00:00:00.000 hello simone i'm excited to be here with you today today we are going to be talking about
00:00:04.080 how corporations have stopped supporting sort of the wider gay and lgbt agenda
00:00:11.840 to the extent that npr npr of all places wrote an article titled and i just have to show you
00:00:19.920 the cover image on this article it's okay pride celebrations as corporate sponsorships dry up
00:00:27.440 oh and this coming at pride month when like yeah because it's exactly who you expect
00:00:36.200 just like the image the people in the image is like oh my god i want to hate oh hold on i'm
00:00:41.620 looking oh boy no if that's what pride is now let's just let it go sorry though we love the
00:00:48.460 glasses we love the glasses but we this is hold on it's not just that this is the only other
00:00:54.040 picture in the article too that old women is is what i guess pride is now no no no no i will never
00:01:03.080 the first time i ever came across across a pride parade i was in cape cod i think it's province
00:01:09.080 town or princeton province town but yeah in cape cod and i didn't we didn't know that there was a
00:01:14.300 pride parade we were camping there i was camping there with a friend and her dad and then just on
00:01:19.340 the main street of Provincetown just was this really cool parade and the most beautiful women
00:01:25.040 I had ever seen and I was stunned and amazed and I didn't know why all these beauty queens were
00:01:31.460 suddenly marching along this picturesque New England street and it turns out they were just
00:01:36.060 all drag queens and that was it I loved I loved it I loved it all I thought it was the best thing
00:01:40.840 in the world and what has it become now I mean like in the past 10 years it's been like the 0.95
00:01:46.440 bank of america float and then a bunch of like ugly people on it like that what is that who made
00:01:51.820 pride ugly like no pride was always hot pride was always fun pride meant like a cool fun entertaining
00:02:02.260 sometimes salacious stuff but often like more wholesome than anything else i'm kind of glad
00:02:07.960 that whatever pride become is dying and i think that's kind of how everyone feels which is why
00:02:11.500 it's plummeting in popularity so we're going to be talking about this and the other thing we're
00:02:15.180 going to be talking about is some recent statistics that came out that show a rapid reduction in the
00:02:20.920 support of things like gay marriage across the united states a rapid reduction in i mean we're
00:02:26.960 not even you know talking about like broader trans stuff here just like support for gay rights more
00:02:31.660 generally in the united states this is something that i personally find you know it's interesting
00:02:37.240 for me to come to because historically i've always been pretty pro maintaining gay rights even just
00:02:42.440 as like a well most republicans are for gay rights these days and with the majority of republicans
00:02:48.860 being pro-gay rights it doesn't make sense to even like bring up a question of like should that be
00:02:55.220 something that we're against gay marriage for example now we're at a stage where it's more
00:03:01.500 reasonable to table the question and so that's the other thing that we'll be doing in this
00:03:05.860 is tabling whether this should be like a a voter issue for us or something that is worth pursuing
00:03:14.860 right so we'll get into that but i'm going to start with the npr article because i thought
00:03:19.520 this would be pretty fun for people pittsburgh pa pride celebrations across the country continue to
00:03:24.020 lose out on large sponsorships as corporations a case worth of funding shrink their affiliation
00:03:30.140 with diversity causes and lgbtq plus events corporate sponsorships and celebrations in
00:03:35.380 several cities, including New York City, Salt Lake City, Louisville, St. Louis, Orlando, and
00:03:42.880 Pittsburgh are down from previous years, organizers said. Jordan Baxton, co-president of the United
00:03:48.160 States Association of Pride, which supports pride celebrations nationwide, said that while some
00:03:54.900 smaller prides have seen growth in sponsorship, a majority have seen a reduction. She said that
00:04:00.100 the Trump administration dismantling of the diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
00:04:04.060 has scared corporations away from sponsoring pride celebrations i think that's why some of
00:04:09.520 the corporations have pulled back because they don't want that government scrutiny i don't think
00:04:13.940 that that's it i just think it's a wider cultural thing it doesn't get you the same brownie points
00:04:17.700 it used to get you and now it can cost you and i do feel like trump's second term gave people
00:04:23.520 who were uncomfortable with it but doing it because they felt they had to fit in a license
00:04:28.500 to express themselves more freely there was an impact yeah yeah no i mean it was like the wind
00:04:34.840 really changed the culture really changed i mean it's not just about gay gay pride or whatever or
00:04:40.840 just pride in general it's also people suddenly started using the word retarded like things just
00:04:45.400 changed in many ways yeah there was actually a piece on us recently that was like well when we
00:04:50.680 go to their older podcast you know they'll be like well the red pill makes some points here and the
00:04:54.900 people against the red pill make some points here and it was like and that was generally the way
00:04:58.940 that we talked about things historically they didn't like that because they're like well they're
00:05:02.040 airing the bad side and not explicitly saying that it's bad and dangerous ideas when the the
00:05:08.300 truth is is what i always felt is the red pill is absolutely right and putting forth valid
00:05:13.780 complaints right like they may be wrong here here and here and how they're going about it but their
00:05:18.320 complaints are overall valid and there was like a moment and i i think it sort of came for us
00:05:23.560 not when trump won the election but when trump really started campaigning and like this this
00:05:28.280 latest election started when i was just like no i'm just gonna say this stuff going forwards like
00:05:35.480 why why am i so i think it was more that when we started singing it what we realized is the stuff
00:05:42.220 that got us canceled was never actually breaking the rules around the stuff we were saying it was
00:05:47.680 like ancillary stuff that had nothing to do with anything yeah like the child slap incident is how
00:05:53.680 we got canceled right like which anyone who spent time around us knows like we're very physical with
00:05:59.460 our kids we play fight all the time so what's the first thing that happens if i like come into the
00:06:03.240 room and octavian's there he immediately attacks you yeah yeah like the way we interact with him
00:06:09.580 is very rough and tumble yeah and by attacks i mean like a huge smile on his face laughing and
00:06:14.300 giggling it's violence is our love language yeah i had to explain that to him i'm like well you
00:06:19.980 know most people don't love fighting but our people we're known for loving fighting
00:06:24.120 speak of the devil dude this one i got this one where did you get an egg the chicken coop where
00:06:32.200 do you think he got an egg he went to take care of the chicken break them octavian why are you
00:06:36.880 getting eggs go go put them in the by the way if they're queen then that means they're real yeah
00:06:42.520 because we have fake eggs the ones that are really dirty are not real yeah i mean i think
00:06:48.440 that what i sort of and then the other times we go viral like it's it was never actually for
00:06:53.620 breaking one of the quote-unquote like progressive rules around what we're allowed to say and what
00:06:58.140 we're not allowed to say and that sort of surprised me and then i was just like wait so
00:07:01.460 i can just say what i think is true and there isn't any ramification to that anymore and and
00:07:07.520 it's it's it's also true when you see articles about us the reason why we're considered toxic
00:07:12.120 like in in the public eye isn't because of anything we've said about say trans people
00:07:17.040 it's because we said people should be having children like literally that's it right like
00:07:21.700 that that is why we are unhirable by people because we supported a party that over 50 percent 0.97
00:07:29.260 of americans support and we think that people should have more kids and i think that that's
00:07:33.280 sort of what people realized when people started trying to attack them is it's like oh it's not
00:07:38.840 worth it right and another thing that pushed a lot of people over because leaflet talks about
00:07:43.660 this and this was sort of a major point is when people were attacked for doing something that
00:07:47.320 they thought was trivial and for the vtuber community as leaflet documents in the conversations
00:07:52.520 we've had with her this was largely around playing the jk rowling game the harry potter game and a
00:07:59.020 bunch of people tried to cancel people over this and the sort of the core takeaway was well if i'm 0.74
00:08:05.160 gonna get canceled over something that's stupid you know i might as well say all this other stuff
00:08:09.020 i've been holding back for x many years at this point anyway and then i think we just built a 0.94
00:08:13.180 community where everyone was just saying what they wanted to say at this point and the conversation
00:08:16.920 began to shift to continue in the first days in office of 2025 trump issued presidential actions
00:08:23.780 targeting DEI within the federal government and encouraging the private sector to end what the
00:08:29.100 administration considers illegal DEI discrimination and preferences, which is what it is. It is
00:08:34.220 illegal, right? And in Pittsburgh Pride, the organizers are trying to make up for lost
00:08:38.500 sponsorships. In time for the festival and the parade in June, they say, quote, it takes a lot
00:08:43.180 of money to do this, end quote. Oh, yeah, especially when you're paying a bunch of fat
00:08:45.760 dumb bodies to manage everything. But here they're like permitting costs, security costs, 0.99
00:08:51.320 headliner costs, staging costs, crew cleaning costs, insurance costs are all very expensive.
