Winners lose more than losers, and if you don't let your kids fail, they'll become a loser. We don't want losers. I remember recently, we were at a soccer tournament this past summer and the kid ran to the sideline, put his shoe out so the mom could tie his shoe, and I was like, wow, the problem is that you just set the precedence. If we don't get this early, it's just going to be a bigger problem later.
