In this episode, I talk about the art of letting the sales conversation unfold, and how it's not about how to get a deal, it's about letting the conversation unfold. I've met some founders that did founder-led sales for 4 years and they haven't written down one thing about how they sell. And then they just think it's inherently who they are and they have this black magic that only they can do and they believe that nobody else could ever do it. Until the day they find a salesperson, the person closes more deals than they do because they're not being lazy about the process.
