they have
00:40:08.680 Swastikas up on school walls
00:40:10.740 But the school
00:40:11.780 Won't do anything about it
00:40:13.040 We have to stand up
00:40:15.300 Against this
00:40:16.660 Islamic invasion
00:40:17.620 I want to go back
00:40:23.360 To the
00:40:23.660 I will come to you
00:40:24.480 Same question
00:40:25.020 In just a moment
00:40:25.640 Commissioner
00:40:26.020 But Mr. Rasheed
00:40:27.000 The question is
00:40:27.840 What specifically
00:40:29.140 Is halal food preparation
00:40:31.180 Permissible
00:40:32.000 Or should it be
00:40:33.120 The way they slaughter animals
00:40:35.200 Should that be something
00:40:36.180 The Ag Commissioner cares about
00:40:37.340 Absolutely
00:40:38.560 The Ag Commissioner
00:40:39.140 Should care about it
00:40:40.580 But most importantly
00:40:42.440 To ensure
00:40:43.100 That we do not
00:40:44.580 Put the pressure
00:40:45.260 On public school systems
00:40:46.580 To start to bring
00:40:47.300 Halal food
00:40:48.200 And segment it
00:40:49.920 And force other
00:40:51.060 Non-Muslims
00:40:52.440 To eat the meat
00:40:53.240 Because they're trying
00:40:53.920 To satisfy
00:40:54.680 The desires
00:40:55.740 Of the Muslims
00:40:56.540 We have to not
00:40:57.880 Allow that
00:40:58.540 To be able to
00:40:59.420 Come in the English
00:41:00.120 Texas school
00:41:00.720 Thank you sir
00:41:02.240 Thank you
00:41:02.780 Okay we can
00:41:03.400 Restart too
00:41:04.020 Commissioner Miller
00:41:05.740 The same question
00:41:06.420 About halal food preparation
00:41:07.960 Should the Ag Commissioner
00:41:09.200 Care about how we
00:41:11.060 And just overall
00:41:12.260 The Islamification
00:41:13.400 Of Texas
00:41:14.060 America
00:41:17.220 Better wake up
00:41:18.460 We cannot allow
00:41:20.560 Islam and Sharia law
00:41:22.080 In our country
00:41:22.780 And we're allowing it
00:41:23.680 Every day
00:41:24.320 To grow like a fungus
00:41:25.580 We'll end
00:41:26.980 Just look at
00:41:27.680 Germany
00:41:28.640 France
00:41:30.020 Sweden
00:41:30.940 Oh my gosh
00:41:31.960 Look at
00:41:32.940 Great Britain
00:41:35.200 They have taken over
00:41:36.660 They're filling all
00:41:38.300 Their elected
00:41:38.740 Spots
00:41:40.400 It's just horrible
00:41:41.620 What they do
00:41:42.140 They come in
00:41:43.080 With the intent
00:41:43.720 To take over
00:41:44.960 Wake up America
00:41:46.060 We've got to stop this
00:41:47.440 We cannot allow
00:41:48.780 This to happen
00:41:49.500 You're seeing it here
00:41:50.580 In this local school
00:41:51.320 In Plano
00:41:51.960 You've got the school board
00:41:53.300 Defending them
00:41:54.260 And not
00:41:55.380 Putting checks
00:41:58.600 And balances in there
00:41:59.520 We've got
00:42:00.060 Whole communities
00:42:00.720 Coming together
00:42:02.080 Initiating their own
00:42:04.700 Sharia law
00:42:05.480 Against our law
00:42:06.380 We've outlawed that
00:42:07.380 We've got to enforce it
00:42:09.020 We've got to be strong
00:42:10.180 We've got to be tough
00:42:11.100 And we've got to stop it
00:42:12.540 Halal inspections
00:42:14.020 I've seen those
00:42:15.660 I've been in the slaughterhouses
00:42:16.920 Many times
00:42:18.300 They have an imam
00:42:19.540 Comes in there
00:42:20.300 They inspect the carcass
00:42:21.820 And bless it
00:42:22.520 That is halal beef
00:42:24.420 I don't know what
00:42:25.540 Dog heard
00:42:26.400 But that's how it works
00:42:28.280 And
00:42:29.100 You know
00:42:30.940 It's
00:42:31.380 Not a big problem
00:42:33.920 As far as
00:42:35.100 Because I don't eat it
00:42:36.120 But
00:42:36.360 If you want to sell beef
00:42:38.020 To Dubai
00:42:39.020 Which Tony just got back
