People don t quit companies, they quit their boss. You'll never see somebody quit a company. They always quit their bosses. Most CEOs don't realize that. They're the reason that the top talent is leaving. And when you have top talent leave, here's what happens. Your B players stick around and those B players hire C players. And within a few months, you're going to realize you have a bunch of people that can't get a lot done. If I see a team that has one person quit, that doesn't make a trend. Two people quit, three people quit. I've got a problem with the leader.
