00:00:00.000 American people signed up for and it's our job to stop it and get our country back on track.
00:00:09.760 Today we'll show our constituents who is and who isn't on the side of the American people
00:00:19.200 and I urge my colleagues to vote yes on this resolution and I yield.
00:00:24.480 okay we're back live to the senate the democrats are kind of pivoted off
00:00:32.860 the save america act they are full on now i another war powers resolution trying to force
00:00:39.360 some vote in the war powers i might say that there's some tweets and we're trying to get
00:00:44.740 the clip that chuck schumer said hey we democrats we're not opposed to uh to voter id
00:00:50.560 neil mccabe uh make it make sense to me what's actually going on sir
00:00:55.180 well they're gonna they're gonna just chew up some clock until about nine o'clock tonight
00:01:02.640 and then they'll start again at the noon but the democrats are trying to use this as a platform
00:01:08.000 that maybe people are paying attention and they can basically get their licks in
00:01:11.900 on affordability and war powers and everything else steve
00:01:15.200 so we're here for another hour we're doing bonus the ben harnwell ben harnwell's we preempted the
00:01:23.200 show but we're going to have that in its entirety and we'll figure out when we're going to have it
00:01:26.400 be tomorrow so we're going to figure that out you're not going to miss a second of uh of these
00:01:31.060 great shows he's doing um mike lee we understand that mike lee is going to come on at 8 30 he's
00:01:38.480 going to take the senate floor and start to make it make sense uh we definitely have a very uh so
00:01:44.700 far strong and robust um uh representation by the republican senators it's not kind of the
00:01:53.660 bare knuckles brawl that md kittle over at the uh over at uh the federalist said we need he says
00:02:01.720 hey you're gonna need a fistfight to get this thing through we haven't seen that but you have
00:02:05.060 seen people fall in line on the republican side and it's kind of surprising tell me about this
00:02:09.360 schumer situation we're looking for a clip right now we've seen a bunch of tweets from reporters
00:02:14.060 I guess he did a gaggle. Did he actually say, what are you talking about, Democrats?
00:02:18.200 If he's saying that now, that means the coverage.
00:02:21.800 Right. That means the Republican Senate is sticking the landing in the coverage.
00:02:26.440 And this is why for the last hour, folks, they've been talking about they were dumping on the Save America Act for now two days on this various times when they scheduled these this back and forth.
00:02:40.460 They've been on the war powers ever since really the conclusion of of the intelligence, you know, CIA, DNI, FBI getting grilled by the United States Senate, particularly on, as we said on the five o'clock show, really pressing about imminent threat and then pressing about the President Trump get briefed on the Strait of Hormuz, really coming with that.
00:03:03.940 And ever since that happened, Neil, surprise, surprise, they're all of a sudden it's all War Powers Act.
00:03:09.760 This war is taking everything down. It's a complete abject failure.
00:03:12.940 Trump's terrible. We got it. We got to constrain him, I think, is reading the tea leaves.
00:03:19.420 I believe they they understand or at least are starting to understand their arguments against the Save America Act are not are not landing.
00:03:28.260 Right. And they want to go into something else for Schumer to say that because he's been the most adamant.
00:03:33.940 that, uh, that this whole process would disenfranchise half of the women in America,
00:03:39.520 sir. Right. So we're actually going back to way things were done before McConnell,
00:03:46.380 uh, when, you know, they actually tried to work out these bills on the floor and do some horse
00:03:51.420 trading and some back and forth. But there's a former Senate chief of staff who's been advising
00:03:57.240 Mike Lee, who told me that when he saw Schumer's comments, he says, if that's true, we're in the
00:04:03.680 red zone, and we could actually win this thing, Steve.
00:04:09.120 Neil, where do people go to get your reporting, particularly on nights like tonight?
00:04:13.560 Where do they track you down?
00:04:16.540 You can find me at Reporter McCabe on all the socials, Steve.
00:04:22.060 Thank you.
00:04:22.620 Thank you for covering both the White House and Capitol Hill Day.
00:04:25.400 Appreciate you.
00:04:25.980 Let's go live.
00:04:27.200 We've got Tom Cotton.
00:04:27.980 We're back on the Save America Act.
00:04:30.200 Senator Tom Cotton.
00:04:31.000 As the polling data shows, Democrats are, yet again, on the wrong side of an 80-20 issue.
00:04:41.180 It's no wonder they want to ignore Americans and tilt the odds in their favor.
00:04:48.480 So to the excitable Democrats who claim the Save America Act will destroy our democracy,
00:04:55.220 I say the opposite is true.
00:04:57.480 No nation can have a healthy democracy without secure elections.
00:05:05.600 For these reasons, I urge all senators to vote for the Save America Act.
00:05:14.020 Now, Mr. President, I ask consent that my following remarks appear separately in the record.
00:05:20.780 Without objection.
00:05:21.880 i'd like to take a moment up front to recognize the american heroes who have lost their lives in
00:05:30.460 the line of duty as part of operation epic fury i extend my deepest condolences and offer my
00:05:37.200 prayers to their families and loved ones i also say with absolute confidence these american heroes
00:05:46.660 will not have given their lives in vain.
00:05:51.680 For 47 years, Iran's outlaw regime has waged a war of death, destruction, and terror
00:05:57.600 on the United States, our friends, our allies, and indeed the civilized world.
00:06:02.940 And now, after 47 years of indecision and timidity,
00:06:07.280 America has finally put our foot down.
00:06:10.720 President Trump has sent a clear message that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon,
00:06:15.000 and they will never be able to threaten the rest of the world again.
00:06:20.740 It's difficult, in fact impossible, to overstate just how imminent the threat from Iran was before we took action.
00:06:31.520 But Democrats are now trying to twist this around by claiming the threat we faced wasn't actually imminent at all.
00:06:38.340 However, our top intelligence officials disagree.
