Most entrepreneurs get to a point where growth is painful, and the reason why is because they haven t set it up the right way. And the more they want to do, the more it's going to hurt. So it's kind of like... here's an arrow and I put it to your neck, and I say, "Here, let's go forward." You're not going to want to go forward. Entrepreneurs won't grow into pain. And usually one of three things happens when they hit that pain line: they either sabotage their growth or their success. They either stall their growth, or they decide to sell.
