00:00:00.780 After 19 years, they're back.
00:00:04.080 Frankie Muniz, Bryan Cranston, and the rest of the family reunite in Malcolm in the Middle, Life's Still Unfair.
00:00:09.860 After 10 years avoiding them, Hal and Lois demand Malcolm be at their anniversary party, pulling him straight back into their chaos.
00:00:16.820 Malcolm in the Middle, Life's Still Unfair.
00:00:19.100 A special four-part event, streaming April 10th on Hulu on Disney+.
00:00:22.560 All right, you guys. Happy Tuesday, indeed.
00:00:27.360 I really did have the best day ever yesterday.
00:00:31.020 I mean, foremost, the news broke about the Freemason hit squad in France.
00:00:37.040 Then we wrap up the episode yesterday and the Internet explodes because the ATF and the Tyler Robinson case cannot connect the gun to him.
00:00:45.940 Oh, OK. Interesting.
00:00:48.200 What does it all mean?
00:00:49.900 You have a bunch of people racing.
00:00:51.180 Oh, could you imagine the PR cash they are spending right now racing to tell you this is a big nothing burger?
00:00:57.520 Who cares if we can't connect the gun to the bullets or fragments?
00:01:02.560 OK, we care. I care because we were right.
00:01:06.620 And we wanted to make sure that we took the time to actually read through the court filings.
00:01:10.380 And we're going to take you through them.
00:01:12.740 And if I'm being honest, there is something that is buried in these filings that not even Tyler Robinson's defense team caught.
00:01:20.420 And we did.
00:01:21.120 And in my opinion, it is definitive proof that Tyler Robinson is a patsy.
00:01:25.260 The feds are just putting this on him.
00:01:26.780 And I do mean the FBI.
00:01:28.900 From JFK to MLK, now to CJK, this is, in my opinion, an undeniable state killing.
00:01:37.040 Welcome back to Candace.
00:01:49.900 allow me to be the first to say it if the gun does not fit you must acquit okay now before we
00:02:01.560 address these court filings and take you through them line by line so you are educated you can go
00:02:06.440 out into the world you can say you know you read through them yourself it's only 28 pages
00:02:09.420 and then you can look at the people that are trying to manipulate you and to lie about to
00:02:14.340 you about what's in the filings i at first want to transport you back to the beginning
00:02:18.600 because some time has passed and the story that we were told has changed so many times that you
00:02:24.340 actually have to go back to the beginning to fully comprehend how this case fell apart so quickly
00:02:30.300 for Turning Point USA, for Erica Kirk, and what I think is fair to refer to as their also their
00:02:38.180 federal accomplices because that's what it looks like to me. Charlie Kirk was shot on September 10th
00:02:43.720 12.23 p.m. in the afternoon mountain time.
00:02:47.120 Now, a mere, what was it, four minutes after Charlie's bloodied body was carried to the SUV,
00:02:54.380 Terrell Farnsworth, the man who runs the audiovisual company that Turning Point employs,
00:02:59.620 they've used them for over a decade for their big events, and he never goes to these college
00:03:04.300 events, but they were trying something different that day, he says, like an assassination?
00:03:09.200 I don't know.
00:03:10.240 Anyways, Terrell Farnsworth raced down from his nearby grassy knoll where he was recording himself.
00:03:18.060 And what does he do when he races down?
00:03:19.640 He returns to the crime scene and violates it.
00:03:23.900 More specifically, he grabs the very chair that Charlie Kirk had just been sitting in,
00:03:29.240 the chair that Charlie was murdered in, and he takes it over back to the camera,
00:03:35.020 and he stands on that chair, that bloody chair,
00:03:37.860 and removes specifically the SD card from the camera
00:03:42.580 that was behind Charlie's head, okay?
00:03:45.380 Now, later, Andrew Colvett is going to explain
00:03:48.700 that Terrell was acting heroically
00:03:51.020 because he was afraid that students
00:03:53.500 were going to steal stuff from the table.
00:03:55.540 There were people that were grabbing hats,
00:03:57.020 and Terrell thought, let me spring into action
00:03:59.200 and rescue this SD card.
00:04:03.200 Yeah, we know Andrew Colvett's lying
00:04:04.700 because Terrell did not take the expensive camera.
00:04:06.880 If you were afraid about things being stolen
00:04:08.500 that were of value,
00:04:10.100 you wouldn't remove the SD card
00:04:12.540 and then leave the expensive camera on the table.
00:04:16.120 The SD card is $15, okay?
00:04:19.080 The camera's pretty expensive.
00:04:21.760 Terrell Farnsworth seemed to be moving with precision
00:04:24.380 as if he were acting on some sort of instruction,
00:04:26.460 am I right?
00:04:27.020 But to what end, I wondered.
00:04:29.720 Why that camera?
00:04:30.560 Why specifically the one behind Charlie's head in particular?
00:04:33.520 And because I was wondering, I decided on September 17th, exactly one week after Charlie's
00:04:38.700 assassination, to reach out to him. I called him. And he was exceedingly nervous. He stammered
00:04:43.980 through a great many nonsensible excuses. Oh, I did it to protect Erica, he said. I wanted to
00:04:52.460 secure the footage for Erica so that she wouldn't have to see the footage of Charlie being shot in
00:05:00.480 24K, okay, clocks you on another lie. Because that was already a foregone conclusion. The entire
00:05:07.360 world had just witnessed Charlie Kirk bleeding out. Okay, you can't save Erica from the internet
00:05:13.380 already circulating these clips to the tune of billions of people who watched it worldwide.
00:05:19.200 More crucially, if he was actually worried about Erica seeing the footage, common sense to me says
00:05:26.820 that he would have grabbed the camera that was like, I don't know, a yardstick away from Charlie's
00:05:32.180 face. Oh, yeah, that camera that we've circled right here, that would have grabbed the action.
00:05:37.300 That would have been the real up close shot of Charlie bleeding out. So he lied. The camera from
00:05:44.820 behind, making matters worse, once I actually saw the footage, it had no blood. We revealed that on
00:05:50.120 this show. So now you can think through that. He was telling me he was trying to save Erica from
00:05:54.200 seeing her husband die, but yet this was the most mild shot of all. There was not a drop of blood on
00:05:59.240 Charlie's back as he went down. So what exactly was it that Terrell was racing to hide? What they
00:06:05.940 were hiding, and I am going to speculate this boldly now, having read through these files and
00:06:11.060 thought through everything that has happened, they were hiding was the fact that the bullet did not
00:06:14.200 go through, did not pierce through Charlie. I believe that that was supposed to remain a state
00:06:18.440 secret. The public was never supposed to have that piece of information. I feel pretty certain about
00:06:23.000 that, because after being told that the .30-06 was fired from a rifle a mere 150 yards away
00:06:31.580 into the most delicate human neck, the assumption, all of us made the assumption, actually, we never
00:06:37.660 even asked the question. Our assumption was just that it had gone through, of course.
00:06:41.860 And I believe that that is the true reason why they moved to pave over the scene so quickly,
00:06:46.380 because that was supposed to be the narrative. We've got the gun. We're going to say it was
00:06:50.760 30.6. We're going to say it passed through. We collected the evidence. Now it's paved through.
00:06:54.960 Nobody can look. It's gone. But something happened. There was a divine intervention.
00:07:01.120 Terrell showed me the back footage two days later on September 19th because I kept pressing him.
00:07:05.160 Why are you being so weird? Why are you acting so strange? Why are you giving me so many excuses?
00:07:09.780 Why are you telling me you're scared to send the footage because Google might hack you? That's
00:07:13.740 bizarre. Why are you telling me you don't know how to send footage? You are an audiovisual company.
00:07:17.960 you should know how to send big files. And so he eventually said, hey, I'll FaceTime you. I'll
00:07:24.200 just FaceTime you. I'm not going to send you anything, but I'll FaceTime you. And on September
00:07:26.640 19th, he did that. And gratefully, I moved to record that FaceTime call because his energy made
00:07:31.820 me uncomfortable. And later that day, I informed the public on my show that the bullet didn't go
00:07:38.360 through. I said the oddest thing. It's like there was no blood in the back of Charlie. That's so
00:07:41.120 strange. And this public revelation caused a mass internal panic at Turning Point USA.
00:07:48.320 Do you want to know how I know that it caused panic? Because the very next day on September
00:07:52.080 20th, Justin Strife was contacting my husband several times while asking him if I had recorded
00:07:58.560 that FaceTime call with Terrell. It came across like an urgent matter. I was sitting in the living
00:08:02.820 room. George came to me. He's like, hey, I don't know what's going on. But like, Justin Strife
00:08:05.460 is hitting me up. He's asking me if he recorded. What was he talking about? I said, why does he
00:08:10.320 care? Why is this urgent? Why are they following up with you? What's up? And he's like, I don't
00:08:14.520 know. And then I explained to him what happened. And I said, honey, don't answer the question.