00:06:40.680 Earlier today, I chaired the Intelligence Committee's annual Worldwide Threats Assessment
00:06:47.280 Hearing.
00:06:49.280 Director of National Intelligence Gabbard testified that Iran was working to rebuild
00:06:53.000 its nuclear program before Operation Epic Fury.
00:06:57.200 According to her, Iran was trying to recover from the severe damage to its nuclear infrastructure
00:07:02.740 sustained by the 12-day war and continued to refuse to comply with its nuclear obligations
00:07:08.480 with the IAEA.
00:07:11.980 But that wasn't the only,
00:07:13.980 but it wasn't the only threat
00:07:16.480 of a nuclear program that hung over our heads.
00:07:18.180 Less than two, one month ago,
00:07:19.880 Iran had thousands of missiles armed
00:07:23.980 and ready to hit our bases
00:07:25.980 and kill Americans as far flung
00:07:28.280 as Western Europe and the Indian Ocean.
00:07:31.380 Thanks to Communist China's help,
00:07:32.880 Iran developed a vast missile arsenal
00:07:36.580 that far exceeded the combined missile defenses of the United States, Israel, and our Arab
00:07:42.900 friends. And it got much worse every single month. According to CIA Director Ratcliffe's testimony
00:07:50.900 during today's hearing, if left unchecked, they would have the ability to range missiles to the
00:07:56.660 continental U.S. Given these facts in the ground, we were left with no choice. Iran had already
00:08:03.700 loaded and cocked the gun. What were we supposed to do? Wait until they pulled the trigger?
00:08:09.920 Of course not. Iran has been an imminent threat to Americans for 47 years. Let's take a look at
00:08:18.300 the record. Was the threat imminent in 1979 and the days before Iran took over our embassy and
00:08:25.020 held dozens of Americans hostage for more than a year? Did Iran pose an imminent threat to more
00:08:31.720 than 200 marines before they bombed our barracks in beirut in 1983 okay and did thousands of our
00:08:39.260 troops who were murdered and maimed we're in this war now so we got to win it and we have to win it
00:08:45.900 um in a smart way to make sure the blood and treasure is not needlessly spilled but we're in
00:08:55.300 it and we have to have victory now how that victory is defined the president united states
00:09:00.820 commander-in-chief is going to do that. But it shouldn't be lost on people. And I hope it's not
00:09:06.660 lost on this audience because you're the single most important audience out there. And that's
00:09:10.320 why we've tried to be as even-handed as we possibly can be in this process because it's
00:09:16.140 developing. And for you to fully use your agency, you must come to your own conclusions.
00:09:22.840 I can't tell you what to think about this. President Trump cannot tell you what to think
00:09:26.620 about this um rachel maddow cannot tell you what to think about this tucker carlson can't tell you
00:09:33.060 to think about this what to think about this any of these um these haters trump haters on the left
00:09:41.920 or now they all call themselves super maga well you know how funny they are you've been here
00:09:47.080 from the beginning you remember 15 and 16 you remember who's with us and who's against us
00:09:56.620 It is, I think, very important when you have a ceremony like today at Dover Air Force Base
00:10:04.480 where six American heroes are honored dead who gave their life in defense of their country
00:10:12.780 and signed up for that in an all-volunteer force on this KC-135 that crashed and they
00:10:19.680 all died that their loved ones or at least some segment of their loved ones asked that this be
00:10:27.920 closed press that there'd be no footage taken from it i want that to settle in on the audience i have
00:10:34.980 no observations of that i just we're just reporting that out this thing of imminent and
00:10:42.940 plenty of things. And look, for the people that are pro-war here, let me make a recommendation
00:10:48.540 for folks that were there those many long years ago and decades ago. Let's not go back
00:10:55.340 47 years. Let's not go back to the Marine barracks. Should there be vengeance for the
00:11:02.360 Marine barracks? Yes. But President Reagan, President Reagan, who was taking down the evil
00:11:08.140 empire at the time he was the commander-in-chief that put the marines in the barracks and he's the
00:11:15.640 commander-in-chief that made a decision that once that catastrophe happened it essentially was what
00:11:24.440 it was there was other things that were done paramilitary cia all that but there was no
00:11:31.160 escalation as many of the neocons at the time went on the war path for him to do and president
00:11:39.720 reagan knew all the facts and all the intelligence at the time he had been the one the fear of reagan
00:11:44.360 is what brought the hostages home the failed effort to rescue them only made the mullahs
00:11:51.640 and the ayatollah double down it was reagan and the strength of reagan to put the fear of god in
00:11:56.480 them in President Reagan, who was not opposed to the application of military force.
00:12:04.680 The question still needs to be answered.
00:12:09.080 This country needs an answer, and we're going to be relentless about pursuing it.
00:12:17.080 What was the information that the commander-in-chief was given, both on the 12-day war and in this?
00:12:26.480 that it was an imminent, why was it an imminent threat?
00:12:30.340 And you're not turfed out of MAGA by Tel Aviv Levin,
00:12:36.980 who hated Trump and hates Trump,
00:12:39.240 or Ben Shapiro, who hated Trump,
00:12:41.540 and that's the reason I fired him,
00:12:43.300 or he quit, depending on whose story you believe,
00:12:46.200 at Breitbart, because of his hatred,
00:12:48.780 pure hatred of Donald Trump.
00:12:51.340 You think those guys are going to dictate
00:12:52.900 to anybody that's been in MAGA,
00:12:54.040 who's in or who's out or what you're doing what your status is we need to get the facts
00:13:00.360 we need to get the facts particularly if now an israeli public television says it may be a two
00:13:07.640 week additional operation or some operation to actually seize i don't know karg island or
00:13:13.780 somehow get take physical control which looks like more than a naval blockade or naval quarantine or
00:13:19.220 some sort of escort operation with naval forces in the Strait or Hormuz.