00:08:56.820 The Pittsburgh private organizers think it will secure 30 to 40% of the sponsorship dollars
00:09:01.460 they thought they were going to be able to get when compared with a few years ago.
00:09:05.740 To narrow the gap, the group said they received a state grant solicit. What?
00:09:13.840 So they're still taking government money, but they're taking it from the state. It's still-
00:09:18.200 enough government money malcolm not enough by the way that's our taxpayer dollars eight percent of
00:09:24.140 our income just pittsburgh oh yeah because they're in pennsylvania people in pennsylvania stop voting
00:09:31.420 blue no matter who i don't care unless it's fetterman i'm okay with fetterman so like
00:09:37.040 literally for you know every you know a hundred dollars that we earn eight dollars is going toward
00:09:42.640 pennsylvania and it's gay pride parades so yeah yeah a lot of good stuff too though i love this
00:09:50.320 state but okay so instead of reading more of this you get the idea now i want to go over into the
00:09:54.740 actual statistical changes because these have been absolutely fascinating and i think retable
00:10:01.980 some conversations that you and i can have in this very podcast so this is from an article in
00:10:06.720 the advocate again i'm trying to go to pro lgbtq plus organizations so no one can be like oh this
00:10:11.620 as a conservative in whatever or something like that. A Gallup poll showed that only 5% of
00:10:17.780 Republicans say that gender transition is morally acceptable. That is wild at this point. That's
00:10:23.320 what the headline is. So to skip in a bit here, after a steady increase over decades from 27%
00:10:29.160 1996 to 71% in 2022, the percentage of Americans who support same-sex marriage has continued its
00:10:37.800 downward turn. It now stands at 65% after showing a marginal decline every year since 2022.
00:10:45.420 That's a long time to have consistent marginal declines. It indicates that those declines will
00:10:51.680 continue to go down in the future. We've pointed out that this is sort of inevitable just due to
00:10:55.460 birth rates. We tried to explain to progressives when we first started doing our efficacy around
00:10:59.740 birth rates that how you vote is highly heredible. There have been lots of studies on this. It's
00:11:03.560 about 40 percent heritable given that progressives aren't having kids the converse the population
00:11:08.020 will naturally shift more conservative and very quickly and we even like showed them the math
00:11:12.720 on this and it's hitting our predictions exactly that and the urban monoculture genuinely lost its 0.80
00:11:18.140 crap like people are because like look at us in the past one we were democrats and then after we 0.95
00:11:24.100 moved republican we were still originally like pro-trans and up until now i i think that we're 0.99
00:11:30.740 still appropriate. We'll talk about that. Okay. So to continue here, notably the decline in
00:11:35.660 acceptance of the same marriage coincides with the 2022 explosion of the slur groomer to refer
00:11:43.200 to LGBTQ plus people as the passage of Florida's don't stay gay law and the proliferation of
00:11:49.100 copycat legislation. So this is absolutely hilarious, by the way, that it turns out the 0.90
00:11:54.940 groomer psyop actually worked people calling them groomers actually worked because we we don't use
00:12:02.040 that particular word i love to call it a slur it's not a slur if somebody is functionally grooming
00:12:07.160 people like if you and you know we keep getting leaked video from school there was a tape recently
00:12:12.120 where a teacher is sending a girl to the principal because she doesn't want to go along with calling
00:12:17.980 people by whatever the teacher says the preferred gender is how dare you you just really upset
00:12:23.440 someone saying things like should be in an asylum i didn't say that if they want to identify as a 0.95
00:12:32.640 cat or something then they're like genuinely on that then they've gone yeah they're crazy
00:12:37.760 you were questioning their identity i wasn't a question i was just saying about the gender
00:12:42.320 i didn't say anything about them but where did you get this idea from there's only two genders
00:12:45.840 I just think it's my opinion.
00:12:47.840 That is my opinion.
00:12:48.840 If I respect their opinion, can't they respect my opinion?
00:12:50.840 It's just not an opinion.
00:12:51.840 Yes, it is.
00:12:52.840 It's not an opinion you can't.
00:12:53.840 There's only a boy and a girl today.
00:12:56.840 There's no other private part.
00:12:58.840 There's only a team.
00:13:00.840 Gender is not linked to the parts that you were born with.
00:13:04.840 Gender is about how you identify.
00:13:06.840 Which is what I said right from the very beginning.
00:13:09.840 If I call my mum she's sad.
00:13:11.840 Well that's very sad as well then.
