A man should not be rare in the church because he is a man conforming to the image of Christ. This means that he's a man who submits to the Lordship of Christ but also embraces the biblical instruction for men. Namely, he's not effeminate, not androgynous, not ruled by his emotions like Christ, and overtly masculine. He's not lost for direction or morality, not a slave to anything, not porn, not video games, not alcohol, not sports, and not sports. His obsession is to build fruitfully and multiply, to build the kingdom of God with the gospel and with a family. And for that reason, he pursues a biblical woman to help him on his mission. He loves and desires children and to raise them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. And he expects his children to come to Christ and is faithful to that end.
