When my team asks me to do something or they have questions for me, I act like a six-year-old. I do not have the answer. Or somebody else asked me a detail about a project that I don t own, but they think I have an opinion. But then I tell them and I've told them, don't ask me. I'm not doing your job. I hire you to do a job. And between now and then, how about you get resourceful about solving your problems? Because if I always have to give you the answer, then you always need me to DO your job, which means I didn t buy any of my time back.