00:13:13.840 those are people agree with that there's only a small majority of people who actually think
00:13:17.040 that and why do you think we have so many problems in the world with homophobia
00:13:25.920 lesbians and gay people i've got nothing against them that's the same but gender is
00:13:30.640 there is a link between it and you're saying that people can't exchange who they want to be 0.96
00:13:36.560 they can't unless you get a penis attached no i'm not you're confusing sex and no i'm not though 1.00
00:13:42.960 because if you have a vagina you're a girl if you have a penis you can't be you can't have a vagina 1.00
00:13:47.680 you need to go to a different school so i'm reporting you to miss willis you need to have 1.00
00:14:04.400 a proper educational conversation about edu about equality diversity and inclusion
00:14:11.680 because i'm not having that expressed in my lesson when i'm teaching you about you can be who you
00:14:17.040 want to be how you identify is up to you they just don't say it because then yeah maybe because
00:14:22.880 they're polite and maybe they're sensitive i've never i haven't said anything in all of the
00:14:26.640 lessons i've been in it's just because they turn around and start saying something so i said how
00:14:30.000 can you identify as a path when you're a girl well they're now writing a statement i would imagine
00:14:34.720 that you'll be asked to write a statement as well another one that went viral recently was
00:14:38.480 was really interesting is it was a white gay teacher and a class full of black kids and they're 0.99
00:14:43.000 like do i have to do this even at home because i'm pretty sure i'll get my butt whooped and the 0.98
00:14:47.040 teacher's like yes you have to do it even at home or you're not protecting people right and i won't
00:14:53.080 feel safe but like that's grooming right like that's trying to indoctr kids into your ideology
00:14:58.480 if you sent your kids to one of my schools and you saw us preaching techno puritanism or
00:15:05.200 techno puritan ideology to children yeah it's what i believe is true about the world but i
00:15:10.120 understand it's not what most people think is true about the world i and and keep in mind you can be
00:15:14.960 like oh well that's like deeper theology malcolm that's not like light stuff that like on an
00:15:20.440 individual level would come up in a normal class i mean in a normal philosophy class we got an email
00:15:23.860 recently from a fan and they're like well i want to know what you think about identity malcolm
00:15:27.800 because obviously we're not our body and obviously we're not our mind and i was like what the what
00:15:34.580 do you mean obviously we're not our mind the i mean if by mind you mean like the thinking thing
00:15:41.020 that's literally and definitionally the only thing i have conscious access to if there is a part of me
00:15:48.000 that is meaningful and is separate from my mind i do not have awareness or conscious access to
00:15:54.980 anything that that thing is feeling or thinking or anything like that because it is definitionally
00:16:01.580 not my mind now that is not something that i understand a lot of people believe a lot of
00:16:07.580 christians believe oh there is actually this separate soul thing and our version of christianity
00:16:12.180 doesn't right and so i would know not to tell that to some other person's kid i don't even
00:16:17.960 really drop these ideas when i'm in environments that aren't explicitly our stream like if you
00:16:22.980 watch our leaflet streams i do not bring up or at least not without heavy caveats where our ideology
00:16:29.120 contrasts with traditional Christian ideology. Right. And, and like that, they can't sit down
00:16:35.620 for a second and see that one of the things that, that I always got me is the way that they want to
00:16:43.180 normalize dressing around kids in these outfits that are like very clearly sexualized at like
00:16:48.840 the trans story hours and stuff like that. And I've always just thought it, it seems so
00:16:55.200 pointlessly transgressive like suppose i was going to an island was like a bunch of people
00:17:02.280 in the middle of nowhere right and that island had a strong prohibitions against women showing
00:17:07.980 their ankles right and my wife was like well in my culture i show my ankles right and i would tell
00:17:13.580 her yeah i know in our culture we show our ankles but like you've got like we should be respectful
00:17:18.800 of the culture we're entering right because this is a majority culture here right there
00:17:23.280 we might as well be flashing them by showing you their ankles. In truth, you know, when somebody's 0.66
00:17:29.200 wearing lingerie, they're as covered up as they are when they're in a swimsuit, okay? Yet we see
00:17:35.460 that culturally as the equivalent of being naked in our society. The way that people keep dressing
00:17:41.080 at these events is culturally, even by mainstream society, sexualized. It is BDSM gear. It is what
00:17:49.740 we consider to in some ways be even more sexualized than traditional just sexuality right
00:17:56.100 so i've always found it to be like just really inexcusable what they attempt to normalize and
00:18:01.780 and really in the realm of true groomer dom even though we along with leaflet support grooming your
00:18:07.280 wife and your husband right you got to groom yourself into being a better person that confused
00:18:11.380 a lot of christians when they watched that but anyway continue here similarly the percentage
00:18:17.460 of Americans who believe same-sex relationships are quote-unquote moral has gone up since Gallup
00:18:22.440 first started asking the poll in 2001, but then tapered off after peaking in 2022, also with 71%.
00:18:28.280 That number now stands at 64%. So these are pretty big tanks, especially when it can consistently
00:18:32.500 be happening every year. Gallup first asked Americans about the morality of gender transition
00:18:36.520 in 2021 when it found 46% found it acceptable, while 51% found it to be immoral. Those numbers
00:18:41.940 have dipped as well, with only 38% finding it acceptable and 57% opposed. Now, I want to make
00:18:48.380 this clear to people who want to support gender transition or want to teach it in schools. You
00:18:55.080 are in the extreme minority at this point. 38% of Americans think this is acceptable. So when you
00:19:01.980 attempt to normalize it in the school system or in the legal system, you're attempting to normalize
00:19:08.780 something that the vast majority of Americans aren't okay with. It also reminded me of a
00:19:14.220 reporter that we were talking to, right? And this was around gender transition stuff. And she asked
00:19:19.480 me, she goes, Malcolm, why do you care about the rights of religious people more than the rights
00:19:25.120 of transgender people, right? And I was like, but I absolutely do not. What I care about is the 0.97
00:19:33.260 rights of a religious person to say no to a transgender person in the same way that i would 0.88
00:19:38.860 fight for a religious person's right to say no to making a birthday cake for a gay wedding or 0.66
00:19:43.020 support a gay person's right to not go to church every week right like that's what the the the and
00:19:49.980 simone and i talked about this and this is really when our views at least on transgenderism started
00:19:53.240 to flip is it became a a issue of with gay marriage and the right to get married it was a right that
00:20:00.520 they were fighting for was in their own private lives but then it became about enforcing your
00:20:05.420 behavior on other people like oh you have to call me by x name or something like that which is now
00:20:10.100 removing rights from other people it is not giving you rights i have no problem with a person going
00:20:15.320 around with their personal friend group calling themselves another gender like whatever but when
00:20:19.260 you can get somebody fired for misgendering you you clearly have the cultural power like they
00:20:23.180 tried to get me to say oh these people don't have the cultural power these people are billing
00:20:26.300 bullied and i'm like no clearly they're in a position of cultural power if despite being the
00:20:30.740 minority they're able to get people fired like this in terms of what people find acceptable
00:20:33.920 now to continue here notably only five percent of republicans say that gender transition is
00:20:38.560 morally acceptable compared to 60 of democrats when gallup first whoa only 60 of democrats now
00:20:45.460 think that gender transition is acceptable consider how bad that is no like into which
00:20:52.980 all the support has dropped shocked me that this was only a very small subset of people beginning
00:21:00.540 to question this. And instead, a lot of people have just had it. And you can also see the graph
00:21:06.160 over time of drops in support across the board. I think the timing is also very interesting.
00:21:12.560 It peaked around 2021, and then especially Republican support started to drop between
00:21:20.240 2021 and 2024. This was between, this was, it was Biden's administration. This isn't Trump
00:21:28.060 reigning over the United States and making everyone feel like they have license to be
00:21:32.480 negative on gay marriage. This is a very pro pride, pro urban monoculture administration.
