A woman who is mentally ill is living in a delusion and filming it for social media. We have created a culture where people who are mentally ill would be cared for in insane asylums are comfortable posting their insanity for all to see. In other words, the shame that used to keep trans people, pedophiles, furries, and now apparently doll moms confined to the margins of society has been eliminated by our sinful degree of tolerance and unwillingness to stigmatize what is disordered. And so yes, this woman is broken and needs help. But one great way to help her is to cultivate a Culture where expressions of insanity are not tolerated, but confronted early and healed quickly.
