Classically Abby - Some women don't mind BODY HAIR. I DO. This new tool changes EVERYTHING.

00:00:00.000 Hello Classic Crew and welcome to today's video where we're going to be talking about the hair

00:00:05.460 removal method that might just change your life. I am so excited to announce that I am partnering

00:00:13.800 with Kenzie on today's video. Kenzie is a premium IPL handset which basically means that it does

00:00:20.960 permanent hair removal from home. I know, how amazing does that sound? When they reached out

00:00:27.540 I was so excited because this is something I've been looking into for a really long time. I have

00:00:33.700 a lot of hair and I don't like having to remove it. I want to remove it, I want it gone, but the

00:00:39.260 process of removing it has always been a struggle. So I've been shaving since fifth grade and it worked

00:00:44.720 for a long time, but it was annoying because my hair grows pretty quickly and I would constantly

00:00:49.580 have to replace the razors. It was very expensive, but also I was shaving every other day so it was

00:00:53.720 just really frustrating. So I switched to waxing for a little bit, but that was super expensive,

00:00:59.740 oh my gosh, and it only lasted a month and you had to let your hair grow out, which I hated

00:01:05.260 because I would have to go for a couple of weeks with just terribly, terribly hairy legs. I know,

00:01:10.780 who wants to talk about that? And then I switched over to epilating because I thought, hey, it's a

00:01:15.500 cheaper solution over time, it'll just cost a lot less, and it will last a full two weeks. But then I

00:01:21.280 started getting really bad ingrown hairs and it just was pretty painful. So I started looking into

00:01:25.940 permanent hair removal. And when I got married, I looked into laser hair because I thought, hey,

00:01:31.020 this is a good time for me to check it out. It was very expensive. I tried looking into Groupons,

00:01:35.820 but there weren't any available in my area. And it was also something where you would have to go,

00:01:40.120 someone else would do it on you. It was just very kind of, it wasn't private, a little bit

00:01:44.820 uncomfortable. So when Kenzie reached out to me about sending me an at-home hair removal product

00:01:51.760 that was permanent, I was so excited. The idea of being able to permanently remove my hair is just

00:01:58.840 a dream. So Kenzie was an amazing solution for me because it's pretty inexpensive when you consider

00:02:05.340 that this lasts a full 10 years and you have a full treatment after 12 uses. And then you never have

00:02:12.080 to use another hair removal method. You just can use this. It's easy to use. It had guaranteed

00:02:16.980 results. You can do it at home and it's not an uncomfortable process with a stranger. I started

00:02:21.760 to see results with the Kenzie IPL in as little as two weeks. Literally after two uses, I took a look

00:02:26.840 at my leg and I said to my husband, there's just a patch of hair here that's not growing. This is so

00:02:31.520 exciting. And you can see them in as little as two to three weeks. I saw them in two weeks and by 12

00:02:37.540 weeks, you're done. That's the whole process and you've completed it. Now, if you want to go in with

00:02:41.540 touch-ups or whatever later, you can because of course this is yours. You get to keep it. But

00:02:45.720 it's just an incredibly cool thing that you get permanent hair removal in 12 weeks. So let's take

00:02:51.320 a look inside this box here. It's pretty simple. You pop it open and you get the handset here, which

00:02:57.620 is really beautiful, actually. I think it's pretty stunning. It's just easy to hold and it gets the

00:03:03.720 job done, which is great. But it's also just attractive to look at. And then you get this plug, which is just a

00:03:09.820 plug, plugs into the wall. It has a very long cord so you can plug it into the wall and move pretty far

00:03:14.500 away and still do this, which is great. And you get this little quick start guide. It is very small

00:03:19.640 because it's so easy to use. You really don't need a ton of information and it's all here. Now this guy

00:03:25.560 has 10 years of flashes, which is crazy. It'll last you for 10 years. And this means you'll never run out

00:03:32.640 of battery, which I have to tell you, I kind of prefer. I know a lot of things you can charge and you don't

00:03:37.620 have to be next to a wall, but then they die and it's so frustrating. This is such a long cord that

00:03:42.340 you can keep it plugged in. It's not going to die and you can pretty much do what you need to do. It

00:03:46.100 has a skin tone chart on the back, which will tell you whether or not this is appropriate for your skin

00:03:50.200 tone. I personally have the best scenario here. I have very light skin and very dark hair that makes

00:03:56.020 it easy to use. And it has a 12 month warranty, which is great. If you're having issues and it's not

00:04:02.180 working, you should know within the first few weeks. So if it's not working, you have a 12 month

00:04:06.240 warranty and you can reach out to them. And there's a 90 day money back guarantee, which is

00:04:10.400 amazing. If it's not working for you, if your skin tone and your hair color just aren't making this

00:04:14.800 work for you, then you can easily return it, which is awesome. So what does IPL actually stand for?