00:21:38.740 And this is when people just lost faith. I think that's an important element of this.
00:21:44.120 well and and yeah that's the thing is i think the the way that republicans really ended up
00:21:51.440 fighting this is they stopped fighting it with hatred and were just like come on man very biden
00:21:56.400 like right like they're just like we all see this looks ridiculous at this point right but the 60
00:22:01.800 percent of democrats support this that i think that's something i'm going to be citing on them
00:22:05.820 more that only 60 of american democrats support gender transition when people are like oh this
00:22:09.960 is normal not a left first right thing whatever i'm gonna be like no it's not normal almost half
00:22:14.760 of democrats don't support this right like this is not normal you haven't won this cultural victory
00:22:21.320 and it is receding every year and it's hurting other groups like the gay group which we're
00:22:26.540 going to get to in a second the downturn in acceptance among go peers was the rise of trans
00:22:31.560 kids becoming a target in both right-wing political circles and media in recent years
00:22:36.000 the media narratives around trans people have also included the false assertion that there 1.00
00:22:39.780 is a correlation between mass shootings and trans identity note this is just demonstrably true you
00:22:45.040 can see our video on this in fact i decided to look since we did our last video on trans mass
00:22:50.660 shootings there have been three trans mass shootings and that was like six months ago or
00:22:55.920 something like it's if it was a anomaly it shouldn't be predictive of a future mass shootings
00:23:04.380 when we point this out and yes it just keeps happening again and again and again but do you
00:23:11.020 want to go over the the new trans mass shootings we have here yeah who i'm not aware of these but
00:23:17.660 i guess that's oh you're not aware of the kid who shot both of his parents for misgendering him
00:23:21.500 no what i didn't think he went to shoot yeah more people yeah simply for misgendering him
00:23:27.820 and he thought he was 100 correct in this he's just like i had to do it i don't regret it i hate
00:23:32.780 them. She said she didn't think it would hit her brother, but if I did, then well, so what?
00:23:39.000 Bailey then laughs about running from police, going through yards and hiding from helicopters
00:23:43.340 in South St. George while planning on taking her own life. I was actually kind of planning on
00:23:48.580 standing over the cliff. I spoke with body language expert Scott Rouse, who has worked
00:23:53.540 on hundreds of high-profile cases. He says there were no signs of grief or sadness. Instead,
00:23:58.880 comfort from laughter and smiling i didn't have a choice it's the same as murder misgendering
00:24:04.320 someone because it is in their communities and i think mainstream democrats are beginning to see
00:24:08.040 like oh these people are actually crazy when they say that misgendering someone is the same as
00:24:11.920 murdering them they mean it like that's how they justify fighting for this so we have here august
00:24:17.200 2025 minneapolis robin westerman opened fire at announcement catholic church killing two children
00:24:24.180 injuring others february 2026 tumblr ridge canada jesse van rooster a male to female identified
00:24:30.160 killed family members then carried out a school shooting killing students and a teacher and then
00:24:35.100 february 2026 rhode island robert drogan roberta esposota trans woman shot an ice rink
00:24:41.640 killing two ex-wife and child before unaliving oh that's the the hockey the hockey shooter right
00:24:51.200 yeah okay and i only knew about the third one yeah well i mean it is interesting that they're so
00:24:57.840 that they're so convinced of this and i also point out was the don't say gay bill
00:25:03.380 when the bill was going through do you remember how disney like freaked out and they're like
00:25:07.720 people are going to be fired for being a teacher because i had forgotten all that yeah yeah so so
00:25:13.020 disney went all big on this anti don't say gay bill stuff now we actually know the politician
00:25:17.880 who wrote the don't say gay bill because we go to events with political people and stuff like this
00:25:23.200 and so the state senator or congressman or whatever who wrote it we're we we're friends with we know
00:25:28.680 right we don't stay up with them because i consider those sorts of positions quite boring but it was
00:25:32.720 interesting to get an insight into the construction of the bill and a lot of people in affiliation 0.89
00:25:37.200 when when they were attacking the bill they said that this bill will be used to fire gay teachers
00:25:44.420 if they talk about their home life, right? 0.90
00:25:47.620 And the person who wrote it was like,
00:25:49.280 actually, in the first round of drafting of the bill,
00:25:53.240 we realized, we, the Republican state senators,
00:25:57.420 realized it could be used to do that.
00:25:59.540 And so we rewrote it in a way that prevented it
00:26:02.440 from being used to do that.
00:26:04.640 It has been years since that bill was passed.
00:26:07.780 Have they been able to pull up one case
00:26:10.440 of somebody being unjustly fired for it?
00:26:12.640 one case of somebody being unjustly prosecuted for it it would go viral on the internet if it
00:26:18.660 happened has it happened yeah one time in fact someone i want you to grok and find out what the
00:26:23.920 worst examples are of anyone actually being punished for the don't say gay bill or if it
00:26:27.820 just has never really been implemented in negative ways so to copycat the bill in terms of fighting
00:26:33.220 grooming makes enormous sense but anyway here i just don't understand i don't understand how you
00:26:40.520 can say that trans people aren't overrepresented in mass shootings you really have to make the 0.77
00:26:43.620 white men make up the most mass shooters which is just yeah but white men are also the most
00:26:49.780 common demographic but if you account for demographics trans people are enormously
00:26:54.680 overrepresented like it's not even there's literally no way to massage the data to make
00:26:59.200 them not and then they're like oh well it is that and also the white male one white males are only
00:27:06.080 represented among mass shooters because if a mass shooting is tied to gang violence or a crime it's
00:27:11.080 not considered a mass shooting which is where all of the hispanic and black mass shootings are and
00:27:15.280 so when you actually correct for that you don't see an increase in white male mass shootings
00:27:19.940 huh but anyway i i think it's important to call this stuff out like as it comes and you can even
00:27:25.980 just do this yourself make a list of trans mass shooters in the past year you can use ai to easily
00:27:31.740 do this you can calculate the numbers yourself on that list like if you're in ai and you're here
00:27:36.600 saying but i have read that it's not true literally before you just go with what i have read just make
00:27:42.860 a list calculate it based on demographic against the rest of the population that's all i'm asking
00:27:49.240 you to do if you can make that list and show that oh i'm wrong okay but like we've only had one
00:27:57.140 murder cult in the past few years that I'm aware of. And they were virtually all trans. This is 0.99
00:28:01.980 as well, when we're talking about crazy stuff that's happened recently. Note here, this isn't
00:28:06.820 to say that trans people are like evil or something like that, but there's clearly some
00:28:10.080 sort of correlation and negative behavioral patterns that needs to be addressed within
00:28:14.340 the community likely, right? Like I would be worried about this. Also big new study that's
00:28:18.800 worth citing is it's called, I made myself memorize the name of this one because I know I'll be
00:28:23.200 citing it so much. Trans homicides in Britain, 2020 to 2024. It came out in 2025, late 2025,
