00:00:00.000All right, you guys. Happy Wednesday. You know, people keep finding these clips, or rather what we are to imagine are biblically-based sermons, wherein Yankin, Bankin, Frankin, Turek keeps calling me out. It's really not very nice. I'm only a few weeks away from giving birth, Frankie. Where are your manners? And I might caution you because a dear friend of mine once said this.
00:00:26.800Don't mess with pregnant Candace Owens.1.00
00:00:30.680I'm just saying, ladies and gentlemen, it is the eve of Charlie's death anniversary.1.00
00:00:35.700For one full year, we have kept the candle burning for him, for the person that Charlie
00:00:41.720actually was, who he truly was, the person that they have tried to systematically recreate
00:00:46.720in the image of Bibi Netanyahu or someone.
00:00:51.180We prevented that from happening, something that we are very proud of, by the way.
00:00:55.420and today we are going to continue to go max
00:00:58.060with more never-before-seen footage from September 10th.
00:01:23.580And if we are not, we want to correct it. We wrongly identified one member from Charlie's security team on September 10th. This individual who we initially named as Chester Barnes, someone that we thought was working with Integrity Solutions. He is seen here in the hat and plaid shirt left side. You can see we renamed him. That person is not Chester Barnes, as we previously named.
00:01:47.000Thanks to our tips inbox, we can correct the record.
00:01:50.480The person is actually Derek Pepper, goes by Pepper Williams.
00:01:56.160Derek Pepper Williams, a former Navy SEAL who worked in Naval Special Warfare Operations.
00:02:02.280Once he retired from the Navy, he went on to work for PGL as a government defense contractor.
00:02:09.400Now, PGL, for the uninitiated like me, stands for Perimeter Global Logistics.
00:02:17.000They specialize in global freight shipping, over-the-border shipping down in Texas, where he is based.
00:02:23.980And it could be relevant that they do this on behalf of the military.
00:02:28.520That's why they have a contract with the government, specifically with the Department of Defense.
00:02:34.480The same department that we have learned is oddly married to the Charlie Kirk assassination in ways that we didn't expect,
00:02:42.820instructing influencers to attack me over our investigation.
00:02:47.000And I want you guys to know this. The global shipping angle is not something to ignore in this story. Because Pepper, Pepper Williams, would be one of four people on the TPSA team on the ground on that day, on September 10th, whose families were involved in the exact same industry.
00:03:08.040global freight trucking all around the world global shipping more on that next week I just
00:03:16.340want to sort of put that to be in your bonnet so to speak because today I want to stay focused on
00:03:22.420old frankenbank okay so here's what I'll say in my career a distinct pattern has emerged people
00:03:30.340who I have done absolutely nothing to people who aren't even on my radar necessarily will just one
00:03:36.500day pop up out of the woodwork and they'll come after me and then they kind of it becomes kind
00:03:41.720of obsessive it's like day in and day out consistently like it's their job and I always
00:03:45.140wonder when they begin this unjustified pursuit like figuratively knocking on my door every day
00:03:51.900if they've ever run through the possibility that I might be there like I might just open that door
00:03:58.540like what are you gonna do if I'm there once you actually get my attention I don't think they think
00:04:02.760through to that step. I think our most recent example of that, truly, Andrew Wilson, I don't
00:04:08.120think he ever considered the plausibility when he came a-knocking that I might answer.
00:04:12.420And we watched all of that bravado evaporate almost immediately. We watched somebody with
00:04:18.500terrible posture, a shaky foot, doing all he could to escape my basement, although the foot
00:04:24.280was trying to escape. The foot wanted to tell the truth. Similarly, years ago, there was that
00:04:29.920Republican congressional nominee for Maryland.
00:07:14.200because Charlie just needed debate tips, right?
00:07:17.540And that would just continue to go on.
00:07:19.340Charlie's need suddenly to be coached on how to debate.
00:07:23.300Frank would then join Charlie the next day for that now infamous Zoom call because Charlie desperately needed help with debating from namely two Israeli officials at 4 a.m. in the morning their time, a rabbi Wolicki who was stateside, a Josh Hammer, a Jewish man who has thus far really accomplished nothing in his life other than being annoying and trying to hawk his book on Charlie's death, off the back of Charlie's death, rather.