00:08:18.580 I find the question in and of itself to be weird. Why do they care if I recorded and have the back
00:08:25.080 footage? And guess what? I found out why. I found out. Do you want to know why they were feeling a
00:08:31.760 bit of pressure? Who it was in particular that was placing pressure on Justin Strife and Frank
00:08:35.960 Carney to determine whether or not I had recorded that back footage? The feds were. The FBI was on
00:08:44.220 the phone with Justin Strife, Frank Carney, and they were apparently speaking to the feds that
00:08:48.940 day about whether or not I had recorded the footage. Now, why do you think this information
00:08:55.400 was so important to the FBI? Why would the feds be concerned about whether or not I had the back
00:09:03.600 footage. I'm recording. I'm screen recording a FaceTime call. They've got it in 4K. They're not
00:09:08.960 protecting Erica. It's everywhere. Unbeknownst to me at that time, this was also the exact day
00:09:17.340 of Charlie's private burial, and yet this is what they were consumed with. Erica was highly
00:09:23.800 concerned about the back footage as well, so much so that rather than attending exclusively to her
00:09:29.740 husband's private funeral. The higher priority for Erica on that day was to curate a response
00:09:36.360 to the public regarding why the bullet had not gone through. I want to say that again. Responding
00:09:43.080 to my episode where I simply told the public the truth that there was no bullet that passed
00:09:48.620 through was deemed a higher priority than Erica being fully emotionally present at her husband's
00:09:54.260 funeral. Her and Andrew were discussing this. They peeled off to the side, and they conferenced
00:10:01.100 the surgeon on the day of Charlie's actual funeral. They conferenced and called Dr. Lee Trotter. This
00:10:08.320 is the single biggest lie that Erica Kirk would later tell me. She would insist to my face, and
00:10:13.200 I did not believe her for one second, and I politely pushed back, that Andrew went rogue that
00:10:17.420 day, that the surgeon went rogue too. The two of them had a discussion that she did not authorize,
00:10:22.880 discussion that she was not privy to. The surgeon violated HIPAA. Andrew violated her privacy. And
00:10:29.800 after that discussion, Andrew went double rogue and he tweeted about the nature of this discussion
00:10:34.400 that he could not have had with the surgeon without Erica's permission. Erica lied. Erica
00:10:42.080 and Andrew colluded on how to message to the public about this little fact that was never
00:10:47.860 meant to be known to us. Dr. Lee Trotter did not violate HIPAA. In fact, he could sue her for
00:10:52.920 defamation in my personal opinion. She was the one that was on the phone with Andrew and they
00:10:57.440 were asking the doctor what they could tell the public and it was Erica Kirk that said that Charlie
00:11:03.120 ate healthy and she bet he had a neck like Superman. Pretty obvious if we just pause and
00:11:10.400 think about it. It was pretty girly and emotional. Man of steel. He just eats healthy. That's not how
00:11:16.260 serious trauma surgeons communicate, okay? It's just not. But the crucial point of Andrew's tweet
00:11:21.600 that people are forgetting and why I'm taking you back through this as before we get into these
00:11:25.800 filings is that on that day, as they were freaking out, feds calling me, my husband, feds calling
00:11:31.520 Turning Point USA, Turning Point USA, putting pressure on me and my husband, Erica and Andrew
00:11:34.500 on the side trying to figure out how to message. The crucial part is that then when they did deliver
00:11:39.700 this information to the public, they declared that the coroner found the bullet. The bullet,
00:11:47.500 not a fragment, the bullet. On September 20th, after the autopsy and the death certificate were
00:11:53.440 issued, they communicated to the public the bullet was found beneath Charlie's skin, okay?
00:11:58.900 We're gonna, we can read that statement together. They want you to forget these things. Andrew
00:12:03.400 tweeted, I want to address some of the discussion about the lack of an exit wound with Charlie.
00:12:08.060 I'm usually not interested in delving into most of this kind of online chatter,
00:12:11.760 and I apologize that this is somewhat graphic.
00:12:13.860 But in this case, the fact that there wasn't an exit wound is probably another miracle,
00:12:18.060 and I want people to know.
00:12:19.420 I just spoke with the surgeon who worked on Charlie in the hospital.
00:12:22.700 He said the bullet absolutely should have gone through,
00:12:25.860 which is very, very normal for a high-powered, high-velocity round.
00:12:30.320 I've seen wounds from this caliber many times, and they always just go through everything.
00:12:34.420 This would have taken a moose or two down, an elk, etc.
00:12:38.640 But it didn't go through.
00:12:39.720 Charlie's body stopped it.
00:12:41.020 I mentioned to his doctor that there were dozens of staff, students, and special guests
00:12:46.340 standing directly behind Charlie on the other side of the tent.
00:12:49.500 And he replied, quote, it was an absolute miracle that someone else didn't get killed.
00:12:53.640 His bone was so healthy and the density was so, so impressive that he's like the man of
00:12:58.560 steel.
00:12:59.240 It should have just gone through and through.
00:13:00.820 It likely would have killed those standing behind him too.
00:13:03.580 end quote. Andrew then concludes
00:13:06.640 in the end, the coroner
00:13:08.460 did find the bullet just beneath
00:13:10.500 the skin. Even in death
00:13:12.540 Charlie managed to save the lives of those around
00:13:14.560 him. Remarkable.
00:13:16.760 Miraculous.
00:13:18.520 Foremost, why would a coroner be finding
00:13:20.580 anything? A coroner is not even
00:13:22.260 a health, they just
00:13:24.360 say this person's dead,
00:13:26.320 park out of sight to Andrew Cole that
00:13:27.780 let's assume they met the medical examiner
00:13:29.940 and
00:13:31.780 And again, the bullet was found beneath the skin, not a fragment.
00:13:40.220 It was recovered, and that was similarly echoed to me in the days that followed.
00:13:46.220 But three days beyond that, I had a long conversation with Andrew, and I was very grateful for it.
00:13:50.940 On September 23rd, he provided me with even more details about that Man of Steel tweet,
00:13:56.260 because I was going, it doesn't sound real, Andrew.
00:13:59.440 and I took meticulous notes
00:14:01.500 and I would be willing to testify under oath
00:14:03.160 regarding what I was told from Andrew Kovat.
00:14:04.860 He told me that the bullet traveled,
00:14:07.360 and I'm going to show you this
00:14:08.320 in case you're like me
00:14:09.480 and you don't know about the vertebrae in the neck,
00:14:11.900 that it traveled from C2, okay?
00:14:15.080 Think about the entry point.
00:14:16.060 It's almost upward down to C6
00:14:19.180 and then it moved downward into Charlie's thorax
00:14:24.560 where it was shattered.
00:14:27.560 Okay.
00:14:28.200 another adjustment okay another adjustment because first they found the bullet beneath his skin now
00:14:37.380 suddenly the bullet is fragmented in his thorax then we're going to get brian harpole who's going
00:14:41.640 to say no it fragmented in his stomach thorax whatever he says these are very important and
00:14:48.260 relevant changes that they are making because they're realizing that their story is not going
00:14:54.640 to work. So why that change? Why did we go from, we got the bullet, coroner got the bullet, to
00:15:00.940 actually, you know what, it's ricocheting and it shattered. I'll give you my best guess.
00:15:07.720 It's because at some point the feds realized that their initial plan was completely ruined by the
00:15:11.320 back footage that they had to pivot. And at first they pivoted, but it was sloppy. They had 24 hours.
00:15:16.380 Andrew tweeted that they found the bullet. But the reality is, as my source, who's close to the
00:15:20.320 Robinson family told me that that family heirloom gun takes special bullets. In fact, I was told that
00:15:26.620 there was no way the prosecution was going to be able to connect the bullets to that gun. I think
00:15:32.140 the feds then realized that. First, we got the bullet. Then they quickly pivoted. There's no
00:15:36.060 bullet. It's just a small fragment. Problem solved. Now we can have ATF say that it's inconclusive
00:15:43.320 later down the line. There's another part of this that everyone is missing, and I want to stress it
00:15:47.860 you. They cannot even prove that the gun was fired. Say it again. They cannot even prove that
00:15:54.460 the gun was fired. Why is the media not telling you this? Have you guys realized that there's a
00:15:59.660 big piece missing from the evidence? Where is the basic GSR test? Okay. Testing to see if you fired
00:16:08.260 a weapon. It's a test that like it puts some stuff on, then it turns your hands purple or
00:16:13.520 bluish purple under the light, GSR test. Did they conduct that 33 hours later to see if Tyler
00:16:18.580 Robinson had fired a weapon? Right? They could have actually brought in a bomb dog for that.
