Stephen K. Broun and his team are back in Texas to discuss the Islamic invasion of the state, the Muslim Brotherhood in Texas, and the birthright citizenship issue. They also cover CPAC and a hearing on the 14th Amendment.
00:00:38.740I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:44.160Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:47.960If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:54.140War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:57.520Tuesday, 10 March, April, or 2026, we spent a lot of time down in Texas and intended to spend a lot more time down in Texas, particularly on this runoff.
00:01:13.180And other issues related to Proposition 10.
00:01:16.660Proposition 10 was prohibiting Sharia law in the state of Texas, and it got almost 2 million votes passed with or was approved by over 90 percent, roughly 95 percent of the Republican participants in that.
00:01:31.660And there's a lot more going on about getting very focused on Governor Abbott saying designate the Muslim Brotherhood in care as terrorist organizations.
00:01:42.440Also about having hearings to tee up a special session to make sure that we can get all activity and action and backs of Proposition 10 and also the issue of the Muslim Brotherhood in care.
00:01:57.380We're going to have Dr. Julie Pickering on, a little later in the show, go through a massive issue that is confronting people right now in Texas about education.
00:02:05.800So we're going to get to all that momentarily.
00:02:11.420It's taking place in the exact Gaylord Hotel that we had to kick off on January 9th with Gert Velders, Glenn Beck, myself, Grant Stinchcombe, and others.
00:02:25.480He was the master of ceremonies and really made that thing hum, along with the Patriot Mobile team, particularly Glenn and Jenny Story, and many others.
00:02:37.160Karen Seaman, Frank Gaffney, the people who pulled it off, and all the grassroots in Texas that really got back this and made it work.
00:02:47.640Now, I understand, Moe and Grace, that some War and Posse members have already bought tickets at the other price, the higher price.
00:02:53.320Anybody in the War Room Posse that bought it at a higher price, just get to Moe and Grace in the chats, and we will make sure that the War Room will make sure that we compensate you so you're paying the $17 price.
00:03:18.420So if you're in the Texas, particularly Texas and Oklahoma or in North Texas, be there, and there are going to be many, particularly we're going to do a breakout session about Proposition 10 and about this situation with this Islamic invasion of Texas.
00:03:33.900Because remember, Texas is the jewel of the crown in our union.
00:03:38.380Okay, we're absolutely packed in the second hour.
00:03:52.560Senator Eric Schmidt and others talking about the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship, particularly on a day that was leaked out of the White House that certain elements over there don't want to talk about mass deportation.
00:04:04.860Mike Howe with the Mass Deportation Coalition is going to be with us here momentarily.
00:04:11.460Then we're going to play the interview.
00:04:12.340Yeah, so Eric Schmidt, of course, is part of that Missouri conservative lawyer mafia that really boxes above its weight class here in Washington.
00:04:23.440And, you know, you talk about a lot of them.
00:04:29.560So Eric Schmidt is part of that group, and he's really taking leadership on birthright citizenship, not just because of the idea that people are using gaming the system, but also because of stuff that Peter Schweitzer discovered for his book Invisible Coup, where you have so much Chinese tourism, birthright tourism, that you have maybe 1.5 million Chinese living in China.
00:04:54.800But American citizens who can vote in our elections, and remember, overseas voters, they can pick what precinct they want to vote in.
00:05:02.840You can literally have a million Chinese votes pouring into a single precinct.
00:05:08.940Because of this, Schweitzer, this book, four weeks, five weeks, New York Times number one bestseller, Peter, years of research on this, I want you to repeat that, 1.5 million, because of this birth tourism, 1.5 million are living back in mainland China.
00:05:38.100And consider that they were doing it for Hong Kong citizenship, and the Chinese government shut it down in 2013 because they know the game.
00:05:47.160There are hundreds of businesses in Southern California who do this.
00:05:51.360Now, on the books, it's illegal to come to the United States for this kind of, you know, if you're pregnant, you come to the United States just to give birth for this citizenship.