00:28:31.260 and it showed that trans people were more likely to commit a homicide than to be a victim of a
00:28:34.940 homicide. So wowsers? Not really a victim group anymore. But to continue, political affiliation 0.95
00:28:43.160 plays a role in acceptance. Per Gallup, while numbers have overall gone down, the polling
00:28:47.720 organization pointed out the general dips are due to step declines among self-identified
00:28:52.140 republicans which double digit drops there so the results it has dropped to only 37 percent of
00:28:58.980 republicans supporting gay marriage yeah okay so wow the fox news covering this goes over more
00:29:04.960 yeah moral acceptance of gay and lesbian relationships has dropped to only 62 percent
00:29:09.040 in the united states now transition is only at 38 percent among gender general americans now only
00:29:14.600 38 percent of general americans approve of genders transition that's rough digits where it used to
00:29:20.260 be 57%. No, 57% view it as morally wrong. Okay. Among Republicans, 35% believe in same-sex 0.60
00:29:29.860 relationships now, where it used to be the majority of Republicans. Independence had an
00:29:34.700 eight-point decline, dropping to 64%. Well, it dims it still 81%. That is, only 42% of
00:29:43.100 independents think gender transition is acceptable. So now, what I used to say historically is it's
00:29:47.440 not really worth us tabling the issue of gay marriage which is what i want to talk about now
00:29:51.820 because you wouldn't even win a republican primary if that was your issue right you know so i was like
00:29:56.620 now that is not the case anymore and it reminds me of a video that asmogle did where they had put
00:30:02.600 like a gay fetish art in magic the gathering card and he said because he thought it was fake
00:30:07.840 and it was about like bears or something it was a comedy card actual again what these people want 0.81
00:30:12.700 to do is that they want to replace and destroy all forms and representation of heteronormative
00:30:19.000 sexuality and replace it with fetishes uh lgbt and other forms of non-heteronormative sexuality
00:30:28.100 i don't think it's that big a deal but he's like man if you guys print this we might have to get
00:30:32.500 rid of gay marriage and then he read the next post and realized the card was actually printed
00:30:36.820 four years ago which is interesting because that card being printed that made as in the gold have
00:30:42.160 that reaction was printed the same year that these numbers started declining yeah because i think a
00:30:48.240 lot of americans ended up feeling that way yeah the the sort of progress pride movement jumped the
00:30:55.240 shark in 2021 yeah so how do i feel about all of this by the way do you have thoughts before i go
00:31:02.240 further simone go on ahead all right my general thoughts go like this even if i'm just taking my
00:31:09.840 like purely utilitarian version of like what sin is choosing because you are same-sex attracted
00:31:17.300 to pursue a same-sex relationship and marriage is a much harder way to have kids and contribute
00:31:24.240 to civilization nor is it genuinely the only option for same-sex attracted people lots of
00:31:29.560 same-sex attracted people choose other paths in life and it is up to them to make these decisions 0.92
00:31:34.720 like i'm totally for and i really hate that the current gay movement is fighting this right like
00:31:39.600 i have things that arouse me that i don't center my life around right like most people do and i
00:31:45.580 think that that's the thing where a lot of people have gotten and they're like well you know i like
00:31:48.300 some weird stuff and i don't make it literally the core of every relationship i have right like
00:31:53.000 in fact we were even talking recently about how like sex in marriage really isn't that big a part
00:31:59.760 of marriage if you have a ton of kids and the reason being it's because it's just hard if you're
00:32:05.060 constantly having i think it depends i mean like we we have friends who have four or more kids who
00:32:12.880 have sex almost every single day yeah we have friends who don't like it really depends on what
00:32:17.640 you value or care about it also depends on your religion and your religious tradition yeah yeah 0.98
00:32:22.480 yeah well yeah and how weird you think it is to have sex in front of a baby right like for me 0.99
00:32:26.340 i would i would not feel comfortable having sex turn off yeah that's having sex in front of a dog 0.99
00:32:34.360 yeah I couldn't I couldn't oh and then you know I guess you could put the baby in another room 0.97
00:32:39.660 but that seems very dangerous or you hope the baby's asleep for long enough you wait until
00:32:43.900 the baby falls asleep and then you know they're in another room presumably and you you make it
00:32:49.500 work look people make it work it's just it's you know some people we were joking that babysitters
00:32:55.220 are just prostitutes with extra steps at this point but the point I'm making here is I also 0.99
00:33:01.840 think the the callousness towards incels turned a lot of people off from the gay agenda right
00:33:06.100 but by this what i mean is in the 90s when people were like can you believe that there are these men
00:33:13.420 who like can't even be in relationships and have sex was like who turns them on like what a tragedy
00:33:19.180 it would be if they didn't find a partner right i heard that and my thoughts on that were yeah that
00:33:26.880 does sound like a tragedy right like it's sad that they can't you know find or have a relationship
00:33:32.500 with the type of partner that they find most attractive and everything like that and i have
00:33:37.020 to find this and actually something that was trending on x this morning was people observing
00:33:40.640 from ayla's big kink survey that the proportion of men i think who were like five foot or under
00:33:47.900 that were gay was incredibly high and the general conclusion that people had reached was basically 0.98
00:33:53.420 if you can't get sex from a woman even if you're not gay you're gonna be gay because it's where 0.96
00:33:59.360 you can get it i'll try to find that and send it to you it was i don't know what to make of it yet 0.98
00:34:03.760 but that just came to mind i might have to do the same hormones that judge growth could be 0.97
00:34:09.340 could affect yeah absolutely yeah but then we saw in society women and democrats the same people who
00:34:16.940 had convinced us of a wouldn't it be terrifying if this gay man just had to live their entire 1.00
00:34:22.280 life without having sex with what they want to have sex with. Sorry, Malcolm, correction. So 1.00
00:34:27.440 actually what it was, was the founder of Keeper. Jake Kozlowski shared a chart from over 30,000 men
00:34:33.260 on Keeper, which is an AI matchmaking app that showed this really sharp drop at 5'11", and then
00:34:40.520 a huge jump at six feet, which he calls clear evidence of rounding up. And then he also shared
00:34:46.340 a second chart from Nora based on the big kink survey responses that plots gay cisgender males
00:34:54.260 by height and nearly 50% at five feet dropped to single digits by 610. That is to say 50% of men
00:35:03.520 are gay at five feet. Wait, 50% of men under... Yeah, let me send this to you. Yeah, this is 0.97
00:35:08.820 really insane. Yeah, here's Nora's post showing the big kink chart. I mean, it checks out was 1.00
00:35:16.280 my like anecdotal experience but so from ayla's big kink survey it shows sexual orientation
00:35:22.420 plotted against height in inches and when you're at 60 inches 49 61 inches 48 62 inches drops to
00:35:34.540 39 i know i know and then once you get someone who is 78 inches like quite tall at the very end
00:35:42.760 of the spectrum it's only five percent and it's just this really clean slope downward basically 0.99
00:35:48.540 like the taller you are the less well it also goes in the opposite direction tall women are 0.97