00:16:25.440 No, they didn't do that. You remember the bomb dogs went into the field where the weapon was
00:16:30.920 found. I broke that story and they didn't find the weapon. That is literally impossible. It's
00:16:37.860 literally impossible. There's no one that will get up there and tell you anything different that a
00:16:42.120 trained bomb dog, if they are taken into a field where there is a gun that is sitting that was
00:16:47.180 recently fired, they will find the dog. They will find the gun. But apparently the bomb dogs missed
00:16:52.640 it. And the gun that was eventually found, which my sources say they are convinced that the feds
00:16:59.300 planted it when they arrived, was not fired on September 10th. Okay? Were. And they knew Tyler
00:17:05.220 Robinson fired it. They would have taken the bomb dogs, had them smell the dog. They would
00:17:08.880 have him smell the weapon, find the weapon, smell the person, and tell you that it's connected to
00:17:12.860 him. The canines would have done that for them. They didn't do that. And the last thing I want
00:17:17.100 to reiterate to you before we get into what these filings reveal is that there are a bunch of frauds
00:17:22.320 right now that are telling you that they found Tyler Robinson's DNA on the gun, okay? What they
00:17:27.080 keep conveniently leaving out is that they found a total of six sets of prints on the gun. It is
00:17:33.440 not shocking that Tyler Robinson's gun had Tyler Robinson's prints on it. That's not shocking.
00:17:40.100 The question is, who took Robinson's gun and placed it into the field unfired? That's where
00:17:48.100 we are at in this case. So the big news yesterday was that the bullet, which has now been conveniently
00:17:54.200 reduced to a fragment, happened very quickly over a couple of days, has come back and the ATF has
00:18:00.900 concluded that they can't connect to the gun. It's inconclusive. And now the prosecution
00:18:08.300 wants the corrupt FBI to conduct their own analysis. And I'm going to tell you what is
00:18:13.640 very wrong with that, because I think it's pretty clear that the feds are working with
00:18:19.100 Turning Point USA. And all evidence points to the fact that the feds are dirty in this case.
00:18:25.280 Like I said, I have spoken to SWAT, local police departments, sources close to the accused,
00:18:29.380 UVU students, people that work at UVU, everyone is saying the feds are a part of a broader
00:18:35.320 conspiracy and based on the evidence that I am seeing and based on these filings, which I am
00:18:39.020 about to show you, I believe that. So while the people who are racing to delude you about this
00:18:45.880 case are making tons of claims about the recent filing, we're going to actually take you through
00:18:49.400 it. Tyler Robinson's team in this filing, just, you know, what we're looking at is they are
00:18:53.080 asking for an extension and we are going to show you the extraordinarily valid reasons as to why.
00:18:59.380 You know, at first, I just want to say off top of this,
00:19:01.800 I think we can all readily dismiss the repeated lie
00:19:04.400 that Tyler Robinson confessed to his crime, right?
00:19:07.740 He's asking for a continuation.
00:19:10.420 A man who confesses a crime and says, I did it,
00:19:12.660 does not request a continuation
00:19:14.300 so that he can gather evidence.
00:19:16.720 If he was admittedly guilty and so overwhelmingly guilty
00:19:19.620 that he turned himself in and said, I did it,
00:19:22.380 he would not be trying to win the case, okay?
00:19:26.260 And why are they requesting the continuation?
00:19:28.020 continuation, they make it very clear because discovery is missing. Discovery in a case is when
00:19:32.800 you accuse me of something, and then I say, okay, I want to see your text messages from September
00:19:37.720 10th. I want to see your text messages from September 8th, and you have to give them to me,
00:19:42.640 right? I'm the defense. You got to give those to me. They're saying that they can't prepare a defense
00:19:47.960 until they receive all of the items that they have requested from the prosecution. They haven't
00:19:52.880 delivered them to them, okay? Requesting a continuation is so beyond standard in proceedings.
00:19:59.560 I have filed for them myself. I filed for them in the Brigitte case. It is so beyond standard
00:20:03.720 that it is, you should be offended to any person who is trying to make that scandalous or purport
00:20:10.260 otherwise. So we're going to go through this filing together, essentially 28 pages plus a ton
00:20:14.540 of exhibits. Let's look at this document, okay? And Skye, I'm going to pull it up on my page just
00:20:19.340 so I don't have to squint and read since I feel like my eyesight is getting worse and worse with
00:20:23.280 every child. Okay, so we're starting up here with the introduction, and I've highlighted the portions
00:20:27.180 that you can take a look to. We learned that Mr. Robinson seeks to continue the preliminary hearing,
00:20:32.540 which is scheduled for May 2026, to a setting that allows him and his council to receive
00:20:38.060 discovery that is necessary for preliminary hearing preparations. Okay, then it is going to
00:20:45.300 state that on March 12th, 2026, the council for the parties they met and they conferred regarding
00:20:52.500 discovery issues and the evidence the state intends to present at the preliminary hearing.
00:20:57.720 Based upon the state's representations at this meeting, the state intends to present these
00:21:02.720 discrete buckets of evidence through three identified law enforcement witnesses. So they're
00:21:08.280 saying, we just met on the 12th and they told us that they're going to, when we have this
00:21:14.220 preliminary hearing, they're going to bring three witnesses to the stand. This is going to include
00:21:19.520 conclusory forensic DNA and ballistics reports authored by the FBI and the ATF, phone and social
00:21:27.980 media data testimony by law enforcement officials about the crime scene and search locations,
00:21:32.540 and testimony by Mr. Robinson's parents and roommate, okay? Conclusory is the key word here.
00:21:40.160 I'm going to explain to you why this is exceedingly problematic that they are going to present conclusory evidence that they have not actually given beyond the conclusions to the defense.
00:21:53.700 And to the point about Mr. Robinson's parents and roommates that are going to be that they want to bring up, that means nothing.
00:22:00.560 You can bring up whoever you want to the stand.
00:22:02.000 And because Matt Robinson says, this is my gun that I gave to Tyler Robinson, it is common sense to me that they would put him on the stand and they say, do you recognize this gun? Yes, I recognize it. Can't lie about that. Is this your gun? Yes. You're going to contain your questions just to get him to identify that that's his son and that it is his gun and that he gave his gun to his son. That's my guess. And they're going to try to scandalize that. Some people are saying he's testifying for the prosecution. No, he's not testifying for the prosecution.
00:22:31.260 They are naming him as a witness
00:22:32.500 and he is going to be forced to answer questions
00:22:34.400 under oath, likely, I would assume, about the gun, okay?
00:22:38.220 So then they go on and they say
00:22:39.380 the state intends to offer a significant amount of hearsay
00:22:42.180 identified in the Utah rule of evidence
00:22:44.680 at a preliminary hearing.
00:22:47.240 Namely, they're just going to get up there
00:22:50.100 and they are going to tell you
00:22:52.340 that they've made these conclusions,
00:22:53.500 but we can't tell you how they got to these conclusions.
00:22:57.300 That's what they're saying.
00:22:58.760 They're telling us that this is inconclusive
00:23:01.380 and it's not attached to the gun,
00:23:03.500 but we want to see how they arrived at that
00:23:06.760 because that could be very important for us, okay?
00:23:09.900 Okay, we can scroll down here,
00:23:11.940 and this is where it is wild,
00:23:14.220 and this reveals the prosecution strategy.
00:23:16.820 I want you to go back into your mind
00:23:17.900 when Erica got up and she did this news clip
00:23:21.960 and she was like, I would like this to be rushed.
00:23:24.000 Like, I want the case to go by quickly.
00:23:26.060 I want a right for this to go.
00:23:27.220 And we were like, what's that about?
00:23:29.120 And I will also remind you that when I sat down with Erica, I explained to you that her lawyer told me that right now we don't have any evidence.
00:23:40.080 The way this works is that now the prosecutor, the state's going to go out and they're going to find the evidence.
00:23:45.660 And then once we have the evidence, they're going to give it to Tyler Robinson's team, who's going to be able to draft some sort of a response to the evidence.
00:23:53.740 And then we have the preliminary hearing.
00:23:56.200 OK, so that is what they are going to say. They're going to tell you what Erica's team did, what the state did. In total, they and they're referring to Tyler Robinson's team has received approximately 20,000 files, exclusive, excluding digital electronic discovery, which was provided on a hard drive during that meeting on March 12th.