00:06:02.840And it's rife with visa fraud and everything else.
00:06:06.020And there's millions of dollars being made.
00:06:08.260And so Schmidt had this hearing today to basically lock down legal and constitutional arguments and then bring in Schweitzer to talk about the practical dangers to our democracy and national security, Steve.
00:06:21.580Okay, let's go ahead and go to your interview, and then I want to come back for your observation.
00:06:27.100Mike Howell's on deck, and I wanted Mike, I wanted to play this before Mike to get his observations on this, too.
00:07:21.280It raises the profile of the issue, which I don't think we talk enough about in this country, especially now that we're celebrating America 250.
00:07:30.820I mean, it's kind of a fundamental question for a sovereign country.
00:07:33.940And what we've seen over the years is that being degraded in some ways by allowing the abuse that we've seen.
00:07:41.460You know, this idea, as Peter Schweitzer testified, you know, there's a million and a half people living in China right now that were born in the United States that are sort of Manchurian citizens that could theoretically vote in this country.
00:07:56.880I mean, this is the kind of, you know, sort of tourism that we've seen.
00:08:01.940It's being marketed around the world where in your last weeks of your pregnancy, come here, have your child in the United States and leave.
00:08:09.180I mean, this is a real abuse that I think highlights the flaws with the arguments that have been presented by the other side.
00:08:14.420You've submitted an amicus brief for that case that's before the Supreme Court.
00:08:20.840The ruling sort of document or case now is the Wong Kim Ark case that was ruled in 1898.
00:08:33.520Well, I think, look, the original public, I think what the case comes down to is, is the court going to recognize the original public meaning of the jurisdictional argument about what does that mean?
00:08:44.460Of course it means, the original meaning of that was that there was some sort of loyalty to the United States.
00:08:49.460It didn't mean that if you were here as an ambassador and had a child, that your child was then an American citizen.
00:08:55.920That's never what it meant, and the drafters of the 14th Amendment were pretty clear about that.
00:09:00.840So I think that, you know, if you take a sort of an originalist or textualist view of the 14th Amendment and how this came about,
00:09:06.540which was meant to bestow citizenship on the children of slaves who were, you know, recently emancipated,
00:09:13.080you can't come to the conclusion that the system that we have now was intended.
00:09:18.020And finally, the president put out an executive order on birthright citizenship.
00:09:23.160Is there a chance that we could see Congress codify that, sir?
00:10:18.440We're trying to get to Peter on tomorrow.
00:10:20.120This book, I keep saying, is a must read.
00:10:22.560The shocking developments, how our enemies, not our friends, how our enemies have used our immigration law and mass migration to try to destroy us internally.
00:10:52.860This is actual dealing with legal arguments, constitutional arguments, the practical dangers,
00:10:59.300so that people who paid attention to this could then become centers of influence in their communities.
00:11:05.900And they could talk about this so that you have sort of informed MAGA voters who can then call their congressmen and their senators and get involved in this.
00:11:14.200Because I didn't understand the scale of it until I heard Schweitzer talking.
00:11:47.780And, Mike, just so the audience knows, you're doing this.
00:11:50.940You've got a baby that could come any moment.
00:11:54.080So I really appreciate you doing this.
00:11:55.700And we got it for this story in Axios.
00:11:58.060But I've got to ask you because you've been one of the great fighters in this whole thing, this 14th Amendment, what's coming up, Senator Schmidt, Schweitzer's testimony today, 1.5 million babies born here in the United States on this tourism that live in the mainland China under the auspices or under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party that can vote when they're eligible can vote in the United States of America.
00:12:25.140The 14th Amendment, sir, your thoughts?
00:12:28.060Yeah, I think the Constitution is pretty clear.
00:12:30.160And the interpretation that comes out of that court case is obviously absurd.
00:12:33.760It's so stupid that obviously our enemies have taken great advantage of it.
00:12:37.300And not just, you know, the horde storming over the borders, but, you know, real sophisticated plans by China and the like.
00:12:43.300And what Peter put out in his book is just jaw dropping.
