00:00:00.000 All right, guys, happy Tuesday. The Internet is very much divided over the Conor McGregor
00:00:04.940 sexual assault civil suit. He has just lost it, by the way. He's been ordered to pay his
00:00:10.000 victim approximately 250,000 euros. Already people yelling at me in the chat. I feel like
00:00:15.180 you're about to defend him or other people being like he's innocent. Well, we're going to talk
00:00:19.100 about that case for sure. I'll give you some details and see what you think. Plus, many of
00:00:23.040 you guys know that earlier this year I did indeed break a rabbi. Well, that deranged man, Rabbi
00:00:29.080 Shmuley, has finally taken his harassment of me too far, too far. And I'm going to
00:00:34.940 give you guys the inside track of why we issued him a legal letter. And I'm deadly
00:00:38.920 serious. And it is over him just being an outright pervert. Lastly is Thanksgiving
00:00:44.080 week, my favorite holiday. And I'm going to tell you guys what I am most thankful for
00:00:47.440 this year. And I think you might be a little bit surprised. All that coming up on Candace.
00:00:59.080 All right. So we are conducting a live poll here in the chat on YouTube. I've asked the
00:01:11.780 question to you guys, do you believe Conor McGregor is guilty? Thus far, the results before
00:01:16.160 we jump into this monologue, 56% of you have answered unsure. 25% have answered not guilty.
00:01:25.220 And 19% have entered in a guilty verdict. So that means that the majority of people do
00:01:31.860 not think he is guilty of the people who have an opinion on it. And then, of course, the
00:01:36.100 overwhelming majority of you are unsure. So I hope that I can provide a little bit of
00:01:39.800 clarity. But first and foremost, I want to say, especially, I really want to hear from
00:01:44.180 women today. I have to hear from women today on the topic of what constitutes a rape, what
00:01:50.300 constitutes a sexual assault. Everybody knows my history with this. I very, very much made myself
00:01:56.120 an enemy of the Me Too movement, of the hashtag believe women trend, all of it. All of those kinds
00:02:02.700 of movements in the past have labeled me as an internalized misogynist. I always love these like
00:02:08.120 fruity little names they come up with all the time. And I guess an internalized misogynist is like
00:02:12.180 a woman who doesn't know that she hates being a woman on the inside. Something like also being a
00:02:17.920 black-white supremacist. Super kooky. But I think it's a new day. And I think that many women who
00:02:25.060 perhaps believed the earlier media depictions about me no longer do. They're starting to see that
00:02:29.520 actually, I really am just a person that is ruled by logic and not emotion. And I like to have all of
00:02:35.480 the facts presented to me before I enter in a verdict about anything. On the logic side, just to jog your
00:02:41.060 memory, as much as I absolutely hated NBC's Matt Lauer, remember the anchor, NBC News anchor at the top
00:02:47.740 of his game, at the top of his game before he then got Me Too'd. And I had to force myself to defend
00:02:53.900 him because it was utterly illogical, the story that we were being told. But a hashtag was trending and
00:02:59.540 everyone was like, get him out of there. And he lost his entire life, his entire career, because
00:03:04.240 allegedly he raped an intern while covering the Olympics. And then the two of them thereafter decided
00:03:12.320 to continue to have a sexual affair for two years all across New York City. That was actually the
00:03:17.340 story that took down Matt Lauer. So we're supposed to believe that first time he raped her. But then
00:03:22.140 she was like, OK, whatever. I kind of love you, rapist. And then they carried on a two-year affair.
00:03:26.480 I mean, completely and pointedly ridiculous when you just just common sense, my friends, common
00:03:31.320 sense. Obviously, he was never credibly accused of rape criminally. Instead, she got a check from
00:03:37.220 NBC and disappeared into the universe. I also strongly believe in personal responsibility. That is why
00:03:42.900 just last week. And this also points to the fact that I will point the finger at men, too.
00:03:48.220 Of course, millions of adoring fans worldwide were mourning the death of One Direction singer
00:03:52.040 Liam Payne after he fell off of a balcony. And it is sad. It is a tragedy. But I did also use my
00:03:57.640 platform to signal that it's completely ridiculous and absurd that lawsuits have since been filed
00:04:03.640 against a friend of his for abandonment that was present down there in Argentina.
00:04:09.060 And plus, there was also this Argentinian waiter who's being sued for, quote unquote,
00:04:14.340 supplying drugs to him. Come on, guys. Liam Payne ordered the drugs. He consumed the drugs. He
00:04:19.780 knows what those drugs do. Actions do indeed have consequences. And no one should know that better
00:04:24.860 than an adult that has a fully developed brain. That is just my perspective. Some people, it seems
00:04:29.040 harsh when we're in these emotional moments. Our instincts start to give in to every emotion before
00:04:33.800 we even hear the facts. We don't even need to hear the facts. It's like, how did I feel when I
00:04:37.180 watched that? How did I feel when I watched the George Floyd video? Well, I felt badly. And so
00:04:41.180 therefore, what happened here is a crime and the police should all go to prison. Same thing, by the
00:04:46.200 way, Kesha, the notorious photo of Kesha crying in the back of the courtroom. That was it. That's all
00:04:50.300 it took. Everyone just convicted Dr. Luke and said this poor woman is trapped in her contract with Sony
00:04:57.980 and it's just so sad. And she's a rape victim and no further questions asked until like, you know,
00:05:03.920 their court case went on for an entire decade. Many things came to the forefront, including the fact
00:05:08.740 that Kesha had lied to Lady Gaga by saying that Katy Perry was raped. And Katy Perry said, this is
00:05:13.600 absolutely not true at all. And Dr. Luke maintained his innocence saying, no, she is accusing me of
00:05:18.980 this because she wants to edit her contracts. And Sony backed him up on that. Of course, and of course,
00:05:23.940 who could forget? Amber Heard, the bruise on her eye. Forget it. Johnny Depp was done until he was able to
00:05:30.880 sue her for defamation. And then the public really got to see what was going on behind the scenes.