00:24:15.840 when they were conferring, and suddenly they gave them another drive, okay? Now, initially,
00:24:23.160 they had files, which were 61,500 pages in total before that March 12th meeting. They had audio
00:24:29.580 files that were 31 hours in total length. They're going through all that. They were also given more
00:24:33.960 than 5,000 video files containing more than 700 hours of video until March 12th when they conferred.
00:24:40.740 and then they handed them this little drive.
00:24:44.000 And guess how much was on that drive on March 12th?
00:24:46.460 It amounts to approximately 12 terabytes of data
00:24:50.320 and over 600,000 files.
00:24:55.740 So they have less than two months to go.
00:24:59.100 They've had all this time since September
00:25:01.040 to deliver them all of this data for them to go through.
00:25:03.940 And they waited until March 12th
00:25:05.560 and they handed them a drive
00:25:07.320 and they said, here are 600,000 files.
00:25:12.240 See you in May.
00:25:13.880 That is a strategy, okay?
00:25:15.780 That is a dump when you know
00:25:17.800 they are not going to be able to go through everything
00:25:20.460 and see what you have.
00:25:22.180 You're giving them so much.
00:25:23.320 And it is a strategy people do.
00:25:24.480 When people are subpoenaed and they fight
00:25:27.480 and they fight the subpoena, they fight the subpoena.
00:25:29.280 Like, oh, I get your text messages for two years.
00:25:32.000 Remember when Blake Lively requested that for me?
00:25:34.980 And I'm like, I don't want to give, I don't want to give it.
00:25:36.320 and then the judge says, no, you have to give it,
00:25:37.980 they will then give them more than they even asked for.
00:25:40.720 I'll give you every email, text,
00:25:42.180 because somewhere buried in there is what you need,
00:25:44.820 but you're not going to have the time to find that.
00:25:46.820 You don't have the force behind you.
00:25:48.760 This is going to take 800 paralegals
00:25:51.200 working for 800 hours each
00:25:55.940 in order for you to go through all of this.
00:25:57.640 That is what this looks like to me.
00:25:59.780 Why are you waiting until March 12th?
00:26:01.780 This is a very bad strategy.
00:26:04.900 I mean, I'm actually going to say it's an immoral strategy to dump this on them.
00:26:08.560 OK, 600,000 files after first giving them 20,000 files until March 12th.
00:26:15.580 Stunning.
00:26:17.520 On that bottom paragraph, which we have highlighted orange, it says, what is known at present is that Mr. Robinson has not received the forensic case files and the data necessary to investigate through the use of qualified experts, the scientific reports that the state intends to introduce at the preliminary hearing.
00:26:34.120 Mr. Robinson has diligently requested the disclosure of forensic case files and the data underlying the laboratory reports in effort to get these materials to the defense.
00:26:43.300 And he's been doing that since September 30th.
00:26:45.300 OK, so they've just been giving him conclusions and they were like, how'd you get here?
00:26:50.640 We have his text messages. OK, can we see how you got those?
00:26:54.320 Can we see the dates? Can we see the chain of custody?
00:26:57.320 Can we see how you pulled it off? Who signed off on it?
00:27:00.220 Nope. They're just giving them conclusions. And what they're saying is, we can't even determine
00:27:05.780 if they're fake or they're real until you give us what we are asking for. We need to get in the
00:27:12.020 weeds. We need to see effectively the metadata. Who pulled this information off the server?
00:27:16.940 We want to see the chain of custody. How did this happen? How did this file get created?
00:27:20.380 You can't just send us a PDF conclusion. That is what is in these documents. They are playing
00:27:27.660 games. They're playing games. It's very obvious. We're going to keep going here.
00:27:32.080 It then tells us that during the hearing, which was held back in January, the Council
00:27:35.660 for the Parties discussed the status of the lab files, and UCAL, that's the Utah County
00:27:40.920 Attorney's Office, informed the defense that they, too, were awaiting the files. And we
00:27:45.420 memorialized that for the state in our February 3rd letter, that we still don't have these
00:27:50.380 lab files. We're looking for how they are saying they got the DNA. They're just telling
00:27:54.760 us conclusions and we can't prod narratives, right? And so that's a problem. They're not
00:28:00.600 being allowed to do that. And then if we scroll down to the bottom of page six, it's telling us
00:28:05.180 like, hey, there has not been a prior request to continue the preliminary hearing. And I'd like
00:28:12.060 to remind you that back in December 11th, we raised this issue with you. When you set this date
00:28:16.580 for the week of May 18th for the state, we said in response, this isn't going to work. We need to
00:28:23.400 make sure we have the stuff that we need. And what did the court tell us? The court said, and they're
00:28:27.740 quoting, I do not find there's any prejudice in setting a date for a preliminary hearing. It's
00:28:32.260 not set in stone. It certainly can be moved. This is the judge. I recognize the parties have a lot
00:28:36.900 of obligations, but I also want to recognize the importance of this case moving forward.
00:28:40.860 And if nothing more, then this is just a goal for a preliminary hearing. If it needs to be changed,
00:28:44.920 the court understands that. The court already told Tyler Robinson's team, we just want to get
00:28:49.700 something on the calendar. We understand it might need to be moved and it might not be practical.
00:28:53.400 So they're like, hey, can you honor that now that we have the proof that this is not practical? You can't just drop 600,000 files on us on March 12th and tell us to be ready by May 18th? Does everybody agree with that? I think we all agree with that. We're all sane people. We agree with that.
00:29:07.400 okay now if we scroll down then they're going to kind of make more arguments and they're going to
00:29:13.600 bring in some you know some jurisprudence meaning like past cases that uh demonstrate the points
00:29:18.960 that they're making and why this is like totally par for the course and we should they shouldn't
00:29:22.380 even they should just be like yeah of course you get a continuance you got 600,000 documents but
00:29:25.580 you still have to do this you have to point to cases and proof of why this is okay and Skyler
00:29:30.900 on page 11 now. And they write here, there are materials that are known to the police prosecution
00:29:37.760 team that have not yet been provided to us. While it is anticipated that discovery in this case will
00:29:43.520 be ongoing throughout the duration, the defense is seeking the materials that are known to be
00:29:49.380 reasonably available to the prosecution, materials that are known to be in possession of law
00:29:53.060 enforcement partners identified by the state. Both the UCAO and Mr. Robinson continue to weigh
00:29:58.880 a vast amount of information relevant to a review of the FBI's and the ATF's DNA analysis,
00:30:06.680 including, but not limited to, validation studies, crucial electronic data files,
00:30:12.480 the reports, the case file for comparative bullet analysis, the bullet-led analysis that
00:30:19.040 is still in progress at the FBI, and the case file and protocols for a comparative bullet
00:30:24.320 analysis that's been conducted by the ATF. Okay. Now, here is where it is going to be very
00:30:31.000 interesting. Okay. And I want to see, is this the page where we highlighted? Let me just go
00:30:36.460 and make sure I found this where they get into the ATF. Oh, actually, let's go to bottom of page 18.
00:30:43.180 This is an example of how much they're just giving absolute BS and they're trying to run
00:30:47.460 the clock, essentially. It tells us that, for instance, on March 12th, that's when they had
00:30:52.260 it meaning to confer, the state indicated that it intended to introduce the autopsy report into
00:30:57.060 evidence without any supporting expert testimony. So that was going to be a part of what they were
00:31:01.740 going to present on the stand if this went through in May. The autopsy report, which was completed on
00:31:06.800 September 16th, 2025, was not given to the defense until November 13th, 2025. Gets worse. So a two
00:31:15.140 month delay to give them something they already had done. The autopsy paragraphs, photographs,
00:31:20.300 pardon me, which were taken on September 10th, 2025, were not produced to the defense until
00:31:26.780 March 18th, 2026. They just gave them the photographs. Why? Make that make sense outside
00:31:35.280 of trying to run the clock down so somebody cannot get another expert to look at everything
00:31:41.680 and prepare arguments. Why would you have something available to you on September 16th
00:31:47.100 and not hand it to them until March 18th.
00:31:50.520 There is no excuse for that.
00:31:52.320 There is no excuse for that.
00:31:54.820 Outside of you do not believe you can win this case honestly.
00:31:58.880 This is legal maneuvering.
00:32:00.660 You're hoping a judge is going to be corrupt,
00:32:02.220 is going to hear the cry of this widow.
00:32:04.540 Please, I just want the case to be fast, she said on Fox News.
00:32:07.680 This is hard.
00:32:08.580 I'm asking them to move along fast.
00:32:11.680 The widow wants to put this chapter behind her.
00:32:14.400 Judge?
