00:00:00.000 I'm going to share the five types of AI agents you can use to build a million dollar business
00:00:04.380 without hiring more employees. And no, I'm not talking about ChatGPT, Synthesia, or MidJourney.
00:00:10.320 These agents are what I'm using right now in dozens of my companies to be more productive
00:00:14.240 and stay ahead of the competition. Before we get into it, what is an AI agent and how is it
00:00:18.680 different than just ChatGPT? So here are the three levels of AI knowledge. Level one is AI chat. Two
00:00:24.680 is AI workflows. And that's about process, taking people in multiple steps and automating
00:00:29.880 the whole process. Tools like Make, Zapier, Gumloop, N8N. These are the platforms that take
00:00:36.540 AI and make it useful to get work done for you, which brings us to level three AI agents. And
00:00:42.360 it's all about outcomes. Now we're talking. This is where I spend most of my time. And it's about
00:00:47.040 having context of the person asking a question and making a decision based on that context.
00:00:51.960 And it can act as you in your inbox, in your calendar and do all these tasks for you without
00:00:56.640 you being involved but with so many options what do you build first which brings us to the five
00:01:01.040 types of ai agents your business needs to grow starting with the closer agent what's crazy is
00:01:06.560 one of my companies is on the verge of replacing their whole sales team using ai everything they
00:01:11.360 used to do from generating leads to qualifying leads to scheduling calls all done using ai
00:01:17.120 that's why i love to start with an agent that will add revenue fast because profit solves all problems
00:01:22.720 If I can increase my income using AI,
00:01:25.380 then I can reinvest in other areas of my business to grow.
00:01:28.040 So what do you get your closer AI to focus on?
00:01:30.460 Number one is lead intelligence.
00:01:32.320 Think about all the research, all the scraping,
00:01:35.080 all the qualifying, all the data enrichment.
00:01:38.000 All of that is lead intelligence
00:01:39.520 and not something a human has to do anymore.
00:01:41.500 The second is closing support.
00:01:43.660 Think about doing research on a prospect,
00:01:46.000 pulling previous chats, previous conversations,
00:01:48.800 transcribing any conversations that have been had
00:01:51.400 to summarize them to provide you context for the salesperson to have the call. Closing support is
00:01:56.900 a big piece of work that doesn't add a lot of value that AI is perfect for. And the third is
00:02:01.180 qualifying bot. This is my favorite. Using a bot that can take some kind of request or inquiry or
00:02:06.780 somebody calls your business and qualify them using voice AI. This is the future that's here
00:02:12.480 today. I've actually seen one company called Breezy.app that does it for all the plumbers,
00:02:16.800 the HVACs. Essentially, any call that comes in that doesn't get answered gets picked up by the
00:02:21.000 AI, ask the question to the customer, what are you looking for? Is it an emergency? Do you need
00:02:25.120 somebody to show up today? Are you cool spending 500 to 1500 bucks for that call? And all of a
00:02:29.420 sudden, the plumber who couldn't take the call is now coming back to their truck and seeing a
00:02:34.100 customer call that's booked and managed by an AI bot in their calendar. If you do not have AI
00:02:39.980 involved in your sales process, you're just not making as much money as you can be. So once you
00:02:44.140 get your sales flow in, next, you got to work on increasing your capacity, which brings us to
00:02:48.280 number two, the assistant agent. For years, I've been telling everybody, you have to hire an
00:02:53.520 executive assistant. You're working on $10 tasks. You can't build a million dollar business because
00:02:57.280 you're getting bogged down in the admin work. Now it's an executive assistant plus AI. There is no
00:03:02.900 world where your assistant is not using artificial intelligence to augment their work. It's almost as
00:03:08.900 dumb as you going back to being your own executive assistant. Because here's the deal. If you don't 1.00
00:03:12.440 have an assistant, you are one. And the worst part is you're overpaid and you probably suck at your 0.99
00:03:16.920 job. So pairing that with a person and AI is a game changer. But to do it right, you need to
00:03:22.140 understand the type of work that you can give to an AI. So for me, number one, I always start with
00:03:26.740 the email sorting. Think about all those messages, all those opportunities, all those project updates.
00:03:31.220 That is just information that needs to be summarized, responded to. You can literally
00:03:35.920 automate the whole thing where if it looks like a financial email, it gets put over in the financial
00:03:40.580 tag, pulling documents, accounts payable. The whole inbox is nothing more than a hopper of
00:03:47.040 things that have to get processed. And AI can do that better than a human. And guess what? They
00:03:51.780 don't go on vacation. They don't get sick and they don't make mistakes. Number two is the calendar.