00:05:35.880 So this brings me to Conor McGregor talking about emotions and how people feel. Okay. So if you
00:05:40.100 don't know who Conor McGregor is, he is a famed Irish UFC fighter who is at this moment losing all of
00:05:45.820 his sponsorships. It's a very big deal. He is being financially impacted due to the fact that they
00:05:51.220 returned a verdict that he was plausibly assaulted a woman, not raping her, despite multiple headlines
00:05:59.260 that are misreporting this decision in the courtroom. So here is what we are going to do. We're going
00:06:03.900 to continue to run that poll. We're going to let you guys decide, as I give you the facts of this
00:06:08.820 case, whether or not you think he is guilty. And I'm going to tell you all about this woman who is
00:06:14.780 accusing him of sexually assaulting her. Now, her name is Nikita Hand. I can tell you that because
00:06:19.420 she's in the public sphere. She's not trying to maintain her privacy. And we should examine some of
00:06:25.420 these facts. First and foremost, she's bringing a civil suit. She brought a civil suit against him,
00:06:30.640 not a criminal suit. Why? Well, because she already tried to bring this case criminally twice,
00:06:36.320 and it was denied due to a lack of evidence. Okay. She claimed in the courtroom that she was brutally
00:06:43.220 raped and battered by Conor McGregor. And yet the director of public prosecution declined to prosecute it.
00:06:51.700 So let's take a look into what maybe led them to make that decision. Okay. And here's the story.
00:06:58.320 First and foremost, actually, let me just give you the emotion of this. This is actually a clip
00:07:01.740 of Nikita Hand, just speaking to the fact that often people are just responding to emotion. This is her
00:07:06.900 walking out of the courtroom after she scores the victory against Conor McGregor. Take a listen.
00:07:12.920 To all the victims of sexual assault, I hope my story is a reminder that no matter how afraid you might
00:07:18.940 be, speak up, you have a voice, and keep on fighting for justice. I know this has impacted
00:07:24.340 not only my life, my daughters, my family and friends tremendously. And it's something that I'll
00:07:31.420 never forget for the rest of my life. But now that justice has been served, I can now try and move on
00:07:36.600 and look forward to the future with my family and friends and daughter.
00:07:40.980 Moving testimony. She cried throughout the trial. She spoke about how she had to have a tampon
00:07:46.400 surgically removed. So if you hear that as a woman, you're instantly like, oh my gosh,
00:07:50.460 how could any person ever think that she did anything wrong in this? Like very clearly Conor
00:07:54.000 McGregor must have raped her. Okay. So here is the actual backstory. Nikita Hand actually contacted
00:07:59.860 Conor McGregor on social media. The two of them struck up a back and forth social media flirting
00:08:04.600 relationship. And on this particular night, she slid into his DMs and because he had posted the
00:08:13.660 photo, a photo of himself at the nightclub. I want to be very clear. Both of these people
00:08:17.300 are partying. Okay. She sends a photo of herself in a sexy red jumpsuit and asks him where he is
00:08:24.100 because he's now posted a photo of himself at a DJ booth partying. Unsa, unsa, unsa, unsa. And
00:08:29.420 specifically, she sends him a message saying, it's our Christmas party as she's wearing this red
00:08:34.120 jumpsuit. Come out and get us. Now, who is she referring to when she says us? She was referring to
00:08:39.180 the friend that she was with at the Christmas party, a woman named Danielle Keeley, who is also
00:08:45.640 her work colleague. That's a photo of her right there. And I want to be clear that she sent Conor
00:08:51.160 McGregor this message despite the fact that she is both a mother and she has a boyfriend. Okay.
00:08:57.520 Now, I want to be clear. Conor continued to party all night. There is no doubt that he was on a bender.
00:09:03.620 How do we know he was on a bender? Because when you look at the timeline of this,
00:09:07.380 he's, they're texting all throughout the night until 7 a.m. 7 a.m. Conor McGregor
00:09:12.340 testified that he was out until 7 a.m. when he instructs his security to book him a penthouse
00:09:17.500 room at the Beacon Hotel. Okay. Now it's morning time. Nikita and him are still messaging.
00:09:23.320 At 1051 a.m., they decide that they're going to get together. He picks her up at her workplace,
00:09:30.620 a hair salon, with her colleague, Danielle, the person that we just showed you.
00:09:34.640 So they then drove around for two hours. He claims that they began hooking up right away
00:09:40.000 in the car at this time. And then they all decided to go back to the hotel where he and
00:09:45.660 her hooked up in the bathroom. Now it's a penthouse suite. So it's got bedrooms and they hooked up
00:09:52.440 in the bedroom. He says they had consensual sex. She is saying now the sex was not consensual.
00:09:58.160 But it's important to note here that her friend Danielle was outside of the room when they were
00:10:03.660 hooking up on a sofa, on a sofa bed with his friend who was with them. And his friend's name,
00:10:09.140 it's a very important character in this, his friend's name is James Lawrence. Okay. So James
00:10:13.560 Lawrence is sitting on the sofa with Danielle. She's hooking up with Conor McGregor in the bathroom.
00:10:19.100 Conor McGregor comes out and he's exhausted. He alleges that he then fell asleep because,
00:10:25.080 well, it's believable that he was exhausted because we're talking like what, 10, 11 a.m.
00:10:28.800 in the morning. He's been out partying all night. His friend Lawrence then wakes him up and he's
00:10:35.080 like, look, I'm tired. I got to go. I really have just, this bender has got to end. And he decides
00:10:40.760 to leave them all at the hotel room, but leaves a car behind so that they can all get home safely.