00:32:14.760 normally the public doesn't read through legal files so they're not going to see the 600,000
00:32:20.200 documents that we just dropped on them they're not going to see that like okay we haven't even
00:32:24.620 given them the autopsy report and stuff until like you know now it's March the widow she's
00:32:30.360 grieving she's asking can't we at least do that for her she doesn't have her husband
00:32:34.440 that is their manipulative strategy and you can see it in these documents okay and then it says
00:32:41.420 even more substantial discovery issues exist with respect to the DNA and the ballistics report that
00:32:46.520 the state has indicated it intends to offer at the preliminary hearing without any supporting
00:32:53.180 expert testimony. The summary, again just summary, DNA reports produced by the FBI and the ATF
00:33:01.160 indicate that both agencies recovered minute quantities of DNA on various items of evidence
00:33:07.300 which the reports opine
00:33:09.720 consist of mixtures
00:33:11.320 of up to five or more individuals.
00:33:14.480 It's five individuals that are on this.
00:33:15.700 And yet all I have is an analysis,
00:33:17.660 I mean, a conclusion.
00:33:19.260 Can I get more?
00:33:20.020 Can I understand more
00:33:20.980 about these five sets of prints
00:33:22.680 that are on this?
00:33:23.700 Who are these people?
00:33:24.800 Do we know these people?
00:33:26.260 No, they're not giving them anything.
00:33:28.860 They're not giving them anything
00:33:30.000 but the conclusion.
00:33:31.640 And they're expecting them
00:33:32.720 to be able to present this
00:33:33.840 during the preliminary hearing.
00:33:35.820 Now, this next portion regarding the firearm evidence is an absolute bomb.
00:33:42.080 In fact, I might just pivot to break because I think we're running out of time.
00:33:45.920 Pivot to break, Dom.
00:33:47.580 And then when we get back, I'm going to explain this, why not even Tyler Robinson's defense
00:33:52.420 caught what was in this paragraph.
00:33:54.780 So we'll be right back after a quick break.
00:33:57.660 All right, you guys, thanks to you, last year, Preborn helped rescue over 80,000 babies.

00:36:15.980 during the period.
00:36:16.720 Late payments may negatively impact your credit score.
00:36:18.440 Individual results may vary.
00:36:19.920 I also want to tell you guys about red light life
00:36:21.520 because we are seeing a massive rise in autoimmune issues,
00:36:24.200 cancers, thyroid problems, hormone imbalances,
00:36:26.620 and chronic fatigue.
00:36:27.980 That's why the work of investigative journalist
00:36:29.460 Jonathan Otto is so compelling.
00:36:31.360 His research into red and near-infrared light therapy
00:36:35.120 shows how wavelengths from 630 to 1,016 nanometers
00:36:41.240 can boost cellular energy, reduce inflammation,
00:36:44.000 and support your body's natural repair systems.
00:36:46.600 The results are very impressive.
00:36:47.620 Some reports show protocols becoming up to 70 times more effective
00:36:51.320 and 96% of women with enlarged thyroids returning to normal size in just weeks.
00:36:56.140 There's also growing research showing powerful results
00:36:58.700 in cancer treatment support using photodynamic therapy,
00:37:01.580 but not all devices are the same.
00:37:03.260 Red Life by Jonathan Otto uses nine targeted clinical grade wavelengths,
00:37:07.360 which is far more advanced than most consumer options.
00:37:10.220 It's also one of the most affordable long-term therapies available
00:37:12.640 with payment options that can save you thousands over time.
00:37:16.060 To learn the exact protocols, go to MyRedLight.com for free training while it's still available
00:37:21.780 and use code CANDICE25 and you'll get 25% off singles or CANDICE30 and you'll get 30%
00:37:28.460 off bundles. Again, that's MyRedLight.com before it sells out.
00:37:34.460 Here is actually the craziest part of the filing that I don't think anybody noticed. Okay,
00:37:40.780 everybody's talking about the ATF, but the devil is always in the details. The feds are always
00:37:45.900 in the details, okay? Now, I'm going to read this. Regarding the firearm evidence, the defense
00:37:51.560 has been provided with an ATF summary, again, just a summary report, which indicates that the ATF was
00:37:57.040 unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson.
00:38:04.400 Although the state has not indicated an intent to produce this report at the preliminary hearing,
00:38:11.120 the defense may very well decide to offer the testimony
00:38:13.900 of the ATF firearm analyst as exculpatory evidence.
00:38:17.460 Okay, so they met, they conferred,
00:38:19.980 and they're like, okay, we haven't even received,
00:38:23.760 we got a summary that, like, this is not matching,
00:38:26.560 but we want to see the whole report.
00:38:27.500 We want to see how they got there,
00:38:28.500 because the report will show us how they conducted this.
00:38:30.860 We'll actually be able to see that bullet fragment,
00:38:33.600 how big it is.
00:38:34.080 I don't know.
00:38:34.640 We know nothing.
00:38:36.140 And then Erica's team comes in,
00:38:39.140 the state comes in, and they're like,
00:38:40.000 it doesn't matter we're not going to we're not even going to bring up the atf thing so you have
00:38:44.680 our word so we're good they're like well first off why aren't you bringing that up and uh it's
00:38:49.540 not about whether you're good it's about whether we're good because that's pretty exculpatory for
00:38:54.300 us if you know the gun does not fit you must acquit this is the purpose of a preliminary
00:38:59.680 hearing is to get a judge to just unilaterally dismiss something as an option uh so what's up
00:39:05.020 with that why are you not giving it they're like oh because we're going to do some other testing
00:39:08.100 down the line. Here is where it gets crucial. Pay attention. Look alive, okay? It goes on and it
00:39:13.160 says, in order to make this determination, it is necessary for the defense and its firearm expert
00:39:20.380 to review the ATF case file and the protocols relating to this examination, which have not
00:39:25.920 yet been provided. The state has also indicated that the FBI is in the process of conducting a
00:39:32.840 second comparative bullet analysis, as well as a bullet lead analysis, that these analyses are not
00:39:38.520 yet complete. Okay, pay attention, Tyler Robinson's defense team. I'm about to help you out in a big
00:39:43.620 way. They told you that you conferred. They said, okay, don't worry, we got it. We got this. We're
00:39:48.300 going to do a secondary thing with the feds. And like me, I'm nosy. I'm like, wait, what do you
00:39:52.000 mean? The ATF is alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. That's the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and
00:40:00.080 firearms. If they couldn't do it, what extra power does the FBI have to do it? If the firearm
00:40:06.020 people can't do it, why is this going to the FBI? So I said, what is a comparative bullet
00:40:11.660 lead analysis? What is that? I need to know things. I like to learn. And lo and behold,
00:40:17.920 we find out that the CBLA, the compositional analysis, is a discontinued forensic technique
00:40:27.080 that analyzed trace elements, copper, arsenic, in lead, to link crime scene bullets to suspects.
00:40:34.400 It was primarily used by the FBI from the 1980s until 2004, but it was then abandoned in 2005
00:40:41.140 due to flawed scientific, statistical, and interpretive validity. Wait, they just continued
00:40:48.960 this like 20 years ago, 21 years ago, because they said it was flawed? And sure enough,
00:40:56.740 Schuyler starts looking through and he's like, yeah, no, the innocence, people have been freed
00:41:01.340 because of how flawed this was. They literally put the wrong people in prison using this
00:41:06.500 technology until it became so obvious that nobody would even stand trial and back it anymore. So
00:41:11.540 they just got rid of this analysis. It's been gone for 20 years. Wake up, Tyler Robinson's
00:41:16.600 defense team. I know it's a lot going on, 600,000 files. This is them telling you they're going to
00:41:21.040 make this bullet fit no matter what. The feds will do it. If ATF isn't going to be corrupt,
00:41:25.360 will be corrupt. And they've been corrupt since the beginning of this. Look at this news clip
00:41:30.500 explaining further why and how this technique that they're not going to employ got discredited
00:41:37.060 historically and is no longer in use. Here are the reasons why it got discredited. Take a listen
00:41:43.120 to this local Atlanta news clip. FBI agents swore by it in courtrooms across America for decades,
00:41:50.160 a type of forensic science called bullet-led analysis. This was used in thousands of cases,
00:41:55.360 and hundreds of trials, but the FBI stopped using it over flaws in the science.
00:42:00.940 Now at least one man is free as another fights for his freedom.
00:42:04.420 National investigative reporter Chris Nakamoto looks into the tainted testimony.
00:42:08.940 It was definitely a shot to the whole community.
00:42:11.960 In 1991, 45-year-old Norma Jean Aids was found inside this home, shot to death seven times.
00:42:22.360 The house set on fire.