00:13:26.100 That, ladies and gentlemen, is going up the escalatory ladder. I'm not saying we don't
00:13:30.160 have to do it. I'm saying maybe we even need to do it. And for Operation Security,
00:13:36.980 I know there's certain things that you can't talk about and shouldn't talk about because people in
00:13:41.440 harm's way. However, there has to be kind of some understanding what's going on. And this is what's
00:13:46.960 very important president trump is him making the case not the worm and not stephen k bannon he's
00:13:51.720 made the case on now half a dozen and they've been kind of throwaway lines but it's quite powerful
00:13:57.740 because he's kind of a street guy i mean he he thinks in a way that's very accessible
00:14:05.280 to the common man and woman and that is a unique talent he's saying no he said yesterday if we just
00:14:12.460 pulled out if i if i if i went through the military exercise and i went through the defanging
00:14:16.380 in the decline that Captain Fennell, who's a target here,
00:14:21.320 is part of the Naval Intelligence, actually does programs like this
00:14:25.360 where you go in and strip down a military and destroy it?
00:14:30.540 That he just said, oh, by the way, I will stop my rant
00:14:34.520 and we're going to go to the floor live with Senator Lindsey Graham.
00:14:37.460 You have all the spent fuel you need to operate a peaceful power program.
00:14:43.080 You don't need to enrich.
00:14:44.000 And if you want to enrich for medical purposes very limited, fine.
00:14:49.220 But you can't have an enrichment program that would lead to making bomb-grade material
00:14:55.320 because you're not reliable.
00:14:58.460 And I would go a step further.
00:15:00.720 It'd be like letting Hitler have anything.
00:15:06.280 See, the difference between me and I think a lot of people here, maybe most Democratic
00:15:10.420 colleagues, I think these guys are religious Nazis.
00:15:14.000 Hitler wanted a master race.
00:15:16.980 He wrote a book.
00:15:18.200 Nobody believed him.
00:15:19.180 He literally wanted to kill all the Jews, and nobody believed him.
00:15:22.960 The Ayatollah is the same.
00:15:24.160 The regime is built around a cult of death.
00:15:26.540 They want three things to purify Islam.
00:15:28.680 They're Shiites.
00:15:30.020 Their number one enemy is Sunni Arabs.
00:15:33.020 They think they've got the faith wrong, that they're traitors to the faith.
00:15:37.380 They hate Sunnis because they're not true to the faith, and Saudi Arabia believes it.
00:15:44.000 So they want to purify Islam, bend it to their will, make every Sunni reject their view of Islam
00:15:51.460 and accept the Aitola's view. That's what they say, not me. I believe it. Number two,
00:15:57.280 they want to kill all the Jews. And they openly say it. They're not hiding their disdain for Israel.
00:16:04.720 They actually talk about it. They put death to Israel on like milk cartons.
00:16:10.580 these people are serious and you should take them serious like in the 30s people didn't want to
00:16:18.540 believe that hitler meant what he said because they were tired from world war one and they said
00:16:24.200 oh he's just all talk he wants this he wants that he wants more german-speaking territory
00:16:29.340 he's not completely crazy you know he's sort of just doing the hitler thing well he was completely
00:16:35.620 crazy.
00:16:36.620 Now, I don't know why he wanted to kill all the Jews.
00:16:39.820 I don't know why Hitler thought the Aryan race is the only pure race on the planet.
00:16:44.820 But a lot of people are dead because we got that wrong.
00:16:48.380 Let's don't do that again.
00:16:50.580 We're playing like World War II never actually happened.
00:16:54.160 And you're rewriting this regime's history.
00:16:56.900 From 1979, what have they done until today?
00:17:00.240 What have they done to make you think they don't believe what they say?
00:17:03.700 i am going to play this as an entirety i wouldn't want to miss a second a lady g the lady g alert
00:17:10.580 is one of the world room engine rooms told me um we're going to have some polling and we're going
00:17:16.900 to have some interesting analysis and news about lindsey graham because it boggles my mind how the
00:17:22.440 good people in south carolina how southerners continue to send that to the senate uh as
00:17:30.160 destructive as that is. So we'll, we'll, we'll get back to that. We're going to play Lady G's
00:17:35.020 in its entirety. I want to bring in Jan Eulcolik. Sir, I have a question. The main thing we,
00:17:43.160 we've been trained by Captain Fennell to keep the main thing, the main thing, the main thing is the
00:17:48.660 Chinese Communist Party. And let me be blunt. We've had John Solomon, who's one of the top
00:17:54.360 investigative reporters in the Imperial Capitol. And we've had Wynton Hall, who like he was an
00:17:59.640 author that's just written a new book about artificial intelligence, but part of it's the
00:18:03.240 left, the right, and China in the race to control AI. And what John Solomon's reporting is that
00:18:11.100 the Chinese Communist Party was actively involved in the stealing of the 2020 election and got into
00:18:17.280 all the voter files, social security numbers, locations, all of it in April of 2020, right,
00:18:22.940 in preparation for making sure that Donald Trump did not return to the White House. Why? Because
00:18:29.620 in May of 2019. In May of 2019, ladies and gentlemen, up until maybe this month, was the
00:18:35.400 most important and significant geopolitical activity in this century. Because the Chinese
00:18:42.420 Communist Party said, no, we're tearing up the deal that Trump worked two years on, what we call
00:18:46.400 the Lighthires a deal. No, One Belt, One Road's the first conference, and Putin's our partner,
00:18:51.620 and this thing's rolling. No, the tech guys over there, the oligarchs in China are not going to
00:18:57.280 free reign we're going to remove them and have it all report to the state and tick tock tick tock
00:19:02.280 and deep sea came out of that and most importantly we're going to declare a people's war against the
00:19:07.860 united states of america they could not be more blunt our our our peer competitor our our a country
00:19:15.360 that wants to be a hedge a hegemon has declared warn us and everything since then has been to come
00:19:21.580 at us in the hardest way. And this is a power. And they so dwarf this collection of nutcases
00:19:28.580 in Iran. And yes, they are dangerous. Don't get me wrong. Heck, I've been part of this
00:19:33.220 whole anti-Mullah situation for 20 years now. Made movies about it, went to conferences
00:19:40.440 about it, built up a grassroots effort against it, all of it. Hell, I spent all this time
00:19:45.820 in Texas putting Sharia law on the ballot to make sure that we don't have the invasion
00:19:49.720 in the jewel of the crown of the union but yan we sit here and talk about this and they're missing
00:19:55.460 the point because they want to miss the point the central enemy of the united states of america and
00:20:01.400 the people of the united states of america is the chinese commerce party the central enemy
00:20:04.980 of lao baijing the common man and woman in china that has killed 450 million by forced abortions
00:20:12.440 and maybe 250 million in gulags and killed and starved and now your book killed the order shows
00:20:19.620 their outright barbarity and savagery? What doesn't the Lindsey Grahams and the Tom Cottons
00:20:26.160 and all these folks that got us now in a big old shooting war, a big old shooting war,
00:20:31.380 once again in the Middle East, all about oil, what are they missing, sir?
