00:13:37.840 put some money to labor, always hire first to buy back time out of your calendar. Here's how we do
00:13:44.100 it. The first thing is we audit. We look at our calendar. Most people do this wrong because they
00:13:49.500 hire people to do the thing that they actually love to do. If you're starting off and you like
00:13:54.080 really love doing deals, don't hire somebody to do the deals for you. You do the deals.
00:13:57.960 I always look at my calendar and I sort it through two week audit. I do a time and energy audit for
00:14:02.360 the past two weeks and I go, what is there that is sucking my energy? Okay. Green gives me energy,
00:14:08.880 red sucks my energy. The yellow stuff is where you got to be worried. And as you grow in business,