00:42:23.820 Mayor. She deserved better than that. Her death, a defining event in the life of her husband,
00:42:30.640 Jimmy Yates, because six years later, a jury convicted him of her murder.
00:42:35.900 It's his first sit-down interview after being released in 2021. Did you kill your wife? No.
00:42:44.120 I have maintained it all these years. Police found a bullet in his vehicle,
00:42:49.740 which they said matched the lead and bullets at the crime scene that science
00:42:55.380 the jury trusted when it ultimately convicted eights no longer used by the
00:43:00.480 FBI when a weapon is missing or a bullet too damaged the FBI claimed at the time
00:43:06.960 their science can match bullets to ammunition through the lead alone our
00:43:11.760 national investigative team found the FBI admitted to using this science in
00:43:15.820 2,500 cases, and was introduced in hundreds of trials across America. But in 2005, the FBI
00:43:23.100 pulled the plug on this practice. Their admission, neither scientists nor bullet manufacturers are
00:43:29.200 able to definitively attest to the significance of an association made between bullets in the
00:43:35.040 course of a bullet-led examination. They discontinued this because not even the scientists
00:43:44.280 or the bullet manufacturers would testify
00:43:48.540 that that made any sense.
00:43:52.020 Not even the scientists or the bullet manufacturers.
00:43:54.620 We don't know how you're doing this.
00:43:57.040 You're just saying that you have
00:43:58.820 some special scientific technique
00:44:00.360 that the scientists are saying is not so scientific
00:44:03.180 and the bullet manufacturers are saying,
00:44:04.940 yeah, this doesn't make any sense.
00:44:06.000 And so they just quietly stopped doing that in 2005.
00:44:10.340 But guess what, guys?
00:44:12.480 Cash's boys are going to dust that off, pull it back.
00:44:16.040 Because ATF probably said, a little too obvious and corrupt for us.
00:44:22.120 Okay, best we can do, like, you know, we're the feds, we're the fed boys, love you.
00:44:26.420 But can we give you an inconclusive?
00:44:29.640 Can we just say inconclusive?
00:44:30.940 It probably doesn't even match.
00:44:32.760 Inconclusive is the best I can do as your homie.
00:44:35.120 You guys are on your own if you're going to be that corrupt, despite this history of the strategy being corrupt.
00:44:41.540 And because scientists and you put a lot of people in jail wrongly and the feds are like, yeah, that's what we're trying to do. We're trying to put somebody in jail wrongly. So that's what we're doing. We need to bring back the technique that's been discontinued for 20 years.
00:44:54.380 incredible bombshell should be on the cover of every mainstream news reporting that the fbi
00:45:03.160 is bringing back an already debunked technique so that they can give erica the evidence she needs
00:45:10.220 to connect this gun which hasn't even been fired to tyler robinson again ignore the people that
00:45:16.560 are telling you over and over again that his printer on his gun that's common sense people
00:45:20.580 if somebody comes to my house and steals a gun, it's going to have me and George's prints on it
00:45:25.980 and DNA on it because our prints carry oil and that's our DNA. It does not mean that we then
00:45:31.120 took this gun and killed somebody. You got to connect the bullet. You got to connect the person.
00:45:36.400 You got to conduct these tests to make sure they fired a weapon. They're doing none of that.
00:45:40.280 All they're doing is spending an offensive amount of money on PR for people to convince you that
00:45:45.320 This is an open and shut case, and it's not even open.
00:45:48.640 It shouldn't even be open, okay?
00:45:53.380 I am just so stunned that they're doing this.
00:45:55.400 I can't even believe how openly corrupt the feds are being.
00:46:00.560 Please, guys, in your capacity, share this.
00:46:02.800 Share that portion that they are bringing back.
00:46:05.000 Make it viral, okay?
00:46:06.400 The feds are so corrupt.
00:46:08.540 Truly, I am like fed up, literally fed up.
00:46:11.500 Federal Bureau of Investigation, we have had enough, okay?
00:46:15.320 Now to finish some other things that I highlighted here, just that you have this, as we're on page 22. They're basically saying, asserting their amendments, like in a capital case, a state cannot, consistent with federal due process, the Fourth and the Eighth Amendments and separation of powers and principles declare that hearsay reports, you're just going to sit people.
00:46:37.920 This is a show trial. You're going to sit people and we can't prod their narratives because you haven't actually given us the evidence. You're giving us summarized reports. They want theater. They want to put theater on the stand and they are saying we want science. We want scientific discovery, which we have been asking for and we have been consistent in asking for this, which is what he attaches into the exhibits, is how many times they have asked for this information, how many people they have been in touch with saying we need this information to go through.
00:47:05.720 And they've done a very good job, by the way, I will say.
00:47:08.260 This is a thorough case.
00:47:09.180 Sometimes I read lawyers and it's like, oh, this is a really bad lawyer they have.
00:47:12.240 This is a job well done, actually.
00:47:14.760 This is a job well done.
00:47:16.120 It's very descriptive.
00:47:17.800 It tells us on the bottom of 25, at the top of 25, excuse me, that this is not our fault.
00:47:23.980 We did not contribute to the delay resulting in the request.
00:47:26.760 You can see through the pages we have been diligently processing and reviewing all of
00:47:31.400 this discovery that has been received in this case.
00:47:33.980 We have made efforts from the outset to procure not only the reports from forensic testing, but also the underlying materials that are needed for expert review.
00:47:42.920 And they keep we have communicated verbally and in writing our concerns regarding these materials over the last several months.
00:47:49.360 The delay here does not fall at our feet.
00:47:51.940 We have no reason, we have no understanding as to why we were not given the autopsy report,
00:47:56.860 the summary, until November, and then given the photos and the complete report package
00:48:02.780 to be able to give to somebody else until March.
00:48:05.140 That makes no sense outside of a despicable strategy from the state here.
00:48:13.160 And then it says, where the evidence that has not yet been produced is both highly technical
00:48:17.540 and scientific and is the basis for expert opinions that will be proffered only through
00:48:22.380 reports deemed reliable. This is hearsay under Utah rule of evidence. You can't just
00:48:28.140 give us summaries and that's what they want. They want a show trial. And they are now asserting
00:48:33.740 in conclusion that unless the materials that we are requesting have been produced to us by April
00:48:40.480 17th, 2026. And if that does happen, then we can set a hearing, you know, six months out.
00:48:50.180 Otherwise, we want a hearing date to be completely vacated. We don't want to even talk about a
00:48:54.900 hearing date right now. It doesn't even make sense. OK, we've got 600,000 documents to go
00:48:59.780 through. We have not received our discovery requests. We are basically they're playing a
00:49:04.920 PR game, and we deserve to have an opportunity to understand how they received these
00:49:10.540 communications. You're saying these are his texts, okay? You don't just send me a PDF of text. When
00:49:17.100 I saw the text, I was like, are these dated? What time did they come in that's missing? What time
00:49:24.060 did they come in? How did they pull this off of the server? Did you contact T-Mobile? How did you
00:49:28.600 get this information? You can't just send a PDF and then say, we got them. You can't just have
00:49:34.320 cash patel throwing up 33s and say that's enough you can't just have uh governor cox up there with
00:49:40.620 the fed saying oh we got him this is real this is a court case give up tell us how you received
00:49:46.660 these technological communications otherwise this is just show and they called them out on that and
00:49:53.120 so i just i have to say um this was an extraordinary filing and extraordinary in that it only further
00:50:00.680 to me undermines the state's case you don't have to play these games if it is on your side if truth
00:50:07.000 is on your side you do not need to play these games if truth is on your side you immediately
00:50:11.160 give them everything they need without delay um and you say okay here you go we should be able to
00:50:16.620 make that deadline in may because we're giving you everything here's the autopsy here's this
00:50:20.020 here's that here's the prince that we said that we found because your interest should be finding
00:50:23.840 charlie's true killer not trying to stick it onto a patsy which is what tyler robinson is in my
00:50:29.260 opinion, having investigated this case, having had communication with Turning Point USA with
00:50:33.420 their former employees about the lies that they were told, with the way that they are behaving,
00:50:37.620 with the way that they have edited their story, the panic because of the back footage.