00:10:46.860 Okay. Want to be very clear again. Conor McGregor is clearly on a bender. We can talk about that
00:10:51.260 on a whole, a whole nother episode about his drinking, which I think is problematic. It's
00:10:55.540 important to note here that her friend Danielle wound up testifying against her. Giving evidence
00:11:03.620 on Wednesday, Danielle Keeley told the court that she was with Nikita in South Dublin as a part of
00:11:10.780 a Christmas work party. Ms. Keeley, who was called to give evidence for Mr. McGregor said that she did
00:11:16.840 not know Nikita that well, but she told the court that they were collected by Mr. McGregor from the
00:11:22.040 salon at around 10 a.m. on the Sunday morning. And after collecting Mr. Lawrence, they were then taken
00:11:28.040 to the Beacon Hotel. When asked to describe the mood in the penthouse, she said everything was fine
00:11:33.120 and everyone was in good form. She told the court that she knew Nikita and Mr. McGregor had gone into
00:11:38.760 the bedroom, but she didn't really know much about that. She said that she did not, she did not know what
00:11:42.800 was happening in the room and that when she returned to the main room of the penthouse,
00:11:47.380 everything was fine. She said, quote, everything was fine and no one was in bad form. I didn't notice
00:11:53.080 anything that had happened, Ms. Keeley said. Asked if anyone appeared upset, she also replied no.
00:11:59.960 Ms. Keeley, though, then says that she was contacted by Nikita in the days after the alleged incident,
00:12:05.840 claiming that she had been raped. Asked for her reaction to that days later, Ms. Keeley said, quote,
00:12:11.780 I was surprised because I didn't see anything. I told her I hadn't seen or heard anything.
00:12:18.060 She then told the court that Nikita asked her to delete text messages between them from that night.
00:12:24.140 Now, Nikita asking, she asked several people to delete messages from that night because the
00:12:28.040 messages apparently don't show a young woman that is in distress. These are just the facts. These are
00:12:33.080 just the testimony that has been given. Now, this is by her work friend and colleague. I don't know what
00:12:38.380 her incentive would be to lie. Obviously, she's also got the proof of the form of text messages of when
00:12:43.060 she was informed day later, days later that her friend who she was with, the room that she was just
00:12:48.020 outside of that a horrific rape had just taken place. OK, so let's be clear. Let's fast forward.
00:12:53.340 She now is telling her friend that she's raped and Nikita then decides to do what you're supposed
00:12:58.840 to do. She goes after Conor McGregor criminally. And I want to note that she only goes after Conor
00:13:05.200 McGregor for this alleged sexual assault. She names Conor McGregor in this as they begin to
00:13:10.360 investigate this situation. And of course, the police take this very seriously as they're
00:13:15.400 investigating it. This means taking statements from everyone who could plausibly testify as to
00:13:20.440 what happened that night. Curiously enough, Conor McGregor's friend, Lawrence, who was also present,
00:13:26.260 the one that was on the sofa, states that not only did Conor not rape this woman, he believes it was
00:13:32.120 consensual, but also that he, Lawrence, also had consensual sex with Nikita that night.
00:13:39.060 Wait, what? Whoa, hold up. What are you saying? This would be, of course, a big deal. Her team,
00:13:45.180 of course, makes a very sound argument. Lawrence is lying. He's lying. That's Conor's friend. Of
00:13:49.520 course, he's lying for him. He's just saying that to protect his friend. But then in the course of
00:13:55.080 this investigation, some very interesting evidence turns up. CCTV footage from that morning,
00:14:00.360 which captures her kissing and touching both Conor McGregor and his friend. Okay. The CCTV footage
00:14:09.380 also revealed that after McGregor left the hotel, like he said, left them behind, she stayed at the
00:14:16.120 Beacon Hotel for four more hours partying and drinking. And it is during that time which she
00:14:21.400 apparently had sexual intercourse with Lawrence, Conor McGregor's friend. Per the BBC, quote,
00:14:26.760 quote, during almost 20 minutes of the CCTV footage, the barrister said Miss Lawrence,
00:14:32.180 Mr. Lawrence, pardon, and Nikita are in the basement of the hotel and she can be seen kissing
00:14:36.980 Mr. Lawrence on the cheek. The barrister said on occasion they also have their arms around each
00:14:41.600 other. So Nikita says that she has no recollection of that whatsoever. Once she realizes there's footage,
00:14:47.900 she says, quote, it's not me. It's not my character. You can see how vulnerable I was.
00:14:52.640 I'm stumbling. I don't want to have to look at this footage again. It's very disturbing to me,
00:14:57.120 she said. Mr. McGregor's lawyer said that the CCTV footage clearly contradicts the story
00:15:04.080 that she told the court. She broke down. She said that she didn't agree with that assessment.
00:15:10.280 She said, quote, the CCTV footage does not take away what happened to me in that room with Conor.
00:15:14.900 I was brutally raped and battered. That CCTV does not take away what happened to me, end quote.