00:20:37.920 Well, to tell you the truth, I don't even know if they're missing this. But what I know a lot
00:20:43.440 of people miss, OK, is the fact that what's in this book, which is, I think, critical,
00:20:48.200 is what you alluded to, that the Chinese Communist Party actually instrumentalizes
00:20:53.040 absolutely everything. I've been on shows talking about how it instrumentalized its so-called ally
00:20:59.220 Iran, basically to distract from building the ultimate military to try to attack America,
00:21:07.580 building its own nuclear program, keeping America's gaze on the Middle East, helping support all of
00:21:13.300 these non-state actors to keep America distracted. So that's just one example. In Killed to Order,
00:21:19.680 I talk about how they actually instrumentalize individual human bodies, right? And so this is
00:21:25.600 what my concern, right? My concern is that we've made a lot of progress. What you talked about,
00:21:31.740 this, the CCP going against the deal, the ripping up the deal that President Trump created in Trump
00:21:38.280 45, I actually argue that that is the first time that we actually did something that the CCP didn't
00:21:45.060 expressly want. I have a whole chapter in here talking about how they're expert at making us
00:21:49.460 complicit about basically bamboozling us, right, and getting us to go along with them. You know,
00:21:55.380 when I started, it was a 95-5 issue. Everyone believed we were going to change China,
00:21:59.980 and they had no intention of changing. They just wanted to take our cash and basically hollow out
00:22:05.500 our industrial base, build their own shipping, build their own military. And this book actually
00:22:11.020 contains all of this mind of the CCP. And I'm not convinced that Washington, D.C. entirely
00:22:18.500 understands how the lengths to which this regime will instrumentalize everything, the cold, hard
00:22:24.580 stare of the people at the top and what they've been through to actually achieve what they have,
00:22:30.040 the bodies they've had to climb over to do it.
00:22:34.300 By the way, I want to say something deeper in the book.
00:22:36.800 Please get the book.
00:22:37.600 The book is a horror story, but you must embrace it because here's why.
00:22:41.600 We didn't make them Jeffersonian Democrats.
00:22:44.360 All the lies of the 90s on most favored nation and bringing them in the world trade or WTO
00:22:49.300 and most favored nation, it was all, it turned out to be not kind of wrong.
00:22:53.420 It turned out to be dead wrong.
00:22:55.020 We are now taking on their model.
00:22:57.360 the state capitalist model that you outlined the United States is taking on in the whole
00:23:02.360 Palantir surveillance state and this is why this is a warning do not think that the beginning
00:23:09.860 elements of killed order are not in the United States of America write this down this book is
00:23:16.640 prophetic just because these savages use it today don't particularly when the powers that be in the
00:23:25.140 deep state are trying to reform the united states to be closer to the government to the state
00:23:30.060 authority to the authoritarianism and state capitalism of the chinese communist party
00:23:36.600 then back to the yeoman farmers right and mechanics that on whose shoulders the foundation
00:23:44.000 of the american republic rest folks don't think this can't happen here don't think this can't
00:23:51.180 happen here. Because I'm telling you, you would say previously, oh, it couldn't, we couldn't
00:23:55.820 possibly be state capitalism. We'll never be like the Chinese Communist Party. Hell, the deep state
00:23:59.660 wants to run it like the Chinese Communist Party. Jan, tell me, this book's exploding. I want you
00:24:05.800 to tell me all the number one categories in it. It's 257, I think, on Amazon overall. It's the
00:24:11.600 war room posse that's going to put it over the top to make it a New York Times bestseller,
00:24:15.760 which is quite important symbolically for this so where do people go talk about we got about a
00:24:21.860 minute talk about where this thing ranks right now well it's kind of unbelievable okay this issue
00:24:27.600 is something i've been working on this for 20 years this is the first time where people are
00:24:31.360 finally ready i think to grasp it to understand it this is part of the reason this book exists
00:24:36.760 right now it's number one in communism and socialism it's number one in asian politics
00:24:42.280 it's like number five in like politics and government in general it's astonishing genocide
00:24:47.780 and war crimes number two i think that's a you know kind of a tough category if it sounds i mean
00:24:53.100 i'm just astonished 257 uh in all of amazon i think we're ready to understand what the ccp is
00:24:59.960 finally and kind of change our policies to actually deal with them appropriately and this
00:25:06.400 book tells us how to do that let me say something yeah let me say something part of it's the book
00:25:11.720 There's no doubt. And people, I think, are ready now to absorb it. But a big part of it is you.
