00:19:28.720 Yes, there are handlers in Hollywood who are trying to get you out there and trying to make sure that you still have a career, which may have been where their heart was, is just trying to change the news cycle about her, to present her as an adoring mother.

00:19:49.240 But most people feel that she's just being taken advantage of, and that she clearly needs to go away and to get sober, and that it was irresponsible for people to have published this interview.

00:20:08.600 Page Six, pardon, reached out to People Magazine for comment, and they did not hear back.

00:20:13.440 But Peyton Panettiere's rep told Page Six that the actress was speaking about her brother for the first time.

00:20:20.360 It was very emotional for her, and it had been a long and exhausting day for her, and that she was not under the influence.

00:20:32.960 They may not have known she was under the influence, but you are asking people not to believe their own eyes.

00:20:39.140 And I do think that this, I don't know, this sort of using celebrities when they're at their low point, it seems almost as though Hollywood encourages this.

00:20:52.380 And that, again, goes back to what we were speaking about earlier with trying to get them onto antipsychotics, trying to get them onto Xanax, encouraging them to do drugs, because then you can manipulate them.