00:15:22.180 OK, but the prosecutor's office clearly felt different following the investigation. They
00:15:26.460 ultimately declined to prosecute, citing two main reasons. The first is Nikita freely admitting to
00:15:31.600 the fact that she had consumed a large amount of drugs and alcohol and also the fact that they then
00:15:37.900 discovered that there was a second person who she had sex with after she claimed to be brutally
00:15:43.040 raped by the first. Now, I guess to them, it seemed unlikely that a woman who had survived a brutal
00:15:48.600 rape would not only stay and continue partying after her rapist had left and you can freely go
00:15:54.940 and run to the police and into the armed people that can protect you, but also would someone who
00:16:00.220 was just raped sleep with a second man? But Nikita did not give up. She then pursued Conor McGregor in
00:16:05.620 civil court. And this time, so as maybe perhaps not to make the same mistake, she added Lawrence to the
00:16:10.920 civil suit. She's now pursuing both of you because even if she did sleep with him, her argument is she
00:16:16.080 had no memory of it. So that constitutes an assault as well. They argued, Mrs. Conor decided, that she
00:16:22.560 was clearly of sound minds because she was sending lengthy text messages to her boyfriend the entire
00:16:27.600 night lying about her whereabouts. Obviously, as I mentioned before, she had a boyfriend, so she's
00:16:32.480 doing all of this, but she's got she's in a relationship and she also has a child. Now, you should know by
00:16:38.000 now, having followed American politics, that when it comes to a civil suit, the standards for finding
00:16:44.980 someone guilty is significantly lowered. It really just has to be plausible. You just have to say it's
00:16:49.920 plausible this happened. And we know this more than anything because of E. Jean Carroll, who won that
00:16:55.640 absurd defamation case against Trump for eight hundred million dollars, I think is what they awarded her with
00:17:02.560 not a literal shred of evidence other than her word. It was not. It wasn't a text message. There
00:17:07.620 wasn't. Oh, we can place Trump here. Nothing. It was like from 30 years ago. Didn't matter. The jury was
00:17:13.520 on her side because the jury doesn't like Donald Trump. And it's also worth noting here that regarding
00:17:18.140 the Conor McGregor case, it consisted of the jury. I'm talking about the jury panel was eight women and
00:17:25.260 four men. So I'm wondering if, you know, seeing a woman cry and speak about this, all of these things,
00:17:30.120 it could potentially have impacted a woman. And I think it is. I think women are we are naturally
00:17:35.000 more emotional. And I think that us being more emotional, by the way, is a good thing unless
00:17:40.540 it's tapped into and it's hijacked. It's a tremendously good thing. It's why we're so great
00:17:43.940 with children. We're so nurturing. There's so many strengths to that until somebody hijacks it and it
00:17:49.000 becomes a weakness. So I'll ask you a question again after hearing all of that. And I'm asking women
00:17:54.900 in particular, I am like so interested to dive in and to read your comments. Do you think this is a
00:18:01.780 situation in which she was raped or is this a situation when a woman came to deeply regretted
00:18:09.180 everything that she did and had to account for where she had been perhaps to her boyfriend? Perhaps
00:18:14.840 they saw an opportunity when they saw Conor McGregor's name and said, well, he's got a lot of money and we
00:18:19.540 can now sue him. What is your honest opinion about that? Because I have found over the years, I grow
00:18:26.420 increasingly frustrated with this idea that people don't have to be responsible for what happens to
00:18:33.840 them when they take drugs and they consume alcohol and they know what the effects of the drugs and the
00:18:40.360 alcohol are. You black out. You do things that you wouldn't otherwise do. If I get high on PCP right now,
00:18:48.080 live on the Candace show and I go and I rob a gas station, do I get to argue that it's not my fault
00:18:54.080 and that the gas station owners should have known not to have all of the candy and supplies out while
00:18:59.460 I was high on PCP? Do we at all have to account for the fact that we are consuming things that alter
00:19:05.360 our mental state? By the way, I could very much believe that she doesn't remember much of the
00:19:09.460 evening. If she was partying all night before, if she then got in and did cocaine and did drugs,
00:19:15.000 I could very much buy into that. I went to college. I've seen these girls do these things. I've seen
00:19:19.720 girls black out and quite literally not be able to recollect the night before. But guess what?
00:19:25.540 The guys that they were sleeping with were also under the influence. They were also on drugs.
00:19:31.400 The difference is that they don't get to wake up and say, well, I was on drugs, so I don't account
00:19:34.340 for anything that I do. And if they did, they'd be laughed out. If they were like, oh, you slept with that
00:19:39.040 girl and she's so ugly. Ha ha. I can't believe you slept with her. He wouldn't be like, well, actually,
00:19:44.020 like, you know, I drank a handle of vodka and so she took advantage of me. That circumstance just
00:19:49.060 simply never happens. And so this isn't a defense of anything. And I want to be very clear that beyond
00:19:53.680 anything else, I think the true victim in all of this is Conor McGregor's fiance, Dee Devlin, who has
00:20:00.000 stood by him through everything. He has four beautiful children. Those are the true victims of this
00:20:05.300 situation to have to watch their father not lead their family in a way that is commendable and in
00:20:12.940 a way that commands honor and respect and decency. There is nothing attractive about a man that is not
00:20:20.720 in control of his own whims. And there are so many men who are struggling with alcohol, drug addiction,
00:20:26.000 and the problem when people have money and people have power is having women throw themselves,
00:20:30.840 throw themselves at you, slide into your DM, send you a sexy photo.
00:20:35.300 And you're just like, well, I'm just going to do it. It demonstrates a severe lack of control.
00:20:39.720 And so I'm able to complementalize. I'm not, this is not here to defend his character because what
00:20:43.260 he did to his family is awful. And, and that is something that he's truly going to have to account
00:20:47.460 for. And you have sons who should be able to look at you and see you as an example. There's nothing
00:20:52.000 sexy or appealing about a man that is available to every woman that throws himself at her. And I really
00:20:56.800 truly hope Conor McGregor hears those words. You know, you, you, you should lead your house
00:21:02.060 much better than you have been leading it in the past. God gave you gifts. God gave you a career
00:21:07.100 opportunity. God put you in the octagon, you know, and you, you squander all that away. So many times
00:21:12.860 putting yourselves into this situation, not just putting yourself right, but putting your entire
00:21:17.140 family, which actually is pointedly selfish for you to do something like that. This is an excuse
00:21:21.080 any of that. Okay. But when you examine these facts of this case, and now you consider this
00:21:27.020 woman saying, well, I don't remember, therefore it's rape. What is that? Truly women, what is that?
00:21:34.540 And I want to remind you guys, because I think the media has been so successful, so successful in the
00:21:39.280 past of making women think that we're somehow apart from men. Like we have to defend other women when
00:21:44.760 these things happen. Let me remind you, we raise these men, we marry these men. So whatever you decide
00:21:50.300 in this, if you get behind this and you say, oh, she's done nothing wrong, it doesn't matter.
00:21:54.700 Just know that you will die by that sword. If you have a son one day. Okay. You make sure that you
00:22:00.600 say the right thing, the moral thing and the correct thing, and not the popular thing when it comes to
00:22:06.280 trying to create a future that our sons can survive in. Because I, I do not feel comfortable
00:22:11.600 with this generation of me too. And I think it's harmful to true rape victims, women who weren't sliding
00:22:17.520 anybody's DMs half naked, being suggestive, asking to go to a man's hotel room in the middle of the
00:22:22.740 night on drugs or alcohol, and were truly raped and pursued by a predator who drugged them against
00:22:29.560 their will. I think these women do a tremendous disjustice to those women. And that's, those are
00:22:36.440 my, uh, my final thoughts on that. All right, guys, I have got to tell you about HIWO. I'm so

00:23:55.640 supplies last and make faith formation fun, engaging, and unforgettable for our children. Again,
00:24:01.240 that's H-E-W-O store.com today. All right, guys, let's, guys, let's get into, uh, Rabbi Shmuley.