00:42:40.380 They
00:42:40.760 They want
00:42:41.360 They want
00:42:42.160 Kosher
00:42:42.820 And they want halal
00:42:44.280 And they're not much
00:42:45.020 Different in the two
00:42:46.300 But
00:42:47.540 I tell you what
00:42:48.320 The
00:42:49.500 Kosher is much
00:42:51.140 Much stricter than that
00:42:52.560 A whole lot stricter
00:42:53.500 It's
00:42:53.740 It's a much tougher
00:42:54.720 Standard
00:42:55.180 To me
00:42:56.160 Yeah
00:42:56.960 I'm not going to make
00:42:59.680 Political comments here
00:43:00.760 But you know
00:43:01.160 Nate Sheets is an entrepreneur
00:43:02.260 And also been a missionary
00:43:03.320 For a long time
00:43:04.100 And of course
00:43:04.500 Sid Miller
00:43:05.000 The long standing
00:43:06.420 I got to know Sid
00:43:07.360 After we won the first time
00:43:08.560 He came very close
00:43:09.520 To being actually
00:43:10.260 President Trump's first pick
00:43:11.500 To be the
00:43:12.520 Department of Agriculture
00:43:13.520 That was fascinating
00:43:15.880 Benji
00:43:16.740 I really want to thank
00:43:17.580 You guys for putting on
00:43:18.480 I hope folks
00:43:20.020 Throughout Texas
00:43:20.780 And folks throughout the nation
00:43:22.020 Understand
00:43:23.060 How
00:43:23.780 Hot a topic
00:43:25.340 This situation is
00:43:26.980 With Sharia law
00:43:27.820 You just saw right there
00:43:28.780 Immigration
00:43:29.820 Which used to be
00:43:30.680 Almost everything
00:43:31.600 And of course
00:43:32.660 They got alternatives
00:43:33.480 And some people thought
00:43:34.860 Nate was maybe not
00:43:35.780 You know
00:43:36.020 All of a sudden
00:43:36.380 You start talking about
00:43:37.160 Green cards and amnesty
00:43:38.340 But that has been
00:43:40.260 Overwhelmed
00:43:41.380 By this issue
00:43:42.740 On Sharia law
00:43:44.520 And you can see
00:43:45.060 The audience
00:43:45.520 I mean
00:43:45.900 When Sid Miller
00:43:47.040 Was going through
00:43:47.740 And his name of the countries
00:43:48.760 And the audience goes
00:43:49.540 Hey
00:43:49.840 And Great Britain
00:43:50.540 And England
00:43:50.960 Right
00:43:51.380 They're
00:43:52.180 So Benji
00:43:53.100 What are your thoughts
00:43:54.060 Of just
00:43:54.520 The temperature of this
00:43:56.140 And the intensity of it
00:43:57.340 Yeah I mean
00:43:59.540 They were spot on
00:44:00.320 As far as
00:44:00.940 Sharia law
00:44:01.800 And the global
00:44:02.780 You know
00:44:03.240 Caliphate
00:44:03.880 That they're trying
00:44:04.940 To impose on us
00:44:06.460 And it's not conducive
00:44:07.580 With western values
00:44:08.360 With Judeo-Christian values
00:44:09.560 Yeah there were
00:44:11.080 Some interesting answers
00:44:11.960 As far as the H-2A
00:44:13.060 Workers are concerned
00:44:14.040 I'll let the audience
00:44:14.940 Kind of make their decisions
00:44:15.960 And determinations
00:44:17.000 On that
00:44:17.560 Also I want to make
00:44:19.300 A quick distinction
00:44:19.920 On the
00:44:20.400 On the halal versus kosher
00:44:21.820 Because it's actually
00:44:22.280 A very interesting subject
00:44:23.540 Something that
00:44:24.740 I know
00:44:25.280 Obviously I'm Jewish
00:44:26.340 I know about kosher
00:44:27.780 But halal I had to learn
00:44:28.600 A little bit about
00:44:29.200 Apparently halal
00:44:30.460 Actually allows stunning
00:44:31.380 But does
00:44:32.040 Stunning of the animal
00:44:33.260 But does actually not allow
00:44:34.500 Internal checks
00:44:35.440 Of the organs
00:44:36.560 The animals
00:44:37.300 May not be
00:44:38.100 May not be in good health
00:44:39.060 It may not be clean
00:44:39.800 Also they're not as strict
00:44:41.180 When it comes to actually