00:07:51.040the same Josh Hammer who was caught lying profusely. I've never seen someone caught
00:07:54.800lying in the way that he was caught lying about Charlie's views shifting over Israel.
00:08:02.900Day in and day out, he kept saying, oh no, he never flinched until I dropped the text message.
00:08:09.100We know Blake Neff was also on that Zoom call because what, he's some debating expert,
00:08:14.040because people look at Blake Neff and go, hey, I really would like some social advice from that
00:08:18.880guy. And of course, Andrew Colbett, because he's brilliant. All of these characters gathered on a
00:08:24.340Zoom call to help Charlie Kirk, a literal boy wonder who was on the fast track to become
00:08:29.940president of the United States, who attended an X-Men school for the gifted growing up, someone
00:08:35.240who had a higher IQ than all of them, actually. But yeah, we are to believe that he jumped on
00:08:41.960that Zoom call because he just needed to strengthen his arguments. Okay. Let's just accept
00:08:48.780all that at face value. That two hours after he announced it was abandoning the pro-Israel cause,
00:08:55.260something that they all felt the need to lie about, something that Andrew Colbert felt the
00:08:58.200need to give Tulsi Gabbard's office following his death. That just two hours after that, Charlie
00:09:02.680then felt the need to have a pro-Israel Zoom call to be coached by people who are dumber than him.0.99
00:09:09.940And during that call, he was texting people that he was worried that he was going to be killed0.99
00:09:13.640the next day. Okay, let's roll with the narrative. The thing that I can't roll with, Frank,
00:09:21.900is the CPR story. The CPR story from the next day, okay? I can't accept that at face value.
00:09:27.700It's been bugging me for a while. The idea that Brian Harpole, who has said multiple times they
00:09:33.700did not perform CPR during that extremely short ride over to the hospital, was just distracted
00:09:40.180and didn't notice that Frank Turek did.
00:15:59.500Actually, if you go back and you look all over the Internet, there was just one eyewitness that came forward that we could find who claimed to see them arriving at the hospital.
00:16:11.660I think it was way back in September, actually.
00:16:13.220So this was long before Brian Harpole was making the rounds publicly, before anybody was giving interviews, before there were these alleged discrepancies that were emerging in the public sphere.
00:16:23.720And the eyewitness claimed that he was sitting in the parking lot eating his lunch at Timpanogos, and he described seeing a man get out of, crucially, the trunk.
00:17:30.920He is recalling Frank getting out of the boot, of the trunk, where we saw Frank get into.
00:17:36.600Now, if that person is to believe, if that account is accurate, that would suggest that Frank actually never left the trunk area during that short ride.
00:17:44.520So it would be a wonder as to how Frank managed to get so much blood on him that he would need to change into hospital scrubs, which we then learned were provided by Mikey.
00:17:53.880Another strange development that the hospital staff would just give them out that wouldn't just give them out themselves, like here you guys go, that they would instead give them to Charlie's young assistant who arrived later.
00:29:42.640I'm not going to name the doctor today,
00:29:44.820But we have learned that there was allegedly a disagreement during or immediately after the surgery where this doctor felt the need to recuse himself and completely remove himself from the situation altogether.
00:30:00.440I mean, he asked to have all of his name, his name removed from anything to do with it off all of the records and anything that was related to what transpired on September 10th.
00:30:10.82010th. He apparently is in a weird state about whatever went down. He is, I am told, out of
00:30:21.160character in that regard and gets very uncomfortable and weird when anybody asks him about what
00:30:26.940happened, which led to him recusing himself from the operation room, wanting to be removed from
00:30:34.500all paperwork. Why would that be? Just putting that out there. We are going to follow up on
00:30:38.620that story, but I wanted you guys to know that. Tipinogo seems like a weird place. Very weird
00:30:43.160place. Now I want to talk to you about this panguish receipt. So Andrew Wilson, when he came
00:30:48.480here, obviously he was not sent to bait me on the evidence in the case. That's why he lost so
00:30:52.160brutally. He was sent to try to entrap me in a lawsuit via out-of-context clips, trying to get
00:30:57.080me to say something defamatory on record. He was also sent to defend Israel and Erica because that
00:31:04.420seems to go hand in hand. And lastly, and most obscurely, to demand that I remove the Pengwich1.00
00:31:12.040Steakhouse visit from our official timeline. He was really up in arms about that official timeline.
