So a few things you need to consider. I call these the three environments to master. The first

environment is your physical environment. It's the environment around you. I'm talking about your

kitchen, your pantry. Maybe you've got to clear out your pantry and get rid of all the junk so

you can lose that weight. Or maybe you've got to put some kind of timer on your desk to force you
