Summary
In this episode, I talk about how important it is to call your shot publicly. Most people don t want to call their shot because they don't want people to hold them accountable or look out on them when they miss. Call your shot because the last thing they want to do is go down a path with somebody to find out that that person wasn't there to support them. It's required if you want to operate at the highest level that you communicate publicly to your team, your spouse, your friends, and your family.

do with my life. I know that's a big thing for people to admit. I don't know what I want to do
00:00:38.820
in my life. That's fine. Just be directionally accurate. What's a North Star? It might take you

say anything, and I'm going to give you permission to change your mind, but you got to at least have
00:00:50.720
a primary aim. You have to tell me we're aiming at something. Most people don't want to call their