00:25:19.060 You work for, I think, one of the most amazing institutions in this country, the Epoch Times.
00:25:26.820 The humility and the work ethic in that paper is amazing. Absolutely amazing. And what you guys put
00:25:34.100 up every day. Your American thought leaders is amazing. And I think people have seen coming on
00:25:38.840 the worm and other shows over the years, my being on your show, they understand your humility and
00:25:44.980 your decency and how you've got the best interests of this country at heart and humanity and Lao
00:25:50.800 Beijing. This book is actually to say, hey, we must take on this murderous dictatorship
00:25:57.980 because they've got a billion people under their, at least a billion people under their boot
00:26:03.620 and they're quite dangerous. Jan, any closing thoughts? We've got about 45 seconds.
00:26:08.840 And here's the thing. Like, I'm not an isolationist. We need to communicate with them. Right. But we have to understand exactly who we're dealing with. And this is the critical part. Right. This is I think what this book can really help the American public at any level where you're at the grassroots, you're at the state level, federal level, legislator, whatever.
00:26:29.420 Right. You can actually understand how you can deal with these people who are trying to infiltrate every aspect of our society and essentially subvert it.
00:26:39.360 That has been their project. Let's not let it happen. Let's understand how the CCP really works.
00:26:44.420 Get the book. Share it with your friend. Let's blow this out of the water.
00:26:49.740 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. We're going to come back. Short commercial break. We're going to turn to the Senate floor.
00:26:54.080 Guess what? Lindsey Graham ain't talking about stop, save America.
00:26:57.900 He's talking about his favorite topic, war.
00:27:01.280 And the rumors of war next from the United States Senate in the war room.
00:27:09.600 Think about this.
00:27:11.780 In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices.
00:27:20.180 at today's prices those 33 ounces of gold will be worth 165 000 smart americans diversify a
00:27:32.960 portion of their savings into precious metals and that's why you need to consider buying gold for
00:27:38.440 my friends at birch gold group for thousands of years gold has been a store of wealth and today

00:28:45.480 the IRS is fighting back and proving it's here to stay
00:28:48.580 by becoming more aggressive than ever before.
00:28:51.960 They're sending out more collection notices, filing more tax liens,
00:28:56.080 and collecting billions more in recent years.
00:28:59.440 If you owe, the IRS can garnish your wages, levy your bank accounts,
00:29:04.780 seize your retirement and even your home if you owe or haven't filed it's not a question of if
00:29:11.840 the irs will act it's a question of when it will act right now tax network usa is offering a

00:30:21.240 Take advantage of first mover advantage, you move.
00:30:26.240 Okay, can we talk about what's really happening right now?
00:30:28.920 New data shows financial stress is at an all-time high.
00:30:32.820 Millions of Americans are at a breaking point.
00:30:35.260 Debt maxed out, no extra money, no room to breathe.
00:30:39.460 And this isn't just lower-income households anymore.
00:30:42.460 Middle-class families are hitting their limits too.
00:30:46.480 This isn't about reckless spending.
00:30:48.460 Everyday people are running out of options.
00:30:51.840 So if debt has been weighing on you, you're not alone.
00:30:54.960 And when it comes to debt, waiting usually makes it worse.
00:30:58.680 interest piles up minimum payments keep you stuck you don't need another loan and you don't need
00:31:05.020 bankruptcy you need a strategy that's why i like done with debt they've built a smart personalized
00:31:12.920 plan around you their experience and knowing what it takes to get you the biggest reductions
00:31:18.360 possible whether you owe ten thousand dollars or much more done with debt has one clear goal
00:31:24.780 lower what you owe so you keep more of your paycheck every month it's very simple let's
00:31:30.520 repeat that lower what you owe so you can keep more of your paycheck every month start with a
00:31:36.080 free consultation just takes minutes share your situation your tale of woe and find out what's
00:31:42.140 possible you do not have to stay stuck go to donewithdebt.com that's donewithdebt.com and do
00:31:50.180 it today
00:31:54.780 What behavior had they exhibited that they really do want to be normal?
00:32:07.140 So during those negotiations, when they said no to every offer under the sun,
00:32:13.540 they said something that was a fatal mistake for them.
00:32:17.300 Oh, by the way, we have 460 kilograms of uranium at 60 percent.
00:32:27.160 Now, why did they tell us that?
00:32:29.340 They were trying to intimidate us and letting us know that if we don't bend to their will, we'll have a problem.
00:32:37.980 Now, what's the problem?
00:32:39.740 The difference between 60 and 90 percent enrichment is weeks, Mr. President, not months or years.
00:32:46.020 And when you get to 90, that's weapons-grade enrichment.
00:32:52.400 That material can be turned into a nuclear weapon.
00:32:56.140 460 kilograms at 90 percent is enough to build 10 nuclear bombs.
00:33:04.960 And I'm talking weeks, not months, to go from 60 to 90 and they were threatening to do it.
00:33:10.360 So what did President Trump do?
00:33:13.420 Instead of begging them not to, instead of giving them a bunch of money, bribing them
00:33:18.680 not to, he blew up their enrichment facilities so they couldn't get to 90 percent, called
00:33:24.320 Midnight Hammer.
00:33:25.320 Mr. President, I'm glad you did, and it's clear to me nobody in the Democratic Party
00:33:29.600 would have done that.
00:33:32.340 The question for my friends on the other side and critics within my own party, how could
00:33:36.980 they have 60 percent enriched uranium at 460 kilograms without cheating?
00:33:44.080 Everything you wanted to do to contain these people failed.
00:33:47.960 The JCPO, every agreement that's been offered to restrict Iran's nuclear program failed
00:33:55.160 if in fact they do have 460 kilograms of uranium at 60 percent.
00:34:01.840 So here's my challenge.
00:34:04.020 If you don't believe that's true, come to the floor and tell me why I'm wrong.