00:24:07.960 I mean, what, uh, look at that. That's the nicest picture we could find of him right there. That is
00:24:12.660 the nicest picture we could possibly find of this man. Uh, you really do in life end up with the face
00:24:18.340 that you deserve. So everyone has been following this story and truly what I can say about Rabbi
00:24:25.800 Shmuley is he's true. He's just mentally deranged. He's unhinged. I think it's unfair to pretend that he
00:24:32.960 represents the average Jewish person. He simply doesn't. I think most people outside of people who are
00:24:37.720 truly deranged, uh, uh, except the fact that there was something very wrong with this individual.
00:24:42.640 And I will say that it has been deeply upsetting to see though, however, like Jewish publications,
00:24:47.760 like the Jerusalem Post, like they never say he's done anything wrong. He, he's been allowed to have
00:24:52.820 a column in one of those publications for a very long time. So there is a little bit, um, a little
00:24:57.420 bit of responsibility on that side. I will say that anyways. So the backstory, of course, we all know
00:25:01.560 Rabbi Shmuley began harassing me for two years over my refusal to, uh, can publicly condemn Kanye West
00:25:09.220 because I don't do that to my friends ever. And I am friends with Kanye and I'm still friends with
00:25:14.380 Kanye. So there you go. And him and his daughter just became completely deranged and obsessive about
00:25:20.360 everything. This all culminated when I completely broke Rabbi Shmuley on Piers Morgan. Obviously we had a
00:25:27.000 debate about antisemitism and he just revealed himself to be a liar to the world. And that video
00:25:31.960 got 4 million views. People were very shocked to see him just get caught lying and making up stories
00:25:36.920 and then trying to undo it. And you just look at him and you know, this is a person that is possessed
00:25:41.080 by a demon. Well, that only sort of sped up and magnified his attacks against me. And I just completely
00:25:48.880 ignore him because truly I am better than him. And most of the times it's just better to walk away
00:25:53.820 from someone who would do better in an asylum. Truly. He's an argument that we should bring back
00:25:59.480 insane asylums. That's my viewpoint, but he took it a bridge too far, just a step too far when it was
00:26:05.380 brought to my attention that he was hawking sex products and using my face and my name. In case you
00:26:11.740 don't know this, he sells sex products, sex toys with his daughter. And for whatever reason decided that
00:26:20.200 if he used my faith, my face and my name, again, this is a rabbi, okay, that maybe they would sell
00:26:26.380 more products. I'm going to show you the post because it's so disgusting. The sexual innuendo of it is what
00:26:30.720 particularly got me so angry. He wrote with a photo of me holding microphones. Candace Owens really knows
00:26:37.340 how to grab those, um, uh, microphones. Yeah. Microphones beyond thrilled to announce that our hashtag
00:26:44.640 made in Israel kosher sex, pleasure, massage oil has been nominated as the best sex lubricant for
00:26:50.840 couples by the world's leading sex and intimacy publication shop only on kosher.sex want to offer
00:26:57.480 the special discount for the clan grand wizard Candace Owens, single most sexually perverted or repressed
00:27:05.020 woman on earth. And the biggest anti-Semite who studies my daughter's website minutely 10 hours,
00:27:11.580 minutely 10 hours per day. Pardon. Life is nothing without your O, your big giant Candace O. Order now with
00:27:20.340 the hashtag never again. No words, no words for this level of derangement. Absolutely no words for how
00:27:29.360 psychopathic it is. Knowingly, he knows that I'm a Catholic. He knows my positions on pornography, the sex
00:27:35.800 industry. I have made that known for years and to imply, to find a photo, to crawl across the internet and to so to
00:27:43.760 say, which one can I imagine as a pornographic image and then encourage people to buy sexual lubricants and
00:27:50.120 products bridge too far, right? Because this for me is like when you cross the red line, which is when you start
00:27:55.560 disrespecting my faith, my belief on the industry of pornography. I understand that you believe your faith says that
00:28:01.800 this is great and this is amazing and that you should encourage people to be more sexual, more sexually
00:28:06.300 active or whatever it is that you have been saying on your posts. But for me, firm red line in the sand.
00:28:12.200 So we did in fact send him a cease and desist and I'm very serious about it. We expect him to return.
00:28:18.060 This is not the first post he's made. Apparently hawking sex products. I didn't know this was a thing until
00:28:22.200 somebody tagged me in it. And then I became aware of the fact that he has been doing this. Rumors,
00:28:28.420 the rumor mill is that actually Rabbi Shmuley is not as wealthy as he would like to present himself
00:28:33.620 to be. And so this is quite desperate of him to do something like this. Obviously, he's had a
00:28:38.260 completely deranged response to our cease and desist. What he is doing is illegal in all 50 states.
00:28:44.360 You are not allowed to hawk products and use somebody's image and likeness, but he's having
00:28:48.960 another one of his rabbi breakdowns on X. This is what he has written, which is totally,
00:28:55.080 again, just really speaks to his mentality. He posted this. I don't know why he mentions Ben
00:29:00.700 Shapiro. Ben Shapiro created Candace Owens, made millions off her antisemitism and left the mess
00:29:05.960 for me and my daughter to clean up. We forced Ben to fire her, got her banned and demonetized from
00:29:10.900 YouTube, banned from Australia, and made her finally pay the price for calling IDF Nazis.