00:50:43.960 Everything that they are doing is signaling to me that this is a fed job from start to finish,
00:50:50.700 just like JFK, just like with MLK. And I am entitled to that opinion unless they give us
00:50:55.520 something concrete and there is nothing that a single shred of this case that they have delivered
00:51:00.300 that has been concrete. They still have not demonstrated even if the tech messages are real
00:51:05.320 to the defense. They can't even demonstrate that or they have not demonstrated that yet and I see
00:51:10.540 no reason unless they aren't. We'll see. Anyway, I wanted to also tack on here that yesterday I had
00:51:16.960 received an email that really touched me. It was the context of the email was there was a woman
00:51:20.240 and she was responding to the APB that I put out yesterday regarding Erica's flight on July
00:51:25.380 14th. It's a crucial date to me on my timeline because of Tuckergate on July 13th. I feel very
00:51:31.860 much that between June and July 13th is when they made a decision to kill Charlie on the basis of
00:51:37.220 the Iran war and further on the basis of what Tucker Carlson said on stage questioning Bibi
00:51:42.480 Netanyahu, his network of people, the Epstein files, where people's money was coming from.
00:51:47.360 And that flight she took with Catherine LoCastro and Derek Neekirk and Jonathan Barcelo.
00:51:53.520 and she wanted, the woman who's emailing me,
00:51:56.860 wanted to make me aware that a flight to Long Beach,
00:51:58.820 I was wondering, what's this about?
00:51:59.980 What's in Long Beach?
00:52:00.740 And she made me aware
00:52:01.680 that there's actually a joint Air Force base
00:52:04.300 that's about 15 minutes from the airport.
00:52:06.340 It was really the second part of the email
00:52:07.660 that really touched me.
00:52:08.320 She wrote this.
00:52:09.360 She wrote, FYI, the Long Beach airport
00:52:11.000 is a quick 10 to 15 minute drive
00:52:13.900 to a small military base in Los Alamitos.
00:52:17.860 It is the Joint Forces Air Base.
00:52:20.720 Oh, JTF, Fort Huachuca.
00:52:23.520 It's not a very busy base, although it is secure.
00:52:26.280 It also is not visible to heavy traffic as the entrance to the base is located in a housing subdivision.
00:52:31.980 It would be easy to move in and out of there without much notice from the public.
00:52:35.600 The flight from Phoenix is just over an hour.
00:52:38.680 She continued, it is common for U.S. government officials to fly in and out of that base when coming to Southern California and then driving to fundraising events, etc.
00:52:47.720 The California National Guard also uses that base as well
00:52:50.520 as fighter jets fly in and out when doing the annual air shows.
00:52:54.900 She continues, not sure if this helps with the big picture
00:52:57.200 or pertains to what you find out about July 14th,
00:53:00.500 but I wanted to pass that along in case it is another piece of the puzzle.
00:53:04.240 She then writes, Candace, I pray that you eventually find peace.
00:53:06.700 It has been heartbreaking to see glimpses of your stages of grief
00:53:09.600 as you produce your show.
00:53:10.900 My heart does ache with you in your pain.
00:53:13.940 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
00:53:16.440 You have really met Jesus in his suffering
00:53:18.420 since September, 2025, as this is so painful,
00:53:21.980 how much more was his pain to die on a cross
00:53:25.160 for the sins of this world?
00:53:26.940 May you never forget that Sunday came
00:53:28.860 and he triumphed over evil.
00:53:30.940 In this world, you will have many trials,
00:53:33.860 but take heart that I have overcome the world.
00:53:37.120 God makes us in his image
00:53:38.320 and one of his attributes is justice.
00:53:39.960 Some of us bear that image more than others.
00:53:41.920 It is both a blessing and a burden.
00:53:44.000 You mirror the image of his justice,
00:53:45.320 but may you rest in knowing that God is in charge of ultimate justice.
00:53:50.240 I was very touched by that, and I wanted to share that because I felt like as we are ending
00:53:54.640 at the end here of Lent, just being reminded of that, no matter what you're going through,
00:53:59.020 no matter what suffering you're going through, and it has been a lot of suffering, and it has
00:54:02.520 been a lot of hurt to go through, and it hurts every day to see the people that Charlie catapulted
00:54:09.600 into the positions that they have today turn on him for money, because that's what we're seeing.
00:54:12.960 We know that's it. They turned on Charlie for money. And some days it felt really lonely. But
00:54:18.600 then I realized that the whole world is actually rooting me on. They're rooting the truth on.
00:54:25.600 They're rooting Tucker Carlson on and Megyn Kelly on when they told the truth about the
00:54:30.440 usual thing. They're seeing what they have gone through for simply telling the truth about how
00:54:34.740 much Charlie was going through in the end. But I think we all need to be reminded of that,
00:54:38.800 that whatever you're going through,
00:54:40.320 like his burden was greater, you know?
00:54:42.540 Not Charlie's, obviously, but Jesus Christ,
00:54:44.640 his burden was greater.
00:54:45.960 And there is something beautiful about that
00:54:48.500 to think that we are enjoined in suffering with him,
00:54:52.320 that we are made in God's image.
00:54:55.180 And part of that, of course, is suffering.
00:54:57.220 And she is correct that justice,
00:55:00.100 like vengeance, belongs to the Lord.
00:55:02.800 And, but, you know, truth, it belongs to all of us.
00:55:05.500 And I just cannot overstate to you guys that the second that Charlie was killed, I knew that he was betrayed and it could very well be that deep sense of knowing came from the fact that he had so carefully explained to me that he was going to die.
00:55:22.280 but it also woke something up in me that had been dormant and it's like it's just a god mission
00:55:30.360 it's bigger than me i i can't let it go i won't let it go i don't care uh if people call me
00:55:37.380 obsessed i i under i appreciate that they had a real hope that the world would turn the chapter
00:55:43.180 on this and i will not let it happen uh because none of us are safe if a person like charlie kirk
00:55:49.320 who lived his life very admirably,
00:55:52.660 who worked hard and who helped put the people
00:55:57.180 who have betrayed him into positions of power.
00:55:59.260 If he can be betrayed, assassinated in front of the world
00:56:01.640 and people can collude to lie
00:56:03.180 about everything that he represented
00:56:05.580 and what he was going through,
00:56:09.300 then I feel like none of us are safe, right?
00:56:11.100 And I like to believe that he was correct
00:56:14.140 in his assessment that it was going to,
00:56:16.820 his death was going to contribute to something greater
00:56:18.240 in many ways it already has I think I think it already has people we are understanding real
00:56:23.280 evil in a way that we needed to remember um to see I guess what the world of politics is capable of
00:56:30.880 I'm I'm trying to find comfort in that I think so I just wanted to share that because it made
00:56:36.200 me feel happy um and at peace in a way like just being reminded of Christ's suffering uh and yeah
00:56:41.680 Anyways, beyond that, gosh, we are already at the hour mark. I don't know where the time goes. I do have an update for you guys on the Timpanagos staff at the hospital. And I saw Elizabeth Lane saying that, talking about the other hospital and the strange lockdown that I have maintained from the beginning that there was more evidence that Charlie was at Utah Valley initially and then at some point got transported to Timpanagos.
00:57:08.520 but we will have to wait until tomorrow
00:57:11.620 because we are already up for an hour
00:57:12.840 and I haven't even done comments.
00:57:14.180 So we will take another quick break
00:57:15.880 and I'll get to some of your comments.
00:57:18.020 We'll be right back.
00:57:19.180 All right, you guys,
00:57:19.800 have you heard about this $17 million fraud scheme
00:57:23.180 that targeted elderly homeowners in Los Angeles?
00:57:26.020 A ring of 11 people, including two foreign nationals,
00:57:28.640 used fraudulent identities and public title records
00:57:31.020 to forge documents and take out loans
00:57:32.720 against these LA properties.
00:57:34.720 And the homeowners didn't even know anything about it
00:57:37.060 despite multiple arrests, the homeowners are left to clean up the legal and financial nightmare.
00:57:42.200 If you're a homeowner without protection in place, this could be you. That's why I've partnered with

00:58:13.800 I also wanna remind you guys about American Financing
00:58:16.060 because between groceries, travel, and higher prices,
00:58:18.820 it is easy to feel overwhelmed,
00:58:20.340 especially you're already relying on credit cards
00:58:22.480 to cover the basics.
00:58:23.760 If that debt is piling up,
00:58:24.900 you should know that you are not alone.
00:58:26.440 If you're a homeowner,
00:58:27.280 you might have considered reaching out
00:58:28.420 to American Financing but maybe hesitated
00:58:30.060 because you don't wanna give up your low mortgage rate.
00:58:32.660 Well, that's why American Financing
00:58:33.840 has now created the Smart Equity Loan.
00:58:35.740 which is a simple, smart way to get your finances back on track
00:58:38.520 without giving up your low mortgage rate.
00:58:40.820 Unlike a HELOC, which can fluctuate with the market,
00:58:42.860 the smart equity loan offers a fixed rate.
00:58:44.960 You'll have one predictable monthly payment.
