00:01:14.940 And I'm just so obsessed with this now that I just need a day break or a two day break, rather, to really dive into this because now we have an entire family.
00:01:23.500 And I need to look into specifically Vioris's family, other relatives.
00:01:28.080 Obviously, I'm not going to share any of their information.

00:01:32.400 It would help us better understand why Kamala is hiding an entire piece of her family.

00:01:39.800 So what we want to do today, because some of you guys are emailing me, is to just organize what we know for a fact, plus tell you a couple of new things that we've discovered in the last few hours.

00:01:56.800 So first, we're going to just go through a timeline of the relevant people.
00:01:59.800 Let's start with Beryl Magdalene Christie.
00:02:01.920 So we're going to actually give you guys this timeline so you can look through it.
00:02:04.820 Anything that is italicized means that it's still a question mark.
00:02:08.260 We're still wondering whether or not this document could be Beryl or could be somebody else.
00:02:12.980 And we're awaiting a confirmation.
00:02:14.860 What we know for a fact is that Beryl was born in 1917.
00:02:18.060 We know this because we have the birth certificate and Iris's name, which is Beryl's mother, is listed as Iris Finnegan on the birth certificate.
00:02:25.680 Again, Beryl is spelled slightly differently, but we know because of Kamala's book that that name spelling shifted over the years and was also spelled with a Y.
00:02:36.140 We then have a document, and this is highly suspicious, that Beryl, a Beryl rather, birthed Donald Harris.
00:02:45.500 Allegedly, this could be Kamala's father.
00:02:48.720 The only problem is that we're looking here, not at a birth certificate, but a death certificate, which would put the birth of Donald around 1938.
00:02:57.460 It looks like this infant died just a few months short of turning two years old, so could have been born in 1938, died in 1940, November.
00:03:07.600 And it says, oddly, that this is the son of Albert Harris, so that's confusing.
00:03:14.100 But this is the only document that we could find for a Donald Harris that has a mother named Beryl Harris.
00:03:23.280 And again, that Donald died, so this one is a question mark.
00:03:27.420 We know for a fact, however, that Beryl Magdalene Finnegan was married in 1944.
00:03:34.120 She was 25 years old.
00:03:35.240 We have that marriage certificate, and she was married to Lawford Newland.
00:03:38.680 And here is where things get strange, because we were able to locate the divorce document between Lawford Newland and Beryl Magdalene, and that divorce took place in 1956.
00:03:53.260 Okay, so they were married.
00:03:54.580 That would mean if Donald Harris, J. Harris, was in fact born, Kamala's father was in fact born in 1938, and they didn't divorce until 1956, and he grew up with Beryl, as he signifies in his book, My Mother, Miss Beryl, or in his Jamaican paper that he wrote about his ancestral roots.
00:04:14.380 That would mean throughout the majority of his young life, from the time he was six to the time he was 18, his mother, Miss Beryl, was married to Lawford Newland, and yet he declines to mention Lawford Newland at all.