00:35:53.940 very likely to be lesbians what is it 77 height and inches 45 percent of women are lesbians which 1.00
00:36:00.660 would help to explain remember when i was doing that like are lesbians like fake are they not 0.64
00:36:05.600 real i did point to something that confused me which is like that the sheer number of lesbians 0.96
00:36:10.080 on on professional basketball teams but maybe it has to do with like higher levels of testosterone 0.98
00:36:17.700 which are also related with i believe higher stature taller stature so interesting stuff
00:36:24.480 there just throwing that out there that is fascinating right i know weird stuff huh
00:36:31.160 no but what i what i mean the point i keep about to get to is we saw the same group who had
00:36:37.020 convinced us oh my god it would be mortifying if somebody couldn't sleep with whoever they wanted
00:36:40.680 to in their life like the the their preference right like imagine going through your entire life
00:36:45.960 never being able to sleep with a tape of people who you find arousing and attractive and i was
00:36:50.740 like oh this matters and then the same people who were making that argument when the incel movement
00:36:54.900 happened and stuff like that right they were like laughing at these incels like ha ha ha
00:36:58.740 look at these men who can't get anyone when it is literally them who are gating them off from sex 0.56
00:37:03.820 from these men and i was like oh you don't really care about men not being able to sleep with people 0.77
00:37:10.180 what you care about is hot men not being able to sleep with people that's what you mean by this
00:37:15.440 you men who you consider human right like that's who this fight was over and then i was like
00:37:19.440 okay like i'm i'm significantly less sympathetic to the argument at that point but i also think 0.99
00:37:26.300 the argument on the conservative side is pretty stupid on this so like just outright banning gay 0.99
00:37:30.620 marriage seems really stupid to me i'll explain why okay it's a sin okay gay being gay living a 1.00
00:37:38.800 gay lifestyle not being saying that's attracted that's obviously not a sin but choosing to marry 1.00
00:37:43.160 someone of the same gender is a sin choosing to have sex with them is a sin choosing to have a 1.00
00:37:47.280 family is a sin how are the heck are you helping them by banning them from getting married like 0.96
00:37:51.820 and just to sorry to put things in perspective like we would argue non-procreative sex is is a
00:37:57.840 sin so i mean well yeah romans anything you don't do for god is a sin yeah so i'm just one i want
00:38:03.460 to put that yeah we're not like we're not uniquely hating on gays here we're kind of hating on anyone
00:38:07.540 who's like oh this thing feels good i'm going to do it purely for fun and just ignore all the 0.81
00:38:12.300 evolutionary reasoning behind why it feels good yeah but back to gays sorry go on the the banning 0.67
00:38:21.200 them from getting married does not nudge them towards moral action like is it a higher level 0.94
00:38:28.300 of morality to be a gay guy in a monogamous stable relationship than it is to be a gay guy 0.71
00:38:36.180 going to orgies every week or something i will present to you the counter argument that has 0.70
00:38:40.780 been given to me that i think is somewhat compelling that once gay marriage was legalized 0.94
00:38:46.920 the non-profits that fought for gay marriage were like well i'm not gonna like quit you know i want
00:38:53.300 to keep getting paid so and i want to keep raising money so that i keep getting paid therefore i guess
00:38:58.780 we're gonna have to start fighting for trans rights and we're gonna have to start fighting
00:39:01.780 for all this other stuff and it they just had to keep moving the overton window to more extreme 0.84
00:39:07.900 stuff so the general reasoning is no let them let them have to keep fight over like this is their
00:39:13.720 sisyphusian hill and we're just going to keep it there to keep the overton window going from
00:39:19.280 something to something even worse yeah i understand the the like using this as a sisyphusian hill or
00:39:27.480 or whatever i just am i using the right thing wait who is it who do i mean the core one of
00:39:34.120 the core role of older on the hill if i'm going to be totally transparent right like above all else
00:39:39.960 is because there are a lot of gay Republicans who are very, very important to the Republican
00:39:45.400 cause. A lot of gay people are just disproportionately good at the creative arts.
00:39:50.800 And when you kick gay people out of a movement, you end up suffering where you need human 0.99
00:39:55.860 creativity. I don't know why this is the case. It just seems to disproportionately be the case 1.00
00:40:01.260 is that gays are good at a certain type of labor. And in the last election,
00:40:05.460 Scott Pressler was pretty much uncontestably the number one conservative like get out to vote 0.67
00:40:10.860 person gay right you know and he converted because to republicanism after the the the gay
00:40:18.420 shoot up of a of a nightclub by a muslim right and he was like bro like anti-muslim and I'm like 0.78
00:40:24.240 more comfortable siding with normal gays because I think you know when we bring like islamism into 0.98
00:40:29.940 our countries and stuff like this and we are like look they're of a totally different culture than 1.00
00:40:34.880 us one of the things that makes their culture entirely different and antithetical to ours
00:40:39.960 is their hatred for different forms of sexual expression right and i am okay like my brand of
00:40:48.660 conservatism is okay harnessing sexiness anime girls whatever as a weapon for our side right
00:40:57.540 and i think as part of being like i'm okay with the ways that you guys are culturally different
00:41:04.700 are the ways that you guys are practicing christianity different from i am i think that
00:41:09.800 like that umbrella from utility perspective it is useful to spread to gay people we just i do
00:41:16.440 understand that the sisyphusian hill thing i just think we lose too many useful potential allies
00:41:21.300 if and and keep in mind what you could be like what are you talking about here the new york times
00:41:26.160 did an article on trump's big gay white house like the guy who like started at least the political 0.97
00:41:30.980 fear the new right rolling was Peter Thiel in terms of funding and stuff like that a gay guy 0.97
00:41:36.380 right this was the guy who brought down Gawker right and if you look at the big gay White House 0.84
00:41:41.080 they talked about how there were conservative women in Washington who are really excited about 0.74
00:41:45.600 Trump's White House coming in and this is conservative women saying this because they
00:41:48.980 thought that they were going to have a bunch of new guys that they could date and then they 0.96
00:41:51.840 realized that all the conservative staffers in the Trump administration were gay or disproportionately 0.92
00:41:56.120 gay and yeah i here's my take on this though like if if i just were put in charge for a little bit 0.92
00:42:02.300 you know mods were asleep and i could be just making a bunch of laws really really quickly 0.78
00:42:06.720 i would probably end governmental control or like naming over marriage like no longer are you
00:42:15.440 married per the government you are married by your church i don't care what that means and then there
00:42:21.220 are separate legal state and federal recognized forms of financial and power of attorney entanglement
00:42:29.180 like if you want to name someone as someone who can go to the hospital and show up for you and be
00:42:34.240 your power of attorney and accept things in your will then here's the form to fill out i don't care 0.99
00:42:39.800 what you are it's so stupid like yeah because okay you're married per the catholic church you're 1.00
00:42:46.220 married per the the gay space communists i don't care but it's that that is a religious thing and 1.00