00:58:46.800 It lets you use your home's equity to pay off high interest debt,
00:58:49.740 free up your cash flow, and still keep your existing mortgage intact.
00:58:52.920 There are no upfront fees to find out if you qualify,
00:58:55.240 so call American Financing today at 800-795-1210.
00:58:59.720 Again, that's 800-795-1210,
00:59:02.480 or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:59:05.280 Again, that's AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:59:09.260 Okay, so top comments from yesterday's episode.
00:59:11.860 This was another really funny thing about Frank Tarek
00:59:14.600 and his very over-dramatized telling
00:59:18.160 of what happened at the hospital.
00:59:19.880 Like I said, they're all very bad actors,
00:59:21.880 not even on the D-list.
00:59:23.740 Kim Haven wrote,
00:59:25.560 as a nurse, I can absolutely say
00:59:27.520 that doctors do not come out and announce,
00:59:29.840 he's dead, he's dead.
00:59:32.780 They pulled the next of kin in a separate room
00:59:34.700 and talk to them privately.
00:59:35.780 Frank Turek is absolutely a liar, she asserts.
00:59:39.060 Now, another thing that my producer Ashley broke up
00:59:41.680 was she was like, and then the next sentence he says is,
00:59:43.800 he's dead, I need to talk to Erica.
00:59:46.240 And Ashley sort of asked the question,
00:59:47.920 this happened like 30 minutes after,
00:59:49.840 like Charlie's being rushed to the hospital.
00:59:51.740 Within 30 minutes, they tell us that he's declared dead.
00:59:54.340 How do you know Erica was his wife's name?
00:59:56.740 Like, there are so many questions that we have there.
00:59:58.800 Like, I need to talk to Erica,
00:59:59.640 like they're on like a first name basis.
01:00:01.100 Charlie is not from Utah.
01:00:02.100 He does not know this man.
01:00:03.480 Yes, it was a very, you know, obviously a very big deal, but the surgeon was pretty busy, right?
01:00:07.800 Because he's dealing actually with the body.
01:00:10.200 So it is, sounds like he's kind of writing a Western, which is kind of what it feels like.
01:00:16.140 It feels like somebody is writing a script and they keep editing details and trying to fit things in.
01:00:20.600 And now we've got, he's dead.
01:00:22.300 He's dead.
01:00:23.500 He's gone.
01:00:24.380 I need to speak to Erica.
01:00:25.480 It's just, you're right.
01:00:26.460 It did not feel true.
01:00:28.100 Did not ring true.
01:00:29.800 Chewing the Void writes,
01:00:30.740 what kind of widow is afraid of a thorough investigation? I will leave that as a rhetorical
01:00:36.860 question. I will leave that as a rhetorical question, because I believe that we will
01:00:41.440 inevitably receive a final answer on that. Comments from today's episode, Seven Sheets
01:00:48.340 writes, Charlie calling you his David still gets me emotional, yet the ones around him are not
01:00:52.020 interested in delving into these things. You speak for millions, and we all hope we have a David like
01:00:56.960 you go maxer in faith and prayer yes i have started a novena uh and it helps praying helps
01:01:04.060 setting your intentions really does help and i feel like you know goodness is always on our side
01:01:09.800 but it just feels that they are just getting caught every single second of every day and they
01:01:16.720 they can't get ahead you know and we it's it is a we thing like we all did this like i said it has
01:01:22.260 been a group project and um couldn't have done it without everybody ever all of the uh youtubers
01:01:28.060 the smaller youtubers from uh nisi baron coleman everybody everybody just just gave something you
01:01:35.400 know what i mean and it's been really amazing and deeply appreciated it's so many people that i
01:01:39.180 could name obviously uh natty nicole writes the defense needs to utilize ian carroll's ap web yes
01:01:46.000 it will organize the discovery files analyze them in no time yes ian carroll um who has been so good
01:01:50.940 and meticulous about organizing everything.
01:01:53.140 Just everybody's playing a different role.
01:01:54.660 It's been like an orchestra.
01:01:57.440 And we are, it feels like we're at the gates,
01:02:01.840 like I keep saying.
01:02:02.600 And you can sense that in their panic
01:02:04.000 and their misdirection
01:02:05.280 and the sloppiness of their attacks
01:02:07.200 and trying to distract us with crazy attacks.
01:02:09.420 But we remain focused.
01:02:11.720 Kevin Hunts writes,
01:02:12.640 I threw up from a goyslop never again.
01:02:16.000 Seriously, I do not recommend a goyslop.
01:02:18.740 Fed slop, actually worse, I would say, and it's all over this case.
01:02:22.420 Han Solo writes, I am so curious how this investigation will end.
01:02:25.720 Will anyone break at some point?
01:02:27.320 How exactly do the Turning Point heads benefit?
01:02:29.320 Will Andrew get fed up with Erica making him out to be a liar?
01:02:32.320 Where does this all come to a close?
01:02:34.340 No, because I think he has been willing to play that person.
01:02:38.600 You know, if what we sense is correct and this is a massive cover up and Turning Point
01:02:45.640 is complicit in that cover-up for various reasons,
01:02:49.060 then they're all tied to each other, right?
01:02:51.780 Baron Coleman does a very good job of explaining that.
01:02:53.440 There's like a line you can't cross
01:02:55.320 and you all have to collude together
01:02:56.860 and whoever's got to be the bad guy that day,
01:02:58.860 it is whatever.
01:02:59.920 You just got to say, okay, I'll catch the strays today
01:03:02.760 because you go down, I go down.
01:03:04.220 We're tied to each other, right?
01:03:05.920 It's like we're all handcuffed together here.
01:03:08.720 So it doesn't benefit one of them more than the other.
01:03:13.480 make him Andrew the Dunce
01:03:16.220 and say, oh, he doesn't know what he's doing.
01:03:18.880 I'm interested in why
01:03:20.180 Lee Trotter,
01:03:22.020 like I said, he could have probably had a good defamation
01:03:24.260 case, saying something that's stupid,
01:03:26.140 saying you violated HIPAA. I guess they didn't technically
01:03:28.100 tweet that. She told me that,
01:03:30.200 but
01:03:31.400 that she had no part in it, and so
01:03:33.980 that probably would have been her defense.
01:03:37.400 Jay Lopez writes,
01:03:38.260 My sister in Christ, Samia
01:03:40.280 Zuma, for being such a great
01:03:42.400 soul. She gifted me one of your
01:03:44.420 I told my priest that I would chill gear. I love
01:03:46.420 it. And I love you, Candice. You are such a gifted soul.
01:03:48.480 Blessings for eternity. I do love that.
01:03:50.560 I told my priest I would chill. Great time
01:03:52.300 to tell you guys about. The updated merch is on
01:03:54.300 our website. It is the easiest way to support us.
01:03:56.260 Go to CandiceOwns.com. Buy some
01:03:58.300 merch. Buy some Shabbat Shalom and merch.
01:04:00.220 Buy yourself a hat. I forgot
01:04:02.120 to ask George about the
01:04:04.000 restock. I forgot. I got you tomorrow.
01:04:06.260 I won't forget about the CIA restock
01:04:07.940 of the
01:04:09.500 Sandus Cups. I got to get that coming for you.
01:04:12.900 Otherwise, yeah, there's tons of stuff.
01:04:14.460 You can also join the book club
01:04:15.580 where we're getting a lot deeper
01:04:16.740 on this Freemasonry stuff right now
01:04:18.360 as we are reading
01:04:19.240 The Secret Founding of America
01:04:20.480 by Nicholas Hager.
01:04:21.940 And it's been illuminating for me.
01:04:23.520 Like I said, I didn't know
01:04:24.300 that Freemasonry began in France.
01:04:25.940 So that has been very interesting.
01:04:28.380 Other than that,
01:04:29.700 I hope you appreciated this breakdown.
01:04:31.800 Now you can go online
01:04:33.380 and appreciate all of the people
01:04:36.000 who are just shameless shills
01:04:38.500 and lying to you about the filing
01:04:39.960 and pretending that it's nothing.
01:04:41.780 and actually it reveals to you the strategy of the state.
01:04:47.040 So they're not going to get away with it.
01:04:49.500 I keep telling you guys that.
01:04:50.740 I have a deep sense of knowing.
01:04:52.620 They've made mistake after mistake after mistake.
01:04:55.000 And if nothing else, every room that they walk into,
01:04:59.640 they're going to feel suffocated because everyone will know.
01:05:02.260 Everybody knows what they are and who they are.
01:05:04.420 And that's almost a worse sentencing if you think about it.
01:05:08.380 Anyway, we will see you guys tomorrow.
01:05:11.780 We'll see you next time.