00:04:29.940 We move on to a possible death certificate, and I feel very strongly that this is the correct death certificate, 1960 for Beryl Christy Finnegan.
00:04:42.680 We are learning here that she died of fibroids, and as we know, if this is a woman who suffered with birth, this could make sense.
00:04:53.460 The story could make sense that she died a couple of years after she got divorced, but again, we're not completely sure.
00:05:00.080 We're looking for something that is concrete, where we can say, yes, this Beryl Finnegan died in 1960, which then makes Kamala's timeline of having met her grandmother who had died before she was even born highly suspicious.
00:05:12.960 Then we jump to 1995, because people have been sharing this other possible death certificate, and I'm going to rank this as a very low likelihood.
00:05:24.360 One, because somebody sent me an email, and they gave me a strong lead that this could actually be a different Beryl Christy Clark, and we're going to look into that further,
00:05:34.940 but also because the person listed as having been there when she died was Douglas Finnegan, and we don't have a Douglas Finnegan in this family.
00:05:44.780 And also, if you look at the date of death and the age, 81 years old, that would mean that this individual was born in 1914, which would have been before our Beryl was born.
00:05:57.280 So we're going to continue to rule this one out by trying to locate who that Douglas Finnegan is that's signed, but I rank this as a very low likelihood.
00:06:04.680 But we want to keep it here as possible, because it's not entirely ruled out.
00:06:09.400 Now let's jump over to Oscar Joseph Harris, Beryl's alleged husband, who I am now certain was never her husband, and I'll explain why.
00:06:16.940 Okay, we know for a fact that Oscar Joseph Harris, who Kamala purports is her grandfather in her book, was born in 1914.
00:06:25.520 On April 5th, we have that birth document, making it all the more suspicious that we can't find her alleged father, Donald Harris's, who was born after him.
00:06:35.420 We then know, which we discovered yesterday, super huge development, that he married and that wedding was recorded in the local newspaper, the Daily Gleaner.
00:06:45.480 And you can see, even though it's a shadowed photo, that that very much looks like the photo of Oscar Joseph Harris that she shared.
00:06:51.580 And because of the details that were provided in this article, we know for a fact that it is him, because it lists the fact that his brother Newton stood in as best man, and we know for a fact that Newton is the brother.
00:07:03.080 So we know for a fact that they got married, and he died in 1976 in St. Catherine.
00:07:10.620 We have his death certificate.
00:07:13.200 Now, I want to point this out to you, because this is actually something that's quite odd.
00:07:17.440 Allegedly, he only had one child, and that child was Kamala's father.
00:07:21.740 That's what we are told, that his only child was Donald J. Harris.
00:07:25.440 But something's not right there, because if you look at this death certificate, look at the bottom here.
00:07:30.240 You see that the person that is the informant, letting them know that he died, is Christopher Harris.
00:07:36.020 And when you look under, it asks, what is your qualification?
00:07:39.760 Essentially, what is your qualification to inform?
00:07:41.560 And it's his son.
00:07:44.080 It says in parentheses, his qualification is son.
00:07:47.780 And so his son was there, and his son's name is Christopher Harris, not Donald Harris.
00:07:54.040 And I'm just wondering, who is Christopher Harris?
00:07:58.400 This is a major question mark.
00:08:00.920 Donald Harris, do you have a brother named Christopher Harris?
00:08:03.900 If not, is Donald Harris actually the son of Oscar Harris?

00:08:09.860 Okay, now let's look at Viora Anita Cambridge Harris, because we know that she got married.
00:08:17.320 What we know for a fact about her is that she was born in 1927.
00:08:21.600 We were able to locate her birth certificate.
00:08:24.600 Yes, Viora Cambridge was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.
00:08:28.680 We know, again, as we already mentioned, that she married Oscar Joseph Harris,
00:08:33.580 and we know that because there was a huge announcement about the wedding.
00:08:37.340 And then we wanted to be able to track how long they stayed married for.
00:08:42.220 Did they actually stay married until he died?
00:08:44.740 And it looks like they did, in fact, stay married until he died.
00:08:47.980 And this is how we know.
00:08:49.220 Her name appears in that daily gleaner in 1966.
00:08:53.660 So in the corner there, you can see that it says Mrs. Viora Harris, implying that she is still married,
00:08:59.780 and she has been appointed to the senior postmaster position.
00:09:04.240 So we know that they were still very much married at this time.
00:09:08.280 And then we know that he died in 1976, and she kept his name by choice, okay,
00:09:15.740 when she was naturalized in the United States, okay?
00:09:19.400 We found her documents of naturalization.

00:09:23.340 This is in 1991, and there is a portion of this where it explicitly asks her if she wants to change her name.
00:09:31.340 So she has the option here to go back to Cambridge.
00:09:33.180 Her husband is now dead, and she decides she doesn't want to do that.