00:44:42.100 Enforcing the highest standards
00:44:43.840 Of the preparation
00:44:45.580 And also who's actually
00:44:46.460 Doing the slaughtering
00:44:47.500 The cutting
00:44:47.880 When they use a very sharp knife
00:44:48.980 An animal dies
00:44:50.400 Relatively quickly
00:44:51.400 Within a few seconds
00:44:52.680 Kosher on the other hand
00:44:54.100 There's no stunning allowed
00:44:55.300 But the internal organs
00:44:56.320 Are checked
00:44:57.040 It allows for a much
00:44:59.220 Higher quality
00:44:59.980 Standard of cleanliness
00:45:01.240 And also a higher
00:45:02.900 Level of standard of training
00:45:04.300 So I did want to make sure
00:45:05.060 That distinction was made
00:45:06.680 Because some people think
00:45:08.160 It's either the same
00:45:09.420 Or it's
00:45:10.120 You know
00:45:10.860 They're both inhumane
00:45:11.740 But it needs to be made
00:45:12.520 That distinction
00:45:13.060 So I just want to make sure
00:45:13.920 That was on the record as well
00:45:14.940 I want
00:45:15.320 Peter
00:45:16.240 One of the ways
00:45:16.940 You got my attention
00:45:17.820 Back in November
00:45:18.500 When you first came out
00:45:19.280 And you said
00:45:19.540 Steve I don't think
00:45:20.060 You understand this
00:45:20.760 Halal food's like
00:45:22.180 A hundred million dollar
00:45:23.120 A year business
00:45:23.800 In Texas right now
00:45:25.200 And only growing bigger
00:45:26.220 And once you get
00:45:27.020 These kind of
00:45:27.480 Business interests in there
00:45:28.540 It's tough to unwound
00:45:30.040 Talk to me about
00:45:30.760 Halal food
00:45:31.360 It's become a massive issue
00:45:32.580 In the United Kingdom
00:45:33.920 Or I guess
00:45:34.420 It was years ago
00:45:35.800 You've kind of passed it
00:45:36.640 But talk to me
00:45:37.160 About halal food
00:45:38.100 And particularly halal food
00:45:39.600 As you saw it
00:45:40.420 In the great state of Texas
00:45:41.940 Well the halal food industry
00:45:44.520 Globally is
00:45:45.140 2.5 trillion dollars
00:45:46.500 In the US
00:45:47.280 It's 100 billion
00:45:48.320 Going to hit
00:45:49.120 220 billion
00:45:50.340 In about
00:45:52.000 7-8 years
00:45:53.360 So massive growth
00:45:54.720 10% US growth
00:45:56.100 22%
00:45:57.420 In Dallas and Houston
00:45:58.600 Which are the epicenters
00:45:59.740 And this has all
00:46:01.540 Been happening
00:46:02.080 Under the noses
00:46:03.880 Of
00:46:04.320 Different governors
00:46:05.880 Obviously it's been
00:46:07.420 The big growth
00:46:08.400 Has been in
00:46:09.080 New York
00:46:09.620 It's been in California
00:46:10.560 And it's been in Texas
00:46:11.580 Those are three epicenters
00:46:12.840 Of Muslim population
00:46:14.640 But also the demand
00:46:16.260 And rise of
00:46:17.420 Halal
00:46:18.260 My issue
00:46:20.060 Certainly there is a distinction
00:46:21.360 Between kosher and halal
00:46:23.420 I wouldn't even
00:46:23.940 Begin to touch on it
00:46:25.020 With Benji listening
00:46:25.780 But
00:46:26.080 One of the
00:46:27.540 One of the issues
00:46:28.780 Is that
00:46:29.660 Halal is
00:46:30.880 Very much religious
00:46:32.180 It is prayed over
00:46:33.240 And a proportion
00:46:34.100 Of the money
00:46:35.220 In the
00:46:35.860 Halal food industry
00:46:36.880 Goes to further
00:46:37.860 Islam
00:46:38.560 That should be a concern
00:46:40.020 To anyone
00:46:40.620 Who is not
00:46:41.360 Muslim
00:46:41.720 Or a Christian
00:46:42.740 But the second thing
00:46:44.280 Is choice
00:46:45.200 I know when I go around
00:46:47.040 London
00:46:47.300 If I'm in a Jewish area
00:46:48.600 I can choose
00:46:50.400 Not to eat kosher food
00:46:51.820 If I so wish