00:29:17.060 Now Candace is suing me. I intend to subpoena every last communication between
00:29:20.900 Candace and Ben Shapiro and his company and find out every last cent a Jew with a yarmulke
00:29:26.740 made off Candace's blood libel and praise for Hitler lovers and force Ben to donate every dollar
00:29:32.120 to widows of the IDF. How dare he hold on to millions in blood money? Get ready for the trial
00:29:36.400 of the century. Hashtag never again. Clearly, this has nothing to do with Ben Shapiro. This is
00:29:40.280 absolutely nothing to do with the Daily Wire. My understanding is Ben has untagged himself
00:29:43.680 from this, likely because everyone understands that Rabbi Shmuley is mentally unwell. Of course,
00:29:48.880 Ben will have nothing to do with this lawsuit if he does not stop hawking my name with sex products
00:29:53.720 because why on earth would I have to submit text messages between me and Ben when you are using
00:29:59.580 my name to advertise sex products? It's just a fully deranged man. But I wanted to let you guys know
00:30:04.280 because he just has a way of just lying consistently and just making stories up and grabbing,
00:30:12.080 dragging other people into it. He's now done posts talking about how he's also going to subpoena
00:30:15.500 messages between me and Kanye West. What on earth are you speaking about genuinely? Someone put
00:30:20.140 this man on a psych 5150 hold. If you have any decency or love for your father, I know you've
00:30:25.900 got daughters. He obviously needs to be restrained in some capacity because he just does things like
00:30:31.940 this. It's just so embarrassing. Anyways, I don't take stuff like that sitting down. I really do think
00:30:37.020 that Christians in general just need to develop a bit more of a spine on these issues and take
00:30:42.580 psychopathic people like him to task. Anyways, you guys, good news. Good news. Harris is telling
00:30:48.360 her advisors, Kamala Harris is telling her advisors and allies that she is keeping her political options
00:30:53.940 open. She's been instructing people that it's possible that she may run in 2028, which means we
00:31:01.080 are going to be so back on the genealogy series, or she even may run for governor in her home state of
00:31:08.640 California. I think that's more likely. I think they will probably recognize the DNC that she just
00:31:13.580 can't put together a sentence. And it was a bit ambitious for her to run nationally. But so they
00:31:18.980 might be able to, in a state that has forever mail-in ballots, make something happen for her while they
00:31:24.720 push who is likely to be Gavin Newsom to the forefront for 2028. That's my prediction. Anyways, she has taken
00:31:31.380 apparently repeated phone calls telling people that she intends to stay in the fight. She's expected to
00:31:35.760 explore other possible paths forward with family members over the winter holiday season, according
00:31:41.480 to people that are in her inner circle. And they said, quote, she doesn't have to decide if she wants
00:31:46.480 to run for something again in the next six months. The natural thing to do would be to set up some type
00:31:51.260 of entity that would give her the opportunity to travel and give speeches and preserve her political
00:31:55.960 relationships. There will be a desire to hear her voice and there won't be a vacuum for long,
00:32:02.400 a person close to Harris said. Kamala, we look forward to it. As I said, I don't even, I potentially
00:32:08.060 regret standing against you because I do miss you. I miss your word salads. I miss covering you. I miss
00:32:15.180 our genealogy series. It was exciting to get your father's birth certificates. Thank you, by the way,
00:32:20.120 to those of you that pointed out to me that obviously his last name shouldn't have been Harris on his
00:32:24.620 birth certificate because neither his father, Oscar, or his mother's last name was Harris. Oscar,
00:32:30.860 we then learned when he was like 36, changed his last name to Harris. Prior to that, it was Brown.
00:32:36.680 So when Donald Harris was born, his father's name was Oscar Wilde Brown and his mother's name
00:32:43.800 was Beryl Finnegan. So why is there a Donald Harris on a birth certificate at all? If you guys know what
00:32:49.840 I'm talking about, for those of you who have followed genealogy series, it is a bit weird.
00:32:53.500 We're not going to talk about that today. I just needed to honorably mention that you guys emailing me
00:32:56.820 that. Don't worry. We are not throwing away our files on the Kamala genealogy because we do suspect
00:33:01.300 that she will be in public. All right, guys, reminding you about Pure Talk. It's important
00:33:06.060 to think about what charities and causes and brands that you give your hard-earned money to support,
00:33:10.500 which is why I love supporting my cell phone company, Pure Talk. It is a veteran-led company
00:33:14.560 supporting veterans in their passion project. And that's why Pure Talk has alleviated $10 million in
00:33:20.200 veteran debt. That's why they donate tens of thousands of dollars every month to help prevent
00:33:23.880 veteran suicide. And that's why they just donated $50,000 to Microw Works, providing scholarships
00:33:29.640 to veterans learning trades after active duty. Definitely a company that you can get behind.
00:33:35.060 So it is time to jump ship from Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. There's a better option. Pure Talk
00:33:39.960 gives you the same great coverage, America's most dependable 5G network, for half the cost,

00:33:53.560 slash Owens and you'll save an additional 50% off your first month. Pure Talk, America's wireless
00:33:57.860 company. Okay, before I get into your comments, I do want to let you guys know what I am most
00:34:02.740 thankful for this year. So going into Thanksgiving week, this is our last episode before we get back
00:34:06.440 on Monday. And me and my family, they're all running around upstairs. I'm the person that
00:34:12.020 hosts Thanksgiving. It is the holiday that drives me crazy, but I love it. I just love it. It's food,
00:34:17.680 it's children laughing, it's sports on the television, and there's no presents involved.
00:34:23.400 It's just eating. And our family tradition for Thanksgiving is that we go around in a circle
00:34:28.940 and we say what we are most thankful for, for the year. And it's such a great time to reflect.
00:34:34.240 You should do these sort of gratitude reflections, by the way, if you can every week. Like I say,
00:34:39.920 I always do that at mass. I begin my prayer in gratitude. And I was thinking about that. I was going,
00:34:44.180 what is my thing going to be for Thanksgiving this year? Like what am I most grateful for this year?
00:34:48.000 And the craziest thing occurred to me that truly from the bottom of my heart, I am the most grateful
00:34:55.740 to God that I got fired this year. It's just such a crazy thing to think about. And I don't say this
00:35:03.500 out of pride. I don't say this out of ego. And I hope that any person listening to this takes a lesson,
00:35:08.600 I think. Often, which has been the circumstance in my life that every time I believe that God is
00:35:15.880 sending me a curse, especially when I grew up and I was like angry at God because you're a teenager and
00:35:20.540 you're just like, God is obviously not real because why did he let people suffer? That was my perspective
00:35:24.520 when I experimented with atheism. And especially you're like, well, why would God let me grow up poor?