00:03:56.400 If you think of all the scheduling, the back and forth, somebody cancels, what do I reschedule
00:04:01.300 that with? Your calendar's efficiency tells me how much money you're going to make. If you can
00:04:05.660 have AI support, research, scheduling, notes, anything that has to do with the calendar,
00:04:11.220 you will prioritize and batch your revenue making activities to generate the most money in your
00:04:15.900 business. And the third is bookings. Think about research for travel, flights, hotels, dinners.
00:04:21.800 We're living in a world where somebody involved in that process makes no sense. You can set up
00:04:27.080 AI to just take a request and automatically schedule this stuff so that your assistant
00:04:31.300 can spend more time on things that are eq or emotionally driven relationship building
00:04:36.500 understanding context making calls trying to get things pushed forward that otherwise would just
00:04:41.060 have to sit in somebody else's hopper that is what your executive assistant should be doing 1.00
00:04:44.500 not spending an hour trying to reschedule a flight that an ai can do for them now that we've taken
00:04:48.820 care of that your next bottleneck is delivering your product or service which brings us to ai
00:04:53.220 agent number three the workflow agent so the other day i was talking to a friend and he was pissed
00:04:57.460 off because a key team member left and when he checked his standard operating procedures his
00:05:01.380 playbooks he found out they were all out of date they were stale he hadn't update them in six months
00:05:05.780 now the issue is is he didn't build the system so that that kept it up to date and he didn't ask to
00:05:11.540 review it or monitor it but the truth is is in today's world he shouldn't be doing that anymore
00:05:15.860 you know michael gerber who wrote an incredible book called the e-myth he has this quote that
00:05:18.900 says let the systems run the business and the people run the systems but what if your systems
00:05:23.700 could run themselves so here's what your workflow agent should work on number one is system creator
00:05:28.820 bot this is all about capturing videos of you doing the work that generates and writes the
00:05:34.660 standard operating procedures and more importantly creates the checklist to make sure it's always
00:05:38.260 getting done now there's a tool called trainual.com that does this all for you automagically and
00:05:43.220 incorporates ai to make it easy for you the second is the office manager bot we use this every day
00:05:49.060 to make sure that things like purchasing scheduling we have dan the barber who's our
00:05:53.460 buddy that comes in and he cuts everybody's hair and the office manager manages the whole schedule
00:05:57.860 so nobody has to be involved the schedule is always up to date and everybody can talk to
00:06:01.940 it understanding what the policies are for vacation or how to submit expenses all taken
00:06:06.420 care of by the office manager bot and the third is a customer support bot if you do any kind of
00:06:11.220 support calls any kind of support email you've actually built the information it needs to do a
00:06:17.140 world-class job the fact that you have a human typing a response to a customer support inquiry
00:06:22.900 is silly that's got to stop today i want my customer support to find opportunities to upsell
00:06:27.780 my customers i want my customer support to find places where they can wow them i don't want them
00:06:32.260 sitting there writing a draft email that the bot can write 10 times faster so now that you've got
00:06:36.500 the systems in place your next move is getting eyeballs which brings us to ai agent for the
00:06:41.380 amplifier agent so there's this really awesome podcast called arnold's pump club it's arnold
00:06:46.100 schwarzenegger's podcast around his life and he teaches his philosophies and it's awesome and
00:06:50.980 he's got hundreds of episodes and it links to this app and it's this beautiful little money
00:06:55.300 making thing did you know arnold's never done an episode of that podcast go listen to it it is an
00:07:01.140 ai voice generated arnold's pump club that is the level we've gotten to i can tell you there are
00:07:06.580 millions of people listening to that podcast every day and has no idea that arnold has never done
00:07:11.460 one of those episodes. And guess what? The AI bot never gets writer's block. The AI bot never
00:07:16.700 lost for information. And it knows more about what its audience is resonating with based on
00:07:22.080 the comments and the feedbacks and the clicks in the email to just propel that forward. That's why
00:07:27.060 the amplifier bot is such a powerful area to focus on. So how do you teach it? Well, first off,
00:07:32.120 you want to use it for content analysis. You want to look at what you're doing and what's not
00:07:36.600 working and what's working and then ask it to look at both of those and say, here's the difference.