00:42:52.820 then separately there are a series of legal agreements that you have and already there's
00:42:57.520 like common law marriage like i know we're like just stop using the m-word let's just separate 0.94
00:43:02.960 it out because this is stupid we don't have to have this argument at all ever if a conservative 0.71
00:43:09.020 came out there pushing this i think it'd be a popular position i don't know i don't know i 0.98
00:43:12.940 i feel like there's something in place that i don't i haven't looked into it i don't really
00:43:16.300 care that much because this is not the hill that we're going to die on but i feel like there must
00:43:20.960 be something that's stopping us just from being like you know maybe some demonious old-fashioned 0.80
00:43:26.680 gay marriage was like an existential thing and now i'm really sold yeah like that it's weird 0.88
00:43:32.260 yeah now when i think back on it i'm like wait what why is it the biggest deal ever like yeah 0.98
00:43:37.060 it's just so stupid because and the argument that i grew up with of like well oh you know 0.75
00:43:42.500 we're functionally, you know, we're a couple, we're married, but if, if she goes to the hospital, 0.99
00:43:46.660 I can't go and help her because I'm not her legal partner. And I'm like, yeah, that is,
00:43:51.560 that's really stupid. You know, like you get angry about it because it's stupid. Like if two people 1.00
00:43:55.780 have agreed to be there for each other. And again, it really doesn't, I don't care if they're, if
00:44:00.880 they're like doing sexual things together or not, like you should be able to be that for your best
00:44:06.040 friend. You should be able to be that for a neighbor who really needs you. Right. Like what,
00:44:10.440 what ended up happening when you when you asked an ai about has anyone actually i couldn't because
00:44:14.920 my hands like my other hand is and i can't type with just one hand i'm holding oh well you should
00:44:19.320 have said that then i would have done i didn't want to interrupt you because people get mad at
00:44:22.680 me when i interrupt you okay this is this is interesting okay so no there are no widespread
00:44:28.920 unjust firings solely for mentioning homosexuality or saying gay the law primarily restricted
00:44:33.560 classroom instruction on sexual and gender identity in kindergarten through the third
00:44:37.720 grade later expanded, not casual references. A 2024 settlement clarified that teachers and
00:44:43.480 students can discuss these topics outside of formal instruction. Media advocacy groups noticed
00:44:48.300 a quote-unquote chilling effect, but that's it. The only notable exceptions was a non-binary 1.00
00:44:54.760 teacher forcing everyone to call them mix. A physics teacher at a Florida virtual school was 0.73
00:45:00.480 fired for using the gender-neutral title mix instead of matching the one assigned at their
00:45:05.380 birth system from the 2023 expansions h1 sorry hb 1069 prohibiting titles and pronouns not so
00:45:13.040 they explicitly banned these titles which i think is a good thing you shouldn't be pushing this on
00:45:17.360 kids then you had melissa calhoun 2024 to 2025 a veteran english teacher had her contract not
00:45:24.660 renewed after using a student's preferred name without documented parental consent this is not
00:45:32.060 a firing this is not an indication of the law being taken into effect teachers discussing a
00:45:36.900 person's sexuality a middle school art teacher was reportedly fired after students asked her
00:45:40.980 about her pansexuality during an open discussion leading to student artwork on related themes
00:45:46.340 administrators intervened and she was terminated oh so students were drawing people in yeah that
00:45:53.440 makes sense that's not a casual mention so wow it's it's never been abused the way that they
00:45:58.860 said it was going to be. Hmm. Interesting. Interesting. But yeah, I guess where I come down
00:46:04.180 on this is it's just not an issue. I'm that fiery or passionate about one way or the other. Now that
00:46:11.480 I'm a parent and I think about all this in the civilizational context, I would like my default
00:46:16.520 push is still, it's worth keeping gays in the wider Republican Alliance. There's been some
00:46:22.240 polls that should like 40% of them vote Republican, like male gays we increasingly get as the left 1.00
00:46:27.640 abandons them and male gaze were always the competent ones the reason all their orgs are 0.99
00:46:31.960 failing now is because they're run by these well you know the type the type who i pictured at the
00:46:38.460 beginning of this right when they began to turn on the male gaze who again like the reason i support
00:46:44.800 male gaze is because they appear to be represented in effective groups disproportionately and you're
00:46:53.240 randomly shooting yourself and if you get if you push them out of your movement or you make them
00:46:57.920 feel uncomfortable in your movement and also you make it just harder to capture other people
00:47:01.880 because it just makes the progressives more comically bad when you're only arguing for
00:47:06.320 things that like everyone can agree on and i guess my broader moral position is never attempt to
00:47:11.080 enforce my morality on an outsider like the reason i fight against the trans stuff is because they're
00:47:16.560 trying to force their morality on other people and so i'm just being hypocritical if i then come out 0.61
00:47:22.380 and say oh and you can't be gay married if that's what you want to be which yeah i see is like
00:47:28.520 i i don't know like the the again but i've even seen like asmogold was against he had a video
00:47:36.880 where he was against because of the viral case of the gay couple who had a a child through another
00:47:42.760 couple who acted as their surrogate and the little baby said mama or something and like they looked
00:47:47.460 at this like this is horrible and it's like the baby doesn't know like what what are you what are
00:47:51.580 you talking about yeah like this is the sign that a baby knows deep down that his mother isn't
00:47:58.460 present like no the baby probably just randomly got gassy yeah it's not that it's not bad to grow
00:48:04.540 up without a mother but it is worse to not grow up at all and well and when you actually look at
00:48:09.620 longitudinal research around children of specifically gay men their outcomes are better 1.00
00:48:15.620 on average and that's probably because the only gay men who are able to make it to having a kid 0.99
00:48:20.160 have a lot of money and work really hard and you know are showing showing signs of being quite
00:48:24.860 conscientious hard-working people were likely to set their kids up to succeed yeah and i mean
00:48:30.920 again like obviously our religious take on this it ends up influencing us because from our position
00:48:35.680 functionally you're aborting a kid if you prevent them from having it like if they wanted to have
00:48:41.260 that kid and you prevented them from having and raising that kid who would have grown up in 0.91
00:48:45.040 presumably even odds are even though gays assault their kids at higher rates than other people
00:48:51.600 it's still the vast majority of kids in gay families are not assaulted and would prefer
00:48:57.380 that life to non-existence right where that's the alternative it's not one of these guys ended up
00:49:04.520 marrying that surrogate and then they raise the family in like a heterosexual relationship
00:49:08.300 it's that kid didn't end up existing that's the alternative that people are fighting for and i
00:49:13.760 think that's that to me just seems like obviously the the less moral position but i can understand
00:49:19.500 how like if you're just looking at like feelings and heartstrings and everything like that and i
00:49:23.940 think the way that we change this is uh simply by having more like based gay men who are fighting
00:49:32.320 against the urban monoculture and against the grooming of kids and stuff like that sort of in