00:09:38.360 I request that my name be changed to none.
00:09:41.400 So when she was naturalized, she kept her married last name, which is Vioris Anita Harris.
00:09:46.740 So major problem here, again, when we get into Donald J. Harris's story that he told in the newspaper about his Jamaican heritage,
00:09:56.020 because we now know that they got married, and then they stayed married until he died.
00:10:01.300 So Mass Oscar, the entire time, was married to this white woman whose name is Vioris Cambridge Harris.
00:10:09.880 We then know that at some point she was able to abandon her marriage and maybe just filed something that he was deceased.
00:10:19.800 We have not located that form, so that's another question mark, but she did remarry a man named Errol McPherson, okay, in 1994.
00:10:28.940 We know that for a fact, because there are records down in Florida that indicate that.
00:10:34.340 And then we know that she died in 2019 in Broward County.
00:10:38.980 Of course, I've already shared with you yesterday the funeral website.
00:10:42.120 So if you guys are like me and you like to take notes, we're leaving this up for you so that you can know exactly what it is that we have
00:10:47.900 and follow this timeline as we continue to investigate it.
00:10:51.340 So let's talk about the major issues that our timeline presents.
00:10:55.500 So I believe it is undeniable, having seen her face and her smile, that Vioris is very clearly related to Kamala Harris, okay?
00:11:04.340 So obviously we naturally think that this must be Kamala Harris's grandmother, but here's a problem.
00:11:10.080 In order for that to be Kamala Harris's grandmother, Vioris would have had to have birthed Donald Harris, Kamala's father, when she was just 11 years old.
00:11:22.860 And I find that to be extremely unlikely, extremely unlikely that Vioris, and she would have been at Cambridge then,
00:11:32.720 so they would have had to have had some sort of affair before they got married, okay?
00:11:36.380 So they got, he was born in 1938.
00:11:38.800 She would have had to have been pregnant when she was 10.
00:11:41.120 She would have been pregnant in 1937, gave birth in 1938.
00:11:45.520 Then they decided to hold off on the wedding until 1944.
00:11:50.180 You know, maybe they did.
00:11:51.520 Maybe he got a 10-year-old pregnant and they waited until she was older to get married.
00:11:55.600 But I think that's extremely unlikely that an 11-year-old girl gave birth.
00:12:00.840 And if she did give birth, I don't think her father would have walked her down the aisle, as he did.
00:12:05.580 We learned that from the entry in the Gleaner, in the Daily Gleaner.
00:12:10.020 It was announced that her father, V.S. Cambridge, held her hand as they walked down the aisle.
00:12:16.720 I think your dad, if some random person knocked you up at the age of 10, probably wouldn't have done that.

00:12:25.860 But that was what we would have to believe in order for this to be Kamala's grandmother.
00:12:30.460 And the other thing that I keep asking myself is, why lie about this?

00:12:56.180 But she was dead set on hiding this woman.

00:13:00.820 There's something here that we're missing about Vioris Cambridge, Vioris Cambridge Harris,
00:13:06.760 that presents a problem for Kamala Harris.

00:13:14.220 The thing is, Donald J. Harris is the biggest problem in our story.
00:13:18.700 We keep arriving at the Donald J. Harris problem.
00:13:22.020 This is what we need to really focus all of our attention to.
00:13:25.140 Because we don't have any birth certificate for him.
00:13:27.160 Despite the fact that we have birth certificates for everyone else around him.

00:13:39.860 It's very clear that they had no troubles keeping records in this family.
00:13:43.600 But there is no birth certificate for Donald J. Harris.
00:13:46.360 We also cannot find a marriage certificate for him.
00:13:49.960 So we mentioned to you guys yesterday, we found a marriage announcement here in Jamaica.
00:13:54.540 We also found a marriage announcement near Oakland.
00:13:58.140 The announcement, we've also seen an entry for the divorce.