00:07:41.560 I can give it five emails that crushed in regards to click-through rates and opens. And I can give
00:07:45.780 a bunch that didn't do that well. And it will tell me where my opportunities are to write a
00:07:50.180 better email next time. The second is the content checker. And this is all about focusing on your
00:07:54.880 brand's voice and tone. If you've created everything so far, good. That means you have
00:07:59.480 a library of information that the AI can literally analyze. And then as new people write stuff for
00:08:05.340 you or create outlines or whatever you're doing it can check the content against that tone to say
00:08:10.540 it doesn't fit i have this for myself and allows my writing team to support me in my creative
00:08:15.180 projects without me being involved it's way faster and more productive number three is content
00:08:19.500 creation and this is when you think of like the video to the reel to the newsletter to the tweets
00:08:26.460 at the end of the day with ai i can have it support the outline of the video and then take
00:08:31.900 the transcript and support the editing of the reels and then create the newsletter to promote
00:08:36.300 the video then extract some insights some aphorisms that become my tweets all based on stuff i've
00:08:41.740 created but it's supported by telling me what my audience is going to resonate with the amplifier
00:08:46.540 agent will change the game for how your business does marketing but if you really want to build a
00:08:51.100 million dollar business you need a clear picture of growth which brings us to the fifth agent the
00:08:56.380 money agent when i started my first company i kept hearing this cash flow cash flow cash flow my dad
00:09:02.540 told me my business friends told me and i ignored them i was like cash flow smash flow two months
00:09:07.500 later i couldn't make payroll why i didn't understand how it worked i didn't understand
00:09:12.060 it takes money to make money i didn't understand that if i have a fast growing business it is the
00:09:16.540 sound of cash leaving my business now things are completely different it's not about counting your
00:09:22.860 pennies. It's about spotting the patterns that turn your pennies into millions. My money agent
00:09:28.260 does things that I used to do manually that saves me so much time. The first one is cash flow bot
00:09:33.740 monitoring and forecasting, understanding where my money's going and forecasting what the business
00:09:39.620 trends are looking like based on the historicals, how much cash is it collecting, how much money is
00:09:44.340 owed, and then doing cash flow analysis in real time changes my ability to make decisions in my
00:09:49.420 business to make it faster without worrying that i'm going to cause myself a cash crunch number
00:09:53.260 two is a payment bot for a while ago i hired two finance people joined my team and i told them from
00:09:58.380 day one you are ai first you just happen to do finance the first automation they built an
00:10:03.340 accounts payable bot it was so simple an email slack message where you drop a pdf into slack
00:10:08.780 it automatically scans a pdf checks for a po checks for all the details enters it in for
00:10:13.740 approval and then the whole workflow kicks off so simple yet something that used to be manually done
00:10:19.100 by somebody that wasn't as efficient as ai number three is the fraud bot i don't know about you but
00:10:24.780 every time i go to look at my bank accounts i wonder is somebody stealing money from me with
00:10:29.980 the tools that exist today you can plug in these ai bots to monitor for fraud sif is a plugin on
00:10:36.700 top of your zero account that does anomaly detection so you want to use these apps to
00:10:41.740 be able to look for fraud so that you don't have to worry is somebody doing something weird did
00:10:45.740 Did some employee lose their credit card?
00:10:47.440 Or is somebody approving wires and payments
00:10:49.600 that you didn't approve?
00:10:50.580 It literally looks for things that are out of the norm
00:10:52.800 and brings them to your attention.
00:10:54.420 The money agent is so powerful
00:10:55.660 because it will be a set it and forget it.
00:10:58.460 Now, I understand when I talk about AI,
00:11:00.380 people are always worried,
00:11:01.360 well, what is that gonna mean for my job?
00:11:03.040 What's it gonna mean for my business?
00:11:04.380 What's it gonna mean for my employees?
00:11:05.960 What about my family?
00:11:06.880 We've been here before.
00:11:08.380 If you actually look at what we used to do
00:11:10.220 as a family unit, as a community,
00:11:11.720 when we had more time,
00:11:13.040 the moms stayed home and took care of the kids. 0.98
00:11:14.880 The families took care of the other families.
00:11:16.880 We used to support each other.
00:11:18.440 If somebody was sick,
00:11:19.200 the whole community would take care of them.
00:11:20.660 I believe I have an optimistic view on the future,
00:11:23.900 which is when we get our time back,
00:11:25.640 we'll have more time to actually be humans,
00:11:28.000 build businesses in a way that we enjoy doing,
00:11:30.440 that we don't feel forced to do,
00:11:31.800 working with customers we don't like
00:11:33.080 or people we don't enjoy.
00:11:34.500 In many ways, I like to think about business like an artist.
00:11:37.920 If an artist had to build a business, create music,
00:11:40.500 how would that look?
00:11:41.400 How would it feel?
00:11:42.200 And AI is really just unlocking that time
00:11:45.080 so you don't have to do things
00:11:46.240 that are mundane and repetitive
00:11:47.460 so that you can actually do what you love.
00:11:49.920 So if you wanna learn the seven things I quit
00:11:51.720 to go from broke to millionaire,
00:11:53.340 click here and I'll see you on the other side.