00:34:09.280 We know that the material at 60 percent is under all the rubble of the enrichment facilities.
00:34:17.300 And we're worried that somehow somebody's going to get it before we do.
00:34:21.940 So it is a fact that they had produced enough uranium at 60 percent.
00:34:29.560 That means they're cheating because there's no commercial purpose for uranium to be reached
00:34:35.900 at 60 percent, none, zero.
00:34:39.000 You don't need that to run a nuclear power program.
00:34:41.620 You need nothing beyond 20.
00:34:44.560 To go to 60 means you're a threshold nuclear nation.
00:34:48.120 Why 60?
00:34:49.560 It's just a small jump to 90 and they want to intimidate and blackmail the world.
00:34:55.720 So when they told us that, we got this much at 60, Trump said, well, that's all you're
00:35:01.920 going to do, because I'm going to take enrichment off the table.
00:35:05.460 And thank God he did.
00:35:07.520 Their enrichment program has been obliterated, and they couldn't go to the 90.
00:35:13.540 But I think they'll come back at it, Mr. President, one day if we don't deal with it now.
00:35:17.740 So that's Midnight Hammer, epic fury.
00:35:21.260 What happened after we blew up the enrichment facilities?
00:35:25.440 Within weeks, they were actually, the Iranians, trying to start over again, going deeper.
00:35:32.300 What was the lesson they learned from Midnight Hammer?
00:35:35.360 We're not deep enough in the ground.
00:35:37.720 And here's the most telling thing.
00:35:39.960 They were trying to create a new enrichment capability that did not require an air shaft.
00:35:47.320 Now why is that important?
00:35:50.420 The bombs that were used, that were dropped on the enrichment facilities, went through
00:35:56.280 the air shaft, penetrated and blew up the facilities deep underground.
00:36:02.080 That's a testament to our air power.
00:36:04.540 That the air shaft opening was about the size of a refrigerator, and we dropped bombs through
00:36:10.500 those air shafts to obliterate the enrichment facilities they had.
00:36:15.960 Instead of learning their lesson and let's sit down and talk about peaceful nuclear power,
00:36:20.300 They went the other way and that's just, I think that's a fact.
00:36:24.380 So Epic Fury.
00:36:28.180 If you do not see this as an imminent threat, then you're blind for your hatred of Trump.
00:36:36.300 There are people on the left and people in my own party that are more afraid of Trump
00:36:43.760 being successful than the Ayatollah having a nuclear weapon.
00:36:47.540 That's sick.
00:36:49.340 That is sick.
00:36:50.880 When Obama took out bin Laden, I clapped like a seal.
00:36:57.620 Every time he wanted to go into Syria, I was there with him and John McCain.
00:37:02.480 I've tried to be bipartisan on such things.
00:37:04.940 I never have ever introduced a resolution against a democratic president under the Congressional
00:37:09.800 War Powers Act to limit their ability to protect the nation, ever, because I think it's unconstitutional.
00:37:15.600 I've never done to a Democrat what you constantly are doing to this Republican president.
00:37:20.740 And when a Republican tried to do that, I objected.
00:37:24.760 If you don't like what President Trump or any other presidents doing in military matters,
00:37:30.040 cut off the funding.
00:37:31.680 We have the power of the purse.
00:37:33.220 We could stop funding for these operations and that would be constitutional.
00:37:37.400 What we can't do, in my view, is become the commander in chief.
00:37:41.660 You can't have 535 people becoming the commander in chief.
00:37:45.360 That's what the War Powers Act does.
00:37:47.840 After 60 days, if Congress doesn't approve, military action stops.
00:37:52.800 Basically, under the Constitution, you can be commander-in-chief for only 60 days and
00:37:57.520 Congress takes over.
00:37:58.960 That's not what they had in mind.
00:38:00.680 Let me tell you what the founders had in mind.
00:38:02.520 A single person, the president, to be commander-in-chief and Congress to have the power of the purse
00:38:10.140 and regulate the land and naval forces.
00:38:13.140 That's the balance we've had all these years, and the War Powers Act is unconstitutional
00:38:17.560 because it destroys that balance.
00:38:19.340 But it doesn't mean Congress is out of the game.
00:38:22.460 Literally, if you had a resolution or an appropriation bill denying funding for Epic Fury, I wouldn't
00:38:29.900 agree with you, but you'd be on sound constitutional grounds.
00:38:33.800 Now why do I oppose this?
00:38:35.300 Not just because I think it's an infringement on the power of the president and overstepped
00:38:40.300 by the Congress.
00:38:41.360 I think it'd be really, quite frankly, dangerous not to finish this thing out.
00:38:46.560 In 18 or 19 days, we have done a number on the ability of Iran to build ballistic missiles
00:38:52.540 to hit us and our allies.
00:38:55.040 And if you don't think they would, put yourself in the same category that miscalculated Hitler.
00:39:00.900 What is it about the Iranians you think they really don't mean what they say?
00:39:04.700 So we've destroyed that ability to build those missiles to come after us, and they were building
00:39:09.620 a hundred a month before we did this.
00:39:12.200 The second thing is they have been funding Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis, proxies.
00:39:18.660 Hezbollah has a lot of American blood on its hand, killed 220 Marines and sailors back
00:39:23.920 in the 1980s when we were in Lebanon trying to help with that civil war.
00:39:29.160 They attacked our barracks.
00:39:31.060 There are a lot of American blood on the hands from Afghanistan, IEDs made in Iran.
00:39:36.580 So these people have been at war with us since 1979, finally we're pushing back.
00:39:43.560 Instead of doing deals that don't work, we're trying to eliminate the threat in a responsible
00:39:48.400 way.
00:39:49.400 What happens next in Iran?