00:35:29.820 Why would God not let me have parents that stayed together? My parents divorced. Why would God do all
00:35:35.540 this? If there is a God, why would all this happen? And as I began to reflect on my life,
00:35:39.960 as I got older and I got married, I realized that every time there was ever any hardship,
00:35:44.900 whether it was a circumstantial hardship, whether it was a financial hardship, truly, when you reflect,
00:35:51.080 you realize that it was something that God wanted you to go through because there was a bigger picture
00:35:56.200 at the end of it. And so I got a lot smarter in my adult years. And over the last, I would say,
00:36:01.660 eight years now, when I experienced any sorts of hardship, I immediately just thank God instantly
00:36:08.960 in a prayer. I'm like, I don't know what this is about. I don't know why you would do this so
00:36:11.900 randomly, why you want me to go through this, but thank you already because I know that you see a
00:36:15.820 bigger picture and it has changed my life in so many ways. And I reflect on this year and I remember
00:36:20.520 being in Amsterdam with my husband when the news dropped and it was global. Like most people can
00:36:25.280 just like leave their job or get fired and they don't have to read about it worldwide.
00:36:28.920 And it was trending in Amsterdam, like Candace Owens, Crisis King was trending in Amsterdam.
00:36:33.380 And I was going, whoa, this is really big. This is crazy. It's a complete firestorm. Everybody's
00:36:39.940 got an opinion about it. My favorite opinions were the people that truly were betting against me.
00:36:44.560 And people who I would have said were my friends. I mean, writing pieces, saying this, saying that,
00:36:50.100 but I knew that there was going to be a bigger picture and going through it, getting out on the
00:36:54.000 other side, which brings me to the second piece of this. I am so just grateful that I had the
00:36:59.300 husband that I have. I genuinely this year, I always thought I had like the greatest, strongest
00:37:04.560 relationship, but this year just proved to me that there couldn't possibly be a greater or stronger
00:37:09.380 relationship out there between a husband and a wife than me and my husband, because we were just
00:37:14.120 rock solid through it all. Like just truly on each other's side. It really is the blessing and the
00:37:18.900 sacrament of marriage. You can truly get through anything. You know, I wish that partnership
00:37:22.920 on everyone. I truly do. I wish you, you find your other person, your other half, and you realize
00:37:28.780 how much stronger you become of a person and the things that you can face together with faith at
00:37:34.500 the center of your relationship. And lastly, which also brings me to the fact that I'm just so grateful
00:37:40.560 to every single one of you. I really wish I could just reach in and hug you. You feel like my friends.
00:37:46.020 Like, I feel like we're friends. Like we talk on the phone every day and we're updating. We're
00:37:48.920 talking about politics every day, but I don't really know all of you, but I feel like we do
00:37:52.260 kind of, we have the same perspectives and we're growing and we're learning together and we don't
00:37:55.480 get things right. But I wouldn't have made it out without all of those elements, without faith,
00:38:00.580 without my family, and also without other people in the world who believe in the freedom of ideas
00:38:06.940 and really encourage just every step of the day, nonstop emails, people signing up on locals,
00:38:11.480 encouraging us before we even knew if the show was going to look like. My staff, everyone that's
00:38:17.260 in the control room right now. I mean, just the amount of gratitude that I have for everyone
00:38:21.700 who didn't even blink an eye, did not even bat an eyelash, and just stood by us and stood by me.
00:38:29.660 Just number one thing that I am grateful for this year. So I truly wish you guys the best Thanksgiving.
00:38:36.240 I encourage you to take on this Thanksgiving tradition, to sit down and think about what you're
00:38:40.340 grateful for and to be sure that you include something that you would have otherwise thought
00:38:44.840 was perhaps a curse and to remind yourself that you may be being blessed when you believe that
00:38:50.640 you're being cursed. So that's all I want to say about that. I want to read some of your comments
00:38:53.840 before we wrap this show. First of all, I want to throw it to American Financing because the Fed
00:38:58.280 has dropped interest rates. So you have to call my friends at American Financing. Now is the perfect
00:39:02.420 time to consolidate your debt, reduce your monthly expenses. A lot of us have been forced to use credit
00:39:06.420 cards because of the ridiculous prices for groceries, power, even childcare. It's so expensive
00:39:10.960 now. With credit card rates being so high, that debt can get expensive. But with mortgage rates
00:39:15.600 dropping, now is the perfect time to wipe that debt out. American Financing is helping homeowners
00:39:19.940 just like you save an average of over $800 a month. They're even closing some in as fast as 10 days.
00:39:25.640 And if you start today, you may delay two mortgage payments. There are no upfront fees to find out how
00:39:30.140 much you can save. So call American Financing today at 800-795-1210. Again, that's 800-795-1210.
00:39:37.920 Or you can visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens. All right, let's see what you guys have got going
00:39:43.460 on in the chat before we bid you farewell for Thanksgiving. I hope you guys love me back. I
00:39:48.980 hope you love me back. We have first and foremost, Sarah Jones writes, Candice, I love you. Wow. First
00:39:55.580 comment. She does love me back. Keep doing God's work. Thank you for leading me back to Christ.