00:04:21.540 IPL stands for intense pulsed light. And that is different from laser hair removal, but it accomplishes

00:04:27.120 the same thing. It uses a broad spectrum light to treat a wider area faster. It's safe, efficient,

00:04:33.460 non-radiating, and it converts light energy to heat to target the melanin in your hair. Other laser

00:04:39.040 devices actually take longer to treat. So that's something I love about this, how fast this is. It's

00:04:44.040 only 12 weeks and then you've basically removed all the hair you want to remove. And I know that for

00:04:48.980 me, I really did start seeing results in as little as two to three weeks, which is amazing. After the

00:04:53.700 first two weeks, I definitely saw results. By week three, there were entire patches of my leg hair that

00:04:58.980 were just not growing, which is really exciting. So I'm excited to keep using it. If you want to try

00:05:04.980 out the Kenzie IPL handset for yourself, you can get $50 off with a my code, which is capital C-A-50.

00:05:12.700 I'm putting it on the screen so you can see it. It's going to be right here. And if you use that code,

00:05:17.960 you'll get $50 off your purchase. And that's at Kenzie.com. K-E-N-Z-Z-I.com. And you will be able 0.65

00:05:24.740 to purchase this for $50 off. Now there is some preparation you want to do before using the Kenzie

00:05:30.220 IPL handset. So the first thing you want to do is do a patch test and just make sure that you have an

00:05:34.500 okay reaction to it. Because of course, anything you're doing on your skin, you just want to check

00:05:38.360 and make sure. That's true of really any product. So just doing a small patch test first is very

00:05:43.140 important. So then you want to exfoliate and shave. You're going to want to exfoliate because

00:05:48.420 exfoliating will get rid of any ingrown hairs, or at least do its best to get rid of any ingrown hairs.

00:05:53.140 I know from experience, exfoliating doesn't always work for me, but it does help. And it will also

00:05:58.180 give you a closer shave. And then you want to shave because you want the IPL to target the root of the

00:06:03.320 hair and not just the part that's already grown out. Because the IPL wants to kill the root of the

00:06:08.320 hair so it doesn't grow back. So using the Kenzie IPL is super easy and simple. I personally opted to

00:06:14.460 get a pair of laser glasses because I have sensitive eyes. So I wear those when I am using the Kenzie IPL.

00:06:21.000 So the first thing that you're going to do is just plug the cord into the handset. You'll see a green

00:06:25.100 flashing button on the back and then you'll just press it to turn it on. Simple, easy. Now there

00:06:29.960 are five levels of intensity on the IPL handset. If you use it up at five, you'll probably see faster

00:06:35.320 results. If you use it down lower, then you will probably see slower results. I have been able to

00:06:40.220 use it on five and it really hasn't hurt me very much at all. If you're somebody who's more sensitive,

00:06:44.400 maybe you have to use it at three. But the way to choose the level is just by pressing down on the

00:06:48.920 green button until you see little lines in the front that will show you kind of what the intensity

00:06:53.360 is going to be. Then you will press the pulse button and the Kenzie IPL will flash. The cool

00:06:57.920 thing is it has a safety feature that will not allow it to flash unless it's pressed against the skin

00:07:02.160 so you can't hurt your eyes. You can also use the glide mode which you just hold down on the pulse

00:07:07.040 button and you just slide it over your leg and every five seconds it'll emit a pulse. And what's so cool

00:07:12.060 about this is that you're going to see results in as little as two weeks and full results in 12 weeks.

00:07:17.040 Now there are some things that you need to avoid before and after treatment. You don't want to have

00:07:21.580 tanned and you don't want to have any recent long exposure to the sun in the 48 hours before you use

00:07:26.660 the Kenzie handset. You also don't want to pluck because if you're plucking then it can't really kill

00:07:31.160 the root because the hair is not there and that's what it's targeting is the melanin in the root. So you

00:07:35.100 don't want to epilate, you don't want to wax, you don't want to pluck. After you do the treatment,

00:07:39.400 you don't want to expose yourself to long periods in the sun for about 48 hours after you use it.