00:39:50.760 I think the people will have a chance down the road to decide that, not me, not you,
00:39:56.020 we're not going to invade Iran, we're not going to do the Iraq-Afghanistan, there's
00:40:02.280 no reason to.
00:40:03.900 What we want to do militarily, Mr. President, is eliminate the threats.
00:40:08.660 They can't fund proxies.
00:40:11.400 They can't build nuclear weapons anymore.
00:40:15.140 And they can't build missiles that would terrorize us in the region and Europe.
00:40:20.720 When we accomplish those three things, here's what I think will happen.
00:40:25.020 We will build on what President Biden started, which is normalization between Saudi Arabia
00:40:31.620 and Israel.
00:40:33.080 Now, why is that big?
00:40:35.360 Senator Booker's been great on this.
00:40:37.000 He's gone with me when Biden was president.
00:40:40.900 I was a Republican trying to build on the Abraham Accords, see if we could get Saudi
00:40:45.100 and Israel to normalize, which would be the end of the Arab-Israeli conflict.
00:40:48.960 It'd be the biggest change in thousands of years.
00:40:51.820 And I'd be willing to help President Biden.
00:40:54.000 I was.
00:40:55.000 And, you know, we had a bipartisan team.
00:40:57.460 I was part of it.
00:40:58.460 Well, October the 7th came along to stop that.
00:41:01.700 Now, Mr. President, we were very close to having a breakthrough on normalization.
00:41:07.820 Under President Biden, Tony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Brett McGurk, I went over there eight times, I think.
00:41:14.720 We were close, but October 7th was designed to stop what we were trying to do.
00:41:19.920 It was a nightmare for the Iranians.
00:41:21.360 I went over there eight times.
00:41:25.480 No offense, bro.
00:41:26.560 if that's your best pitch he's the he's the leading theoretician that's your best pitch
00:41:33.660 i don't know the um and we'll have a um captain finnell is going to join us at the beginning of
00:41:45.540 the show tomorrow because i want to go through the methodical declawing defanging of the uh
00:41:51.400 Iranian regime. And CENTCOM is very methodical about this. The head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
00:41:59.440 is very methodical about this. And just like our military forces, they're doing an extraordinary
00:42:07.080 job, unbelievably professional. But that's the military part of this. This is, you know,
00:42:14.500 you look at Drudge, and I'm putting out Drudge, I realize Drudge is a hater, but I just want to show
00:42:18.580 that the center of gravity of this has shifted from the defanging and declawing of the iranian
00:42:26.200 regime and like he said one day they're going to come remember at first there was going to come
00:42:31.340 remember the iraq he had the same pitch lindsey graham was in congress and he had bill crystal
00:42:37.180 remember they came on fox news every night and said they're gonna be throwing roses in the streets
00:42:42.940 when we're on the march up to baghdad remember that the very beginning of that war the whole
00:42:49.380 because fox does the same thing the whole lead up to the to the was it march of 2003
00:42:54.960 that you know weapons of mass destruction it had to be there was all lies you were lied
00:43:01.260 they looked you in the eye and lied and and and dan senior and dana perina she got a little thing
00:43:09.700 she's on the five, Dana Perina, and Nicole Wallace, remember all of them? All sat there and
00:43:16.740 looked you in the eye, and they were all the comms department, they were Caroline Levinson,
00:43:20.460 they looked you in the eye and they lied to you. Every day you were lied to. What happened?
00:43:26.080 Who paid for that? The families and the men and women that were there and had to defend it for,
00:43:34.440 what was it not it wasn't 20 years i think mo got there in 10 2010 2011 and that's when biden
00:43:42.200 couldn't during the biden obama regime they couldn't get a they couldn't get a status of
00:43:46.780 forces agreement which would keep united states military under our own law and not turn it over
00:43:51.960 they they would be under the law of iraq are you kidding me that was even a possibility so they
00:43:58.740 pulled everybody out right away and left tens of billions of dollars of equipment just to get them
00:44:03.600 out but that was let's see that was eight years and we're still there remember one of the things
00:44:09.400 about imminent threat with the imminent threat is the iraq bases what do you have the iraq bases
00:44:13.120 for there why are we still there it's not the iraqi government loves us they all hate us over
00:44:18.740 there they fundamentally hate us because they're muslim and we're a christian nation that's the
00:44:27.020 that's the central divide you can have people that like you and are good and all that personal
00:44:32.300 relationships i'm sure in cutter and a lot of these are more modern but at the core of it
00:44:37.120 it all reverts back to the same you can't assimilate that in a western civilization
00:44:42.980 i will have raymond ibrahim on here i think it's one of the best to give us the overall picture
00:44:50.480 uh probably next week early part of the week to go through it
00:44:57.060 but you're seeing the same stuff now so we're in it let's just figure out how to get the hell out
00:45:03.360 of this and and and and do the job that we were supposed to do but the job doesn't entail any
00:45:11.860 type of support or sticking around longer why israel invades lebanon and an invasion that
00:45:18.380 they say may be as big as 20 years ago and now we're talking about israeli public media and
00:45:25.400 maybe it's not accurate i'm just saying what they're saying they're saying there's a two-week
00:45:28.800 there's an there's a working a plan working on that it's going to be a two-week incursion into
00:45:35.300 the persian gulf okay fine if that's what it takes now that you need to secure this aspect of
00:45:40.840 we just bombed it you know the best the five thousand pound bunker busters and trust me baby
00:45:48.100 when that's coming down on your head that's hell that's you're they're raining down hell on you
00:45:52.200 we did that i think was last night probably do it again tonight but if we do that i want to see the
00:46:01.760 uae armed forces up there i want to see mbz hey look you got this army you're supposed to the
00:46:06.880 toughest guy thing boom that's fine you guys lead the way i want cutter whatever they got
00:46:11.140 you the the uh the the uh saudis throwing the turks hell if you're going to be the security
00:46:18.880 you guys in Gaza, show me what you got on Karg Island. Let's see it. If we're going to bring in
00:46:24.360 some commandos, we're going to bring in some forces, some boots on the ground, I want those
00:46:28.800 to be Arab boots or Turkish boots. I want them to be Muslim boots. Why are we back again with
00:46:37.440 American forces? Yes, we can do it. And President Trump's looking at his alternatives. Remember
00:46:41.080 today at the intelligence of the hammer, what did he know? Did he get brief? Did he get brief? Well,
00:46:44.280 Hey, man, CENTCOM and the Joint Staff is who's briefing him for this.
