00:09:47.800 they are. Being able to step back, visualize it, and ask myself the energy of how it would flow

00:09:59.040 design it. Then I have a Google Doc where I save all my ideas this year or next year for
00:10:03.660 consideration to add it to my one page. The reason why it's such a cheat code is because it reduces
00:10:08.440 stress. It avoids the rework, forgetting to do something, paying last minute for flights,
00:10:13.340 or doing something you know you need to do that you didn't plan for. And it protects your
00:10:17.120 priorities. And that is the most important. Cheat code number five, the 95-5 rule. Most results,
00:10:23.200 if you truly analyze them, look at your life and see what have been needle moving activities. It
00:10:28.400 actually comes down to about five percent out of a hundred percent that truly move the needle the
00:10:33.760 95-5 rule is the 80-20 Pareto principle on steroids the Pareto principle is essentially this
