I see a lot of partners and entrepreneurial couples get into this challenge where one person's on a growth journey, the other person's not. They use that as an excuse to not grow. What I do instead is I keep climbing and I support them. And to the degree that they're able and wanting to climb towards me, is cool. But their lack of climbing doesn't slow me down. Because all I know is, the more I invest in myself, the faster I grow. The more I build, the bigger I am.