00:31:19.220Totally bonkers, very random. Now to refresh your memory, we had covered the story of Tyler
00:31:24.820Robinson's alleged visit to the Cowboy Smokehouse back in January of this year. It was literally
00:31:30.920January 6th when we covered this. We were not the only ones, by the way. So this was not just like
00:31:37.220a random Reddit item. It was mainstreamed at the time. The New York Post covered it. You can take
00:31:42.300a look here. Utah restaurateur claims that Tyler Robinson stopped in after Charlie Kirk killing
00:31:47.860reveals what the alleged assassin ordered. Okay. Fox News also covered the story. One of Tyler's
00:31:53.580Tyler Robinson's last meals, it reads, as a free man, may have been a steak dinner, medium rare.
00:32:01.800And I covered it on the podcast, spoke to the owner at that time.
00:32:07.140Suddenly, this six-month-old story became a focal point ahead of the preliminary hearing.
00:32:12.680Now, we learned the Department of Defense was somehow involved in getting all of these influencers.
00:32:17.280More on that later, because we have figured out how people are getting paid.
00:32:20.960But suddenly a bunch of people were trying to debunk this specific story, this rather, if you think about it, old story.
00:32:29.120Then there was a journalist, a citizen journalist who goes by Diligent Denizen, who dropped an interview with one of the waiters that was working that night.
00:32:39.780And he then released a receipt to go along with it because people were saying that he was lying and he was making it up.
00:32:45.820When I first saw this, I assumed that he was working with the owner because people were essentially calling the owner a liar. That may not have been the circumstance. I'm not sure. The receipt, of course, has been verified. It is real. Here is the receipt.
00:33:00.480And it was met with a bunch of people then insisting at various times that the receipt
00:33:05.180was fake, that the receipt was non-existent, that the story had somehow been debunked,
00:36:45.640If the steakhouse receipt is confirmed, Tyler could not be behind the wheel driving his car when it is stopped by Officer Goforth at 12.36 a.m.
00:36:56.340He wouldn't be able to make it back in time.
00:36:57.960If a steakhouse receipt is confirmed, then Tyler could not be driving his car when it's parked outside the neighbor's house.
00:37:05.700a neighbor who said that she saw a bald man and other people, Mrs. Noble's house at 1238,
00:37:10.220that would be why she saw a bald man driving with two other people, because it wouldn't be Tyler
00:37:15.800Robinson that was driving. If a steakhouse receipt is confirmed, Tyler cannot be the one who gets out
00:37:20.840of his car and walks toward campus at 1250 in the morning. If a steakhouse receipt is confirmed,
00:37:27.820Tyler cannot be the one who used his phone to start a Google Maps route from Mrs. Noble's house
00:37:33.520to the apartment in St. George at 1.33 a.m.
00:37:36.440So a lot hinges on this steakhouse receipt.
00:37:41.360So while they were all freaking out and trying to distract,
00:37:44.900I decided to investigate the matter further.
00:38:31.520So I'm going to say that when we first looked into this story and after I spoke to the owner, I was probably personally at like a 60 percent chance that the receipt might have belonged to Tyler Robinson.
00:38:42.160We obviously did our best to verify it. The owner, like I said, was very forthcoming with what he knew.
00:38:48.020He wasn't like this was 100 percent him. It just this is what happened.
00:38:51.160But again, we we have that we had that blind spot, which is this relies on the memory of the server, right?
00:38:58.640Or the servers. It doesn't necessarily make it true. They could be telling the truth and they think they saw this person, but it could be somebody else. And that's why I was, you know, we put it on our official timeline because we did our due diligence. But we certainly wouldn't have never said that we were 100 percent sure. We were open to the possibility that as we got through the trial, this could be debunked and it could have just been a case of misremembering.
00:39:24.780Same thing we've said about Mitch Snow in Fort Huachuca. We did our due diligence. We confirmed he was there, what hotel he was at. We confirmed that he had this dust up with the military police. But can we confirm that he actually saw Erica Kirk in the lobby or that he actually saw Brian Harpole? No, because that relies on his memory. Right. So our hands are tied.
00:39:45.160What I can tell you now is that after going to my sources, I am now moving myself from a 60%, which was where I was at, to a 95% certainty that it was Tyler Robinson's debit card that was swiped at the Cowboy Smokehouse on that night.
00:40:08.060So I'm not just putting this on the timeline, on the official timeline.