00:46:48.420 This is a military operation.
00:46:51.740 Stop during a time of war in a shooting war where, hell,
00:46:55.320 we got six of our honored dead coming back to Dover.
00:46:59.200 At that very moment, you've got to be hectoring people.
00:47:04.180 You have to be hectoring people.
00:47:08.760 And what do you see here now?
00:47:10.100 Now, Mike Lee is going to come up at 830.
00:47:11.660 We're supposed to be in. We're supposed to be in the Save America Act.
00:47:17.560 You see that the Republicans, do we have do we have a clip of of Schumer?
00:47:22.600 Did we get that done exist? It didn't exist.
00:47:25.720 Well, Schumer somehow said it, reporters saying, hey, he's saying, hey, look, what are you guys talking about?
00:47:29.940 We support voter I.D. I happen to believe deeply that this is because even though it may not be a full bore effort,
00:47:40.160 you don't see that sense of urgency you do see people like eric schmidt up there and others that
00:47:46.980 are making a very compelling case one of the other that this is 80 percent and the country set up
00:47:52.380 along the following to have just citizens vote it's a pretty compelling argument
00:47:56.280 and i hear the counter from the democrats it's kind of all over the map i got clover's are saying
00:48:01.620 i mean they're not they really haven't picked a narrative of how to refute it other than every
00:48:08.380 woman in the world it's going to be handmaid's tale because no woman's going to be able to vote
00:48:12.620 because i don't know you change your name and you got to go get a birth certificate it's going to
00:48:16.540 be a nightmare which i don't think anybody buys but that's what they're pitching and then all
00:48:20.740 of a sudden right after the intelligence committee meets we're now in war back to war powers act
00:48:27.800 and cotton and lindsey graham understanding they got to clean up aisle three
00:48:33.960 they're back to the imminent threat
00:48:37.240 I'll be blunt
00:48:43.900 I've heard the imminent threat pitch now
00:48:45.720 many times
00:48:47.360 I'm not sure
00:48:48.640 I can re-articulate it
00:48:52.240 I don't quite get it
00:48:54.600 if it's an imminent threat
00:48:56.880 just come out and go bang, bang, bang, bang
00:48:59.500 here's why I was an imminent threat
00:49:00.920 here's why we did it
00:49:03.960 And here's what we're trying to accomplish.
00:49:05.540 I think they've gone over that.
00:49:06.520 The only difference in shifting
00:49:07.780 from the unconditional surrender talk
00:49:10.640 was that the power projection on the Iranian people
00:49:13.120 is kind of off the table.
00:49:14.580 It's power projection against regional allies,
00:49:18.200 i.e. the Persian Gulf and the Gulf area and Israel.
00:49:23.700 And that Israel's told you that that's another,
00:49:26.400 I think 6,000 targets,
00:49:27.720 another three weeks of declawing, a declawing operation.
00:49:31.220 And they're getting pounded.
00:49:32.460 And they're getting pounded every night.
00:49:33.960 And now there's some discussion of whether you're going to actually be their oil assets, because remember, the pitch was, hey, you overthrow the, Ayatollah, you overthrow the Islamic regime, all you Jeffersonian Democrats in waiting in Tehran, all you Jeffersonian, all you Yeoman Democrats, all you, and I don't say there's a political party, just people that believe in democracy.
00:49:57.000 you're asking for the same the children and grandchildren of the people that ran out to shaw
00:50:03.740 i'm not saying he was a beauty but at least it's kind of a country making progress they had a
00:50:08.560 middle class they had lots of problems corruption savik they had the police state yeah the family
00:50:14.020 were not a particular collection of great people but hey it was making efforts and if you go back
00:50:19.580 in that time i mean that was a 10 times bigger ally than israel i mean it was the centerpiece
00:50:26.360 And quite frankly, we just cut it loose with absolutely no defense coming to it.
00:50:32.880 I mean, it was if Carter's worst call was that was that was approving this operation didn't quite pull off with Eagle Claw.
00:50:44.620 I think the bigger thing people blame me didn't really think through and come to like the nation's defense to say, hey, look, you're a major ally.
00:50:51.840 You're buying major weapons systems from we train your entire military.
00:50:56.360 you're our ally and you're the one showing how you know western culture and western society
00:51:02.720 and western economics they were like you think turkey and what's going on in constantinople oh
00:51:08.700 excuse me istanbul is supposed to be a show place this was a bigger show place we just kind
00:51:14.740 of cut it loose i mean you go back and read the memoirs you read it it's not like they even spend
00:51:18.800 a lot of time on it what's the stunning thing is they just kind of kissing during these guys
00:51:22.260 the zigbee brzezinski just kind of faded okay um mike lee we're going to continue to stream this
00:51:34.660 throughout the night we think they're going to go to nine or ten o'clock we're going to cover it
00:51:37.760 it's going to be up there mike lee the mike lee supposed to be up at approximately 8 30 is what
00:51:42.000 i'm told to kind of put some order into this and we'll get it now they're fighting about this war
00:51:48.000 and of course the democrats trying to score points lindsey these guys still trying to justify
00:51:52.060 make the argument for it they're trying to stave off another war powers i believe i agree with them
00:51:58.740 the war powers are things totally unconstitutional and just a total waste of time we're gonna be back