00:49:37.180 positions of visibility right like i i think it's sort of on them because i i can't make
00:49:43.260 them popular and the only way that conservatives are going to be like oh they're not that bad
00:49:46.760 is if they're listening to them regularly if they have insight into their life right
00:49:50.540 and yet we just don't have that many gay conservative influencers out there i mean
00:49:55.280 we got scott presley and we've got a few on youtube that i've seen but like the one space
00:49:59.300 that they don't seem they seem to love working in like the the orgs and the fundraising and the
00:50:04.960 you know getting bills passed but they don't do a lot of i guess who do we know tracy woodgrain
00:50:09.460 is probably the most famous that we know but yeah i love you i love you too oh we have some really
00:50:16.200 cool base camp listeners who are gay who we know we consider friends but we wouldn't name them
00:50:22.480 we you know who you are we wouldn't name them yeah and that's that's also why i'm like
00:50:27.540 i just don't see it as being it's people are like oh that's how they got their hooks in that's how
00:50:33.600 they started winning the culture war and it's like i don't think so i actually think if you pull the
00:50:37.820 gay issue from them you make it easier for us to win the culture war but whatever the case may be
00:50:42.440 clearly support for gay rights is going to go down over time and it's going to continue to go down 0.89
00:50:47.180 over time and i i do expect them to lose a hard one rights a lot in the near future and i really
00:50:53.200 think their only hope of maintaining them is by moving to become a more and more republican faction
00:50:59.500 because like that would do to separate it out like no we're not fighting over gay marriage
00:51:06.400 we're fighting over all the other things we're not with them i think that's the key distinction
00:51:10.700 that needs to be made we're not with those guys yeah all right well i love you very much
00:51:16.340 bye i'm so entertained by everything you're telling me about bricks and many fakes so
00:51:23.240 the leaked police tapes the lying about everything oh my god the brits and minifigs situation is
00:51:33.120 everything it is the juiciest drama i can't stop learning about it we got more information i was
00:51:39.100 explaining to simone that i and no one else seems to understand that the biggest illegal thing that
00:51:44.700 was done was the confiscation of the store and its inventory and sort of everything else is
00:51:49.240 downstream of that and i was trying to understand what really happened there and in the guys because
00:51:55.360 he we now have the leaked audio of what he said to police about what happened we can basically
00:52:00.640 piece together what really happened so the head ceo of brooks and many things the the the guy who
00:52:06.320 ended up taking over the location we found out that he's really close buddies was the ceo and
00:52:10.400 worked in in in corporate so likely in the same ward as the ceo same mormon groups everything like
00:52:15.820 that. And the person who ran the store sent an email to the CEO saying, I'm moving to Scotland
00:52:22.060 and I'm looking for the process to sell my franchise. And he basically, what we're learning
00:52:26.400 is sort of the way he relates to the law. He's like, well, they were behind on their payments
00:52:30.820 in the past because we messed up setting up their banking information. And yes, they worked that out,
00:52:35.420 but are they really going to do anything if she's moving to Scotland or she's just going to want to
00:52:38.780 wipe her hands of this? Let me just send a guy to the store to bully her and basically confiscate 1.00
00:52:43.520 everything there and i'm gonna give it all everything that i'm able to confiscate from this 1.00
00:52:47.640 woman to my guy and whatever he makes in terms of selling that stuff he's gonna give me that money
00:52:54.020 and that'll be the payment for the franchise oh so that's why they were so keen on all of these
00:53:02.200 profits it was seller financing except the seller financing was stolen goods yes that the ceo helped
00:53:11.160 him steal yeah this is gonna be so bad like it's it's obviously just continuing to spiral at this
00:53:17.900 point and the more people learn about it the more engaging the story gets you know you can't put it 0.83
00:53:23.540 down because it's got such a clear good guy and bad guy and there's even like some mormons in it
00:53:28.680 who are being good guys like the the kid from the guy's temple because he swore to god that he would
00:53:32.460 give the stuff back if they apologized to him and they did tried to talk with him about it and he
00:53:36.840 calls the police on the the mormon kid as well which is another part of the problem is is it's
00:53:41.100 really who should be targeted in all of this is the local bishop and that's like if i was a mormon
00:53:46.980 that's who i would be panickedly emailing as the local bishop and be like you you guys need to do
00:53:51.780 something because these people will immediately fold if the local bishop reaches out to them and
00:53:56.560 it's like you are clearly in the wrong and need to stop yeah you're out of line this needs to
00:54:01.960 stop right away you're hurting the entire community maybe something will happen i don't
00:54:08.160 know maybe some well i mean if they will watch your video and they didn't deal with the people
00:54:15.540 who beat a bunch of children to death this is during the meadows massacre oh i try to make
00:54:20.580 sure the baby chicks have food and water yeah you can finish i get all and more relics if there are
00:54:25.480 yes you can finish filling up the outside hanging food container with the big chicken food okay
00:54:32.980 um okay thank you and then you can go inside and watch videos about gyroscopes okay
00:54:38.720 yeah yeah all right uh i turned it off so i'm sorry that's okay you can turn it back on
00:54:46.280 love you buddy all right let's go but yeah that that that situation is getting crazy
00:54:54.600 crazy especially given the pr term mormonism has had like nick shirley for example
00:55:00.020 i know they've had so many good hits you've got ballerina farm nick shirley well ballerina farm
00:55:06.380 is mixed i guess mostly good though on the conservative side it's mostly positive yeah
00:55:10.660 and then just to shove the foot in their face so hard and they keep making the mistake of we can't
00:55:19.420 do anything about this it's just a random bad actor it's like i'm sorry you shouldn't organize
00:55:23.980 your religion in a way that explicitly allows you to do something about it if you want to make that
00:55:29.860 excuse right which is that's the thing that perplexes me like i guess they don't yeah like
00:55:35.700 you can you can be a young woman who's engaged to marry your future husband and go to I guess
00:55:44.280 your bishop or like some leader in your church and you have to confess like oh well you know we
00:55:49.960 kind of had sex before marriage and then they're like well okay you can't have a temple marriage
00:55:54.680 now you're like I'm taking away all these things and like so all these people are being severely
00:56:00.140 punished or this guy swore to god and then lied and it's provable yeah like in terms of just
00:56:07.940 where i the punishments are being applied they're being applied in totally the wrong place
00:56:13.880 so we've got techno puritanism and if you're a mormon and you're just disappointed in the way
00:56:18.580 your church is handling things our religion is there for you no scandals yet no yes no bad
00:56:24.300 give it time don't worry you can sign up to become the first scandal we need one scandals wanted 0.97
00:56:30.800 anyway the first major scandal all right gotta showcase my wife's wonderful
00:56:37.260 slow cooked pork and bok chow what are you guys doing 0.72
00:56:42.080 what you eating do you like it did you get the taco for that yourself
00:56:54.240 Do you want to watch My Hero Academia with me, the show we were watching yesterday?