00:46:53.120 Because
00:46:53.700 It's not as if
00:46:55.140 Every food establishment
00:46:57.020 Is in effect
00:46:58.840 Forced
00:46:59.420 To only offer that
00:47:00.900 Where when I'm in
00:47:02.180 A Muslim area
00:47:03.060 Which is most areas
00:47:04.180 In London
00:47:04.640 You don't really
00:47:05.980 Have a choice anymore
00:47:07.460 The vast majority
00:47:09.380 Of takeaways
00:47:10.100 Pizza outlets
00:47:11.100 Chicken outlets
00:47:11.960 Whatever they are
00:47:13.040 Have that little
00:47:14.180 Halal sticker
00:47:15.060 Which is often
00:47:15.700 Clear in the window
00:47:17.280 So you would
00:47:18.120 Actually miss it
00:47:19.100 Because you wouldn't
00:47:20.020 Notice it
00:47:20.700 And yet all the meat
00:47:23.060 In that establishment
00:47:24.700 Is halal
00:47:25.700 That is simply
00:47:26.680 Not the case
00:47:27.460 With Judaism
00:47:28.080 Because Judaism
00:47:28.860 Wants to provide
00:47:30.660 For its own community
00:47:31.760 It's not missionary
00:47:33.060 It's not expansionist
00:47:34.580 So that is not a concern
00:47:36.720 To anyone
00:47:37.760 Who does not want
00:47:39.060 To partake of food
00:47:40.840 Which is kosher
00:47:41.980 With Islam
00:47:42.840 It's different
00:47:43.840 Halal is growing hugely
00:47:46.400 And over 40%
00:47:48.240 I know in the UK
00:47:49.000 Over 40%
00:47:49.980 Of halal food
00:47:50.680 Is eaten by non-Muslims
00:47:52.480 It's put out there
00:47:53.480 Certainly by Gen Zers
00:47:55.180 As ethical
00:47:55.900 Or better for you
00:47:57.860 It is no such thing
00:47:59.940 It's just a new quirky way
00:48:02.060 Of pushing it
00:48:03.540 But the size
00:48:04.580 Of the industry
00:48:05.440 And the impact
00:48:06.900 On especially
00:48:08.440 Government institutions
00:48:09.480 On schools
00:48:10.520 On hospitals
00:48:11.440 On prisons
00:48:12.140 Many of them
00:48:13.160 Go fully halal
00:48:14.260 Because it's too difficult
00:48:15.720 To have two suppliers
00:48:16.920 Two preparation areas
00:48:18.620 It's simply easier
00:48:20.560 To go all halal
00:48:22.080 Because of course
00:48:23.040 With Islam
00:48:23.460 You run the risk
00:48:24.520 Of legal action
00:48:26.520 And of course
00:48:27.520 With Judaism
00:48:28.100 It doesn't have
00:48:29.440 That aggression
00:48:30.300 Judaism is not
00:48:31.680 Trying to force itself
00:48:33.260 Or attack
00:48:34.160 The country
00:48:35.260 Jews are in
00:48:36.320 Where Islam
00:48:37.000 Is so different
00:48:37.820 So they're very
00:48:38.980 And I love that question
00:48:40.620 By was Debbie Gergiatis
00:48:41.780 Asked that question
00:48:42.720 It was great to see
00:48:44.780 I would love to have
00:48:46.100 Nate
00:48:46.380 Could I get someone
00:48:47.180 Like Nate here in the UK
00:48:48.240 We need someone like that
00:48:49.600 Who's bold
00:48:50.620 Who understands the issue
00:48:52.200 And for Sid
00:48:53.660 To compare
00:48:54.960 Halal
00:48:55.880 With kosher
00:48:56.760 That is a slippery slope
00:48:58.780 And that is something
00:48:59.560 That Islam wants you to do
00:49:01.060 To say
00:49:01.560 We're all the same
00:49:02.780 We're all one
00:49:03.580 Don't worry
00:49:04.320 No
00:49:04.840 Do worry
00:49:05.760 And Debbie's question
00:49:07.080 Pushed the issue
00:49:07.920 And the crowd responded
00:49:09.100 I'd love Sid
00:49:10.940 But I think
00:49:11.660 Also I'll get you back on
00:49:13.140 I really want to talk
00:49:13.920 About halal food
00:49:14.620 The preparation of halal food
00:49:15.740 I'm not buying that
00:49:16.920 It's just an imam
00:49:18.920 Coming and praying over
00:49:19.860 Anyway
00:49:20.160 We've got to bounce
00:49:21.240 We have the