00:07:44.220 Now something I have noticed because I've noticed it with epilating is that if you do this during

00:07:48.180 your period you might have more sensitivity on your skin so probably avoid doing it then. And

00:07:52.420 you don't want to use this over moles, freckles, tattoos, or broken skin. So where can you use the

00:07:58.100 Kenzie handset? Pretty much everywhere below here. You don't want to do it around your eyes because it

00:08:02.980 is emitting a very bright light but you can use it anywhere from here down. And you can do it on the

00:08:08.060 underarms which is great because the hair there is thicker and coarser so that's actually easier for the

00:08:12.160 Kenzie to target because it's targeting the melanin in your hair. I use it on my legs, I use it on my

00:08:16.840 arms, you can use it on your chin or on your upper lip or on your sideburns. I can see such a difference

00:08:23.740 since I started using this. I really noticed how much less hair I have on my legs which is a dream

00:08:30.000 and I am so so excited about it. I also love that I can just do it in the privacy of my home,

00:08:36.120 comfortable, sitting down, watching a show. It's kind of like a little break because I have to take

00:08:40.700 out the time to do it and I can just put on a show and do it all at the same time which is nice.

00:08:45.200 It takes a little bit of time for me because I'm doing so much of my body. I'm doing both of my

00:08:49.720 entire legs, my arms, my underarms. I mean that's a big process but it takes a while and I've seen

00:08:55.940 great results from it. And I'm saving money over the long term. I'm not getting any razor burns. I

00:09:00.560 don't have any ingrown hairs. I'm not having to deal with wax. I mean these are all great things.

00:09:05.260 And if you want to try this at home, don't forget that you can use my discount code CA50

00:09:12.040 at Kenzie.com. K-E-N-Z-Z-I dot com. I'm just so excited that I got to try out this product

00:09:18.440 because this was something I was really looking into before Kenzie reached out to me and I just

00:09:22.600 was so excited when I saw that they had and that I'm able to share it with my followers. And it's

00:09:26.760 something I just think is an incredible solution when we're dealing with hair removal, right? Because

00:09:30.520 we want to have smooth legs and smooth underarms and smooth arms, all of that. And it's just a

00:09:36.280 struggle sometimes to make the time to do the hair removal process, especially when you're doing

00:09:40.980 shaving or waxing or epilating. But when you're doing the Kenzie IPL, it feels like each thing

00:09:46.800 that you do, each time that you devote to doing it is for the long term. And that kind of feels good.

00:09:52.760 As opposed to I'm shaving and I'm going to have to shave again in two days and two days after that.

00:09:56.560 It's just nice because you know that you are doing this all and it'll be done in 12 weeks.

00:10:01.540 You have guaranteed results with this product, which is just so cool. And again, they have a 90

00:10:06.340 day money back guarantee, which I think is a really cool thing for you if you're somebody who's not

00:10:11.620 seeing results, which I don't know if that would happen for you, but it definitely didn't happen

00:10:15.480 for me. I'm seeing some great results. So just as a quick reminder, I do have a discount code for

00:10:20.500 you guys and that is CA50 at Kenzie.com. It was originally $229, but now you're going to get it

00:10:28.180 for $179. Now I know that kind of sounds expensive off the bat, but think about the fact that this

00:10:33.060 is something that you only have to buy once and then you really don't have to spend money on hair

00:10:36.600 removal ever again. That's a pretty great thing, I think. I think that's a really worthwhile

00:10:42.420 investment. It is for me. I hope it is for you guys because, oh my gosh, not having to deal with hair

00:10:47.960 removal in my future sounds amazing. So go to my link in the description box below or go to

00:10:53.460 Kenzie.com, K-E-N-Z-Z-I.com and use my code CA50 for $50 off your device. If you guys decide that you

00:11:02.560 want to try this, please tag me on Instagram, on Twitter, tell me in the comments. I'd love to hear

00:11:07.860 your guys' thoughts because I am so excited about this and I really, it's something I feel kind of

00:11:13.880 passionate about because I hate spending the time to remove hair. I just think it is

00:11:18.940 time better used elsewhere and if this is something that I can use just 12 times and then really see

00:11:25.500 these kinds of results that I'm getting now, I am so happy with that. So I'd love to hear your

00:11:30.880 guys' thoughts. Thanks again to Kenzie for partnering with me on today's video. As you guys know, I would

00:11:35.580 never share a product that I didn't feel passionate about and this is something I feel really passionate

00:11:40.600 about. I'm looking over at the box, that's where my eyes keep going, but it's definitely something

00:11:46.080 that I'm really excited to share with you guys and I can't wait to hear what your results are like.
