If I can explain your problem back to you better than the way you explained it to me, I become the expert. If I can ask great questions, questions that the person hasn t even considered, and connect the discrepancies of information and create insights in the sales conversation, they become an expert and the authority that the other person wants to learn how to solve that problem. That's all I do.