00:12:46.340But what really upsets me the most about it is the fact that he got a lot of that data from China because China is keeping track of how much they're taking advantage of us.
00:12:55.940And the U.S. government's not even really housing all this data in one place.
00:12:59.700So as a country, we're not taking it seriously.
00:13:07.060Obviously, if things heat up with China, the fact that they have such a large political constituency, like spread out through the country with citizenships, a major national security problem.
00:13:16.200Mike, far be it for me to say that the clips of somebody who's watching live when you were on about your new mass deportation coalition and particularly the momentum.
00:13:27.820I've never seen really a launch of a new entity that has as much heat and backwards.
00:13:50.560So the story that broke after Hal was on the show this morning to talk about the mass deportation coalition is James Blair, who's the political director of the White House.
00:14:00.120They had a meeting, I guess, down at the conference they had where the president talked yesterday that we covered live.
00:14:07.260I think it was a couple of day conference.
00:14:08.780And I think they actually had some meetings where they said the one thing they don't want to talk about anymore until after the midterms is mass deportation.
00:14:37.200I mean, you've put together this coalition and you kind of put it together for a reason because you weren't I think you kind of felt and a lot of people did that there was appropriate focus on the bad hombres.
00:14:48.940But what we have here is a problem that's much deeper than the bad hombres, sir.
00:14:52.840Yeah, so there are no coincidences in Washington, D.C. or in politics generally.
00:15:22.760I think Trump knew that when he came down the golden escalator 10 years ago as well and returned the party back to the hands of the working class and the America First movement.
00:15:31.160But right now, the special interests are trying to take it back.
00:15:33.820I mean, that's obvious in a lot of different fields, but it's most obvious in deportation.
00:15:37.980And so as soon as we started poking our head out and really sounding the alarm and the posse has been great on this, there was a reaction.
00:15:45.240The first, you see the Main Street Caucus, which are all the Rhino Chamber of Commerce Republicans.
00:15:49.400They put out a letter trying to box Mullen in saying, please don't deport anybody else.
00:15:53.920Only like this limited small population of criminals, which, by the way, is Biden-Obama policy.
00:15:59.640And I don't think the president wants to do that.
00:16:01.380But then today, down at their big meeting with the House Republicans, the White House, and keep in mind, this is not President Trump.
00:16:07.980This is the White House political director, James Blair, gave what I'll call terrible political advice.
00:16:13.680And he told them, don't talk about mass deportations, as Axios reported.
00:16:17.440Here's why it's terrible political advice, is because mass deportations are insanely popular.
00:16:22.700Proof of that is the 2024 election, where it was Trump's central campaign promise, and he won on it.
00:16:29.520Now, poll after poll shows that it remains popular.
00:16:35.620The people who fund the campaigns, the donors, the major donors, the special interests, and then the consultants and the pollsters who work for them, they don't like mass deportations because they like their cheap labor.
00:16:47.380And so you have this split within the party of the top verse, the middle, and the bottom.
00:16:51.600And that's what we're fighting against.
00:16:53.360That's why we launched the Mass Deportation Coalition.
00:17:52.220There's always going to be some people disgruntled.
00:17:54.300They're going to their base and expanding their base.
00:17:57.000This midterm election is going to be a base turnout election.
00:17:59.660And we have a massive base that will turn out.
00:18:02.280But one of the things you have to hit the mark on, and I take it I'm hearing that you guys and others are going to be putting out some polling in the next couple of days.
00:18:09.380But this is enormously popular with the base.
00:18:39.400And it's why, when President Trump promised it on the campaign trail, they went nuts and they showed up in record numbers for him.
00:18:44.720But ultimately what this is about is returning the realignment to pre-Trump times.
00:18:50.380The money interest in the party want to take it back and give it to the Bushies of the world.
00:18:55.600And we're not going to let that happen.
00:18:57.520You know, this realignment needs to stick.
00:19:00.220It needs to be, see enduring wins on really bold campaign promises.