00:14:43.660 It looks like when they were married, she was married under just Goplin Eyre.
00:14:49.080 And so if you're going to try to locate this marriage certificate, I would suggest editing
00:14:53.140 to looking for her name in particular.
00:14:55.920 My instinct is that he maybe had a different name that he was using, a different legal name
00:15:01.980 that he was using.
00:15:03.360 And then there is the problem with his entire story that he presents when he writes about
00:15:09.440 his Jamaican heritage.
00:15:10.860 His memory is either extremely faulty or he's an outright liar.
00:15:15.860 In his memory, he writes that he completely neglects to include the fact that his mother,
00:15:21.300 who he calls Miss Beryl, was married to Lawford Newland and remained married to him for 12
00:15:27.400 years of his life from the time he was six until he was 18 years old.
00:15:31.860 That is a major problem.
00:15:33.520 You don't forget that when you're writing about your upbringing.
00:15:36.280 Yeah, actually, she was married to somebody else.
00:15:39.400 He recounts growing up with Oscar Harris, right?
00:15:42.360 Mass Oscar, as he refers to him, and Miss Beryl.
00:15:45.780 But both of them were married to other people when he was growing up, not to one another.
00:15:50.880 This is why we cannot find a marriage record between Beryl and Oscar.
00:15:57.480 My conclusion is they were never married.
00:15:59.800 They were never married because Oscar was married to his wife, Fioris, until he died in 1976.

00:16:33.640 help, Miss Beryl Finnegan, who died young, and her mother, Iris Finnegan, on hand.
00:16:40.760 And that could make sense to me, right?
00:16:44.760 Because I understand how that works, how an entire family will work on a farm for another

00:16:51.380 As you know, my grandfather grew up on a sharecropping farm in the South.

00:17:07.360 help into her family because she wanted the public to think that she had a blacker history

00:17:21.480 And we also don't know who or where Christopher Harris is, Oscar's son, who was present at the

00:20:37.600 Then there is this interesting tidbit, because I'm like, if she's very, very related to Vioris,
00:20:45.040 it's unlikely that she would have missed this funeral.
00:20:48.360 Vioris was, as we mentioned, buried in Broward County.
00:20:51.460 She was buried on June 29th, 2019.
00:20:55.100 And if I'm correct here, and Kamala has known her throughout her entire life, she probably
00:21:04.220 would have made sure she was down there in Broward County.
00:21:06.380 Well, what we do know for a fact is that on the day before the funeral, Kamala was right
00:21:11.960 up the road in Miami on stage at the Democratic primary debate.
00:21:16.680 Of course, this could just be a coincidence that she was in Florida, we know for a fact,
00:21:22.940 the day before the funeral.
00:21:24.260 But it would also be a coincidence that they waited two weeks after Vioris' death to bury
00:21:31.160 her.
00:21:31.980 So Vioris died on June 15th, and they didn't bury her until two weeks later on June 29th.
00:21:39.260 That is irregularly long.
00:21:41.740 The only time I've ever seen that ever, I'm not kidding, in all of the funerals I have
00:21:45.680 attended in my lifetime, was when a friend of mine had her father die, and he was very
00:21:51.840 close with Hillary Clinton, and Hillary Clinton was running for president, and they waited
00:21:55.620 two weeks so that Hillary Clinton had a hole in her schedule and would be able to attend
00:22:00.240 the funeral.
00:22:00.860 And I thought it was so odd, so odd.
00:22:03.720 So perhaps they, too, were waiting for someone who was busy to be able to attend the funeral.
00:22:09.960 Or maybe they just were going slow and decided to wait two weeks to bury her.

00:22:14.220 I'm just introducing these facts to the public because we are trying to paint a full picture.
00:22:20.180 Now, unfortunately, Kamala's mother passed away back in 2009.
00:22:24.800 I mean, there is an expression that people say, dead men tell no tales, and so we won't

00:22:33.800 But I'm not going to let go of this narrative.
00:22:36.140 I'm going to keep investigating this because I feel like we are very, very close, and there's