00:40:00.040 You have changed my life over the past two years. Random one, what kind of music do you listen to
00:40:04.980 at the minute? Do you know what? I go through random phases, but my youngest son, every night I put him
00:40:10.200 to bed and I'm now listening to like old school R&B and I just, my heart, I'm just like, oh my gosh,
00:40:15.260 black music used to be so beautiful and wonderful. He loves Brian McKnight. Well, my husband says that I
00:40:21.100 say he loves Brian McKnight because he can't talk, but you know, he loves Brian McKnight. We listened
00:40:26.700 to Brian McKnight. Last night we were listening to One Last Cry. Such a good one. Listening to Whitney
00:40:32.100 Houston, listening to Casey and Jojo. Do you guys remember that song? All my life. Okay. There's no
00:40:40.140 snapping. It's not quick, but you know what I'm talking about. That is just, man, music was so good. It
00:40:44.740 was so good. That's a spell. I go through these spells and then I'll be like just listening to country
00:40:48.640 music. I just, I really do have a very eclectic taste in music, but right now old school R&B is
00:40:55.080 really, really doing something for me and my one-year-old son as he falls asleep in my arms
00:40:59.200 every night. Sharice the Rumbler writes, she was sent La Femme Nikita regarding the Conor McGregor
00:41:06.280 case. Listen, I just have an opinion about people that I'll go on these binges and do drugs and do
00:41:11.820 alcohol. It means the drugs are working. If you do things that you wouldn't normally do, if you don't
00:41:16.520 remember things, it is a decision that you are taking, making to impair your judgment. And I
00:41:22.780 think the responsibility has to start with you if you are not being intentionally drugged and
00:41:26.960 everybody else is on drugs. Why does one person have to be the babysitter and assume that you're
00:41:30.860 not doing something consensually if they're doing it consensually and they're also under the
00:41:34.720 influence? That's been my perspective forever. Sarah writes, what is your opinion of Israel's
00:41:40.180 sanctions on Haaretz? Major respect to the Jews standing up to Netanyahu. Yes, I did see Haaretz,
00:41:46.520 by the way, for those of you that are not aware, it is a publication in Israel and they have been
00:41:50.640 very anti-Netanyahu, basically saying that this is a selfish war. They have called it an ethnic
00:41:57.260 cleansing what's happening in Gaza. These are Israelis, right, that are saying this. And so they
00:42:01.520 have been sanctioned in some way by Netanyahu's government. And that's crazy. What that makes me think
00:42:08.480 is just how is it possible that you have these like clones walking around, like these neocons
00:42:13.520 being like, it's the only democracy in the Middle East. It's like, oh, that's like committing
00:42:18.020 an ethnic cleansing that has an apartheid state and that censors speech. What kind of democracy
00:42:23.680 is this? I don't want a part of that democracy. Nope, not for me. Anwar writes, how can these
00:42:28.140 conservative speakers come to college campuses and express to be pro-life out of one side of their
00:42:32.100 mouths and justify the killing of innocent children out of the other? Very simple. So it's called
00:42:37.100 being hypocrites. It's great. If you're a hypocrite, you can do whatever you want. You can speak out of
00:42:41.180 both sides of your mouth. Cherie says, you can see demons flickering in Shmuley's eyes. Not a real
00:42:46.280 name, not a real holy person, probably not even a real human. Of course, he'd sexualize. He isn't
00:42:52.300 working for the Lord. Gross AF. Totally agree with you in that assessment. There's something that is
00:42:57.260 fundamentally, it pours off of him where you just go, this is a person that is possessed. Look at this
00:43:03.060 picture. I'm sorry, you guys. I know you're like, hey, this is Thanksgiving week. Please don't do
00:43:06.420 this. No, look at it. Look at it right now. We're not going to take it down for five more seconds.
00:43:10.500 Let's sit in silence. Sorry, guys. I'm sorry, but you had to see it. If I had to look, you had to
00:43:18.200 look, okay? And lastly, Skad Cooey writes, I'm a 26-year-old guy and my biggest fear has always
00:43:24.340 been being accused of rape by any crazy lady. The story that I heard about innocent men who had their
00:43:29.600 lives destroyed are unbelievable. Yeah, we should probably go back and I should do an episode on Brock
00:43:34.100 Turner because that case is crazy and nobody even knew what happened. It was just what they plucked
00:43:38.360 up out of obscurity to go to the press with because it was like Hillary Clinton time and they needed
00:43:43.360 like the whole narrative about women. Nobody even knows the facts of that case. It's stunning to me.
00:43:47.960 That's another one that was fully tried by the media. But there's tons of circumstances like that.
00:43:53.500 And I just think that women are better than that. I really do. And by the way, this is why I don't drink
00:43:58.220 and I don't do drugs. Maybe I have four glasses of wine a year. Since I got into politics, I pulled
00:44:05.300 myself completely away from drinking because I saw that culture of people in politics drinking and
00:44:09.340 just what it does to people. And I lived a really good life in my early 20s. And I got to tell you
00:44:14.880 something, I didn't find any happiness at the bottom of those Red Bull vodkas. I really didn't.
00:44:19.420 And now I love my life so much that I'd like to be sober for it. I want to remember it. I want to see it.
00:44:24.860 And I there's no reason for me to be getting blacked out. There's the real thing is so much
00:44:30.100 better. What am I trying to visit? Who am I trying to see? I also think alcohol truly does
00:44:35.460 lower your inhibitions and allows demons to get into your soul. But we'll save that for
00:44:39.000 another day. Lastly, 123B writes, thank you for what you have done, Candice, and for reminding us
00:44:44.140 that God, Jesus Christ is what matters most. Ave Maria. Like I said, I'm always blessed to be able
00:44:49.400 to share my thoughts with you guys. I never take it for granted. All right, guys, as we head into
00:44:54.480 Thanksgiving, I hope you guys are cooking or doing a lot of eating one or the other, reminding you
00:44:59.720 that we have our Black Friday bundle deals because Black Friday is coming up. Four different bundles,
00:45:04.400 the Stannis Get a Helmet bundle, the Stannis Forgotten Country bundle, the Stannis Crisis King
00:45:08.460 bundle. And lastly, the one that everybody loves, which is the Stannis Blackout bundle, me hand
00:45:13.980 autographing that. Imagine me doing that all this week because that is what I will be doing with 1,000
00:45:18.440 books on the way because you guys desperately wanted me to restock that. And that's a good one to grab
00:45:23.900 because we'll be announcing my sophomore book the beginning of next year. I think in January we'll
00:45:28.720 be announcing it. I'm really, really, really excited about it. You guys will be able to own
00:45:32.020 a little mini Candice collection. Thank you. I love you guys. I hope you love me back. We will see you
00:45:37.860 next Monday.