00:19:05.060And that's what the mass deportation campaign promise was.
00:19:08.020And all these people, like the Republicans that, by the way, are still getting President Trump's endorsement, that are now speaking out and undermining that campaign promise and pushing for the White House to walk it back, are doing that because they know it'll destroy the America First movement and take us back to where we're just not going to go.
00:19:25.300That's why they're driving out and going towards their base.
00:19:27.240And instead we're seeing, you know, a lot of the political attention out of this White House and, you know, the big, you know, funders of the election trying to focus on this really small subset of, you know, your swing district, quote unquote, moderate Republican.
00:19:42.060We're just leftists with an R next to their name.
00:19:44.760And that's what they want because they know if they can do that, they can stop the Department of Homeland Security from actually executing on the agenda.
00:19:51.560And that'll protect, you know, the cheap labor and all the sorts of things that they depend on.
00:19:57.240Mike, how, where do people go to find out more about your mass deportation coalition, sir?
00:20:31.360Like Mike said, there are no coincidences.
00:20:33.700That was dropped right after Hal's performance here this morning, which is incredible.
00:20:41.160I've never seen anything take off like this because people want to come together around a new entity that's going to focus on mass deportations.
00:21:13.780And what you're about to see is CARE, the Council on American Islamic Relations, has come before the Texas State Board of Education three times now.
00:21:21.080And held a press conference making these demands.
00:21:23.560So, basically, what it boils down to in a nutshell is removing patriotism from education.
00:21:28.420They want the Mayflower Compact removed.
00:21:46.920They want Columbus, Christopher Columbus removed, Columbus Day removed.
00:21:50.280They want George Washington's Thanksgiving address and Thanksgiving prayer removed.
00:21:54.760They just have a whole litany of things that they want removed because, basically, what they want is a rewrite of U.S. and Texas history so that they can remake it what they want so they can indoctrinate our children to have a favorable opinion of radical Islam.
00:22:08.700Dr. Pickering, hang on for one second.
00:22:10.560Let's play the tape as we get up to break.
00:22:12.800Dr. Pickering is going to join us on the other side.
00:22:17.600So, today, we had the Foreign Terrorist Organization testify before the Texas State Board of Education, again, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which Governor Abbott has designated as a foreign terrorist organization, which the FBI has said is the face of the Muslim Brotherhood, another terrorist organization.
00:22:36.700So, today, I'm going to – dealing with terrorists, they make demands.
00:22:42.080So, I'm going to share with you the demand letter from Shema Zayan, Z-A-Y-A-N, who says that she is the operations manager for the Council of American-Islamic Relations.
00:22:56.120They want taught to students in Texas that one-third of all slaves in America were Muslim and that they were enslaved because of their Muslim faith, and they were persecuted and killed during slavery because of their Muslim faith.
00:23:23.940Were one-third of all slaves in America Muslim – I don't know.
00:23:28.520I've never seen evidence to that or thought about that.
00:23:31.480The other thing that they want is they want the Mayflower Compact not to be taught.
00:23:37.440Another thing that they want is they want Columbus – all references to Columbus and Columbus Day removed.
00:23:43.480Another thing they want is they want Thanksgiving removed.
00:23:46.140Specifically, they want the 1789 President George Washington proclamation about Thanksgiving and the Thanksgiving prayer, which is a National Archive document.
00:24:45.500It's a rewrite of America history and Texas history.
00:24:47.720So I'm going to say these great works of hubris and fiction to be included in teaching our children as facts about Muslim contributions to the founding of the United States of America and Muslim contributions to the founding of Texas.
00:25:00.720So, y'all, I'm telling you, look, here it is.
00:25:03.440This is the two-page demand list from this terrorist organization on what they want your children and what they want your grandchildren to be taught.
00:25:11.680And I'm telling you, they're going to hit this big, beautiful wall right here.
00:27:23.780I appreciate their educational approach and their understanding of macroeconomics.
00:27:28.800There are forces pushing the dollar lower and gold higher, which is why they believe every American should own physical gold.
